This paper reviews the diagnostic criteria, epidemiology, hazards, mechanisms, risk factors, risk assessment and targeted care of urinary tract infection (UTI) in patients with ureteral dermatostomy. The paper proposes the necessity of constructing and promoting a scientific and feasible early risk warning score for urinary tract infection in patients with ureteral dermatostomy for these potential risk factors. The aim is to provide a reference for the study of risk factors of urinary tract infection in ureteral cutaneous stomy patients, the development of an early warning model, and the formulation and implementation of clinical decision-making. Objective To investigate the Influencing factors of quality of life in patients with ureterostomy after radical resection of bladder cancer. Methods From June 2014 to December 2018, 203 patients with ureterostomy after radical resection of bladder cancer in our hospital were followed up for 12 months and investigated. Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of life quality. Results Gender, self-care ability of urinary ostomy, non-ostomy-related discomfort, emergency or hospitalization due to ostomy complications, and regular participation in ostomy activities were the independent risk factors for the quality of life of patients with ureterostomy. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with urostomy is affected by many factors. In the management of patients with urostomy, we should pay attention to women, improve the self-care ability of patients with colostomy, pay attention to critical stoma related complications and non stoma related discomfort, and to improve perceived social support.
