Free Space Optical (FSO) communication systems are easily affected by atmospheric turbulence effects. In order to reduce the Bit Error Rate (BER) of the system under saturated turbulence condition, and considering the requirement of maximum diversity gain under limited Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) in practical engineering, it is necessary to study the diversity performance of the system to obtain the relationship between diversity gain and parameters such as SNR and system link number. This article uses Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology to design a MIMO-FSO system based on Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM). The performance of the system in a negative exponential distribution channel model is analyzed, and the BER calculation formula and closed form expressions of diversity gain related parameters (such as Diversity Order (DO), Incremental Diversity Order (IDO), and speed of convergence (SOC)) are derived. Simulation experiments are conducted using mathematical software such as Matlab to verify the accuracy of the derived formula through Monte Carlo simulation. The simulation results show that MIMO the technology can significantly reduce the BER of FSO systems without increasing the transmission power and receiving aperture area. Moreover, in saturated turbulent channels, when the number of system links increases or the turbulence intensity decreases, the diversity order increases to the theoretical maximum with the SNR at a faster rate. The MIMO technology effectively suppresses the negative impact of atmospheric turbulence on the system and significantly improves system performance. When conditions are satisfied, using more transmitters and receivers can achieve higher diversity gain in the system under limited SNR. However, it is also necessary to consider the deployment cost and installation difficulty in actual engineering to choose the appropriate number of links.

Deep energy fields in the Tahe Oilfield are studied and the relationship between energy fields and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation is discussed through the comprehensive analyses of energy field characteristics. Multi-phase tectonic stresses are the main controlling factor of the developmental morphologies of the present fractures. The characteristics of the present regional tectonic stress indicate that the Tahe Oilfield is a favorable area for hydrocarbon collection. The present pressure field of the Ordovician is a slightly low abnormal pressure system. The fluid potential characteristics show that there are two hydrocarbon migration trends: one is from east to west in part of the eastern area, and the other is from south to north in the whole southern area. The present formation water is of typical CaCl2 type. According to the formation water geochemistry, the Tahe Oilfield has a good seal capability, favorable for hydrocarbon accumulation and preservation. Aqueous inclusions indicate that homogenization temperatures are mainly 80–100°C, 120–130°C, and 150–170°C, therein, 80–100°C and 120–130°C represent two large scale hydrocarbon accumulation phases, Early Hercynian and Himalayan, and 150–170°C is controlled by tectonic event and Permian magmatic activities, representing a partial hydrocarbon accumulation event. 摘 要: 以塔河油田深层能量场为研究对象，通过系统分析能量场特征来探讨其与油气运聚的关系。研究认为，多期构造应力作用是塔河油田现今断裂发育形态的主控因素，现今区域应力场特征表明塔河油田是油气运移的有利指向区；奥陶系现今压力场整体上属于略偏低异常的压力系统，流体势特征显示油气运移存在东部自东向西局部性运移趋势以及南部由南向北区域性运移趋势；奥陶系现今地层水离子构成符合典型的CaCl2型水特征，地层水地化指标显示塔河主油区具有良好的封闭性，是油气聚集保存的有利区；盐水包裹体均一温度测试结果主要集中在80～100 ℃、120～130 ℃和150～170 ℃等3个温度段，前两个温度段分别对应于塔河油田2次大规模的油气成藏期：海西早期和喜马拉雅期，而最后一个温度段主要受控于构造变动和二叠系岩浆活动，代表了一期局部油气成藏事件。图7参22 Key words: Tahe Oilfield, deep carbonates, energy field, hydrocarbon migration, hydrocarbon accumulation

Biosynthesis of iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe2O3 NPs ) by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Bacillus Velezensis has been studied. The effects of preparation conditions on the synthesis of Fe2O3 NPs by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Bacillus Velezensis were studied. The process variables of preparation Fe2O3 NPs were optimized, the XRD, BET, TEM, FT-R and other characterization of Fe2O3 NPs were carried out to explore the catalytic degradation by visible light. Using methyl violet and isothiazolinone as organic pollutant models, their photocatalytic performance was explored. After 5 h of blue light irradiation, with the amount of catalyst 0. 03 g and the inhale concentration of methyl volet solution 10 mg/L, the degradation rates of methyl volet by Fe2O3@PA (prepared by P suudomonas Aerugieosa) and Fe2O3@BV (prepared by Bacillus Velezeesis ) reached 61.29% and 69.87%, respectively. When the amount of catalyst was 0.03 g, the inhale concentration of isothiazolinone solution was 30 mg/L and the pH was 5, after 4.5 h UV irradiation at pH 5, the degradation rates of Fe2O3@PA and Fe2O3@ BV to isothiazolinone reached 76.21% and 82.13%, respectively. In order to research the problem of gas in severe-outburst and low-permeability single coal seam, by applying the fracture mechanics and elastic theory, a technology about space mesh hydraulic fracturing by drilling through strata for outburst prevention in severe-outburst and low-permeability single coal seam was presented. A model was established to deduce the value of initiation pressure, and a new device exporting flowrates and pressure was produced. The industrial experiments were implemented with SF6 tracer investigating the fracture network. The results show that the technology can largely increase the permeability of the seam, improve the comprehensive gas drainage rate by 1.69-1.83 times, expand the coal seam 0. 581%, and reduce the electromagnetic radiation prediction index 35%-45%. Compared with the small areas, this method can eliminate the outburst by increasing permeability with hydraulic fracturing in large areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: To investigate the efficacy of different numbers of microhaplotype (MH) loci and the introduction of different reference samples on the identification of full sibling, half sibling and differentiation between full sibling and half sibling kinships, and to explore the effect of changing mutation rate on sibling testing., Methods: First, a family map involving three generations was established, and four full sibling identification models, five half sibling identification models and five models distinguishing full and half siblings were constructed for different reference samples introduced. Based on the results of the previous study, two sets of nonbinary SNP-MH containing 34 and 54 loci were selected. Based on the above MH loci, 100 000 pairs of full sibling vs . unrelated individuals, 100 000 pairs of half sibling vs . unrelated individuals and 100 000 pairs of full sibling vs . half sibling were simulated based on the corresponding sibling kinship testing models, and the efficacy of each sibling kinship testing model was analyzed by the likelihood ratio algorithm under different thresholds. The mutant rate of 54 MH loci was changed to analyze the effect of mutation rate on sibling identification., Results: In the same relationship testing model, the systematic efficacy of sibling testing was positively correlated with the number of MH loci detected. With the same number of MH loci, the efficacy of full sibling testing was better than that of uncle or grandfather when the reference sample introduced was a full sibling of A, but there was no significant difference in the identification efficacy of the four reference samples introduced for full sibling and half sibling differentiation testing. In addition, the mutation rate had a slight effect on the efficacy of sibling kinship testing., Conclusions: Increasing the number of MH loci and introducing reference samples of known relatives can increase the efficacy of full sibling testing, half sibling testing, and differentiation between full and half sibling kinships. The level of mutation rate in sibling testing by likelihood ratio method has a slight but insignificant effect on the efficacy.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of thrombospondin type 1 domain-containing 7A (THSD7A) and neural epidermal growth factor-like 1 protein (NELL1) in phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R)-negative membranous nephropathy (MN). Methods A total of 116 PLA2R-negative MN patients treated in Hangzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from 2014 to 2021 were enrolled in this study.Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect THSD7A and NELL1 in the renal tissue.The pathological characteristics,treatment,and prognosis were compared between positive and negative groups. Results The 116 PLA2R-negative MN patients included 23 THSD7A-positive patients and 9 NELL1-positive patients.One patient was tested positive for both proteins.The THSD7A-positive group showed higher positive rate of IgG4 ( P =0.010),more obvious glomerular basement membrane (GBM) thickening ( P =0.034),and higher proportion of stage Ⅱ MN and lower proportion of stage I MN ( P =0.002) than the THSD7A-negative group.The NELL1-positive group had lower positive rates of C1q and IgG2 ( P =0.029, P =0.001),less obvious GBM thickening ( P <0.001),more extensive inflammatory cell infiltration ( P =0.033),lower proportion of deposits on multi-locations ( P =0.001),and lower proportion of atypical MN ( P =0.010) than the NELL1-negative group.One patient with THSD7A-positive MN was diagnosed with colon cancer,while none of the NELL1-positive patients had malignancy.Survival analysis suggested that THSD7A-positive MN had worse composite remission (either complete remission or partial remission) of nephrotic syndrome than the negative group ( P =0.016),whereas NELL1-positive MN exhibited better composite remission of nephrotic syndrome than the negative group ( P =0.015).The MN patients only positive for NELL1 showed better composite remission of nephrotic syndrome than the MN patients only positive for THSD7A ( P <0.001). Conclusions THSD7A- and NELL1-positive MN is more likely to be primary MN,and there is no significant malignancy indication.However,it might have a predictive value for the prognosis of MN.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of IgG4 as a biomarker of the activity and outcome of phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R)-associated membranous nephropathy (PLA2R-MN). Methods Serum and urine samples were collected from 56 patients with PLA2R-MN,13 patients with secondary membranous nephropathy (SMN),and 10 patients with primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN) when kidney biopsy was performed in the Department of Nephrology,Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to January 2018.Sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was employed to measure the serum and urinary IgG4 levels. Results The PLA2R-MN group had higher median serum IgG4/IgG ratio than the SMN group ( P =0.009) and the IgAN group ( P <0.001) and higher median urinary IgG4/creatinine ratio than the SMN group ( P =0.008).In the patients with PLA2R-MN,the median serum IgG4/IgG ratio and urinary IgG4/creatinine ratio were significantly higher in the renal insufficiency group than in the normal renal function group ( P =0.049, P =0.015).Moreover,the median serum IgG4/IgG ratio was higher in those with a serum albumin level<30 g/L than in those with a serum albumin level ≥30 g/L ( P =0.005).Fifty-three patients with PLA2R-MN were followed up for at least 1 year,and the serum IgG4/IgG ratios of the patients in remission were lower than those of the patients without remission ( P =0.005).The median serum IgG4/IgG ratio of 23 patients in remission decreased from 5.82% (4.54%,10.20%)(at initial enrollment) to 2.91% (2.11%,5.37%)(after 1-year follow up) in remission patients ( P <0.001).The receiver operating characteristic curve showed that the patients with a serum IgG4/IgG ratio<10.24% had a higher possibility of remission ( P =0.005). Conclusion Serum and urinary IgG4 levels may be an indicator of the activity in PLA2R-MN patients and thus may be a predictive biomarker of the outcomes.

Effective drugs for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), a complex chronic lung disease, have long been difficultly determined, while traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has played a critical effect in the treatment of such disease. A new approach for the prediction based on data analysis by integrating TCM basic theories and modern science is urgently needed apart from clinical experiments. In this study, an efficacy evaluation system of COPD was established based on the multi-target efficacy evaluation system of Chinese medicine to analyze the medication regularity and characteristics, such as efficacies, properties, meridian tropism,and core combinations of Chinese medicines. The characteristics of classical prescriptions in the intervention of COPD were explored from modern pharmacology. The results showed that the Chinese medicines in the classical prescriptions in the treatment of COPD were dominated by heat-clearing, phlegm-resolving, dampness-dispelling, exterior-releasing, deficiency-tonifying, and interior-warming drugs. Among them, dampness-dispelling, interior-warming, and heat-clearing drugs resulted in higher perturbation efficiency in the disease network than some western medicines on the market, suggesting that these drugs possessed better efficacies in the treatment of COPD. In the classic prescriptions, warm-heat drugs were equivalent to cold-cool drugs in number, while the proportion of warm-heat drugs gradually raised with the increase in the perturbation efficiency. Additionally, core combinations in the classical prescriptions,such as heat-clearing/heat-clearing, dampness-dispelling/dampness-dispelling, and phlegm-resolving/heat-clearing, could achieve better efficacy for COPD. The present study preliminarily screened out the efficacies of Chinese medicines in the treatment of COPD based on scientific data through the multi-target efficacy evaluation system to explore the effect of Chinese medicine on COPD from modern pharmacology, explain the mechanism of TCM treatment of lung diseases, and provide references for the development of drugs targeting COPD.

With the global outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), screening of effective drugs has became the emphasis of research today; furthermore, screening of Chinese classic prescriptions has became one of the directions for drug development. This study analyzed the application of classic prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment schemes based on the Diagnosis and Treatment Schemes for Coronavirus Disease at the country, provincial and municipal levels, and further explored its disrobing effect on COVID-19 disease severe phase network, and selected representative prescriptions for core target screening and gene enrichment analysis, so as to reveal its mechanism of action. Among them, 13 prescriptions were found to be used for 10 times or more, including Maxing Shigan Tang, Yinqiao San, Shengjiang San, Dayuan Drink, Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction. In addition, the COVID-19 efficacy prediction analysis platform(TCMATCOV platform) was used to calculate the network disturbances of the Chinese classic prescriptions involved. Based on the prediction results, 68 classic prescriptions were assessed on the COVID-19 disease network robustness disturbance. The average disturbance scores for the interaction confidence scores were ranked to be 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6 from the highest to the lowest. There were 7 prescriptions with a score of 17 or more, and 50 prescriptions with a score of 13 or more. Among them, the top three prescriptions were Ganlu Xiaodu Dan(18.19), Lengxiao Wan(17.74), and Maxing Shigan Tang(17.62). After further mining the action targets of these three prescriptions, it was found that COVID-19 disease-specific factors Ccl2, IL10, IL6 and TNF were all the targets of three prescriptions. Through the enrichment analysis of the biological processes of the core targets, it was found that the three prescriptions may prevent the development of the disease by affecting cell-to-cell adhesion, cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, and chronic inflammatory responses to COVID-19 at the severe phase. This study showed that the TCMATCOV platform could evaluate the disturbance effect of different prescriptions on the COVID-19 disease network, and predict potential effectiveness based on the robustness of drug-interfered pneumonia disease networks, so as to provide a reference for further experiments or clinical verification.

There is urgent need to discover effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for treating coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). The development of a bioinformatic tool is beneficial to predict the efficacy of TCM against COVID-19. Here we deve-loped a prediction platform TCMATCOV to predict the efficacy of the anti-coronavirus pneumonia effect of TCM, based on the interaction network imitating the disease network of COVID-19. This COVID-19 network model was constructed by protein-protein interactions of differentially expressed genes in mouse pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV and cytokines specifically up-regulated by COVID-19. TCMATCOV adopted quantitative evaluation algorithm of disease network disturbance after multi-target drug attack to predict potential drug effects. Based on the TCMATCOV platform, 106 TCM were calculated and predicted. Among them, the TCM with a high disturbance score account for a high proportion of the classic anti-COVID-19 prescriptions used by clinicians, suggesting that TCMATCOV has a good prediction ability to discover the effective TCM. The five flavors of Chinese medicine with a disturbance score greater than 1 are mainly spicy and bitter. The main meridian of these TCM is lung, heart, spleen, liver, and stomach meridian. The TCM related with QI and warm TCM have higher disturbance score. As a prediction tool for anti-COVID-19 TCM prescription, TCMATCOV platform possesses the potential to discovery possible effective TCM against COVID-19.

The difference in pharmacological activities and active components between leaves, barks and flowers of Eucommia ulmoides(EU) are still unclear. However, clarifying the differences in pharmacological effects of different parts of EU is of great significance for the development of EU products, and their corresponding active components provide basis for quality control of different parts of EU. Based on the chemical compositions of different parts of EU, integrated strategy of target prediction and target analysis of the compounds was used to investigate the difference in the pharmacological effects of leaves, barks and followers. The "component-target-function" association network was constructed to mine the specific material basis corresponding to specific efficacy of different parts of EU. In this study, the author found that EU may have the activities of anti-oxidation, neuromodulation, blood pressure regulation, myo-cardial expansion, and anti-apoptosis according to target prediction and function analysis. However, the effects of different parts of EU were different. Leaves were involved in the process of bone development such as osteoblast differentiation and bone mineralization in a specific way. In addition, the leaves may affect the process of bone development by regulating the metabolism of vitamin D and affecting the absorption of calcium. Leaves may also specifically act on estrogen and estradiol response processes where estrogen receptors were involved. Regarding its protective function for the liver, leaves may play a role by regulating vitamin A-related pathways. As compared with leaves, the specific pharmacological effects of barks may be related to the development of the urinary system. Flowers specifically participate in functions related to pain sensation, glutamate signaling pathway, and excitatory postsynaptic potential. Based on the hie-rarchical network of "component-target-pathway", we further found that specific activities of different parts of EU were inseparable from its specific chemical compositions. Phenylpropanoids, terpenoids and rings, iridoids, flavonoids and other components which are specific in leaves can target the specific effects of leaves, while the flavonoids in barks and the quinones in flowers may be the material basis for their respective specific effects. The prediction of the activities of different parts of EU provides a new basis for the focuses and differences in subsequent Eucommia product development. At the same time, the material basis research based on differential efficacy also provides a basis for the quality control of Eucommia differentiated products.

Objective: To investigate the incidence and clinicopathologic significance of MSI and LOH on 3P in breast carcinoma and its precancerous lesions, intraductal papillary adenoma and ductal carcinoma in situ., Methods: 41 paired sporadic invasive breast carcinomas, 13 archival precancerous lesion specimens of the breast and 14 couples of benign hyperplasia were collected. Twelve microsatellites on chromosomes 2p, 3p, 5q, 6q, 16q, 17q, eleven markers on chromosome 3p were amplified for MSI and LOH, respectively, by polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ) with designed primers and detecting after polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. In addition, the expression of protein of hMSH2, hMLHI, FHIT, ER, and PR were detected by immunohistochemistry., Results: MSI was observed, at least two microsatellite markers, in 15 out of 41 (36. 6%) of the carcinomas, almost all belonging to poorly or intermediately differentiated carcinoma. Instability was shown in 9 of the 13 cases of precancerous lesions, but only 2 among them had more than 2 MSI sites. There was no MSI in benign hyperplasia. MSI was targeted predominately at D3S1766, D2S2739 in both carcinomas and precancerous lesions. Of the 11 loci examined, D3S1295, D3S1029 and D3S1038 were identified as the locus with most frequent LOH which were all correlated significantly with some clinicopathological parameters such as histological type, lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, while D3S1295 and D3S1029 were the most frequent markers in precancerous lesions. LOH of D3S1295 had significant correlation with negative expression of FHIT. Positive expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein was detected in breast carcinomas in scattered distribution and their positive rate was 45% and 40% , respectively. In precancerous lesions, hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein showed diffuse expression and their positive rate was 61. 54% and 76. 92% , respectively, significantly lower than that in the control tissues., Conclusion: Defective expression of MMR genes is closely associated with the development of breast cancer. Genomic instability might play a role in the early stage during multi-step mammary carcinogenesis. MSI indicates poor histological differentiation in breast carcinoma. D3S1766 and D2S2739 might be the sensitive sites to detect MSI in breast carcinoma and precancerous lesions. The smallest common LOH deletion regions seem likely to be situated between 3p14 and 3p25, indicating the existence of breast tumor related genes in those regions and some of them might affect tumor development.

Objective: To study the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) on chromosome 3p in breast cancers and precancerous lesion., Methods: LOH at 11 microsatellite loci was detected in 41 cases of breast cancers and 12 cases of precancerous lesion by polymerase chain reaction and silver stain. The expressions of ER, PR, FHIT and hMLH1 were detected in breast cancer by immunohistochemistry., Results: LOH on 3p was detected in 97% of breast cancers. D3S1295, D3S1029 and D3S1038 located at 3p14, 3p21-p22 and 3p25 were identified as the loci with most frequent LOH (53.1%, 43.6% and 52.5%). LOH of D3S1038 and expression of hMLH1 protein correlated with several clinicopathological features. LOH of D3S1295 had significant negative correlation with the expression of FHIT. In breast precancerous lesions, LOH on 3p was detected in 41.7% lesions. D3S1295 and D3S1029 were also identified as the most frequent LOH locus (27.3% and 16.7%). The smallest common LOH region seems likely lie between 3p14 and 3p25., Conclusions: The smallest LOH region indicates the existence of breast tumor related genes and some of them affect gene expression.
