This paper developed a multiple description video coding scheme based on 3D-SPIHT to solve the problem that receiving terminals were unable to decode because of the partial loss of coded video bit-stream transmitted over unreliable networks like ZigBee. Compared with traditional MDC methods like MDSQ, the descriptions created by this scheme were basically equal with each other and could improve compression ratio by cancelling frame redundant. Compared with international standard like H. 264, this scheme had some advantages, such as the algorithm was much more simple, the bit-stream could be decoded at any bit, the bit rate was scalable, and the reconstruction images had no clearly block effecting. The experiments show that this practical coding scheme being implemented on ZigBee multi-channel network will obtain good reconstruction images at a high compression ratio. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the relationship between frozen embryo transfer (FET) clinical outcomes and serum level of progesterone on the sixth day in those FET cycles combined with hormone replacement. Methods: Those 261 FET cycles combined with hormone replacement were retrospectively analyzed. Those cycles were divided into three groups by serum level of progesterone (P) on the sixth day after FET. Serum level of progesterone was <20 µg/L in the group A, 20 µg/L ≤ P<30 µg/L in the group B, and ≥30 µg/L in the group C. Clinical features, the pregnancy rate and abortion rate were analyzed. After that, those 261 cycles were divided into three groups by clinical outcomes of FET. The group D had intrauterine fetus, the group E had bad pregnancy outcomes, and the group F had not pregnancy. Then the serum levels of progesterone and estrogen on the sixth day after FET were compared. Results: The pregnancy rate of the group C (50%) was significantly higher than that of the group B (28.5%), and the pregnancy rate of the group B was significantly higher than that of the group A (11.1%) (P<0.05). The abortion rate of the group A (60%) was significantly higher than that of the group C (18%) (P<0.05). The serum levels of progesterone on the sixth day after FET in the group D and the group E were significantly higher than that of the group F (P<0.05). Conclusions: The serum level of progesterone on the sixth day after FET combined with hormone replacement can be reasonably used as a marker to predict the clinical outcomes of FET. Objective To study the level of serum fibroblast growth factor 21 ( FGF-21) in adult male obese patients with erectile dysfunction, and explore its clinical significance in adult male obese patients with erectile dysfunction. Methods Eighty obese patients with erectile dysfunction ( ED) in the male outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the observation group, 80 obese patients without ED were selected as the obesity group, and 80 healthy people were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the patients were collected and the serum FGF-21 level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results There were significant differences in WHR, waist circumference, SBP, DBP, TG, FPG, FINS, HbAlc, FGF-21 among the three groups (P < 0. 05),compared with the obesity group and the control group, the levels of WHR, waist circumference, FPG, FINS, HbAlc and FGF-21 in the observation group increased (P<0.05) ; the score of IIEF-5 decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the mild group, the levels of WHR, waist circumference, FPG, FINS, HbAlc, FGF-21 in obese patients with ED in the moderate and severe group increased (P <0. 05), and the IIEF-5 score decreased (P <0. 05). The IIEF-5 score of patients in the observation group was negatively correlated with WHR, waist circumference, FPG, FINS, HbAlc and FGF-21 levels (P < 0.05). The level of serum FGF-21 in the observation group was positively correlated with WHR, waist circumference, FPG, FINS and HbAlc (P <0. 05), and negatively correlated with IIEF-5 score (P <0. 05). After controlling for factors such as age, waist circumference, SBP, DBP, TG, FPG, FINS, HbAlc, etc, the partial correlation analysis results showed that; FGF-21 was significantly correlated with the IIEF-5 score ( r = 0. 403, P = 0. 000) . The area under the ROC curve of serum FGF-21 for diagnosing obesity with ED was 0. 873, and the sensitivity was 81. 64%,the specificity was 64.57%. The area under the receiver operating characteristic ( ROC) curve of serum FGF-21 for predicting moderate to severe obesity with erectile dysfunction was 0. 723, and the sensitivity was 77. 46%, the specificity was 62. 47%. Conclusion The level of serum FGF-21 in male obese patients with ED is increased, and it's detection has certain guiding value in the diagnosis of obesity with ED and the evaluation of the severity of the disease. Using the common UDP to transmit the real-time video, there are something wrong with the image displayed on the receiving end. For example, delayed, dropped frames, single-frame image displayed incompletely and so on, such phenomenon is particularly evident in the wireless environment. In response to these problems, this paper proposed a real-time video transmission method based on intra-frame compression. The program compressed those intra-frame image data before sent them, at the same time, the receiving program restructured and decoded them. In the wired and wireless LAN environment, the method was conducted several tests, and as a basis to optimize and adjust the relevant parameters. Ultimately, this method reduced the latency of the video image from 0.5 to 2 seconds. This method has used an optimized compression algorithm and a high efficiency method of unpacking and packetization. Objective: To explore the impact of embryo blastomere number at cryopreservation, and different cryopreservation time on day 2 (D2) or day 3 (D3) after in vitro fertilization, on the clinical outcomes of the frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET). Methods:This is a retrospective analysis on 417 FET cycles. The patients were respectively divided into different groups according to cryopreservation time after in vitro fertilization, embryo blastomere number and good-quality embryo number. The clinical outcomes of the embryo-transfer were compared. Results: The embryo survival rate and total blastomere survival rate in the group of the blastomere number exceeded 4-cells on D2 after frozen-thawed were significantly higher than those in the group of the blastomere number less than 4-cells(89.35% vs. 79.11%,42.01% vs. 30.22% respectively, P<0.05). Compared with the group of blastomere less than 6-cells on D3,the group of blastomere exceeded 6-cells on D3 had higher embryo survival rate and total blastomere survival rate(86.52% vs. 72.43%,41.13% vs. 31.07%, P<0.01). The good-quality embryo rate on D2 (56.84%) was significantly higher than that on D3 (48.82%), while the clinical pregnancy rate on D3(38.52%) was significantly higher than that of D2 (27.61%). There was no significant difference in the embryo survival rate and abortion rate between D2 and D3 (83.50% vs. 79.44%, 10.81% vs. 10.09%,P >0.05) after frozen -thawed embryo -transfer. More good -quality embryos were transferred, higher the clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate obtained (P<0.05). Conclusions: Cryopreservation of more than 4 blastomeres on D2 and more than 6 blastomeres on D3 could get better frozen-thawed effect. The crustal deformation of eastern Tibetan Plateau using GPS is analysed. Then, the distribution and movement of viscous flows in the mid-lower crust of eastern Tibetan is discussed in terms of MT data and seismic tomography. A new viscous flows model is put forward, showing that there are two large-scale crustal flow channels and many unevenly distributed viscous flows in eastern Tibetan Plateau. Most viscous flows in the Bayan Har block may turn to south or north along the Longmen Mountain fault when meeting the fault, while limited viscous flows are depositing and upwelling nearby the Longmen Mountain fault, which has caused channel blockage, eventually triggeing the Wenchuan earthquake.
