In the textile and apparel industry sustainable development implies that companies pursue economic benefits while protecting the environment and fulfilling social responsibilities. Achieving sustainable development in Ethiopia' s textile and apparel industry is not only crucial for the country' s economic growth but also important for safeguarding and enhancing the returns on China' s overseas investments. However the development of Ethiopia' s textile and apparel industry still faces numerous challenges including an incomplete industrial chain severe shortage of upstream raw material supply and low labor quality. These challenges not only individually affect industrial development but also interact with each other increasing the complexity of formulating solutions. Currently research on the sustainable development of Ethiopia's textile and apparel industry is generally limited to one or a few influencing factors with rarely systematical and comprehensive studies on the influencing factors. Although some studies have attempted to adopt a more systematic approach to discuss influencing factors they often approach from the perspective of international investors and fail to fully consider the viewpoints of local experts and government departments resulting in a lack of comprehensive and multiperspective understanding of the industry. More critically existing research lacks in-depth exploration of the interrelationships between influencing factors and the extent and importance of influencing factors on industrial sustainable development. These limitations hinder the identification of key influencing factors which in turn affects the optimization of industrial resource allocation and the formulation of effective development strategies. To explore the interrelationships between influencing factors of sustainable development in Ethiopia' s textile and apparel industry and identify key influencing factors this study first constructs a set of influencing factors based on literature review and semi-structured interview data from 10 senior experts investing or serving in Ethiopia' s textile and apparel industry using the grounded theory method. Next the fuzzy set theory and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory Fuzzy-DEMATEL method are employed to quantitatively identify the key influencing factors of sustainable development in Ethiopia's textile and apparel industry by analyzing the evaluation data of 12 experts and scholars in this field excluding the aforementioned 10 interviewees on the degree of mutual influence between factors. Finally targeted recommendations for the sustainable development of Ethiopia' s textile and apparel industry are provided. This study conducts an in-depth exploration of the interrelationships between influencing factors and the extent and importance of influencing factors on industrial sustainable development based on qualitative and quantitative research data further identifying key influencing factors and formulating targeted development strategies. The results show that the sustainable development of Ethiopia' s textile and apparel industry is constrained by 15 influencing factors across three dimensions enterprises industry and government among which labor productivity infrastructure construction endogenous motivation policy and institutional support and government self-construction are five key influencing factors. Accordingly the key sustainable development strategies for this industry are optimizing production management enhancing employee skills increasing investment in critical infrastructure promoting technological innovation and knowledge transfer establishing sound policies and regulatory mechanisms and improving the professional capabilities and service levels of government officials. Compared to influencing factors identified by other methods the influencing factors identified by this study's method are more systematic and comprehensive. Meanwhile the development strategies discussed based on the identified key influencing factors are more targeted than those in other studies. In the context of China's"dual carbon"goal, the development of green finance has emerged as a hot research topic. This study, based on the 2017 Green Finance Reform and Innovation Pilot Zone policy and the panel data of Chinese non-financial A-share listed companies from 2003 to 2019 and a difference-in-differences (DID) model, investigates the impact of green finance on firm investment efficiency and its underlying mechanisms. The findings reveal that in the Green Finance Reform and Innovation Pilot Zones the firm investment efficiency has been significantly improved, and mechanistically, the policy has achieved the efficiency by alleviating financing constraints, mitigating under-investment and over-investment, and increasing R&D investment, which provides valuable insights for advancing the construction of China's green financial system and achieving high-quality economic development. Therefore, China should continuously innovate and improve its green finance regulatory framework, fully leverage the transformative power of green finance, and contribute to the realization of the"dual carbon"goals. Cotton stalk is one of the most high-quality biomass resources with a wide range of applications, such as building boards, chemical product raw materials, fuel, and papermaking. China is one of the major cotton-producing countries in the world. The planting area (3×106 hm²) has been ranked third in 2022, leading to the very abundant cotton stalk resources. The cotton stalks can be fully utilized to accelerate the green and low-carbon development of agriculture. Mechanical harvesting can be expected to efficiently remove the cotton stalks from the field. However, the current uprooting machine also needs to be improved and optimized for the cotton stalk. In this research, a clamping-type uprooting device with variable stiffness was designed for a high uprooting rate and low clamping breakage rate. The variable rigidity clamping was adjusted as follows. The flexible rubber clamping was used to prevent the cotton stalk from breaking; A rigid support structure was designed on the outside of the rubber block to obtain a greater clamping force. The better performance was achieved by clamping tightly without breaking the cotton stalk. The uprooting was also improved for the two scenarios of breakage and slippage. The device often consisted of a dividing disk, variable stiffness clamping and pulling mechanism, and tensioning guide mechanism. The dividing disk was used for the orderly feeding of cotton stalks; The variable stiffness clamping and pulling mechanism was used to realize the clamping and pulling of cotton stalks; The tensioning guide mechanism was to effectively control the clamping force and gap of cotton stalks. Two sets of chains were utilized to drive multiple clamping blocks, indicating a simple and reliable structure. Moreover, the frictional heating of traditional flexible belt mechanisms was avoided in this structure. A mechanical analysis was carried out on the cotton stalk pulling motion and the interaction between the variable stiffness clamp and the cotton stalk. The critical structural dimensions and operating parameter ranges were determined for the variable stiffness clamping device. A systematic investigation was made to clarify the influencing factors on the quality of clamping and pulling. The response surface method (RSM) was used to analyze the effects of the forward speed, the rotational speed of the active sprocket, and the clamping force on the stalk uprooting performance of the variable stiffness clamping and pulling device. The field test validated the simulation. The results showed that there was very consistency between the experimental and theoretical predictions, when the forward speed was 0.68 m/s, and the sprocket speed was 95 r/min. The tension force was 1 792 N, and the cotton stalk uprooting rate was 94.70%. The relative error between the measured and predicted uprooting rate value was 1.67%, which was less than 5%. The leakage rate and breakage rate of variable stiffness clamping and uprooting devices were 3.99% and 1.32%, respectively, compared with the existing devices of 5.19% and 3.68%, respectively. Therefore, the leakage rate and breakage rate of the device were reduced by 23.1% and 64.13%, respectively, compared with the former. The variable stiffness gripper effectively reduced the cotton stalk breakage to realize the whole stalk uprooting. In order to fully explore and realize the value of soil and water conservation carbon sink in the Yellow River Basin, and effectively promote its development and market trading, on the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of soil and water conservation car- bon sink in the Yellow River Basin, its quality was evaluated from three dimensions; the contribution quality of new carbon storage, the contribution quality of sustainable development, and the quality of carbon sink production process. This paper built an evaluation index system composed of 3 first-level indicators, 14 second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators, and pointed out the appropriate methods for determining the weights of indicators at all levels and the methods for calculating the carbon sink quality index of soil and water conservation. It suggests that: firstly, we should carry out a whole process pilot project in the Yellow River Basin including high-quality soil and water conservation carbon sink development, monitoring and accounting, carbon sink project rating, information disclosure, and market trading; secondly, we should strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, learn from the differentiated pricing mechanism of the international voluntary emission reduction market, and build a carbon sink pricing system for soil and water conservation in the Yellow River Basin. As an essential material foundation, the development of the mineral resources capitalization market is crucial for promoting high-quality growth in the mining industry. By analyzing the current state of China's mineral resource capitalization market, including its futures market, risk exploration capital market, and credit system construction, this paper proposes strategies for establishing a multi-level mineral capital market system. Passive acoustic monitoring (PAM) technology enables the acquisition of acoustic information from aquatic organisms without causing disturbance or harm, facilitating various ecological studies and aiding in the management of aquaculture activities. As shrimp aquaculture technology advances, the industry's scale and density are increasing. However, challenges such as low feed utilization and water quality deterioration have severely constrained the rapid development of the industry. PAM technology can be used to study sound in the environment by using it to understand shrimp feeding behaviour, guide feeding decisions, and implement intelligent automated feeding systems, thereby improving feed utilization and mitigating water quality deterioration problems. This article primarily discusses how shrimp feed, the factors affecting their feeding, and the acoustic characteristics of the feeding process, and reviews the latest research progress and application of PAM technology in detecting acoustic signals of shrimp feeding, as well as the challenges faced by the technology in its development. The advantages and limitations of PAM technology in shrimp aquaculture are analyzed, and the future development direction is proposed to address the problems of this technology. [Objective] Habitat quality is the potential of ecosystems to provide the necessary conditions for species survival and reproduction, and is the key to improving ecosystem functions. Studying the habitat quality of the Yangtze River Basin is of great significance for national major strategies such as green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the protection of the Yangtze River. [Methods] Based on land use data from 1980 to 2018 in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the InVEST model was used to study the spatiotemporal changes in land use change, habitat quality, and habitat degradation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from 1980 to 2018. [Results] (1) As the main type of land use in the study area, woodland was decreasing, mainly turning to construction land and water area, which greatly reflected the driving effect of population growth, economic development and environmental protection on the change of land use structure. (2) The overall habitat quality of the study area was at a high level. showing a trend of low in the east and middle, and high in the south, which was consistent with the land use pattern that most of the cities along the Yangtze River in the east and middle of the study area were dominated by construction land, and the south was dominated by woodland and grassland. (3) In the study area, the degree of habitat degradation was higher in the central area and lower in the surrounding area. The change of the degree of habitat degradation showed an upward trend in time, and the areas where the degree of habitat degradation changes were more concentrated in space, such as the urban agglomeration along the river, urban and rural areas and other population agglomerations. [Conclusion] The habitat evolution in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is in a process of degradation. The process of urbanization makes a large number of woodland, grassland and cultivated land in land use turn to construction land, which leads to the continuous decline of habitat quality, especially the problem of the urban agglomeration. along the Yangtze River. Organic binders are always necessary for the fabrication of advanced ceramics by 3D-printing, which are mainly discharged from the ceramic green bodies through a thermal debinding process. Thermal debinding process of organic binders thus has a significant impact on the quality of 3D-printed green bodies and is crucial for fabricating high-quality advanced ceramics to implement applications. Theory and practice in the thermal debinding process of the representative 3D-printed green bodies were reviewed. Based on the composition and function of organic binders, the heat removal methods of different molecular weight organic binders were compared. The interaction between organic binders and ceramic particle surface and the effect of degreasing atmosphere on thermal degradation of organic binders were discussed. Then the thermal debinding process was divided into three stages and the development of the green body structure was described. Three mass transfer channels were analyzed: liquid was transferred by the capillary force, vapor diffused in the liquid phase, and vapor diffused or permeated through the pore nets. Origin causes of the defects such as cracks and distortion lying in the thermal debinding process and the previous steps were analyzed and some control measures were put forward. To implement the requirements of "Building a Strong Transportation Nation" and the "Dual-Carbon Goals", and guided by the "Action Plan for Green Urban Rail Transit Development in Chinese Cities", this study explores green and low-carbon analysis and evaluation methods in the rail network planning stage from three aspects: urban space, integrated transportation, and rail transit. A comprehensive theoretical framework was systematically constructed, covering macro to micro levels. The analysis process employed various methods, including model building, spatial econometrics, geographic analysis, and passenger flow prediction, to establish a theoretical structure for the green and low-carbon effects of rail transit through both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study proposed a tripartite green development framework integrating "City-Transportation-Railway", forming a primarily quantitative evaluation index system that effectively promotes green travel. This system aligned with higher-level planning while considering the unique characteristics of rail transit, guiding the next phase of green urban rail implementation and related research. The research results demonstrated that combining elements of rail network planning with urban and integrated transportation could effectively and quantitatively reflect green development goals. The calculation methods for evaluation indicators were feasible, operational, and comparable. This framework not only meets the requirements and goals of national land spatial planning and integrated transportation planning but also provides valuable guidance for subsequent stages of construction planning, feasibility studies, and preliminary designs in green development. Furthermore, it aligns well with the entire planning and design process of rail transit. The conclusions and recommendations from this study can be effectively incorporated into national land spatial planning and integrated transportation planning to ensure a unified planning blueprint. The inland river basin in Hexi, Gansu Province, is extremely short of water resources. There are certain differences in the changes of mountain runoff between the central and western and eastern water systems in the basin. Studying the changes in mountain runoff and the contribution rates of different factors is of great significance for ensuring the sustainable development and utilization of regional water resources. Based on the data of mountain runoff and precipitation and temperature in the main runoff producing areas from 1956 to 2021, various trends and mutation tests, cumulative slope change rate methods, and combined with the characteristics of runoff supply, the changes in mountain runoff and their responses to changes in precipitation and temperature in the three major water systems were analyzed. The results show that: 1 the average annual mountain runoff of the Shiyang River system was 1.36 billion m³, showing a non-significant decreasing trend over the years and a non-significant increasing trend in precipitation, The significant increase in temperature leads to an increase in evaporation, resulting in a decrease in runoff; 2 The average annual runoff from the Heihe River system has increased from 3.062 billion m³ before the mutation point in 2006 to 3.56 billion m³ after the mutation point. The contribution rate of precipitation to runoff changes is 16.7%, and the temperature has significantly increased, enhancing the impact on runoff changes; 3 The average annual runoff from the Shule River system has increased from 1.422 billion m3 before the mutation point in 1998 to 17.93 m3 after the mutation point. The impact of precipitation and temperature on runoff changes is similar, with contribution rates of 30.4% and 30.2%, respectively. There are certain differences in run-off supply characteristics and climate conditions among the three major inland river systems in Hexi, resulting in inconsistent responses of runoff to different driving factors. Taking the pilot of crop rotation and fallow system of cultivated land in China as a quasi-natural experiment, the purpose of this paper is to test the effects of crop rotation and fallow on grain green production based on 2000-2019 provincial panel data in China. The undesirable super efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index was used to calculate the green total factor productivity of grain, and then the difference-in-differences model and system GMM estimation were used to test the impact of the pilot of crop rotation and fallow system on grain green production. The results indicated that: The grain green production in China has great potential for improvement, as well as the technical progress and technical efficiency of the green production of grain. The pilot of crop rotation and fallow system has significantly promoted the green production of grain, mainly in the form of the continuous improvement of the green technical efficiency of grain production to promote the growth of the total factor productivity. In order to better allocate water resources and maintain sustainable development, we selected Jining City as a specific research area and used the coefficient of variation entropy weight GM (1,1) research method to systematically evaluate the water resource carrying capacity. The results showed that the water resource carrying capacity system in the Jining area exhibited and will exhibit obvious economic ecological characteristics during the two periods of 2016-2021 and 2022-2026. From 2016 to 2021, the ecological environment water consumption rate, agricultural value-added water consumption per 10000 yuan, and industrial value-added water consumption per 10 000 yuan had become strong influencing factors. Rural ecological revitalization constitutes a crucial guarantee for attaining comprehensive rural revitalization. Implementation of the strategy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in rural areas exerts a significant enabling role in rural ecological revitalization and green development. With low-carbon green development as the objective, this paper objectively analyzes the principal issues existing in the current rural ecological revitalization in China from the perspectives of rural environmental pollution, utilization of ecological resources, support of scientific and technological innovation, and the ecological revitalization industrial chain, and examines the connotation of promoting rural ecological revitalization against the backdrop of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The scientific and technological innovation realization route of rural ecological revitalization is proposed from two aspects：the scientific identification of the key factors influencing rural ecological revitalization and the key content of scientific and technological innovation for rural ecological revitalization. From strengthening systematic and holistic planning and practice, guaranteeing the safety of agricultural products, insisting on moderate and high-quality coordinated development of agriculture and rural areas, developing diversified ecological industries based on local conditions, advocating integrated development of production and life ecology, and opening up policy support channels for rural ecological revitalization, the support measures and suggestions for enhancing ecological revitalization were put forward to fully exert rural ecological functions, so as to provide support for the realization of rural carbon neutrality and green high-quality sustainable development. Green and low-carbon agricultural development is an important way to achieve the“double carbon”goal and high-quality development of agriculture. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2011 to 2020, the entropy value method was used to measure the level of rural digitization and green and low-carbon agricultural development. Using the coupled coordination degree, fixed effect, and mediation effect models, the degree of coordinated development was analyzed and the impact and mechanism of rural digitalization with respect to green and low-carbon agricultural development were empirically investigated. The level of rural digitization, level of green and low-carbon agricultural development, and degree of coupling and coordination between the two in China are generally on an upward trend, which increase by 0.204，0.049 and 0.025, respectively, from 2011 to 2020. The benchmark regression results show that rural digitization can significantly promote green and low-carbon agricultural development, and this result was still obtained after using the number of internet domain names and rural digitization with a lag of one period as instrumental variables. The mechanism analysis showed that rural digitization mainly promotes green and low-carbon agricultural development through green technology innovation, large-scale operation, and planting structure adjustment. The regional heterogeneity analysis revealed that the promotion effect of rural digitalization on green and low-carbon agricultural development is the most significant in the eastern region of China. This study shows that we should accelerate the process of rural digitization, implement the concept of green and low-carbon agricultural development, and implement the development strategies of agricultural emission reduction and carbon sequestration, to promote the sustainable development of agriculture. Rural household-scale carbon studies are significant for the development of elaborated rural carbon governance strategies and achievement of sustainable development goals. In this study, we used the material flow analysis method to construct a panoramic carbon flow model at household scale, put forward the concepts of natural boundary, social boundary, and economic boundary, and divided household activities into production, business, and living activities. On this basis, the material and carbon flow between the activities within a boundary and the external system was built. Furthermore, an evaluation index system of household carbon flow was constructed using structure and efficiency indexes to measure household carbon emission and its value. This empirical investigation was conducted at a typical agricultural and part-time home in Zibo City of Shandong Province. The findings show that household carbon emissions are mostly caused by energy usage, and the emissions from each source vary substantially. The carbon emissions of household input and output processes were 44 637 kg and 4 558 kg, respectively, the carbon sink of carbon sink process was 547 kg, and the potential carbon emissions of recycling process was 1 216 kg. Carbon emissions from input processes are much higher than those from output processes, and carbon sinks and recycling processes reduce carbon emissions relatively less. Household carbon recycling rate, household carbon efficiency, and per capita carbon emission were 21.0%, 3.6 yuan·kg-1, and 12 162 kg, respectively. Although the level of household carbon emissions is not high, there is still a large potential for emission reduction in households. Therefore, the main focus of household energy research should be to optimize and modify the consumption structure, select low-carbon energy goods, and promote a low-carbon and green lifestyle. Specifically, food waste generated from business activities should be categorized as waste, and green infrastructure should to be reinforced. Meanwhile, vertical greening of restaurants and other service industry buildings should be increased, which will not only beautify the landscape but also increase the carbon sink of households to promote green development. Ecosystems have the ability to maintain multiple ecological functions and services at the same time, which is known as Ecosystem Multifunctionality (EM) . In recent years, as the impact of global change on ecosystems has gradually increased, researches on the multifunctionality of terrestrial ecosystems have gradually become a hot topic. This study elaborates on the development and current research status of terrestrial ecosystems multifunctionality in terms of conceptual development, hot trend, indicator quantification, and influencing factors. The result shows the following: Since the concept of“multifunctionality”was first proposed in 2004, studies in this field began to grow exponentially in 2018. During this period, some scholars refined the classification of the definition of ecosystem multifunctionality and proposed the impact of biodiversity on EM. Through bibliometric analysis, it is revealed that terrestrial ecosystems receives more attention than aquatic ecosystems, and the research of ecosystem multifunctionality mainly focuses on the field of biodiversity and multifunctionality. By comprehensive analysis of the impact of global change on the multifunctionality of terrestrial ecosystems, it is found that biodiversity promotes the multifunctionality of terrestrial ecosystem, climate change and land use change can inhibit the multifunctionality of terrestrial ecosystem. Taking the households of urban and rural residents in Zhejiang Province as the research object in 2020, an indicator system for rural development and urbanization is constructed from the four aspects of ecological environment, public services, grassroots governance and quality of life, using entropy method and Coupling Coordination Degree Model, Theil index and other methods to summarize the urban-rural development experience and problems of different counties and cities in Zhejiang Province, and explore the urban-rural coupling mode and implementation path. The results show that: ①Based on the analysis of different spatial scales, the urbanization and rural have regional imbalances in development, with obvious gradient changes from east to west and little difference between sub-regions. About 80% of the overall difference in urban-rural development in Zhejiang comes from differences within sub-regions, and another 60% comes from the internal differences between southwestern Zhejiang and southern Zhejiang. Establishing a differentiated green mine evaluation system for different types of mines is of significant practical importance. This study constructs a green mine evaluation system for the gold industry based on the analytic nierarchy process (AIP). The evaluation system sets the green mine evaluation index system for the gold industry as the target level, with 6 indicators as the criteria level such as mining area environment, resource development methods, and comprehensive resource utilization, 22 indicators as the index level such as functional zoning, mine landscape, and mining area greening. The AIP method was employed to determine the weight ranking of different indicators, identifying important criteria levels such as resource development methods, energy conservation and emission reduction, and comprehensive resource utilization. As for the index level, key indicators include associated mineral resource utilization, green development, energy conservation and consumption reduction, mining recovery rate, Deneficiation (metallurgy) recovery rate, and simultaneous mining and reclamation. The rapid development of urbanization brings pressure on the city, resulting in resource shortage, environmental pollution and other issues, which restricts the sustainable development of the city. Resources and environmental problems are also important factors that restrict the sustainable development of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration. Based on the DPSIRM model, this paper constructs the evaluation index system, integrates the GMD-GRA-TOPSIS model to compare the carrying capacity of resources and environment of the Urban Agglomeration from 2010 to 2020, and then uses the grey prediction model to early warn the future carrying capacity of resources and environment. The results show that the trend of carrying capacity of resources and environment in the Urban Agglomeration from 2010 to 2020 is different, and there is a certain carrying capacity of resources and environment in these areas. Spatially, adjacent cities have direct effects, geographical proximity is more likely to be affected by each other, and distant cities have indirect effects on each other, plausibly influenced by upper higher-level policies, regional development planning, etc. According to the early warning evaluation, the overall situation of resource and environment carrying capacity of the Urban Agglomeration in 2025 is relatively stable, and there is a trend of improvement in some areas, which provides effective improvement ideas for urban development.
