[Objective] In order to provide some references for the future development of Chinese bryophyte industry, we analyzed the technology level of Chinese bryophyte industry from the perspective of patent. [Method] The State Intellectual Property Office and Baiteng network were used to analyze the patent application status, the regional distribution, the patentee distribution, the main technical topics and predicted the development trend of the key bryophyte industry technology. [Result] It was clear that the industry had entered the rapid development stage since 2012; innovative technologies focused on the cultivation technology, traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, organic fertilizers, building materials, ecological management and other aspects. Shandong, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces were the main regions for technological innovation. 为促进油茶产业高质量发展，丰富我国食用植物油供给体系，根据2010—2020年的数据，采用综合比较优势法分析我国16个油茶生产区域的比较优势，对其影响因素进行研究，并提出相应的提质增产的建议。结果表明：2010—2020年，中国油茶生产规模呈现出东西部增长，中部下降的特征；中国16个油茶生产区域生产规模优势总体波动较小，效率优势呈先降后升趋势，效益优势、综合比较优势总体呈下跌状态。根据油茶生产区域的规模、效率、效益优势情况，将16个油茶生产区域划分为“三高省区”“规模优势省区”“效率优势省区”等7种类型，其中湖南、江西、浙江属于“三高省区”，广东、广西、福建属于“规模优势和效率优势双高省区”，云南属于“规模优势省区”，湖北、海南、江苏属于“效率优势和效益优势双高省区”，贵州、陕西属于“效率优势省区”，安徽属于“效益优势省区”，四川、重庆、河南属于“三低省区”。各省区油茶生产受自然资源禀赋、科技水平、市场、政策等因素影响，建议通过优化种植区域布局、完善油茶市场体制、加速新品种研发、提高机械化程度等措施进一步缩小油茶生产区域间的优势差异。In order to promote the high-quality development of the Camellia oleifera industry and enrich China′s edible vegetable oil supply system, according to data from 2010 to 2020, the comparative advantage of 16 Camellia oleifera production areas in China was analyzed using the comprehensive comparative advantage method, and the influencing factors were studied. Corresponding suggestions to improve quality and increase production were proposed. The results showed that from 2010 to 2020, the production of Camellia oleifera in China showed the characteristics of "increasing in the East and West", "decreasing in the Middle". The scale advantage of China′s 16 Camellia oleifera production areas fluctuated slightly in general, the efficiency advantage first decreased and then increased, and the benefit advantage and comprehensive advantage generally declined. According to the scale, efficiency and benefit advantages of Camellia oleifera production areas, the 16 Camellia oleifera production provinces(regions) were divided into seven types, in which Hunan, Jiangxi, and Zhejiang belonged to the "Three High Provinces"; Guangdong, Guangxi, and Fujian belonged to the "Dual High Provinces with Scale and Efficiency Advantages"; Yunnan belonged to the "Scale Advantage Province"; Hubei, Hainan, and Jiangsu belonged to the "Dual High Provinces with Efficiency and Benefit Advantages"; Guizhou and Shaanxi belonged to the "Efficiency Advantage Province"; Anhui belonged to the "Benefit Advantage Province"; Sichuan, Chongqing, and Henan belonged to the "Three Low Provinces". The production in the Camellia oleifera was influenced by natural resource endowment, technological level, market factors, and policy factors. The advantageous differences between production areas can be reduced by optimizing the layout of planting areas, improving the Camellia oleifera market system, accelerating the development of new varieties, and improving the degree of mechanization.

The authentic and scientific health claim of food is an important embodiment of protecting consumers' right to safety, information, and choice, which helping to guide consumers to make rational food choices and promote a balanced diet, as well as promoting the construction of a healthy China and improving national health. As one of the earliest countries to have clear legal provisions on health claims in food and natural health products, Canada has extensive experience in the classification, use, and management of health claims. In order to promote the second batch of the research and practice project for emerging engineering education (3E) sponsored by the Instructional Committee of Chemistry Majors, Ministry of Education set up a survey on the progress of 3E construction based on chemistry majors. This survey mainly concerns the setting of specialty direction, training of students’ practical ability, providing new courses for 3E requirements, and constructing of curriculum module for 3E. Protein is the one of the most important material basis of life. Insufficient or excessive protein intake and unbalanced amino acid intake will have a great impact on health. The current food protein quality evaluation system is based on the bioavailability of protein and amino acids, without considering the health effects of amino acids. This paper reviewed the research progress of traditional protein quality evaluation system, pointing out the challenges faced by the traditional protein quality evaluation system. For the first time, a new index “methionine score (MS)” was introduced based on the traditional protein quality evaluation system, and the definition and calculation formula of MS were given, It is suggested that it should be combined with the digestible indispensable amino acid score (DIAAS) in the traditional protein evaluation system, and the health effects of amino acids should be considered while evaluating the utilization rate of amino acids, so as to supplement the traditional food protein quality evaluation system.

为了助力我国核桃产业健康和可持续发展，阐述了我国核桃产业现状，指出了我国核桃产业发展的问题，并提出了针对性的建议。核桃适应性强，在我国20多个省（区）均有种植，2020年我国核桃产量达到479.59万t,核桃油产量为3.12万t。我国核桃产业存在经济林发展速度缓慢，采摘机械化程度低，采后处理技术手段落后，加工的专用装备落后，缺乏龙头加工企业等问题。建议在政府的支持和引导下，通过优化核桃品种，积极推进新产品、新技术、新装备的研发和应用等措施，解决我国核桃产业发展中存在的问题，促进我国核桃产业稳健发展。 In order to help the healthy and sustainable development of China′s walnut industry, the current situation of China′s walnut industry was elucidated, the problems of the development of China′s walnut industry were pointed out, and targeted suggestions were put forward. Walnuts had strong adaptability and were grown in more than 20 provinces and regions in China. In 2020, the production was 4 795 900 t of walnuts and 31 200 t of walnut oil. While the walnut industry in China suffered from slow development of economic forests, low mechanization of harvesting, backward post-harvest processing technology, backward special equipment for processing and lack of leading processing enterprises. It was suggested that, with the support and guidance of the government, the problems in the development of China′s walnut industry should be solved and the steady development of China′s walnut industry should be promoted by optimizing walnut varieties and actively promoting the research, development and application of new products, new technologies and new equipment.

Developing "Zero-waste City" is a powerful starting point for deepening solid waste comprehensive management reform from the overall city level, and is an important measure to promote ecological civilization and build a beautiful China. In 2019, the State Council issued the Working Plan for the Pilot Construction of "Zero-waste City". In order to implement this plan, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment selected "11+5" cities and regions to carry out the first batch of pilot projects. On the basis of in-depth investigations, the progress of the pilot construction is summarized and the outstanding problems and challenges are analyzed. Studies have shown that in the past two years, the pilots have achieved preliminary results, and formed a number of typical experience models that can be replicated and promoted. Nevertheless, there still are many challenges such as lack of strategic planning and top-level design, poor management system operation, imperfect law and regulation systems, imperfect economic incentives and marketization mechanisms, insufficient technological innovation, etc. In order to systematically promote "Zero-waste City" in the future, on one hand, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design and overall coordination, pay attention to the synergistic effect of resource conservation, waste reduction, and carbon reduction, and develop circular economy as an important path. Water resources management is essential for a region or a country to maintain and improve the natural environment and ecosystem, promote the sustainable development of the economy and society. Under the new situation, China's water problem has systematic, structural, and watershed characteristics. The types of people's water-related demand are more diversified and its levels are gradually elevated. However, the existing water resources management mode is not effective enough, and the contradiction between people demand and water resources has begun to transform. China's water resources management was analyzed. A series of issues are as follows: unbalanced relationship between the development of water resources and the protection of other ecological elements, imperfect ecological civilization policy system in the field of water resources, weak collaborative governance of watershed resources, and insufficient ability to prevent water-related ecological and environmental risks. This study believes that water resources integration management should be promoted, and a water resources integration management framework is proposed. The characteristics of water resources integration management are summarized as multi-problem, multi-demand, multi-function, multi-resource, multi-space, multiagent, multi-method integration, and multi-system. This paper makes an investigation on the current situation of cultural education services in university libraries of Tianjin. The results show that the current service effect of cultural education in university libraries is not ideal.
