The paper introduces the development status of Ecological Science in recent years and analyzes several effective strategies; illustrates the practical cases of the young editorial team of Ecological Science in providing scientific and technological social services to enhance their self-worth; summarizes the typical activities and work models of the young editorial team of Ecological Science in promoting ecological science. Precision navigation technology of agricultural machinery is being applied on a large scale for field crop production in China. The technology can reduce labor cost, improve working quality, and extend working time. However, the precision application technology of agricultural machinery and precision management technology of agricultural production are still in slow development. The technology, equipment, and service system of precision agriculture have not been completely developed yet in China. There is still a lack of scientific and technical means to achieve the main objectives of cost saving, efficiency improvement, energy saving, and environmental protection in crop production. With the integration of material, energy, and information, intelligent agricultural machinery system is being developed to provide a safer, more efficient, and more scientific solution for agricultural production. In view of the characteristics of intelligent agricultural machinery system, the characteristics of socialized service of agricultural machinery in China, and the status quo of agricultural financial subsidies, this paper put forward an idea to develop a socialized precision service system of agricultural machinery, in order to achieve cost saving, efficiency improvement, energy saving, and environmental protection for crop production. The system includes the core participants in agricultural machinery production operations, such as agricultural production organizations, agricultural machinery service organizations, related agriculture management authorities, and the third-party data management service organization. The key technologies for the system include the intelligent gateway technology of agricultural machinery, the variable controlling and measurement technology of fertilizer and chemical, the big data management service technology, and the technology of professional application service platform. During the field operation, the agricultural machinery could control the application of fertilizer or chemical according the prescription map and send the data of position and flow to the database belongs to the third-party organization designated by the government. Therefore, the construction of this system could be used as a basis for the social services and the granting of subsidies. The government could set related standards of application of fertilizer or chemical, and pay the subsidies for the machinery operation according to the operating area when the farmers achieved the standards, which may encourage the farmers to adopt the advanced technology to save fertilizer and chemical. The study provides solutions and technical means to achieve the goal of reducing both fertilizer and chemicals, to adjust of the state's relevant agricultural subsidy policies, and to promote the comprehensive application of China's precision agricultural technology.

Constructing a new pattern of open and shared geological data as a socialized service is required to support natural resource management and to fulfill the responsibility of “two unifications”. Based on the construction practice of the Shanghai geological data information-sharing platform, this study systematically introduces the construction of long-term operation and maintenance mechanisms, such as platform operation management, service, and security mechanisms, which provide a useful reference for the construction of a social service system for urban geological data. Enhancing the social service ability can promote the development of the local economy and social culture, and make the education of the local colleges and universities achieve win-win situation. The practices of the New Rural Development Research Institute of Guangxi University show that the social service of local colleges and universities mainly focus on the science and technology, education, economic and cultural services. But it is lack of funds, experts and collaborative management mechanism. To improve the social service ability of the local colleges and universities, it is necessary to increase the investment on the construction of the bases, improve the incentive mechanism to enhance the teachers' enthusiasm, and develop a better collaborative management mechanism to enhance the service ability of the bases. Demand of applied talents accelerates the development of experimental teaching in universities. With the studio as carrier,the actual project as the basis, the teaching, research and social services work combine closely together, and the studio model offers a new model for college experimental teaching. The paper aims on summarizing the construction and operation of the studio mode in the national experimental teaching demonstration center of Zhejiang Normal University. The center is called Experimental Teaching Center for Media and Communication Studies, The paper shows the construction efficiency and experience, which play promoting roles in the construction of experiment teaching center, multi-dimensional cultivation of students through practice,and social service. A high quality characteristics experimental teaching platform is built, and it integrates teaching, scientific research and social service together. The view that education is a type of activity by which to promote an individual's social production and social services not only reveals the essence of education--to cultivate people, but also clarifies the condition, behavior and value orientation of education.
