Objective: To investigate differences in infection control awareness, and related implementation of measures between anti-epidemic medical staff and workers during the outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, and to propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire on the practice of infection control and implement were conducted, and 250 medical staff and workers participating in the anti-epidemic work in our hospital from March to April 2022 were investigated online. Results: A total of 208 valid questionnaires were recovered, of which 192 were valid questionnaires, including 158 medical staff (82.3%) and 34 (17.7%) workers. Before entering the isolation point, the proportion of workers vs medical staff who knew the knowledge about COVID-19, hospital infection control procedures, standardized use of masks, awareness of occupational post-exposure disposal procedures, awareness of sensory control and implementation of sensory control in living areas were 58.8% vs 89.2%, 67.6% vs 91.1%, 82.4% vs 98.7%, (58.8% vs 98.7%), (47.1% vs 98.7%), (47.1% vs 94.3%) (P

In the space rendezvous and docking, real-time measurement of the position and attitude between the visual sensor on the tracking spacecraft and the characteristic target on the target spacecraft is needed, and the premise is to quickly and accurately identify the feature targets. In this paper, a fast recongnition algorithm of four concentric ring feature targets is proposed. Firstly, the algorithm uses the optimized Otsu for image segmentation. Then the contour is extracted by the connected region recognition method. Finally, according to the relationship between the circumference and the area of the circle, the circle is determined, and the least square method is used to fit the circle and extract the center of the feature circle. The experimental results show that the method can recognize feature targets accurately and quickly within 2 m distance, and the computational efficiency to the method is improved by nearly 10 times compared with the pre-optimization algorithm.

[Purpose/significance] The current environmental challenges have become sensitive social and political issues in China. Sorting out existing environmental regulations have important implications for environmental regulation practices and theoretical development. [Method/process] This paper took 1473 CNKI core journal articles in the field of environmental regulation from January 1, 1998 to July 2, 2019 in China as analysis samples，used Citespace visual analysis method for time slicing，and took the keywords as the core，based on the hotspot cluster analysis，clarified the research evolution of environmental regulation and predicted future development trends to explore future research directions in the field of environmental regulation. [Result/conclusion]The research in the field of environmental regulation relies on the Porter hypothesis, environmental Kuznets curve, evolutionary game and other theoretical foundations, and mainly uses the spatial Dubin model, directional distance function and other research methods to analyze the field of environmental regulation in different periods. At present, research in the field of environmental regulation mostly focuses on the relationship between environmental regulation and technological innovation, economic development, industrial competitiveness, industrial structure, etc., but ignores the optimization of the environmental system, the degree of implementation of the environmental system by enterprises, regional differences in the environment, and the important role of cooperation between private organizations and the government in environmental governance, etc. Therefore, these have also become the development trend in the field of environmental regulation in the future.

In order to optimize the plate-shell heat exchanger, the shell-side flow channel of a certain type of plate-shell heat exchanger was taken as the research object, and the single channel physical model was established to simulate the flow performance and resistance performance of shell-side fluid with FLUENT software. The simulation results show that with the increase of corrugated pitch, the flowing streamline changes from crisscross pattern into zigzag pattern, the average velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of fluid accordingly decrease gradually. When the corrugated pitch is 3.9 mm, the better flowing performance can be obtained. The pressure drop will decrease with the growing corrugated pitch. Under the same corrugated pitch, the pressure drop increases with the increase of Reynolds number. When the corrugated pitch reaches 15.9 mm, the resistance performance is relatively good. Better shell side flow performance can be obtained by decreasing the pitch, while better shell side resistance performance can be obtained by increasing the pitch. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Fly ash cenospheres have lots of applications in many industrial fields because of their good physicochemical properties. The formation stage, physicochemical properties, mineral phase composition and separation method of fly ash ashcenospheres are introduced. The applications of fly ash cenospheres as rubber and plastic filler, thermal insulation refractory, building material, composite foam, environmental functional material and wave absorbing material are reviewed. Some problems of low added value, low utilization rate and slow industrialization process in the application of fly ash ashcenospheres are analyzed. The future development direction is pointed out: the products should be developed at different levels according to the physicochemical characteristics of fly ash cenospheres in the direction of graded utilization and increasing product added value. The functional products of fly ash cenospheres in metal matrix composites, soil modifiers, coatings, ceramics and other aspects should be actively developed in order to widen the application fields. Objective: To investigate a cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with the subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) case with clinical manifestations of baldness, lumbago and Parkinson's symptoms., Methods: Clinical and imaging data of the patient were analyzed. The patient and his family members were also subjected to genetic testing., Results: The symptoms of the patient included recurrent stroke, dementia, and mood disturbance, in addition with lumbago, baldness and Parkinson's symptoms but no migraine. Cranial MRI of the patient showed bilateral symmetric leukoencephalopathy and multiple small subcortical lacunar infarcts. A point mutation in exon 11 of the NOTCH3 gene (R558C) was discovered in the proband and four asymptomatic relatives., Conclusion: CADASIL is characterized by recurrent subcortical ischemic stroke, dementia, pseudobulbar palsy, and mood disturbance. Baldness, lumbago and Parkinson's symptoms may also be seen in such patients.

Objective: To analyze the clinical manifestation, laboratory findings, radiological data of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor encephalitis., Methods: The clinical manifestation, laboratory findings, radiological data of eleven patients with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis were analyzed., Results: Main symptoms included epilepsy presented in 9 cases, psychiatric symptom in 7 cases, dyskinesia in 5 cases, autonomic dysfunction in 3 cases. The anti-NMDA receptor antibody was found in all the patients' cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). No teratoma was detected in any of the patients, and 1 case had lung cancer. All the patients received immune therapy. And at discharge, 4 cases recuperated generally, 7 cases had different degrees of dysfunction. After telephone follow-up of 1-18 months, 1 case was lost, 3 cases had complete recovery, and 7 cases had different degrees of sequela., Conclusion: When Patients without mental illness history presents with unexplained mental symptoms accompanied by seizures, memory impairment, disturbance of consciousness, movement disorders, autonomic dysfunction and other symptoms, anti-NMDA receptor antibodies studies in both serum and CSF should be done as early as possible in order to facilitate early diagnosis, early treatment and improve the prognosis.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of 4-aminopyridine-3-methyl hydroxide (4-AP-3-MeOH) in rat's acute spinal cord injury., Methods: A total of 12 adult male SD rats (250-300 g) were randomly divided into treatment (n = 6) and control (n = 6) groups. After compressing segment T11 of spinal cord for 30 min, the injured segment received 1 ml 4-AP-3-MeOH (100 µmol/ml) by topically application in treatment group while the control group received 1 ml saline.Somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP) was detected in both groups at pre-injury, 30 min post-injury and post-dosing. Then Luxol fast blue (LFB) staining of target spinal segment was performed., Results: In treatment group, the values of SSEP at pre-injury, 30 min post-injury and post-dosing were 1.26 ± 0.35, 0.03 ± 0.05 and 0.45 ± 0.19 µv respectively. Comparing SSEP of 30 min post-injury with post-dosing, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).While in control group, the values of SSEP at pre-injury, 30 min post-injury and post-dosing were 1.05 ± 0.39, 0.01 ± 0.02 and 0.02 ± 0.02 µv respectively. Comparing SSEP of 30 min post-injury with post-dosing, there was no statistical difference (P > 0.05). After 30 min injury, there were swelling and bleeding of spinal cord.LFB staining showed that both gray and white matter had swelling and bleeding and central canal was destroyed with varying degrees of demyelination., Conclusion: After 30 min of acute spinal cord injury, there are bleeding of gray and white matter with varying degrees of demyelination. Topical usage of K(+) blocker 4-AP-3-MeOH can effectively improve the conduction of SSEP after acute spinal cord injury in rats.
