The elastic torsional deformation of the transmission parts in the precision transmission system will lead to the mechanical resonance,it has a great impact on the dynamic performance and even lead to the instability and failure of precision transmission components. The precision AC servo drive system with high precision and small teeth difference reducer is built,and the dynamics model of the precision transmission system is established. Due to the problems of multiple parameters and complicated calculations,a multi-parameter sensitivity analysis method is introduced that is based on rotational inertia,stiffness coefficient,transmission ratio and transmission error. A theoretical reference for the design of precision transmission system can be provided by this method.

Taking into account the operational principle of forepoling equipment,and as the target to improving support efficiency and reducing the disturbance on the roof in the process of supporting,a kind of speed and pressure composition control method was presented.The control method adopts the constant pump driven directly by servo motor to replace the traditional electro-hydraulic proportional valve,and the variable structure algorithm based on the fuzzy sliding mode was used as control strategy.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that,compared with the traditional speed and pressure control method,the control method presented in the paper can reduce concussion on the roof in the process of switching from speed control to pressure control,and can improve support efficiency.Research findings can provide a theoretical basis for the development and control strategy of forepoling equipment.

Aiming at the inverter module in the servo drive which causes serious electromagnetic interference on the low-voltage auxiliary power cable, the main interference propagation path was analyzed. The complex drive system was simplified, and the high-frequency commonmode circuit model of servo driver was established in Matlab simulation software. The main disturbance loop in the drive where high-voltage side interference propagates to the low-voltage auxiliary supply was determined, by a set of drive chassis and motor chassis in different grounding conditions for auxiliary power electromagnetic interference test. Based on this interference propagation path, the interference loop was optimized, the part of the transformer in the switching power supply was optimized and the loop impedance was increased, thus greatly reducing the interference on the low-voltage bus. The results indicate that the model is accurate and the way of suppression can significantly reduce the electromagnetic interference on the auxiliary power line. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Modular production training system based on PLC is developed by using Delta PLC. The purpose is mainly used to train engineering and technical personnel in colleges and universities. The system consists of five modules i.e., feeding station and testing station, station processing, handling station and classification of storage station. It can simulate the processing technology of industrial field. The system organically blends techniques of light, machine, electricity,gas,liquid in one,and uses PLCand network control method. Through the Delta PLC network,a network of communication and management of scheduling is formed. The running process can be controlled by mobile phone or industrial touch screen monitoring system,The entire production line holds high intelligence. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the design features and technical difficulties, the main body structure of the manipulator was studied. A new modular design method was put forward, which is based on Solidworks, and the design of modular manipulator servo unit was carried out. The motor and harmonic reducer of manipulator were selected. The torque of different joint angles was calculated and the final selection scheme was determined. The finite element analysis of the key parts of the manipulator was made by using Ansysworkbench, and the stress and displacement contour of the important parts such as the second joints of the manipulator were obtained. The hardware design was carried out from the angle of volume layout and working mode. Closed loop control algorithm and force feedback algorithm were used to realize the force feedback of three closed loop servo motor control and integrated servo drive unit. Finally, based on the structure and algorithm, a series of OUR modular manipulators were developed. The design is based on PMSM servo system, TI company's TMS320F2812 chip and VC ++ 6.0. The upper control software and the PC interface is given by using VC ++ 6.0 for three-phase permanent synchronous servo motor. The motor speed, steering and rotation angle can be controlled accurately by using computer interface to realize the load locating. The servo system of PC + DSP has some superiorities such as simpleness and stabilzation of serial communication, wide range of speed regulation, strong extensibility. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
