Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) is a global non-profit standard development organization. Based on the consensus of clinical research, it has established a set of standard systems, including core standards, data interchange standards, controlled terminology standards, and treatment domain standards. These standards play different roles in research and span various stages of the research process. With the development of automated software, international regulatory agencies and large pharmaceutical companies have implemented the application of CDISC standards. The standard system is gradually gaining recognition and promotion in China, and professional technical services are also being gradually developed and popularized. This article provided a detailed introduction to various standards under the CDISC standard system, including their relationships, and application processes. It summarized the application status at home and abroad and provides suggestions, aiming to provide important references for the standardization of relevant research.

Compared with domestic high-speed railway technology, the current domestic heavy-haul railway technology lags behind, so it is necessary to introduce high-speed rail technology into heavy-haul railway to improve the technical level of heavy-haul railway. Studying the train control system of heavy-haul railway based on virtual grouping technology and improving the technical level of train control system of heavy-haul railway can lower the professional skill requirements of employees, reduce the number of professionals and improve the transportation efficiency of heavy-haul railway, which will be the breakthrough and development direction of heavy-haul railway in the future. This paper analyzes the present situation of the existing heavy-haul railway train control technology and puts forward the structure, working principle and key technologies of the heavy-haul railway train control system based on virtual grouping technology. In order to realize the train control system of heavy haul railway based on virtual grouping technology, key technologies such as accurate train positioning, train integrity check and train interval control have to be mastered. The train control system of heavy haul railway based on virtual grouping technology is developed and the multi-train tracking test is carried out in the laboratory. The test results show that the train control system of heavy-haul railway based on virtual grouping technology can greatly shorten the tracking interval distance and tracking interval time and improve the transportation efficiency of heavy-haul railway. Critical care medicine in China has developed rapidly and played an irreplaceable role in the treatment of critically ill patients, emergency disasters and public health events. The standardized training of specialists is not only an important part of medical education after graduation, but also a conventional way to train qualified specialized clinicians. As the second batch of national pilot specialties, critical care medicine has established a national unified specialist training system, which has become an important way to cultivate professionals. This study compares the similarities and differences of critical care medicine specialty training in foreign countries from the aspects of training system and platform construction, so as to provide reference for promoting the continuous improvement of critical care specialist training system in China.

Objective To investigate the effects of signal molecule autoinducer 2 (AI-2) on the biofilm formation and virulence production in the wild type strain, PAO1 and the strain with deficient quorum sensing genes, lasR and rhlR (ΔlasRΔrhlR) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P.a). Methods The wild strain PAO1 and the P.a ΔLasRΔrhlR strain were used to establish biofilm model. The following experiments were performed on 4 groups, including PAO1 group, AI-2+PAO1 group, P.a ΔLasRΔrhlR group and AI-2+P.a ΔLasRΔrhlR group. The biofilm formation was measured by crystal violet assay and observed with confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM). Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion was used for drug sensitivity test. Virulence factor pyocyanin and elastase production were measured by chloroform extraction method and Congo red assay, respectively. Results Compared to the wild type PAO1, the biofilm formation and virulence production were significantly increased in AI-2+PAO1 group, as well as the diameter of inhibition zone was significantly decreased(P < 0.05), the biofilm formation and virulence production were significantly reduced in AI-2+ P.a ΔLasRΔrhlR group, and the diameter of inhibition zone was significantly enlarged (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences between the P.a ΔLasRΔrhlR group and AI-2+ P.a ΔLasRΔrhlR group in biofilm formation, virulence production and the diameter of inhibition zone (P>0.05). Conclusion AI-2 enhances the biofilm formation and virulence production of P.a by the quorum sensing system.

The current research situation and shortcomings of traditional VOCs recycling technology of industrial sources are reviewed. In order to improve the shortcomings of VOCs technology upgrading, the application progress of optimization process parameters of corresponding recycling technology system by simulation is analyzed. This paper can provide some reference for optimization and improvement of industrial VOCs recovery technology simulation. In addition, the optimization trend of VOCs traditional recycling technology system through simulation is prospected, and the future simulation optimization process system is proposed to develop efficient, low cost, diversified recycling technology research hot spots. This study intends to demonstrate the key attributes of systemic resilience by the case study of pandemic resilience and regional economic resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study reviewed and provided a holistic theoretical understanding of resilience from diverse theoretical bases, which are understood to be critical for recovering from disruptions and disorder resulted from major exogenous shocks and crises. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, many scholars had already been active in promoting sustainability and resilience science. However, systemic resilience has yet to be considered in the transformation of Library and Information Science research and the role of libraries for sustainable development. Resilience has been viewed as the ability of a system to prepare for threats, absorb impacts, recover and adapt following persistent stress or a disruptive event. Five systemic attributes categorized by this study were found to dominate the interdisciplinary resilience literature. Four case studies were conducted to demonstrate two types of systemic resilience to provide practical suggestions for enhancing systemic resilience. This research shows the importance of systemic resilience in response to crises and shocks as well as the sustainability of national health system and regional economic system. China's convenience food industry is developing rapidly. In recent years, the development of new product standards for convenience food has been continuously strengthened. Besides the approved industry standards such as “convenience dishes”, there are a number of industry standards currently being approved for development plan, which will effectively guide and standardize the industry's high-quality and healthy development. But on the whole, the product standard in this field needs to be revised and the product standard system needs to be further improved. By analyzing and interpreting the current standards and the standard system and the main contents of the newly formulated standards, this paper sorts out the main problems in the formulation and implementation of the standards, and puts forward the direction and suggestions for the construction of the standard system and its future revision, to facilitate the food industry’s product research and development, production and supervision to provide a technical basis.

In order to realize the rapid nondestructive grade evaluation of Imperial Chrysanthemum, machine vision technology was applied to intelligently grade five grades of Imperial Chrysanthemum in this paper. Firstly, the grading device was designed according to the quality characteristics of Imperial Chrysanthemum, and different grading standards were set according to the color, shape, integrity and other characteristics of Imperial Chrysanthemum. Secondly, the image preprocessing of Imperial Chrysanthemum was completed by using image graying, image denoising and image enhancement technology. Thirdly, RGB model was used to complete the color feature extraction and recognition of Imperial Chrysanthemum, and the image integrity judgment and flower diameter calculation of Imperial Chrysanthemum were completed through image segmentation and edge detection technology, so as to obtain the prediction level of Imperial Chrysanthemum. Finally, a set of Imperial Chrysanthemum intelligent grading system was developed based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 platform to realize real-time visual operation. The results showed that the overall classification accuracy of the Imperial Chrysanthemum intelligent grading system designed in this paper reached 97.6%, and the average grading speed was more than 5 times that of manual classification. It was superior to the traditional manual classification in reliability, speed, work efficiency and robustness. This study provided a practical case and technical reference for the application of machine vision technology in the field of scented tea grading.

Generator inertia is an essential parameter in the analysis of frequency characteristics of power system and its online applications. The inertia of a generator can be identified in real time based on ambient active power and frequency signals measured while the generator is in routine operation. However,due to data quality defects of field measurements,the results of inertia identification are poor when applying existing algorithms to actual data. To solve this problem,the a priori variance of inertia identification results is defined based on spectral analysis and system identification theory. The a priori variance is calculated by three steps:reference system estimation,model parameter variance estimation and inertia variance estimation. The segments of ambient data are evaluated and selected before identification,which improves the accuracy of inertia identification. Data evaluation and selection results based on simulation data and field measurements verify the proposed method. The results show that the data segments with smaller a priori variance have higher accuracy of inertia identification.

In 2018， the NHC and 10 other ministries and commissiones jointly issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for the Pilot Construction of a National Pilot System of Social and Psychological Services. Mianyang city in Sichuan province was listed as one of the pilot areas. In accordance with the Mental Health Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations， as well as the spirit of documents， combing some previous investigations and local situation of social psychological services， the Mianyang Municipal People's Government has formulated the promulgated Administrive Measures of Psychosocial Services of Mianyang"， which had come into force on December 25， 2021. This paper focuses on the interpretation of relevant concepts， general rules， key contents and safeguard of this measures， in order to provide references for the standardized， sustainable and effective development of social psychological services.

This paperanalyzed the relationship between the frequency phase difference of the ultrasonic transducer and the offset value.Considering the fact thatthe classic controller constructed bythe time domain model has not high applicability, this research proposed a frequency tracking system of ultrasonic power supply based on the fuzzy PI control.Also, a time-domain model for molding the current and voltage at both ends of the transducer was presented.The phase difference between the two can be obtained by spectrum analysis methodandthe simulation analysis of ultrasonic power frequency trackingcan bemade.The ultrasonic power frequency tracking system was constructed and analyzed.The initial resonance frequency wasmeasured under normal working voltage.Simulation analysis and experimental data showed the effectiveness of the method.This study found that compared with the traditional control method, the fuzzy PI method can improve the control accuracy of the system, and consequently it can improve the service life and operating efficiency of the ultrasonic transducer. To provide service of all-weather, full automation and high precision deformation monitoring and to furthest reduce the effects of space environment factors on the high precision real-time positioning, on the digital CDRadio edge of RTK GNSS core analytic computing technology fusion algorithm is used, and “the Beidou high-precision geological disaster monitoring system with edge calculation based on broadcasting RTK”is developed, which is characterized by the independent intellectual property rights and structure open. The system can run stably for a long time, and can satisfy the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of all users. Taking the unstable slope of block 8 in the Gemstone Garden in Changzhou District of Wuzhou as an example, the monitoring results from May to November 2020 are analyzed. The monitoring data show that the whole slope body is in the stage of slow development, and the front edge of the slope top has a tendency of peristatically moving and sinking. The whole slope body tends to develop towards the southeast direction. Through the establishment of a good system information interaction platform, the statistical analysis information formed by the system is transmitted to users in a high speed and convenient way, which effectively improves the users' system management, decision-making and application ability. It can fully mine the data resources of the system, provide real-time forecasting services, effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of information collection, transmission, processing, analysis and forecast, comprehensively improve the ability of geological disaster monitoring, early warning and forecast management, and better provide scientific basis for the decision-making and command of management departments at all levels in emergency rescue and disaster relief.

【Objective/Meaning】It is helpful to draw lessons from the experience of professional farmer system construction in the agricultural developed countries to accelerate the construction of new professional farmer teams and strengthen the support function of talented persons to the development of modern agriculture and the construction of new countryside. 【Methods/Procedures】By means of the methods such as the literature analysis and comparative analysis, the existing problems of new professional farmer system in China were analyzed. Then, by studying the successful experience of the construction of professional farmer system in the developed countries such as Japan and Germany, the feasible path according to the current situation of the construction of new professional farmer system in China was designed. 【Results/Conclusions】The experience of the construction of professional farmer system in foreign countries was reflected in the following four aspects including establishing the guarantee system of legal system, strictly implementing the access system for professional farmers, improving the diversified agricultural education and training system, and promoting the security system for new professional farmers. Based on the existing deficiencies, the experience paradigm of building a comprehensive legal system, access and exit system, training system, security system and supervision system in an all-round way was put forward, so as to provide reference for the decision-making. As an important intermediate link connecting the upstream refinery and the downstream market, the product oil pipeline network will have serious effect on oil supply if an accident occurs. Due to the complexity of the operation process of the product oil pipeline network, a comprehensive and systematic research system for the reliability analysis of product oil pipeline network has not yet been formed. For this reason, the relevant research progress of the reliability analysis of product oil pipeline was summarized from the two aspects, i.e. the reliability calculation of equipment unit and the reliability modeling of system in the product oil pipeline network, and the challenges faced during the research were sorted. Meanwhile, deep analysis was made to the research approach, evaluation methods and calculation methods of crude oil pipeline network, natural gas pipeline network, urban water supply pipeline network, heat supply pipeline network and power supply pipeline network, expecting to provide reference for the further research on reliability analysis of product oil pipeline network.

Health monitoring technology is the key technology to improve the safety, combat readiness and quick response ability of equipment, which has become the necessary technology of modern high-tech equipment.In order to characterize the aircraft health status clearly and effectively, the parameters "health degree" is put forward to characterize the health level of aircraft and its sub-systems.Based on it, the calculation and determination methods of the basic health degree and the mission health degree of aircraft and its sub-systems were given out.Then, the health status evaluation methods of aircraft and its sub-systems were established based on the "health degree" parameter as well as the "healthy", "sub-healthy" and "unhealthy" employed to express the typical three healthy statuses of them.Finally, the condition-based maintenance(CBM) strategies for aircraft and its sub-systems based on the health statuses were described by means of an example:the aircraft and its sub-systems do not need maintenance when they are healthy, the aircraft and its sub-systems need to make maintenance plan when they are subhealthy, the aircraft and its sub-systems need maintenance at once when they are unhealthy, and the final implementation maintenance strategy should be carried out considering the economic requirements.The results of this paper lay a foundation for the effective applications of health monitoring technology in aircraft and its sub-systems, and they can also be extended to the health monitoring of other equipment and systems.

The ecological environment is not only of great significance to the party, but also related to the well-being of all people. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the party has issued a series of policies and strict laws and regulations to protect the ecological environment. Among them, Two Mountains Theory is particularly prominent. This article will interpret the Two Mountains Theory of the Chinese Communist Party from three aspects: (1) adherence to the purpose and essence of ecological civilization, (2) the way to practice ecological civilization, (3) and the effect of the ecological civilization system. First of all, practicing Two Mountains Theory is an important way to uphold and improve the ecological civilization system. Upholding and improving the ecological civilization system is not only of great significance for realizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, but also for ensuring the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. It is of indispensable importance. Secondly, the Two Mountains Theory is a way to transform the advantages of ecological environment into economic and social advantages. From an economic point of view, the market value of time and space elements can be measured through the natural ecological system of lucid water and green mountains and non-material services. The industrial economic system is realized through the methods of material circulation, energy flow and information exchange. Furthermore, Two Mountains Theory provides a cultural basis for upholding and improving the ecological civilization system. This theory opens up a correct ecological world outlook and values, unifies the originally separated human individual and nature as a whole, reverses the originally opposed relationship between man and nature, and realizes the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature. The improvement of the ecological civilization system makes positive externality. Adhering to and improving the system of ecological civilization reflects the courage of the Communist Party of China to advance with the times. The Communist Party of China has long been committed to carrying out strategic planning and work related to ecological environmental protection, and boosting China's ecological environmental protection. The realization of the exploration of practice has undergone a fundamental change, and the height of ideological understanding has risen to a higher level, and environmental quality testing has entered a new field. At the international level, China's idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind has once again become an international hot spot. For realizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, upholding and perfecting the system of ecological civilization is a theoretical innovation and breakthrough. Among them, the most stringent ecological and environmental protection system and the strictest legal system are the foundation, the comprehensive establishment of an efficient resource utilization system is the direction, the improvement of the ecological protection and restoration system is the means, and the strict ecological environmental protection responsibility system is the guarantee. Adhering to and improving the ecological civilization system can stimulate the supply of ecological products, and the new economy of the integration of the tertiary industry can continue to bring lucid water and green mountains ecological resources to the best treasure, so as to maintain the development of forests, land and other natural resources to promote economic growth in the early stage of economic development. Finally, the overall consideration of the four systems of the ecological civilization system is the key to transforming institutional advantages into governance efficiency. The construction of ecological civilization involves a multi-faceted, multi-level revolutionary change that must be achieved through systems and the rule of law. The ecological environment is a scarce asset, and high-quality ecological products are an integral part of economic and social development. China should continue to explore, find the path and method of ecological and economic achievement in line with national conditions, and convert the advantages of high-quality ecological environment into economic advantages.
