The right to strike is an important economic right of citizens commonly recognized in market economy counties. It helps to balance the relationship of employers and employees, and encourage the stable development of economy and society. It is necessary for China to recognize the right to strike in legislation and prescribe the limitations to the enforcement of the right to protect the employees' rights, to keep our promise in international conventions we signed, and to regulate the existed strikes.
