Objective To understand the experience and problems of nurses participating in new media health science popularization. Methods Using the qualitative research method of phenomenology, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 nurses who participated in the production and promotion of new media health science popularization. Results The real experience of nurses participating in new media health science popularization included 4 themes and 13 sub-themes. The 4 themes included: the improvement of nurses' sense of professional value; the improvement of nurses' new media health science popularization ability; the difficulties of nurses in new media health science popularization; perception Patients have complex science needs. Conclusion Nurses had benefited experience and encountered some difficulties in participating in new media health science popularization. Managers should integrate resources, improve the support system, encourage nurses to participate in new media health science popularization, enhance their sense of professional value and comprehensive ability, and build satisfaction High-quality new media health science popularization works with complex needs of patients. A series of GO/g-C3N4 aerogel materials were prepared by the methods of ultrasonic peeling, solution cross-linking and freeze-drying, and the proportion of raw materials were optimized. The materials were characterized by SEM, XRD, and UV-vis absorption spectrum. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the degradation of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) wastewater. The pure g-C3N4 aerogel was dominated by mesoporous structure. As the graphene oxide (GO) ratio increases, the layered structure and macroporous structure of the material gradually increase, and all show strong adsorption performance. When the mass fraction of GO is 25%, the photocatalytic degradation of UDMH wastewater is the best and the performance is stable after 5 cycles, the photocatalytic activity is only reduced by 7.15%. Through the study on the energy band structure, characterization of photoelectric effect and PL spectrum, the results show that the g-C3N4 molecular orbital energy level and band gap (Eg) were impacted by the cross-linking between the π-π bond of GO layers and the aromatic ring of g-C3N4, which improve the response performance to visible light. The metallic properties of GO facilitate the rapid separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs and improve the photocatalytic activity. According to the band gap calculation and the intrinsic molecular orbital of the material, the main active species for GOCN photocatalytic degradation of UDMH wastewater are ·O-2 and h+.

This article focuses on the process through which Yang Shi, a famous Neo-Confucian of the Song dynasty, was enshrined in the Confucian Temple during the Ming dynasty. This article divides the process into three different stages. Initial failure during the first stage forced supporters to rebuild Yang's relics in Fujian Province. In the second stage Wei Ji suggested the court enshrine Yang in the Confucian Temple in order to acquire official support for a water conservancy project in Zhejiang Province. The strong influence of the retired dignitary Wei Ji forced the court to compromise on a special local shrine for Yang in Fujian. This case tells us that the interests of local society could influence official discussion of Confucian Temple proposals. In the final stage, Yang was enshrined into the Confucian Temple in 1495. The process took so long because of Yang's lack of far-reaching work on classical learning, which was the universally accepted standard for enshrinement at that time. Placing Yang's spiritual tablet in the Confucian Temple shook this standard. But a famous Cheng-Zhu follower, Yang Lian, positioned Yang as the only disciple who accepted the Cheng brothers' theory in his Yiluo yuanyuan lu, thus promoting the transmission of the Way. Yang Lian hoped that by supporting Yang Shi's enshrinement, he could help Xue Xuan's supporters promote Xue's claim to enshrinement. Xue's enshrinement had also been blocked due to lack of far-reaching work classical learning. But if Yang could earn sacrifices in the Confucian Temple, so could Xue. This case indicates that compilation of the genealogy of the Way became an alternative method for getting support in debates over candidates for enshrinement in the Confucian Temple. In order to assess the sulfate-induced inhibition of anaerobic digestion of antibiotic manufacturing bio-waste. The effect of COD/SO 4 2- ratio on biogas production potential and substrate utilization characteristics during the acidogenic phase of anaerobic digestion of penicillin bacterial residues were investigated through batch experiments. The results obtained indicated that biogas production was gradually enhanced after 10 days of anaerobic digestion. However, the maximum cumulative methane production probably exceeded about 208 mL·g -1 (on TS basis) since COD/SO 4 2- ≥3. Because adaptive acclimation, more than 71% COD removal, which may have been converted to methane, was achieved. Consequently, at COD/SO 4 2- ≤1.5, methane production was suppressed by 49% and 100% when the organics and SO 4 2- removal rates were less than 17% and 5%, respectively. This indicated that methanogens and sulfate-reducing bacteria were inhibited at high sulfate loading rates. In addition, the COD balance analysis revealed that less than 9.1% of the COD was converted to methane. However, 5.0%-9.0% of the COD was used for sulfate reduction. This means that methanogens are more susceptible than sulfate-reducing bacteria to sulfide-induced inhibition. The S balance showed that the reduced sulfate was mainly present as sulfide in the digester. A small fraction of it was present as hydrogen sulfide in the biogas. The analysis of substrate utilization characteristics during the acidogenic phase revealed that methanation of soluble protein was initiated after methanation of soluble carbohydrate.

Objective: To explore the changes of brachial flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and soluble VEGF receptor 1 (sFLT) in patients with severe sepsis and evaluate their prognostic values., Methods: A total of 128 patients with severe sepsis were consecutively recruited from January 2009 to January 2011 at Intensive Care Unit of Zhejiang Hospital. And their general profiles and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Brachial artery FMD was measured by ultrasound upon admission after a diagnosis of severe sepsis. The plasma levels of VEGF and sFLT were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)., Results: The average age was (69.0 ± 10.1) years and the 28-day mortality rate stood at 41.4%. Compared with the survivors, the non-survivors had a lower brachial FMD (P < 0.001) and a higher plasma concentration of sFLT (P = 0.006). However, the survivors and non-survivors had a similar plasma level of sFLT (P = 0.32). In addition, brachial FMD was inversely correlated with sFLT (r = -0.39, P < 0.001), but not with plasma VEGF (r = 0.07, P = 0.11). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis showed that the optimal FMD (sensitivity 81%, specificity 76%) and plasma sFLT (sensitivity 77%, specificity 71%) cutoff values were 4.5% and 398 pg/ml for 28-day mortality respectively. The multiple Logistic regression analysis revealed that brachial FMD (OR = 0.48, 95%CI: 0.22 - 0.81, P = 0.04) and plasma sFLT (OR = 1.86, 95%CI: 1.21 - 3.08, P = 0.02) were independent predictors of 28-day mortality rate., Conclusion: Lower brachial FMD and higher plasma sFLT may reflect endothelial function impairment and carry a higher risk of mortality in patients with severe sepsis and have. Non-invasive ultrasonic assessment of flow-mediated dilation is recommended.

Objective: To investigate the effects of ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion via vein on the inflammatory response, immune and organ function in patients with severe acute pancreatitis., Methods: A total of 53 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomized into conventional therapy plus fish oil group (FO group) and conventional therapy group (CON group). The patients in FO group were treat with ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion (0.2 g×kg(-1)×d(-1), 10%) based on conventional therapy for 14 days. The level of C-reactive protein (CRP), TG and TC were detected before treatment and at day 7 and day 14 after treatment. CD(4)(+), CD(4)(+)/CD(8)(+) and C(3), C(4) were also detected at day 1 and day 14 after treatment. At the same time, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II score (APACHEII score), intra-abdominal pressure, negative fluid balance time, enteral nutrition start-time and ICU stay time were observed and recorded., Results: Forty-five out of 53 patients were finally recruited into results statistics. The level of CD(4)(+), CD(4)(+)/CD(8)(+) and C(3) at day 14 after treatment in FO groups improved significantly than that in the CON group (P < 0.05). The levels of CRP, intra-abdominal pressure and APACHE II score at day 7 and day 14 in FO group descended more obviously than that in the CON group (P < 0.05). The negative liquid balance time in FO group (3.55 ± 0.86)days was obvious shorter than that in CON group (4.61 ± 1.12) days, while enteral nutrition start-time (3.86 ± 1.17) days was significantly earlier compared with CON group (5.30 ± 1.61) days (P < 0.05), however ICU stay time and 28 days mortality rate had no significant difference between the two groups., Conclusions: ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion can decrease the inflammatory response and the negative liquid balance time, improve the immune function and restore bowel function in severe acute pancreatitis patients. Therefore, it maybe provide a new and effective means for severe acute pancreatitis.

Discriminant analysis was used to classify 20 olive oil samples based on their near-infrared (NIR) spectra. The samples were successfully classified into two categories which are consistent with extra virgin olive oil and ordinary olive oil defined in the products. The NIR spectra of olive-oil mixtures containing colza oil, corn oil, peanut oil, camellia oil, sunflower oil, and poppy seed oil were collected, respectively. The volume percent of adulterants ranged from 0 to 100%. The best spectrum bands for analysis were selected before developing partial least-squares (PLS) calibration models. The relative errors of prediction ranged from -5.67% to 5.61%. Results showed that the method combined with chemometrics methods and near-infrared spectrometry is simple, fast and credible for qualitative and quantitative analyses of olive oil samples.

A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Pipemidic acid (PPA) was developed. It is based on luminescence produced with KMnO4-Na2S2O4 CL system sensitized by Eu3+-PPA. The familar excipients such as starch and dextrine do not cause interference. The several kinds of affect on chemiluminescence were studied. The linear range and detection limit for PPA are 7.00 x 10(-9)-9.00 x 10(-7) mol x L(-1) and 4.09 x 10(-9) mol x L(-1), respectively. This method have successfully been applied to the determination of PPA in tablet and urine. And the mechanism of chemiluminescence is proposed.

The principle and application in the environmental analysis of Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) combined with Room Temperature Phosphorescence (RTP) analysis were reviewed. The principle, device, separation modes, operation procedures and application of SPE were commented. The merits and shortages in the operation procedure and quantitative analysis of classic RTP were also summarized. The potential application in the trace sample analysis and the advantage of coupling technique of SPE and RTP were indicated. The sensitivity and selectivity of the coupling technique could be greatly increased because of the strong enrichment ability of the SPE materials and the high selectivity of RTP. So far the technique has been successfully used in the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PClDBFs) in the environmental samples according to their phosphorescence emission after preconcentration on the Whatman 1PS filter paper and C18 or C8 SPE membranes.
