This paper aims to observe the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. A total of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups: combined treatment group (butylphthalide sodium chloride injection + urokinase, N = 30) and control group (urokinase only, N = 30). National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Barthel Index (BI) were used to evaluate the improvement of neurological function and curative effect. Adverse reactions were also observed. As results, the markedly effective rate was 36.67% (11/30) and the total efficiency rate was 93.33% (28/30) in combined treatment group, while they were 10% (3/30) and 56.67% (17/30) in control group. There was significant difference between 2 groups ( χ2 = 13.195, P = 0.004). Besides, the neurological function of patients in 2 groups elevated to different degrees at each time point after treatment (P = 0.020). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between 2 groups (P = 0.572). The results indicated that the curative effect of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is better than that of urokinase. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2014.09.013

Purpose: To analyze the effect of topical anesthetics in taking dental X-ray film., Methods: 300 patients, who needed to take dental X-ray photography of maxillary or mandibular molar were randomly assigned to 3 groups. Bisecting angle technique was used to take the film. Before taking the X-ray, the throats of the patients in Group I were treated by 1% dyclonine spraying anesthesia, Group II were treated by FRILJET local cryoanesthesia and pulp vitality test agent, and Group III were set as control. The anesthesia efficiency and imagine quality of the dental films were evaluated, and the anesthetic time was recorded. The data was analyzed with ANOVA and Chi-square test using SPSS12.2 software package., Results: The anesthesia efficiency was 99% in group I, 98% in Group II, and 62% in Group III. The imagine quality in Group I and II was higher than that in Group III. For both anesthesia efficiency and imagine quality, there was no significant difference between Group I and Group II, but there was significant difference between Group I and Group III, and between Group II and Group III (P<0.01).Significant difference of anesthetic time was showed between Group I and Group II . Compared with Group II, longer time(4 minutes) was needed in Group I to show the anesthetic effect, and it lasted longer for 21.62+/-3.54 minutes; while in Group II, the anesthetic effect lasted shorter, only for 2.07+/-1.22 minutes, but it developed immediately., Conclusion: The use of local anesthetics improves the accuracy, quality, and success rate in taking dental X-ray films.

The paper deals with the composition, preparation and qualitative control of compound Dyclonine's suspending mixture, one of gastroscopic mucomembranous anesthetics. The content of Dyclonine hydrochloride was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. It shows that the average rate of recovery is 100.80%, RSD = 1.32%(n = 6). At room temperature, the appearance and content of the preparation are not changed in 0, 30, 180, 365 days respectively. The preparation is widely and successfully used in clinics with easy procedure and excellent stability.
