Smart agriculture is one of the important ways to realize agricultural and rural modernization. Suzhou is at the forefront of the country in the development of smart agriculture. Taking the national pilot project of smart agriculture in Suzhou as an example, literature research and expert consultation were used, starting from the background of smart agriculture, the international and domestic development trends and the development foundation of Suzhou were analyzed. The development status of smart agriculture in the city in recent years was pointed out. The specific action path of the pilot work was extracted from five aspects: key technology integrated research and development, agricultural Internet of Things popularization and application, smart agriculture demonstration scene construction, agricultural big data application, the development of intelligent agricultural equipment, and corresponding achievements and experiences were summarized for reference. In order to explore the mental workload levels of pilots at different stages of airfield traffic pattern, search for electrocardiogram indicators that represent mental workload, a six degree of freedom simulation flight experiment on pentagonal flight tasks for pilots was conducted, the mental workload levels during the flight process was measured, data on various electrocardiogram (ECG) indicators of pilots at different flight stages was collected, and factor analysis was used to construct a pilot mental load model to analyze and verify the characteristics of changes in the mental workload of pilots at different flight stages. The results indicate that compared to heart rate indicators, heart rate variability indicators have higher reliability and validity in measuring pilot mental workload. The mental workload during takeoff and ascent stages is at a relatively low level and shows a decreasing trend. The cognitive load level during the cruise phase is low and the trend of change is smooth. The mental workload level during the approach and landing phase is the highest. In addition, unexpected events can significantly affect the mental workload, causing a significant increase in the pilot􀆳s mental load. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the problems of long acquisition time, high algorithm complexity and high resource overhead in short-term burst communication, a high-precision synchronization scheme is designed in this paper. The scheme customizes the frame structure of both sender and receiver, adopts a unique code differential matching algorithm to achieve signal detection and frame synchronization, and adopts a forward estimation algorithm based on pilot cumulants to achieve frequency offset estimation and correction. In order to take into account the accuracy of frequency offset estimation and the complexity of the algorithm, the sliding correlation algorithm is used for the unique code to realize the initial phase acquisition, which makes the system compact and more suitable for FPGA hardware implementation. Theoretical analysis and software simulation show that the scheme has good reception performance under the condition of low signal-to-noise ratio and high dynamic range, and the frequency estimation accuracy can reach one ten thousandth of the symbol rate. By taking the Dongsi PBA station of Beijing Metro Line 6 as an example, the influence of the excavation sequence on the distribution of the vertical earth pressure on the pilots and the station arches was analyzed respectively. The results show that soil pressure on the station arches is bias, and the vertical earth pressure at the arch feet of the outer side pilots is 1. 27 times than that at the inner side pilots. The vertical earth pressure at the outer arch feet of the upper and lower side pilots is about 1. 1 times and 1. 2 times of the gravity stress respectively. The vertical earth pressure on the central pilots is affected by the excavation sequence of the pilots in the same level, and is larger on the later constructed pilots. The vertical earth pressure on the station arch is mainly affected by the construction sequence of the arches. In the "first edge and then middle pilot" construction plan, the vertical earth pressure on the crown arches of the station fluctuates as such that the vertical earth pressure on the side span can be as low as 0. 77 times the gravity stress, while the vertical earth pressure at the junction of the arch and the central pilot can be as high as 1. 05 times the gravity stress. With the continuous progress and development of aviation technology, the technical problems of one-way long-distance flight are being solved. Sleep deprivation is of a significant impact on pilots' cognitive impairment in the complex environment of long-term flight and high cognitive load. Beginning with the analysis of the effect of sleep deprivation on cognitive function of subjects, and the effects of sleep deprivation on cognitive attention and executive function are analyzed. Combining with pilots' cognitive needs, the experimental methods and research conclusions of related studies are summarized, and the effects of sleep deprivation on pilots from three aspects of perception, decision-making and execution are analyzed. The research direction of sleep deprivation on pilots' cognitive decision-making is pointed, which can be used for reference in the overall design of cockpit under long-term flight conditions.

Due to the advantage of rigidity pipeline,SDH is irreplaceable in carrying high priority service circuit.However,it will withdraw because of equipment ageing.A solution of OTN system with VC cross-connecting function was proposed for the situation which SDH network faced,which could minimize space requirements,conserve energy,save the resource of optical fiber and reduce the operational risk while keeping the advantage of OTN high bandwidth transmission.Pilot testing proves that the system works well and accords with correlative criterion.

In order to obtain higher data transmission speed and greater array gain，a precoding algorithm based on max-SNR in massive MIMO system was proposed.The basic method of this algorithm was following.Firstly，the base station obtained MMSE channel estimation by received uplink pilot sequences，then the base station transmited downlink data to users after precoding.Terminal users derived the optimal precoding matrix by resolving a Rayleigh entropy optimization problem based on the received SNR.Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is better than SVD algorithm，especially when the number of transmit antennas is large，the proposed algorithm is valuable in massive MIMO systems in the future.

In the interference approximation method, the channel estimation performance in FBMC/OQAM system is mainly affected by noise. Through improving the existing interference approximation method-real channel estimation, this paper proposed a channel estimation method based on equivalent pilot power minimum value maximization in which both sides of the pilot redesigned. This paper studies the active force characteristics of the neck muscles under the condition of rapid braking, which can provide theoretical support for reducing the neck injury of pilots when carrier-based aircraft blocks the landing. We carried out static loading and real vehicle braking experiments under rapid braking conditions, collected the active contraction force and electromyography (EMG) signals of neck muscles, and analyzed the response characteristics of neck muscle active force response. The results showed that the head and neck forward tilt time was delayed and the amplitude decreased during neck muscle pre-tightening. The duration of the neck in the extreme position decreased, and the recovery towards the seat direction was faster. The EMG signals of trapezius muscle was higher than sternocleidomastoid muscle. This suggests that pilots can reduce neck injury by pre-tightening the neck muscles during actual braking flight. In addition, we can consider the design of relevant fittings for pre-tightening the neck muscles.

The CO2-CH4 autothermal reforming process is calculated and analyzed by the Gibbs free energy minimization method and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) coupled with detailed reaction kinetics. Combining with independent research and development reactors and catalysts, the pilot test conditions were the raw material gas treatment capacity of 10 000 m3/h, operating pressure of 2 MPa, nickel based catalyst loading of about 5 tons, and the syngas was CH4/syngas ratios less than 1%, n (H2 )/n(CO)=1. 1 and effective gas content of 60. 7% on the Low Carbon Circular Economy Park, Shanxi Lu'an Coal-to-Gasoline Co.，Ltd . It summarized the principles and steps of existing typical carrier frequency offset (CFO) esti-mation algorithms over time-varying frequency-selective channels in the OFDM system, compared these algorithms through simulation of the CFO estimation performance, and analyzed their advantages and dis-advantages. The sensitivity of sampling frequency offset in orghogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems was analyzed and a pilots based estimation of sampling frequency offset was proposed. Approximate formulas of calculating system SNR were deduced by the digital model. The effects of the sampling frequency offset were estimated quantitatively. When the input SNR is fixed, the output performance gets worse as the sampling frequency offset increases. As the the sampling frequency offset is fixed, the increasing of input SNR or number of subcarriers will make the output performance get worse further. At last, a maximum likelihood estimating method of sampling frequency offset by transmitting two identical OFDM symbol was proposed. The study shows that this method is simple and exact. This article introduces the basic situation of the pilot medical devices registrant of Guangdong province, by analyzing the approval pilot enterprise and product information, results and characteristics of inductive work, points out many problems such as Shenzhen enterprises account for a large proportion, lack of benefits, response inactive, etc. analyzes the related reasons, including the existence of the alternative policies, the protection of intellectual property rights, cost factors, tend to increasee industry development foundation, etc., and puts forward suggestions for the perfect job, including speeding up legislation, building a demonstration project, improving regulation ability, etc.

Objective: To compare the differences in the clinical therapeutic effects on chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP) between the combined treatment of the superficial needling technique and mild moxibustion and the traditional warm acupuncture., Methods: A total of 60 patients were randomized into a combined treatment group and a warm acupuncture group, 30 cases in each one. In the combined treatment group, the superficial needling technique was used in combination with the mild moxibustion with moxa box at the muscle region of the bladder meridian on the back. In the warm acupuncture group, the traditional warm acupuncture was adopted on the lumbar region and the upper back. Each treatment lasted 30 min, 3 times a week. The treatment was provided continuously for 3 weeks. The follow-up visit lasted 3 months. Separately, before, 3 times after treatment and at the end of treatment, as well as after the follow-up visit, the visual analogue scale (VAS), the range of motion of the lumbar region (ROM) and the Oswestry disability index (ODI) were observed in the patients of the two groups., Results: During and at the end of treatment, as well as at the follow-up visit, VAS score, ROM and ODI were all improved as compared with those before treatment in the two groups (all P <0.05). The results in the combined treatment group were better than those in the warm acupuncture (all P <0.05). At the end of treatment and the follow-up stage, VAS score, ROM and ODI were better than those during treatment in the two groups (all P <0.05). At the follow-up stage, VAS score, ROM of the backward extension and rotation of spine, as well as ODI were better than those at the end of treatment in the two groups (all P <0.05)., Conclusion: The combined treatment of the superficial needling technique and mild moxibustion relieves pain, improves the ROM of the lumbar region and reduces the functional disability in CNLBP. This combined therapy achieves the better effects as compared with the traditional warm acupuncture and is high in the patient's compliance.
