Background Multi - modal neuroimaging examinations play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of functional neurosurgery. However, there is currently a lack of effective management for these complex data in clinical practice. This study attempts to establish a feasible multimodal neuroimaging data information management system and evaluate its application effects. Methods By standardizing clinical diagnosis and treatment processes, analyzing the nodes where imaging data were generated, and streamlining data flow routes, establishing storage naming conventions, setting up storage servers, and training specialized personnel, we designed and applied a multi - modal neuroimaging data information management system. The primary evaluation indicators were the archiving rates of 5 types of data: structural sequences, other preoperative images, postoperative electrode CT, electrode reconstruction, and postoperative CT/MRI. The secondary evaluation indicators included the total man-hours consumed for data archiving and the average man-hours consumed per case. Results Without multi-modal neuroimaging data information management (control group, n = 64), the total manpower consumption was 192 man-hours, with an average of 3 man-hours per case. With multi-modal neuroimaging data information management (data management group, n = 50), the total manpower consumption was 84 man-hours, with an average of 1.68 man-hours per case. The data management group had higher archiving rates compared to the control group: structural sequences [100% (50/50) vs. 32.81% (21/64); χ² = 11.383, P = 0.001], other preoperative images [96% (48/50) vs. 26.56% (17/64); χ² = 13.839, P = 0.000], postoperative electrode CT [96% (48/50) vs. 32.81% (21/64); χ² = 10.409, P = 0.001], electrode reconstruction [96% (48/50) vs. 32.81% (21/64); χ² = 10.409, P = 0.001], postoperative CT/MRI [96% (48/50) vs. 15.63% (10/64); χ² = 22.169, P = 0.000]. Conclusions Designing a multi-modal neuroimaging data information management system that aligns with clinical practice and reasonably setting data collection and archiving nodes can effectively improve data archiving rates, save manpower resources, ensure the complete storage of clinical data, and ensure the smooth operation of clinical tasks, and enhance clinical diagnosis and treatment levels. As a new diagnosis and treatment decision-making model, shared decision making (SDM) can effectively solve the problem of patient compliance in the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic tumors, balance the status of both doctors and patients, and gradually get attention and application in the clinical practice of thoracic surgery. The application of SDM in the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic tumors is conducive to improve doctors' diagnosis and treatment level and alleviating the pressure of responsibility, reduce patients' psychological pressure and improve patients' compliance and also improve medical trust and reduce doctor-patient conflict. Due to the limited medical literacy and autonomy of patients, the time for diagnosis and treatment is short due to the imbalance of doctor-patient ratio. Meanwhile, due to the limited sample size of existing studies, SDM model cannot be proved to have a clear gain for the treatment of thoracic tumors, and the implementation of SDM model still faces resistance. In the future, the development of auxiliary decision-making system and the improvement of doctors' humanistic care ability will be conducive to promote the practical application of SDM model in thoracic surgery. According to the latest data released by the Cancer Research Institute of the World Health Organization, breast cancer has replaced lung cancer as the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate in the world. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is defined by a lack of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). Compared with other types of breast cancer, TNBC bears the characteristics of high metastasis rate, strong invasiveness and poor prognosis. TNBC is not sensitive to endocrine therapy and anti-HER2 therapy, and chemotherapy is its main systemic treatment. With the vigorous development of genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, microbiomics technologies and the in-depth study of TNBC molecular subtyping, targeted therapy and immunotherapy drugs, including poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitors, trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP-2) antibody-drug conjugate, pembrolizumab, atezolizumab, durvalumab, etc., have provided new therapeutic methods, which are changing the clinical practice and treatment pattern of TNBC. It is believed accurate therapy will become a new direction of development in the future. Based on the molecular subtypes of TNBC, here we summarized the research advances in targeted therapy and immunotherapy of TNBC, in order to provide reference for the precise treatment strategy of TNBC in the future. The majority of patient safety incidents cited in the latest Taiwan Patient Safety Reporting System Annual Report were medication-related, with human factors and communication issues identified as the key underlying causes of these incidents. Focusing on inpatient settings, the complex yet multiprofessional-linked drug supply scheme currently in place in medical institutions in Taiwan is described, with the aim of facilitating the accessibility and appropriateness of medication use by detailing the responsibilities of each professional role. Institutional medication management and use comprise several sequential and interconnected stages, including formulary management and drug procurement, medication storage, physician prescribing, pharmacist dispensing, nurse administration, and efficacy-and-safety monitoring and reporting. The principal tasks and personnel duties at each stage are addressed. In summary, institutional drug distribution and control is an intricate process that involves multiple processes and a diverse array of professionals and administrative staff. It is imperative to actively engage the relevant parties, especially through in-service training, in order to understand their essential roles and responsibilities and to enable communication and collaboration among stakeholders in the drug distribution chain. Gd-EOB-DPTA is a hepatocyte-specific contrast agent with the function of double-contrast imaging. It can reflect the blood supply of lesions via dynamic enhancement imaging and show the change in the expression of molecular receptors on hepatocyte membrane via hepatobiliary phase imaging. Gd-EOB-DPTA can reflect the multistep process of hepatocarcinogenesis from multiple dimensions, improve detection of hypovascular hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and small HCC, display cirrhotic nodules with high-risk malignant transformation, and therefore, it has been recommended as a noninvasive tool for HCC diagnosis in China and international HCC clinical practice guidelines. There were in-depth studies and discussions on phlegm-fluid retention by many physicians at ancient times, among them Zhu Danxi’s doctrine of phlegm-fluid retention was the most famous with a considerable influence on later generations. Zhang Jingyue realized the quintessence of Zhu’s doctrine and dared to innovate. He put forward his own unique understandings on phlegm-fluid retention combined with his clinical experience and Zhu’s doctrine, and had made a tremendous contribution to the development of diagnosis and treatment of phlegm-fluid retention. This paper discusses the exposition about phlegm-fluid retention in Danxi Xinfa (Danxi’s Experiential Therapy) and Jingyue Quanshu (Complete Works of Jingyue), and sorts out the similarities and differences between them after comparing and integrating their academic thought and features. Objective: To discuss the efficacy of CBL based standardized patients for probationersin forensic sursery. Methods: Selected 112 five year clinical undergraduate medical students who were practicing in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015, They were placed into the study group and the control group by random number table, 56 cases in each. The study group was given CBL teaching method, while the control group was given traditional teaching method. One month later, theoretical and technical achievements were evaluated. And the degree of satisfaction of probationers and teachers were investigated by questionnaire. Results: In the skills assessment and case analysis, the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in theoretical achievements (P>0.05). In "active classroom atmosphere", "interest in learning", "to combine theory with practice" and "the formation of correct clinical thinking", the satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0. 05). In the investigation of teachers' satisfaction, the efficiency of case teaching method of study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). However, in terms of ease of implementation was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), it was no significant difference in the "maneuverability" (P>0.05). Conclusion: Comparing with the traditional teaching mode, the CBL based SP has more advantages. It is worth to spread the CBL teaching method based on SP, because of it being more intuitive to show the characteristics of certain diseases and make students consolidating the memory of basic knowledge through practicing. The disorder of cardiac electrical activity is the essencial cause of arrhythmia. Among all the influential factors resulting in abnormalities of cardiac electrical activity，mechanical tension is an important one. Mechanical-tension-related arrhythmia is closely associated with clinical practice ，and arises more and more attention gradually. It is verified by research that abnormal mechanoelectrical feedback is one of the important mechanisms of arrhythmia. PURPOSE: To evaluate the effect of doctor-patient communication education on dental clinical practice. METHODS: The process of 61 dental interns' clinical practice was divided into two stages. The dental interns were taught with traditional teaching method in the first stage. Doctor-patient communication and communication skill training were added to the second stage. Scale of medical student's doctor-patient communication behavior was used to evaluate the dental interns' behavior by themselves after two stages. The SEGUE frame work was used to evaluate the dental interns' behavior by teachers after two stages. All statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13.0 software package. The result of scale of medical student's doctor-patient communication behavior was analyzed using Fisher exact test or Chi-square test. The score of the SEGUE frame work was analyzed using Student's t test. RESULTS: The result of Scale of medical student's doctor-patient communication behavior showed only 37.71% of dental interns could establish good doctor-patient relationship in the first stage. After doctor-patient communication and communication skill training, the percentage became 75.4%. The result of the SEGUE frame work showed the score was raised from 16.066 ± 3.308 to 21.867 ± 2.456, and a significant difference was found between the two stages. Dental bonding technique has become an essential technique for dental clinical practice over the past several decades. Dental adhesion is widely used in direct and indirect restorations. However, problems such as technique sensitivity, postoperative sensitivity, secondary caries and marginal discoloration always appear in the dental bonding procedures. Fiber post and all-ceramic restoration bonding are essential step in esthetic dentistry. If these problems are not well handled, it will result in failure of the restorations.
