In order to optimize the dust control flow field structure of the fully mechanized excavation face in coal mine, improve the dust control efficiency of the local ventilation system, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in the mine, and low-carbon prevention and control of dust disasters, numerical simulation was used to study the respiratory dust pollution of the fully mechanized excavation face under different pressure air jet volume and action height conditions. The results showed that the pressure air jet volume is the main factor affecting the range of respiratory dust pollution. As the volume increases, the time for dust particle aggregation to escape to the working face decreases, the dust particle aggregation area continuously moves backward, and the range of respiratory dust pollution increases; the pressure air jet action height is the main factor affecting the degree of respiratory dust pollution in the area where the excavation driver is located. As the height increases, the overall range of dust pollution slightly increases, and the average dust mass concentration in the area where the excavation driver is located shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. Based on this, the optimal pressurized air jet volume was determined to be 200 m3/min and the optimal action height was 2 m. After on-site application, the respiratory dust concentration at the excavation driver’s site decreased by 55.4%, and the respiratory dust mass concentration in the rear area of the excavation machine decreased by more than 73%.

A exploratory experimental method based on spatial dimensionality reduction and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is proposed to quickly and efficiently determine the optimal solution for the studied problem, taking the study of formation schemes in manned/unmanned aerial vehicle collaborative operations as the starting point, in response to the potential “Curse of Dimensionality” that may arise when using combat experimental methods for scheme evaluation in the context of joint operations. Based on the scenario of joint air force interception and annihilation of enemy sea and air forces, exploratory experimental methods are used to analyze the optimal plan for manned/unmanned aerial vehicle formation and verify the effectiveness of this method.

To comprehensively analyze the influence of water regulation on the outflow of the three major reservoirs and the flow rates at key sections in the Dongjiang River Basin, this study employs the Mann-Kendall trend test to analyze the changes in the rainfall-runoff trend across the Dongjiang River Basin. Through the utilization of the continuous sliding window method and the multivariate dynamic time warping (MDTW) method, typical low-flow events are identified. Furthermore, similar events within the Dongjiang River Basin are effectively pinpointed. The investigation centers on the outflow processes of the three major reservoirs and the corresponding flow variations at critical sections. The results indicate that since the establishment of the three major reservoirs, there has been no significant alteration in rainfall-runoff patterns during both flood seasons and dry seasons in the Dongjiang River Basin. After water regulation, the compliance rate of dry year flow at the Boluo and Longchuan sections experienced a substantial increase, rising from 42% and 86% to 59% and 98%, respectively, which is significantly higher than that before water regulation. In examining four typical events under similar conditions, the outflow processes of the three major reservoirs demonstrated heightened stability. Notably, the average flow at the Boluo section escalated from 260 to 381 m3/s. This pivotal enhancement underscores the necessity for water regulation, providing a theoretical foundation for its continuation.

Tilapia fillets rinsed in ozone water were made into surimi, and the effects of ozone water concentration and rinsing time on the quality and in vitro digestive properties of surimi were investigated. Furthermore, the mechanism by which ozone water rinsing improved the quality of tilapia surimi was investigated by analyzing the degree of myofibrillar protein oxidation. The results showed that the whiteness, hardness and gumminess of surimi were significantly increased by ozone water rinsing (P < 0.05), and the surimi rinsed with 10 mg/L ozone water for 10 min had the best gel properties. With the increase in ozone water concentration and rinsing time, the thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) value of surimi tended to increase, and the carbonyl content of myofibrillar proteins increased and the total sulfhydryl content gradually decreased. The sensory evaluation results showed that the best sensory quality was obtained by rinsing with 10 g/mL ozone water for 10 min. sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) showed that rinsing with 10–18 mg/L ozone water caused the proteins to cross-link and form small soluble aggregates, while ozone water at concentrations more than 18 mg/L caused the formation of large insoluble aggregates. According to Raman spectra, after rinsing with 10–18 mg/L ozone water, the secondary structure of myofibrillar proteins was gradually unfolded, and the α-helix was gradually converted to β-sheet and random coil. Ozone water rinsing increased the degree of hydrolysis of surimi during in vitro digestion, the highest being observed with 10 mg/mL ozone water rinsing for 10 min. The content of small peptides (100–1 000 Da) after digestion was significantly higher than that of the other experimental groups (P < 0.05). In conclusion, moderate oxidation of myofibrillar proteins could improve the quality of tilapia surimi, and the surimi rinsed for 10 min in 10 mg/mL ozone water had the highest sensory quality and the best gel characteristics and in vitro digestive characteristics.

[Objective] Identification and characterization of the BRX family genes in tea plants, along with analysis of their expression patterns in various tissues and under stress conditions. The research lays the groundwork for investigation into the functions of the tea plant BRX genes. [Methods] Using the tea plant genome database and bioinformatics softwares such as TBtools, we identified and analyzed the BRX genes with the tea plant variety ‘Shuchazao’. Different treatments, including salt, drought, high temperature, and low temperature stress, as well as exogenous GA3 application, were applied for various durations. The relative transcript abundance of the BRX gene family in different tissues and under stress conditions was quantified using RT-qPCR. [Results] A total of 5 CsBRX genes was identified, encoding proteins composed of 313-370 amino acids. The structure of genes was similar and highly conserved. The promoter regions contained hormone and stress response elements. Based on evolutionary relationships, BRX proteins were divided into 4 subfamilies. CsBRX1, CsBRX3, and CsBRX5 were all expressed in young leaves, while CsBRX4 was exclusively expressed in old leaves. Under salt stress for 12 h, the transcriptional levels of CsBRX1, CsBRX2, and CsBRX4 were elevated to the greatest extend. CsBRX2 exhibited a swift response to low temperature stress, with its relative expression peaked at 1 h. CsBRX2 demonstrated a positive response to exogenous GA signaling, and its expression reached a peak at 24 h interval. [Conclusion] The CsBRX genes demonstrate tissue-specific expression patterns, responding variably to multiple stresses and GA signal, which offers insights into stress tolerance mechanisms of tea plants.

Sulfhydryl modified cellulose(Cell-SH) was used as adsorbent to treat the combined pollution of Hg(Ⅱ) and tetracycline(TC) in aqueous solution. Effects of pH and coexisting cations on the removal efficiency of composite pollution were investigated, and the adsorption isothermal curves, adsorption thermodynamics, and kinetics were discussed. Meanwhile, the adsorption mechanism was explored. The results showed that Cell-SH exhibited good treatment performance on the combined pollution of Hg(Ⅱ) and TC in aqueous solution under pH of 6. The presence of co-existing cations in the solution had a relatively small effect on the removal of Hg (Ⅱ), while the presence of divalent cations had a greater impact on the adsorption of TC. The results of the cyclic regeneration experiments showed that Cell-SH exhibited good cyclic performance in adsorbing TC-Hg (Ⅱ), and after 5 adsorption-desorption cycles, both of the adsorption rate of TC and Hg (Ⅱ) could still maintain above 70%. The adsorption process fitted well with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, which implied that the adsorption of Hg(Ⅱ) and TC by Cell-SH belonged to monolayer adsorption. The adsorption process was mainly controlled by chemical adsorption. The adsorption of Hg(Ⅱ) and TC by Cell-SH involved electrostatic attraction, complexation, and hydrogen bonding.

To evaluate system task availability under the condition of real-time fault feature parameter input, a method of assessing task availability capability based on characteristic parameters was proposed. By introducing the neuro-fuzzy system(NFS), a vulnerability model of the aviation insurance system was established, and fuzzy rules were integrated into the framework of neural networks to establish an assessment model for system task availability capability. This method combined the reasoning ability of fuzzy logic and the infinite approximation function ability of neural networks to create an alternative model of the real system, which was more universal. Moreover, an intelligent optimization algorithm was used to make the alternative model approach to the real model, getting rid of the influence of unknown weight coefficients in the system that relied on experts or experience and endowing the fuzzy neural network(FNN) with learning capabilities. The experimental results and analysis show that the assessment model is comprehensive and reasonable and can be extended to the underwater field to assess the mission capabilities of navigation support systems and naval ship systems.

To study the dynamic characteristics and microstructure of nano-CaCO3 remolded soft clay under cyclic loading, GDS dynamic triaxial and NMR tests were conducted to analyze its dynamic stress-strain, dynamic elastic modulus, damping ratio, and micro pore changes. The results show that as the content of nano-CaCO3 increases and the confining pressure increases, the dynamic strain of the remolded soft clay gradually decreases and the dynamic elastic modulus gradually increases; The increase in consolidation stress ratio leads to a decrease and then an increase in dynamic strain of nano-CaCO3 remolded soft clay, and an increase and then a decrease in dynamic elastic modulus; The increase in confining pressure and consolidation stress ratio can effectively reduce the damping ratio of the soft clay; There is a significant nonlinear relationship between the hysteresis energy dissipation of soft clay and the dynamic strain curve; The main peak and peak area of the T2 distribution curve of nano-CaCO3 soft clay are significantly reduced compared to plain soft clay, and the decrease in pore ratio makes the soil structure more stable. The obtained dynamic characteristics of remolded soft clay based on nano-CaCO3 provides some reference for practical engineering.

[Objective] The green credit policy aims to promote sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises. But there is still a gap in academic attention to the effects of new quality productive forces for resource-based enterprises in policy implementation, especially the systematic effects of financing constraints, technological changes, and green transformation awareness on resource-based enterprises, which need to be further explored. [Methods] Based on the quasi natural experiment implemented by the original China Banking Regulatory Commission’s Green Credit Guidelines (2012), relevant data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2022 were selected, and the difference-in-differences (DID) method was used to empirically test the systematic effect of the green credit policy on the formation of new quality productive forces in resource-based enterprises. [Results] This study found that the green credit policy effectively synergized the functions of environmental regulation and financial resource allocation, and significantly assisted resource-based enterprises in forming new quality productive forces by alleviating financing constraints, driving technological change, and enhancing awareness of green transformation. Heterogeneity tests indicated that the promotion effect of the green credit policy on the new quality productive forces of resource-based enterprises was stronger in areas with lower marketization than in areas with higher marketization, and stronger in non-state-owned enterprises than in state-owned enterprises. The effect was also stronger in enterprises in the decline period, weaker in enterprises in the growth period, and the weakest in enterprises in the maturity period. [Conclusion] The green credit policy can significantly promote the development of new quality productive forces in resource-based enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to fully leverage the guiding function of the policy, actively promote its improvement and innovation, and vigorously optimize the basic conditions of the policy to accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces in resource-based enterprises.

The CMA-MESO/CUACE CW is an atmospheric chemistry coupled model independently developed by China.At present， the CMA-MESO/CUACE CW 3DVar system realized the assimilation of ground-based aerosol observations of PM2.5 and PM10.In order to enhance the assimilation capability of the coupled assimilation system for non-conventional observations， based on the CMA-MESO three-dimensional variational assimilation framework of atmospheric chemical weather coupled system， the aerosol extinction coefficient is obtained by using the look-up table method.And then the observation operator， the tangent linear operator and the adjoint operator are established using the relationship between aerosol optical depth （AOD） and aerosol components.The assimilation tests were carried out for a haze process in North China on December 18 -20， 2016.The results show that after assimilating the AOD observations from the Himawari-8 satellite， the heavily polluted area of the PM2.5 is enlarged， and the analysis in southeastern Shanxi is closer to the actual situation， but the analysis of PM2.5 in the majority of the Shandong region is overestimated.The simultaneous assimilation of Himawari-8 AOD observations and ground-based aerosol concentration observations test is the best for the analysis of PM2.5， it has the highest correlation coefficients （ACCs） and the smallest mean bias， root-mean-square error and standard deviation.The PM2.5 forecast results in the heavily polluted area showed that the positive contribution of the assimilated Himawari-8 AOD observations to the PM2.5 forecasts for the >350 μg·m-3 magnitude could be sustained up to 48 h.However， the simultaneous assimilation of the Himawari-8 AOD observations and the ground-based aerosol site observations had the best test scores of PM2.5 forecasts for each magnitude.

Objective To construct a radiomic model based on intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging (IVIM-DWI) for preoperative prediction of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) differentiation and validate its clinical value. Methods Clinical and imaging data of 187 HCC patients who received surgical treatment in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2018 to January 2024 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. According to the postoperative pathological results, they were divided into low-differentiation group (n=58) and non-low-differentiation group (n=129), and randomly divided into the training group (n=149) and the validation group (n=38) with the ratio of 8 ∶2. Univariate analysis was used to assess the clinical indicators related to HCC differentiation, and then a clinical model was constructed. Pyramidimics software was used to extract the radiomic features of IVIM-DWI functional images, and minimum absolute contraction and selection operator logistic regression algorithm were employed to screen those highly correlated indicators with HCC differentiation. Support vector machine (SVM), logistic regression (LR) and random forest (RF) algorithms were utilized to construct different image omics models. SVM algorithm was applied to construct the combined imaging omics and clinical model. The internal verification of the model was carried out by using ten-fold cross-validation. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, area under the curve (AUC), calibration curve, and decision curve analysis (DCA) were used to evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical benefits of clinical model, radiomic model, and their combination. Results A total of 4 060 radiological features were extracted, and after feature screening and dimensionality reduction, 24 features were finally included to construct the model. Among all models, the predictive performance of the radiomic model and the radiomic-clinical combined model was better than that of the clinical model. In the comparison between the radiomic model constructed by SVM algorithm and the radiomics-clinical combined model, the AUC value was 0.954 (0.908~1.000) for the former model, and was 0.943 (0.905~0.982) for the latter model in the training set, and there was no significant difference between them. In the validation set, the AUC value was 0.807 (0.640~0.975) and 0.876 (0.743~1.000), respectively, with statistical difference between the 2 models (P < 0.05). Calibration curve analysis showed that the radiomic model and the radiomics-clinical combined model had good goodness of fit. DCA indicated that the net benefit was higher and the threshold probability range was larger in both the radiomic model and the radiomics-clinical combined model, and the net benefit of the combined model was larger. Conclusion Both the radiomic model and the combined radiomics-clinical model constructed on the basis of IVIM-DWI functional images can better predict the severity of HCC differentiation before surgery.

In the process of mining coal resources, a large amount of coal gangue, fly ash and other by-products are produced, which cause a series of secondary disasters and environmental problems. In order to solve a series of disasters caused by the accumulation of coal gangue hills, based on the distribution of coal gangue hills in important mining areas in China, the main disasters were analyzed, the treatment experiences and results were studied, the ecological treatment methods for the stability of coal gangue hills were explored, and the shortcomings of the existing treatment of coal gangue hills were discussed. It combined with the new technology of coal gangue utilization and green treatment at home and abroad, a zero-carbon treatment method of pile-soil collaborative slope protection is proposed, which can provide reference for the resource utilization and ecological environment protection of coal gangue hills in China.

In order to understand the mechanical response and failure characteristics of anchored fractured coal body under cyclic dynamic load, the dynamic load impact test of anchored fractured coal under cyclic impact dynamic load was carried out by using the split Hopkinson pressure bar test system. The effects of cyclic dynamic load times and dynamic load impact strength on the stress-strain curves, bolt axial force and macroscopic failure of anchored fractured coal were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of dynamic load strain rate, the strength of anchorage specimen increases, but with the increase of dynamic load impact times, the strength of anchorage specimen decreases. When the impact input energy is constant, with the increase of impact times, the internal cracks of coal gradually expand or even fail, and the limiting force of bolt on coal expansion decreases. Under high energy impact, the bolt cannot hinder the initiation and expansion of the internal cracks in the anchored fractured coal body, and the overall instantaneous failure of the anchored coal body is prone to occur.

Recently, large language models (LLM) have made significant achievements in various fields. However, due to lack of specialized knowledge and the gap between modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it is still a challenge to deploy LLM in TCM. Existing methods fail to maintain the structure of TCM prescription. To address the problems, a pattern of knowledge augmentation is proposed. The method includes model training, knowledge graph construction and knowledge augmentation. In the training phase, TCM language model is trained on TCM corpus, by a two-stage method combining pre-training and fine-tuning. In the knowledge graph construction phase, prescription knowledge graph is constructed from nearly 100000 preprocessed classical TCM prescriptions and those from ancient books. In the knowledge augmentation phase, enhanced by the above pattern, outputs are generated from computation of knowledge graph, according to the schema of knowledge graph from searching result, which preserves the structure of prescriptions. A set of evaluations specific to prescription optimizations is proposed, including objective and subjective indicators, to evaluate the performance of the model for the task. Experiment shows that the model improves greatly on both subjective and objective evaluations compared with baselines. BLEU-1 is increased by up to 0.09, while ROUGE-1 is increased by up to 0.21. Ablation study shows that, it is of vital importance for the model performance to be knowledge-augmented. BLEU-1 of augmentation-free model is decreased by about 37% compared with that of the augmented model.

In order to analyze the high-temperature Daqu bacterial taxa and their physicochemical properties in Linyi area, Shandong Province, Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology and pure culture technology were used to analyze the bacterial taxa of high-temperature Daqu in Lanling wine, and then the physicochemical indexes were determined by conventional detection methods in this study. Finally, the correlation between bacterial taxa and physicochemical indexes in Daqu was explored. The results showed that the main genera of bacteria in Daqu were Kroppenstedtia, Thermoactinomyces, Saccharopolyspora, Staphylococcus, Rhodococcus, Weissella and Bacillus, et al. Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus coagulans were cultureable dominant bacterial isolates. There was a large difference in saccharification, esterification, alcoholization and liquefaction between the 15 parts of high-temperature Daqu. In this study, medium-high temperature Daqu (MHTD), the primary saccharification and fermentation agent in the production of strong-aroma Baijiu, was investigated across different fermentation stages. Employing national standard methods, artificial intelligence sensing technology, and high-throughput sequencing techniques, a comprehensive analysis was conducted to investigate the physicochemical properties, flavor, taste, and changes in fungal community structure during the MHTD fermentation process. The correlation between quality indicators of MHTD and dominant fungal genera was also explored. The results revealed that, during fermentation, the moisture content, levels of organic sulfur compounds, terpenes, hydroxides, and astringency gradually decreased in MHTD, while saltiness steadily increased. The fungal community structure of MHTD was established in the early stages of fermentation. However, as fermentation progressed, fungal community diversity gradually decreased, accompanied by significant changes in the relative abundance of certain genera. Specifically, the relative abundance of Saccharomycopsis gradually decreased, while Thermoascus and Candida increased, becoming dominant in the later stages of fermentation. To address the limitations of current deep learning-based methods in extracting contract bytecode features and representing vulnerability semantics, as well as the shortcomings of the traditional graph neural networks in learning temporal information from contract statements, a method for detecting vulnerabilities in contracts was proposed based on pre-trained and temporal graph neural network. Firstly, the pre-trained model was used to transform smart contract bytecode into a vulnerability semantics-aware contract graph structure. Then, combined with a self-attention mechanism, the event-driven temporal graph neural network was designed to extract temporal information during contract execution. Finally, focusing on reentrant vulnerabilities, timestamp dependency vulnerabilities, and Tx.origin authentication vulnerabilities, extensive experiments were conducted on a dataset of 120 932 actual contracts. The results show that the proposed method significantly outperforms existing approaches.

ObjectiveTo understand the composition of the respiratory virus pathogen spectrum of influenza-like cases in Guizhou province from 2022 to 2023, and to further analyze the genetic characteristics and variation patterns of influenza A (H1N1) pdm subtype viruses. MethodsA total of 519 influenza-like cases were collected in Guizhou province from 2022 to 2023. Multiplex fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect common respiratory pathogens, including influenza viruses (IFV), parainfluenza viruses (HPIV), coronaviruses (HCoV), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (ADV), human metapneumovirus (HMPV), rhinovirus (HRV), and bocavirus (HBoV), as well as their subtypes. SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis of the detection results. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the whole genome sequences of influenza A (H1N1) pdm subtype viruses. Nextclade and MEGA7 were used to analyze the hemagglutinin (HA) gene sequences and the mutations in glycosylation sites, antigenic determinants, and receptor-binding sites. ResultsA total of 363 positive samples were detected, with an overall positive rate of 61.42%. The top three detection rates were IFV-A (H1N1) pdm subtype viruses (positive rate 15.06%, 89 cases), IFV-A (H3N2) subtype viruses (positive rate 13.71%, 81 cases), and SARS-CoV-2 (positive rate 13.37%, 79 cases). The P-values for the detection rates of respiratory pathogens in different genders and age groups were 0.119 and 0.078, respectively, with P > 0.05, indicating no statistically significant differences. The detection rate of respiratory pathogens in different seasons was P < 0.001, showing a statistically significant difference. A total of 36 cases of mixed infections were detected, with a detection rate of 6.09%. Rhinovirus mixed infections were the most common (17 cases, accounting for 47.22%). A total of 16 whole genome sequences of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 subtype viruses from Guizhou province were obtained, all belonging to the 6B.1A.5a.2a evolutionary branch. The Sb antigenic determinant underwent A186T and Q189E amino acid substitutions. The receptor-binding site underwent mutations in the 190-helix (184-191): A186T, Q189E, and the 220-loop E224A. No changes in glycosylation sites were found. ConclusionRespiratory viruses are important pathogens in influenza-like cases, with influenza viruses being the most common. The proportion of mixed infections is relatively high. IFV and HMPV detection rates show significant seasonal differences. The molecular structure and function of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 subtype viruses in Guizhou province from 2022 to 2023 have not undergone major changes, and they match well with the vaccine strains, indicating good antibody protection from influenza vaccines.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic closed reduction internal fixation with Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF) for medial malleolus fractures. Method A total of 43 patients with medial malleolus fractures treated at Jinjiang hospital between October 2021 and October 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group(n=23)underwent arthroscopic closed reduction internal fixation,with an average age of(41.90±14.30)years,while the control group(n=20)underwent traditional ORIF,with an average age of(37.91±14.16)years.Both groups were followed up for 12 to 18 months.Hospital stay duration, operation time and the ankle-hindfoot scores by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) at the final follow-up were compared between the two groups. Lithium element enrichment is widely observed in the coal-bearing series of the Late Permian Heshan Formation in Shanglin, Guangxi, which has potential economic value and research significance. In this study, a multi-proxy study was conducted for evaluating major elements, trace elements, zircon U–Pb dating, and zircon trace elements from the lithium mineralization layers to characterize the spatial distribution, elemental geochemical characteristics, and provenance of lithium mineralization layers of the Late Permian Heshan Formation coal-bearing series in the Wanfu mining area, Shanglin, Guangxi. Thirty four samples were selected from lithium mineralization layers in order to determine major elements and trace elements. Moreover, the zircon U–Pb dating and zircon trace elements of one sample was investigated. The study reveals that four sets of lithium mineralization layers, namely I, II, III, and IV, are developed from bottom to top in the Heshan Formation coal-bearing series from the Wanfu mining area, Shanglin, Guangxi. According to the order of lithium content from high to low, it is divided into lithium mineralization layers I, III, II and IV. Compared with average values for world claystone, the lithium mineralization layer I are highly enriched in Li, the II and III is enriched in Li, and the IV is slightly enriched in Li. The analysis of Al2O3–TiO2, La/Sc-Th/Co and V–Ni–Th×10 diagrams indicate that most of the samples of lithium mineralization layer I, III and IV fall close to the acidic volcanic rocks field, while a few samples of lithium mineralization layer I fall near the intermediate volcanic rocks field. Therefore, it is inferred that the lithium mineralization layers of the Heshan Formation in Shanglin, Guangxi are dominated by sediments derived from the acidic and intermediate volcanic rocks. The Zircon U–Pb dating, Th/Nb-Hf/Th and Th/U–Nb/Hf tectonic setting discrimination diagrams of zircon trace elements, rare earth elements analysis, and Al2O3–TiO2, La/Sc−Th/Co, V–Ni–Th×10 and Nb/Y–Zr/TiO2 source rock discrimination diagrams indicate that the lithium mineralization layers of the Heshan Formation coal-bearing series in the Wanfu mining area mainly come from acidic and intermediate volcanic rocks related to the Emeishan Igneous Province and the Paleo-Tethys Permian magmatic arc.

[Objective] Codon usage bias of four Zygophyllum chloroplast genomes, and their main patterns and causes were analyzed for better understanding of the codon optimization, preference mechanism, and genetic evolution relationship of Zygophyllum . [Methods] The parity preference (PR2-plot) analysis, effective number of codons (NEC-plot), neutrality plot, and RSCU cluster analysis of 40 genes from four Zygophyllum species were carried out using CodonW, EMBOSS, and other softwares in this study. [Results] The codon usage patterns in the plastomes of four Zygophyllum species were similar, the GC content of codon was followed by GC1> GC2> GC3, the average ENC values were more than 35, and the CAI was 0.17, indicating that gene expression of the chloroplast genome of Zygophyllum species was low and codon preference was weak. The results of neutral mapping analysis, ENC-plot selection, and PR2- plot analysis showed that the codon usage pattern was predominantly affected by natural selection. RSCU cluster analysis showed that Z. fabago, Z. obliquum , Z. xanthoxylum , and Z. kaschgaricum had 19, 13, 14, and 14 optimal codons, respectively. By constructing the high and low gene expression library of the target genes, four optimal genes were selected that were ending with A/U. [Conclusion] Codon bases of the chloroplast genome from four Zygophyllum species are mostly ended with A/U. The preference is weak and the main influencing factor is natural selection. Four optimal codons, including CGA, GAA, UAU and UUA, are identified in this study.

Objective To establish and improve the emergency recruitment strategy of voluntary blood donors under public health emergencies in Shenzhen and verify its effectiveness. Methods Blood donor recruitment strategies under routine, emergency and combined situation were developed. The blood collection data from 2017 to 2019 before the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic was used as the control group, and those from 2020 to 2022 after the outbreak was used as the experimental group, and the feasibility and effectiveness of this emergency recruitment strategy was confirmed through statistical analysis of key indicators of blood collection and supply. Results Through the application of the emergency recruitment strategy for blood donors in Shenzhen under public health emergencies, statistical analysis of the experimental group and the control group showed a year-on-year increase of 14.11%(73 647.25/521 855.5) in whole blood collection, 42.33%(28 891.47/68 250.95) in platelet collection, 0.33%(529/161 033) in first-time donors, 33.25%(3 154/9 487) in repeated donors and 16.78%(32 585/194 149) in the number of 400 mL donors. The inventory of various types of red blood cell maintained between 6-18 days. After the implementation of the emergency recruitment strategy the blood donation population has shown characteristics as younger age, localization, increased repeated donation and a higher proportion of donors with college education or above. Conclusion The emergency recruitment strategy of blood donors under public health emergencies is feasible and effective, which can quickly and efficiently improve the blood recruitment ability.

Accurate short-circuit fault current calculation is important for device selection, parameter design and protection research of flexible DC grid. To solve the problem that existing fault current calculation methods do not consider the pole-to-pole coupling of DC lines, a short-circuit fault current calculation method based on phase-mode transformation is proposed. First, the equivalent fault models of the converter station and DC line are established. Then, the phase-mode transformation is used to achieve electrical decoulping of positive and negative poles, and the node impedance matrix of the DC grid in the mode-domain is obtained. Subsequently, combining the fault boundary conditions of the DC grid, the fault current of the DC grid is calculated in the complex frequency-domain, and the fault current in the time-domain is obtained by using vector fitting. Finally, the proposed fault current calculation method is verified by PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately calculate the DC fault currents after the DC fault occurs and before the converter station blocks.

Objective This study examines the effectiveness of integrating problem-based learning (PBL) and situational teaching in laser-assisted ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture training to enhance students′ practical and clinical skills. Methods Forty anesthesiology residents from the First Hospital of Jilin University (2022 - 2023) were randomly assigned to traditional teaching (control group) (n = 18) or PBL with situational teaching (combined group) (n = 22) . The latter group engaged in problem-based scenarios. Assessments included the control knowledge and direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS) . Results The PBL combined group outperformed the control group in preparation, aseptic technique, and puncture skills (P < 0.05) . In Mini-CEX assessments, the combined group excelled in medical interview skills, humanistic care, clinical diagnosis, and overall clinical ability (P < 0.05). Survey results indicated higher agreement on improved clinical thinking and operational abilities in the combined group (P < 0.05). Conclusion This teaching mode is obviously better than the traditional teaching group, and it is leading in clinical ability and skill operation. Students have achieved remarkable teaching results in practice through this teaching mode.

The utilization of underground space is related to geological environment. Identifying the geological safety risk and their influencing factors of underground space utilization can provide scientific basis for underground space management and the safety of underground space facilities. Previous studies have utilized various methods including analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy mathematics, and neural network to analyze the geological environment conditions of urban underground space. However, their methods have limitations in terms of objective weighting. To address this, considering the data correlation, discreteness, and relativity (conflict), an improved analytic hierarchy process incorporating the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) method was introduced. The CRITIC-Entropy combination weighting method, which made the weights more scientific and reasonable, was proposed to evaluate the geological safety risk of underground space utilization. In Xiongan New Area, the geological safety risks related to stress variation, bearing capacity, submergence and anti-floating, soil pressure change, and sand liquefaction were analyzed. The evaluation focused on four aspects: space, resources, environment, and disaster. Quantitative indicators, such as aquifer thickness, characteristic value of soil bearing capacity, compression modulus of soil, ground elevation, buried depth of groundwater level, land subsidence rate, and sand liquefaction index were selected to construct the geological safety risk evaluation index system for shallow (0−15 m), sub-shallow (15−30 m), sub-deep (30−50 m), and deep (50−100 m) underground spaces. The study reveals that the geological safety risk of underground space in the study area follows a pattern that deep layers have a lower risk compared to shallow layers. The areas with Ⅰ and Ⅱ risk grades are predominantly located at Baiyangdian and its surrounding areas, east of Nanzhang town, and east of Daying town. The cumulative acreage of Ⅰ and Ⅱ risk grades in shallow, sub-shallow, sub-deep, and deep underground space accounts for 54.49%, 42.51%, 41.06%, and 42.18%, respectively. Additionally, the dominant factors influencing the geological safety risk vary across different layers of underground space, while compression modulus of soil, characteristic value of soil bearing capacity, ground elevation, and buried depth of groundwater level show high weights. It is also important to consider the risk changes caused by the potential changes of land subsidence rate, buried depth of groundwater level, and different excavation ways in the future research. These findings provide a geological foundation for the scientific optimization of underground space utilization and disaster prevention and mitigation in Xiongan New Area and other similar areas.

ObjectiveTo observe the differences in brain network activation and functional connectivity of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) of different severity using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS).MethodsA total of 40 stroke patients in the outpatient and inpatient Rehabilitation Department in the Pudong District of Huashan Hospital, Fudan University from April to November 2020 were recruited and divided into normal group (n=14), mild to moderate group (n=11) and severe group (n=15) according to the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score. Fugl-Meyer assessment scale (FMA) and functional comprehensive assessment (FCA) were used to evaluate the motor function of upper and lower limbs; 64-channel fNIRS functional imaging device was used to collect the resting-state brain network data of patients. The whole brain functional connectivity was analyzed based on oxyhemoglobin (HbO2) and deoxyhemoglobin (HbR). Differences in functional connectivity strengths between homologous and heterologous brain networks in dorsal attention network (DAN), sensorimotor network (SEN), ventral attention network (VAN), frontoparietal network (FPN), default mode network (DMN) and visual network (VIS) regions were analyzed.Results(1) Motor function: there was no significant difference in FMA and FCA scores in three groups (P>0.05). (2) Whole brain functional connectivity and strength of homologous brain network functional connectivity: there was no significant difference in whole brain functional connectivity based on HbO2 and HbR in three groups (P>0.05). Compared with the normal group, there were significant differences in the strength of functional connectivity of the in the SEN and FPN regions of the HbO2-based homologous brain network in the severe group (PP>0.05). ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Xingbi gel nasal drops on rats with allergic rhinitis (AR) based on the nasal mucosa-hippocampus neuroimmune mechanism.MethodsA total of 40 SPF SD rats at postnatal day 21 (PND21) were randomly divided into normal group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, with 10 cases in each group. Except for the normal group, the other three groups were sensitized by ovalbumin (OVA) to establish AR animal models. After the model was successfully established, the normal group and model group were both given normal saline nasal drops (50 μL once), the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Xingbi gel nasal drops (50 μL once), and the western medicine group was given budesonide nasal spray (20 μL once), twice a day, and the interventions were continued for 12 days. Urban operations such as counterterrorism, hostage rescue, and building clearance are the primary forms of modern warfare. The large scale of unstructured terrain makes quadruped combat platforms have great military potential and combat effectiveness in modern warfare. To explore the mechanical characteristics and firing disturbances of quadruped combat platforms under multiple shooting modes, the structure of the quadruped combat platform strike system was developed. Then, the rigid–flexible coupling launch dynamics model was built using ANSYS and ADAMS; in addition, simulations under single and continuous shooting modes were conducted by changing loads. According to the dynamic model, the launching process of the quadruped combat platform was simulated, the joint torque characteristics and firing disturbance of the quadruped combat platform were examined, and the method for suppressing the firing disturbance was explored. At last, the quadruped combat platform was confirmed by a live firing experiment in a 100-m indoor shooting range. Findings revealed that the joint torque distribution of the quadruped combat platform presents an uneven trend under static load conditions. The effect of the launching load resulted in a significant torque impact and oscillation to the joint of the quadruped combat platform. Moreover, firing disturbances were produced. Under the single shooting mode, the maximum amplitude of the muzzle center point of the quadruped combat platform along the z-axis direction is 8.42 mm, the maximum amplitude along the y-axis direction is 1.87 mm, and the firing disturbance momentum is 0.39 mm. Under the continuous shooting mode, the impact torque and firing disturbance of the first shooting are near the single shooting mode, whereas the impact torque of the subsequent firing increases by 25.8% compared with the first shooting. Meanwhile, with the superposition effect of the continuous firing vibration, the average firing disturbance also increases to 2.15 mm. Considering the reduction in firing disturbance, the effects of various buffers were discussed. The suppression effect of the unidirectional buffer was found not obvious due to the presence of the impact force during the return and forward processes, whereas the bidirectional buffer with damping can effectively lower the firing disturbance, and its average firing disturbance is 1.02 mm, decreased by 52.56% compared with the rigid connection. The live firing experiment confirmed the possibility of the quadruped combat platform, and the R50 of the platform with a bidirectional buffer was reduced by 47.0% compared with that with a rigid connection, demonstrating its effectiveness in suppressing the firing disturbance and enhancing the firing accuracy.

This paper proposes a multimodal information fusion neural network model that integrates visual, radar, and proprioceptive information. The model uses a spatial crossmodal attention mechanism to fuse the information, allowing the robot to focus on the most relevant information for obstacle avoidance. The attention mechanism enables the robot to selectively focus on the most relevant informative sensory inputs, which improves its ability to navigate complex terrain. The proposed method was evaluated using multiple experiments in challenging simulated environments, and the results showed a significant improvement in the obstacle avoidance success rate. The proposed method uses an actor–critic architecture and a proximal policy optimization (PPO) algorithm to train the robot in a simulated environment. The training process aims to reduce the difference between the robot’s performance in simulated and real-world environments. To achieve this, we randomly adjust the simulation environment’s parameters and add random noise to the robot’s sensory inputs. This approach allows the robot to learn a robust planning strategy that can be deployed in real-world environments. The multimodal information fusion neural network model is designed using a transformer-based architecture. The model shares the encoding of three types of tokens and generates features for the robot’s proprioceptive, visual, and point cloud inputs. The transformer encoder layers are stacked such that the token information from the three modalities can be fuzed at multiple levels. To balance the information from the three modalities, we first separately collect information for each modality and calculate the average value of all tokens from the same modality to obtain a single feature vector. This multimodal information fusion approach improves the robot’s decision-making capabilities in complex environments. The novelty of the proposed method lies in the introduction of a spatial crossmodal attention mechanism that allows the robot to selectively attend to the most informative sensory inputs. This attention mechanism improves the robot’s ability to navigate complex terrain and provides a certain degree of reliability for the quadruped robot in dynamic unknown environments. The combination of multimodal information fusion and attention mechanism enables the robot to adapt better to complex environments, thus improving its obstacle avoidance capabilities. Therefore, the proposed method provides a promising approach for improving the obstacle avoidance capabilities of quadruped robots in complex environments. The proposed method is based on the multimodal information fusion neural network model and spatial crossmodal attention mechanism. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving the robot’s obstacle avoidance success rate. Moreover, the potential applications of the proposed method include search and rescue missions, exploration, and surveillance in complex environments.

ObjectiveTo understand the protective effect of pentavalent rotavirus (RV) vaccine in preventing infectious diarrhea among infants and young children, and to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control strategies for this population.MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted to follow up resident children born in Pinghu City from January 2019 to June 2021 for two years. Data on morbidity and pentavalent RV vaccine inoculation were collected to analyze the incidence density of rotavirus infection among children inoculated with different doses of the pentavalent RV vaccine, and to calculate the vaccine protection rate.ResultsA total of 5 141 resident children were surveyed, with a RV vaccination rate of 31.63% and a full vaccination rate of 30.83%. There were 154 cases of RV infection, with an incidence density of 1 392.69/100 000 person-years. Among the 875 migrant children (17.02%), the full vaccination rate was 20.46%, while among the 4 266 local children (82.98%), the full vaccination rate was 32.96%. Objective To explore the factors that affect the coordinated development of blood banks and apheresis plasma collection banks (hereinafter referred to as plasma banks), and explore feasible measures for the coordinated development of blood banks and plasma banks. Methods The blood information management system and blood source information management system were used to retrieve related data of blood and plasma donation from 9 cities in Shandong province from 2017 to 2021. The number of blood donors and plasma donors and the intersection of them were analyzed. The data analysis was performed using chi-square test, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the policies and information status, as well as expectations for coordinated development for blood and plasma donation. The situation of coal as the stabilizer guarantee the energy safety in China cannot be changed in the short term, and it will continue to face the problems of coal resource protection and the low utilization rate of coal-based solid waste. Through innovative mining methods, improving the recovery rate of coal resources and the large-scale disposal of coal-based solid waste, a new path is being paved for the green and sustainable development of the coal industry. Based on the in-depth research on the development status of coal mining technology, a new roadway excavation method of “excavation-backfill-retention” is proposed. This paper systematically discusses the scientific problems and key technologies of the “excavation-backfill-retention” construction method from three aspects: rapid excavation, continuous and efficient backfilling and safe construction of large-section roadways. The research results show that ① aiming at the engineering problems such as the fast excavation of large section roadway and the stability control of surrounding rock of heading face, three scientific problems are summarized: the matching mechanism between coal and rock characteristics and cutting parameters of roadway boring machine, the spatial transfer mechanism of overburden load and the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock, the interaction relationship between anchor/cable roof and support mechanism. The technology system has been built, which is based on the real-time sensing of the geological environment in the excavation area, the intelligent cooperative operation of the multi-process of falling, loading and transporting coal, the aging control of surrounding rock of the drilling anchor support together with excavation, the anti-leakage and ventilation optimization of the large section roadway. ② The scientific problems of continuous and efficient backfilling are summarized from the two aspects of timely construction of large section roadway bearing system and its bearing performance regulation, including the co-bearing mechanism of background coal anchor/cable, the hydration consolidation mechanism of multi-component solid waste base backfill materials, and the space-time evolution law of physical and mechanical characteristics of backfill are clarified. A continuous and efficient backfill key technology system with the core of safe and efficient backfill space construction, backfill material performance control and backfill material flow-consolidation perception has been established. The breakthrough of relevant theories and technologies can provide a theoretical basis for raw material selection and ratio design of backfill materials, additive development/selection and working performance control, excavation rate and backfill step optimization design, consolidation monitoring of backfill body, etc. ③ Based on the key problems of roadway safety and surrounding rock easy to break, sheet and damage in the whole life cycle, the paper elaborates three scientific problems: the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of stress field of roadway surrounding rock, the evolution mechanism of roadway deformation and damage, the engineering quality monitoring and stability regulation theory of roadway surrounding rock. The key technology system is formed with the intelligent stability warning of the rock surrounding the roadway and the deformation control of the rock surrounding the roadway as the core. It is of great significance to conduct the scientific research and technical demonstration of the “excavation-backfill-retention” construction method in coal mines, and to realize the synergy of large-scale solid waste disposal, efficient coal pillar section recovery and rapid roadway excavation, which can promote the green and low-carbon transformation and development of the coal industry.

Karst collapse is one of the main geological disasters in the northern hilly area of Guangzhou City, posing practical threats to public safety and affecting harmonious living conditions, thereby constraining local rural revitalization and development. This study analyzes the formation conditions of karst collapses in the northern hilly area of Guangzhou, including karst development degree, conditions of overlying soil layers, and hydrodynamic conditions of groundwater. Based on this analysis, six evaluation factors—karst development degree, soil layer thickness, soil layer structure, annual variation range of groundwater level, extent of fracture influence, and density of collapse points—are selected. The weight of each factor is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and a comprehensive index method is employed to establish the susceptibility assessment model for karst collapses in the northern hilly area of Guangzhou City. The results show that the areas of high, moderate, and low susceptibility to karst collapses in this region are 4.77, 14.24 , 21.71 km2, respectively. Karst subsidence occurrences are predominantly distributed in high vulnerability areas (94.29%) and moderate vulnerability areas (5.71%), validating the rationality of vulnerability zoning assessment. The research findings provide a basis for geological disaster early warning and prevention zoning for local karst collapse, and also provide geological support for promoting rural revitalization and development.

Aiming at the influence of hard and thick roof fracture and structural evolution on the impact of working face, taking the hard and thick roof condition of 63 upper 05 working face in Dongtan Coal Mine as the engineering background, the critical condition and structural evolution process of hard and thick roof fracture and instability are studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the dangerous area of working face impact is divided. It is concluded that the thickness and strength of the roof are proportional to the vertical load at the end of the block breaking. The structure of immediate roof and main roof gradually evolved from “V” type to “U” type. The first and periodic steps of the double hard thick roof increase obviously compared with the conventional condition, and the evolution of the basic roof structure is more retarded than that of the direct roof. The vertical stress of the roof evolves in the form of stress arch, and many stress concentration phenomena are formed in the mined-out area during mining. Based on the above research results, the impact danger area of 63 upper 05 working face was divided and the accuracy was verified by microseismic monitoring technology.

【Objective】The light source of fiber grating sensing system provides energy for the system. The stable and continuous light source is crucial for the application of the whole demodulation system. When the Modulated Grating Y-branch (MG-Y) laser is used as the light source of the fiber grating demodulation system, it is necessary to solve the problem that it is difficult for the MG-Y laser to quickly obtain the stable and continuous tuning within the required specific wavelength range.【Methods】In order to obtain the stable and continuous wavelengths quickly for MG-Y lasers, the K-Means (KMeans) clustering model is proposed and applied to obtain high-quality current-wavelength Look Up Table (LUT) for MG-Y lasers.【Results】By combining the tuning characteristics of the MG-Y laser with the KMeans clustering model method, the centroid of the optimal tuning parameter curve in the phase tuning region of the LUT can be quickly obtained with time of about 18.26 s. Then, according to the tuning characteristics of the left, right and phase of the MG-Y laser itself, the fine tuning of the MG-Y laser wavelength can be achieved by uniform interpolation method. The LUT with the full tuning range is obtained from the KMeans clustering model, and the target LUT is selected at a certain interval. According to the output wavelength issued by the laser according to the target LUT, the mean value of the measured wavelength and the absolute value of the error of the target wavelength is 0.18 pm. The standard deviation of the absolute value of the error is 0.52 pm. Therefore, the MG-Y laser can be used as a stable light source for the fiber grating sensing system.【Conclusion】It is verified by experiments that the traditional manual search for each phase tuning region needs at least 30 min to find the centroid point. The same operation can be completed by KMeans clustering model method, which can greatly shorten the time to find the centroid point. Based on this method, the stable wavelength of quasi-continuous tuning can be achieved by controlling the MG-Y laser.

【Objective】The baseline drift of the Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) spectral signal is usually one of the main problems, caused by the complex external environment. A spectral baseline correction method based on the improved Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) model is proposed in this paper.【Methods】Compared with LSTM model, the improved LSTM model extracts feature information of FBG spectral signal by the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The improved LSTM model is composed of CNN, full connection, and LSTM network. In this paper, the improved LSTM model is trained by artificial datasets and measured datasets. The artificial datasets are made up of feature noise, baseline, and FBG spectroscopy. Five methods including wavelet soft threshold method, penalty least square method, Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), LSTM, and the improved LSTM model are used as baseline correction. Identification signal probability and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) are used to evaluate correction results by the five methods.【Results】The artificial datasets of FBG signal are corrected by the improved LSTM model, and the identification signal probability is increased by 60.8%. The improved LSTM model with training by artificial datasets and measured datasets shows better correction results, compared with training by measured datasets. The mean of the RMSE for FBG spectrum decreases by 10.95%. The standard deviation of RMSE decreases by 4%. The measured datasets of FBG signal are corrected by the improved LSTM model, and the identification signal probability is increased by 50.5%. Compared with wavelet soft threshold method, penalty least square method, RNN and LSTM, the improved LSTM model shows best correction results. In this study, aiming at fulfilling the requirement of polarization acquisition and utilization, a method for active deception jamming recognition based on the time-varying polarization-conversion metasurface is investigated. First, an anisotropic phase-modulated metasurface supporting 3-bit phase quantization in the 9.6～10.1 GHz frequency band is designed. By optimizing the periodical phase coding, the polarization state can be converted on demand. And then, loading the polarization-conversion metasurface on a single polarization radar antenna so that the polarization states of the antenna can change along a specific trajectory. By extracting the difference in the polarization domain between target and active deception jamming, the active deception jamming could be distinguished from the radar echo. The simulation results show that under the constraints of three different polarization trajectories, the active deception jamming and targets exhibit a significant clustering effect, and the identification effect is stable. Compared with jamming identification methods that rely on dual-polarization or full-polarization radar systems, the proposed method has both low cost and high efficiency, which has great application potential in radar anti-jamming.

Background Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) can significantly limit the recovery of stroke patients at all stages and lead to a decline in activity participation and quality of life. Objective Based on the concept of full-cycle rehabilitation in stroke, by investigating the incidence of PSCI, to analyzed the differences of PSCI in different age and disease period and its potential influencing factors. Methods Stroke patients were hospitalized in the rehabilitation departments of 27 hospitals in different regions of China from October 2022 to July 2023 using simple random sampling method for cross-sectional analysis. A total of 402 patients were finally included according to the study criteria, and categorized into the young and middle-aged group (18-64 years old, n=234) and the elderly group (≥65 years old, n=168) according to the criteria of the National Bureau of Statistics of China, and the patients were also categorized into the acute-phase group (1-7 d, n=25), subacute-phase group (8-180 d, n=338), and the chronic-phase group (>180 d, n=39) according to the International Stroke Rehabilitation Alliance. Baseline information on patients was collected through interviews, assessments, and an electronic case system. Cognitive function was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), and subscores and total scores were calculated for each cognitive domain. Using the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremity (FMA-UE), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremity (FMA-LE), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Modified Barthel Index (MBI), Hospital Anxiety Scale (HADS-A), and the Hospital Depression Scale (HADS-D) were used to assess the disease conditions and physical functioning of the patients. Spearman's rank correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between cognitive function levels and other clinical indicators at different ages and different stages of disease. Since the International guidelines for groin hernia management were published in 2018, many new evidences have been published. In October 2023, the HerniaSurge Group published Update of the international HerniaSurge guidelines for groin hernia management. It updated eight chapters of the last guidelines, proposed 20 key questions, and 39 new statements and 32 recommendations, of which 16 were strong recommendations. The impact of near-surface observations on analysis and forecasting in complex terrain is studied by introducing the role of terrain in the background error horizontal correlation model. Observation information propagates isotropically on the model level in the height-based terrain-following coordinates since the background error horizontal correlation in CMA-MESO 3DVar system is characterized by an isotropic Gaussian correlation model. However, in the near-surface layer with complex topography, the propagation of observation information is blocked by mountain ranges, and thus its background error covariance is inhomogeneous and anisotropic, and furthermore, the propagation of observation information should vary with topography. The background error horizontal correlation coefficients in complex terrain are computed using NMC method by National Meteorological Center of the USA. Results show that the blocking of large terrain causes the background error horizontal correlation coefficients to decrease more rapidly across mountain ranges, where the near-surface wind field is more localized than the temperature and humidity fields, with smaller horizontal correlation characteristic length scales, and the wind field information propagates over a closer distance. Based on the actual statistical structure, a Gaussian correlation model that includes effects of terrain height and terrain gradient is constructed, and the newly constructed horizontal correlation model accurately characterizes the decrease after mountain ranges are blocked. In CMA-MESO 3DVar analysis, the impact of terrain on the propagation of observational information is effectively incorporated by including a terrain height error term in the background error level correlation model. Idealized experiments show that the horizontal correlation modeling scheme considering the terrain height error term allows the observation information to propagate in an anisotropic manner that varies with terrain height，and significantly reduces the influence of observation information across large terrain features, thereby achieving more reasonable analysis increments. Results of a forecast experiment for a heavy precipitation process in northern China indicate that the correlation modeling scheme varying with the terrain height propagates the anisotropy of the ground observation information and weakens the analytical increment near the ground with large terrain, and thus makes a slightly biased and positive contribution to the precipitation forecast neutrality. Results of a 5-day hourly cycle rapid updating analysis and forecast for precipitation processes in East China show that the horizontal correlation modeling scheme with terrain elevation makes a positive contribution to 10-m wind field at the ground level and the precipitation forecast within 24 hours.

Shengli exploration area in Junggar Basin is mainly located in the ultra-denudation zone， complex piedmont zone， and deep subsag zone around the basin. The conditions for oil and gas accumulation are complex， and exploration is difficult. In order to clarify the potential direction of key fields in Shengli exploration area and guide the optimization of the following oil and gas exploration deployment order， the next potential directions of each key field were analyzed on the basis of systematic summary of the exploration research progress of the sedimentation， reservoir， oil source correlation， transport system， hydrocarbon accumulation mode， as well as oil and gas enrichment control factors in the ultra-denudation zone field in the western margin of Junggar Basin， the deep field of the upper combination in the central area of Junggar Basin， the ultra-deep field of the lower combination in the central area of Junggar Basin， and the piedmont zone field in the northern margin and southeastern areas of Junggar Basin. The results show that the Jurassic-Cretaceous in Hashan area， the Neogene Shawan Formation in Chepaizi area， and the Carboniferous in Chepaizi area in the ultra-denudation zone in the western margin of the Junggar Basin， as well as the Jurassic Qigu Formation in Yongjin-Zhengshacun area and the Jurassic Sangonghe Formation in Moxizhuang area in the deep area of the upper combination in the central area of the Junggar Basin， are the main positions for increasing reserves and production in the future. The Permian Upper Wuerhe Formation-Triassic Karamay Formation in Well Zheng 10 area of Shawan Sag in the ultra-deep area of the lower combination in the central area of the Junggar Basin and the Permian Fengcheng Formation-Xiazijie Formation in Well Zhuangshen 1 area of the western sag of Well Pen 1 are the next important replacement positions. The parautochthonous nappe systems of the Hashan piedmont zone in the northern margin of the Junggar Basin and the southern and northern piedmont zones of Bogda Mountain in the southeastern margin of the Junggar Basin are the favorable positions to be explored continuously in the next step. The unconventional shale gas field in the deep Carboniferous strata of Shibei Sag and Shiqiantan Sag is a reserve position that needs to be actively prepared in the future. During the “14th-15th Five Year Planin 2021-2030” period， Shengli exploration area should be guided by the exploration concept of “focusing on the whole area， successfully exploring deep layers， emphasizing both conventional and unconventional oil and gas， and implementing coordinated promotion” and continuously and orderly promote exploration in various key fields of the basin.

This paper introduces the current situation of intelligent development of shearer at home and abroad. The shearer is currently developing towards intelligent robotics and is in the primary stage of intelligence. This paper elaborates on the development process and trends of intelligent shearer. There are six scientific research projects that have played important roles in the intelligent development of shearer, including the UK remotely operated longwall face (ROLF) program, mine operating system (MINOS), NASA long wall automation cooperation project, Australian Australian coal industry’s research program (ACARP), Australian commonwealth scientific and industrial research organization (CSIRO) project, and EU new mechanisation and automation of longwall and drivage equipment (NEMAEQ). The development trend of shearer is to use continuously developing monitoring, sensing, and remote control technologies to replace manual intervention and operation, continuously improve the production efficiency and reliability of working face equipment, and develop towards informationization, integration, unmanned, and intelligent direction. This paper introduces the key technologies of intelligent perception, intelligent control, and intelligent communication of shearer. It points out that intelligent cutting technology based on coal rock recognition, intelligent drum speed regulation technology, precise positioning technology of shearer, and planning and mining technology based on three-dimensional geological models are key technologies that urgently need to be broken through. The human-machine relationship that cannot be ignored in the intelligent development process of shearer is discussed from two aspects: dust reduction and noise reduction.

In order to further improve the wear resistance of Fe-Cr-C surfacing alloy, Fe-Cr-C wear-resistant surfacing alloy layers with different B addition amounts were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by adjusting the amount of ferroboron powder added to the surfacing alloy powder using plasma powder surfacing technology.The effects of B addition amount on the microstructure, phase composition and wear resistance of Fe-Cr-C surfacing alloy were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), abrasive wear tests and other analysis and testing methods.Results showed that when the addition amount of B was 0, the microstructure of the surfacing alloy was composed of dendritic Fe and chrysanthemum-like (Fe, Cr)7(C, B)3＋Fe eutectic structure.With the increase of B addition amount, the volume fraction of the (Fe, Cr)7(C, B)3 hard phase in the surfacing layer increased.After the precipitation amount of the (Fe, Cr)7(C, B)3 phase reached a certain value, the primary B0.7Fe3C0.3 phase was formed.When the B addition amount was 20.0%(mass fraction), a large amount of the (Fe, Cr)2 B hard phase was precipitated.The hardness of the surfacing layer showed an overall trend of rising-steep drop-rising, and the hardness of the B-10 sample reached 63.1 HRC.The results of the abrasive wear test showed that the wear resistance of the surfacing alloy layer exhibited an trend of upward-flat- upward, and the wear resistance of the B-20 sample increased to 2.8 times that of the B-0 sample.

Objective To assess the effectiveness of combining problem-based learning (PBL), team-based learning (TBL), and clinical pathway (CP) in standardized training of periodontology residents. Methods A total of 48 residents who were transferred to the Department of Periodontology at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January to October 2023 were randomly assigned to either the traditional teaching group or the PBL, TBL, and CP combined teaching group, with 24 participants in each group. The traditional teaching group followed conventional teaching methods, while the PBL, TBL, and CP combined teaching group utilized a combination of these three methods. Prior to completing their rotation, both groups underwent professional assessments as well as surveys on satisfaction with standardized training and self-evaluation. Results The professional examination scores ofcombined teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching method group (P0.05). Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Sonidegib for basal cell carcinoma. Methods Clinical data and skin histology were analyzed in a patient with ulcerated brown plaque on the nasal dorsum. After the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma, patient was orally given a Hedgehog pathway inhibitor, Sonidegib. Results The patient was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma. After the treatment with Sonidegib, the skin lesions became flat and ulcers were healed, without the development of new ulcers. Prior to the treatment, patient's liver and muscle enzymes were normal. Following one-week treatment with Sonidegib, the patient experienced muscle weakness, loss of appetite, vomiting, fatigue, and drowsiness, with an EGOG level of 3. After 4 weeks of treatment, the liver enzymes and serum CK were 2.5 times over normal levels. Sonidegib was discontinued at week 6 due to his intolerance of side effects. Then the patient was given the Mohs surgery and skin grafting. Conclusions Sonidegib can induce liver damage and musculoskeletal reactions. Adverse reactions should be dynamically monitored in clinical use of this drug. If the tumor is large or direct surgical removal may cause severe trauma, neoadjuvant therapy can be beneficial. In clinic, drugs can be intermittently administered according to patients' tolerance to improve tolerance and adherence.

Objective To explore the prognostic impact and clinical application value of therapeutic plasma exchange(TPE) intervention timing and liver injury periodization in patients with exertional heat stroke(EHS). Methods Data of 127 EHS patients from the First Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from January 2011 to December 2023 were collected, then divided into the death group and the survival group based on therapeutic outcomes and into 5 stages according to the dynamic changes of ALT, AST, TBIL and DBIL. According to propensity score matching analysis, 11 patients in the survival group and 12 patients in the death group were included in the statistical analysis, and 20 of them were treated with TPE. The changes in indicators and clinical outcomes before and after TPE were observed, in order to evaluate the impact of intervention timing on prognosis. Results Among the 23 patients, 14 had no liver injury or could progress to the repair phase, resulting in 3 deaths(with the mortality rate of 21.43%), while 9 patients failed to progress to the repair phase, resulting in 9 deaths(with the mortality rate of 100%), with significant differences(P

Objective To review the occurrence of allergic reactions during therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) and to explore the risk factors of TPE allergic reactions. Methods The clinical data of 929 patients treated with TPE using plasma components by the Department of Transfusion Medicine in our medical center from 2018 to 2023 were collected. The influencing factors of allergic reactions were analyzed by univariate analysis, and the independent risk factors of allergic reactions were analyzed by logistic multivariate regression analysis. Results A total of 4 071 TPEs were performed in 929 patients.Among them, 198 patients (21.31%) experienced 349 times (8.57%) of allergic reactions, with the incidence of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ allergic reactions of 16.33%, 81.38% and 2.29%, respectively, and no deaths.
