Objective To investigate the effect of Tuina combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy in the treatment of post-stroke constipation. Methods Totally 100 bedridden patients with post-stroke constipation were randomly divided in the observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients received comprehensive treatment and routine nursing interventions, and those in the observation group were given Tuina combined with aricular acupoint pressing therapy. The intervention effect was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94. 00%(47/50) in the observation, which was higher than 66. 00%(33/50) in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Tuina combined with aricular acupoint pressing therapy is effective to relive the symptoms of constipation in bedridden patients with post-stroke constipation. Objective To observe the curative effect of massage technique and acupoint application in treating constipation after stroke. Methods Totally 78 patients with acute constipation after cerebral infarction were selected, divided into control group, acupoint application group (Acupoint application group) and massage treatment group (massage group), among which 22 patients in control group, 31 patients in application group and 25 patients in massage group. The control group patients received integrative medicine treatment and nursing. On this basis, the massage group patients received acupoint massage technique; the Acupoint application group patients were given Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenque acupoint application. The defecation situation of the three groups was observed daily for 2 weeks, and the defecation frequency of the three groups was compared with the 7th and 14th day of treatment. Barthel Index was used to evaluate the activity of daily living of patients before discharge from hospital. Objective To observe the effect of cupping therapy with Chinese herbal decoction in the treatment of extremity dysfunction among patients with wind-phlegm obstruction type stroke. Methods Totally 90 patients with wind-phlegm obstruction type stroke were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment and nursing, and those in the observation group were given cupping therapy with Chinese herbal decoction in treating extremity dysfunction. The intervention effect was evaluated by Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom integral. Scores of NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Barthel Index (BI) were compared between two groups. Results The overall response rate in the observation group was 97. 78%(44/45), which was higher than 80. 00%(36/45) in the control group (P＜0. 01). The FMA score and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P＜0. 01 ) , and NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P＜0. 01 ). Patients in the observation group had higher dimension scores of Vitality, Role Physical, Role Emotional and Social Functioning compared with those in the control group ( P＜0. 01 ). Conclusion Based on the routine treatment, the cupping therapy with Chinese herbal decoction is effective to relieve the extremity dysfunction among patients with wind-phlegm obstruction type stroke, improve the rehabilitation of neurological and motor function, and improve patient’ quality of life. (目的 观察中药水罐治疗风痰阻络型中风患者肢体功能障的效果。方法 选取2020年7月—2021年7月医院收治的风痰阻络型中风患者90例, 随机分为对照组和观察组, 各45例。2组均予常规基础治疗和护理, 观察组在对照组基础上增加中药水罐治疗。评价2组干预效果, 对比2组美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分和Barthel指数(BI)评定结果。结果 观察组总有效率97. 78%(44/45), 高于对照组的80. 00%(36/45), 差异有统计学意义 ( P＜0. 01 )。 观察组FMA评分和BI指数评分高于对照组, NIHSS评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 ( P＜0. 01 )。 观察组患者SF-36量表活力、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能4个维度评分均高对照组, 差异有统计学意义 ( P＜0. 01 )。 结论 在常规治疗基础上, 中药水罐治疗能有效缓解风痰阻络型中风患者肢体功能障, 促进患者神经功能和运动功能康复, 提高患者生活质量。)

Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing interventions for urine leakage after indwelling catheter placement in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods Totally 60 cerebrovascular disease patients with urine leakage after placement of indwelling catheter were divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and observation group was given targeted nursing interventions in addition to routine management. The intervention efficacy and patients' satisfaction were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96. 67% vs. 73. 33%, P＜0. 05). Satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention according to the causes of urine leakage was effective to leakage control and prevention of urinary tract infection in cerebrovascular disease patients with indwelling catheters . (目的 探讨脑血管病患者留置导尿管出现漏尿时采取针对性护理干预的效果。方法 选取留置导尿管出现漏尿的60例脑血管病患者为研究对象, 根据入组时间分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。对照组采用常规护理, 观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理干预。评价2组护理干预效果及患者满意度。结果 观察组总有效率96. 67%(29/30), 高于对照组的73. 33%(22/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组满意度高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 根据漏尿发生原因采取针对性护理干预措施, 可以有效控制漏尿情况, 对降低尿道感染的发生风险具有积极意义。)

Objective: As an important feature of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), an excessive amount of pro-inflammatory cytokines in RA synovial lesions induces the proliferation of synovial fibroblasts, cartilage erosion and systemic inflammatory immune response. Wnt inhibitor, Dkk-1, contributes to joint remodeling. This study was conducted to explore the role of Dkk-1 in the regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion., Methods: Rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASF) were cultured from surgical synovial specimens and utilized at passages 4-8. For Dkk-1 silencing assay, Dkk-1-specific siRNA and control scrambled siRNA were transfected into RASF respectively. For Dkk-1 over-expression assay, Dkk-1 plasmid and control vector were transfected into RASFs respectively. Production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8), were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) at pre- and post-transfection respectively. Differences between various groups were evaluated by Wilcoxon signed-rank test., Results: After a treatment of Dkk-1-specific siRNA, RASF exhibited decreased production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in association with down-regulated Dkk-1 levels while Dkk-1 over-expression could up-regulate the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. The effects were marked when RAFS was activated by TNF-α and IL-1β after transfection., Conclusion: Dkk-1 promotes the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in RASF so as to exacerbate synovitis of RA. And targeting Dkk-1 may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for RA.
