To mitigate the impact of oscillations on new energy power systems， it is crucial to assess the system stability state online and identify weak points susceptible to oscillations for proactive measures. To achieve this， two methods for locating weak points in new energy power systems are proposed， each from the perspectives of frequency domain characteristics and time-domain responses of the ports. The frequency domain method involves evaluating the system’s stability state based on the impedance characteristics of the ports at new energy substations， pinpointing weak substations according to the magnitude of the real part of the impedance at each substation. The time-domain method involves actively injecting a wideband small disturbance signal and utilizing the HHT （Hilbert-Huang transform） to analyze the current response at each port of new energy substations. Damping ratios of weak modes are extracted， and weak substations are located based on their magnitudes. The effectiveness of these location methods is validated using a small-scale new energy system composed of three wind farms. The results indicate that both methods accurately identify weak points in the system oscillations.

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle method in reducing the rate of hemolysis in venous blood samples. Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to implement the standardized procedure of venous blood sampling, and the hemolysis rate of venous blood samples from inpatients and outpatients in the same period of 2020 and 2021 was compared and analyzed. Results The rates of hemolysis in venous blood specimen of hospitalized patients and outpatients after implementation of PDCA cycle (in 2021) were significantly lower than those before PDCA cycle (in 2020) , respectively(5. 40% vs. 2. 42%, P＜0. 01; 7. 01%vs. 5. 09%, P＜0. 01). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method is effective to reduce the rate of hemolysis in venous blood specimen. ObjectiveTo learn the epidemiological features of foodborne diseases， and to provide scientific basis for disease control.MethodsThe monitoring data of foodborne diseases in Minhang from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed. Stool or swab specimens were collected to detect salmonella， Vibrio parahaemolyticus， Escherichia coli， Shigella， Campylobacter jejuni and norovirus.ResultsThe information of 15 951 foodborne disease cases and 11 176 samples were collected， with the positive rate of 12.03%.The cases with diarrhea accounted for 99.90% of the total. The cases with fever accounted for 14.70% of the total. The cases with water stool accounted for 89.70% of the total. May to October were the epidemic periods of foodborne diseases in Minhang（79.78%）. The detection rate was the highest in the 30‒39 age group and cadre staff occupation（13.53%，13.49%）. The detection rates of foodborne bacteria and virus were 5.39% （Vibrio parahaemolyticus）， 3.25% （salmonella），1.44% （norovirus）， 1.06%（Escherichia coli）， 0.56% （Campylobacter jejuni）， 0.34% （mixed infection） and 0% （Shigella）. During this 5-year period， the positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus decreased significantly， while the positive rate of salmonella and Escherichia coli and Campylobacter jejuni increased significantly. The main suspected food were aquatic products （29.44%）， meat （25.80%） and fruits （10.78%）. The main processing methods of suspected food were family workshop （41.12%） and restaurants （37.55%）. The total detection rate of the cases was the highest in the canteen， reaching 20.51%.ConclusionFoodborne disease cases have a seasonal peak. The positive detection of pathogens tends to be similar year by year. The main suspected food is aquatic products. The main resources of suspected food are family workshop， restaurants， and canteen. Targeted health education， supervision and management should be taken to prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases and the outbreak of food poisoning

ObjectiveThis study aimed to understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in Minhang District， Shanghai from 2009 to 2020， and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of HFMD.MethodsThe case information of HFMD was collected from the National Notifiable Infectious Diseases Reporting System of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We used descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze the population characteristics， temporal and spatial distribution of HFMD， the pathogen composition of the case and its changing trend.ResultsFrom 2009 to 2020， a total of 66，198 cases of HFMD were reported in Minhang District， Shanghai， including 377 severe cases （severe case rate 0.57%） and 3 deaths （severs case fatality rate 0.80%）. There were more cases of HFMD in boys than in girls （1.5∶1）. HFMD patients aged under 5 years predominated， accounting for 88.91% of all cases. Majority of the cases （91.42%） were in scattered children （55.80%） and children in kindergartens （35.62%）. The incidence showed a cyclical trend， with low incidence years and high incidence years appearing alternately. The peak period was from April to July， and sometimes there were small peaks during October to December. A total of 12 years time-space scanning analysis revealed 3 clusters. The cluster centers were located in Wujing Town， Huacao Town and Xinzhuang Town， respectively. The proportion of EV71 in common cases was generally decreasing， and reduced to zero in 2019. The proportion of CoxA6 had increased year by year， and reached 75.00% in 2020. CoxA6 became the dominant pathogen in recent years. The number of severe cases had decreased year by year since 2010， and the dominant pathogen was EV71 （90.03% on average） in severe cases.ConclusionThe incidence of HFMD in Minhang District of Shanghai has a downward trend from 2014. The dominant pathogen changes from EV71 to CoxA6， and the dominant pathogen in severe cases is EV71. The discovered temporal and spatial clustering pattern is helpful for in-depth understanding of the distribution and epidemic trend of HFMD in Minhang District， and provides a scientific basis for epidemic prevention and control.

ObjectiveTo determine the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of a norovirus GII.17 outbreak in Minhang District of Shanghai in 2018， and provide evidence for prevention and control measures of norovirus infection.MethodsDescriptive epidemiological analysis was performed. In addition， a retrospective cohort study was conducted to determine the risk factors.ResultsFrom May 30th to June 1st of 2018， a total of 132 cases （126 clinical cases and 6 confirmed cases） were documented，with an attack rate of 29.20%（132/452）.All cases were children in a kindergarten， with the average age of 5 years and 43.9% being male. The cases were reported in all the classes， with no clustering by class or floor．The epidemic curve was characterized by a point source exposure， which was estimated to be probably between 7 AM on May 30thand 0：30 AM on May 31st. The retrospective cohort study showed that the attack rate significantly differed between the children who had taken and did not take the school lunch （RR=∞） on May 30th，and those who had taken and did not take seafood noodles （RR=4.11， 95%CI：1.09-15.55） （P

The stratification of water temperature in the reservoir in summer and autumn has an effect on the vertical water exchange and water-sediment interface environments. In order to study the effect of stratification in summer and autumn on the release of nitrogen and phosphorus from sediments in Daye Reservoir, Jinan City, field monitoring of the reservoir was conducted, and water samples and sediments were collected from June to October 2022. The characteristics of water temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO) stratification, and the distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients were analyzed. The effects of an anoxic environment caused by thermal stratification on the release rate, migration, and transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediments were studied through simulation experiments in the laboratory. The results showed that there was obvious thermal stratification in the Reservoir from June to September. In October, the stratification disappears. And the maximum water temperature difference between the surface and bottom of the reservoir is 15.6 °C. The concentration of dissolved oxygen in water appears to be stratified vertically with the formation of a thermal stratification structure. From June to August, there were hypoxic and even anaerobic phenomena in the bottom water of the reservoir. In July, the concentration of dissolved oxygen was as low as 0.84 mg/L. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the bottom water is significantly higher than that in the surface and middle water bodies, and the content of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) in the bottom water is about 1.5 times that in the surface water and 4 times that in the middle water. Dissolved oxygen is an important driver of nitrogen and phosphorus releases from sediments. The results of simulation experiments in the laboratory showed that the release rate of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in an anaerobic environment was about 1.5 times that in an aerobic environment. Nitrogen release in sediments is mainly in the form of ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N), and Fe-Al-binding phosphorus (Fe/Al-P) is a potential phosphorus source. Endogenous pollution in the Reservoir poses a serious risk to the water quality. This study can provide some references for reservoir water quality management and endogenous pollution risk avoidance. The dietary fiber (DF) was obtained from Shanxi millet bran by thermostable α-amylase, glucoamylase and neutral protease. Then the SDF was prepared from DF by the method of complex enzyme (cellulose-xylanase) modification. The enzyme modification process was further optimized by the response surface design based on the single factor experiment. The optimum process conditions were as follows: total amount of complex enzyme 1.73%, ratio of cellulose and xylanase 1 : 1.74, hydrolysis temperature 50 °C, hydrolysis time 1.44 h. The SDF and IDF yields were 12.46% and 85. 12% under this condition, respectively. The optimization design accurately predicted the yield of SDF obtained from millet bran DF. Importantly, the process operation was simple and required no special equipment, which possessed certain theoretical and practical significance for the comprehensive utilization of millet bran and the industrialization of SDF. This study aims to explore the mechanism of Shoutai Pills in treating threatened abortion. According to the random number table method, ICR female mice were randomized into a normal group, a model group, a dydrogesterone group, and a Shoutai Pills group, with 15 mice in each group. Mice were administrated with normal saline(normal and model groups) or the suspension of Shoutai Pills or dydrogesterone by gavage at 9:00 am every day. At 16:00 every day, mice in the normal group were administrated with an equal volume of distilled water, while those in the model, Shoutai Pills, and dydrogesterone groups were administrated with hydrocortisone solution by gavage for 4 consecutive days. ICR female and male mice were caged in a ratio of 2∶1 during the pre-estrous or estrous period. From the first day of pregnancy, drug administration was continued for 5 consecutive days. On day 6, mice were administrated with mifepristone by gavage to establish the model of kidney deficiency-induced abortion. On day 6 of pregnancy, 10 female ICR mice were randomly selected from each group, and the uterus was collected for observation of the pathological changes of trophoblasts at the maternal-fetal interface by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining. The protein levels of key enzymes of glycolysis, hexokinase 2(HK2), enolase 1(ENO1), pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2), and lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA), were determined by Western blot and immunofluorescence. The expression of apoptosis-related proteins including B cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2), Bcl-2-associated protein X(Bax), and cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase-3(caspase-3) was determined by Western blot and real-time PCR. Terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase-mediated nick-end labeling was employed to examine apoptosis. The embryo loss rate of the remaining five female mice was calculated by trypan blue staining method on day 14 of pregnancy. On day 14 of pregnancy, the embryo loss rate of the normal group was 5.00%, which was lower than that(27.78%) in the model group(P<0.05). Dydrogesterone and Shoutai Pills groups showed reduced embryo loss rates(10.26% and 7.50%, respectively) compared with the model group. On day 6 of pregnancy, compared with the normal group, the model group showed down-regulated expression of HK2, ENO1, PKM2, LDHA, and Bcl-2 and up-regulated expression of Bax and caspase-3(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, dydrogesterone and Shoutai Pills up-regulated the expression of HK2, ENO1, PKM2, LDHA, and Bcl-2 and down-regulated the expression of Bax and caspase-3(P<0.05). Compared with that in the normal group, the apoptosis rate in the model group increased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, dydrogesterone and Shoutai Pills reduced the apoptosis rate(P<0.05). In conclusion, Shoutai Pills can reduce the embryo loss rate and protect embryos by promoting aerobic glycolysis at the maternal-fetal interface and inhibiting the apoptosis of trophoblasts in mice.

Objective: To find out the relationship between the duration and amplitude of oscillatory breathing (OB) and their exercise capacity in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) we did this study. Methods: Two hundred and thirty-seven CHF patients performed a maximum incremental upright cycle ergometry cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). Respiratory gas exchange was measured on a breath-by-breath basis throughout the test. OB was defined as 3 or more continuous cycle fluctuations of ventilation during CPET, and the amplitude of VE oscillations exceed 25% of concurrent mean value. The CHF patients with OB (OB+) were divided into 3 sub-groups according to their Peak VO 2 . Group1 (mild OB+) Peak VO 2 of ≥16 ml/min/kg, group 2 (moderate OB+) Peak VO 2 is between 12~16 ml/min/kg, group 3 (severe OB+) Peak VO 2 ≤ 12 ml/(min·kg). Results: There were 78(32.6%) patients detected as OB+ in 237 CHF patients. Among OB+ patients, OB duration in s related negatively to Peak VO 2 in mL/min/kg (r=-0.82), Peak VO 2 in %pred (r=-0.65), VO 2 at AT (r=-0.78), and related positively to VE/VCO 2 at AT (r=0.61). Conclusion: OB duration is related negatively to exercise capacity of CHF patients.

The combination of field trial and indoor incubation experiment were conducted to examine the long-term effects of one-time application of bio-organic fertilizer on soil organic carbon (C) components, organic C mineralization, and enzyme activity in cucumber continuous cropping. Compared with CK, bio-organic fertilizer application significantly increased the content of soil organic C, activated C pool, slow-release C pool and inert C pool during four continuous cucumber planting seasons. With the increases of the number of consecutive crops, the proportion of soil inert carbon gradually increased. After four continuous seasons of cucumber planting, the cumulative and daily mineralization rate of soil organic C in the bio-organic fertilizer treatment increased by 17.3%-31.0% and 7.8%-43.0%, respectively. In the stage of cucumber ripening, bio-organic fertilizer application increased the activities of continuous soil urease, catalase, sucrose and neutral phosphatase by 10.5%-62.1%, 4.8%-25.5%, 3.9%-21.4% and 4.6%-66.4%. The activities of those four enzymes increased with the increases of the application amount of organic fertilizer. Results from the correlation and path analysis showed that the activity of the four enzymes were significantly correlated with the dynamics of organic carbon components in soil cucumber continuous cropping process. Soil urease and invertase activities significantly affected organic carbon mineralization during the continuous cropping process of cucumber. Application of bio-organic fertilizer could increase soil organic carbon content and enzyme activity, improve inert carbon ratio of soil organic carbon pools, cumulative and mineralization rate of organic carbon in continuous cropping process, thereby enhance soil carbon sequestration capacity.

To observe the clinical efficacy of Huazhuo Jiedu formula in treating chronic erosive gastritis (CEG) patients with syndrome of accumulation of turbidity and toxicity, explore its mechanism by observing the changes in expression levels of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF-1α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum and gastric mucosa tissues after treatment, and provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of Huazhuo Jiedu formula in treating chronic erosive gastritis. All 70 patient of CEG were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in control group received Alatan Wuwei Wan, bid, 1 bag/time; while the patients in treatment group were given with Huazhuo Jiedu formula, 1 dose/day. The course of the treatment was 6 months in both groups. The changes in clinical symptoms, gastroscopic signs, pathology and the expression levels of HIF-1α, VEGF, and phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) in serum and gastric mucosa tissues were observed in both groups. The results showed that treatment group was better than control group in clinical efficacy, gastroscopic efficacy and pathological effect after treatment ( P <0.05); the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in serum of treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment ( P <0.05), while the level of PTEN in serum of treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment ( P <0.05); the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in gastric mucosa tissues in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, while the level of PTEN in gastric mucosa tissues in treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment ( P <0.05), with statistically significant differences between these two groups ( P <0.05). Objective: To compare the clinical characteristics and the therapeutic responses in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) subgroups, classified by diffusing capacity of the lung for carbon monoxide (D(L)CO) and inspiratary capacity (IC)., Methods: A total of 105 mild-severe patients (70 males, 35 females, 44 to 85 years of age), with stable COPD were recruited in Cangzhou Central Hospital from June 2012 to June 2014. According to baseline D(L)CO and IC, the patients were divided into normal D(L)CO/IC group (group A, n=10), low D(L)CO/normal IC group (group B, n=18), normal D(L)CO/low IC group (group C, n=22) and low D(L)CO/IC group (group D, n=55). We compared the clinical characteristics, induced sputum cells and the therapeutic responses to 3-month treatment of budesonide/formoterol(320 µg/9 µg, inhale, bid)among the 4 groups., Results: Group D showed the highest CAT scores(27.6 ± 6.4). Group C showed a higher prevalence of patients with wheezing(81.8)% and the highest percentage of sputum eosinophils (7.6 ± 3.2)%. Group C showed the greatest FEV(1) increase(0.214 ± 0.053)L. Group D showed a greater FEV(1) increase than Group B [(0.137 ± 0.063) vs (0.092 ± 0.048)L]. Group C showed a greater FVC[(0.342 ± 0.073), (0.190 ± 0.081), (0.223 ± 0.094)L] increase and CAT[(4.4 ± 2.0), (2.3 ± 1.3), (3.9 ± 1.9)] decrease than Group B and Group D(P<0.05)., Conclusion: These findings suggest that COPD subgroups classified by D(L)CO and IC show several clinical characteristics and may be helpful to predict responses to treatment.

Objective: To observe oxygen uptake efficiency plateau (OUEP, i.e.highest V˙O2/V˙E) and carbon dioxide output efficiency (lowest V˙E/V˙CO2) parameter changes during exercise in normal subjects., Methods: Five healthy volunteers performed the symptom limited maximal cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. V˙O2/V˙E and V˙E/V˙CO2 were determined by both arterial and central venous catheters. After blood gas analysis of arterial and venous sampling at the last 30 seconds of every exercise stage and every minute of incremental loading, the continuous parameter changes of hemodynamics, pulmonary ventilation were monitored and oxygen uptake ventilatory efficiency (V˙O2/V˙E and V˙E/V˙CO2) was calculated., Results: During CPET, as the loading gradually increased, cardiac output, heart rate, mixed venous oxygen saturation, arteriovenous oxygen difference, minute ventilation, minute alveolar ventilation, tidal volume, alveolar ventilation and pulmonary ventilation perfusion ratio increased near-linearly (P < 0.05-0.01, vs.resting); arterial oxygen concentration maintained at a high level without significant change (P > 0.05); stroke volume, respiratory rate, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide, arterial blood hydrogen ion concentration and dead space ventilation ratio significantly changed none-linearly (compare resting state P < 0.05-0.01).OUE during exercise increased from 30.9 ± 3.3 at resting state to the highest plateau 46.0 ± 4.7 (P < 0.05 vs.resting state), then, declined gradually after anaerobic threshold (P < 0.05-0.01, vs.OUEP) and reached 36.6 ± 4.4 at peak exercise. The V˙E/V˙CO2 during exercise decreased from the resting state (39.2 ± 6.5) to the minimum value (24.2 ± 2.4) after AT for a few minutes (P > 0.05 vs.earlier stage), then gradually increased after the ventilatory compensation point (P < 0.05 vs.earlier stage) and reached to 25.9 ± 2.7 at peak exercise., Conclusions: Cardiac and lung function as well as metabolism change during CPET is synchronous.In the absence of pulmonary limit, appearing before and after anaerobic threshold, OUEP and lowest V˙E/V˙CO2 could be used as reliable parameters representing the circulatory function.
