1. Construction and Promotion Countermeasures of Professional Quality Model of Young Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities in China in the New Era.

- Abstract
Entering the new era, building a leading sports and education country is an important task and strategic goal in the process of socialist modernization in China. Young PE teachers in colleges and universities are the new force and future hope of PE teaching, research and social services and they shoulder the important task of building a sports leading country and cultivating students. Improving their professional quality is not only a response to the needs of reality development, but also an inevitable requirement of the strategy of building a leading country. In order to fully understand and promote their professional quality, this paper adopted the grounded theory, carries out interviews and qualitative analysis around teaching, research and social services, extracts 174 concepts, 27 categories and 6 main categories, and constructs the professional quality model of young PE teachers in colleges and universities, which is composed of teachers' morality, pressure perception and support acquisition, subjective control, teaching and training ability, research ability, social service ability and its sub factors. Based on the model, this paper analyzed the problems existing in improving professional quality, and puts forward countermeasures that stimulating interest is the premise of improving professional quality, increasing service and support is an important guarantee, differentiated and accurate ability improvement is the core.
