[Objective] We aim to establish an efficient and stable genetic transformation system of Lycium ruthenicum and reduce the vitrification rate of the regenerated seedlings in order to promote gene function study and genetic improvement. [Methods] L. ruthenicum leaves were used as explants and Agrobacterium (LBA4404, EHA105) was used to transform L. ruthenicum. By adjusting the types of basic medium and adding plant hormones, we selected the optimal callus-induction medium, differentiation and selection medium, and rooting-induction medium. The transformation rate of L. ruthenicum was increased to over 65%, while the seedling vitrification rate was decreased to below 10%. This combined culture system laid a foundation for the molecular breeding of L. ruthenicum. [Results] (1) The optimal infection concentration of Agrobacterium (OD600) was 0.6 and the infection time was 25 min for the combined culture system of L. ruthenicum. Under this condition, the callus-induction rate was 78.2%-96%; (2) The optimal differentiation and selection medium contained: MS+inositol 50 mg/L+nicotinic acid 0.25 mg/L+vitamin B6 0.25 mg/L+Fe salt storage solution 1 mL/L+glycine 1.0 mg/L+ vitamin B1 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 0.25 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 6 g/L+Kanamycin 30 mg/L+Timentin 300 mg/L, pH 6.0. The optimal rooting medium contained: WPM+IBA 0.25 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 6 g/L +Kanamycin 30 mg/L+Timentin 300 mg/L, pH 6.0. (3) On the optimal differentiation and selection medium, the seedling vitrification rate infected by Agrobacterium LBA4404-pBI121 was about 65%, while that infected by Agrobacterium EHA105-pBI121 was below 10%. (4) The rooting efficiency of the regenerated seedlings reached 81.2% using a low-salt WPM medium of woody plants. (5) The ratio of the positive callus to the total number of inoculated leaves was used to evaluate the transformation efficiency. Using the optimal transformation system, the transformation rates of Agrobacterium LBA4404-pBI121 and EHA105-pBI121 were 51% and 65.2%, respectively. [Conclusion] The combined culture system of L. ruthenicum leaves can improve transformation rate while reducing seedling vitrification rate.

A verification and evaluation method for the top-down design of sprag clutches is proposed for the prediction of the clutch performance. The research targets are associated with sprag, inner and outer shafts, so four mathematic verification models are derived from von Mises stress, contact stress, gripping angle, and percent of sprag rise, which are refined from the comprehensive performance. Taking the clutch of model J8331 as an example, the feasibility of the method and strategy proposed in this study is compared and verified through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation. Based on this, a dynamic law of nonlinear positive correlation between load and the above indicators is obtained.

Objective To establish a risk prediction model for frailty in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and verify its prediction effect. Methods A classic sampling method was used to collect samples from 360 patients with inflammatory bowel disease who were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from July 2021 to November 2021. According to the evaluation results of the FRAIL Scale (FS), patients were divided into two group: frail group and non-frail group. The differences of demographic factors and disease related factors between the two categories of patients were compared. Randomized number method was used to divide the model group and verification group at a ratio of 8∶2. Logistic regression analysis was used to establish a risk prediction model. Hosmer-Lemeshow χ2 was used to test the prediction model fitting effect, and receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC curve) was drawn. Area under ROC curve (AUC) and Youden index were calculated to evaluate the differentiation ability of the prediction model. Results The incidence of frailty in patients with inflammatory bowel disease was 16.6%. Objective To investigate the pharmacological process of the effect of rapamycin upon the proliferation of triple-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells by regulating tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1 （TRAP1），and to unravel the anti-breast cancer mechanism of rapamycin. Methods MDA-MB-231 cells were randomly divided into the control group and different-dose rapamycin groups，and then the effect of rapamycin on cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay at 24 h and 48 h，respectively. Meantime，the half-maximal inhibitory concentration （IC50） of rapamycin was considered as the research condition. The effect of rapamycin on MDA-MB-231 cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. The expression levels of mammalian target of rapamycin （mTOR），p-mTOR and TRAP1 proteins were detected by Western blot. The expression levels of mTOR and TRAP1 mRNA were measured by qPCR. ATP content was detected by ATP kit. The amount of lactic acid was determined by lactate assay kit. Results Rapamycin inhibited the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner （P < 0.01）. The proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells was decreased at 24 h and significantly decreased at 48 h after rapamycin treatment. IC50 was obtained at 10 μmol/L after 48 h. Rapamycin induced cell cycle arrest at G1 phase （P < 0.01）. Compared with the control group，the expression level of TRAP1 mRNA was significantly down-regulated （P < 0.05），and the expression levels of p-mTOR and TRAP1 proteins were significantly down-regulated （both P < 0.001），whereas the expression levels of mTOR mRNA and total mTOR protein were not significantly changed （both P > 0.05），the content of ATP was significantly increased （P < 0.001），and the content of lactic acid was significantly decreased （P < 0.001） in the 48-h rapamycin group. Conclusion Rapamycin can inhibit the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells by regulating the metabolic process，which is related to the decrease of TRAP1.

Thermal barrier coating technology is an important technical means for advanced aero - engines and ground gas turbines to achieve high efficiency, low emissions and long life. The research progresses of traditional thermal barrier coating materials, preparation methods and failure mechanisms were systematically summarized. Furthermore, the research status and deficiencies of new coating materials, preparation processes and microstructures for thermal barrier coatings were discussed emphatically. Finally, the research trend of thermal barrier coating materials was prospected.

As a green and recyclable thermoplastic material, polypropylene (PP) has a good application prospect in high voltage cable line. However, its thermodynamic performance is difficult to directly meet the requirements of the cable line, so the PP material needs to be modified to meet the performance requirements. Therefore, based on molecular simulation technology, a nano-CaCO3/PP composite model with doping mass fraction of 3% and 7% nano-CaCO3 and doped grafted silane coupling agent was built, the data of thermal and mechanical properties were calculated, and the changes of its properties were analyzed from a microscopic perspective. The results show that the thermal and mechanical properties of the composites model with grafting number 2 improved the best. In terms of thermal properties, the glass transition temperature (Tg) value increased by 49 K, the free volume fraction decreased by 2.52%, and the thermal conductivity was the highest. Objective: To realize the rapid on-line detection of defective rice flour. Methods: Non-contact data acquisition of rice flour blocks through cameras, image upload and processing, obtained the contour perimeter and area, approximate contour perimeter and area, approximate contour points and radius of the contour circle. According to the characteristics of rice flour block sample data, the SVM classification algorithm was used to analyze the sample set composed of multi feature data of rice flour block. Results: Compared with five algorithms, the average accuracy of GBDT classification algorithm was 89% with elapsed time of 1.10 s. The average accuracy of KNN classification algorithm was 88% with elapsed time of 0.23 s. The average accuracy of logistic regression classification algorithm was 88% with elapsed time of 0.68 s. The average accuracy of random forest classifica-tion algorithm was 87% with elapsed time of 0.47 s. The average accuracy of tree classification algorithm was 87% with elapsed time of 0.084 s. SVM classification algorithm had the highest average detection accuracy, up to 95%, and the shortest average elapsed time of 0.000 97 s. Conclusion: SVM classification algorithm has the characteristics of high accuracy and low elapsed time, which adapt the on-line detection of defective rice flour.

Objective To explore the application form and value of blending learning mode in the teaching of cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)training. Methods Combined with blending learning mode, a basic CMR training course was set up according to the international guidelines. Twenty-three postgraduate students, doctoral candidates and residents were trained and gave feedback from 2015 to 2019. Results There were 18 offline class hours in this training, and student's average online self-study time was (27.70±5.66) hours. The feedback showed that students' learning initiative and satisfaction with teaching forms were significantly increased. Although there were still individual differences in the mastery of professional knowledge, the average level was significantly improved. Autonomous learning awareness and attention to cutting-edge medical technology was also significantly enhanced. Conclusions Clinical teaching should be implemented base on clincial needs,and the new blending teaching combined with international guidelines has high application value in the teaching of CMR training.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of DNA ligase Ⅳ(LIG4) syndrome. Methods The clinical data of one case of LIG4 syndrome were analyzed, and the second-generation high-throughput gene sequencing was applied for the infant and his parents to identify the causative mutation. The clinical features of the disease were summarized with the relevant literatures. Results The case reported here had clinical manifestations of microcephaly, special face, growth retardation, immunodeficiency, recurrent respiratory infections, chronic diarrhea. The high-throughput sequencing showed the patient has carried mutation of LIG4 gene: c.833G＞T (p.R278L), the diagnosis of LIG4 syndrome was established. The features of LIG4 syndrome were analyzed from archived 42 cases, including this study. Conclusions Microcephaly, immunodeficiency, special facial features, hematocytopenia and growth retardation are the main clinical symptoms of LIG4 syndrome. Children with recurrent respiratory infections, microcephaly and immunodeficiency should be vigilant for this disease. Gene testing would be helpful to confirm the diagnosis.

Ground substrate serves as the carrier of surface natural resources and spatial entity of occurrence body. Finding out the characteristics of plane distribution, vertical assemblage and spatial variation of ground substrate is the key to ground substrate survey. The transition probability statistical method is applied to the ground substrate in the depth of 0-5 m in Dingxing County of Hebei Province. The vertical combination and lateral variation characteristics of ground substrate in Dingxing County and various geomorphic types are summarized and the structure sequence of ground substrate is constructed through limit probability analysis, displacement analysis, entropy analysis and difference matrix circulation analysis. The study shows that the types of ground substrate in the area vary dramatically under the influence of many complex genetic factors. The typical combination is sand-loamy sand-sandy loam-loam ground substrate from bottom to top, and the secondary combination loamy sand-clay loam ground substrate. The results indicate that the transition probability method can accurately describe the spatial distribution of ground substrate, and obtain the macroscopic rule of vertical change of ground substrate in the region from large numbers of miscellaneous catalogues. The electrochemical behavior of carbon steel pipeline in simulated solutions containing different concentrations of inhibitor saturated with O2/CO2 was studied by rotating disk electrode (RDE). After comparison with the results tested in CO2 environment, the effect of O2 on the inhibition performance of inhibitor A on the carbon steel was obtained.Potentiodynamic polarization was used to test the inhibition efficiency of inhibitor A. The EIS was used to study the adsorption behavior of the inhibitor and the corrosion process. The data calculated from the EIS fitting were used to study the adsorption behavior of the inhibitor. The morphology and the compositions of the corrosion product were observed by using SEM and XRD respectively. The results indicate that oxygen weakens the adsorption capacity of the inhibitor, which results in less adsorption film coverage ratio of the inhibitor on the steel surface and decreases corrosion inhibition efficiency. The corrosion products are loose and porous Fe2O3 and FeO(OH) in the environment of O2 and CO2 coexisting. The effective acting time of the inhibitor is shortened owing to the increasing corrosion rate and fast growth of the corrosion products in O2/CO2 environment, which results in more weakened adsorption capacity of the inhibitor.

Because of the limitations of traditional Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in clutter reduction, an improved PCA subspace method is proposed based on the 2D wavelet transform. Moreover, the combination of the improved subspace method and adaptive filtering ensures the signal fidelity and learning adaptability of adaptive filtering. Then, an adaptive clutter reduction algorithm based on wavelet transform and PCA, as well as adaptive filtering, is proposed. The experimental results suggest that the proposed method improves the signal to clutter ratio and target image definition.

Personalized recommendation is one of the most effective means to extract specific information. Aiming at the problem that lacking of users feature in traditional recommendation methods, a hybrid recommendation model of generalized matrix factorization and deep long short-term memory network based on multi-features fusion (HMF) was proposed. The model used potential eigenvector factors to characterize the selective impact of age and occupation on the project, highlighting user personalization. Long short-term memory (LSTM) was used to obtain the temporal characteristics between users and projects, and then the deep temporal nonlinear higher-order interaction relationship was mined by multi-layer perception. The simple nonlinear low-order interaction obtained by generalized matrix factorization (GMF) was fused with the complex time-series nonlinear high-order interaction, and the final prediction score was obtained through the full connection layer. HMF effectively utilized the user's multi-feature and user-project interaction information to realize personalized dynamic and accurate recommendation. In order to verify the validity and feasibility of the model, the test was conducted on the public dataset MovieLens-1M. The simulation experiment shows that when the potential eigenvector factors of HMF is 50 and the MLP layer is 7, HR@10 and NDCG@10 are 0.983 1 and 0.974 9 respectively, which are 27.61% and 54.29% higher than the optimal solution of the traditional single feature model NCF. In order to improve the channel estimation accuracy of DNN model in wireless communication, a DNN model optimization method based on 1D-Concatenate was proposed. In this method, Concatenate performs one-dimensional data transformation, the DNN model was introduced by hopping connection, the gradient disappearance problem was suppressed, and 1D-Concatenate was used to restore the data features lost during network training to improve the accuracy of DNN channel estimation. In order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization method, a typical DNN-based wireless communication channel estimation model was selected for comparative simulation experiments. Experimental results show that the estimated gain of the existing DNN model can be increased by 77.10% by the proposed optimization method, and the channel gain can be increased by up to 3 dB under high signal-to-noise ratio. This optimization method can effectively improve the channel estimation accuracy of DNN model in wireless communication, especially the improvement effect is significant under high signal-to-noise ratio. In order to solve the problems of low surface energy, long microbial attachment time and slow start of membrane hanging in the process of enhanced water purification, an iron carbon fiber-CF artificial water mat was constructed by combining waste iron and carbon fiber water mat. The heavily polluted surface water was used as raw water. Under the condition of stage aeration, the experiment of enhanced membrane hanging was carried out. The results showed that compared with carbon fiber artificial aquatic mat, the adhesion performance of biofilm on iron carbon fiber artificial aquatic mat was significantly improved, the hanging rate of biofilm increased from 125.1% to 133.0%, and the size of biofilm cluster structure was significantly larger. The polysaccharide, protein and protein-to-polysaccharide ratio in the extracellular polymer of biofilm changed from 53,11 mg/gVSS and 1.33 to 39, 106 mg/gVSS and 2.71 at the end of the initiation period (21 d), respectively. The enrichment and screening of Pseudomonas bacteria by iron-carbon materials improved the movement ability of bacteria and promoted the secretion of extracellular polymers by bacteria. In addition' the highly expressed functional genes of microorganisms were highly expressed in ICF, which improved the adhesion performance of microorganisms on the surface of iron-carbon fiber materials. As a key policy tool for China' s achievement of the goals of reaching peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality, the carbon emissions trading mechanism has attracted widespread attention for its effect on reducing pollution and carbon emissions. This study incorporated carbon dioxide reduction and environmental pollution control into the same research framework. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019, it took the carbon emissions trading mechanism as the policy background and used the improved entropy weight TOPSIS model to calculate the environmental pollution index to measure the local environmental quality and environmental pollution degree. The intersection term of carbon emissions and environmental pollution index was used to characterize the level of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. The difference-in-differences model and the synthetic control method were used to empirically test the pollution and carbon emission reduction effects of the carbon emissions trading mechanism. The results showed that: (1) From the perspective of the average treatment effect of the policy, the carbon emissions trading mechanism reduced the emissions of carbon dioxide and environmental pollutants in the pilot provinces compared with non-pilot provinces. After adding relevant control variables, the level of pollution and carbon reduction in the pilot provinces increased by 16%. From the perspective of the policy effects of pilot individuals, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Chongqing performed better; that is, their carbon emissions showed a significant downward trend, followed by Guangdong, while Hubei performed worse. (2) The influential mechanisms and heterogeneity test revealed that the carbon emissions trading system achieved an increase in the synergistic governance level of pollution and carbon reduction through energy consumption restructuring and technological innovation. (3) Meanwhile, the pollution and carbon reduction levels showed regional heterogeneity, with the eastern and western regions performing best and the central region performing poorly. Furthermore, a grey correlation model was used to investigate the relationship between the pollution and carbon reduction levels and the potential for synergistic emission reduction in each province. The results found that the average correlation degree of Shanghai, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, and Xinjiang was greater than other provinces, showing a higher level and potential. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate and improve the construction of the national carbon emissions trading market; give full play to the synergistic emissions reduction effects of market-based carbon emissions trading policies on carbon dioxide emissions and environmental pollutants; and accelerate the synergy of carbon emissions trading policies by increasing investment in technological innovation and the transformation and upgrading of energy consumption structures and formulating regionally differentiated carbon emission reduction policies. To study the characteristics of sponge city construction under different background and urban construction characteristics, choosing No. 5 drainage area (urban renewal of old industrial districts) and No. 15 drainage area ( comprehensive improvement of old residential and industrial area) in Guangming District, Xinhe water basin in Pingshan District (inland area), and Dameisha area in Yantian District ( coastal area) as typical sponge city monitoring and evaluation areas, we summarize and compare the phase achievements of monitoring and evaluation in four areas based on volume capture ratio of annual rainfall. The volume capture ratios of annual rainfall in the four areas have reached the target set by the upper planning. Moreover, the characteristics of urban construction and the regulation and storage performance of water system are correlated with the construction effect of sponge city in the four areas. We propose that the construction of sponge city should not only strictly focus on compliance construction, but also strengthen the balance and coordination of contiguity effect under the planning framework. Focusing on the urban rainwater issues, we deeply identify background resources and high-efficiency sponge bearing space of the area, pay attention to the comprehensive planning, and emphasize the internal co-ordination and integration of resources to solve practical problems systematically at district level. We emphasize the systematization and regional effect of sponge city, promote the overall efficiency of reaching the standard, and improve the contiguous effect and display degree of sponge city. In order to solve the problem of passenger flow congestion at the hub airport, improve airport operation efficiency, and reduce operating costs, an optimization model of the hub-and-spoke network for congestion problem is proposed. The model is based on the structure of non-strict hub-and-spoke network, with costs and flows of different modes of transportation as constraints, and the goal of minimizing the hub-and-spoke network costs. A complex variable representation method that can reduce the calculation and the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization (SAPSO) algorithm, which can reduce the probability of falling into a local optimal solution is designed. The experimental results show that compared with the strict hub-and-spoke network, the optimization model proposed can significantly alleviate the congestion of the hub airport, balance passnger flow between hub airports and reduce the network cost. BACKGROUND: In recent years, molecular imaging combined with medical imaging technology and targeted molecular probes have gradually become a research focus. The targeted tissues at the molecular level can be observed using molecular imaging, medical imaging technology, and targeted molecular probes in combination to realize non-invasive imaging of the occurrence and development of the diseases. OBJECTIVE: To develop the magnetic targeted nanoparticle probes, observe the ultrasound/CT/MRI imaging properties in vitro, and investigate their targeting ability to rat hepatic stellate cells in vitro. METHODS: Taking poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) polymer as the shell, cyclic arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (eRGO) octapeptide as the ligand, targeted magnetic nanoparticles with superparamagnetic Fe3O4 embedded in the shell and perfluorooctyl bromide(PFOB) loaded in the core were prepared by double emulsion evaporation method. The physical and chemical properties of the nanoparticles were detected. The ultrasound/CT/MRI multi-modal imaging properties of the nanoparticles at different concentrations diluted with double-distilled water were tested in vitro. Cyclic RGD peptide immobilization on PLGA-Fe3O4-PFOB NPs was completed through the amide condensation reaction. The conjugation efficiency of the eRGO on PLGA-Fe3O4-PFOB NPs and targeting ability of targeted magnetic nanoparticles in vitro were verified. Cytotoxicity experiments were used to measure the toxic effects of nanoparticles at different concentrations on BRL-3A cells in each group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The targeted magnetic nanoparticles with the average size of (221.5±60.3) nm were uniform in dispersion and size. The prepared individual nanoparticle was spherical with the superparamagnetic Fe3O4 scattered on the shell. The encapsulation rate of Fe3O4 was 38%. In vitro ultrasound imaging and CT imaging signal decreased gradually as the concentrations of the nanoparticle suspension decreased. The T2-weighted signal of MRI decreased gradually with the increase of the concentrations of magnetic particle Fe3O4. Flow cytometry results showed that 94.13% of the eRGD was bound to the nanoparticles. In vitro cell targeting experiments showed that compared to PLGA-Fe3O4-PFOB NPs, cRGD-PLGA-Fe3O4-PFOB NPs exhibited greater cell targeting and affinity efficiency to hepatic stellate cells. Cytotoxicity experiments results showed the nanoparticles had no significant influence on cell viability of the BRL-3A cells. These results suggest that targeted magnetic nanoprobe cannot only be used as a multi-modal imaging contrast agent for ultrasound/CT/MRI, but also exhibits a strong specific affinity to rat hepatic stellate cells in vitro. The antibacterial microspheres of tea polyphenols were added into the solution composed of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl cellulose and glycerol to study the effects on mechanical properties and vapor transmission rate, and to investigate its preservation effect on cherry tomatoes. The effects of various factors on the mechanical properties of the membrane were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. The decay rate and weight loss rate of the cherry tomatoes were also determined. The best optimization conditions of preparing anti-microbial film were as follows: the concentration of sodium alginate 1.5%, the ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose to sodium alginate 100 mL: 30 mL, the concentration of glycerol 1.5%, and the concentration of antibacterial microspheres 15 mg/mL. Besides, the anti-bacterial coating and anti-bacterial film had the fresh effect on the cherry tomatoes. Both the coating and the membrane could enhance the sensory quality, acid content, and soluble solids of the cherry tomatoes, and also extended their shelf life, which was a promising fresh fruit packaging material. Objective To clone human VEGFA gene, induce its prokaryotic expression, purify and identify the fusion protein, which will be applied to study the process of tumor angiogenesis. Methods VEGFA segment was amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into expression vector pGEX-KG to construct the expression of plasmid pGEX-KG-hVEGFA. The recombinant plasmid was transfected to BL21 (DE3), and GST fusion protein was expressed by IPTG. The protein was purified by GST affinity chromatography. The methods of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and Western Blot were used to identify the expressed fusion protein. Results hVEGFA gene segments were obtained by PCR amplification, and the sequence was consistent with that reported in GenBank. We have successfully constructed the prokaryotic expression vector ofpGEX-KG-hVEGFAby proving that the target gene hVEGFA had been inserted into the recombinant plasmid after PCR and Enzyme digestion. Conclusion The fusion protein could be induced under the condition when temperature was 25° C and the final concentration of the IPTG was 0.5mmol/L. Aiming at the constraint of operation times of all switches and the inefficiency of harmony search algorithm, the improved optimal fuzzy C-means clustering technology and the improved harmony search algorithm were proposed. The former was applied to classify the operation state in a time interval according to load data that the dynamic reconfiguration of distribution network was converted to the multiple static reconfigurations that take the corresponding cluster center as the representative load. The latter was applied to solve the static reconfiguration. The optimal network structure at any time was determined by the corresponding cluster center's reconfiguration result, at the same time, the reconfiguration time and the operated switches were known. On the basis of IEEE-33bus system's load data, one day's load data was constructed and the dynamic reconfiguration was carried out. Objective To investigate the relationship between beta enolase gene two point rs121918403 (G/A), rs121918404 (G/A) polymorphism with skeletal muscle Atrophy in the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method Beta enolase genes were assayed by polymerase chain and one-way directed sequencing methods between 120 COPD patients and 60 age-matched controls in Kunming. Result There was no mutation in rs121918403 (G/A) and rs121918404 (G/A) of beta enolase gene in COPD patients and healthy subjects. Objective To investigate hsa-miR-126 expression levels in human organs, then predict the target genes and functions of hsa-miR-126 by bioinformatics analysis for further study. Methods The expression levels of has-niR-126 in human organs were checked by miRGator v3.0 database. TargetScan, DIANA-microT-CDS and miRanda were used to predict the target genes of hsa-miR-126. The functions of the target genes were predicted via Gene ontology (GO) analysis and Pathway analysis. Results Higher expression of hsa-miR-126 was observed in gastrointestinal tract, heart, kidney, liver and biliary system, lung, stem cell, testis, thymus, thyroid and uterus. 40 candidate target genes were collected. The functions of the target genes were enriched in regulation of cell migration, locomotion, cell motion and gland development. Neurotrophin signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway, ErbB signaling pathway, aldosterone-regulated sodium reabsorption, chemokine signaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway and many cancer related pathways were significantly enriched. Conclusion The target genes set of hsa-miR-126 was enriched in multiple biological process which was related with many tumors and vascular diseases, and the prediction results can provide a basis for the further research. Aiming at solving an existing problem of current construction of enterprise information, virtualization technology and a cloud computing technology were researched, and the applicability of cloud computing technology using in constructing enterprise private clouds platforms was demonstrated. According to the characteristics of enterprise information, the private clouds platform in developing and deploying were designed, which including single sign- on enterprise portal, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Also the theory was combined with information construction of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., the private clouds platforms were successfully constructed, and the integrated service platform was established on the platforms. The results indicate that the platforms can integrate and manage existing IT resources well, and improve the service system flexibility and rapid response capability greatly, which has a good reference for the construction of enterprise private clouds platforms. Pelagic fishing is an integral part of the carbon sink fishery, which not only provides consumers with high quality aquatic products, but also has a carbon sink function. Based on the assessment model I and II , the tuna fishery carbon sinks of China was evaluated by the data provided by Indian Ocean Tuna Commission ( IOTC ) and integrated with related information on trophic level from 1995 to 2012. The results showed that the mean trophic level of tuna fishery was between 4.34∼4.45 from 1995 to 2012, and the frequency of 4.41 ∼ 4.45 was 66.66%. The average carbon sinks of assessment model I was 541 300 t, and the peak was 1 245 100 t in 2006. The species of BET, YFT and ALB were the major contribution to carbon sinks assessment model II , the average value was 550 500 t, and the peak was 1 258 300 t in 2006. The results of assessment model I and II had the same trends, but the measuring value of model II was lower, and the relative difference between them was only 2.35%. The systematic studies on energy, transfer efficiency of tuna food web in different sea, species and life cycle should be carried out in order to accurately assess the amount of carbon sinks of tuna fishery. The effects of essential oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia on morphology and structure of HeLa cells were investigated. Cell viability was assayed using MTT method. The differences of cell morphology and structure were observed by inverted microscopy, fluorescence and scanning electron microscope. Furthermore, the distribution of microtubules was observed by confocal microscopy. The results showed that essential oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia could inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cells in dose-and time-dependent manner. Treated with essential oil of Artemisia lavadulaefolia for 24 h, cells in 100 and 200 μg.mL-1 experiment groups exhibited the typical morphology changes of undergoing apoptosis, such as cell shrinkage, nucleus chromatin condensed, microvilli disappear, bubbly uplift and the microtubules depolymerized. However, the cells in the 400 μg.mL-1 group showed the necrotic morphology changes including cytomembrane rupture and cytoplasm spillover. Essential oil from Artemisia lavadulaefolia could inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cells in vitro. And low and middle concentrations of essential oil from Artemisia lavadulaefolia could induce apoptosis, whereas high concentration of the compounds resulted in necrosis in HeLa cells. Seaweed farming is an important part of fishery industry in China. It has multiple ecological functions. This paper used reforestation cost approach, industrial oxygen price method and production cost method to evaluate the ecological value of seaweed farming including carbon sink, oxygen release and absorption of nutrients in the sea. The results indicated that, during 2000-2012, the annual ecological value of seaweed farming was about 60.9 billion Yuan/a. Among which the ecological value of carbon sinks was 4.29 billion Yuan/a, releasing oxygen was 6.34 billion Yuan/a, N, P absorption was 598.40 billion Yuan/a, which accounts for over 98% of the total value. Seaweed farming ecological value index and 2 sub-indices of carbon sinks, ecological value index oxygen release and absorption N, P were constructed. The paper suggested to strengthen the research on seaweed farming ecological functions, so as to lay a foundation for establishing a mechanism for seaweed farming ecological value accounting and ecological compensation. A collaborative optimization method of manufacturing unit deployment was proposed in order to solve the disjunction problems between manufacture task decomposition and resource deployment in networked manufacturing environment. And the optimization flow was constructed with hierarchical structure. Then the manufacture task model and manufacture unit' resource model were constructed based on task characteristic analysis. A multi-objective optimization model and its comprehensive evaluation system were constructed. Dynamic information obtained from the searching process of genetic algorithm was used in the comprehensive evaluation. And the variation range was adjusted in the searching process in order to obtain the global optimization and speed up the convergence. Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of Let-7c and its precursor pri-let-7c in lung cancer. Methods Forty-seven patients with lung cancer were randomly selected and their cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent and relative gene expression levels were detected using real-time quantitative PCR. Results Pri-Let-7c relative expression level in cancer tissues is significantly lower than in adjacent normal tissues (13.69 ± 0.80 vs. 14.13 ± 0.66, P = 0.0l) whereas Let-7c expression was not significant changed. There were significant positive correlation between the expression of Let-7c gene and MRP gene (r = 0.46, P = 0.0l) and significant negative correlation between the expression of Let-7c gene and lymph node metastasis (r = -0.35, P = 0.02), and significant negative correlations of Pri-Let-7c expression with GSTP IT ( r = -0.45, P = 0.01) and lymph node metastasis (r = -0.32, P = 0.03) . Virtual power plant （VPP） technology can realize the effective aggregation and coordinated control of distributed resources to reduce the carbon emissions of power system operation and improve renewable energy consumption. The technology has become an effective way to promote the realization of “dual-carbon” goals. Firstly， the general situation and research status of VPP technology are introduced in terms of intelligent metering， information communication， and coordinated control. Next， given the promotion effect of VPP on the “dual-carbon” goals， the VPP dispatch modes for carbon emission reduction and renewable energy consumption are introduced respectively. Then， the construction status of three different types of VPPs in Shanghai， Jiangsu and a city in Zhejiang are introduced. And the impact of various factors on the key technologies and low-carbon dispatch mode selection of VPPs is analyzed. The results show that VPPs should be further developed in terms of intelligent metering， information communication and coordinated control； key technologies for VPPs and low-carbon dispatch mode should be selected rationally in accordance with load characteristics， resource distribution， and other factors.

Objective: To investigate the prognostic factors for all-cause mortality in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) with intermediate-to-high-risk primary prostate cancer., Methods: From January 2012 to October 2023, the clinical data of the patients with MIBC with intermediate-to-high-risk primary prostate cancer in Peking University Third Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were monitored and the occurrence of all-cause death was documented as the outcome event in the prognostic study. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis models were implemented to search for independent influences on the prognosis of patients. For significant influencing factors (pathological T stage, M stage and perineural invasion of bladder cancer), survival curves were plotted before and after multifactorial Cox regression adjusting for confounding factors., Results: A total of 32 patients were included in this study. The mean age was (72.5±6.6) years; the median preoperative total prostate specific antigen (tPSA) was 6.68 (2.47, 6.84) μg/L; the mean preoperative creatinine was (95±36) μmol/L, and the median survival time was 65 months. The majority of the patients (87.5%) had high-grade bladder cancer, 53.1% had lymphatic invasion, and 31.3% had perineural invasion. Prostate involvement was observed in 25.0% of the cases, and the positive rate of soft-tissue surgical margin was 37.5%. Multivariate Cox analysis revealed that preoperative creatinine level ( HR =1.02, 95% CI : 1.01-1.04), pathological stage of bladder cancer T3 ( HR =11.58, 95% CI : 1.38-97.36) and T4 ( HR =19.53, 95% CI : 4.26-89.52) metastasis of bladder cancer ( HR =9.44, 95% CI : 1.26-70.49) and perineural invasion of bladder cancer ( HR =6.26, 95% CI : 1.39-28.27) were independent prognostic factors ( P < 0.05). Survival curves with Log-rank test after adjusting for confounding factors demonstrated that bladder cancer pathology T3, T4, M1, and perineural invasion were unfavorable factors affecting the patients' survival prognosis ( P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Patients with MIBC with intermediate-to-high risk primary prostate cancer generally portends a poor prognosis. High preoperative serum creatinine, T3 or T4 pathological stage of bladder cancer, metastasis of bladder cancer and bladder cancer perineural invasion are poor prognostic factors for patients with MIBC with intermediate-to-high risk primary prostate cancer.
