Objective: This study aimed to obtain the best fermentation time of Yunnan traditional Xinping pickles. Methods: Sensory evaluation and texture measurement of Xinping pickles under different fermentation times were carried out, and the pH value and nitrite content were determined according to the national standard method. Results: As the fermentation progressed, the sensory aspect of Xinping pickles gradually increased in color and texture, and stabilized after 6 days. The aroma and taste scores increased firstly, and then began to decline after 7 days. In terms of texture, the chewiness of the shank started to stabilize from Day 7. The pH value was 4.67 when it reached maturity after 7 days of fermentation, and then dropped and stabilized at around 4.3. The nitrite peak appeared at 20 hr of fermentation, and the nitrite content dropped to 1~3 mg/kg after 2 days. Conclusion: Considering the sensory, texture, pH and nitrite content changes, Xinping pickles that are fermented for about 7 days have the best quality.

The paper introduced application range, mechanical part, electrical control part, main functions and actual application of MG110/130-TPD model electrical haulage in-web shearer on a working face of ultra-thin coal seam with large inclination. The application showed that the shearer runs stably with good mining effect and improves safety level and efficiency of production of working face. But there are still problems of channeling gangue and irregular running track caused by chain haulage for further research.

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on myocardial injury and inflammation of rats with diabetic myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(MI/R). Methods The rats were divided into sham group, model grousp[The type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) model was replicated by feeding high-fat and high-sugar combined with streptozotocin injection; MI/R injury model was replicated by coronary artery ligation], DEX group (T2DM model rats were injected with 10 μg/kg DEX through tail vein), antagomir NC group(T2DM model rats were injected with 10 μg/kg DEX and antagomir NC through tail vein), miR-490-3p antagomir group (T2DM model rats were injected with 10 μg/kg DEX and miR-490-3p antagomir via tail vein). RT-qPCR was applied to detect the expression of miR-490-3p and forkhead box O1(FOXO1) mRNA; Blood glucose meter was applied to measure fasting blood glucose (FBG) in rats; The level of fasting insulin(FINS), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and inflammatory factors interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was measured by ELISA; HE staining microscopy was applied to observe pathological damage of myocardial tissue; TTC staining microscopy was applied to determine the size of myocardial infarction; Dual luciferase assay was applied to verify the relationship between miR-490-3p and FOXO1; Western blot was applied to detect the expression of FOXO1 protein in myocardial tissue. Results Compared with the sham group, the FBG, FINS, CK-MB, LDH, IL-1β, TNF-α, myocardial infarction area, FOXO1 mRNA and protein expression in model group were all increased , while miR-490-3p expression decreased (P＜0.05); Compared with the model group, the FBG, FINS, CK-MB, LDH, IL-1β, TNF-α, myocardial infarction area, FOXO1 mRNA and protein expression in rats from DEX group decreased, the miR-490-3p expression increased(P＜0.05); Down regulation of miR-490-3p was able to significantly baffle the improvement of DEX on myocardial injury and inflammation in diabetes MI/R rats(P＜0.05); FOXO1 had a target-specific regulatory relationship with miR-490-3p. Conclusions DEX may inhibit inflammation and alleviate myocardial injury induced by MI/R in diabetic rat models by regulating the miR-490-3p/FOXO1 axis.

With the gradual marketization of energy trading, different economic entities such as the integrated energy service provider (IESP) and user aggregators (UAs) will form within the regional integrated energy system (RIES). The coordination of all entities to participate in joint planning for a globally optimal planning scheme while protecting privacy has posed a new challenge for RIES planning. First, the structure of the coupled electrical-gas-thermal RIES is clarified in this paper, and a mathematical model is constructed from IESP, UA, and electrical-gas-thermal network. Then, a RIES joint planning model considering IESP and multiple UAs is proposed with the objective of economical optimization. Afterwards, in order to adapt to the non-convexity of the sub-problem of the joint planning problem, the enhanced Benders algorithm is proposed to realize the distributed solution of the model, which protects the privacy of all entities to the greatest extent. Finally, the advantages of the joint planning scheme in terms of economy and energy efficiency are analyzed by comparing four sets of cases, and the good convergence of the proposed distributed algorithm is verified.

The high thermal conductivity of graphene shows great potential in the thermal management of electronic systems. Spherical Al2O3 was modified by polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride （PDDA） to make the surface of Al2O3 positively charged， and then combined with negatively charged graphene oxide through electrostatic assembly. After high temperature thermal reduction， rGO@Al2O3 hybrid filler was obtained， and the hybrid filler was filled into the two-component silicone rubber. The thermal silicon gel enhanced by rGO@Al2O3 was further prepared. Then， the morphology and structure of the material during the preparation process were characterized by AFM， SEM， Raman， XRD， etc.， and the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of thermal silicon gel were tested and analyzed. The thermal conductivity of thermal silicon gel which filled with rGO@Al2O3 prepared by 2% （mass fraction）GO is 0.817 W/（m·K）. Compared with the thermal conductive silicon gel filled with pure Al2O3， the thermal conductivity of rGO@Al2O3 silicon gel has been greatly improved.

Objective Hydrogen energy becomes one of the solutions for energy transition in rail transit due to its characteristics such as abundant reserves, ecological friendliness, and efficient transition. At the initial stage of hydrogen energy application in rail transit vehicles, it is necessary to analyze the existing research status and put forward application suggestion. Method The application background and characteristics of hydrogen energy are described, and the application status of hydrogen energy in rail transit vehicles at home and abroad is introduced. On this basis, the key technical challenges of hydrogen energy application in the field of rail transit are extracted, and their research status is analyzed. Then, according to the application and research status, the urgent problems to be solved and overcome in the application of hydrogen energy in the field of rail transit are summarized, and relevant suggestions are put forward. Result & Conclusion Driven by both the application promotion and the technological innovation, hydrogen energy has a broad application prospect in the field of rail transit. The industrial policy, standard system and application technology should be continuously promoted for the further application of hydrogen energy in rail transit field, helping energy transition in rail transit.

Aiming at structure of dishwasher pump shell, a set of injection mold with composite demoulding mechanism was designed. The outer cylindrical surface of water outlet pipe of product has nine rings and one buckle ring. Outer cylindrical surface of circular pipe and main body of the shell have buckle and locking positions along the direction of main parting surface, and the core-pulling and demoulding distance of circular pipe is long. The outlet pipe dynamic model cavity is designed as slider driven by inclined guide column with time-delay opening function. The core of outlet pipe is designed as core-pulling mechanism driven by oil cylinder, and composite demoulding mechanism is composed of moving model cavity slider and circular pipe core-pulling mechanism. In order to shorten demoulding distance, cavity slider is split into two, and the two sliders move in different directions. The mold opening process is that circular tube core pulling first completes demoulding, the fixed and moving molds then start parting, and the inclined guide pillar drives sliding block of the moving model cavity to demould. The cooling water path adopts mixed layout of straight-through+ well+circular-arc flume. The mold adopts four-cavity mold. In order to make injection pressure of the product the same, the gating system of hot runner and point gate is adopted. ObjectiveTo understand the utilization of preconception healthcare services and the influencing factors among the women expecting additional childbirth in Jiading District, Shanghai, and to provide references for promoting the utilization of preconception healthcare services under the new population policy.MethodsA questionnaire survey on the utilization of preconception healthcare services and related influencing factors was carried out among 682 women expecting additional childbirth across six subdistricts in Jiading District, Shanghai. The results were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe average age of the women was (31.7±4.5) years, 30.2% of whom were ≥35 years old. The proportion of women having their third or subsequent children was low, at 16.4%. A significant majority, 92.4%, were found to have various risk factors during initial pregnancy screening. The utilization rate of preconception healthcare services among women seeking additional childbirth was relatively low at 26.7%. Awareness of the free preconception check-up program in Jiading District was also low at 28.6%, and the utilization rate for these services was even lower at 7.69%. Unplanned pregnancies were the primary reason for not utilizing preconception healthcare services, accounting for 63.6%. The results of multifactorial binary logistic regression analysis showed that the utilization rate of preconception healthcare services before the current pregnancy was higher for women aged between 35 and 39 compared to women aged ≤29 years old (OR=1.789, 95%CI: 1.033‒3.099). Women with planned pregnancies had a higher utilization of preconception healthcare services prior to this pregnancy (OR=4.164, 95%CI: 2.627‒6.602). Women who had received preconception care prior to their first birth had a higher utilization rate of preconception care prior to the current pregnancy (OR=7.534, 95%CI: 4.954‒11.456). Women without a family history of chronic diseases had a higher utilization rate of preconception healthcare services (OR=1.903, 95%CI: 1.083‒3.345).ConclusionUnder the context of three-child policy, the proportion of women seeking three or more children in Jiading District is low. Most of these women have risk factors identified during initial pregnancy screenings. The utilization rate of preconception healthcare services and the awareness of the free preconception screening program in Jiading District are both low. Unplanned pregnancies remain the primary reason for failing to receive timely preconception healthcare services. Age, whether the pregnancy was planned, whether the women had received preconception healthcare services before their first baby and family history of chronic diseases are the main factors affecting the utilization of preconception healthcare services. Relevant departments should enhance the promotion of preconception healthcare service programs, especially for women of childbearing age who have not yet given birth, so as to improve the utilization rate of preconception health care services.

The rapid advancement in science, technology, and information over the past decades has led to a wide application of intelligent irrigation technologies worldwide. Using the multi-faceted approach, we analyze the past trajectory and future perspective of intelligent irrigation technologies by depth-examination of theoretical and engineering research as well as the granted patent applications over the past decades. The data used in the analysis were based on the publications indexed by Science Citation Index of Web of Science and Engineering Index (EI) of Scopus, as well as granted patents indexed in Derwent Innovations. This paper focused on performance index, competitiveness, research hotspots, and developing trend of intelligent irrigation. The results show that intelligent irrigation has well steadily established worldwide in terms of its perception, control, decision-making and management. In addition, six research areas have emerged over the past decades: irrigation technologies under drought stress, field experiments and water and fertilizer use efficiency, monitoring soil and water, intelligent irrigation systems, sustainable development and water-saving irrigation, and water balance and irrigation water management. Technologically, there are two active research areas in intelligent irrigation: real-time irrigation control and developing water-saving intelligent irrigation devices. Looking ahead, research in intelligent irrigation is expected to be in sustainability and scalability, as well as its combinations with other technologies. It has potential to safeguard food security and revitalize rural regions worldwide.

With the rapid development of industry, large amount of refractory organic pollutants in domestic and industrial wastewater are discharged into water bodies, posing a serious threat to human health and the environment. Advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) based on persulfates have shown outstanding performance in treating refractory organic wastewater, and the use of single-atom catalysts (SACs) can maximize the utilization of metal atoms and reduce the leaching of metal ions, which has a promising application prospect in the activation of persulfates for the degradation of organic pollutants. The preparation methods of single-atom catalysts were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were discussed. The application of single-atom catalysts with metals such as Fe, Co, Mn and Cu in the activation of persulfates for the degradation of organic pollutants was discussed. The mechanisms of single-atom catalysts in activating persulfates and the degradation mechanisms of the persulfate system catalyzed by single-atom catalysts towards organic pollutants were summarized. Finally, the future development of single-atom catalysts in activating persulfates for the degradation of organic pollutants was discussed.

Long wheelbase design of vehicle can effectively increase the standing area without increasing the body length, thus increasing the passenger capacity. Today, with the development of urbanization, the long wheelbase vehicle design has become a trend, but this poses new challenges to the low-speed trafficability and high-speed stability of vehicles. This paper takes the long wheelbase commercial vehicle as the research object. Based on the vehicle dynamics and suspension design theory, the author first designed key parameters of long wheelbase vehicle and built an 18 degrees of freedom (DOF) dynamics simulation model for the vehicle; then designed the four-wheel steering (4WS) control algorithm according to the design parameters of the vehicle, for achieving the control target that the side slip angle tends to zero; and finally researched the influence of front-wheel steering (FWS) control and four-wheel steering control on the dynamic performance of the vehicle under the steady-state circumferential conditions with different turning radiuses and steering wheel angle pulse conditions with different speeds. The simulation results show that, under the steady-state circumferential turning condition with a low-speed turning radius of R15, the four-wheel steering design reduces the passing space from 4.6 m to 3.9 m, effectively improving the tracking ability of the front and rear axles of the vehicle and enhancing the trafficability and safety of the vehicle, and under the pulse condition with a maximum speed of 100 km/h, reduces the peak lateral acceleration from 4 m/s2 to 1.5 m/s2 and the peak yaw rate from 11°/s to 3°/s. Therefore, under high-speed steering wheel angle pulse conditions, the four-wheel steering design can effectively reduce the dynamic indicators of the vehicle, such as side slip angle, lateral acceleration and yaw rate, and improve the safety, stability and comfort of the vehicle at high speed.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the effect of different drying methods on the drying characteristics and volatile flavor of Stropharia rugosoannulata as raw material. Methods： The fresh S.rugosoannulata was dried by freeze-drying, heat pump drying, hot air drying, and microwave drying, and then the physical and chemical indexes were investigated. Results: The contents of crude protein, crude fat, ash, potassium, calcium, total flavonoids, essential amino acids, flavor amino acids and total amino acids are the highest in freeze drying. The six teenamino acids achieved 16.88 g/100 g in the freeze-drying. The rehydration rate and color all play the best performance in freeze drying. The scavenging rate of DPPH radical of S. rugosoannulata polysaccharide reached 61.14% in hot air drying; The rate was hot air drying>heat pump drying>microwave drying>freeze drying. Similarly, the scavenging rate of ABTS radical reached 67.97% in heat pump drying; The rates were heat pump drying>hot air drying>microwave drying>freeze drying. The monosaccharide of S. rugosoannulata is mainly composed of glucose Glc and Galactose gal, among which the content of freeze-dried glucose Glc is the most, accounting for 36.79% of the total sugar; The maximum molecular weight of S.rugosoannulata was freeze-drying; The volatile flavor of S.rugosoannulata different under different drying methods, and the volatile flavor of S. rugosoannulata after drying is quite different from that of fresh S. rugosoannulata. The volatile components in freeze-dried S. rugosoannulata are the most abundant, and some components are high. Conclusion: Freeze-drying has advantages over other drying methods in terms of nutritional composition, rehydration rate, color, and flavor. It has the least impact on the quality of S. rugosoannulata and is the most suitable drying method.

ObjectiveTo discover the appropriate temperature and time conditions for takeout containers using the specific migration test.MethodsThe time from ordering food to food delivery and finally food consumption was acquired from consumers through field surveys. Thereafter， the duration of the testing condition was assessed using the acquired data. Real foods were used to simulate the actual use of takeout containers， and temperature changes were recorded using an automatic recorder.ResultsBased on information from the field survey， the 2 h of food contact in takeout containers was simulated. The temperature recordings revealed that the average temperature in takeout containers ranged from 71-79 ℃.ConclusionTo analyze the specific migration volume of takeout containers， a specific migration test temperature of 100 ℃ or reflux temperature （95% ethanol） can be employed for 2 h.

Objective To investigate the regulation role of sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c (SREBP1c) in intestinal gluconeogenesis. Methods After C57BL/6 mice, and SREBP1c homozygous knockout (SREBP1c-KO) and littermate wild-type (SREBP1c-WT) mice were fasted for 48 h, qPCR and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of rate-limiting gluconeogenic genes glucose-6-phosphatase (G6PC) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1 (PCK1) in the liver, jejunum and ileum tissues at mRNA and protein levels. After overexpression or knockdown of SREBP1c in the intestinal epithelial cell line CaCo-2, the expression levels of G6PC and PCK1 were measured. Results The expression levels of G6PC, PCK1, and SREBP1c were significantly increased in the jejunum and ileum tissues of C57BL/6 mice after fasting (P < 0.05). In SREBP1c-KO mice, fasting treatment induced obviously inhibited expression of G6PC and PCK1 in the jejunum and ileum tissues (P < 0.05). Overexpression of SREBP1c significantly upregulated the expression levels of G6PC and PCK1, and promoted the production of glucose in CaCo-2 cells (P < 0.05). Conversely, knocking SREBP1c down resulted in down-regulation of G6PC and PCK1 and suppressed production of glucose in CaCo-2 cells (P < 0.05). Conclusion Under fasting, SREBP1c is involved in regulation of G6PC and PCK1 in intestinal epithelial cells, and thus affects glucose production. It indicates that SREBP1c might be involved in the regulation of intestinal gluconeogenesis, and the mechanism needs further exploration.

A precise and fast digital twin mapping method for hydraulic support attitude in fully mechanized working face is proposed to address the problems of low precision, large time delay, and difficulty in balancing precision and time delay in implementing attitude mapping using digital twins. The study designs a digital twin system architecture for hydraulic support attitude, which includes physical perception layer, data layer, business logic layer, and presentation layer. At the business logic layer, by retaining the external shape of the high-precision model of the hydraulic support and merging key parts into lightweight structural components, a digital twin model of the hydraulic support attitude is established. It reduces rendering delay. By establishing a conversion relationship between the angle measured by the inclination sensor and the rotation angle of the digital twin model, consistent of virtual-real mapping of the digital twin model of the hydraulic support attitude and real entities of the hydraulic support is achieved, ensuring the precision of the hydraulic support attitude mapping. At the data layer, transmission intervals are divided from each data transmission link and parameter constraints are applied. Parameter programming is applied to optimize the data update interval of adjustable links, reducing resource waste and latency in the data transmission process of digital twin systems. A precise and fast digital twin mapping platform for hydraulic support attitude is built, and the time delay and precision of virtual real mapping for hydraulic support attitude are tested. The results show that this method has a lower time delay while ensuring the precision of hydraulic support attitude mapping.

A three-dimensional finite element thermal model was established, combined with the finite element software ANSYS, and the simulation of applying a Gaussian heat source and the printing process of WC-12Co cemented carbide was achieved with the use of APDL commands and the birth-death unit method, and the temperature field distribution of WC-12Co cemented carbide in the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) shaping process was finally obtained, and the effects of different process parameters (laser power, scanning speed) on its temperature field distribution and melt pool characteristics were investigated. The results show that the forming process of WC-12Co cemented carbide in LPBF process can be effectively simulated by using finite elements. In addition, the isotherms located at the front of the heat source are denser than those at the tail, with a larger temperature gradient; and the temperature in the center of the melt pool at the terminal edge of the scanning path is the highest. As the laser power increases and the scanning speed decreases, the width, depth and length of the molten pool increase accordingly. Relevant experiments were used to analyze the effect of different process parameters on grain size, and it is found that the grain size decreases with the increase of scanning speeds and increaseds with the increase of laser power; but too high laser power can cause certain thermal cracking phenomenon.

ObjectiveTo study test time and temperature of specific migration tests for hot drink cup through a questionnaire and a laboratory real temperature measurement method.MethodsThe consumption habits of consumers were investigated by means of questionnaires， the estimated time of contact with food during the general actual use of the hot drink cup was obtained， and the migration time required for the specific migration quantity test of the hot drink cup was obtained. Using real food to reproduce the actual use of the hot drink cup in a simulated consumption environment， and using an automatic temperature recorder to record the temperature changes during the test， the migration temperature required for the specific migration test of the hot drink cup was obtained.ResultsAccording to the survey results of consumers’ consumption habits in a restaurant， most consumers， in the process of eating in the restaurant， had an actual contact time with a hot drink cup of 1 h. According to the temperature measurement results during the actual use of the hot drink cup， its average temperature in different conditions within 1 h was 60 ℃-66 ℃.ConclusionAccording to a questionnaire and measured temperatures， it is recommended that a specific migration test condition of 70 ℃ for 1 h is selected. This study on specified migration conditions， including duration and temperature， was conducted through investigation and measurements and can be used as a reference to relevant testing institutions and laboratories when testing dine-in hot drink cups.

Objective To investigate the correlation of Wnt5a expression and vasculogenic mimicry (VM) in prostate cancer tissues, and analyze their relationships with cancer stem cells (CSCs) characteristics and epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT). Methods Immunohistochemistry was conducted to detect the expression of Wnt5a in 50 prostate cancer tissues and 50 benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues. The expression levels of CD133, vimentin, and E-cadherin were detected in the prostate cancer tissues, and CD34/PAS double staining was used to detect VM structures. We analyzed the difference in Wnt5a level between prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues, the clinical significance of Wnt5a and VM, the relationship of Wnt5a expression and VM, and the relationships of Wnt5a expression and VM with CD133, Vimentin, E-cadherin. Results The expression of Wnt5a was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues than in benign prostatic hyperplasia (P < 0.05). A positive correlation was observed between Wnt5a expression and VM (P < 0.05). The expression levels of Wnt5a and VM were positively correlated with those of CD133 and vimentin (P < 0.05). Wnt5a expression and VM were positively correlated with Gleason score, vas deferens invasion and lymphatic metastasis (P < 0.05) of prostate cancer, and VM was also positively correlated with T stage of prostate cancer (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression level of Wnt5a in prostate cancer tissues is elevated and positively related with VM formation. Wnt5a expression and VM are correlated with cancer stem cells characteristics and the expression of epithelial–mesenchymal transition marker proteins.

In conjunction with global warming, the frequency and intensity of typhoons in the Pearl River Estuary region are increasing annually, and coastal cities are becoming more vulnerable to compound disasters triggered by upstream flooding, typhoons, and astronomical tide surges, seriously threatening the lives and properties of people in the delta region. Quantitative analysis of the degree of variability of each factor associated with a compound flood event and accurate assessment of the magnitude of the compound flood event strongly impact the efficacy of coastal city responses aimed at disaster prevention and damage mitigation. In this study, focused on the Pearl River Estuary area, the tide levels at Sanzao station, wind speeds at Macao station, and daily maximum the maximum daily flow at Sanshui and Makou stations spanning 30 years from 1988 to 2017 were used to characterize the flood magnitude, typhoon magnitude, and astronomical tide magnitude of compound flood events in the Pearl River Estuary area. Data were screened using the annual maximum method. Based on the generalized additive model (GAMLSS) and the time-varying copula function, the encounter combinations of composite flood events of different levels and their main controlling factors were investigated. The results show that: 1) the main factors influencing initiation and magnitude of composite flood events in the Pearl River estuary area are non-consistent sequences that display interdependence. The time-varying copula model constructed in this study is more suitable for studies of composite floods than the traditional constant parameter copula model. Copula models are most applicable to studies of the encountered characteristics of multiple elements contributing to compound flood events and are most in line with actual situations. 2) Compared with the joint return period of traditional constant copula parameters, the period of occurrence of typical compound flood events in the Pearl River Estuary from 1988 to 2017 continuously shortens with time, the probability of occurrence increases, and the probability of future occurrence of extreme compound flood events is strengthening. The trend in which the return period of compound flood events is shortening with higher grades is accelerating. 3) Compound flood events throughout the Pearl River estuary area are more affected by typhoons and astronomical tides and less affected by water flow. When the return period of the three factors is one in 5 years, water flow causes the smallest increase in the co-occurrence return period; i.e., the influence of astronomical tide and typhoon on the scale of upstream flooding, composite flood events of typhoon, and astronomical tide is proportionately larger. Thus, composite flood events in the Pearl River estuary area are mainly impacted by typhoons with higher wind speeds. When the return period of the three factors is one in 10, 20, and 50 years, the increase in the co-occurrence return period caused by flow changes the most; and when the return period of the three factors is one in 10, 20, and 50 years, the acceleration of the co-occurrence return period caused by flow is the largest. When the three factors have a larger return period, astronomical tide exerts proportionately greater influence on the scale of the composite flood event of upstream flood, typhoon, and astronomical tide.

The refractory high entropy alloys (HEAs) based on refractory elements are developed for potential applications in high temperature areas, since these alloys always have melting temperature higher than 1800 ℃, high temperature structural stability and high resistance to heat softening. However, large density induced lower specific strength and room temperature brittleness hinder their application.In this study, the light-weight non-equimolar (Ti35Zr40Nb25)100-xAlx (x=0, 5, 10, 15, 20) HEAs were designed and fabricated, then the effect of Al content on the phases, microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction results indicate that the phase changes from the disorder BCC to ordered B2 of other alloys with the increase of Al content. Five alloys have similar phase morphology. Lots of long and slender dendrites grow along the cooling direction at the edge of the ingots, while equiaxed dendrites form at the center of the samples. Energy dispersive X-ray analysis imply the enrichment of Nb in dendritic regions, while Al and Zr segregate in the interdendritic regions.This can be attributed to the highest melting temperature of Nb and stronger bonding between Al and Zr. Room temperature tests reveal that the increase of Al content leads to the increase of both the yield stress and compression stress, but has less influence on the room temperature ductility, the fracture strain of all alloys exceeds 50%.

Metal lattice structural materials are widely used in aerospace, automotive industry, and other fields due to their advantages of lightweight, high specific strength, energy absorption, and porosity. High strength and toughness FeCrNi medium entropy alloy (MEA) was taken as the research object, and selective laser melting (SLM) was used to prepare FeCrNi medium entropy alloy lattice structure materials with four simulated lattice structures: BCC, BCCZ, FCC and FCC. The microstructure, mechanical properties, and deformation behavior of these materials were systematically studied.The results indicate that the FeCrNi medium entropy alloy lattice structure prepared by the skip scanning strategy has high node overlap quality, dense interlaced stacking of molten pools, and uniform and fine grains. When the relative density is similar, the specific strength and specific energy absorption values of BCC, FCC, BCCZ, and FCCZ lattice structures increase sequentially.The specific energy absorption of FeCrNi medium entropy alloy material with FCCZ lattice structure reaches 49.8J·g-1, significantly higher than that of Ti6Al4V and 316L stainless steel lattice materials.The finite element simulation analysis shows that the presence of Z-shaped pillars increases the apparent strength and stiffness of the lattice material, and leads to a transition in deformation behavior from bending dominated to tensile dominated, which is the main reason for the strength improvement of the FCCZ lattice structure.

Underground gas storage plays an important role in the strategic reserve, peak shaving and stable supply of natural gas. Due to the complex geological conditions in China, very limited sites are available for the construction of gas storage. Thus, it is a good choice to build gas storage in the abandoned coal mine with rich resources. For this purpose, it is particularly important to establish an evaluation method for abandoned coal mine type gas storage. Hence, the factors affecting the conversion of abandoned coal mines into gas storage were summarized and analyzed based on the research results of gas storage site selection at home and abroad from the five aspects of hydrogeology, caprock tightness, geologic structure, influencing factors of abandoned coal mine, and other safe and economic factors. Then, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on hierarchical analysis was established and a comprehensive evaluation table of storage sites was prepared to evaluate the sites of abandoned coal mines. Besides, the evaluation model was applied to the site evaluation of a coal mine in Shaanxi. The evaluation results show that the coal mine is at an excellent grade and has the potential to be transformed into gas storage. Generally, the evaluation method has certain guiding implications for China to develop abandoned coal mine type gas storage.

Background Breast cancer is the most prevalent malignancy in the world. Endocrine therapy reduces the level of estrogen in vivo, thus affecting the blood lipid level, which reduces the quality of life and the treatment compliance of patients. Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription of hyperlipidemia in estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer patients during endocrine therapy in real world. Methods Based on method of retrospective study, a total of 238 patients with ER positive breast cancer who received endocrine therapy in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The data including age, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, endocrine therapy drugs, TCM prescriptions of the patients were exported through the search platform of scientific research big data to establish a clinical data table of the patients. ER positive breast cancer patients with normal baseline blood lipid levels were divided into the normal group and dyslipidemia group according to the blood lipid levels during endocrine therapy, and hyperlipidemia was classified into hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and mixed hyperlipidemia. The exported prescriptions were analyzed for frequency, four properties, five flavors, channel tropism and medication regularity by using the "prescription analysis", an auxiliary platform for TCM inheritance, to obtain new prescriptions. Results Among 238 ER positive breast cancer patients, 97 patients (40.8%) had normal baseline blood lipid levels, of whom 42 patients (205 person-time return visit) developed dyslipidemia during standardized endocrine therapy. Among the patients with dyslipidemia, 37.6% (77/205) occurred in the age group of 51 to 60 years as the highest number; 86 person-time with dyslipidemia received exemestane treatment, accounting for the highest proportion of 42.0%. Among the 42 patients with dyslipidemia (205 person-time return visit) , hyperlipidemia occurred in 99 person-time, and hypercholesterolemia occurred in 49.5% (49/99) . Quasi-static axial compression experiments were conducted on the composite thin-walled C-channels with different flange widths. The axial compression failure modes and failure mechanisms were analyzed through CT scanning，and the effects of different flange widths on the axial compression energy-absorption characteristics of C-channels were evaluated by using the energy-absorption indexes. The single-layer shell model and multi-layer shell model of composite C-channel were established，and the finite element models were verified by comparing the failure modes，load-displacement curves and energy-absorption indexes. The results show that the flange width has a significant effect on the axial compression failure modes and energy-absorption characteristics of C-channels. The C-channels with flange widths of 25 mm and 30 mm are failed in the stable and asymptotic manner under the axial compression loads and have good energy-absorption characteristics. The deviation of mean crushing force，energy absorption and specific energy absorption obtained by the multi-layer shell model is within 5%，while that obtained by the single-layer shell model is within 8%，which indicating that the multi-layer shell model of C-channel has the higher simulation accuracy.

Association standardization of oil and gas pipeline network in China has been in progress for quite a period. However, it is urgent to further accelerate its standardized and high-quality development facing the new requirements, such as high-quality development of the industry, autonomy enhancement, extensive international oil and gas cooperation, etc. In attempt to assist achieving the goal, this research analyzed the data pertaining to association standards for oil and gas pipeline network published in China, focusing on its quantitative change, subject content, field distribution, and drafting units, and employed a complex network algorithm to illustrate the present state of association standardization efforts with a diagram. Based on the aforementioned work, this research found out that there are three main operational modes for association standards organizations, that is professional organizations in this field being totally committed, organizations in relevant field being largely involved and others participating occasionally. The analysis results demonstrate that many problems exist in current association standardization work of oil and gas pipeline network, such as lacking of energy and systematic planning, insufficient in the number of standards, especially of high-quality standards, and the implementation of supervision by industry authorities. The research, in dealing with these problems, promoted several countermeasures, including(1) to establish a correct recognition of the importance of association standardization;(2) to build a national organization to promote coordinated development;(3) leveraging the role of Pipe China to promote openness and integration;(4) to develop a multi-level working mechanism to improve the overall quality; and(5) to refine the responsibilities of the supervising authorities to facilitate high-quality development, etc.

The autonomy and travel conditions for older adult tourists have significantly improved, leading to a diversification of their tourism activities. Among these, the concept of a free and comfortable sojourn has gained popularity. Despite the complex concept of older adult sojourns being established in related research, the concepts often overlap and are fragmented, leading to a disjointed understanding of the phenomenon. This study aims to incorporate the life-span theory of control and its optimization strategy framework from a life-span development perspective in older adults. By deeply connecting research on older adults with tourism research through life-span development thinking, we aim to explore methods of coordinating and analyzing older adult sojourns. This approach will allow us to systematically reshape existing conceptual knowledge. Based on the results of this coordinated analysis, we aim to gain a systematic understanding of older adult sojourns and propose future research directions. The study revealed that older adult tourism exhibits strategic traits consistent with the life-span theory of control, where resource allocation and willpower investment are crucial elements. This forms a resource-willpower investment framework that categorizes 16 different older adult tourism behavior patterns. Using this framework, by comparing the characteristics of older adult travel with the 16 classification results, the resource and willpower investment framework is focused on the amount of resources invested in the destination and the distance of the trip. This further refines the corresponding older adult travel patterns into four types: relatively high investment in travel to distant areas, relatively high investment in travel to nearby areas, relatively low investment in travel to distant areas, and relatively low investment in travel to nearby areas. The study reveals that the four categories represent varying lifestyle demands and participation limitations for older adults. Those who invest more and travel longer distances tend to face greater participation challenges, have fewer companions, require more from their destinations, and have limited choices. Conversely, those who invest less and travel shorter distances experience the opposite. The four categories of older adult travel display different scene transitions and state changes, each with unique participation challenges, social choices, and destination requirements. Overall, the categorization of older adult tourism types and the comprehensive analysis of older adult travel types constitute a process of knowledge creation. The research employs deductive methods for progressive exploration, building a comprehensive classification framework. This framework lays a cognitive foundation for future research and provides key directions. The innovative research approach, in conjunction with the life-span theory of control, provides a method for pattern analysis to understand ongoing tourism behaviors and phenomena that are constantly evolving and enriching. Older adult sojourn is one of the few forms of tourism that is notably age-friendly. The prospects for research and industrial development of this phenomenon are promising, but there is currently a lack of discussion about the phenomenon itself. Future research can build upon this initial understanding to further investigate behavioral characteristics, values related to aging, and local response needs. By examining behavior, subject, and space, a study can be conducted on behavior, motivation, space, and their interactive results, leading to more systematic findings and enhancing the practical value of the guidance.

Aircraft tire hydroplaning can cause a sharp decrease in friction between it and the ground, increasing the takeoff and landing distance of the aircraft, and thus affecting flight safety. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on airplane tire hydroplaning. Aiming at the tire hydroplaning problem of aircraft tires, a simplified tire model was established by FEM method and verified by experiments. A water model was established by SPH method,and finally a tire hydroplaning model with the interaction of tire, water and pavement was established. The influence of different influencing factors and different tire configurations on tire hydroplaning was analyzed. The results show that, the greater the water depth, the more likely occur the tire hydroplaning, but after the water depth is greater than 6 mm, the water depth on the tire hydroplaning effect is small; The greater the tire speed, tire pressure and wheel load, the more likely the tire hydroplaning; With the increase of groove width, the tire hydroplaning speed increases, but the stability decreases. The more severe the tire abrasion, the more likely it is to tire hydroplaning; The greater the number of grooves, the greater the critical water skiing speed.

Nitrogen pressurization is widely used in nuclear reactor (such as passive nitrogen-type accumulators and nitrogen regulator) because of passive mechanism. However, nitrogen pressurization brings new challenges. Loss of coolant accident (LOCA) can lead to rapid reduction of pressure in primary circuit of pressurized water reactor (PWR), putting dissolved nitrogen in the water into a supersaturated state, which contributes to nitrogen release. In order to prevent the accumulation of released nitrogen, which may act as a threat to reactor safety, the migration and release characteristics of nitrogen were studied. In this paper, a nitrogen wall release model was established, the physical significance of the release source term was explained and the specific process of nitrogen release was revealed. In the case of LOCA in primary circuit of a PWR, the pressure in the primary circuit decreases and the susaturated dissolved nitrogen degas from the liquid and form nitrogen bubbles on nucleate sites. The susaturated dissolved nitrogen continuously degas at the gas-liquid interface of the bubble, leading to the sustained growth of nitrogen bubble. After reaching departure diameter, the buoyancy force on the nitrogen bubble is greater than surface tension and it escapes from the wall finally. In this paper, the mathematical modeling of nitrogen dissolution equilibrium, dissolved nitrogen convection and diffusion, the susaturated dissolved nitrogen wall release and nitrogen bubbles upward floating was carried out. Combined with the one-dimensional lumped parameter method, the mass conservation of the control volume was analyzed and the one-dimensional nitrogen mass conservation equation was deduced. To solve the one-dimensional nitrogen mass conservation equation, a one-dimensional lumped parameter nitrogen migration solution program was written based on MATLAB. The program was verified by the experimental data of small break loss of coolant accident (SBLOCA). The trends of dissolved nitrogen concentration and void fraction under pressure relief condition during SBLOCA were simulated. The results suggest that susaturated nitrogen degas on the wall in the form of bubbles. The bubble grows at a rate proportional to t1/2 and also proportional to (C-Ci)12. The influence of the initial nucleation radius on the growth period of the bubble is negligible and the bubble rises uniformly in the main stream after departure. Under pressure relief condition during LOCA, the nitrogen wall release effect is significant and the diffusion process of dissolved nitrogen is weak. Controlled by nitrogen wall release, the average concentration of dissolved nitrogen decreased by 19.5% and the void fraction became 4.33 times of the original, which indicates that wall release has significant effect on circuit, potentially affecting reactor safety. The simulation results are in good agreement with experimental data of SBLOCA, proving the reliability of wall release model and program.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of diatrizoate vaginal stump markers on the dose distribution of postoperative radiotherapy for cervical cancer. From July 2022 to July 2023, 12 patients who underwent radical postoperative radiotherapy for cervical cancer at Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-Care Hospital, Gansu Provincial Central Hospital, and who had cotton balls with meglumine diatrizoate placed to mark the vaginal stump before positioning were enlisted. Volume modulated arc therapy was designed as Plan A and was used in the actual treatment plan. The relative electron density value of the vaginal stump area marked by meglumine diatrizoate was replaced by the relative electron density value of the normal vaginal wall, and Plan B was recalculated, keeping the planning optimization parameters unchanged. The evaluation indicators and dose distributions were compared between the two group. The results showed that the Homogeneity index（HI）was slightly worse in the Plan B group than the Plan A group (1.048 vs. 1.047) but the Conformance index (CI) (0.870 vs. 0.868) was better in the Plan B group. The average dose to the planned target volum (46.48 vs. 46.47) and the dose to the vaginal stump (47.14 vs. 46.45) were higher for Plan B than Plan A, and the minimum dose to the rectum (6.42 vs. 6.49) was lower for Plan B than Plan A. The effect of diatrizoate vaginal stump markers on dose distribution was negligible.

Objective To explore the inhibition effect and mechanism of miR-146a-5p on proliferation and invasion of prostate cancer (PCa) cell line PC-3 by targeting SMAD4. Methods RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-146a-5p in PCa tissues and cell lines. The relevance of miR-146a-5p expression with Gleason score was also analyzed. MTT, BrdU experiment, cell colony formation experiment, scratch experiment, Transwell assay and nude mouse xenograft model experiment were conducted to detect the effect of miR-146a-5p on cell proliferation, tumorigenicity, migration and invasion. The expression of SMAD4 in PCa tissues was detected by RT-qPCR, and the targeting relationship of SMAD4 and miR-146a-5p was confirmed by double luciferase reporter gene assay and rescue experiment. Western blot was used to detect the expression of SMAD2/SMAD3 complex in nucleus affected by miR-146a-5p and SMAD4. Finally, double luciferase reporter gene assay and ChIP experiment were performed to examine the targeting regulation of TIM3 by miR-146a-5p/SMAD4/SMAD2/SMAD3 signaling axis. Results miR-146a-5p was low expressed in PCa tissues and cell lines; its expression was negatively correlated to Gleason score and had the lowest expression in PC-3 cells. miR-146a-5p inhibited the proliferation and invasion of PC-3 cells by targeting SMAD4. SMAD2/SMAD3/TIM3 axis seemed to be the downstream mechanism of miR-146a-5p/SMAD4 signaling pathway. Conclusions miR-146a-5p can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of PC-3 cells by targeting SMAD4, and the downstream mechanism might be related to the SMAD2/SMAD3/TIM3 signaling pathway.

The pick-shaped cutter is the most widely used cutter type in mining machinery such as roadheader and coal mining machine. In the actual cutting process, the pick-shaped cutter mainly works under the multi-tooth coupling cutting condition. The cutting distance is an important parameter under this working condition. At present, research on the influence of cutting spacing on the rock-breaking process has not considered the weakening effect of interference cutting. A calculation method for cutting force during multi-tooth coupling cutting is proposed to solve the above problem. Full-size single-tooth cutting tests are carried out on limestone, red sandstone and two simulated rock samples, comparing and analyzing the rock-breaking processes of free cutting and interference cutting. The experiment collects cutting force data and conducts noise reduction processing and collects cutting debris to analyze the impact law of cutting spacing on cutting load, cutting debris coarseness, cutting energy consumption, and cutting grooves. The experimental results show the following points. ① The cutting force of the cutter increases with the increase of cutting distance and gradually approaches the free cutting state. Moreover, there is a good linear relationship between the cutting force ratio under interference cutting and free cutting conditions and the cutting distance/cutting depth. The correlation coefficients are greater than 0.95. The cutting load of the cutter under interference cutting conditions can be estimated using the free cutting load. The cutting force estimation equation under interference cutting conditions based on the existing peak cutting force model is obtained. ② The coarseness index (CI) and specific energy (SE) are used respectively to evaluate the particle size distribution and cutting energy consumption of the cutting experiment. As the cutting distance increases, CI shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. SE shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. ③ When the cutting distance is small, the interference between the cutting grooves is significant, the residual rock ridges between the cutting grooves are small, and the cutting load is small. However, due to the interference between the cutting grooves, more small debris is generated. It consumes more energy and increases energy consumption. As the cutting distance increases, the residual rock ridge increases, and the cutting force increases. However, due to the weakening effect of existing cutting grooves on the rock and less interference between cutting grooves, the proportion of large debris formed increases, and the cutting energy consumption decreases. As the cutting distance further increases, there is no interference between the cutting grooves. The weakening effect of the existing cutting grooves on the rock decreases. The cutting force increases, the coarseness decreases, and the cutting energy consumption increases. The cutting state gradually approaches free cutting.

ObjectiveTo understand the epidemiological characteristics of an outbreak of respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） in a primary school in Huzhou City， Zhejiang Province， and to provide scientific reference for future prevention and control of school outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infections caused by M. pneumoniae.MethodsAccording to the requirements for investigating respiratory infectious disease outbreaks， basic information， clinical history and epidemiological information were collected from the cases. Throat swab samples of cases for COVID-19 nucleic acid testing， influenza A and B virus antigen testing， and serum samples for detecting total antibody of mycoplasma were also collected.ResultsA total of 47 cases related to M. pneumoniae infection were identified. The first case occurred on May 4， 2022， and the cases were concentrated between May 22 and May 31， 2022. The last case occurred on June 21， marking a duration of 48 days for the outbreak. All cases were second-grade students， with an incidence rate of 35.07% （47/134） in the affected classes， with Class 206 at 53.330% （24/45）， Class 207 at 38.64% （17/44）， and Class 211 at 13.33% （6/45）. There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence rates among the classes （χ2=16.57，P0.05）. The main clinical manifestations included cough， fever， and sore throat， and some cases exhibited signs of pneumonia. Pharyngeal swabs and serum samples were collected from 27 patients. The results were negative for pharynx swab samples， and positive for total mycoplasma antibody in 12 serum samples， with a positive rate of 44.44%.ConclusionSymptoms caused by M. pneumoniae are diverse in clinical manifestations， with atypical signs and a slow progression. Early cases tend to exhibit mild symptoms. The onset of the disease is not detected in time when students are attending classes. The school morning health checks fail to promptly detect it and trigger home isolation control measures， which all contribute to the outbreak of the epidemic. Schools should conduct relevant prevention and control campaigns， improve morning and afternoon health checks， and prevent students from attending classes while sick.

Objective To analyze the research hotspot and trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of post-stroke sleep disorders based on CiteSpace, and provide reference for clinical nursing and scientific research. Methods The literature on TCM nursing of sleep disorders after stroke published by CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM databases from January 31, 2023 was retrieved. The annual number of publications, authors, research institutions, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword timeline were analyzed by CiteSpace software. Results A total of 177 literatures met the requirements were retrieved, and the overall number of publications was on the rise. The cooperation network between the authors and research institutions was not yet mature. The bibliometric results showed that research hotspots of literatures wereextended care, emotion care and TCM nursing technology. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention for sleep disorders after stroke has achieved good results, which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients, promote the outcome of the disease, and improve the quality of life of patients. Objective To observe the clinical effects of scraping on hypertensive ischemic stroke based on the theory of " Qi Circulation " . Methods Totally Sixty patients with hypertensive ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. All patients received conventional drugs and rehabilitation nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with a 30-45 minutes of meridian scraping treatment based on "Qi Circulation " theory, once a week for 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, homocysteine (Hcy), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and blood lipid indexes including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Level of blood pressure, Hcy, TC, TG and LDL-C in 2 groups were decreased after intervention (P＜0. 05), better improvement was reported in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Scraping based on the theory of "Qi Circulation" can effectively reduce blood pressure, Hcy, MMP-9, TC, TG, LDL-C levels in patients with prehypertensive ischemic stroke, and can be promoted and applied as a safe and effective adjuvant therapy. Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. Methods PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang databases and CMB were searched for studies on acupoint application in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to January 31, 2023. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality. RevMan 5. 4 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 11 RCTS/CCTS involving 1018 patients were included. Acupoint application in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke was superior to the control group in the total effective rat［OR=4. 16, 95% CI(2. 65, 6. 53), Z=6. 21(P＜0. 01)］, cure rate［OR=1. 76, 95% CI(1. 30, 2. 39), Z=3. 66(P＜0. 01)］, Kubota drinking test score［MD=－1. 05, 95% CI(－1. 69, －0. 41), Z=3. 20(P＜0. 01)］, Ichiro Fujima swallowing efficacy score［MD=2. 73, 95% CI(1. 73, 3. 74), Z=5. 31(P＜0. 01)］, VFSS score［MD=1. 81, 95% CI(1. 57, 2. 05), Z=14. 75(P＜0. 01)］, prealbumin［MD=22. 10, 95% CI(10. 65, 33. 54), Z=3. 78(P＜0. 01)］, serum albumin［MD=4. 08, 95% CI(1. 99, 6. 18), Z=3. 82(P＜0. 01)］ and NRS2002 score［MD=－0. 28, 95% CI(－0. 42, －0. 14), Z=3. 85(P＜0. 01)］. Conclusion Acupoint application is effective and reliable in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, which can be used for clinical promotion. However, the quality and quantity of the literature included in the analysis are limited, and high-quality, large-sample double-blind randomized controlled trials are still needed to provide higher level of evidence. Objective By analyzing the developmental characteristics of bone age in children aged 4-16 in Loudi City, to explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and bone age to study the impact of nutritional status on children's growth and development. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the relevant data of a total of 7 222 children aged 4-16 who underwent bone age examinations at Loudi Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 to compare the impact of BMI on bone age in different age-gender groups. Results There was a statistical difference in BAD ［difference between bone age and chronological age］ among different BMI groups (P＜0.01) . Among overweight and obese children, the BAD level of girls tended to be higher than that of boys of the same age group, but the difference was statistically significant only between boys and girls aged 7-11 years (P＜0.01) . Among emaciated children, the BAD level of boys tended to be lower than that of girls of the same age group, but the difference was statistically significant only between boys and girls aged 12 years old (P＜0.01) . Conclusion In some age groups, overweight and obesity have a greater impact on the advanced bone age of girls, and weight loss is more likely to causes delayed BA in boys.

Lift capacity is the key performance of the launch vehicle, and high chemical energy bi-propellants are commonly used for the modern large liquid rockets. The residual unburned propellant has a strong effect on the lift capacity and the lift efficiency, especially for the orbital stages. In this paper, the bias residual control of high mixture ratio propellant is studied, three models, including equal-probability depletion model (EPDM), equal-mass residual model(EMRM) and optimum residual model(ORM) are analyzed. Comparing with the traditional equal-probability depletion, the bias residual control of bi-propellants, especially for LOX and LH2, is benefit to the lift capacity. The effect between EMRM and ORM on the residual unburned propellant is negligible, and the EMRM is preferred in engineering.

GB 3836.1-2021 Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment-General requirements stipulates that the RF threshold power of RF equipment in explosive environments shall not exceed 6 W. This regulation is derived from EU standards and lacks experimental verification, seriously restricting the application of 5G technology in mines. In order to reassess the safety of electromagnetic wave energy radiated by 5G communication equipment in mines, it is analyzed that the form of discharge generated by metal structures coupling electromagnetic waves should be low voltage breaking circuit arc discharge. The discharge energy generated by metal structures coupling electromagnetic waves is analyzed. The half wave oscillator structure that is most easily coupling with electromagnetic waves is selected as the research object. Through comparison, it is found that the discharge energy generated by the equivalent DC discharge circuit equivalent half wave oscillator is greater than that generated by the equivalent high-frequency discharge circuit. Therefore, the analysis of the safety of metal structure coupling electromagnetic wave discharge can be transformed into the analysis of the safety of the equivalent DC discharge circuit of equivalent half wave oscillator antenna of the metal structure. The safety judgment principle of intrinsically safe DC circuit is selected to judge the safety of the equivalent DC discharge circuit of equivalent half wave oscillator . By calculating the discharge power and energy, it is concluded that 5G RF equipment will not ignite explosive gas when its radiated power is not greater than 10.5 W. Therefore, the safe radiated power of RF base station of 5G communication system can be increased to 10.5 W.

Objective： This study aimed to explore the fatigue relieving effect of Lonicera caerulea Berry polyphenol, hawthorn polyphenol microcapsules, lactoferrin and vitamin C as polyphenol compound formula to alleviate fatigue. Methods： The commercial sports nutrition food with the compound formula of creatine, β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, fructose diphosphate, taurine, vitamin B6 and watermelon powder was used as the positive control. The experiment of exhaustive swimming in mice was carried out. The fatigue related indexes were determined by the kit, and the microscopic pathological tissues of the organs were observed by H&E staining. Results： There was no significant difference in body weight of mice (P＞0.05). Compared with the normal group, no significant difference in organ index in the dietary supplement group (P＞0.05) was found. Polyphenol compound formula significantly prolonged the swimming time of mice at room temperature and low temperature by 106.01% and 140.94%, respectively (P＜0.01). Moreover, oxidative stress, metabolite accumulation and energy metabolism, and down-regulated secretion of inflammatory factors (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05) were also improved. It promoted the cell nucleus increase in muscle, inflammatory cell infiltration in the liver, and redness and shedding of tubular epithelial cells in the kidney. Conclusion： Polyphenol compound formula can relieve exercise fatigue at low temperature and room temperature.

The fundamental aspect of tissue injury was the structural changes and functional disorders caused by a great deal of cell death, it might further develop into organ damage in severe cases. At present, the treatment of tissue injury was more focused on improving the micro-environment and promoting cell renewing. Insufficient attention was paid to the repair of cell damage, this oversight could exacerbate disease conditions and create difficulties in achieving healing. Thus, treating tissue injury should be based on repairing cell damage. In order to systematically grasp the research status and drug development of cell damage and repair, this article provided a systematic review of the damaging causes, repair mechanisms, and drug development from the perspectives of DNA damage, RNA damage, protein damage, mitochondrial damage, membrane damage and cell death. It was expected to contribute to promoting the research and development of repair medicines.

Neuroendocrine tumors(NETs) commonly occur in organs such as the gastrointestinal tract and pancreas, with the liver being the most common site of metastasis. Primary hepatic neuroendocrine tumors(PHNETs) originating from the liver are exceedingly rare. Herein, we report a case of PHNETs in a patient who presented initially with skin nodules, rash, and bone pain, followed by hyperglycemia and hypoproteinemia. Imaging studies revealed hepatic lesions, and the patient was ultimately diagnosed with PHNETs using 18F-OCT combined with 18F-FDG PET/CT and histopathology. The case not only presented a diagnostic challenge, but also exhibited rapid progression involving multiple systems. The experience gained in the diagnosis and treatment of this case may improve clinical awareness of NETs.

With the development of aircraft demand, and emerging of new material and new process, the test and validation technology of aircraft structure strength will also face new challenges. As the key measures of networking and intelligentization, 5G technology will promote the innovation and reform of strength test technology effectively. Firstly, the present situation and development trend of structural strength test technology for full-scale aircraft is introduced briefly, and one new idea of structure strength test for full-scale aircraft based on 5G technology is proposed through the research of the demand of full-scale aircraft strength test. Secondly, the incidence matrix of test and 5G technology is formulated through the analysis of advantages and features of 5G technology for strength test of aircraft, the typical test scenarios based on 5G technology are planned. Finally, the development and application of inspection and monitor system based on 5G technology is carried out for fatigue test of an aircraft. The results show that the intelligent facilities based on 5G technology can improve the level of test significantly, which is of important significance for intelligentization of test.

During the forming of aramid paper honeycomb sandwich component of aircraft composites in the autoclave, the structure bears thermo-mechanical coupling case, and it may exist the phenomenon of the honeycomb crack during the forming. The tensile, compressive, shear and thermal properties of aramid paper honeycomb core are obtained by testing. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation of thermo-mechanical sequential coupling of the whole honeycomb sandwich component and the local core area are carried out by combining the finite element analysis method and the inversion method. The results show that the thermal stress during the forming process will not cause the adhesive layer between honeycomb cells to crack, but gas pressure will. The difference value of pressure difference between honeycomb cells required for adhesive layer′s slight destruction and complete destruction is positively related to the initial normal fracture stress of adhesive layer. The pressure difference required for the adhesive layer′s complete destruction is decreased with the increase of the number of loaded cells.

In order to determine the key odorants in Shaomai (SM) and to investigate the changes of the odorants during SM storage, volatiles were extracted by solvent extraction combined with solvent-assisted flavor evaporation. A total of 50 odor-active compounds were identified by gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Among these compounds, 1-octen-3-ol, anethole, guaiacol and 2-pentylfuran had the highest flavor dilution (FD) of 6 561 as determined by aroma extract dilution analysis (AEDA). Thirty-seven compounds with FD factors ≥ 81 were quantitated by the internal standard method. Based on the quantitative results and odor thresholds reported in the literature, their odor activity values (OAVs) were calculated. Totally 21 odorants with OAV ≥ 1 were determined as the key odorants of SM. The contents of the 37 compounds in SM stored for up to 13 months at room temperature were analyzed and their OAVs were calculated. The results showed that the number of key odorants in SM did not change during storage. The levels of 5-ethyl-4-hydroxy-2-methyl-3(2H)-furanone, hexanal and 4-vinylguaiacol decreased greatly, while most of the other compounds changed little.

Objective To profile the genome-wide distribution of H3K27ac-marked enhancers in gastric intestinal metaplasia (IM) tissues and to investigate the potential regulatory mechanism of enhancers on IM. Methods IM tissues from 41 patients and normal gastric mucosa from 21 healthy individuals were collected for analysis using Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) sequencing and RNA sequencing. The number and signal intensity of H3K27ac modifications in the 2 tissues were compared to reveal the reprogramming characteristics of the enhancers in the IM tissues. Meanwhile, the underlying regulatory mechanism of enhancer-associated transcription factors on the expression of IM-related genes were investigated. Results As compared with normal gastric mucosa, the number and signal intensity of H3K27ac modifications were significantly elevated in the IM tissues, and the reprogramming areas were mainly located in the enhancers. The enhancers with greatly increased activity accounted for 92.4% of all variant enhancer loci in IM, which improved the expression of many intestinal epithelium-related genes, leading to altered phenotypes and biological properties of metaplastic mucous cells. The binding motifs of 14 transcription factors including CDX2 were identified by enrichment analysis in the enhancer loci. These transcription factors were up-regulated in the IM tissues and thus constituted a transcriptional regulatory network, and may play an important role in enhancer activating IM-related genes. Conclusion Through integration analysis of epigenetic and transcriptomic sequencing, enhancer reprogramming is identified as a critical epigenetic modification feature in gastric IM. Multiple transcription factors like CDX2 might be recruited to the enhancer loci, and then generate a regulatory network to synergistically up-regulate the expression of IM-related genes.

Objective To systemically characterize the genome-wide distribution of H3K27me3-marked silencers in gastric intestinal metaplasia (IM) tissues and to elucidate a novel epigenetic regulatory mechanism of IM. Methods Gastric antrum mucosa samples were collected from 22 healthy individuals and 39 patients with IM. The modification of H3K27me3 and the transcriptome characteristics were detected by Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) sequencing and RNA sequencing, respectively. Various bioinformatics tools, such as Ngsplot, ChIPseeker, MAnorm2, GGBiPlot, edgeR, Homer and others were applied for analyzing the silencer signal and its regulation on gene expression of IM tissues. Results CUT&Tag sequencing and RNA sequencing data were of great quality, and there was no significance in the whole-genome distribution of H3K27me3 modification between normal gastric mucosa and IM tissues. Genome-scale distribution of H3K27me3-marked silencers was also portrayed, which revealed weakened silencer signal intensity in IM tissues (P < 0.05). Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the silencer characteristics in IM were greatly different from those in normal tissues, indicating extensive silencer remodeling in the IM tissues. Combined with RNA sequencing analysis, silencer remodeling was closely associated with the increased expression of CDX1 and other IM-related genes, as well as with the possible activation of IM-related metabolic pathways. In addition, loss of silencer signal recruited various transcription factors such as ATOH1 (P < 0.01) and ONECUT2 (P < 0.01) to form a regulatory network, which were highly expressed in IM tissues, regulating the expression of CDX1 and other key genes of IM, and affecting cell biological processes like coll fate commitment. Conclusion Integration analysis of epigenetic and transcriptomic sequencing data discovers silencer remodeling as a hallmark epigenetic feature in gastric IM tissues. Loss-of-function in silencer loci may recruit IM-regulatory transcription factors such as ATOH1 and ONECUT2, which may generate a network to impact on the expression of key genes and the metabolism of IM cells.

A X-wing flapping-wing mechanism with wings flapping symmetrically is designed. The crank slider mechanism is adopted to convert the circular motion of the crank into the linear reciprocating motion of the straight shaft, and the straight shaft drives the wings on both sides through the rocker to realize the symmetric flapping of the wings. A prototype of the flapping-wing mechanism is made, and the motion test of the flapping-wing mechanism is carried out using an optical motion capture system and a wind tunnel. The reliability of the flapping-wing mechanism is analyzed from the flapping angle amplitude, the flapping frequency, the lift generated, and the operating condition of the motor. Through comparative experiments, a set of suitable flapping angle amplitudes and wing surface areas are determined, so that the flapping-wing mechanism could generate 12.9 g of lift, and it is verified that the clap-fling mechanism could effectively improve the lift of the flapping-wing mechanism.

The shape of wave generator directly affects the mechanical characteristics of the flexspline. Flexspline is the weakest part of harmonic drivers. In order to improve its life, the design of a cam wave generator based on a conical curve combination is introduced. The combined curve cam is composed of a parabola, a connecting arc and an eccentric arc; the smooth transition between the parabola, the connecting arc and the eccentric arc is taken as the constraint conditions. The influence degree of each parameter on the maximum equivalent stress of the flexspline is calculated and analyzed by orthogonal experiment, and the curve parameters of each section of the combined curve cam wave generator are determined. The transient dynamic analysis of the flexspline under the action of standard elliptic cam and combined curve cam is carried out using the finite element software, and the fatigue life of the flexspline is studied using the transient dynamic analysis results based on the nCode-Designlife software. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the flexspline is lower than that of the standard ellipse cam wave generator, under the action of combined curve cam wave generator, the stress at the front and back ends of the tooth ring in the meshing area of the flexspline is obviously reduced, the stress distribution is more uniform, and the fatigue life is also improved.
