为了对蛋黄酱产品的开发及品质评价提供数据支持和参考，以8种市售蛋黄酱为原料，对其主要成分、粒径、微观结构、流变特性、质构特性、色泽、乳液稳定性和热稳定性进行了测定。结果表明：市售蛋黄酱粗脂肪含量为49.00%～73.70%，pH为3.37～4.08，粒度〔D（4，3）〕分布在4～12 μm之间；蛋黄酱以乳滴的形式存在，为典型的水包油型结构；蛋黄酱的流变学性质表明蛋黄酱为剪切变稀的假塑性流体，弹性模量(G′)远大于黏性模量(G″)，呈现出类弹性固体性质；质构分析表明蛋黄酱具有较高的黏度和良好的涂抹性；市售蛋黄酱的亮度（L*）、红值（a*）、黄值（b*）和总色差（ΔE*）差异显著；8种蛋黄酱的乳液稳定性和热稳定性高，有利于蛋黄酱的储存和使用。 n order to provide data support and reference for the development and quality evaluation of mayonnaise products, the main components, particle size, microstructure, rheological properties, textural properties, color, emulsion stability and thermal stability were determined using eight kinds of commercially available mayonnaise as raw materials. The results showed that the crude fat content of commercially available mayonnaise was 49.00%-73.70%, the pH was 3.37-4.08, and the particle size distribution\[D(4,3)\] was 4-12 μm. Mayonnaise existed in the form of emulsions, a typical oil-in-water structure. The rheological properties of mayonnaise showed that mayonnaise was a shear-thinning pseudoplastic fluid, and its elastic modulus (G′) was much larger than its viscous modulus (G″), showing an elastic solid-like property. The texture analysis showed that mayonnaise had high viscosity and good spreadability. The commercially available mayonnaise differed significantly in brightness (L*), red value (a*), yellow value (b*) and total color difference (ΔE*). The emulsion stability and thermal stability of eight kinds of mayonnaise were high, which was beneficial to the storage and use of mayonnaise.

With the refinement and complexity of mechanical equipment, the number and types of sensors used to monitor their operating status are increasing. In order to effectively fuse multi-sensor information, complete the information in time and space, and improve the reliability of sensor information, a gear fault diagnosis method based on dynamic weighted feature fusion with maximum information coefficient is proposed. The wavelet packet transform is used to decompose the vibration signals collected by multi-sensor into time-frequency domain; the time and frequency domain features are calculated, the weight of each sensor is calculated by the maximum information coefficient, and the features are fused in parallel; the fused features are input into the support vector machine model for fault classification. Experiments show that the fusion features have better aggregation and are more conducive to classification; under the two speed conditions, the accuracy of fault diagnosis after fusion is 87.72% and 99.16% respectively; the experiment also proves that the diagnosis effect of dynamic weighted fusion is better than that of fixed weight fusion.

The influence of attention distribution mode on the coal mine safety monitoring behavior under the different load levels and single/multiple factors is explored, the eye tracking experiment simulation platform has been established based on the attention allocation model, the eye tracking for the three kinds of attention allocation strategies（average distribution, primary and secondary distribution, multistage distribution） vs the two kinds of mental load（low load, high load） vs the two kind of task factors（single factor and multiple factors） experiment is designed and carried out. By analyzing the eye tracking indexes of three typical safety monitoring behaviors of the subjects, such as the reaction time, accuracy rate and average continuous fixation time, the influence mechanism of the different attention allocation modes on the safety monitoring behaviors of coal mines is explored and obtained. The results show that the cognitive level and accident handling ability of the workers were lower in the multi-factor task and high load stress. The average and multistage distribution modes of attention are more likely to cause the monitors to be distracted, and thus the poorer work performance and lower fixation level are produced. The primary and secondary attention distribution mode is helpful for the monitoring personnel to obtain the key information on the screen and maintain the better response accuracy rate and fixation ability, which plays a positive role in improving the quality and efficiency of the safety monitoring work of coalmine.

Objective We aimed to analyze and predict the risk of white matter lesions (WMLs) in hypertensive patients with different traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes, and to explore the relationship and influencing factors between them. Methods From September 2019 to December 2021, 309 patients were enrolled from the cardiovascular departments of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and they were divided into four syndromes: phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, kidney qi deficiency syndrome, liver fire hyperactivity syndrome, and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome. Diastolic blood pressure (DBP), homocysteine acid (Hcy), uric acid (UA), and serum cystatin C (Cys C) were measured. The ARWMC and Fazekas scales were used to assess the site, score, and the degree of WMLs (mild, moderate, or severe) in hypertensive patients with different syndromes, and the correlation between risk factors and different syndromes was summarized. Results There were significant differences in DBP, Hcy, UA, and Cys C among different TCM syndrome types (P<0. 05). WMLs were assessed by the Fazekas and ARWMC scales, and there was no significant difference in the distribution of WMLs sites among different syndrome types. There was no significant difference in the Fazekas scores of WMLs, but there was a significant difference in the ARWMC ratings among different syndrome types (P<0. 05). The WMLs Fazekas and ARWMC risk classification analysis of different TCM syndrome types were significantly different (P<0. 05). According to the Fazekas scale assessment, there were differences in WMLs among all of the syndrome types (P<0. 05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the WMLs degree was positively correlated with age, Hcy, Cys C, and UA in the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group (rs =0. 22, 0. 23, 0. 18, 0. 24, P<0. 05). The WMLs degree was negatively correlated with HUA and HHcy (rs =-0. 19, -0. 21, P<0. 05). The degree of WMLs was positively correlated with UA (rs =0. 48, P<0. 05), and negatively correlated with HUA (rs = -0. 47, P<0. 05). The degree of WMLs in yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome group was positively correlated with age, HUA, and Cys C (rs = 0. 37, 0. 27, 0. 27, P <0. 05), and negatively correlated with UA (rs = -0. 32, P < 0. 05). The degree of WMLs in the kidney qi deficiency syndrome group was positively correlated with Hcy (rs = 0. 33, P <0. 05), but negatively correlated with HHcy and DBP (rs = -0. 32, -0. 30, P < 0. 05). The phlegm and blood stasis syndrome had more risk factors with a statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05) compared with the liver fire hyperactivity syndrome, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome, and kidney qi deficiency syndrome. According to the ARWMC rating, there were differences in WMLs among all syndrome types (P<0. 05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the WMLs degree was positively correlated with UA (rs =0. 57, P<0. 05) and negatively correlated with HUA (rs =-0. 58, P<0. 05) in patients with hypertension and the ARWMC rating. The degree of WMLs was positively correlated with UA (rs = 0. 34, P <0. 05), and negatively correlated with HUA (rs =-0. 44, P<0. 05). The degree of WMLs in the kidney qi deficiency syndrome group was positively correlated with Cys C (rs =0. 26, P<0. 05), and negatively correlated with diabetes mellitus and HUA (rs =-0. 30, -0. 28, P<0. 05). There were more risk factors with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05) in the kidney qi deficiency syndrome compared with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, liver fire hyperactivity syndrome, and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome. Conclusion The phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and kidney qi deficiency syndrome may be TCM syndrome types with higher incidences of WMLs in hypertensive patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To analyze the biomechanical effect of the volume and distribution of bone cement on the adjacent vertebrae using 3D finite analysis. Methods Using Mimics 10.0, Geomagic studio 11.0, HyperMesh 11.0, and Abaqus 6.9 softwares, a geometric reconstruction of the vertebral body was developed using the CT 3D reconstruction data. The finite model was established according to the volume and distribution of bone cement. The loading was performed to investigate the force distribution of the adjacent vertebrae. Results Under the vertical loading, the von Mises stress on the cortical bone of T12 was 29. 49 MPa in the unilateral 2 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on the lower endplate was higher to 3. 93 MPa in the unilateral across the midline 2 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on cortical bone of L2 was 15. 29 MPa in the unilateral bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on the upper endplate was 4. 53 MPa in the unilateral across the midline 2 ml bone cement perfusion. Under the lateral bending load, the von Mises stress on cortical bone of T12 was 114. 83 MPa in the unilateral across the midline 4 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on the lower endplate was 8. 62 MPa in the bipedicular 4 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on cortical bone of L2 was 96. 41 MPa in the unilateral across the midline 4 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on the upper endplate was 9. 80 MPa in the unilateral across the midline 4 ml bone cement perfusion. Under the rotating load, the von Mises stress on cortical bone of T12 was 119. 42 MPa in the unilateral 2 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on the lower endplate was 8. 77 MPa in the unilateral 2ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on cortical bone of L2 was 146. 31MPa MPa in the unilateral 2 ml bone cement perfusion. The von Mises stress on the upper endplate was 7. 84 MPa in the unilateral 2 ml bone cement perfusion. Conclusion The volume and distribution of bone cement are the most important determinant in adjacent vertebrae fractures. The direction of the mechanical loading is also closely related. Currently, the purchase of medical insurance for the migrant population in China is mostly voluntary. As a result, the rate of their medical insurance.participation has been relatively low and there exists a great internal disparity. The influential factors involving government, society and migrants themselves are all likely to have an impact on their actual participation in medical insurance. Previous studies have yielded different and often conflicting conclusions about the specific effects of these factors. In order to find the truth and clarify the differences, the present study, based on the 2011 - 2012 National Monitoring Data of the Migrant Population, conducted a comparatively meticulous analysis of the factors influencing the medical insurance participation of migrants by means of descriptive statistics, cross-over analysis, logistic model analysis and multi-level analysis. The results are as follows: (1) The overall rate of medical insurance participation of the migrant population is about 69% while the rate of urban medical insurance participation is about 26%. (2) Overall, the rate of medical insurance participation for migrants is not high enough, and there is a large internal differentiation with an obvious Matthew Effect. Among them, especially those with low education or low income laid-off workers, people having no fixed jobs, housewives and migrant children, or those engaged in catering, housekeeping, domestic decoration, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery and irrigation, have an obviously low rate of medical insurance. (3) The rate of insurance participation is significantly related with gender, age, marital status and other demographic characteristics, but their impacts are diverse. (4) The rate of participation is also significantly related with migrants' family size, migration experience, willingness to settle down and their host provinces. (5) The migrants' social participation and integration has a significant positive effect on their joining medical insurance, especially urban medical insurance with higher benefit. (6) The greater the proportion of migrant population in a community, the greater disparity in the rate of urban medical insurance participation among different genders, marital statuses, employment statuses and industries, and the smaller disparity among different occupations. (7) The quality of service and assistance provided by the community has a double effect on relations between the rate of medical insurance participation and the contributing factors. That is to say, the higher the quality, the stronger the correlation between the rate of urban medical insurance participation and the migrants' education and their household registration type, and the smaller the difference among different employment statuses. Based on these findings, we argue that the rate of insurance participation should be examined from the community perspective as well as the individual perspective. Accordingly, several suggestions are proposed to improve the rate. (1) The service and assistance from community should go to migrants with special difficulties, especially those with low education or low income, and those unemployed or engaged in farming, construction, catering and retail. (2) The communities concerned should launch humanized propaganda and organize information activities related to medical insurance, especially communities with more migrants than residents, villages-in-city, communities in suburban areas, communities of small enterprise clusters and construction sites. (3) Improve and reform the content and methods of community service so as to attract migrants to participate in the self-management and self-service of the community. (4) Reform the blueprint of medical insurance system to increase the coverage of migrants' unemployed family members; probe into the occupation-biased medical insurance policy to protect the medical insurance right for the most vulnerable migrants; and gradually balance the benefit rates among different types of medical insurance and eventually integrate all kinds of medical insurance at the national level. A hybrid algorithm which combines the augmented Lagrangian multiplier method with the fish swarm algorithm is presented to solve the problem of constrained nonlinear optimization. The method approximately solves the optimal solution of the augmented Lagrangian function with the fish swarm algorithm, and the solution is applied to update the Lagrangian multipliers and penalty parameters. Stochastic convergence of the artificial fish swarm is analyzed. Compared with an adaptive penalty method for genetic algorithms, simulation results verify the superiority and validity of the proposed hybrid algorithm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The multilevel functions and political connotations of culture necessitate the protection of intangible cultural heritages. The ever changing characteristic of culture asks for dynamic strategies of protection. The social function of belief endows related intangible cultural heritages with historical significance and value of protection. In the practical domain, the integrity of culture requires protection both in the micro-ecological and macro-ecological senses. Considering the negligence of grassroots participation in our current protection practices, we should advocate participatory strategies on the basis of understanding and appreciating the differences between emic and etic standpoints, taking advantage of grassroots wisdom and local knowledge, and awakening the cultural consciousness of the communities concerned. Furthermore, we should try to prevent cultural "filtration" and "cultural stratification" by engaging an independent party in the process of evaluating intangible cultural heritages, by setting up the list of intangible cultural heritages in imminent danger, and by breaking the rigid linkage between protection funds and ranking. Objective To evaluate the changes of platelet activity before and after anti-platelet treatment in patients with coronary heart disease, and their responsiveness to clopidogrel through detecting the phosphorylation levels of vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP). Methods Twenty-eight cases of healthy people were selected as control group . Patients with chronic stable angina pectoris (CSA, n=95) were randomly divided into A (48 cases) group and B (47 cases) group, and were given clopidogrel 75 mg/d or 150 mg/d respectively; Patients with non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NST-ACS, n=67) were all given 300 mg loading dose of clopidogrel at the first time, then randomly divided into C (33 cases) group and D (34 cases) group, and given clopidogrel 75 mg/d and 150 mg/d respectively. Blood were taken to examine the phosphorylation levels of serum VASP by ELISA before taking clopidogrel, at time point of loading dose and the fifth day of clopidogrel administration . Results Before treatment, phosphorylation levels of serum VASP were lower in A, B, C, D groups than those in the normal control group(P< 0.05). After treatment of clopidogrel for 5 days: (T) In group A and group B, phosphorylation levels of serum VASP did not change compared to that before treatment (P > 0.05). (2) In group C and group D, phosphorylation levels of serum VASP were significantly increased at loading dose and the fifth day of clopidogrel administration than those before treatment (P < 0.05), but there were no significant differences in phosphorylation level of VASP was lower group between group C and group D after serum treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion The phosphorylation level of serum VASP was lower in patients with coronary heart disease than that in normal control group. Objective To investigate the effect of H 2 O 2 -induced oxidative stress on autophagy and apoptosis of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). Methods hBMSCs were isolated and cultured. The cells were divided into control group, 3-MA group, H 2 O 2 group, H 2 O 2 combined with 3-MA group. DCFH-DA staining was used to analyze the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS). hBMSCs were treated with 0, 50, 100, 200, 400 μmol/L H 2 O 2 , and then the cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. The level of autophagy was detected by monodansylcadaverine (MDC) staining and LysoTracker Red staining. The cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of beclin 1, mTOR, phosphorylated mTOR (p-mTOR), cleaved caspase-3(c-caspase-3) and caspase-3 proteins. Results Compared with the control group and 3-MA group, ROS level and autophagosomes were increased and the proliferation and apoptosis were decreased in H 2 O 2 group. The protein expression of beclin 1, mTOR, c-caspase-3 was up-regulated, while the p-mTOR was down-regulated. Compared with the 3-MA group, the H 2 O 2 combined with 3-MA group also had an increased ROS level and autophagosomes, but not with significantly increased apoptosis rate; The protein expression of beclin 1, mTOR, c-caspase-3 was up-regulated, and the p-mTOR was down-regulated. Conclusion H 2 O 2 can induce hMSCs to trigger oxidative stress response. It enhances the autophagy and inhibits the proliferation and apoptosis of hBMSCs.

Objective: To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF-β 1 ) induced proliferation of ligamentum flavum cells and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and its effect on connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) expression., Methods: The ligamentum flavum tissue in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was extracted and the ligamentum flavum cells were isolated and cultured by collagenase pre-digestion method. Morphological observation, immunofluorescence staining observation, and MTT assay were used for cell identification. The 3rd generation ligamentum flavum cells were divided into 5 groups. The cells of groups A, B, C, and D were respectively sealed with 3 ng/mL TGF-β 1 , 50 ng/mL CTGF, 3 ng/mL TGF-β 1 +CTGF neutralizing antibody, and 50 ng/mL CTGF+CTGF neutralizing antibody. Serum free DMEM was added to group E as the control. MTT assay was used to detect the effects of TGF-β 1 and CTGF on the proliferation of ligamentum flavum cells. Western blot was used to detect the expression of CTGF protein. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of collagen type Ⅰ, collagen type Ⅲ, and CTGF genes., Results: The morphological diversity of cultured ligamentum flavum cells showed typical phenotype of ligamentum flavum fibroblasts; all cells expressed collagen type Ⅰ and vimentin, and some cells expressed collagen type Ⅲ; MTT identification showed that with the prolongation of culture time, the absorbance ( A ) value of each generation of cells increased gradually, and the A value of the same generation of cells at each time point was significantly different ( P <0.05), there was no significant difference in A value between the cells of each generation at the same time point ( P> 0.05). After cultured for 24 hours, MTT assay showed that the A value of cells in groups A and B was significantly higher than that of group E ( P <0.05). After adding CTGF neutralizing antibody, the A value of cells in groups C and D decreased, but it was still higher than that of group E ( P <0.05). There were also significant differences among groups A, C and groups B, D ( P <0.05). Western blot analysis showed that the relative expression of CTGF protein in groups A and B was significantly higher than that in group E ( P <0.05), while the relative expression of CTGF protein in groups C and D was significantly lower than that in group E ( P <0.05), and the difference between groups A, C and groups B, D was also significant ( P <0.05). qRT-PCR detection showed that the mRNA relative expression of CTGF, collagen type Ⅰ, and collagen type Ⅲ in group A was significantly higher than that in group E ( P <0.05). After adding neutralizing antibody, the mRNA relative expression of genes in group C was inhibited and were significantly lower than that in group A, but still significantly higher than that in group E ( P <0.05). The mRNA relative expressions of collagen type Ⅰ and collagen type Ⅲ in group B was significantly higher than that in group E ( P <0.05), but the mRNA relative expression of CTGF was not significantly different from that in group E ( P >0.05); after neutralizing antibody was added, the mRNA relative expression of collagen type Ⅰ and collagen type Ⅲ in group D was inhibited and was significantly lower than that in group B, but still significantly higher than that in group E ( P <0.05); there was no significant difference in the mRNA relative expression of CTGF between group D and groups B, E ( P >0.05)., Conclusion: TGF-β 1 can promote CTGF, collagen typeⅠ, collagen type Ⅲ gene level and protein expression in ligamentum flavum cells, and TGF-β 1 can synergistically promote proliferation of ligamentum flavum cells through CTGF.

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway in regulating the hyperplasia and hypertrophy of human lumbar ligamentum flavum via transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF-β 1 )/connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)., Methods: The lumbar ligamentum flavum tissue taken from patient with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was isolated by collagenase-predigested explant cultures. The ligamentum flavum cells were treated with the extracellular regulated protein kinase pathway blocker PD98059, c-Jun N-terminal kinase pathway blocker SP600125, and p38 pathway blocker SB203580, and then the mRNA expressions of CTGF, collagen type Ⅰ, and collagen type Ⅲ were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). The ligamentum flavum cells were divided into 4 groups, and transfected with small interfering RNA (siRNA), p38 siRNA, siRNA+3 ng/mL TGF-β 1 , and p38 siRNA+3 ng/mL TGF-β 1 in groups A, B, C, and D, respectively. After 24 hours of transfection, immunofluorescence staining was performed to observe the expressions of p38 and phosphorylation p38 (p-p38); the relative mRNA expressions of CTGF, collagen type Ⅰ, and collagen type Ⅲ in each group were detected by qRT-PCR; the protein expression of CTGF in each group was detected by Western blot., Results: p38 pathway blocker SB203580 could significantly reduce the relative mRNA expressions of CTGF, collagen type Ⅰ, and collagen type Ⅲ ( P <0.05). After 24 hours of transfection, immunofluorescence staining showed positive staining with p38 and p-p38 expressions in groups A, C, and D and negative staining in group B. Compared with group A, the relative mRNA expressions of CTGF, collagen type Ⅰ, and collagen type Ⅲ and relative protein expression of CTGF in group B decreased significantly ( P <0.05), while those in groups C and D increased significantly ( P <0.05); and those indicators significantly increased in group C than in group D ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: TGF-β 1 /CTGF based on the p38 MAPK signaling pathway play an important role in the occurance and development of hypertrophy of human lumbar ligamentum flavum.

Objective: To investigate the correlations among total liver CT perfusion parameters, unpaired arteries (UAs) and microvessel area (MVA) in a rabbit liver VX2 tumor model, and to learn the tumoral angiogenesis condition and the mechanisms for perfusion imaging.
 Methods: Rabbits with or without the inoculated VX2 tumor in the liver underwent total liver CT perfusion imaging 2 weeks after the operation. Perfusion parameters included blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), arterial liver perfusion (ALP), portal liver perfusion (PVP), hepatic perfusion index (HPI) for the tumor rim and the surrounding liver tissue. After the examination, the UAs and MVA of tumor tissues were obtained by immunohistochemical staining. The differences of perfusion parameters between the vital tumor rim and the surrounding liver tissue were compared. The correlations among perfusion parameters, UAs and MVA were analyzed.
 Results: There was significant difference between the CT perfusion parameters at the tumor rim and the surrounding liver tissue or liver tissue of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the perfusion parameters at the surrounding liver tissues of the experimental group and the control (P>0.05). There was positive correlation between UAs and MVA. UAs and MVA were positively correlated with BF, ALP and BV at the tumor rim. UAs and MVA were negatively correlated with PVP. HPI positively correlated with UAs, but it was not correlated with MVA.
 Conclusion: Total liver CT perfusion can provide quantitative information to evaluate the artery and portal vein perfusion of liver VX2 tumor, and to assess the degree of tumor angiogenesis.

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on body weight, insulin resistance (IR) and hypothalamic insulin signal molecule in rats with diet-induced obesity (DIO), and to explore the action mechanism of EA on DIO., Methods: Fifty SD male rats were randomly divided into a low fat diet (LFD) group (10 rats) and a high fat diet (HFD) group (40 rats). Rats were fed with LFD and HFD, respectively, and the DIO model was established in the HFD group. After the model was established, the rats were randomly divided intoa model group, an EA group and a medication group, ten rats in each one. The rats in the EA group were treated with EA at "Housanli" (ST 36) and "Quchi" (LI 11) for 20 min, once a day for totally 28 days. The rats in the medication group were treated with intragastric administration of orlistat, once a day for 28 days. The rats in the LFD group and model group received no treatment. After treatment, HE staining method was applied to observe the morphological changes of liver; the biochemistry technique and radioimmunoassay method were applied to detect the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and fasting insulin (FINS); Western blot method was applied to measure the expression of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase p85 subunit (PI3K-p85) and insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2)., Results: Under light microscope, compared with the model group, the fatty degenerative cells were below 1/2 in the EA group and the medication group, accompanied with decreased lipid droplet, mild edema and none inflammatory infiltration. The body weight, FPG, FINS, homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and PI3K-p85 in the EA group were significantly lower than those in the model group ( P <0.01, P <0.05), but the expression of IRS2 was not significantly different from the model group ( P >0.05). The body weight, HOMA-IR and PI3K-p85 in the medication group were lower than those in the model group ( P <0.01, P <0.05), but the expression of IRS2 was higher than that in the model group ( P <0.05). The differences of each index were not significant between the EA group and the medication group (all P >0.05). In addition, rats in the medication group showed watery defecation, decreased activity, fatigue mentality and yellow hairs, while rats in the EA group showed normal defecation and vivid hair., Conclusions: EA can decrease the expression of PI3K-p85 to prompt the IR of DIO rats, inhibit the weight body and improve hepatic steatosis, which is probably one of the action mechanisms of EA on DIO. Besides, the adverse effects as the medication group can be avoided.

Objective: To explore the psychometric performances and applicability of SF-36v2 in assessment quality of life among urban residents in Chengdu., Methods: During Oct. to Dec., 2012, 2 186 adult urban residents with clear mind and well self-express were recruited in the study by multistage stratified cluster sampling method in Chengdu urban area. The survey questionnaires included general health condition and quality of life, which was adopted the SF-36v2. Internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability and construct validity were all analyzed as indicators of the psychometric performance., Results: The survey released 2 186 questionnaires, with 2 182 ones returned and 2 178(99.8%) met the data standard. The scores of 8 scales in SF-36v2, including physical function (PF), role-physical (RP), bodily pain (BP), general health (GH), vitality (VT), social function (SF), role-emotion (RE) and mental health (MH), were 89.15 ± 17.56, 85.18 ± 22.52, 76.64 ± 17.80, 64.13 ± 19.56, 70.39 ± 17.31, 86.43 ± 17.35, 87.79 ± 19.24 and 80.61 ± 13.49, respectively; the floor effects were 0.28%, 0.41%, 0.23%, 0.28%, 0.09%, 0.05%, 0.14% and 0.23%, respectively; and the ceiling effects were 51.38%, 60.60%, 58.08%, 0.83%, 2.94%, 50.32%, 64.00% and 3.95%, respectively. The item-convergent validities were all achieved the standard (r = 0.40) except the item MH5 (Have you been happy?), and the total scaling success rate of item-convergent validity was 97.14%. The scales' success rates of item-discriminant validities for the SF, VT and MH scales were 93.75%, 56.25% and 97.50% respectively, while the rates of others were 100.00% and the total success rate was 96.43%. The internal reliability ranged from 0.724 to 0.974 across all the scales, except for SF (r = 0.603) and VT (r = 0.697). The two-week test-retest reliability ranged from 0.610 to 0.845. Within factor analysis, two common factors were confirmed, separately representing physical health and mental health, altogether contributing 64.4% of the total variance., Conclusion: As a revised version of SF-36v1, the SF-36v2 seemed to be more preferable in layout for questions and answers and could reduce the ceiling and floor effect. Additionally, it also showed comparatively well reliability and validity. And thereby we believed the SF-36v2 could be applied to assess the life quality among urban residents in Chengdu.

Objective: To observe the effect of curing-injury cataplasma on the expression of aquaporin protein 3 (AQP-3) in skeletal muscle of rat model with acute injury in soft tissues., Methods: A total of 54 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, and by using 10% sodium sulfide the depilating treatment was made in the thigh lateral of each left hind leg 1 day before modeling. The depilatory area in the control group was merely marked with striking range, not attacked for modeling. In the depilatory area of the modeling group, the blowing apparatus was used to attack the marked range to establish the model of soft tissue swelling with acute injury, to which none medication was given. In the drug treatment group, immediately after establishing the model of soft tissue swelling with acute injury, curing-injury cataplasma was scattered on the stricken area, and fixed with bandage. After the modeling, the rats were killed at 1 h, 6 h, 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, and 7 d, 3 rats in each group at each time point. In the marked area some tissue was taken, and the dry/wet proportion method was used to detect the water content in the skeletal muscle. Western blot and qPCR method were used for the AQP-3 protein and the level of gene expression., Results: At the six time points, for the modeling and drug treatment groups, the water content of skeletal muscle was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). At 3 d, 5 d and 7 d, the water content in the drug treatment group was lower than that of the modeling group (P<0.01); for the modeling and drug treatment groups, AQP-3 protein and the level of gene expression were higher than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the drug treatment group and the modeling group (P<0.01)., Conclusion: Curing-injury cataplasma can relieve soft tissue swelling with acute injury, and accelerate the repair process after the injury.

Objective: To explore a noninvasive, effective and preoperative method of diagnosis for nasopharyngeal angiofibroma., Method: The craniocervical examination oncotropic by 99mTc-MIBI imaging was performed in 3 patients with nasopharyngeal angiofibroma., Result: Early 99mTc-MIBI imaging was weakly positive and late its imaging was radioactively defective in 3 cases of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. 99mTc-MIBI imaging of the angiofibroma was significantly different from that of malignant and benign tumors., Conclusion: 99mTc-MIBI oncotropic imaging is of qualitatively diagnostic value for nasopharyngeal angiofibroma before operation, because 99mTc-MIBI imaging was of certain features.

Based on energy balance method, the daily and monthly variations of evapotranspiration are measured in Pumica granatum stand in Lower Taihang Mountain. The evapotranspiration in different phenophase is also calculated. The results indicated that Pumica granatum trees close their stoma to decrease physiological transpiration at noon when the radiation is very intense. In Pumica granatum stand, the evapotranspiration was highly linearly correlated with net radiation. The regression equation was Y = 0.0029 X--0.1449, and regression coefficient can reach 0.9. The total evapotranspiration was 424.08 mm, 64.59% of which was consumed from flowering phase to fruit maturing phase. Two essential supplementary irrigation, one in germination phase and the another before flowering phase, should be implemented to ensure the healthy growth of Pumica granatum trees.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between blood nitrogen monoxide(NO) and PaO2 or PaCO2 levels in patients with severe and moderate acute carbon monoxide poisoning., Method: The blood levels of NO in patients with severe and moderate acute carbon monoxide poisoning was assayed with nitrate reductase method, and its correlation with the blood levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 was analyzed., Results: The blood level of NO in patients with severe and moderate acute carbon monoxide poisoning were (36.6 +/- 9.9) and (35.7 +/- 10.7) mumol/L respectively, significantly lower than that of control group[(64.9 +/- 14.3) mumol/L, P < 0.01], but there was no significant difference between moderate and severe patients(P > 0.05). The analysis of linear correlation showed that there was significant positive correlation between NO and PaO2 but not PaCO2., Conclusion: Anoxia of patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning may be an important cause to reduce NO level in blood. This study provides the basis for low NO concentration inhalation in treatments of acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
