Background Metabolic syndrome (MS) has become a global health problem, and most studies have focused on the correlation of MS and its components with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), but whether there is a dose-response relationship of ALT and AST with MS needs to be further explored. Objective To explore the relationship of ALT and AST with the risk of MS in the elderly, and provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of MS. Methods A health examination with multi-stage sampling method was conducted to residents (≥60 years) from 162 townships (streets) under jurisdiction of 18 cities of Henan Province in 2022. The investigation was performed with physical examination and laboratory test. Logistic regression model combined with restricted cubic spline model was recruited to analyze the relationship of ALT and AST with the risk of MS. Results Totally, 112 605 research participants were enrolled, of whome the prevalence of MS was 18.6% (20 935/112 605), ALT abnormality was 5.4% (6 132/112 605), and AST abnormality was 6.8% (7 661/112 605). In the production process of aerospace structural parts, there coexist batch production tasks and research and development (R&D) tasks. Personalized small-batch R&D and production tasks lead to frequent emergency insertion orders. In order to ensure that the task is completed on schedule and to solve the flexible job shop dynamic scheduling problem, this paper takes minimization of equipment average load and total completion time as optimization goals, and proposes a dual-loop deep Q network (DL-DQN) method driven by a perception-cognition dual system. Based on the knowledge graph, the perception system realizes the representation of workshop knowledge and the generation of multi-dimensional information matrix. The cognitive system abstracts the scheduling process into two stages: resource allocation agent and process sequencing agent, corresponding to two optimization goals respectively. The workshop status matrix is designed to describe the problems and constraints. In scheduling decision, action instructions are introduced step by step. Finally, the reward function is designed to realize the evaluation of resource allocation decision and process sequence decision. Application of the proposed method in the aerospace shell processing of an aerospace institute and comparative analysis of different algorithms verify the superiority of the proposed method.

Aiming at the problem that the underground positioning of coal mine mostly depends on RFID positioning technology, and the upgrade cost of accurate positioning is high, a multi-positioning technology protocol fusion positioning system is proposed. While compatible with regional positioning, the system can realize the access of ZigBee technology and UWB technology positioning equipment, reduce the cost of precise positioning upgrade, realize the upgrading of coal mine personnel positioning technology, promote the fusion development of RFID regional positioning and ZigBee and UWB precise positioning technology, further improve the positioning accuracy of underground positioning system, and build a highly reliable and full coverage information system interactive network, this paper proposes a positioning system which can realize three positioning methods for data interaction, to meet the application requirements of different areas and different application scenarios.

At present, most rumor detection work mainly based on the original text content, communication structure and communication text content of Twitter or Weibo. However, these methods ignored the effective integration of original text features with other features, as well as the role of propagating users in the process of rumor propagation. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing work, a multi-feature fusion model GCNs-BERT based on graph convolutional network was proposed, which combined the features of the original text, the propagating user and the propagating structure. Firstly, a propagation graph was constructed based on the propagation structure and the propagation users, and the combination of multiple user attributes was used as the propagation node feature. Then, multiple graph convolutional networks were used to learn the representation of the propagation graph with different user attribute combinations, and BERT model was used to learn the feature representation of the original text content. Finally, the fusion with the features learned by the graph convolutional network was used to detect rumors. A large number of experiments using publicly available Weibo data sets showed that the GCNs-BERT model was significantly better than the baseline method. In addition, the generalization ability experiment of GCNs-BERT model was conducted on the novel coronavirus epidemic data set. The training sample size of this data set was only 1/ 5 of that of the public Weibo data set, and the accuracy rate was still 92. 5%, which proved that the model had good generalization ability. Based on the problem of weak remote power supply capacity of intrinsically safe power supply in coal mines, according to the centralized power supply mode of point-to-point power supply in the field, this paper analyzes the fault phenomenon caused by insufficient power supply capacity of intrinsically safe equipment when working in the field, and analyzes the reasons for the reduction of intrinsically safe power supply capacity. Based on the transient characteristics of intrinsically safe equipment and the internal resistance of power supply cable, the methods of restraining the impulse current of intrinsically safe equipment and raising the voltage through the middle of the line to reduce the line loss are proposed to improve the remote power supply capacity of intrinsically safe power supply. The experiments show that the remote power supply capability of the intrinsically safe power supply system can be effectively improved by the methods, and the power supply distance can be effectively extended under the same output power condition.

For problems of existing mine-used power supply such as inconvenient access, large volume, poor anti-fluctuation ability, complex circuit and high cost, a mine-used adaptive power supply with super wide input voltage range was designed. The power supply adopts input-series flyback converter, which can reduce voltage stress of power switching tube and convert super wide input voltage into stable DC voltage. The test results show that when input voltage is AC85-900 V, the maximum error of power supply output voltage is only 1.1%, ripple voltage is not more than 139 mV, and efficiency is 87.4%. In test of insulation withstand voltage, leakage current is not more than 1.53 mA and insulation resistance is not less than 50 MΩ, which meet explosion-proof requirements of GB 3836.4-2010 Explosive atmospheres Part 4: Equipment protection by intrinsic safety 'i'.

For problems of existing mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe type power supply with multiple input voltage level such as large voltage fluctuation, heavy weight and difficult maintenance, a design scheme of mine-used power supply with super wide input voltage range was put forward. The power supply uses a combination of Buck topology and Flyback topology, and can convert super wide input voltage of AC80-900 V to a stable DC voltage. Experimental results show that the power supply has strong anti input fluctuation performance, stable output voltage, low ripple and high efficiency.

In view of the fact that in exerting field weakening control over permanent magnet synchronous motor used in electric power steering for solving the problem of heavy steering wheel during tight cornering, the voltage drop across the stator resistance cannot be ignored, two field weakening control strategies of ismax control and usmax control are proposed and the simulation with Matlab/Simulink and the bench test are conducted. Objective: To evaluate surgical treatment methods for preserving laryngeal function and voice reconstruction for patients with hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal carcinoma., Method: 16 patients with hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal carcinoma were treated with preserving larynx in 8 cases, partial laryngectomy with laryngeal reconstruction in 3, voice reconstruction by blom-singer technique without laryngeal function preservation in 5. The types of hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal reconstruction included gastric transpostion, pectoralis major myocutaneous flap, free forearm flap, delto-pectoral skin flap, sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap, platysma myocutaneous flap and laryngeal-tracheal flap following carcinoma resection., Result: Deglutition restored in all patients except one who died of heat-break in 14th day after the operation. 13 patients rehabilitated speech, total laryngeal function restoration in 6 cases, partial laryngeal function restoration in 2 cases. The overall following-up was from 2 to 5 years. For the 5 cases with blom-singer voice reconstruction, all of them restored speech function., Conclusion: To improve life quality, laryngeal function preservation and voice reconstruction should be done for patients with hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal carcinoma. Surgery methods should be carefully selected according to tumor's site, staging, patient's general condition and age.
