Sand and dust storms are significant natural disasters which affect East Asia and China in spring, occurring from March to May. Performances of CMA-CUACE/Dust, an operational Asian sand and dust storm numerical forecasting system of CMA since 2006, are analyzed. It’s found that the model overestimates in Central Asia, underestimates in northern Mongolia, and diffuses too quickly in downwind areas far away from the source area, especially in Northern China, Korean Peninsula and Japan, resulting in low peak values or less lingering time there for very extreme sand and dust storm events. A scale-adaptive dust emission scheme is applied by resolving the mean wind speed of the model grid into sectional one which can account for values larger than the mean value by Weibull integration function. This significant aspect is crucial because the dust emission is the third power of the wind in the dust emission scheme. New wind erosion database is also adopted which consists of the updated desertification by using twenty-year surface data and new parameters deduced from site observations in the heart of Gobi Desert, determining the size distribution of the emitted dust together with the soil texture data sampling from main deserts in China.After evaluation for the strongest sand and dust episode of 13-17 in March 2021 in East Asia in the past decade, and the consistent run in the same operational environment from 1 March to 31 May in 2023, it is found that the updated CMA-CUACE/Dust effectively improves disadvantages such as overestimation in Central Asia, underestimation in northern Mongolia, and rapid dissipation in China. The predicted peak dust concentration of the extreme episode closely matches observations in China both in the source area and in Shanghai after a 4-day transportation. Threat score (TS) of three-month forecast run also indicates that the improved model shows good consistency and continuity in forecast results across various forecast lengths. TS for 1-5 days with different forecast lengths is significantly higher than that of the previous operational system and surpasses those of Korean dust model—ADAM (the Asian Dust Aerosol Model). Furthermore, the missing rate is significantly reduced, while the false alarm rate remains almost unchanged. TS for episodes beyond the level of sand and storms are all above 0.3, with some exceeding 0.5. All these findings show that the improved model performs much better than the previous one.

With the aim of effectively removing tannin from Rosa roxburghii juice, reducing astringency, and enhancing its taste, chemical precipitation was applied, and ginger protein was used as the tannin remover. Besides, tannin removal rate and vitamin C (VC) retention rate were adopted as the key analytical parameters. In addition, single-factor experiment and orthogonal test were used to determine the optimal tannin removal process for ginger protein. The results were as follows: (1) The optimal conditions for removing tannin from R. roxburghii juice with ginger protein were a liquid-solid ratio of 30∶1.2 (mL∶g), R. roxburghii juice pH of 3.0, a stirring temperature of 5 ℃, and a stirring time of 30 min. (2) According to orthogonal test analysis, the degree of influence of various factors on removing tannin from R. roxburghii juice was liquid-solid ratio > stirring temperature > R. roxburghii juice pH > stirring time. (3) Under the optimal process conditions, the tannin removal rate and VC retention rate were (47.451±0.608)% and（75.904±1.244）% respectively. (4) Under the optimal process conditions, juice transmittance rate increased from (8.44±0.662)% to (92.47±0.397)%, the astringency of R. roxburghii juice was significantly reduced, and its flavor was improved. In summary, this study provides a novel approach and a new technological route for solving common key technical problems faced by the deep processing industry of R. roxburghii juice and also provides a certain technical reference for exploiting ginger resources comprehensively.

In order to solve the problems of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and easy aging of organic solvent based anti-corrosion coatings commonly used for reinforcing steel bars in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) plates，waterborne inorganic silicate anti-corrosion coatings were prepared by using modified high-modulus potassium silicate solution，zinc silicate powder and additives.The influence of zinc silicate content on the workability，adhesion and bonding strength of the coating was studied.The chemical composition，phase composition，and microstructure of the coating were characterized，and the anti-corrosion performance of the coating was analyzed.Results showed that the bonding strength of the paint gradually decreased with the increase of the zinc silicate content.And the adhesive strength increased first and then decreased as increasing the content of zinc silicate.When the content of zinc silicate was 50% (mass fraction)，the paint exhibited superior physical，mechanical and anti-corrosion properties due to the suitable ratio of film-forming material to pigment and filler.The adhesion and bonding strength were 3.9 MPa and 1.8 MPa，respectively.Moreover，after immersion in the solution with 3.5%NaCl for 7 d，the open circuit and polarization resistance of the paint were -221 mV，39 470 Ω·cm2，respectively.The flat and smooth paint，the passivation film on the surface of the substrate，and the relatively dense hydrated calcium silicate at the interface between AAC and the coating provided a good physical shielding for the substrate.

Aiming at the problem of negative migration in multi-task recommendation, the multi-task recommen-dation model of dual perception gated interaction (DPGI-MTRM) is proposed. Firstly, in the multi-task sharing network and the proprietary network, the dual-sensing feature extraction module (called the dual-sensing expert layer) is innovatively designed. Its function is to obtain the element-level and vector-level dual-sensing feature representation for the input features. Secondly, a task interaction layer is proposed on the basis of the gated network, which interactively calculates the features output by the gated network to extract high-level semantic relevance between tasks, and at the same time uses the residual method plus the original input gated feature vector to reduce possible noise interference caused by task interaction. Finally, by stacking a dual perception expert layer and a gated interaction layer, and then connecting the neural network output layer of a specific task, a multi-task recommendation model of dual perception gated interaction is obtained. In addition, the multi-objective optimization method of gradient normalization is used during model training, so that the model can better converge. Experiments are conducted on the Census-income, Synthetic Data and Ali-CCP datasets, and the AUC (area under curve) and MSE (mean square error) indicators are used for evaluation. Experimental results show that the proposed model performs better than other benchmark models and achieves more advanced performance.

Since the first proposal by Seeman in 1982, DNA nanostructures have been gradually improved, and have been widely developed and applied to the field of biomedical fields. In recent years, as a representative of 3D DNA nanostructures, tetrahedral framework nucleic acids (tFNA) has made certain research progress and has good application prospects in frontier fields such as biosensors, tumor therapy, antigen detection, regenerative medicine, with the advantages of their good biocompatibility, editability, high stability and easy preparation. This paper briefly describes the concepts of tFNA, and summarizes the applications and research progress of tFNA in the following fields from the perspective of therapeutic applications: ① Building novel self-assembled complexes to improve the efficacy of free drugs, carrying small RNA molecules to slow down tumor progression, and self-assembled complexes for targeted therapy, etc, as biological vectors and tumor drug delivery. ② Regulating inflammation and immune response, such as reducing the level of inflammatory factors, treating inflammatory diseases, preventing diabetes, and acting as immunomodulators, etc. ③ Enhancing tissue regeneration, such as promoting stem cell proliferation and differentiation, stimulating peripheral nerve regeneration, and facilitating wound repair through angiogenesis. This review summarizes the research progress of tFNA, and looks forward to its application prospects based on the analysis of the shortcomings of existing research, in order to provide reference for further research.

Renin⁃angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis, water and electrolyte balance in the body, and angiotensin converting enzyme Ⅱ (ACE2) and its axis of action angiotensin⁃(1⁃7) [Ang⁃(1⁃7)] and Mas receptor (MasR) composed of Ang⁃(1⁃7) and MasR axis can play an important role in this process, it can widely participate in the pathophysiological process of central nervous system diseases. Based on the structure and function of RAS, this study plans to sort out the latest relevant research results on the role of ACE2⁃Ang⁃(1⁃7)⁃MasR axis in ischemic stroke, cognitive dysfunction, anxiety state and neurodegenerative disease, improve the understanding of researchers and clinicians, and provide ideas for the development of new targets for central nervous system disease drugs in the future.

Objective To study the change of serum bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 and BMP-4 during the development of sepsis and its mechanisms. Methods Blood was collected for quantifying serum BMP-2 and BMP-4 from patients with sepsis (sepsis group), patients without sepsis (non-sepsis group) in 24 hours of ICU admission and from healthy volunteers (control group). Concentration of serum BMP-2 and BMP-4 was determined by ELISA. The expression of BMP-2, pSmad1/5, and BMPRⅡ of lip polysaccharide (LPS)-treated rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (RPMECs) was detected by Western blot. Results Serum BMP-2 and BMP-4 were significantly increased in sepsis group (P＜0.05) and the level of BMP-2 was significantly higher in sepsis group than that in non-sepsis group (P＜0.05). BMP-2 was found to be a marker for differential diagnosis of separating sepsis LPS may significantly increase the expression of BMP-2 of RPMECs but decrease the expression of phosphorylated Smad1/5 (pSmad1/5) and BMP receptor Ⅱ (BMPRⅡ) (P＜0.05). Conclusions BMP-2 is a potential diagnostic marker and act as apro-inflammatory factor in early phase of sepsis.

The self-assembly of thorium complexes can be largely affected by ligand, while the role of alkali cations in the self-assembly requires further exploration. In this work, a series of thorium sulfate complexes were obtained by adding different alkali metal cations in the reactions, showing that alkali cations play a significant role in determining the topology and the hydrolysis product of thorium complexes. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the incorporations of K+ and Cs+ ions result in a series of thorium sulfate structures with different dimensionalites, which include 1D chain, 2D layered network, and 3D frameworks. The larger Cs+ ion promotes the formation of two-dimensional layered topology and a rare ［Th3(μ3-O)］10+ trimeric polynuclear center. Rather than playing an innocent role in directing the structure, this work shows that alkali counterions affect both the overall topology and the nucleation of affording complexes.

This work reviewed the research on cold sprayed metallic glass coatings in recent years, summarized the effect of spraying process parameters on the preparation of Fe - based, Al - based, Cu - based, and Ni - based metallic glass coatings. Meanwhile, the crystallization and the deposition mechanism of metallic glass coatings were elaborated, and the properties of coatings were concluded from aspects of hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Finally, the development trend of cold spraying technology in the preparation of metallic glass was prospected.

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of neck exercises combined with stimulating Baihui (DU20) and Yongquan (KI1) acupoints based on the concept of muscle and bone balance on patients with cervical hypertension (CHBP ) of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.MethodsA total of 60 patients with CHBP of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were treated in the Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to April 2020, which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine antihypertensive treatment, and the observation group was additionally given neck exercises combined with stimulating Baihui and Yongquan acupoints. Neck exercises mainly included four movements: forward neck flexion stretch, lateral neck flexion stretch, holding up hands and looking up, stretching hands backward and looking up. Each set of exercises included all the above movements. Patients completed three sets of exercises each time, three times a day, continous treatment for 14 days. Stimulating Baihui and Yongquan acupoints included head and neck scraping therapy and moxibustion of Yongquan acupoint, once every other day. It lasted for seven times. The systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), visual analogue scale (VAS), neck disability index (NDI) score, TCM syndrome score, and the effective rate of antihypertensive were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.ResultsThe SBP and DBP of both groups decreased significantly after the treatment, VAS score, NDI score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group decreased significantly after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (PPP

BACKGROUND The detection of trace mercury in rocks typically provides biased and non-reliable results because of the complex internal unit cell structure, incomplete hot water bath acid hydrolysis extraction, volatilization loss, and contact pollution. OBJECTIVES To establish a more effective method for the determination of trace mercury concentrations in rocks. METHODS Dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and domestic solid sampling-cold atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) were used to detect the total concentration of trace mercury in rocks. RESULTS Under the optimized conditions of dual-channel AFS, the samples were extracted in a boiling water bath with 80% aqua regia solution for 50min. The current was 30mA, the negative high voltage was 280V, the carrier gas flow was 600mL/min, and the shielding gas flow was 1000mL/min. The concentration range was 0.05-2μg/L, and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The sample weight was 0.2g, method detection limit was 0.285μg/kg, and relative standard deviation was 7.3%-15.3%. For domestic solid sampling-cold AAS, the sample was determined by direct injection without chemical digestion. The carrier gas flow was 180mL/min, pyrolysis process was conducted for 60s at 700℃. The concentration range was determined to be 0.05-5ng, and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The sample weight was 0.1g, method detection limit was 0.046μg/kg, and relative standard deviation was 1.3%-4.2%. CONCLUSIONS The solid sampling-cold AAS was found to be more effective than dual-channel AFS in terms of operation, detection limit, and stability. It is more suitable for the determination of trace mercury in rocks.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is highly invasive and has poor prognosis. At present, there is no effective adjuvant treatment. With the indepth researches on ICC-related tumor microenvironment, gene, protein, epigenetic modification and signaling pathway, the potential therapeutic targets have been found. This article will review the novel potential therapeutic targets of ICC.

Based on the thin plate stability theory determined by energy criterion, the finite element model of unstable deformation of ultra-thin plate laser welded joint was established. The temperature field and stress field of 316L steel foil plate surfacing welding with 0.07 mm thickness were simulated by ABAQUS, and the distribution of inherent strain was obtained. The eigenvalue buckling analysis of the post-welding instability deformation behavior in thin plate was carried out by using inherent strain obtained by integral calculation as equivalent load. Compared with the measured deformation results of laser welding, it was found that the ultra-thin metal plate presents concave-convex deformation mode after lower heat input, while convex-concave deformation occurs after higher heat input in the thin plate. The parameters of the numerical model were optimized, and the reasons for the change of the deformation mode of the thin plate were discussed. The nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out by introducing the low-order eigenvalue buckling mode as the initial deformation trend, and the unstable deformation was simulated, which is basically consistent with the actual deformation measurement results. Keeping the ratio of length to width of the thin plate at 1:1 and changing the size of the thin plate, the numerical relationship between the critical instability load and the size of the thin plate was fitted. The results show that the smaller the area of the thin plate is, the greater the critical buckling load of the thin plate is. With the increase of the thickness of the thin plate, the critical buckling load is increased significantly.

As the rapid development of modern manufacturing, the past decades have witnessed a trend in which jobs are firstly processed in distributed production factories and then assembled into the final products in an assembly factory after completion. Such manufacturing mode brings many advantages as well as some new challenges on resource scheduling. This paper surveys literature on the distributed assembly permutation flowshop scheduling problem (DAPFSP). Firstly, the background and main issues in DAPFSP are introduced. Then, mathematical models, encoding and decoding schemes, and global and local search algorithms are thoroughly discussed for DAPFSP with the objective of minimizing the maximal completion time. Additionally, recent advances on DAPFSP with various objectives, such as total flow time, DAPFSP with other constraints like no-wait, and DAPFSP by taking issues including setup time into consideration are also surveyed. Rapeseed is an essential oil crop in China. Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are the main planting areas, which account for more than 42% of the total planted area of rapeseed in China. The area has more than 3467 ha of winter fallow field, with massive potential for utilization. The total mechanization rate of rapeseed tillage, seeding and harvesting in the 3 provinces is higher than national average. Still, the uneven development, insufficient utilization of idle fields in winter, low levels of mechanization and intelligence, are technical bottlenecks for improving whole mechanization. This paper analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of the rapeseed industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, combing tillage, seeding, harvesting key aspects of mechanization and intelligent technology, and gives the technical routes of the whole process of rapeseed production that could be promoted. Meanwhile, a comparative analysis of the technical characteristics and difficulties in promoting the application of the "tillage, seeding and harvesting" aspects of rapeseed production was carried out. Development trend of rapeseed production technology mode is semi-mechanized, mechanized to intelligent in the winter fallow fields. The technical development paths of each link are discribed as "anti-blocking, anti-sticky, anti-tangle, and high-speed, efficient, low consumption" mechanized tillage. Integrated tillage and seeding technology to complete multiple working procedures simultaneously. High efficiency, low consumption and low loss of rapeseed mechanized harvesting technology should be combined with harvesting and two-stage harvesting synergistic development. The mechanization technology of feeding, vegetable and fertilizer and the critical technology of intelligent rapeseed production should also be developed and applied simultaneously. To achieve high yield, several suggestions for promoting full mechanization technology model for rapeseed in the mid-winter fields of the Yangtze River are proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pore throat distribution is an important factor controlling the physical properties of low-permeability and tight sandstone reservoirs. The evaluation of pore throat distribution is based on the analytical methods of micro features of reservoirs, and it is necessary to synthesize multiple methods to quantify the pore throat distribution. Quantitative evaluation method of High Pressure Mercury Injection (HPMI) pore throat distribution was developed based on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) calibration. Fluid states can be identified by the comparison of transverse relaxation time T2 spectrum before and after centrifugation, which enables the redefining of T2 boundaries (T21 and T22) of three pore components of NMR. Furthermore, pore throat is divided into irreducible fluid pore throat, transition fluid pore throat and movable fluid pore throat accordingly. T2 boundaries are then converted to pore throat radius boundaries r1 and r2 by the correlativity between T2 value and pore throat radius. Finally, pore throat distribution is evaluated quantitatively by statistics of the content of various types of pore throat (S1, S2 and S3). This method combines the advantages of HPMI describing fluid states and NMR characterizing pore throat size. The method was applied to evaluate the pore throat distribution of low-permeability and tight sandstone reservoirs in the Huagang Formation of Xihu Depression. The average conversion coefficient C between T2 value and pore throat radius is 0.0079, and pore throat radius boundaries r1 and r2 are 60 nm and 160 nm, respectively. Pore throat is classified into four types according to the content of various types of pore throat, which provides new parameters and thought for further reservoirs evaluation.

Surface physicochemical properties of aluminum alloy can be changed by different surface treatment methods, which determines the performance of adhesively bonded joints. This paper reviews the research status on the interfacial bonding strength and corrosion resistance of adhesively bonded aluminum alloys joints from the perspectives of surface roughness, surface micro-structure, surface oxide and coated chemistry properties. Then the problems and development of adhesively bonded aluminum alloys are discussed. The characterization of the aluminum surface physical and chemical properties and the relation model between the surface properties and the adhesive performance are considered to be focused directions for the further research.

For the problem that a single physical and chemical index of pomelo can not characterize the whole fruit quality and the non-destructive detection accuracy of its internal quality is poor, visible and near-infrared spectroscopy, machine vision and dynamic weighing technology were used to build dynamic non-destructive detection test prototype and build neural network model to investigate the comprehensive quality detection method of pomelo. It was found that by collecting multi-feature information of pomelo (spectral features, fruit shape descriptors, dynamic mass, etc.) and through data fusion and analysis, the comprehensive quality indexes (HP and STP) were built, and a BP neural network model was built, which can accurately detect the internal quality of honey pomelo and Shatian pomelo. Rpre² reaches 0.930 1 and 0.936 1, respectively, which are higher than the detection results of other internal quality indexes (SSC, TA, MC and E). It has the advantages of higher efficiency, fast speed and high precision. Ti60 titanium alloy plates were welded by electron beam,and the welding residual stress was tested and simulated by the residual stress tester and finite element analysis. The comparison of the residual stress values caused in the three kinds of welding processes of pre-heating, slow cooling and both pre-heating and slow cooling was carried out. The residual stress distribution law was also studied. Results show that in the vertical welding section, the longitudinal welding residual stress tested is similar to that simulated as to the change trend; in the parallel welding section, the distributions of the tested and simulated longitudinal welding residual stress are similar. These prove that the finite element analysis is reasonable and reliable. The process of pre-heating has little influence on the welding residual stress, but the slow cooling process can change its distribution.

The particle size, morphology and crystal type of talc have important effects on its effective application and the function of the end products. Current study of talc focuses mainly on the surface modification, but there are few studies on their morphology and crystalline structure. The changes of morphology and crystalline structure of talc from Liaoning induced by strong mechanic grinding were investigated using X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Infrared Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyzer and Field Emission Scanning Microscopy (FE-SEM). The results show that the MgO/SiO2 molar ratio is 0.45, which is lower than the calculated value (0.75) for ideal talc. The crystalline structure has been destroyed after prolonged grinding. Namely, the structure of talc is changed from a crystalline state into an amorphous state after grinding. With the increase of grinding time, the particle size repeats diminution, enlargement, diminution processes. The morphology of powder was changed after grinding, which gradually changed to be a torispherical shape, and then had a refinement-reunion-refinement process. The conclusion of the circulation change has an important guiding significance and reference value for the further processing and application of talc and the study of related mineral powders.

The effect of fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume and water reducing agent on the mechanical properties of foam concrete was studied by orthogonal test. The mix proportion of foam concrete was designed. The compressive strength, porosity and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete under different dry bulk density were studied, the correlation between dry density and three factors was explored. The results show that mineral powder and silica fume can effectively enhance the strength of foam concrete. There is a nonlinear constitutive relationship between the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foam concrete and dry density, and porosity is negatively correlated with the dry density of foam concrete. The incorporation of coral sand has an adverse effect on the performance of foam concrete. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objectives] To assess the effectiveness of Harmonia axyridis Pallas, reared on Ephestia kuehniella Zeller eggs, as a biological control for adult bean aphids, Aphis craccivora Koch, and determine the optimum H. axyridis release density required for effective biological control of this aphid. [Methods] The predatory efficiency of H. axyridis reared on either E. kuehniella eggs or aphids, on adult bean aphids, A. craccivora, was assessed in a laboratory. [Results] Predation by newly emerged H. axyridis adults on A. craccivora was of the Holling- II type. The theoretical maximum predation rates of H. axyridis reared on fresh eggs, UV-killed eggs, frozen eggs, frozen eggs with honey, or aphids, were 88.20, 97.73, 78.64, 101.81, 107.70 prey ⋅ d-1, respectively, and there was no significant difference between these 5 treatments in average predation rate on aphids. At the same prey density, the search efficiency of H. axyridis reared on these five different diets was also very similar. After fitting the new Holling functional response model, the highest possible H. axyridis density without inter-specific competition, 31.89, was the best for biological control of aphids. [Conclusion] H. axyridis adults raised on E. kuehniella eggs could control aphids as well as those raised on aphids and the predatory functional response model of both groups was of the Holling- II type. The parameters of the predation function of H. axyridis fed on frozen eggs with honey were most similar to those of the control. Therefore, in terms of predation efficiency, frozen eggs with honey are the best diet for H. axyridis. Thalamic stroke accounts for 2%-3% of total cerebrovascular diseases. Thalamus contains multiple complex nuclei with variant blood supplies, therefore thalamic ischemic stroke presents various clinical manifestations which will emerge difficulties in precise clinical diagnosis at acute stage. This review summarizes and integrates thalamic anatomical structure, blood supplies and corresponding clinical manifestations, aiming to provide overview of thalamic ischemic stroke and to improve efficacy of early diagnosis and treatment. This paper proposed a new image deformation calculative method, which was suited to both triangle and quadrilateral topology structures. The similar mapping principle in the geometric space was found between the triangle coordinates and quadrilateral coordinates by geometric method. Based on the intuitive geometric definition, the mapping reduced the quadrilateral coordinates solutions' space from 3-dimension in BC to 2-dimension. Besides, the method realized image non-linear deformation by combining the solutions with spline interpolation or physical models to construct the deformation space. Experiments show that this method has the advantages of intuitiveness and convenience when fulfiiling the image's linear and non-linear deformation and is an efficient way for image deformation. The anchorage performances, mixing uniformity of resin anchoring agent, setting torque and thrust of the current five kinds of resin anchoring holts with different rod shapes in coal mine roadways were studied by laboratory tests. Rased on the analysis on damage modes of rock bolting components and factors resulting in the failure, their mechanical performances, including rebar, thread, plate, domed washer and anti-friction washer, were studied. The stress distribution features of rebar and thread on varying loading states were analyzed through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The effects of rebar profile and geometric parameters on die anchorage force and installation resistance were tested in laboratory, the compressive performance of plates and the compatibility between the components on bolt end were also tested. The mechanical performances of resin capsules and their affecting factors were studied. Research results point out:bolt rods are acted by tension, bending, torsion, shear and their combination, bolt yielding is in normal state, and generally fracture at four points in coal mine roadways. Thread teeth sharply change the stress distribution on its surface and adjacent zone, and stress concentration occurs in the valley of thread teeth. The compressive deformation of domed plates can be divided intofive stages, and the arch height of plates should be more than a fixed value to guarantee their bearing capacity. The profiles, parameters and mechanical performances of the components on bolt end should be compatible to guarantee rock bolts laying in good stress state. Resin capsules should be compatible with the rebar and borehole to guarantee a better cohesive performance between the interfaces of boltresin and resin-rock. [Objective] A feasible mechanism for randomly mixed way of rare tree multi- species in southern China was explored to provide preliminary theoretical references for creating excellent managing modes for rare tree multi - species in Guangxi. [Method]By adopting the combination of sample plot survey and indoor analysis method,the under growth litter reserves, nutrient and water holding capacity of 6-year mixed forest of multi species, Erythrophloeum fordii and Tectona grandis mixed forest, Erythrophloeum fordii pure forest and Dalbergia odorifera pure forest were studied. [Result]The results indicated that litter standing crop was Erythrophloeum fordii and Tectona grandis mixed forest (4550.4 kg/ha) >mixed forest of multi species (3984.9 kg/ha) > Dalbergia odorifera (2198.1 kg/ha (and Erythrophloeum fordii (1862.4 kg/ha (pure forest. C/N of mixed forest of multispecies was 20.98" 1, meanwhile the proportion of F layer was 49.34%. Moreover the total nutrient of NPK (66.67 kg/ha (was higher than any other stand. The Gauss global radial basis function (GRBF) was used to simulate the unknown function of the changing wave height differential equation for shallow water deformation. Through a case analysis a new GRBF method was built to obtain the numerical solution of this equation in the conditions of laminar as well as turbulent boundary layers, and the GRBF calculation results were compared with those from the traditional numerical methods. The average calculation error of the GRBF method is smaller than that of the other methods, which indicates higher calculation accuracy of the proposed method. Meanwhile, based on the GRBF approximation results, a fitting function to the numerical solution of the wave height differential equation for deformed shallow water was formulated and intended to replace the corresponding intangible analytical solution in engineering application. Objective By observing the change in P38-MAPK signal pathway and score of clinical manifestations, to investigate the mechanism of Jintiange capsules in the prevention and treatment of the knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods Seventy-eight patients with KOA, who conformed to the diagnosis criteria and including criteria, were selected and randomly divided into two groups; intervention group and control group. Patients in intervention group were treated with Jintiange capsules for 12 weeks, while patients in control group were treated with alendronate sodium for 12 weeks, The scores of KOA clinical manifestation were documented before and after the treatment. The changes of MKK4. P38α, P38-γ, and MMP13 mRNA were detected using real-time PCR. Results The total effective rate in intervention group was 76. 92%, while the total effective rate in control group was 58. 97%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Before the treatment, the VAS score in two groups was 6. 20 ± 1.71 and 6.27 ± 1.86, respectively. And there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the treatment, the VAS score in both groups declined. After 1-week treatment, no significant differenct of the VAS score between the two groups was observed (P > 0.05). But after 4-week and 12-week treatment, the VAS score in intervention group was significant lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Before the treatment, the indexes of P38-MAPK signal pathway and the MMP-13 mRNA increased in KOA patients. After the treatment, the changes of P38α and MMP13 mRNA decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment (P < 0.05). However, the expression of MKK4 and P38α showed no significant difference compared with that before the treatment (P > 0.05). In order to recognize the dynamic signature on mobile terminals, a method based on the match of polar angle characteristics was applied. Firstly, a polar coordinate system was established under the centroid of signature and the centroid of the golden section. Secondly, the Cartesian coordinates which were acquired from mobile terminals were transformed to polar coordinates. Then the extreme points of polar angle characteristics were extracted and used to separate the whole signature. Finally, the integral similarity was obtained between the sample signature and template signature by calculating the similarity of all parts of these two signatures, which can be used to judge whether the sample signature and template signature were made by the same person. The experiment results show that the average false rejection rate of the method is 6. 93 % while the false acceptance rate is 11.26%, so the method can be applied to recognize the dynamic signature on mobile terminals effectively. Bolt full-length prestressed anchor method is an effective means to solve support problem of complex and difficult roadway, but the difficulty of construction, has been restricting its application and promotion. This paper was committed to solve the difficult problem of coal mine roadway full-length anchoring through optimized anchor shape, under the premise of the guarantee of anchor performance. The paper used laboratory testing, researched on the relationship between the bolt shape and anchorage bolt performance and installation resistance. Optimized bolt profile height is reduced from 1.46 mm to 1.00 mm, bolt profile spacing is increased from 11.05 mm to 33.15 mm, bolt profile with staggered arrangement mode. After this improvement, the bolt drawing force than the original increased by 7.7% when the pull-out test of the bolt is at 125 mm; Installation process is reduced by about 40% than before optimization; the thrust to install bolt is about 50% of the original, with maximum of 0.73 kN. A new numerical calculation method for structural dynamic responses was proposed based on the approximation theory of radial basis function (RBF) and weighted residual collocation point method, with the time interval to replace the space distance as the independent variable of RBF for the first time. Aimed at the numerical characteristics of structural dynamics, a new RBF expression of joint interpolation combining displacement, velocity and acceleration was developed, and the concept and standard for precise calculation put forward. According to the numerical examples, the new method has significant advantages in solving strong stiff dynamic equations and structural transient-phase dynamic responses, compared with the Newmark method, Wilson-ϑ method and Runge-Kutta method. Its calculation accuracy is equivalent to that of the precise time-integration method. This new calculation method is independent of the computation efficiency-related dynamic eigen-matrix and the degrees of freedom of a problem. Plenty of empirical studies apply Engle-Granger (EG) two-step method which is designed for time series models directly to panel data models. However, it is valuable to study the validity of this extension and we find that it may result in severe consequences in some situations through Monte Carlo simulations. For example, this misuse may lead to over rejections in hypothesis testing. Meanwhile, we compare two cointegration tests suggested by Kao and Pedroni, respectively, and find that their finite sample performances vary according to sample size in the data generating process (DGP). The special metal mesh deformation test bench and gauged metal meshes were designed and manufactured in the laboratory, the maximum surface protecting force and deflection of three kinds of metal meshes under different supporting states were measured, the influence of different networking modes on the metal meshes intensity utilization rate were analyzed, the ultimate bearing capacity and strength utilization ratio under different supporting states of 3 kinds of metal mesh were obtained. The metal mesh intensity utilization rate is low and the networking intensity is the weak links to restrict the surface protecting force of metal meshes was pointed out. The generalized Hoek-Brown failure criterion was proved to account for the low tension strength as well as high compression strength under different stress states for the rock salt, through the comparison of four failure criteria with experimental data. An elasto-plastic model suitable for rock salt was presented by combining the Hoek-Brown criterion with stress dependent plastic flow rules. Furthermore, based on the Lemaitre equivalent strain theory, the creep damage component was introduced to establish a new elasto-viscoplastic damage model for the rock salt, which takes into account the transient phase, the steady state phase and the accelerated phase of creep. The constitutive model was validated on the laboratory test and implemented into a three dimensional finite difference software FLAC3D by its secondary development interface. The various rapid withdrawal simulations were conducted to analyze the damage and failure zone evolution around the Jintan salt cavern with the new model. The initial minimum cavern pressure was 7 MPa according to the calculated results. The study indicates that the new damage model agrees well with the rock salt test results and gives a faithful representation of the rock salt elasto-viscoplastic damage behavior. Support vector machine (SVM) is a novel type of learning machine, which has been successfully applied to short-term electricity load forecasting. However, its application indicates that how to confirm the parameters of SVM algorithm directly affects forecasting precision. On the basis of analyzing the parameter performance of SVM for regression estimation, a short-term electricity load forecasting model SCE-UA (shuffled complex evolution-University of Arizona) based on SVM is presented. In the process of establishing the model, the radial basis kernel function is introduced, which simplifies the course of solving non-linear problems, and the SCE-UA algorithm is applied to identifying the parameters of SVM. The model is applied to short-term electricity load forecasting using the actual 96 points daily data from Guizhou power grid. The results show that the proposed model not only overcomes the blindness of identifying SVM parameters, but also increases forecasting precision. This paper analyses the static convergence and dynamics of regional income distribution in rural China. The convergence of income distribution during 1989-2007 is examined by kernel density estimation and Silverman's multimodality test. It is found that there's no statistically significant "twin peaks" convergence in the regional income distribution. However, there exists a dynamic change in it. The results of factor analysis have the following two indications. First, between 1993 and 1998, the change of wage income and household business income resulted in the dynamic process of income distribution from "single peak" to "twin peaks", and back to "single peak" again. Especially, the change of household business income contributed to a "twin peaks" income distribution in the earlier stage and a "single peak" one in the later stage while the change of wage income always led to a "single peak" distribution. Second, the change of wage income had been the main driving force for maintaining "singe peak" distribution since 1999. The impact of wage income on the income distribution could be decomposed into a distributional effect and a growth effect, in which the latter, namely the growth of average regional income, was the key to maintaining the "single peak" income distribution in rural China.
