How to efficiently obtain the useful information needed by command personnel is the key to improve operational command effectiveness. The author uses the information automatic recommendation algorithm, on the basis of the information requirements proposed by the commander, extracts the useful information and automatically recommends to commander based on the text similarity. It can effectively improve the timeliness of information acquisition and command decision-making, and thus improve the effectiveness of combat command.
