BackgroundIn China， the structure shift from just one-child family to both one-child and more-than-one-child families is happening. Exploring how the sibling relationships effect between adolescent personality impulsivity and aggressivity is of great significance for promoting adolescent mental health as well as maintaining social harmony and stability.ObjectiveTo investigate the effecting path of sibling relationships between personality impulsivity and aggressivity in adolescents， so as to provide references for the prevention of violent and aggressive behavior in adolescents.MethodsFrom February to April， 2023， a total of 1 200 students with sibling relationships from 12 primary and secondary schools in a county of Sichuan province were included by random sampling. Barratt Impulsivity Scale （BIS-11）， Chinese Version of Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire （AQ-CV）， and Sibling Relationship Questionnaire （SRQ） were used for cross-sectional investigation. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the scores of these scales. Bootstrap method was used to test the effecting path of sibling relationships between personality impulsivity and aggressivity.ResultsThe total score of BIS-11 was positively correlated with that of AQ-CV as well as the scores of conflict and competition dimensions in SRQ （r=0.485、0.276、0.280，P

The effects of 60Co γ-ray irradition (absorbed dose: 0 kGy, 5 kGy, 15 kGy, 20 kGy, 30 kGy, and 50 kGy) on the pH, solubility, free amino acid content, and structural characteristics of Procambarus clarkii byproducts were studied. The results showed that irradiation reduced the pH value of the byproducts of the Procambarus clarkii, namely, the pH value decreased from 7.93 to 7.22. With increasing absorbed dose and water content, the solubility of the byproducts of Procambarus clarkii increased, with the highest solubility reaching 35.71% and the lowest being 16.23% in each treated sample. Irradiation could increase the content of free amino acids in the byproducts of Procambarus clarkii, and when the absorbed dose was 50 kGy, the content of free amino acids reached 34.66%. Through UV and infrared scanning revealed that the absorption characteristic absorption peaks of the byproducts did not show significant changes before and after irradiation, but the absorption intensity changed.

Based on the UMC 40 nm CMOS process, a programmable gain amplifier(PGA) with DC offset cancellation circuit(DCOC) is designed. The PGA adopts a closed-loop resistance negative feedback structure and consists of a cascade of two gain units. DCOC circuit is based on the traditional DC negative feedback structure, a nested feedback method is proposed to reduce the power consumption and area of DCOC circuit. The simulation results show that within the gain variation control range of 0～52 dB, the high pass cutoff frequency and the relative inhibition degree of DCOC are constant at 10 kHz and 50 dB,and the maximum correctable input misalignment at 0 dB is 110 mV. Compared with the traditional design method, the area of DCOC has been reduced by almost half.

[Purpose/Significance] The number of citations received by patents is an important indicator to measure the influence of patents. Since the citation potential of patents varies greatly by disciplines and publication years, the number of citations received by patents needs to be normalized before cross-disciplinary comparison and cross-year comparison. [Method/Process] Based on ego patent citation network, we constructed a new method, NPCN, to normalize patent citations. Besides, we took patents granted from 2005 to 2010 of 3D printing indexed in Dimensions to verify the effective of NPCN. Specially, we divided these patents into different disciplines with Fields of Research (FoR) and compared the distribution of patent citations and NPCN of patents in different disciplines and publication years. Besides, we also selected the mean method、reference patents method、Z-score method and NPCN methods and compared them with each other in correlation with patent citations. [Results/Conclusions] Patents of 3D printing are categorized into 22 FoR. And it is different between patents in the number of citations. After normalized, the difference between patents in different disciplines and publication years is smaller and a normalized citation distribution is shown. In correlation with patent citations, NPCN is less correlated with patent citations than other normalized methods.

To study the immunomodulatory effect of jujube polysaccharide on mouse lymphocytes. Mouse lymphocytes were sterile separated， cell suspension was prepared， and the blank group， the positive group(levamisole) and the jujube polysaccharide group with different mass concentrations (final concentrations of 20， 40， 80， 160 and 320 living μg/ml) were designed. The effect of jujube polysaccharide on the proliferation of mouse lymphocytes was observed by MTT method. The effects of jujube polysaccharide on the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2)， interleukin-6 (IL-6)， interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin-12 (IL-12) in the supernatant of mouse lymphocytes were observed by ELISA. The effect of jujube polysaccharide on the expression of IL-2， IL-6， IL-10 and IL-12 mRNA in mouse lymphocytes was detected by QRT-PCR. Jujube polysaccharide could promote the proliferation of mouse lymphocytes and the secretion of cytokines in the range of 20-320 μg/ml， which further promoted the expression of cytokines IL-2 and IL-6， as well as IL-10 and IL-12 mRNA.Conclusion: jujube polysaccharide enhances immune function by inducing lymphocyte proliferation and the secretion and mRNA expression of lymphocyte cytokines IL-2 and IL-6， as well as IL-10 and IL-12.

Objective Objective To investigate the differences of clinicopathological characteristics and CT features in different histology subtypes of invasive lung adenocarcinoma (ILA), and to find a noninvasive imaging method that can help to distinguish them. Methods A total of 422 patients confirmed with solitary ILA by surgical resection in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2019 were included. All patients were divided into group A (those with a lepidic/acinar/papillary predominant pattern) and group B (those with a solid/micropapillary predominant pattern) according to the main pathological growth pattern. Moreover, group A was divided into group A1 (those with a lepidic predominant pattern) and group A2 (those with an acinar / papillary predominant pattern). The clinicopathology and CT features between group A and group B as well as those between group A1 and group A2 were compared, respectively. Results 1Comparison of clinicopathological characteristics between group A and B: Gender and smoking history of patients, as well as histologic differentiation, lymph node metastasis status and pathologic TNM stage of tumors significantly differed between the two groups (all P < 0.05). Patients with male and smoking, tumors with poor histology differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and pathologic TNM stage of III-IV were more frequently seen in group B. However, no significant difference in the distant metastasis was observed between the two groups (P > 0.05). 2Comparison of CT features between group A and B: Lesion size, density, vascular convergence sign, air bronchogram, calcification, necrosis and pleural effusion were associated with the histological subtypes (all P < 0.05). Tumors in Group B were significantly larger than those in Group A. In addition, tumors with solid density, calcification, necrosis and pleural effusion were more frequently observed in Group B, whereas those with vascular convergence sign and air bronchogram were more common in Group A. However, no significant associations were found between other CT features and histological subtypes, including the distribution of tumors, air space, speculation, lobulation, and pleural retraction (all P > 0.05). 3Comparison of clinicopathological characteristics and CT features between group A1 and A2: Tumors with subsolid density were more common in Group A1, while those with solid density were more common in Group A2 (P < 0.001). However, no significant differences were found in other clinicopathological characteristics and CT features between the two groups (all P > 0.05). Conclusion For clinicopathological characteristics, male, smoking, poor histology differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and pathologic TNM stage of III-IV were more common in patients with a solid/micropapillary predominant pattern. For CT features, tumors with large size, solid density, calcification, necrosis and pleural effusion were more common in patients with a solid/micropapillary predominant pattern, whereas those with vascular convergence sign and air bronchogram were more common in patients with a lepidic/acinar/papillary predominant pattern.

Objective To establish a co-culture system to observe the interactions between mouse macrophage RAW264.7 and myoblast C2C12 cells. Methods RAW264.7 and C2C12 cell lines were co-cultured in a Transwell chamber containing conditioned medium for myogenic differentiation, and the changes in the cell morphology were observed under a phase-contrast microscope. On days 1, 3 and 5 of co-culture, the cell proliferation was assessed with CCK-8 assay, and the protein expressions of Myf5, MyoD, myogenin, iNOS and Arg-1 were detected using Western blotting; the concentrations of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and IL-10 in the supernatant were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Co-culture with RAW264.7 cells obviously accelerated the myogenic differentiation and promoted the formation of multinucleated myotubes in C2C12 cells. Compared with the cells cultured alone, C2C12 cells in the co-culture system showed significantly inhibited protein expression of Myf5 (P < 0.05) and enhanced expressions of MyoD (P < 0.05) and myogenin (P < 0.01) on day 1, and inhibited expression of Myf5 (P < 0.01) and increased expression of MyoD (P < 0.01) on day 3; significantly lowered cell viability (P < 0.05) and Myf5 expression (P < 0.01) with increased area of myotubes (P < 0.01) were observed on day 5. The co-culture did not produce significant effect on the morphology of RAW264.7 cells, but caused significant inhibition of iNOS expression (P < 0.01) and IL-1β secretion (P < 0.05) and increased Arg-1 expression (P < 0.01) on day 1 of the co-culture; significantly lowered iNOS expression and IL-1β secretion (P < 0.01) and increased Arg-1 expression (P < 0.01) and IL-1β secretion (P < 0.01) occurred in RAW264.7 cells on day 3 of the co-culture, and on day 5, the cells showed more obvious clustering with significantly enhanced proliferation (P < 0.05), lowered iNOS expression and IL-1β secretion (P < 0.01), and increased secretion of IL-10 (P < 0.05). Conclusion Co-culturing C2C12 cells with RAW264.7 cells accelerates the myogenic differentiation of the former and promotes the proliferation and M2 polarization of the latter.

The sizing treatments were used to introduce carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to carbon fiber (CF) surfaces for fabrication of CF/CNTs/epoxy multi-scale composites. Comparing with the base composites without CNTs, interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) and flexural strength of the modified composites were increased by 13.54% and 12.88%, respectively. Force modulation atomic force microscope and linear scanning system of scanning electron microscope were carried out to analyze the microstructure of composite interface. The results indicate that a transition layer reinforced by CNTs is constructed between fiber and epoxy (EP) matrix, which has certain thickness and exhibits gradient distribution of modulus and carbon element content. The composites containing CNTs are sonicated before curing to disperse CNTs in the surrounding resin. As a result, the interface transition layer is weakened and the ILSS and flexural strength of prepared composites decrease by 7.33% and 5.34%, respectively. Therefore, the significant role of the interface transition layer in improving the interfacial performance of composites is evidenced again at another perspective.

Considering the phenomenon of inventory stimulating demand in real life, this article introduces an optimal control model of production inventory systems. In this model, the production rate and price level are control variables, the production rate is bounded, the inventory level is state variables, and the demand rate depends on the inventory level and price level. Three possible solutions are achieved according to different values of model parameters using the maximum principle and are analyzed in detail. By applying the model to a numerical example, a concrete transformation process of the system state is presented. In comparison with the case that demand does not depend on inventory, the impact of demand depending on inventory comes to light.

The paper analyzed research and application status of information management of coal mine safety supervision and pointed out that information management system of coal mine safety supervision is established on coal mine or mining group grade at present and safety supervision departments can only monitor simple data. It analyzed advantages of Internet of things applied in coal mine safety supervision, proposed an information management system of coal mine safety supervision based on Internet of things including two layers of provincial safety supervision and national safety supervision, and gave information structure of the system. It also discussed challenges of information standard, grading of safety factors, safety supervision hierarchy, content of information collection in the system implementation.

The paper indicated security functions of coal mine accident cases were strengthening security consciousness of miners, promoting implementation of security policy, providing reference for urgent processing of accidents, predicting danger of mines, promoting invested funds for mine security, encouraging generation of security conception and advancing development and application of new technologies and equipments. It analyzed structure, functions and development mode of database system of coal mine accident cases. The database realizes sharing and effective management of coal mine accident cases. The next work is to research functions of the database system including intelligent extraction of treatment measures of accidents and prediction of accident danger.

The paper expounded main functions of automatic control center of chemical mine, introduced design of physical platform of the automatic control center including software and hardware of control systems and industrial television, and discussed forms of management-control integration in the automatic control center. It finally proposed points for attention about designing the automatic control center, namely model selection of UPS and anti-interference measures of control systems and industrial television system. The application showed that the automatic control center can realize functions of remote monitoring and control of production equipments and telemetry of safety monitoring meters, and greatly reduce labor intensity of managers and workers.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of depression between life self-care ability and frailty. Methods Based on data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS), Pearson correlation analysis, linear regression model and Bootstrap repeated sampling method were used to analyse the relationships and mediating effects between activity of daily living, depression and frailty. Results A total of 1 554 middle-aged and elderly people aged 45 years or older were included. The prevalence of debility was 14.1%, with a self-care score of 5.9 ± 0.4 and a depression score of 9.4 ± 6.0. Activity of daily living was significantly negatively correlated with depression and frailty (r = -0.14, r = -0.23, both P < 0.001), and depression and frailty were positively correlated (r = 0.34, P < 0.001). Activity of daily living (β = -0.164, P < 0.001) and depression (β = 0.013, P < 0.001) were influences on frailty, and depression partially mediated the relationship between activity of daily living and frailty, with a mediating effect of 12.17%. Maleic anhydride grafted linear low density polyethylene/graphene (LLDPE-g-MAH/G) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending. The effects of different graphene content on the crystallization behavior, rheological properties and mechanical properties of LLDPE-g-MAH/G nanocomposites were investigated. The results show that with the increase of graphene content, the crystallinity and long period of the composites increase gradually, the storage modulus, loss modulus and complex viscosity increase first and then tend to be gentle, and the tensile strength and elongation at break increase first and then decrease with the increase of graphene content. When the graphene content is 0.5%, the mechanical properties of the nanocomposites are the best, and the tensile strength and elongation at break reach 26.8 MPa and 998%, respectively. When the graphene content is 0.5%, the polyethylene crystal and graphene in the stretched nanocomposites are oriented along the stretching direction at the same time, so that the original crystal in the nanocomposites is damaged and broken, the crystal size is reduced, and the melting point is reduced. The thermal conductivity of the nanocomposites along the tensile direction after stretching is 3.6 times that before stretching, and the thermal conductivity is greatly improved. The first patient, a 10-year-old girl, presented with pancytopenia and recurrent epistaxis, along with a history of repeated upper respiratory infections, café-au-lait spots, and microcephaly. Genetic testing revealed compound heterozygous mutations in the DNA ligase IV (LIG4) gene, leading to a diagnosis of LIG4 syndrome. The second patient, a 6-year-old girl, was seen for persistent thrombocytopenia lasting over two years and was noted to have short stature, hyperpigmented skin, and hand malformations. She had a positive result from chromosome breakage test. She was diagnosed with Fanconi anemia complementation group A. Despite similar clinical presentations, the two children were diagnosed with different disorders, suggesting that children with hemocytopenia and malformations should not only be evaluated for hematological diseases but also be screened for other potential underlying conditions such as immune system disorders. Objective To explore the risk factors of re-admission of schizophrenic patients within one year after discharge and to establish a risk prediction model of re-admission. Methods By using cluster sampling, 353 inpatients with schizophrenia in a large mental hospital from July to December 2020 were collected from the in-patient electronic medical record and dis¬charge follow-up system. Based on their demographic and clinical data, Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of re-admission within one year after discharge. Results Four predictive factors were included: course of disease ≤ 20 years (OA =2.373, 95%CI: 1.242-4.533), combination of antipsychotics (OA =2.07, 95%CI: 1.211-3.538), underlying disease (OA = 1.893, 95%CI: 1.111-3.226), and harmful behavior (OA=11.219, 95%CI: 5.544-22.701). The prediction model fitted well (x² = 3.444, P=0.903): the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the subjects was 0.805, the sensitivity was 82.6%, and the specificity was 65.6%. The results of Bootstrap re-sampling (n=1 000 times) showed that the model was stable. Conclusion The predictive model based on demographic and clinical data can be used as a tool to identify the schizophrenic patients at high risk of re-admission in the early stage. Objective To explore the correlation of membranous urethral length (MUL) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral vaporization of the prostate. Methods Total of 413 patients with BPH admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the training set (n =328) and the validation set (n = 85). According to whether the patients had urinary incontinence 30 d after surgery, the patients were divided into the urinary incontinence group and the favorable prognosis group, and the clinical data of the two groups were compared. Multivariate Logistic analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between MUL and the occurrence of urinary incontinence in postoperative patients, and the risk factors of urinary incontinence were screened. R software was used to build a prediction model, and Bootstrap method was used to verify the model internally, and verification set was used to verify the model externally. Results In the training set and the verification set, the number of patients with urinary incontinence 30 d after surgery was 60 and 14, accounting for 18.29% and 16.47%, respectively, with no significant difference between groups (P>0.05), and urinary incontinence gradually disappeared 6 months after surgery. There were no significant differences in the clinical data of the patients in the training set (P >0.05). After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in operative time, indwelling catheter time, PV, MUL, IPSS-V score, MCC, LH and T indexes between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, MUL in the group with favorable prognosis was significantly higher than that in the urinary incontinence group. Logistic model regression showed that there was a stable association between MUL and urinary incontinence before and after surgery, and the difference in trend test was statistically significant (P <0.05). Restricted cubic spline model showed that there was no non-linear relationship between the risk of urinary incontinence and age (P<0. 05). Operation time ≥60 min, indurating catheter time 5=7 d, PV ≥50 mL, preoperative MUL <14 mm and postoperative MUL <13 mm were risk factors for urinary incontinence in patients. The area under ROC curve ( AUC) of the training set and validation set were 0.879 (95% CI- 0.864 ~ 0.901) and 0.872 (95% CI-.0.828 -0.911), the sensitivity was 90.43% and 89.85%, and the specificity was 88.54% and 89.13%, respectively. The calibration curve showed a good fit between the prediction probability and the reference probability of the model before and after verification, and there was no statistical significance between the Hosmer-Lemeshow test results (P > 0.05). It had good prediction accuracy and high net benefit value. Conclusion Preoperative MUL≤14 mm and postoperative MUL≤ 13 mm are risk factors for postoperative urinary incontinence. In order to study the effect of aggregate particle size on the microstructure of cement mortar, the T2 spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging hard pulse one-dimensional frequency coding technique (GR sequence) and permeability of standard cylindrical cement mortar samples with aggregates of standard sand and mechanized sand (particle sizes of 1.25 ~2.50 mm, 2.50 ~5.00 mm, and 5.00 ~10.00 mm, respectively) were measured by using a NMR device and the BRS-II impulse pore permeability detector. The effect of aggregate particle size on the pore size distribution, permeability, porosity, tortuosity, fractal characteristics of pore structure, and the uniformity of pore space distribution of cement mortar samples were investigated. The results show that the equivalent average pore radius and porosity of standard sand sample are the smallest. The equivalent average pore radius decreases first and then increases with the increase of aggregate particle size, while the aggregate particle size is negatively correlated with the tortuosity, and positively correlated with the permeability, porosity and fractal dimension of the capillary pores. In addition, with the increase of aggregate particle size, the unevenness of pore space distribution of sample increases significantly, and the aggregate particle size obviously affects the pore space distribution of cement mortar. The Cu-12Al-4Ni-1Mn-xB（x=0%，0.1%，0.2%，0.3%，mass fraction，the same below） shape memory alloys were prepared by vacuum arc melting furnace after introducing trace boron element into the alloy. The influence of boron addition on the microstructure， phase transformation， and mechanical properties of the alloy was investigated. The results show that the addition of boron significantly refines the grain size， with the grain size decreasing from hundreds of microns to （11±3.45） μm. The phase transformation temperature shifts to the high-temperature side after boron is added， indicating that the phase transformation process requires higher thermal activation energy. When the boron content is 0.2%， the microhardness of the alloy is enhanced， from （301.7±2.6）HV without adding boron element to （334.3±3.4）HV， which is attributed to grain refinement and the precipitation of hard and brittle borides. The tensile fracture strength and elongation are greatly improved， with the fracture strength increasing from （320±2.6） MPa to （788±17） MPa， and the elongation increasing from （1.44±0.05）% to （3.74±0.12）%. After solid solution annealing， the fracture strength and the elongation are both further increased to （856±10.7）MPa and （5.78±0.16）%， respectively. Analysis indicates that grain refinement strengthening， precipitation strengthening of borides， and solid solution strengthening are the main mechanisms for the improvement of mechanical properties. The fracture mode of the alloy shifts from brittle fracture to ductile fracture.

Using data from Yushu Agricultural Meteorological Station of Jilin from 2018 to 2023, the impact of different sowing dates of corn is investigated focusing on its growth and yield composition as well as grain quality under global warming. It is also debated whether adjusting the sowing date of corn could be a measure for agriculture to adapt to climate change. Results show that the utilization efficiency of accumulated temperature during the growing season of corn varies with different sowing dates. The accumulated temperature is the highest in the first sowing date and lowest in the fourth sowing date, with an average decrease of 8.3% compared to the first sowing date. Different sowing dates of corn have an impact on the growing period. The duration of the first sowing date for corn is extended by an average of 7.5 days compared to the normal sowing date, while durations of the third and fourth sowing dates are shortened by 5.7 days and 13.8 days, respectively. Different sowing dates have an impact on the yield structure of corn. In the first sowing date, there is an increase in the weight of 100 grains of corn in 2 years during 6 years, while a decrease by 4.8% and 8.7% in the third and fourth sowing dates compared to the normal sowing date. The average number of grains per plant in the first sowing date increases by 0.2%, while decreases by 6.0% and 9.3% in the third and fourth sowing date. Overall, delaying the corn sowing date by 10 days and 20 days results in an average yield reduction of 10.9% and 17.1%. Sowing corn 10 days earlier could increase the yield in some years. The change in sowing dates has little effect on the quality of grains. Therefore, an early corn sowing date can be utilized as a strategy to adapt to climate change in certain regions of Northeast China.

Purposes For improving the mechanical properties of GO incorporated cement paste, two types of nano-silica (crystalline and amorphous) and coal-bearing metakaolin (CMK) were used seprately to improve GO dispersion in cement paste. Methods UV-vis spectrophotometry was used to investigate the effects of ultrasound time and different dosages of amorphous nano-silica (ANS) and crystalline nano-silica (CNS) on the dispersion of GO in saturated calcium hydroxide solution. The effects of different particle materials on GO dispersion were characterized by using compressive strength results. The dehydration and decomposition processes of various phases of hydration products were observed by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, and the effect of adding different particle materials and GO on the pore structure of cement paste was analyzed by mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). Findings According to UV-vis spectroscopic study, when the contents of ANS and CNS were 2% and 1.5% by weight of cement, respectively, GO dispersion in saturated Ca(OH)2 solution is improved greatly. Compared with two nano-silicas, CMK is more effective to improve the compressive strength of GO incorporated cement paste. At the age of 28 d, the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement paste incorporated with 4% CMK and 0.03% GO are 26.93% and 30.41%, respectively, higher than those of a plain cement paste sample. The results of TG and MIP tests showed that the pozzolanic reaction of CMK can effectively refine the pore structure of cement paste, improve GO dispersion, and enhance the bonding between hydration products and GO, which is the main reason why CMK can effectively improve the mechanical properties of GO incorporated cement paste.

Layered Bi2MoO6/Bi2WO6 composites were prepared by a one pot hydrothermal method and Ag3PO4 was deposited on its surface through in-situ growth with it as a supporter. A new type of Bi2MoO6/Bi2WO6/Ag3PO4 composite dual Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed. The catalytic activity of the composite catalyst for the degradation of RhB under visible light was investigated. Experiments showed that when the mass fraction of Ag3PO4 in the complex was 5%, the composite catalysts exhibited optimal photocatalytic activity under visible light, with a degradation rate of 99.15% for RhB within 120 minutes. The synergistic effect of Bi2MoO6, Bi2WO6, and Ag3PO4 effectively improved the absorption ability of visible light. The constructed double Z-scheme heterojunction could change the transmission path strength of photo generated electrons, which promoting the separation of photo generated electron holes. As a result, significant photocatalytic activity was obtained. Based on capture experiments and band theory analysis, a dual Z-scheme photocatalytic mechanism was proposed.

Thin walled structures such as plates and shells are widely used in many engineering fields. To Predict its fracture behavior is of great significance for integrity design and strength evaluation of engineering structures. Numerical simulation of the fracture behavior of hyperelastic plates and shells is a challenge due to complex kinematic description, hyperelastic constitutive relationship, geometric nonlinearity and the degradation on elastic parameter caused by fracture damage. Combining Kirchhoff Love (K-L) shell theory with the fracture phase field method, and numerically discretizing the first and second order partial derivatives of displacement field and phase field by using T-splines and meeting the requirements of K-L plate and shell theory for the C1 continuity of the shape function, a model for the isogeometric analysis numerical formulation of the phase field fracture in hyperelastic K-L plates and shells is established. The fracture failure behavior of hyperelastic K-L plates and shells under the uniform load and displacement load is simulated, and the effect of the Gaussian curvature on the fracture behavior of hyperelastic K-L shells is studied. The simulation results show that the present numerical scheme can effectively capture the complex crack propagation path of plates and shells under the uniform load, and the displacement field can effectively reflect the crack distribution of materials. The thin shell with negative Gaussian curvature shows the excellent fracture performance under the internal pressure, and can withstand the greater internal pressure.

[Objective] Soil respiration occupies an important proportion in the annual total soil respiration during freeze-thaw process. The effects of water content, freezing temperature and freeze-thaw cycles on soil carbon mineralization dynamics during soil freeze-thaw process were studied. [Methods] The study focuses on chernozem soil from the Nenjiang County Heshan Farm Jiusan Soil and Water Experimental Station in Heilongjiang Province, China was used as the research object to carry out an indoor freeze-thaw degree simulation test. Seven freeze-thaw cycles were carried out, and three soil moisture content were set 100% field water holding capacity (100% WHC), 60% field water holding capacity (60% WHC), and 30% field water holding capacity (30% WHC). Additionally, three environmental temperatures were used a constant 10 °C (control), -5 °C (mild freezing) and -15 °C (severe freezing). [Results] The number of freeze-thaw cycles, moisture content and freezing temperature had significant effects on CO2 emissions and the impact degrees were -0.63, 0.21 and 0.14, respectively. The thawing process notably increased soil carbon mineralization. The soil carbon mineralization of 60% WHC in the first three freeze-thaw cycles increased 33.0% and 35.2%, respectively, compared with 100% WHC and 30% WHC in the last 4 freeze-thaw cycles. In the case of severe freezing, the carbon mineralization of 100% WHC soil in the first 2 freeze-thaw cycles increased by 25.2% and 68.0% respectively, compared with 60% WHC and 30% WHC soil in the last 5 freeze-thaw cycles. [Conclusion] The number of freeze-thaw cycles had the greatest effect on soil CO2 emission, followed by moisture content, and the least freezing temperature. The freeze-thaw effect increased the cumulative CO2 emissions of soil with low water content. The cumulative CO2 emission of soil with high water content was reduced. For soils with medium moisture content, mild freezing increased CO2 cumulative emissions, while severe freezing decreased them. The first-order kinetic equation fitted the CO2 emissions from freeze-thaw soil well (R2 > 0.997), both moisture content and freezing temperature significantly influenced the potential for organic carbon mineralization (C0 value).

Taste is an important quality attribute of tea. In order to find out the taste quality of green teas made from the major varieties in Wanzhou district, Chongqing, the taste profile of the tea infusions was determined by sensory evaluation and 5 taste components including catechins, free amino acids, alkaloids, flavanols and their glycosides, and organic acids were analyzed by targeted detection methods. The results showed that there were obvious differences in the taste quality of green teas prepared from the 4 varieties of tea trees. Sichuan middle- and small-leafed tea group variety had a strong taste, and ‘Anji Baicha’ had an obvious fresh and brisk taste with mellow sweet aftertaste. ‘Fuding Dabaicha’ tasted strong with fresh and brisk taste and mellow sweet aftertaste. ‘Zhonghuang 1’ tasted fresh and brisk but less strong. The results of taste component analysis showed that the Sichuan middle- and small-leafed tea group variety contained high contents of catechins but low contents of free amino acids. ‘Anji Baicha’ had the highest content of free amino acids. The content of each flavor component was high in ‘Fuding Dabaicha’, and the contents of total flavor components and water extract of ‘Zhonghuang 1’ were low. The results of principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the 4 varieties could be well distinguished. Thirteen major taste contributors such as rutin and caffeine were identified. The differential analysis indicated that aspartic acid, glutamic acid and theanine were the major contributors to the fresh and brisk taste characteristics of ‘Anji Baicha’ and ‘Fuding Dabaicha’. Yangmeiin-3-O-galactoside and chrysin were the major taste contributors for ‘Zhonghuang 1’ that distinguished it from the other 3 varieties. There were also large differences in taste components within the Sichuan middle- and small-leafed tea group variety, with samples C4 and C5 being closer to each other. They both contained high contents of flavonoid glycosides, having a strong astringent taste. This study provides a reference for research to improve the flavor quality of green tea in Wanzhou district.

Objective The arch vault rise-span ratio not only affects the building height, design rationality, and construction safety of covered PBA (pile-beam-arch) method urban rail transit stations. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of arch vault rise-span ratio on the stress of steel pipe pile stresss and land subsidence. Method A mechanical model of urban rail transit station arch vault structure is constructed to analyze the structural internal forces under different arch rise-span ratios. A 3D station-stratum numerical model of the station and surrounding soil is established using numerical simulation analysis software, and the rationality of the model is verified by comparing numerical simulation results of land subsidence and field monitoring data of land subsidence. The study also examines the mechanical properties of steel pipe piles and their impact on land subsidence during covered PBA method construction. Result & Conclusion When the arch rise-span ratio varies from 0.20 to 0.40, the maximum bending moment, maximum axial force, and maximum shear force of the arch vault structure show a decreasing trend. The maximum axial force of the steel pipe piles decreases initially and then increases; the middle pile axial forceit is the minimum with the arch vault rise-span ratio of 0.30. As the arch vault rise-span ratio increases, land subsidence first decreases and then increases. The optimal ratio for controlling land subsidence is 0.30, resulting in a 34% reduction compared to the arch vault rise-spana ratio of 0.20. The stages of pilot tunnel and arch closure construction cause the most significant land subsidence. An appropriate arch rise-span ratio increases the proportion of land subsidence induced during these two stages, thereby reducing the disturbance to the soil layers from the subsequent station main structure excavation.

ObjectiveReal-time monitoring of cow ruminant behavior is of paramount importance for promptly obtaining relevant information about cow health and predicting cow diseases. Currently, various strategies have been proposed for monitoring cow ruminant behavior, including video surveillance, sound recognition, and sensor monitoring methods. However, the application of edge device gives rise to the issue of inadequate real-time performance. To reduce the volume of data transmission and cloud computing workload while achieving real-time monitoring of dairy cow rumination behavior, a real-time monitoring method was proposed for cow ruminant behavior based on edge computing.MethodsAutonomously designed edge devices were utilized to collect and process six-axis acceleration signals from cows in real-time. Based on these six-axis data, two distinct strategies, federated edge intelligence and split edge intelligence, were investigated for the real-time recognition of cow ruminant behavior. Focused on the real-time recognition method for cow ruminant behavior leveraging federated edge intelligence, the CA-MobileNet v3 network was proposed by enhancing the MobileNet v3 network with a collaborative attention mechanism. Additionally, a federated edge intelligence model was designed utilizing the CA-MobileNet v3 network and the FedAvg federated aggregation algorithm. In the study on split edge intelligence, a split edge intelligence model named MobileNet-LSTM was designed by integrating the MobileNet v3 network with a fusion collaborative attention mechanism and the Bi-LSTM network.Results and DiscussionsThrough comparative experiments with MobileNet v3 and MobileNet-LSTM, the federated edge intelligence model based on CA-MobileNet v3 achieved an average Precision rate, Recall rate, F1-Score, Specificity, and Accuracy of 97.1%, 97.9%, 97.5%, 98.3%, and 98.2%, respectively, yielding the best recognition performance.ConclusionsIt is provided a real-time and effective method for monitoring cow ruminant behavior, and the proposed federated edge intelligence model can be applied in practical settings.

CuAlMn shape memory alloys have specific target demands in various fields due to excellent thermal stability and high damping properties.However， the mechanical property of the alloy is severely weakened due to the intergranular fracture arising from the coarse grain size. To improve the mechanical properties， the Cu-11.36Al-5Mn-xY （x=0-3， mass fraction/%，the same below） alloys were prepared by using a vacuum arc melting furnace by introducing rare earth Y element. The microstructure of the as-cast CuAlMn alloy was subsequently tailored and homogenized through solid solution and aging treatment. The phase transformation， phase composition， and microstructure of the alloy were respectively characterized by DSC， XRD， metallography and SEM observations. The hardness and mechanical properties of the alloy were tested by using a microhardness tester and a universal materials testing machine. Results show that the addition of Y element effectively refines the CuAlMn alloy grain， and the grain size even reduces from several hundred μm to around 10 μm. The grain refinement is mainly associated with the increased grain nucleation areas and the inhibition of grain growth during the cooling process. Moreover， quite numbers of Y-containing precipitates with the network structure are formed and distributed along the grain boundaries. The hardness of the alloy increases with the enhancement of Y element addition， which is associated with the precipitation of a large amount of hard and brittle containing Y phases.The hardness of the solution-aged sample is higher than that of the cast sample， due to the precipitate distribution throughout the entire matrix and higher volume fraction of precipitates for the former sample.In addition， the compressive and tensile fracture strength of the alloy are significantly improved when the Y content is in the range of 0.1%-0.4%. The strengthening mechanism can be understood by grain refinement strengthening， precipitation strengthening and solution strengthening. The compressive fracture strain of the alloy reaches its maximum when the Y content is 0.4%， while the elongation after fracture exhibits the maximum value with Y content of 0.1%. The changing trend is closely related to the coupling effect between grain refinement and precipitation phases.

Abstract [Objective] The study aims to further study the leaf morphology and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Actinidia arguta under greenhouse cultivation conditions, and to explore the differences of leaf photomorphogenesis between greenhouse and open field cultivation. [Methods] In this experiment, the 5-year-old plants of A . arguta varieties ‘Jialv’ and ‘Kuilv’ were used as test materials to determine the relative chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves at different leaf ages under greenhouse and open field cultivation conditions. The differences in photomorphogenesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics under greenhouse and open field cultivation conditions were analyzed. [Results] The photomorphogenesis of A . arguta cultivated in greenhouse and open field was between 1- 40 d leaf age, and the fluorescence characteristics of the same variety under different cultivation conditions tended to be consistent. After flowering, the fluorescence characteristics of the same variety under different cultivation conditions were quite different. The leaf area of A . arguta cultivated in greenhouse was larger and the content of chlorophyll b was higher, which was tending to shade leaf characteristics. The performance parameters such as PIabs were significantly lower than those of open field cultivation. The absorption and capture ability of light energy was stronger, but the heat dissipation was higher. The energy used for electron transfer was lower than that of open field cultivation, and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed adaptive changes to the environment. [Conclusion] The photomorphogenesis time of A . arguta leaves is 1-40 days after leaf expansion, that is, before flowering. The photomorphogenesis of A . arguta leaves in greenhouse cultivation is different from open field cultivation, and the photosynthetic capacity is decreased slightly with the increase of leaf area. Greenhouse cultivation changes in the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves to a certain extent and reduces photosynthetic performance.

In response to the challenges encountered in quantitative trading of digital currencies, characterized by the presence of a multitude of intricate factors and a high-dimensional factor state space, an enhanced optimistic actor-critic(OAC) model, referred to as OAC_LSTM_ATT, had been proposed. This model incorporated long short-term memory (LSTM) and a multi-head attention mechanism to optimize the network architecture of OAC, thereby augmenting its capacity for modeling time-series data and generalization. Through this integration, the intelligent agent operating in the quantitative trading environment was capable of making more adaptable and precise trading decisions, consequently elevating the quality and efficacy of trading strategies. Experimental findings revealed that, in the Bitcoin market, the cumulative return achieved was 16.36%, with a maximum drawdown of 9.08%, a Sharpe ratio of 0.014, and a volatility of 13.09%. Corresponding metrics in the Ethereum market amounted to 16.30%, 8.56%, 0.014, and 13.42%. When compared to models such as PPO, LSTM_PPO, A2C, OAC_LSTM_ATT demonstrates superior performance in terms of both effectiveness and stability, thereby offering valuable insights for the development of quantitative trading strategies.

In response to the problems of insufficient electromagnetic driving force and slow response speed of electromagnetic valves under the constraints of driving power and electromagnetic valve volume, the dynamic and static features of electromagnetic valves are analyzed. Through simulation analysis and prototype experiments, it is verified that improving the intrinsically safe electromagnetic force can significantly improve the response features of electromagnetic valves. A plan to improve the response features of electromagnetic valves by optimizing the electromagnetic force is determined. The evaluation indicators for the features of intrinsically safe electromagnets, including effective stroke index, average electromagnetic force index, and static comprehensive performance index, have been proposed to solve the problem of difficult performance evaluation of electromagnets caused by different stroke. The Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software is used to analyze the effects of changes in guide tube depth, armature radius, non working air gap, non working air gap, and pot mouth height on the static features of the electromagnet. The sensitivity of different parameters to the static features is obtained, providing a reference for selecting the size control range in parameter optimization. A second-order response surface model is constructed based on the results of orthogonal experiments to evaluate the comprehensive features of electromagnets using iron core structural parameters. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the iron core parameters. The prototype test results show that the optimized electromagnetic force in the horizontal section of the electromagnet has increased by 56%, the effective stroke has increased by 26%, and the opening response time of the intrinsically safe electromagnetic valve has been shortened by 52.5%.

Taking the down-slope with weak strata in the south of Fushun west open-pit mine as the reference prototype, numerical simulations of the down-slope with weak strata were conducted through FLAC3D software, which included the simulation of actual ground motion and ground motion input, the boundary conditions of slope model, rock mass parameters, and grid model division. The response rule of down-slope with weak strata under an earthquake was investigated by analyzing the acceleration and velocity of the monitoring points. The results revealed that: (1) The thickness of the weak layer is a critical factor affecting the response characteristics of the slope with a single weak layer under an earthquake, and it has a greater impact on the stability of the slope under earthquake load than the dip angle of a single weak layer. (2) Based on the horizontal velocity of monitoring point 2# at the intersection of the weak layer and the slope surface, it was concluded that the thickness has a significant influence on the velocity in the X direction. (3) The failure response law at the intersection of weak layers and slope changes with an increase in slope height when analyzing the response law of the double weak layer characteristic slope under an earthquake. The acceleration amplitude and velocity change degree of monitoring point 3# with double weak layers are more noticeable than that of monitoring point 2#. The response law of the down-slope under an earthquake is related to the dip angle, thickness, number, and location of weak layers. Therefore, the coupling effect of earthquake and weak layer characteristics on slope stability should be thoroughly considered in the process of slope treatment and protection.

The shale in Doushantuo Formation is the main source rock of the Ediacaran in Sichuan Basin and the major hydrocarbon source layer of the ancient marine strata for natural gas exploration in recent years. Forty-six samples were collected from two outcrops(Baibaoxi and Shiping)in Chengkou county in northeastern Sichuan Basin.We analyzed the change of the sedimentary environment of the Member Ⅱ and Ⅳ of Doushantuo Formation in terms of their organic geochemical characteristics(total organic carbon, rock pyrolysis, kerogen carbon isotopes)and element geochemical characteristics(major elements, trace elements and rare earth elements).Results show that the shale of Doushantuo Formation in northeastern Sichuan Basin exhibit a high abundance of organic matter, with TOC content ranging from 0.19 % to 20.38 % (mean value is 4.76 %). The dominant type of organic matter is type Ⅰ kerogen, and it has reached over-maturity stage. High δEu anomalies and abnormally richness in V, Mn, Mo, Ba and U elements of the black shale revealed strong hydrothermal action during this period. The distribution pattern of rare earth elements and various redox indexes indicated that the redox fluctuates repeatedly under the conditions of anaerobic-anoxic-sulfidic environment during the depositional period of the Member Ⅱ. The water environment of Member Ⅳ changed from anoxic to anaerobic-sulfidic environment. In general, the water connectivity of the basin is strong, the depositional rate is relative high. The nutrients carried by upwelling from hydrothermal sources proliferate productivity, which promotes the formation of organic shale.

In the Internet era, recommender systems become more and more significant in the daily life. The combination of generative adversarial networks (GAN) and recommended algorithm provides new opportunities for the development of this field. In previous recommendation systems based on GAN, the gradient feedback provided by the discriminator is binary, which does not comprehensively assist the generator. This inadequacy leads to issues such as unstable generator performance and slow model iteration speed, thereby reducing the overall effectiveness of recommendations. Multi-dimensional gradient feedback generative adversarial networks (MGFGAN) is proposed to address above problems. According to the type of generated multidimensional user rating vector, the model incorporates AutoEncoder in the discriminator to provide more diversified feedback for the generator, aiming to make the generated data more closely match the user’s preferences of the model. However, it brings the problem of increasing computational complexity to the model. Therefore, MGFGAN introduces a negative sampling module in the generator, which makes the generator take into account both items of interest and disinterest to the user, thus accelerating the generator to quickly generate data consistent with the real user distribution and improving the efficiency of the model. Finally, the MGFGAN is carried out experimental simulation on the public datasets FilmTrust and Ciaos. Experimental results show that the recommendation performance of MGFGAN outperforms other recommendation models based on GAN and achieves improvements in efficiency and stability.

In order to solve the problem of interruption in the positioning of roadheader in the case that the optical target is blocked under the current commonly used integrated navigation positioning of roadheader based on 'inertial navigation+visual measurement+optical target', a positioning solution method for roadheader under optical target occlusion occlusion is proposed. Firstly, the method collects images of an optical target composed of four rectangular distributed target points in unblocked conditions, obtains the pixel coordinates of the imaging spot of the target points in the camera, and constructs a rectangle. Then, the method expands and constructs an auxiliary rectangular area box according to a certain proportion. Secondly, the method collects images of partially blocked target points, obtains the pixel coordinates of the imaging spot of the unblocked target points in the camera. The method determines the corresponding relationship between the unblocked target points and the imaging spot based on the Euclidean distance between the imaging spot of the target points and the vertex of the auxiliary rectangular area box, thereby determining the blocked target points. Thirdly, using the known geometric dimensions of the target and the target attitude information provided by inertial navigation, the method establishes the corresponding relationship between the projected target point and the imaging spot, and then solves for the pixel coordinates of the spot corresponding to the blocked target point. Finally, the spatial coordinates of the center position of the optical target are obtained using the perspective-N-point (PNP) algorithm to achieve the positioning solution of the roadheader. The experimental results show that when the optical target is blocked, by calculating the pixel coordinates of the light spot corresponding to the blocked target point, the problem of interruption in the positioning of the roadheader can be solved. It ensures the real-time positioning of the roadheader, and the positioning error meets the actual positioning requirements of the roadheader.

Objective: To improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of oyster grading. Methods: The oyster automatic grading equipment was proposed and designed, the oyster queuing structure combining the rotating drum and the baffle conveyor belt, the grading method combining weight detection and machine vision detection were determined, and the overall structure design of the oyster grading equipment was completed. The oyster image was collected by industrial camera, and the oyster image was extracted by Otsu binarization, Gaussian filtering processing, Canny operator edge extraction and other methods. The oyster was graded by machine vision algorithm with length and fullness as the standard, and the comparison test between machine vision grading and manual grading were carried out. Results: The machine vision classification accuracy of oysters was 95.4%, and the image detection speed was about 0.647 s/image. Conclusion: Machine vision is effective for oyster grading and can classify oysters more accurately.

With the development of digital technology， an increasing number of artificial intelligence （AI） technologies are being applied in the field of public health， significantly improving the efficiency of healthcare systems. However， such technological advancement also introduces a series of ethical risks. In this article， we conducted a systematic review by searching nine domestic and international databases and analyzing the ethical issues related to AI in public health， ultimately including 158 articles. Based on the analysis of the included literature， ethical risks were categorized into four aspects： data， algorithms， rights and responsibilities， and social impact. A total of 15 key issues were identified， among which privacy and confidentiality， informed consent， data security， and fairness， justice and inclusion emerged as the most prominent issues. The ethical challenges posed by AI in the field of public health cannot be ignored， and it is necessary to formulate ethical guidelines and practical recommendations for AI in this field， establish sound regulatory and review mechanisms， thereby ensuring the healthy development of AI research in public health.

Accurately estimating the state of charge （SOC） of energy storage batteries is of paramount importance for achieving balanced charging and discharging， and mitigating capacity degradation caused by overcharging and overdischarging. In view of the complex chemical states and nonlinear time-varying characteristics of SOC in energy storage batteries， this paper proposes a joint SOC estimation method for lithium-ion batteries based on the variable forgetting factor recursive least squares （VFFRLS） and unscented Kalman filter （UKF） algorithms. The VFFRLS algorithm is employed for online identification of battery model parameters such as resistance and capacitance， and based on the identification results， the UKF algorithm is utilized for real-time SOC estimation. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed joint method exhibits high accuracy and stability.

Soybean soluble dietary fiber (SSDF) was extracted from soy sauce residue and soybean meal. The influence of SSDF on the physicochemical stability and digestive characteristics of soybean oil body (SOB) lotion was investigated by taking the absolute value of Zeta potential, average particle size, peroxide value (POV value), thiobarbituric acid value (TBARS value) and fatty acid release rate (FFA) as characteristic parameters. The results showed that certain concentration of SSDF could effectively reduce the Zeta potential, average particle size, POV value, TBARS value of SOB lotion system, and significantly improve the physical and chemical stability of SOB lotion. In addition, in vitro simulated digestion experiments further showed that the introduction of SSDF can significantly reduce the FFA release rate of SOB emulsion, which effectively delayed the digestion process of lipids in the gastrointestinal tract. This study can provide theoretical basis and reference for the high-value utilization of soybean processing by- products such as soy sauce oil residue and soybean meal, which could improve the processing applicability of SOB, and develop new low-fat health foods containing SOB and SSDF.

Peanut is one of the important oil crops. Its kernel quality directly affects its processing characteristics and is an important index for peanut quality evaluation. Establishing a high-throughput phenotyping model for peanut kernel quality and evaluating peanut kernel quality quickly and efficiently might significantly improve the efficiency of peanut breeding. In this study, the spectra of 175 peanut kernel samples (140 RIL populations derived from Yuhua 14 x LOP 215 and 35 other breeding lines) were collected by Antaris II Fourier Transform Near Infrared Spectroscopy Analyzer (Thermo company), and the oil content, protein content, sugar content, and fatty acid content of seed kernel were determined by Soxhlet extraction method, Dumas nitrogen method, anthrone colorimetry, and gas chromatography, respectively. Partial least squares (PLS) was used to construct the near-infrared calibration models of oil content, protein content, sugar content and some fatty acid content of peanut kernel. 30 other peanut materials which were not involved in the modelling were selected to verify the model externally. The determination coefficients (R²) of the models were greater than 0.90, indicating that the models could be applied to the high-throughput prediction of peanut kernel quality traits. Insect sex pheromones are chemicals generated by sexually mature individuals that stimulate the opposite sex to mate. Due to their high transmissibility, ease of detection and harmlessness to natural enemies, sex pheromone products have been widely used in mass trapping and monitoring, and to disrupt the mating of target pests. Using pheromones to disrupt mating is an environmentally-friendly plant protection strategy that plays an important role in integrated pest control. Research on pheromone formulations is a prerequisite for the successful application of these to disrupt mating. However, such research is deficient in our country, which seriously restricts the application of this technology. The study was to use a memory-free hydride generation atomic fluorometer to determine mercury content in feed. The joint developed atomic fluorescence spectrometer breaks through the problem of serious memory effect in determination of trace mercury by spectrometry, and established a method for determination of mercury in feed by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with water as carrier current without memory effect hydride. HNO3-H2O2 (1:1) was selected from the four mixed acids as the digestion system, and 2 mL 220 g/L sulfamic acid solution was selected to eliminate interference of nitrogen oxides. The established method had good linearity in concentration range of 0.2~1.0 µg/L, the correlation coefficient r=0.999 6, the detection limit (n=11) was 0.003 1 µg/L, the relative standard deviation (n=7) was 2.28%, and the recovery rate was between 93%~99%. The study indicates that the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, accuracy and efficiency, which can realize the rapid detection of mercury content in feed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the increasingly serious problem of land desertification in Western China, it is urgent to plant trees and improve forest coverage. Therefore, according to the land characteristics of Southern Xinjiang, a ZS 70-2 high-efficiency tree planting machine for desertification soil was developed, and the key components such as frame, ditching device, and soil covering pressing device were designed, analyzed, and modeled. The static analysis of the plow in the ditching device was carried out by using ANSYS software to obtain its maximum stress and strain position. The obtained tree planting machine integrated trenching, seedling throwing, soil covering, and pressing, and had simple structure and reliable operation, and the operation production efficiency is ≥ 2.5 hm²/h. Subdural abscesses are located between the dura mater and the subarachnoid space， which are primarily caused by Staphylococci and Streptococci， etc. Subdural abscesses caused by Salmonella Typhi are extremely rare. In this article， a patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） presented with a subdural abscess with fever and headache. Blood culture and next-generation sequencing （NGS） of cerebrospinal fluid were indicative of Salmonella Typhi infection. He was treated with sensitive antibiotics based on drug sensitivity testing combined with surgical drainage， and Salmonella Typhi was cultured in the drainage sample. During 4-month postoperative follow-up， relevant symptoms were mitigated and imaging examination results were normal. This case prompts that intracranial infection caused by Salmonella Typhi is extremely rare， which can occur in immunocompromised population. Blood culture， pus culture and NGS are of significant value in differential diagnosis of Salmonella Typhi infection. After the diagnosis is confirmed， sensitive antibiotics combined with surgical treatment can achieve high efficacy.
