To quickly and accurately evaluate and predict the quality and safety of food products, in this study, storage temperatures (0, 4 and 25 ℃) were used to investigate the effects on the total number of colonies, TVB-N, pH, moisture content, color, and biogenic amine content of chilled meat. It aimed to accurately predict the pattern of change in the quality of chilled meat in storage, as well as its quality and safety, and determined the characteristic quality indexes of chilled meat. Based on Backpropagation (BP) neural network and Moth-Flame Optimization (MFO) BP neural network, the quality prediction model of chilled meat under different storage temperatures was constructed using characteristic indexes as the training data to quickly and accurately evaluate and predict the quality and safety of food. This study investigates the fusion of data from event cameras and traditional frame cameras, introducing a novel fusion approach designed to enhance image quality under complex lighting conditions. Event cameras are an innovative class of vision sensors that are known for their high temporal resolution and minimal power consumption; however, their output is often plagued by noise and feature loss. Conversely, traditional frame cameras boast commendable spatial resolution; however, they struggle to capture fast-moving scenes or scenes with a vast dynamic range. To address these challenges, the study proposes an innovative method that combines discrete wavelet transform with dynamic gain complementary filtering to fuse image and event data. The process begins by evaluating the exposure level of incoming image frames using the image entropy of a metric. Following this assessment, the discrete wavelet transform segregates the high- and low-frequency components from the event stream and frame image data. A dynamic gain complementary filter is applied to seamlessly integrate image and event data. The proposed method capitalizes on its ability to balance the contribution of each data source adaptively, thereby ensuring optimal reconstruction quality under varying conditions. By leveraging the high-frequency temporal information from event cameras and the high-resolution spatial information from frame cameras, the proposed method attempts to overcome the limitations inherent in each type of sensor. This fusion not only mitigates the noise and feature loss in event camera data but also improves the capture of high-speed movements and scenes with significant brightness variations. The efficacy of this fusion approach was rigorously tested on the HDR Hybrid Event-Frame Dataset, which includes high dynamic range and complex lighting environments in real-world scenarios. The experimental results underscored a notable improvement in image quality, outperforming traditional image reconstruction methods. Our proposed approach has demonstrated superior performance, as evidenced by its scores on several key metrics: a mean squared error of 0.0199, a structural similarity index measure of 0.90, and a Q-score of 6.07. These results not only validate the effectiveness of the proposed fusion method in enhancing imaging quality under challenging conditions but also highlight the potential of integrating disparate types of visual data to achieve superior reconstruction outcomes.

In order to enhance the efficiency of tunnel support in coal mines, a study focused on the six-degree-of-freedom drill anchor robot manipulator arm and proposed an optimal trajectory planning method based on an improved grey wolf optimization algorithm. Firstly, the kinematic model of the manipulator arm was established using the D-H parameter method. Monte Carlo method was utilized for workspace analysis of the manipulator arm, and MATLAB software was employed for simulation verification; Secondly, joint-space trajectory of the manipulator arm was planned using piecewise polynomial interpolation; Finally, an improved grey wolf optimization algorithm was proposed and its performance tested for time optimization of the manipulator arm based on trajectory planning. The results show that the drill-anchoring robot manipulator meets the requirements for coal mine roadway anchoring operations; the 3-5-3 piecewise polynomial interpolation method provides smoother operation of the manipulator; and the time required for the manipulator to reach predefined trajectory points under constraint conditions is reduced by 30.40 % to 50.28 %, outperforming traditional trajectory planning methods.

Wind farm clusters can enhance their operational profitability while supporting grid frequency regulation by participating in frequency regulation markets through the leasing of energy storage. To achieve this， a game-theoretic optimization bidding model is proposed for leasing energy storage of wind farm clusters， considering frequency regulation performance indicator assessment. The model consists of two layers： the upper layer models the bidding process in the frequency regulation market with multiple participants， while the lower layer models a leader-follower game between energy storage lessors and wind farm clusters regarding leasing price and capacity. In this game， the energy storage operator acts as the leader， setting the leasing price in response to the leasing plan of wind farm clusters， and the wind farm clusters， as the follower， adjust the leasing plan according to the price. Additionally， an evolutionary threshold public goods game model is embedded within the wind farm clusters to address the cooperation dilemma caused by selfish behavior among individual members. By united solution of the model， the bidding strategy for leasing energy storage capacity and participating in the frequency regulation market is obtained. The case study results demonstrate that the proposed strategy effectively resolves the cooperation dilemma and enhances the overall profitability of the wind farm clusters.

Based on sedimentary characteristics of the fine-grained rocks of the lower submember of second member of the Lower Cretaceous Shahezi Formation (K1sh2L) in the Lishu rift depression, combined with methods of organic petrology, analysis of major and trace elements as well as biological marker compound, the enrichment conditions and enrichment model of organic matter in the fine-grained sedimentary rocks in volcanic rift lacustrine basin are investigated. The change of sedimentary paleoenvironment controls the vertical distribution of different lithofacies types in the K1sh2L and divides it into the upper and lower parts. The lower part contains massive siliceous mudstone with bioclast-bearing siliceous mudstone, whereas the upper part is mostly composed of laminated siliceous shale and laminated fine-grained mixed shale. The kerogen types of organic matter in the lower and upper parts are types II2–III and types I–II1, respectively. The organic carbon content in the upper part is higher than that in the lower part generally. The enrichment of organic matter in volcanic rift lacustrine basin is subjected to three favorable conditions. First, continuous enhancement of rifting is the direct factor increasing the paleo-water depth, and the rise of base level leads to the expansion of deep-water mudstone/shale deposition range. Second, relatively strong underwater volcanic eruption and rifting are simultaneous, and such event can provide a lot of nutrients for the lake basin, which is conducive to the bloom of algae, resulting in higher productivity of types I–II1 kerogen. Third, the relatively dry paleoclimate leads to a decrease in input of fresh water and terrestrial materials, including Type III kerogen from terrestrial higher plants, resulting in a water body with higher salinity and anoxic stratification, which is more favorable for preservation of organic matter. The organic matter enrichment model of fine-grained sedimentary rocks of volcanic rift lacustrine basin is established, which is of reference significance to the understanding of the organic matter enrichment mechanism of fine-grained sedimentary rocks of Shahezi Formation in Songliao Basin and even in the northeast China.

Nitrile rubber latex was prepared by conventional emulsion polymerization combined with low-temperature batch polymerization process, the latex was hydrogenated with self-made ruthenium catalyst, and the influence of catalyst amount and hydrogen pressure on the hydrogenation effect of nitrile rubber latex was systematically studied. The results showed that the average particle size of the prepared nitrile rubber latex was 69.13 nm, and the particle size of the latex remained basically unchanged and the latex remained stable before and after hydrogenation. The higher the hydrogen pressure was, the better the catalytic hydrogenation effect was. When the mass fraction of catalyst was 0.017 5%, degree of hydrogenation of the product was more than 99% and no gel was obtained.

Objective To explore the association between insulin resistance （IR） and diabetic kidney disease （DKD） among adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus （T1DM） and compare multiple surrogate parameters of IR for their associations with DKD in this population. Methods For this cross-sectional study， 556 adults with classic T1DM admitted into Xijing Hospital between October 2008 and June 2021 were enrolled. Demographic， anthropometric and laboratory data were collected. IR-related parameters of estimated glucose disposal rate （eGDR）， metabolic score for insulin resistance （METS-IR） and triglyceride-glucose index （TyG） were calculated. They were categorized into two groups of DKD and non-DKD. The relationship between IR and DKD was explored by binary Logistic regression and restricted cubic spline （RCS） models. Receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curves were plotted for comparing the discriminatory performance of all parameters. Results Median age was 31.0（24.8，44.0） year and median disease duration 6.0（2.0，12.0） year. The prevalence of DKD was 20.14%. Lower eGDR was associated with a high prevalence of DKD. In multivariable analysis， as compared to quartile 1 （Q1）， odds ratios （OR， 95%CI） of DKD for participants in eGDR calculated with body mass index （eGDRBMI） Q2-Q4 were 1.08（0.40-2.92）， 0.13（0.03-0.45） and 0.26（0.07-0.83）， respectively. The corresponding risk in eGDR calculated with waist-to-hip ratio （eGDRWHR） Q2-Q4 was 0.68（0.20-2.23）， 0.51（0.15-1.66） and 0.16（0.03-0.72）， respectively. TyG， eGDR calculated with waist circumference （eGDRWC）， METS-IR， body mass index， waist-to-height ratio and waist-to-hip ratio were not significantly associated with the prevalence of DKD. Subgroup analyses indicated that the association between eGDRBMI and DKD was consistent with overall population in six subgroups of females， age 28-＜40 years and ≥40 years， disease duration ≥5 years， non-smokers and individuals with a family history of diabetes. RCS hinted at a linear and negative correlation between eGDRBMI， eGDRWHR and the prevalence of DKD. ROC analyses indicated that the cutoff values for identifying DKD were 8.23 mg·kg−1·min−1， 7.22 mg·kg−1·min−1 and 7.92 mg·kg−1·min−1 for eGDRBMI， eGDRWHR and eGDRWC， respectively. After adding into a basic model， all three eGDRs demonstrated incremental discriminatory performance. Conclusion IR， reflected by a declining eGDR， is associated with the prevalence of DKD among adults with classic T1DM. And eGDR has demonstrated some potential in identifying DKD in adult classic T1DM and its clinical implication should be validated by more studies.

So far， it is still a difficult task to develop electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution systems with comparable or even better efficiency than that of Pt systems. This study proves that the nanoporous gold electrode deposited on a flexible substrate coated with a titanium adhesion layer （Pt/Au-NHs/Ti/K） has excellent electrochemical water decomposition under laser irradiation. Localized surface plasmon resonance under light irradiation increases the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity of the material， which shows that its performance is comparable to that of the commercial Pt electrode. Mechanism studies show that the plasma-excited Au nanoholes structure is an effective source of hot electrons， and the underlying Ti-based adhesive layer can effectively promote the separation of hot electrons and holes. In this system， the thermal effect is negligible， and the sudden change of the current density upon laser irradiation is demonstrated by the rapid generation and injection of charge carriers. The result shows that the Pt/Au-NHs/Ti/K electrode still has good stability under 10 mA·cm-2 constant current density for 28 h.

Abstract [Objective] The desert plant Karelinia caspica has strong heat tolerance. The aim is to clone and study the heat-tolerant genes of K . caspica, and apply them to economic crops such as cotton to enhance heat resistance. This provides a theoretical basis and genetic resources for molecular breeding of heat-tolerant crops. [Methods] KcPIF4 gene was cloned and bioinformatics analysis was performed. Subcellular localization of the protein was analyzed through transient expression in tobacco. qRT-PCR was used to analyze the expression of KcPIF4 in roots, stems, and leaves of K . caspica seedlings at different time under 45 ℃ treatment. Changes in phenotype of Arabidopsis overexpressing KcPIF4 at 45 ℃ were observed, and relevant physiological and biochemical indicators were measured. [Results] The full length CDS of KcPIF4 is 1 593 bp, encoding 530 amino acids and containing a bHLH conserved domain. The motifs showed differences compared to homologous proteins from various plants. The protein was localized at the membrane of the guard cell of stomata. qRT-PCR showed that the expression of KcPIF4 in K . caspica leaves was first increased and then decreased, and increased again with prolonged treatment time, reaching its peak at 240 min, 4.4 times higher than the control. Overexpression of KcPIF4 in Arabidopsis produced less chlorosis and wilting in the leaves compared to the wild type at 45 ℃, with higher level of CAT, SOD, POD, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoids, as well as lower level of MDA content and relative conductivity compared to the wild type. [Conclusion] KcPIF4 functions in tolerance-responseadaptation to high temperature stress, enhancing Arabidopsis tolerance to high temperature. This result suggests that the protein has high temperature resistance.

Background With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, health issues are receiving increasing attention. The aging population and the high incidence of chronic diseases have made health management an urgent problem that needs to be addressed. Primary healthcare institutions, as the "main battlefield" for residents' health, play a crucial role in health management. However, in the current implementation of health management, primary healthcare institutions still face numerous challenges, and their proactivity remains unclear. Objective To understand the current implementation status of health management in primary healthcare institutions in Shanghai and to discuss strategies for enhancing the implementation of proactive health-oriented health management. Methods From February 2023 to May 2023, a survey was conducted on 33 primary healthcare institutions in Shanghai. The survey aimed to understand the implementation of health management, assessment of high-risk factors and disease screening, execution of health education and information dissemination, coordination of health management resources and functional services, as well as the status of online health management services and health monitoring. Additionally, interviews were conducted with institution heads to gather information on implementation difficulties and suggestions. Results The research results showed that all participating institutions carried out health management for chronic disease patients, with 93.9% (31/33) covering key populations, 72.7% (24/33) involving rehabilitation populations, and 54.6% (18/33) including healthy populations. A total of 81.8% (27/33) of institutions utilized health data platforms, with the main functions including contract management, health record management, data querying, and health indicator management. Furthermore, 97.0% (32/33) of institutions conducted high-risk factor assessments and disease screenings, as well as follow-up, diagnosis, and management. The majority of institutions carried out health education and information dissemination activities through various platforms. Additionally, 87.9% (29/33) of institutions collaborated with other units to implement health management projects, providing diverse functional services. About 63.6% (21/33) of institutions offered online services, and 42.4% (14/33) were equipped with health monitoring devices. Managers believed that primary healthcare institutions and their staff have significant advantages in implementing proactive health-oriented management, but they also face challenges due to a lack of policy and financial support. Conclusion Primary healthcare institutions in Shanghai have made positive progress in implementing proactive health-oriented management. However, comprehensive measures are still needed to address existing challenges, in order to further improve the quality and efficiency of health management services and better meet the health needs of residents.

In the pursuit of building a country strong in education, the foremost task is to cultivate high-quality teachers. The quintessential traits of such teachers are characterized by possessing a distinctive, comprehensive, practice-oriented, highly refined, and creative personal practical theory. This study starts with the issue of how primary and secondary school teachers construct their personal practical theories, applies Grounded Theory and exploratory case studies to investigate the complete process and theoretical principles of teacher's construction of personal practical theory. Based on 10 cases of teacher's personal practical theory construction, using in-depth interviews and Grounded Theory analysis, the process for constructing teacher's personal practical theories based on professional inquiry is established. Thus, the core practice in the construction of personal practical theory for teachers, "research-oriented practice", is revealed, and seven typical strategies that promote the construction of teacher's personal practical theoryis summarized. By reflecting on the process of teacher's professional growth, the theoretical and practical logic of constructing teacher's personal practical theory has been discovered, and a "practice-professional inquiry" orientation for teacher learning has been proposed. The research indicates that all teachers can establish a systematic perspective for thinking about problems through the construction of their personal practical theory, and can transform unconscious actions into purposeful practices, developing deep thinking about the essence and principles of education issues. In this way, teachers can reconstruct teaching theories, develop personal teaching expertise and characteristics through exploring teaching problems, there by promoting the gradual development of educatortype of teachers.

The development and change patterns as well as the disease course management of multiple ground-glass nodules (GGNs) in the lungs are currently hotspots and difficulties in clinical lung cancer research. Understanding the latest advancements in the natural history of multiple GGNs is crucial for grasping the disease variation patterns and formulating management strategies. Meanwhile, utilizing advanced methods such as intelligent follow-up management platforms makes the long-term standardized management of GGNs possible. Therefore, this article provides an overview of the latest research advancements on the natural history of multiple GGNs and new experience in GGNs management.

[Objective] The increasingly complex international situations and frequent trade frictions have significantly intensified the supply risk of global industrial chains. The trade pattern evolution identifying and risk propagation modeling of global wind power industrial chains would provide essential implications for increasing the resilience of industrial chains and securing energy supplies. [Methods] This study depicted the spatial-temporal characteristics of major wind power industrial chains during 2000-2021 based on complex network analysis, revealed the resilience of the industrial networks by network resilience assessment, and tracked the impacts of supply risks from different countries (regions) based on cascading failure modeling. [Results] (1) The overall scale of global wind power industrial chains continued to expand with trade connections between countries (regions) intensifying, and the complexity and efficiency of industrial networks increased significantly. (2) China as a major exporter played an increasingly important role in the global wind power industrial chains, establishing intense trade relations with numerous countries (regions). (3) Supply risks originating from China may generate profound impacts on the tower and generator trade networks, while supply risks originating from the United States and Germany may generate profound impacts on the blade and gearbox trade networks, respectively. [Conclusion] Optimizing industrial layout, collaborating with emerging markets, and strengthening technological innovation are thus of great significance for systematically preventing potential risks within wind power industry chains worldwide.

Aiming at the problems of existing time synchronization accuracy measurement methods based on clock pulse, such as complex measurement system composition, limited measurement scale by the number of instrument acquisition interfaces, and inability of measurement data to support real-time network management and control, a lightweight and scalable time synchronization accuracy measurement method called Virtual Scoping (VS) was proposed based on the centralized management and control architecture of time-sensitive networking (TSN). Ability to virtualize oscilloscope functions in the network control plane. Firstly, the parameter DriftTime was defined by the method, which could be used to accurately estimate synchronization accuracy. This parameter was calculated from protocol status data such as synchronization message transmission timestamps, residence delay, and link delay. Finally, the V-Scope tool was implemented in the network control plane and deployed in a prototype system built on the OpenTSN open-source project for experimentation. The results demonstrate that V-Scope exhibits only nanosecond-level errors compared to measurements obtained from professional testing equipment. Additionally, the feasibility and advantages of the VS method in supporting network management functions are discussed. As an example of accuracy optimization, a frequency offset compensation algorithm based on V-Scope is designed and implemented, which improves the synchronization accuracy of the prototype system by 32.3%.

【Objective】 This paper is to propose a method to optimize ecological space zoning and develop scientific management strategies for watersheds. The focus is on clarifying the synergies and trade-offs among mountains, waters, forests, farmlands, lakes, and grasslands. 【Method】 The study takes the Hongfeng Lake watershed as a case study. It is a typical watershed consisting of mountains, water, forests, fields, lakes and grasses. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to calculates synergies and trade-offs between these sub-ecosystems at both basin scale and local scale. The ecological zoning in the watershed was analyzed by considering the synergistic relationships between mountains, waters, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands. 【Result】 The study revealed significant spatial variation in ecological zones within the studied areas. It identified contrasting spatial relationships in the distribution of synergies and trade-offs, particularly between water and other subsystems, as defined by the water intersection line. Key findings include differentiated ecological protection roles of forests and grasslands, high pollution risks facing lakes, and the reliance on rainfall for agriculture outside regions where lakes effectively manage water storage. The watershed was classified into nine ecological control zones, including urban water source protection zones and ecological agricultural zones along the lake and its tributaries. Additionally, mountain areas were designated as ecological industrial development and conservation zones, water source conservation zones, and geo-hazard risk zones. 【Conclusion】 By analyzing the coordination and trade-offs among various ecological components, this study ensures the maximization of ecological diversity within each zoning type. The findings highlight the need for tailored management strategies across different zones to address their unique ecological needs and challenges.

The oral microbial community undergoes significant changes during pregnancy due to constant changes in hormones, immune levels, dietary habits, and other external environmental factors. Recent evidence suggests a link between periodontal disease and pregnancy-related oral dysbiosis. Although this oral dysbiosis and pathogenic periodontal bacteria are thought to be associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, it remains unclear how pregnancy-related oral dysbiosis regulates oral diseases and birth outcomes. Prenatal interventions can proactively reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes to protect child health, but further research is needed to elucidate the mechanisms. Understanding the changes in oral microorganisms during pregnancy is critical for this endeavor.

The random forest algorithm， known for its robustness against noise and powerful computational capabilities， is widely employed in diagnosing vibration faults in rotating machinery. However， when applied in industrial settings， the algorithm encounters challenges such as limited sample sizes， the inability to integrate prior knowledge， and comparatively lower accuracy. To tackle these issues， a method for diagnosing vibration faults in steam turbines using an improved random forest （IRF） algorithm is proposed. This approach incorporates prior knowledge to optimize decision trees， utilizing analytical hierarchy process （AHP） and information entropy. Genuine operational datasets from the data center of a million-kW thermal power plant are utilized to validate the efficacy and reliability of the proposed method. Computational findings indicate that， in comparison to the traditional random forest algorithm， IRF achieves higher accuracy and a reduced miss rate， with a 33% decrease in the number of decision trees. Moreover， the operational time is slashed to just 11.4% of that taken by the traditional random forest algorithm. These results suggest that IRF holds significant practical value for real-time， precise vibration fault diagnosis in thermal power units.

In view of the geological characteristics and development contradictions of different types of heavy oil reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield， a set of development technologies for heavy oil reservoirs have been developed， and remarkable development achievements have been obtained. In this paper， the progress of development technologies for different types of heavy oil reservoirs was summarized in the theoretical basis and the field application. For heavy oil reservoirs after many rounds of huffing and puffing， the well pattern infilling technology was formed based on the non-Darcy flow theory. For sensitive heavy oil reservoirs， the adverse impact of water sensitivity on development was reduced based on the proposed theory of near heat and remote prevention. For extra-heavy oil reservoirs， HDCS technology was applied through the synergistic viscosity reduction and energy enhancement due to the expansion to solve the development problem of difficult injection and production. For inefficient water-flooding heavy oil reservoirs， the flow lines of infilled corner wells and water wells were changed by turning to steam flooding to enhance oil recovery. For deep heavy oil reservoirs， the multi-thermal composite oil displacement theory was formed， and deep heavy oil reservoirs were effectively produced based on the understanding of the synergistic interaction mechanism of gas-heat synergy for heat retention and enhancing steam chamber， heat-agent synergy for replacing viscosity reduction and improving flooding， and gas-agent synergy for thermal front equilibrium. For thin heavy oil reservoirsthe steam absorption capacity and production ranges were improved through the thermal and horizontal well composite development model. For shallow extra-heavy oil reservoirs， HDNS technology was used to enhance the energy， reduce viscosity， and expand the spread， realizing efficient development. The application of development technologies for heavy oil reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield provides technical support for the beneficial development and green development of heavy oil in Shengli Oilfield.

Shengli Oilfield is a typical continental compound oil and gas area with various reservoir types， many oil-bearing strata， and complex fault systems. It entered the extra-high water cut development stage with a water cut of more than 90% in the early 90s of the 20th century. The basis for enhanced oil recovery in mature oilfields with high water cuts is how to accurately characterize the changes of underground reservoirs and accurately recognize the remaining oil according to different types of reservoirs and development stages. To this end， the oilfield has carried out the fine reservoir description for the remaining oil potential in mature oilfields since 1996. A set of fine reservoir description technologies aligning with Shengli Oilfield characteristics has been formed through breakthroughs in critical technologies such as the fine characterization of reservoir architectures， fine description of low-sequence faults， phase division and connectivity evaluation of glutenites， prediction of thin beach dam sand reservoirs， three-dimensional geological modeling， and the fine description of the remaining oil， as well as multiple rounds of iterations of reservoir description technologies， and the technical specifications of fine reservoir description have been compiled. As of 2023， more than 600 development units have been described， covering 43.6 × 108 t of original oil in place. The modeling technology has been widely used in the adjustment of mature areas and the scheme preparation of new areas， which effectively supports the large-scale production of oilfields and stable production with benefits. This paper systematically analyzed the development process of reservoir description technologies in Shengli Oilfield， summarized the characteristic technologies of different types of reservoirs， analyzed five challenges faced by fine reservoir description in mature oilfields in the late stage of extra-high water cut， and expounded on five development directions of reservoir description technologies in the next step， which had guiding and reference significance for promoting fine reservoir description technologies in continental oilfields.

In order to realize the effective development of shale oil with low maturity in continental faulted basins in Jiyang Depression， systematic evaluations have been carried out simultaneously in Boxing， Niuzhuang， and Minfeng sags since 2019， based on the 10 000 meters of systematic coring and more than 100 000 core tests. Significant breakthroughs have been made in single well evaluation and stereoscopic development of well groups. A pilot test of eight wells in three layers was conducted in Boxing Sag， and the first 100 000-ton shale oil development well group of SINOPEC was built. A large-platform stereoscopic development test of well groups was carried out with 20 wells in five layers， and all wells were put into production in Niuzhuang Sag. A comprehensive overall evaluation and stereoscopic development test was launched in Minfeng Sag， following the mode of “overall deployment of a large platform and step-by-step implementation of a small well group.” Peak daily oil production exceeded one hundred tons in 28 wells， including Wells FYP1 and FY1-1HF ternary-element （storage， fracture， and pressure） storage and flow theory of shale oil in Jiyang Depression was proposed. The technologies of shale oil development， stereoscopic fine evaluation of development sweet spots， integrated modeling and numerical simulation， and stereoscopic development optimization were developed. A theoretical and technical system of stereoscopic development of shale oil in continental faulted basins with Shengli characteristics was initially constructed. It effectively supported the construction of the shale oil national demonstration area in Jiyang Depression， Shengli Oilfield.

Purposes Carbon dioxide capture and utilization is a choice to alleviate the greenhouse effect and address the energy crisis. In order to promote the reaction under more mild conditions, photothermal catalysis is used to reduce CO2 with the advantages of photocatalysis and thermal catalysis. Thermal energy is generated by photothermal materials (self-heating) or external heat sources. Methods This paper focuses on photothermal catalysis based on photothermal effect (self-heating). Findings At present, the main problems of photothermal catalytic reduction of CO2 to carbon-containing compounds lie in the difficult adsorption and activation of CO2, poor product selectivity and poor photothermal effect. This review summarizes the definition, principle and advantages of photothermal catalysis, focusing on the analysis and summary of strategies to improve the performance of photothermal catalytic reduction of CO2 from the aspects of reaction thermodynamics, reaction path, factors affecting photothermal effect and catalyst modification. The factors that affect the photothermal effect are summarized in detail, including the photoresponse range of the catalyst, the light intensity, the heat storage capacity of the catalyst and the plasmon resonance effect of the metal. Conclusions Future studies should focus on strategies to improve CO2 conversion and product selectivity by using the thermal effect of photoheating, and improve the photothermal conversion efficiency and product selectivity by regulating the morphology and reaction path of the catalyst, so as to realize the industrial application of photothermal catalysis.

Walnut kernels, selected as the raw material, underwent hydrolysis with protein-glutaminase (PG) following pulping. This process laid the foundation for producing set-type walnut yogurt, involving steps such as blending, homogenization, sterilization, and fermentation. The study investigated the impact of protein-glutaminase and five distinct starter cultures labeled I~V on the quality of walnut yogurt. This was evaluated by examining the yogurt's fermentation characteristics, physicochemical indicators, and microstructure. Furthermore, walnut yogurt developed under these optimal conditions was compared to traditional milk yogurt to assess its quality and characteristics. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the fermentation characteristics and textural parameters of yogurt fermented by walnut milk following enzymatic hydrolysis compared to non-enzymatic walnut milk. The optimal conditions were identified as 0.2% enzyme concentration and a 40-minute reaction time, with the pH, acidity, hardness, and consistency of walnut yogurt being 4.3, 55°T, 85.30 g, and 583.96 g·s, respectively. Walnut yogurt developed using starter culture I exhibited the highest acidity level, maintaining minimal fluctuation over a 21-day storage period. In contrast, yogurts prepared with alternative starter cultures demonstrated varying degrees of stratification and sedimentation. The yogurt fermented with culture I showed superior viscoelastic properties, presenting a denser gel network. Conversely, yogurts fermented with cultures IV and V displayed reduced apparent viscosity, lower values of G' (storage modulus), and G'' (loss modulus), along with a looser gel structure. Additionally, walnut yogurt produced with starter culture I maintained bacterial counts exceeding 106 CFU/mL throughout the storage duration. Despite walnut yogurt requiring further refinement in aspects such as consistency, water-holding capacity, and whey release rate compared to milk yogurt, the overall impact of PG was positive, enhancing the gelation quality of walnut yogurt. The yogurt prepared with starter culture I (Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus) was notably improved, receiving favorable overall assessments.

Objective In order to deal with the potential security threats caused by the complex connections between various subsystems in urban rail transit system, China Urban Rail Transit Association proposes that physical security isolation should be implemented between the safety production network and the external service network. Under the existing transmission method, problems such as packet loss and bit error often occur during one-way data transmission, and new methods need to be sought to improve the reliability of one-way data transmission in urban rail transit. Method The transmission principle and existing problems of the one-way security isolation system, as well as the proxy and session configuration in the one-way security gateway are described. The judgment methods of three types of transmission anomalies (proxy order disorder, session order confusion and transmission timeout) are analyzed. A data transmission method based on information backup is proposed, and the header format of backup information is built. The technical process of checking transmission anomalies by the data transmission method based on information backup technology is formulated, which is verified by experiments. Result & Conclusion This method can effectively solve the problem of low reliability of one-way data transmission of urban rail transit.

Objective The Indosinian collision process of the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt remains a subject of debate. The newly discovered Triassic adakitic granites in the Xiaonanchuan area of East Kunlun provide new geological evidence that constrains the evolution of collisional orogenesis. Methods This study conducted petrological, geochemical, zircon U-Pb, and Lu-Hf isotopic analyses of the Moshigou and Bentoushan granitic intrusions in the Xiaonanchuan area to investigate their petrogenesis and tectonic settings. By integrating previous research on magmatism and sedimentation during the late Indosinian period within the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt, a preliminary discussion was conducted on collisional orogensis process. Results and Conclusion The Moshigou intrusion consists of granodiorite and monzogranite with zircon U-Pb ages of 209–208 Ma. The Bentoushan intrusion is composed of granodiorite with zircon U-Pb ages of 201–200 Ma. These granitoids have high SiO2 and Al2O3 contents and are rich in sodium. They also have high Sr contents (398×10−6–613×10−6) and Sr/Y ratios (50–97) and are depleted in heavy rare earth elements without Eu anomalies, exhibiting typical geochemical characteristics of adakitic rocks. The Moshigou granitoids have negative whole-rock εNd(t) (−3.60 to −3.34) and variable zircon εHf(t) (−1.3 to +5.9), indicating their derivation from the partial melting of the thickened lower crust. The Bentoushan granitoids have negative whole-rock εNd(t) (−1.65 to −1.55) and positive zircon εHf(t) (+3.4 to +7.3), suggesting their origin from meta-basic rock-dominated thickened lower crust with eclogite residue. Significance These results suggest that they were formed in a post-collisional extension setting. A comprehensive analysis indicates that the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt was in the collision and post-collision stages during the Late Triassic. The post-collision stage can be further divided into two phases of magmatic activity: early and late phases of the Late Triassic.

The existing intelligent anti-jamming methods based on deep reinforcement learning are applied to space-ground TT&C and communication links, in which the deep neural network used for decision-making has a complex structure, and the resources of satellites and other vehicles are limited, making it difficult to independently complete the timely training of complex neural network under the constraints of limited complexity, and the decision-making of anti-jamming cannot converge. Aiming at the above problems, an intelligent anti-jamming decision algorithm based on proximal policy optimization was proposed, which deployed the decision-making neural network and the training neural network in the vehicles and the ground station, respectively. The ground station conducted the optimal offline training based on the empirical information feedback from the vehicles, and assisted the decision-making neural network in parameter updating, thereby achieving the effective selection of anti-jamming strategies while satisfying the resource constraints of the vehicles. The simulation results demonstrate that the convergence speed of the proposed algorithm is increased by 37%, and the system capacity after convergence is increased by 25%, compared with the decision algorithms of policy gradient and deep Q-learning.

This study explored the low-carbon operation and control strategy of wastewater treatment plants based on cost reduction and efficiency improvement, with a South China plant as a case study. Factors influencing phosphorus removal, including sludge age, concentration, dissolved oxygen, reflux ratio, and chemical dosing location, were analyzed. Optimal operation parameters such as sludge concentration, air/water ratio, and dissolved oxygen level were established based on influent characteristics across seasons. Implementation of these low-carbon strategies ensures the plant's effluent quality remained within standards, exhibiting a stable and decreasing trend. Meanwhile, chemical consumption for phosphorus removal decreasesd by approximately 41%, the electricity consumption per ton of treated wastewater decreased by 26.5%, resulting in a reduction of indirect carbon emissions by 0.18 kg/t(calculated by CO2,eq), which had achieved energy conservation, emission reduction, and clean production.

It is of great significant for prop-fan engine under medium to high Mach number to evaluate the propulsive efficiency of turbofan, turboprop and prop-fan engines. The mathematical model for propulsive efficiency analysis is established by using energy-momentum method based on the model of separate exhaust turbofan engines, and a unified propulsive efficiency analysis method is formed for turbofan, prop-fan and propeller fan engines. Different external fan pressure ratios, equivalent bypass ratios and different flight Mach number are selected for calculation. The results show that the propulsion efficiency of turboprop engine is higher at medium to low flight Mach number, the propulsion efficiency of prop-fan engine is higher at medium to high flight Mach number, and the propulsion efficiency of turbofan engine is higher at high subsonic flight Mach number. The existing flight Mach number interval distribution law of the superior propulsion efficiency of turboprop, prop-fan and turbofan engines is conformed. The study can provide a method for the research and analysis of the propulsion efficiency of turbofan, turboprop and prop-fan engines.

Vigorously developing new energy sources is an important approach to achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. However, the randomness, volatility, and intermittency of new energy pose severe challenges to the supply-demand balance and stability of the electric power system. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop diversified flexible resources to guarantee the system’s safe and stable operation. This study summarizes the electricity demand and the power structure development pathways in China under the carbon neutrality goal. Based on this, it analyzes the different flexibility demands of electric power systems with different proportions of wind and solar power generation capacities and elaborates on the characteristics of various types of flexible resources needed for power generation, transmission, load, and storage from four aspects: peak capacity (adequacy), ramping flexibility, stability, and inertia. Drawing from the international experience regarding flexible resource development, we propose the principles for flexible resource development: supply security guarantee, low-carbon development, and economic optimization. Considering the existing problems in the flexible resource development in China, we propose a flexible resource development pathway that aligns with the emission reduction goal of the power sector and the medium- to long-term development trend of the electric power structure of China. Furthermore, key initiatives to ensure the development of flexible resources are proposed from five aspects: power source, power grid, load, energy storage, and market mechanism.

This is an article in the field of mineral processing engineering. A pegmatitic lithium polymetallic mine in Xinjiang Province, in which the main target mineral is spodumene, accompanied by a small amount of niobium-tantalite, and the gangue minerals are mainly feldspar, quartz and mica. In this article, the DMS test is carried out for the spodumene ore firstly. The middling of DMS and the fine sample of -0.6 mm are combined as feed for flotation test. After grinding the feed, the systematic flotation tests were carried out. Finally, as to the raw ore containing Li2O 1.68%, by adopting the combined technology of DMS-Flotation, the dense medium concentrate obtained contains Li2O 6.5% and 51.58% of recovery, the flotation concentrate obtained contains Li2O 5.37%, and 31.94% of recovery. The total concentrate contains Li2O 6.02%, and the recovery is 83.52%. DMS for this spodumene ore can directly produce high-grade concentrate with a recovery of 50%, and discard tailings with a yield of 43%, which can greatly save the cost of crushing grinding.

A comprehensive and intuitive evaluation system for the quality of crabapples (Malus spp.) was established. In this study, 14 varieties of crabapples were tested. The core quality indexes were selected through variability analysis, correlation analysis, and principal component analysis (PCA) to establish the comprehensive quality evaluation model. The reliability of the model was verified by sensory evaluation and cluster analysis. In addition, the characteristics and utilization values of these varieties were investigated by cluster analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences in 18 quality indexes among the varieties and significant correlations among these quality indexes. PCA showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 5 principal components was 89.253%. Combining this result with those of correlation analysis, we found that single fruit mass, solid/acid ratio, sugar/acid ratio, and total flavanol content were the major quality indexes of crabapples. According to the comprehensive evaluation model, ‘123 Xiaopingguo’, ‘Longfeng’, ‘Cuifeng’ and ‘Huangtaiping’ had better fruit quality than the other varieties. The antioxidant activity of crabapple polyphenols showed a positive linear correlation with the contents of polyphenols and flavonoids with correlation coefficients of R2 = 0.837 and 0.728 for 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) cation radical scavenging capacity, R2 = 0.829 and 0.768 for 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) radical scavenging capacity, and R2 = 0.575 and 0.969 for ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), respectively. Likewise, the sensory evaluation scores were linearly correlated with the PCA scores (R2 = 0.862), indicating the reliability of the comprehensive evaluation model. The results of cluster analysis showed that the crabapple varieties could be divided into 4 categories. Category I included M. orbusta and ‘Haihong’, which could be processed into health products with high VC content. Category II included ‘Jixinguo’, ‘Longfeng’, ‘Cuifeng’ and ‘123 Xiaopingguo’, with good taste and being suitable for fresh consumption. Category III included ‘Adam’, ‘Profusion’, M. micromalus, ‘Brandywine’, and ‘Red Splender’, which are suitable for making polyphenols-rich health foods. Category IV included ‘K9 Qingshaguo’, ‘Kelsey’ and ‘Huangtaiping’, which can be processed into preserved fruit, juice, wine and other products. The results were consistent with those of PCA, corroborating the reliability of the model. The comprehensive quality evaluation system can provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of different varieties of crabapples and also provide a good scheme for the quality evaluation of crabapples.

In satellite edge computing networks, when too many ground users access the satellite through the same channel, the resulting co-channel interference will lead to edge computing performance degradation. To address this problem, a multi-user computing offloading strategy based on stochastic game was proposed under the system model of dynamic environment low earth orbit constellation edge computing network. On the premise of considering the selfishness of users, the stochastic characteristics of the satellite-ground channel and the dynamic nature of ground user access, from the perspective of game theory, the offloading decision-making process of ground users in the dynamic environment was formulated as a stochastic game. It was proved that the formulated stochastic game was equivalent to a weighted potential game with at least one Nash Equilibrium (NE), and the NE minimized the system overhead. In order to achieve NE in a distributed manner under dynamic environment, an intelligent stochastic learning algorithm based on the stochastic learning was designed to efficiently achieve NE for the proposed stochastic game. Simulation results show that compared to the benchmark algorithm, the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the co-channel interference and the system overhead, and achieve near-optimal performance.

A digital monitoring system for underground drilling in coal mines has been designed to address issues such as difficulty in measuring borehole bottom engineering parameters, insufficient accuracy and completeness of drilling data, and inadequate application of drilling data fusion. The system consists of a data source layer, a virtual model layer, a data processing layer, and a drilling service layer. The data source layer provides data support for the virtual model layer, which generates new data through simulation analysis and feeds it back to the data source layer. After receiving the data provided by the data source layer and the virtual model layer, the data processing layer performs data cleaning, transformation, and merging processes. The drilling service layer provides data display, query, analysis, alarm and other services to users at different levels through permission settings on the backend data management end. Drilling data is divided into pre drilling data (data obtained based on drilling design information and construction plans before drilling construction), real-time data (including parameters monitored by drilling process equipment and drilling site videos), and delayed data (parameters collected by drilling measurement devices at the bottom of the hole) according to temporal features. A data processing flow is designed for these three types of drilling data, and a system communication network architecture consisting of an access layer, a convergence layer, and a core layer is established. The engineering practice results show that the system has achieved the collection, transmission, display, and dynamic management of underground drilling construction data in coal mines. It meets the needs of monitoring and data management during the drilling construction process, and has good real-time and accuracy. This system provides technical support for intelligent construction and refined management of underground drilling in coal mines.

In order to explore the formation mechanism of job burnout of coal mine safety managers, based on the job demand-resource model and grounded theory, the research conducted in-depth interviews with coal mine safety managers, built a JD-R theoretical model of coal mine safety managers’ job burnout and proposed relevant hypotheses. The results show that: among the demographic variables, working age, position and working time will affect job burnout; job demands and role pressure negatively predict job burnout, while job resources and organizational justice positively predict job burnout of coal mine safety managers. The mediating effect of role stress on job demand and job burnout was 0.276, and the mediating effect of organizational justice on job resource and job burnout was -0.365.

BackgroundArsenic exposure is a common and important environmental and occupational hazardous factor in China, and arsenic-induced insulin resistance (IR) has attracted widespread attention as a negative health outcome to the population. ObjectiveTo explore part of the mechanism of hepatic IR induced by arsenic exposure based on the peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors γ (PPARγ)/ glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) pathway, and to investigate potential effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) on hepatic IR induced by arsenic exposure and associated mechanism of action. MethodsThe target of drug action was predicted by network pharmacology and verified by in vivo and in vitro experiments. In vivo experiments: 48 SPF C57BL/6J male mice were divided into 4 groups, including control group, 50 mg·L−1 NaAsO2 model group (NaAsO2), 50 mg·L−1 NaAsO2+10 mg·kg−1 GBE intervene group (NaAsO2+GBE), and 10 mg·kg−1 GBE group (GBE), 12 mice in each group. The animals were given free access to purified water containing 50 mg·L−1 NaAsO2, or given intraperitoneal injection of normal saline containing 10 mg·kg−1 GBE once per week. After 6 months of exposure, blood glucose detection, intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT), and insulin tolerance test (ITT) were performed. Serum and liver tissues were collected after the mice were neutralized, liver histopathological sections were obtained, serum insulin levels, liver tissue glycogen content, glucose content were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the expression of PPARγ and GLUT4 proteins was detected by Western blot (WB). In vitro experiments: HepG2 cells were divided into 4 groups, including control group, 8 μmol·L−1 NaAsO2 group (NaAsO2), 8 μmol·L−1 NaAsO2 + 200 mg·L−1 GBE intervene group (NaAsO2+GBE), and 200 mg·L−1 GBE group (GBE). The levels of glycogen and glucose were detected by ELISA, and the expression of PPARγ and GLUT4 proteins was detected by WB. Results A strong binding effect between GBE and PPARγ was revealed by network pharmacology. In in vivo experiments, the NaAsO2 group exhibited an elevated blood glucose compared to the control group, and the NaAsO2+GBE group showed a decreased blood glucose compared to the NaAsO2 group (P

The amount of rural sewage varies greatly, which easily affects the normal operation of sewage treatment facilities. The application of waste bricks to construct rural sewage treatment type household manholes can realize front pollution control, improve the stability of the rural sewage treatment system, and realize the resource utilization of rural construction wastes, which has a broad prospect. However, the influencing factors and parameter selection of this technology are not clear, which affects its popularization and application. To solve the above problems,this study adopted small and pilot devices, combined with material characterization, single factor analysis and response surface analysis to study the influence of waste brick particle size, pollution control effect and parameter optimization process of waste brick-based rural sewage treatment type household manholes. It was found that waste brick-based rural sewage treatment type household manholes had good sewage treatment effects, and waste brick fragments with particle size of 0.5-

The transmission tower and tower line coupling system is an important carrier of the power system transmission process. Strong winds in coastal areas have a significant impact on the transmission tower and tower line system. To study the dynamic response characteristics of tower line system under the action of random fluctuating wind fields, the 1W2C9 drum-type self-supporting transmission tower in Guangdong is taken as the research object. Finite element models for the single tower and one tower two-line tower line coupling system are established. By combining the Davenport wind speed spectrum with the fourth order autoregressive method, the fluctuating wind fieldswith spatial correlation are simulated for a single tower with 9 nodes and tower line system with 49 nodes. The dynamic response of a single tower and tower line system under this fluctuating wind field is studied, and the influence of different wind direction angles on theirdynamic response is explored. The results indicate that the maximum dynamic response of both the single tower and tower line system is greater than their pseudo-static response. The existence of transmission lines enhances the stability of the transmission tower line system, reducing its dynamic response. A wind direction angle of 90° proves to be the most unfavorable for the dynamic response of the single tower and tower line system.

ObjectiveTo explore the association between violent behaviors and emotions in individuals with mental disorders, to evaluate the application value of facial expression analysis technology in violence risk assessment of individuals with mental disorders in supervised settings, and to provide a reference for violence risk assessment.MethodsThirty-nine male individuals with mental disorders in supervised settings were selected, the participant risk of violence, cognitive function, psychiatric symptoms and severity were assessed using the Modified Overt Aggression Scale （MOAS）, the Historical, Clinical, Risk Management-Chinese version（HCR-CV）, the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）. An emotional arousal was performed on the participants and the intensity of their emotions and facial expression action units was recorded before, during and after the arousal. One-way analysis of variance （ANOVA） was used to compare the differences in the intensity of emotions and facial expression action units before, during and after the arousal. Pearson correlation analysis was used to calculate the correlations between the intensity of the seven basic emotional facial expressions and the scores of the assessment scales.ResultsThe intensity difference of sadness, surprise and fear in different time periods was statistically significant （P

[Objective] This study was aimed to estimate the amount of water conservation in Shaanxi Province. [Methods] The InVEST model and PLUS model were coupled to calculate the water conservation amount in Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2020 and predict the water conservation amount under land use changes in the future in 2030. [Results] The average water conservation amount in Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2020 was 132.25 mm, with a spatial distribution characteristic of gradually increasing water conservation from north to south. From the perspective of vegetation types, forest land was the main body of water conservation in Shaanxi Province. The average annual water conservation amount was 199.55×108 m3. From the administrative region, Ankang City had the largest water conservation amount(308.96 mm). The total amount of water source conservation in 2030 will be 285.16×108 m3 and 8.68×108 m3 less than that in 2020. [Conclusion] The water conservation amount of Shaanxi Province will show a slight downward trend from 2020 to 2030 in the future.

[Objective] The integrated utilization of saline-alkali land remains a quintessential stratagem to enhance grain yield whilst embracing the principle of Greater Food. The current simplistic reclamation approaches and the intensive water demands, however, call for a thorough investigation of diversified management strategies and interventions that take into account the impact on water resources. [Methods] The study selected the western part of Jilin province as the study area and adopted the FLUS model to forecast the utilization patterns of saline-alkali land resources until 2030 under four scenarios: Natural progression, grain security, integration of grain and forage production, and ecological protection. The InVEST model was then applied to evaluate the variations in water yield across these scenarios. [Results] (1) From 2000 to 2020, 1 540.18 km2 of saline-alkali land in the study area was put to use, predominantly restored to grassland or reclaimed as cultivated land, with a substantial risk of secondary salinization in drylands. (2) Under all scenarios, the reclamation of saline-alkali land for agriculture prevailed. In the grain security scenario, the paddy fields and drylands accounted for 67.48% and 4.23%, respectively. When compared with the natural progression scenario, the grassland area was set to expand by 139.18 km2 in the integration of grain and forage production scenario, and ecological land would increase substantially under the ecological protection scenario. (3) By 2030, water yield is projected to decrease in all four scenarios relative to the baseline period, with the ecological protection scenario facing the steepest reduction at 3.71×108 m3. Conversely, the integration of grain and forage scenario offered a well-balanced solution, ensuring the output of crops and forage while easing the water pressures initiated by the management of saline-alkali land. [Conclusion] Utilization of saline-alkali land in the Songnen Plain requires a balanced and strategic approach that supports both grain and forage production. Efforts should be made on maintaining the equilibrium between the supply of agricultural and fodder resources whilst ensuring food and ecological security. The overarching goal is to regulate the ecological restoration of our territorial space and utilization of degraded lands following the concept of Greater Food.

It is of great significance to reveal the law of fracturing fracture propagation and influencing factors in coalbed methane (CBM) reservoirs for the formulation of fracturing technology and the efficient development of CBM resources. In this paper, the data of core drilling, well logging, downhole observation, fracturing construction and microseismic monitoring in Shizhuangbei CBM block, Qinshui Basin, China, are used to systematically analyze the hydraulic fracturing fracture propagation law and influencing factors. The research results show that clean water fracturing fluid is mainly used in the study area. According to the change in construction pressure, the fracture curves can be divided into four types: descending, stable, ascending, and fluctuating. Hydraulic fracture strikes are mainly N37°–55°W and N42°–70°E, with lengths varying between 69.5 m and 157.5 m and heights of 35 m to 68.5 m. In the type I stress state(σv>σH>σh), the fracturing fractures tend to expand vertically, and most fracturing curves are descending or stable. In the type II in-situ stress state(σH>σh>σv), the propagation direction of fracturing fractures is relatively single, and most of them are vertical fractures of a single shape. The width of the fracture network is small. Under the type III in-situ stress state(σH>σv>σh), the fracturing fractures expand along the horizontal direction, and the fracturing fractures have more complex shapes. The principal stress difference coefficient (λ)is positively correlated with the length of the fracture network and negatively correlated with the width. For fracturing fracture lengths >90 m, the λ is higher than 0.3. The hydraulic fractures can be communicated, penetrated, or captured by natural fractures. The effect of communication fracturing is better, and most coalbed methane wells have the characteristics of high and stable production. The extension length of the penetrated fracturing fractures is limited, and most of the captured fracturing fractures overlap with joints. The gas production effect of penetrated and captured fracturing wells is poor. With the increase of the proportion of primary and cataclastic coal thickness, the length of the fracture network gradually increases and the width gradually decreases. For fracturing fracture lengths >110 m, the proportion of primary and cataclastic coal thickness is higher than 40%. The research results provide a theoretical basis and geological guarantee for coal seam fracturing reconstruction.

There are various types and scenarios of abnormal risks in coal mine transportation systems. The occurrence of abnormal accidents at coal mine sites is accidental, and the number of abnormal samples obtained is much smaller than that of normal samples, resulting in an imbalance of positive and negative samples. In order to solve the above problems, a multivariate abnormal image detection method for coal mine transportation systems based on hypersphere reconstructed data description (HRDD) is proposed. On the basis of full convolutional data description (FCDD), an image reconstruction auxiliary task is introduced. The mean square error loss function is selected as the objective function of the image reconstruction auxiliary task. Abnormal image detection and positioning are quantified as an inequality constrained optimization problem. The seamless fusion technology is used to fuse auxiliary datasets and abnormal samples into normal samples, in order to reduce the difference between abnormal fusion samples and normal samples, expand the total number of abnormal samples, and balance the proportion of abnormal and normal samples. Through multiple sets of noise simulation experiments and on-site experiments, it has been proven that adding Gaussian noise to the resistance zone with a certain probability for enhanced training can improve the noise resistance efficiency, generalization capability, detection accuracy, and other aspects of the HRDD model. The results of the ablation experiment show that the auxiliary dataset effectively improves the problem of sample imbalance, with an accuracy increase of 36.5%. The introduction of image reconstruction auxiliary tasks can ensure that deep features can be accurately mapped to abnormal positions, resulting in an IoU improvement of 33.4%. There is a strong coupling effect between the auxiliary dataset and the image reconstruction auxiliary task. The combination of the two can further stimulate the performance potential of the HRDD algorithm. The addition of seamless fusion samples and Gaussian noise enhancement has to some extent improved the generalization capability of the HRDD model. The comparative experimental results show that the accuracy and IoU of the HRDD algorithm are better than other mainstream algorithms. Compared with the FCDD algorithm, the accuracy and IoU of the HRDD algorithm have increased by 4.6% and 7.0% respectively, making it more suitable for coal mine sites.

This study aimed to understand the flavor and taste characteristics of dried Boletus edulis products prepared by different drying methods and to explored the difference in flavor among the dried products. The volatile flavor substances and non-volatile taste substances of B. edulis dried by three different drying methods including hot air drying (HAD), vacuum freeze drying (VFD) and vacuum drying (VD) were measured and analyzed. Totally 64 and 85 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were identified by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), respectively. The fingerprint analysis results showed large differences among the dried products, the most significant differential characteristics being found in the VD dried product. Orthogonal partial least squares-discriminate analysis (OPLS-DA) selected 17 and 22 differential characteristic markers based on the results of GC-IMS and GC-MS, respectively. Relative odor activity value (OAV) analysis showed that the key VOC was 1-octen-3-ol. The analysis of non-volatile taste substances indicated that the highest contents of both free amino acids (FAAs) and 5’-nucleotides were found in the HAD-dried product, which were 234.57 and 27.870 mg/g, respectively. Among the 16 free amino acids (FAAs), glutamic acid was the major contributor to umami taste. In summary, HAD is more conducive to the accumulation of taste substances in B. edulis, while VD results in a higher number and amount of flavor compounds. This study could provide a reference for the selection of a method for the postharvest drying of fresh B. edulis.

To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol extract from Astragalus rigidulus, HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin, Sephadex LH-20 gel, ODS gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents. The structures of all isolates were identified by spectroscopic methods, including NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The results showed that twenty compounds including nineteen flavonoid derivatives and one sesquiterpene glycoside were isolated and purified from n-butanol extract of A. rigidulus. Their structures were identified as 7-O-methylorobol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), mildiside A (2), naringenin (3), purine 4′-O-β-D-glucoside (4), orobot (5), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6′-acetyl) glucopyranoside (6), 5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyisoflavone-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), amarantholidoside IV (8), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), kaempferol (10), 5,7,4′-trihydroxyisoflavone (11), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (12), (S)-mucronulatol (13), calycosin (14), quercetin (15), pratensein-7-O-β-D-glucoside (16), 2′-hydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxyisoflavan-7-O-β-D-glucoside (17), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (18), 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavonol-3-O-rutinoside (19), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (20). It is the first report for the compounds 1-9 found in the genus Astragalus. The other compounds are isolated from the title plant for the first time. The results of this study provide basic data for the pharmacodynamic material study of A. rigidulus, and provide a theoretical reference for the rational development and utilization of the plant resources in the future.

To study the difference in the contents of phenolics and the antioxidant activities between two kinds of Hawk tea of different maturity levels, and to evaluate their qualities, the contents of 15 phenolic compounds were determined using LC-MS/MS method. Then, the antioxidant activities of two types of tea were evaluated using DPPH radical scavenging rate, ABTS+ radical scavenging rate, and Fe3+ ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). And then, the contents of 15 phenolic compounds and the antioxidant activities between two kinds of Hawk tea of different maturity levels were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the contents of 15 phenolic compounds, hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal partial least square-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were used to classify two kinds of Hawk tea. Finally, the contribution of different phenolic compounds in Hawk tea to antioxidation was discussed by partial least square regression analysis (PLSR). The results were as follows: (1) The contents of catechin, p-coumaric acid, isoquercitrin, hyperoside, nicotiflorin, astragalin, kaempferol, quercetin, and afzelin in tender leaf tea were significantly higher than those in old leaf tea, among which the average contents of catechin, isoquercitrin, and astragalin were higher than those in old leaf tea by 1 039.43, 169.12 and 257.35 mg·100 g-1, respectively. The results of HCA, PCA, and OPLS-DA could distinguish two kinds of Hawk tea. (2) The ANOVA showed significant differences in DPPH radical scavenging rate, ABTS+ radical scavenging rate, and FRAP between two kinds of tea, with the tender leaf tea superior to the old leaf tea. (3) The PLSR suggested that isoquercitrin, catechin, astragalin, chlorogenic acid, hyperoside, p-coumaric acid, and kaempferol were the main phenolic compounds those contributed to the antioxidant activity of Hawk tea. This study can provide a reference for Hawk tea's quality control and application promotion.

The carbon fiber triaxial woven fabric has good application prospects in the field of space deployment devices because of its advantages of stable structure， light density and quasi-isotropic. In order to study the deformation properties of carbon fiber triaxial woven fabric/thermoplastic polyurethanes （TPU） flexible composite， TPU and carbon fibertriaxial woven fabric were composited by hot pressing. The unit cell model of triaxial woven fabric was established by metallographic microscope and SEM.The moment of inertia of different sections was calculated by the model， the moment of inertia of the weft section is greater than that of the warp， and the triaxial woven fabric is more difficult to deform in the weft direction. Drape experiments were performed on carbon fiber plain fabric and triaxial woven fabric.The results show that the deformation ability of the triaxial woven fabric is stronger than plain fabric， and the warp direction deformation of triaxial woven fabric is greater than the weft when it is draped， which is consistent with the calculation result of the moment of inertia of the model section； triaxial woven fabric is subjected to tensile tests in the 0°，15°and 30°directions， the load curve changes and ultimate loads of the three angles are analyzed at different strain stages.

Receptor-interacting protein kinase 1 (RIPK1) is a multi-domain serine/threonine protein kinase that causes downstream signal transduction and biological effects by phosphorylating specific proteins. In recent years, with the in-depth study of RIPK1, scholars have found that it is of great significance in autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and a variety of solid tumors and hematological tumors. On the one hand, RIPK1 promotes cell survival and inflammatory responses by activating specific pathways such as nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK). On the other hand, RIPK1 promotes apoptosis by interacting with cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-8 (caspase-8), or promotes necroptosis by interacting with RIPK3 and mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL). As an upstream signal, RIPK1 has different expression levels in patients with different tumors. Its scaffold function and kinase activity can regulate cancer progression, initiate adaptive immunity, inhibit tumor progression, and generate an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment to promote tumor development. Its dual role has been demonstrated in regulating the occurrence and development of tumors and the body's immune response, and can be used as a new therapeutic target to control cancer progression. This paper starts with the structure of RIPK1 to further explore its function in regulating cancer progression and immune response, and to provide new ideas for the development of cancer-targeted drugs.

This is an article in the field of ceramics and composites. The performance of asphalt mixtures with different iron tailings content was analyzed. The rutting resistance, water stability and crack resistance of the asphalt mixture were analyzed. This verified the feasibility of iron tailings applied to the middle surface of low-grade roads. The results showed that the flexural strength decreased the most when the dosage was from 20% to 40%. The increase rate of immersion residue stability began to decrease after the dosage was 20%. As the content of iron tailings continued to increase, the FT-IR spectrum of iron tailings asphalt concrete showed a small, new absorption peak locally and an enhancement to the original absorption peak. This showed that after the addition of iron tailings, the asphalt concrete chemically reacted with it, and the internal structure of the original asphalt was changed and new functional groups were generated. With the increasing content of iron tailings, the proportion of the area of cycloalkane and alkane C-H functional groups in the asphalt concrete of iron tailings asphalt concrete showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. And when the iron tailings content was 20%, the area ratio of asphalt naphthenic and alkane C-H functional groups reached the maximum.

Catastrophe insurance is an important financial tool to mitigate the risk of catastrophes. After the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, China accelerated its exploration of a catastrophe insurance system. As one of the most natural disaster-prone provinces in China, Guangdong experiences frequent rainstorms and typhoons. Severe natural disasters have not only led to significant losses to economic development and people's lives, but have placed considerable financial pressure on governments at all levels. To promote the transformation of government functions and use of catastrophe insurance as a modern financial tool to cope with major natural disasters, Guangdong has conducted pilot work since 2016 to explore and experiment with different aspects of catastrophe index insurance. This includes the design and application of insurance systems and products. The pilot work achieved remarkable results and formed the Guangdong catastrophe index insurance paradigm. However, few studies have examined the development and application of catastrophe index insurance programs in Guangdong Province. This paper describes the research and design process, data, and key methods of typhoon catastrophe index insurance in Guangdong, in accordance with the specific catastrophe index insurance practices. Furthermore, the application of the current catastrophe index insurance program from 2016 to 2023 is reviewed. Additionally, the advantages, characteristics, and shortcomings of the program are systematically analyzed, and potential directions for improvement in the future are discussed. Several notable conclusions were drawn from this study. First, the typhoon catastrophe index insurance, which is based on the circular catastrophe box and uses typhoon intensity levels as a stratification criterion for the payout structure, offers a straightforward methodology, easy recalculations, readily accessible data, and transparent results. Second, this form of insurance facilitates rapid claim settlements, incurs low operational costs, and effectively mitigates moral hazard. Third, the existing typhoon catastrophe index insurance program may encounter high basis risk and underestimate the severity of typhoon hazards, particularly in the context of climate change and the situation wherein a single typhoon impacts multiple municipalities. Finally, improvements to the current typhoon catastrophe index insurance program in Guangdong could be achieved by more deeply and comprehensively analyzing the spatial and temporal patterns of typhoon events, incorporating additional parameters with clear physical meanings, and refining the probability distributions of typhoon disaster events. The insights outlined in this paper may potentially enhance understanding among scholars and practitioners of typhoon catastrophe index insurance programs and provide guidance for extending catastrophe insurance in other typhoon-prone areas.

Objective As a braking mode,electromechanical brake adopts the motor controlled screw rod drive to implement the pushing action, making the brake shoe to contact with the wheel and complete the transmission of brake force and friction brake. It is necessary to study the influence of the new brake mode on the vibration performance of rail transit vehicle. Method The basic structure and the composition of the electromechanical brake and air brake are introduced. The push-out stiffness test and track vibration test of the above two brakes are carried out and the influence of the brake push-out stiffness on vehicle vibration is analyzed. Result & Conclusion The stiffness test shows that the push-out stiffness of the electromechanical brake is much higher than that of the air brake in the normal working area and shows nonlinear characteristics, because it is driven by the motor and not equipped with stomatal piston as the air brake does. In line testing when the electromechanical brake is installed on the vehicle, it is found that compared with the air brake, the electromechanical brake will aggravate the vehicle brake vibration due to the large push-out stiffness, and the vibration acceleration of key components of the vehicle will also increase. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the push-out stiffness of the electromechanical brake shall be reduced to ensure smooth and safe brake processes for vehicles.
