At present, the research on unmanned mine trucks mainly focuses on specific control methods such as path tracking and aided decision-making for driving safety. The research is insufficient to support the unmanned operation of the whole mining area transportation system. To solve this problem, an overall design scheme for unmanned transportation system in the mining area is proposed. The system is divided into three layers of cloud control center, edge side and intelligent terminal. The system mainly comprises a mine truck automatic driving system, a mining area unmanned transportation cloud control dispatching platform, an unmanned transportation simulation system, a remote emergency takeover system, a health management system, a collaborative operation management system and a positioning/communication system. The automatic driving system of mine trucks has the function of intelligent management of a single vehicle. It realizes the functions of obstacle perception, intelligent decision-making, path planning, high-precision positioning and precise control. The cloud control dispatching platform is used for unified dispatching management. It realizes collaborative automatic loading and unloading of unmanned mine trucks, electric shovels and bulldozers. It also realizes collaborative mixed operation of unmanned mine trucks and various manned auxiliary operation vehicles. The unmanned transportation simulation system simulates different dispatching operation modes according to the real-time environment of the mine. It forms an optimal schedule scheme to guide actual production. The remote emergency takeover system realizes remote control of the unmanned mine truck in extremely dangerous scenarios. It ensures that the vehicle can be taken over urgently when the automatic driving system of the mine truck encounters a failure. The health management system realizes the functions of equipment self-inspection, fault diagnosis, maintenance result reporting and health state evaluation through the relevant sensors installed at the terminal of the unmanned mine truck. The collaborative operation management system assists the unmanned mine truck to complete the operation together under the condition of ensuring the safety of the driver and the vehicle. It is realized through the software and hardware systems installed on the manned mining equipments, engineering equipments and auxiliary production equipments. The positioning/communication system is the communication channel connecting the cloud control center and the intelligent terminal. It supports multiple communication modes such as 4G/5G/Mesh, and realizes V2N (vehicle-network), V2V (vehicle-vehicle) and V2I (vehicle-infrastructure) communication.

Surface electromyography (sEMG) is a non-invasive bioelectrical signal used to capture changes in muscle activity during exercise. Because it is closely related to sports, it is widely used in the research and development process of intelligent assisted rehabilitation equipment to provide support and assistance for rehabilitation patients. Rehabilitation training involves complex three-dimensional motion, and sEMG-based joint continuous motion estimation is a method to estimate joint angle or moment by analyzing sEMG during exercise, which can effectively alleviate the problem of insufficient adaptability between rehabilitation machine and human body, providing safer assistance and significantly improving the rehabilitation effect. This paper firstly introduces the current status of joint continuous motion estimation, and then classifies the existing sEMG joint continuous motion estimation models into biomechanics-based musculoskeletal model and machine learning-based regression model according to different research methods, and summarizes and analyzes the relevant models respectively. Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density ( BMD) in patients with lupus nephritis during glucocorticoids (GC) therapy, and to explore the prevention methods of osteoporosis (OP) in such patients. Methods Patients who were diagnosed as lupus nephritis for the first time and had been treated with GC for at least 6 months were selected. Their clinical data were observed and compared with that before GC treatment. During the GC treatment, all patients were also given preventive treatments of osteoporosis according to American College of Rheumatology 2001 Recommendation. BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the femoral neck was detected every 6 months. Results A total of 82 patients, including 74 females and 8 males, aging from 14 to 72 years old, with an average age of 35.8 + 14.5 years old, were included in this study. The duration of GC treatment ranged from 7.5 to 63. 4 months, with an average of 30.3 + 18.0 months, and the accumulative dose of GC ranged from 8.5 to 32.5 g, with an average of 18.6 ± 6.8 g. Among them, osteopenia and osteoporosis were found in 20.73% and 10. 98% patients, respectively, which were both higher than those before GC treatment (P < 0.05). BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the femoral neck decreased along with the increase of duration and accumulative dose of GC (P < 0.05). Accumulation of GC was a risk factor of osteoporosis. Conclusion Long-term and regular detection of BMD in patients with LN should be performed in order to evaluate bone health status, and the evaluation of the preventative and therapeutic strategies should be performed simultaneously to prevent osteoporosis. With the increasing application of endovascular stent-graft in the treatment of aortic dissection, there are still some problems and controversies in the selection of the stent-graft oversizing. This review summarized the latest research in the study of the baseline and measurement in stent-graft oversizing selection, the relationship between stent-graft oversizing and prognosis and the selection of stent-graft oversizing in different patients with different conditions, providing a reference for the endovascular stent-graft oversizing selection in the treatment of aortic dissection.

Objective: To investigate the role of CD147 gene on the proliferation and infiltration of a human monocytic leukemic cell line SHI-1., Methods: The expression of CD147 in SHI-1 cells was knockdowned by the lentiviral vector. The expressions of CD147, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by semiquantitative RT-PCR. The protein of CD147 was detected by Western blotting. The capabilities of proliferation and infiltration of SHI-1 cell were examined by MTT and trans- matrigel invasion assay co-cultured with leukemia BMSC in vitro. SHI-1 cells were inoculated subcutaneously or via tail vein into nude mice to investigate its growth and infiltrative ability in vivo., Results: The mRNA and protein of CD147 in SHI-1/CD147i cells decreased by 85% and 91%, respectively after the SHI-1 cells were infected by the lentivirus containing the CD147 siRNA. The proliferation capability of SHI-1/CD147i cells significantly decreased than those of SHI-1 and SHI-1/NC cells. The mRNA expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9 in SHI-1/CD147i cells were significantly lower than those in SHI-1/NC and SHI-1 cells. The SHI-1/CD147i cells showed significantly lower invasion rate than SHI-1 cells and SHI-1/NC cells when co-cultured with BMSCs. The neoplasms formed by SHI-1/CD147i cells in the subcutaneous of mice were significantly smaller than of the neoplasms formed by SHI-1 and SHI-1/NC cells. In nude mice inoculated via caudal vein with SHI/CD147i cells, mice demonstrated longer survival and moderate infiltration characteristic than those inoculated with SHI and SHI-1/NC cells., Conclusion: CD147 might play important roles in the proliferation and infiltration of leukemia cells. CD147 should be a potential target for the treatment of acute leukemia.
