Accurately estimating the state of charge （SOC） of energy storage batteries is of paramount importance for achieving balanced charging and discharging， and mitigating capacity degradation caused by overcharging and overdischarging. In view of the complex chemical states and nonlinear time-varying characteristics of SOC in energy storage batteries， this paper proposes a joint SOC estimation method for lithium-ion batteries based on the variable forgetting factor recursive least squares （VFFRLS） and unscented Kalman filter （UKF） algorithms. The VFFRLS algorithm is employed for online identification of battery model parameters such as resistance and capacitance， and based on the identification results， the UKF algorithm is utilized for real-time SOC estimation. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed joint method exhibits high accuracy and stability.

As the societal demand for electricity rises and extreme weather events become more frequent， power interruptions are occurring， leading to a decline in the quality of electricity for users such as residential communities. In response to this issue， a study was conducted on the operational strategies of residential microgrids incorporating emergency power sources. Initially， a model for a residential microgrid incorporating emergency power sources was established， including distributed PV， energy storage， electric vehicles， and other control resources. Subsequently， in regular conditions， a risk assessment and energy pre-management strategy was proposed with the objective of minimizing electricity purchase costs and constraining energy storage. In the event of external power supply interruptions， while ensuring the normal supply of essential loads， an emergency energy management strategy was introduced with the goals of maximizing resource utilization and minimizing operational costs， using energy storage capacity as a constraint. Finally， the effectiveness of the proposed operational strategies was validated through simulation experiments simulating load interruptions in residential communities. This operational strategy effectively addresses power interruptions in residential communities， balancing the security and reliability of residential power supply while considering the utilization rate of emergency power resources and economic operational benefits.

The purpose of this paper is to obtain the temperature variation characteristics of the optical phase conductor, the criteria of whether the transmission line is covered by ice or not and the methods for predicting the thickness of ice for the case which is more close to the actual ambient temperature. In this paper,the 3D model of the temperature field of icing optical phase conductor is established when the ambient temperature conforms to the sine function,and the finite elements method is used to solve it. The amplitude and lagging phase characteristics of the temperature of the icing part and the uncoated part of the transmission line are analyzed. The relationship between the lagging phase and the fluctuating amplitude of ambient temperature is investigated. The results reveal that the effect of the fluctuating amplitude of ambient temperature on the lagging phase can be ignored. The relationship between the lagging phase and the thickness of ice is studied. Then the criteria of whether the transmission line is covered by ice or not and the prediction formula of the thickness of ice based on the lagging phase feature are proposed. Finally the variations of fiber temperature are modeled and obtained when the ambient temperature varies according to 4 nonsinusoidal functions,and the error of the prediction formula of ice thickness is analyzed based on this. The proposed icing criterion and the prediction formula of ice thickness based on lagging phase are validated by simulation.

For investigation of the temperature variation characteristics of the overhead transmission line under different meteorological conditions and the influence of wind speed on the effectiveness of the overhead transmission line icing monitoring based on the distributed optical fiber sensing technology,a 3D temperature field model for the ice-covered optical phase conductor is established. The variation characteristics of optical fiber temperature under different ambient temperature,wind speed and icing-thickness are analyzed and obtained using the finite element analysis. From this,the results reveal that the temperature difference between the icing part and the non-icing part is independent of the initial value of the ambient temperature,and the critical wind speed expression separately considering the rate of ambient temperature change or icing-thickness is provided. In addition,the critical wind speed value under the ambient temperature change rate and icing-thickness within the common range is presented. Based on the wind speed value and interpolation,a more accurate critical wind speed value can be given under the ambient temperature change rate and icing-thickness within the common range. It provides a reference for researching the temperature variation characteristics of ice-covered overhead transmission lines under different meteorological conditions and the influence of wind speed on the effectiveness of overhead transmission line icing monitoring based on distributed optical fiber sensing technology.

The gas insulated switch (GIS) vibrates during operation. In order to analyze the difference between the vibration signals for loosed bolts or misaligned conducting rods at the connection of GIS shell and the normal operation without defects,a 3D model of 252 kV three-phase box-type GIS is established in this paper. Computational modal analysis is firstly performed on the model in the field of solid mechanics. Secondly,the natural frequency is determined,and the representative sixth mode shapes are obtained. By applying different loads and changing the parameters of the model,the time-domain signals of the vibration acceleration of GIS shell under the state of no fault,different number of bolts loose and different cases of conducting rod misalignment are solved in the solid mechanics field. Then the frequency-domain signals are obtained through spectrum analysis. By comparing and analyzing the difference of vibration acceleration signals of GIS shell in several cases,the characteristics of vibration acceleration of GIS shell in case of bolt loosening fault and conducting rod misalignment fault are obtained. Finally,the criteria for the above faults are obtained. Some certain reference value about the follow-up GIS equipment running condition monitoring,mechanical fault identification and vibration research have been provided in the conclusion of this paper.

Objective To investigate the effect of RNA demethylase ALKBH5 on migration and invasion of gastric cancer (GC) cells and its potential mechanism. Methods Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) was employed to determine the correlation of ALKBH5 expression variations with overall survival (OS) in GC patients (n=371). The mouse models of orthotopic transplantation and metastasis were established to evaluate the correlation of between ALKBH5 expression and GC cells metastasis. After ALKBH5 knockdown and overexpression cells were constructed, the effect of ALKBH5 on migration and invasion of GC cells was explored with Transwell chamber assay. Furthermore, m6AVAR online database (http://m6Avar.renlab.org/index.html) was used to predict the m6A modification sites of Wnt activating targets; Western blotting and quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) combined with actinomycin D were applied to detect the protein expression and mRNA stability of downstream targets in Wnt signaling pathway. Results TCGA analysis showed that GC patients with lower ALKBH5 expression had shorter OS time. In vivo experiments confirmed that the low expression of ALKBH5 was involved in the distant metastasis of GC cells, and knockdown of ALKBH5 promoted the migration and invasion of GC cells. m6A modification sites were found in the mRNAs of Wnt downstream targets MYC, CD44 and c-Met, and the absence of ALKBH5 indicated increased protein expression and mRNA stability of these molecules. Conclusion The loss of ALKBH5 expression promotes the migration and invasiveness of GC cells and sustains the activation of Wnt signaling pathway.

High - resolution meteorological data serve as an important data basis for fine - scale meteorological services. Using the hourly 2 - meter air temperature grid data from January 2020 to March 2021 and the terrain factors such as altitude, longitude, and latitude, this study aimed to enhance the resolution of 2 - meter air temperature grid data with a resolution of 1 km to 100 m through downscaling based on four machine learning methods, namely LightGBM ( LGB), XGBoost (XGB), gradient boosting tree ( GBT), and random forest ( RF) . Then, this study conducted the weighted fusion of downscaling results of different models. Finally, the downscaling results of different models were compared with the bilinear interpolation results, and the results are as follows. The results of each downscaling model were relatively consistent with the observational data. Compared with the bilinear interpolation results, the results of the LGB, XGB, and RF models had similar spatial structures but were more detailed. All downscaling models yielded the same spatio - temporal distribution characteristics of errors. Compared with the bilinear interpolation results, the data of the LGB, XGB, and GBT models showed significantly higher precision, and their root mean square ems ( RMSEs) decreased by 5. 2%, 4. 1%, and 4. 6%, respectively. Meanwhile, the RMSE after weighted fusion decreased by 5. 9%, which was higher than that of any single machine learning model. The downscaling results of the LGB, XGB, and GBT models were improved to a certain degree compared with the bilinear interpolation results under different terrain conditions, especially in high - altitude areas (above 600 m) . The correlation coefficients of results of the LGB, XGB, and BGT models and model based on weighted fusion increased by 0. 45%, 0. 40%, 0. 63%, and 0. 66%, respectively, and their RMSEs decreased by 9.1%, 8.0%, 12. 7%, and 13. 1%, respectively. These results indicate that the downscaling model based on the weighted fusion of different machine learning methods can both improve spatial resolution and maintain data precision and, thus, is suitable for downscaling research on 2 - meter air temperature data in the study area. Objectives: Due to the genetic feature of high diversity than other DNA markers, short tandem repeat (STR) plays key roles in forensic, anthropology, and population genetics. Newly introduced multiple STR kit is more valuable because of the greatly improved discriminatory power with the increase in the number of STR loci. The genetic polymorphic data are essential for the application and research in specific population. This study aims to investigate the genetic polymorphism of Han population residing in Yuncheng district, Shanxi Province, to evaluate the application of 23 STR loci in forensic personal identification and paternity test, and to explore the genetic relationship of Han population between Yuncheng and other populations., Methods: A total of 23 STR loci were amplified from 525 healthy unrelated individuals from the Han nationality in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province using the AGCU EX25 amplification kit. The products were detected and separated by ABI 3500 Genetic Analyzer. Alleles were genotyped by GeneMapper ID (Version 3.2) software, and corresponding frequencies and forensic parameters were calculated. We calculated the genetic distance and plotted the neighboring-joining tree with other 13 population., Results: The allele frequency of the 23 STRs ranged from 0.0010 to 0.5090. No deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium ( P >0.05) and linkage disequilibrium was observed. The cumulative discriminatory power (CPD), cumulative power of exclusion for trios (CPE trio )and cumulative Power of exclusion for duos (CPE duo ) with total 23 STRs were 1-1.305 263 374 8×10 -27 , 1-2.583 152 052 2×10 -10 and 1-1.193 637 500 4×10 -6 , respectively. Comprehensive population comparison showed that Shanxi Yuncheng Han nationality was genetically closer to populations of the same linguistic family or geographically close proximity, such as Shaanxi Weinan Han, Liaoning Han, and Ningbo Han nationality while relatively far away from different linguistic ethnic groups and geographically distant populations like Xinjiang Uygur and Guangdong Han nationality., Conclusions: These 23 STRs are highly genetic polymorphic and informative in the Han population of Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, which can provide basic data for forensic personal identification, paternity testing, and population genetic research.

Objective: To compare the effects of oral treatment with tetrandrine (TD) and N-acetylcys-teine (NAC) separately or jointly on silica-exposed rats., Methods: 40 sprague-Dawly (SD) rats were randomly divided into normal saline group, quartz group, TD treatment group (50 mg/kg), NAC treatment group (500 mg/kg) and combined treatment group (TD: 50 mg/kg + NAC: 500 mg/kg). Rats in normal saline group and other groups received intratracheal instillation of normal saline and quartz dust suspension respectively. Treatment groups were given TD, NAC separately or jointly via esophagus the next day after instillation, once a day and six times a week for 30 consecutive days. At the end of experiment, the pathological changes of lung tissues were evaluated by the methods of Foot, HE and Masson staining, the level of hydroxyproline (HYP), malondjalde-hyde (MDA), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in lung tissues were measured by alkaline hydrolysis method, the barbituric acid method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) respectively., Results: Compared with the quartz group, lymph nodes/body coefficients in all treatment groups and lung/body coefficient in combined treatment group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Pathology results showed that the normal saline group demonstrated no obvious evidence of lung damage. The quartz group lungs silicotic lesions focused on II~III level, the TD treatment group was mainly with I level, the NAC treatment group was mainly with I~II level, and the combined treatment group only showed little silicotic nodule, no obvious fibrosis. HYP content in TD treatment group and combined treatment group were significantly lower than that in the quartz group (P < 0.05), while it showed no obvious change in NAC treatment group. MDA content in lung tissues of each treatment group (TD treatment group, NAC treatment group and combined treatment group) were 18.80 ± 2.94, 20.13 ± 4.01 and 17.05 ± 3.52 nmol/ml respectively, which lower than in the quartz group (23.99 ± 3.26 nmol/ml). The level of IL-6 in lung tissues of the quartz group were 89.57 ± 8.78 pg/ml. After TD and NAC monotherapy, the IL-6 content decreased to 79.22 ± 9.65 pg/ml and 81.63 ± 5.72 pg/ml, and it decreased more significantly after combined medication (74.37 ± 3.17 pg/ml). The level of TNF-α in the quartz group were 59.05 ± 4.48 pg/ml. After TD and NAC monotherapy, the TNF-α content decreased to 50.48 ± 2.76 pg/ml and 54.28 ± 4.30 pg/ml, and it decreased more significantly after combined medication (49.10 ± 4.98 pg/ml)., Conclusion: NAC and TD could reduce MDA, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in lung tissue, and alleviate SiO2-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Combined treatment with TD and NAC was more effective than TD or NAC treatment separately.
