[Objective] The study aims to explore the effects of different foliar fertilizers on the photosyn thetic characteristics, fruit quality, and yield of greenhouse strawberries, and to screen suitable foliar fer tilizers. [Methods] The strawberry variety “Monterey” planted in the greenhouse of Moujiatai Strawberry in Xigu District of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province was used as test materials. Under sufficient fertilization, five types of foliar fertilizers, including classic 750×liquid (T1), Huapu 1 500×liquid (T2), and Runliang 750×liquid (T3), 500×Adela fruit (T4), and 1500×potassium dihydrogen phosphate (T5), were ap plied topdressing at four growth stages, with water as control. The photosynthetic parameters, fruit qual ity, biomass, and yield were measured. [Results] (1) After spraying different foliar fertilizers, the bio mass and chlorophyll content of strawberry plants were significantly increased, and the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of leaves were significantly increased, while the intercellular carbon dioxide con centration was higher than that of CK. (2) For fruit quality, T2 and T3 treatments significantly improved the strawberry fruit shape index, while T1 and T5 treatments significantly increased fruit volume and weight. Among them, the average single fruit mass of T1 was increased by 35.04% compared with CK, while the transverse and longitudinal diameters of T5 fruits were increased by 49.39% and 40.64%, re spectively. (3) The quality of strawberry fruits was effectively improved by various foliar fertilizer treat ments, and T1 treatment was the best. The content of vitamin C, soluble solids, soluble proteins, reduc ing sugars, and soluble sugars were increased by 30.84%, 33.5%, 38.5%, 27.9%, and 36.2%, respec tively, compared with CK. The content of titratable acid was the lowest, and the sugar acid ratio was the highest, with significant difference compared with CK. (4) Spraying appropriate fertilizer significantly in creased plant biomass, max single fruit weight, and fruit yield; treatment T1 had the highest yield, an in crease of 13.65% compared with CK. [Conclusion] The application of appropriate foliar fertilizer effective ly improves the nutritional growth status of strawberries, enhances the quality of strawberry fruits, and significantly increases yield. The comprehensive effect is best when applying classic 750×liquid.

X-ray detectors made by optical fiber coupled with full-frame CCD are widely used in highprecision X-ray CT scanning of laboratory. Because of the strong penetration of Xrays, the conventional shutter can’t realize ray shielding, so the fullframe CCD detector usually works in the shutterfree mode which can’t avoid generating image smears. Due to image smears, the image observation is seriously affected and the dynamic range of effective data of the CCD detector is reduced. The smears of projection images of fullframe CCD detector must be corrected. In order to correct smears of projection images in CT scanning application, the characteristics of image smear of fullframe CDD in standard readout mode and charge flush readout mode were studied in this paper. And the applicability of the widely used smear correction method using line pixels data of the optical black region to the smear correction of Xray radiation imaging was studied too. It is found that the application of dark pixels correction method to correct the radiation projection image may bring thin strip artifacts. The results come from two main reasons. Firstly, the fluctuation of pixels data can’t be effectively suppressed by calculating the mean value, because the number of lines of pixels data of the optical black region is too small. Secondly, the fluctuation of line pixels data of the optical black region will increase due to the radiation interference during integration. An improved smear correction method using nonexposed line pixels data was proposed in this paper to avoid the two shortcomings above. Using this method, the image smear is corrected by using the nonexposed line pixels data which aren’t exist during integration, so the radiation interference during integration is well solved. In addition, the stability of correction data is improved by calculating the mean value of more nonexposed line pixels data because the number of nonexposed line pixels data can be customized on demand. Further study of dynamic exposure CT scanning imaging shows that the correlation between the smear charges and the exposure charges of the readout image has changed due to the change of the position of the measured sample during exposure and image readout. Therefore, the image smears of dynamic exposure can’t be suppressed by conventional image correction. In order to solve the problem of correcting the smear in dynamic exposure imaging, a ROI fast readout mode based on radiation shielding was proposed, which can effectively suppress the generation of image smear by shortening the transfer time of the integral charge. The experimental results show that the smears of DR image are effectively suppressed, and the quality of the projection image is improved, when applying smear correction method proposed in this paper to static exposure CT scanning. And when applying the ROI fast readout mode proposed in this paper to dynamic exposure CT scanning, the smears of DR image are suppressed, the dynamic range of effective data of the detector is improved, and the problem of image smear correction for dynamic exposure imaging is effectively solved.

The eutectic Al-Si binary alloy was treated by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) galvanostatically in an alkaline electrolyte. The MAO process parameters were optimized based on orthogonal test with the mass concentrations of Na2SiO3 and C6H12N4 (methenamine), current density, pulse frequency, and duty cycle as the factors by evaluating the corrosion resistance and growth rate of MAO film as well as the specific energy consumption during MAO. The optimal composition of the electrolyte is Na2SiO3 12 g/L, NaOH 2 g/L, and C6H12N4 5 g/L, and the optimal process conditions are: positive current density 10 A/dm², negative current density 4 A/dm², pulse frequency 400 Hz, duty cycle 25%, and positive-to-negative pulse number in a period 1. This process greatly reduces the adverse effect of Si on the MAO of eutectic Al-Si alloy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As one of the key enzymes in cell metabolism, the activity of citrate synthase 3 (CS3) regulates the substance and energy metabolism of organisms. The protein members of CS3 family were identified from the whole genome of apple, and bioinformatics analysis was performed and expression patterns were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for studying the potential function of CS3 gene in apple. BLASTp was used to identify members of the apple CS3 family based on the GDR database, and the basic information of CS3 protein sequence, subcellular localization, domain composition, phylogenetic relationship and chromosome localization were analyzed by Pfam, SMART, MEGA5.0, clustalx.exe, ExPASy Proteomics Server, MEGAX, SOPMA, MEME, WoLF PSORT and other software. The tissue expression and inducible expression characteristics of 6 CS3 genes in apple were determined by acid content and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Apple CS3 gene family contains 6 members, and these CS3 proteins contain 473-608 amino acid residues, with isoelectric point distribution between 7.21 and 8.82. Subcellular localization results showed that CS3 protein was located in mitochondria and chloroplasts, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis divided them into 3 categories, and the number of genes in each subfamily was 2. Chromosome localization analysis showed that CS3 gene was distributed on different chromosomes of apple. The secondary structure of protein is mainly α-helix, followed by random curling, and the proportion of β-angle is the smallest. The 6 members were all expressed in different apple tissues. The overall expression trend from high to low was the highest relative expression content of MdCS3 . 4 , followed by MdCS3 . 6 , and the relative expression level of other members was in the order of MdCS3 . 3 > MdCS3 . 2 > MdCS3 . 1 > MdCS3 . 5 . qRT-PCR results showed that MdCS3 . 1 and MdCS3 . 3 genes had the highest relative expression in the pulp of 'Chengji No. 1' with low acid content, and MdCS3 . 2 and MdCS3 . 3 genes in the pulp of 'Asda' with higher acid content had the highest relative expression. Therefore, in this study, the relative expression of CS3 gene in apple cultivars with different acid content in different apple varieties was detected, and its role in apple fruit acid synthesis was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the relative expression of CS3 gene in different apple varieties was different, which provided a reference for the subsequent study of the quality formation mechanism of apple.

Pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 component subunit beta-1 ( PDHB-1 ) is a gene encoding the β-subunit of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, which plays an important role in fruit acid accumulation. The aim of this study was to investigate the evolution characteristics of apple PDHB-1 family and its expression in apples with different acid contents. Bioinformatics analysis was performed using databases including NCBI, Pfam and software including ClustalX, MEGA, and TBtools. By combining titratable acid content determination and quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR), the expression of this family genes in the peel and pulp of apple 'Asda' and 'Chengji No.1' with different acid content were obtained, respectively. The family members were mainly located in chloroplast, cytoplasm and mitochondria. α-helix and random coil were the main factors for the formation of secondary structure in this family. Tissue-specific expression profiles showed that the expression of most members were higher in fruit than in other tissues. qRT-PCR results showed that the expression profile of most members was consistent with the profile of titratable acid contents. In the peel, the expression levels of 14 members in 'Asda' apples with high acid content were significantly higher than that in 'Chengji No.1' apples with low acid content, where the expression difference of MdPDHB1-15 was the most significant. In the pulp, the expression levels of 17 members in 'Asda' apples were significantly higher than that in 'Chengji No.1' apples, where MdPDHB1-01 was the most highly expressed. It was predicted that PDHB-1 gene family in apple plays an important role in the regulation of fruit acidity.

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), as an effecitive life support technique, is widely used in patients with respiratory and/or cardiac failure. Infection, with a prevalence of approximately 21% in adult patients with ECMO, is one of the most common complications and has a significant impact on mortality. Early identification of infections, and accurate prevention and anti-infective therapies for ECMO patients can improve their survival, but there is a lack of standardized protocols for recognition, diagnosis, management, prevention and treatment of the infections. By analyzing a series of literatures on healthcare-associated infections in patients with ECMO, the epidemiology, pathogens, risk factors, diagnosis, prevention and treatment were summarized to provide a theoretical background for the early identification, diagnosis and patient management of nosocomial infections.

Objective: To study the lunch quality and physical development status of primary school students in a certain area of Wuhan City, and to provide the scientific basis for improving the nutritional status of school-age children., Methods: A total of 1001 students of third to sixth grade from two primary schools in Wuhan were enrolled in this study. The three-day lunch meal survey and physical examination were conducted, and students' lunch at school were recorded by meal review. The lunch intake was compared with the standard, and the correlation between nutrient intake and school-age children's height and weight was analyzed., Results: The height of the subjects was(139.81±8.87) cm and the body weight was(35.91±9.44) kg. The average protein intake at lunch of all age groups reached 40% estimated average requirement(EAR), and vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, calcium, selenium and other nutrients were seriously inadequate; all age groups of animal meat intake reached the standard. And fish, shrimp, eggs, soybeans and nuts, milk were lack of intake; energy of lunch, carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin C, iron intake were correlated with height and weight of school-age children(P<0.05)., Conclusion: There are some problems such as micronutrient deficiency and unbalanced diet in school-age children aged 9-12 in Wuhan. Physical development did not reach the national average level.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of condiments fortified with sodium iron ethylenediaminetetraacetate (NaFe-EDTA) on the prevention and treatment of anemia., Methods: The randomized controlled trials about condiments fortified with NaFe-EDTA on the prevention and treatment of anemia were collected in such databases as The Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, EMbase, WHOLIS, EBSCO, HighWire Press, PubMed, CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP and CBM. Data were evaluated with the method of Cochrane systematic review by using RevMan 5.2.6., Results: Seven randomized controlled trials were included. NaFe-EDTA fortification group increased hemoglobin level by 3.2 g/L (weighted mean difference, 95% CI 2.9 -3.5, P < 0.001) compared with control group. Subgroup analysis found that the clearest results of NaFe-EDTA fortification to prevent anemia is in school children (OR = 0.4, 95% CI 0.2 - 0.5), the posterior of that is in child-bearing period women (OR = 0.5, 95% CI 0.4 - 0.6), while which has effect in preschool children but quite part of them were still unable to achieve the normal hemoglobin standard (OR = 0.7, 95% CI 0.4 - 1.0)., Conclusion: Condiments fortified with NaFe-EDTA is able to improve hemoglobin level and prevent anemia. However, more evidences should be collected to evaluate the prevention effect in preschool children.

Objective: To investigate the treatment of auricular keloid with dinuclear surgery and intralesional injection of compound Betamethasone., Methods: From Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2012, a total of 186 cases of ear keloid were treated by surgery only (22 cases), or intralesional injection of compound Betamethasone (34 cases), or combined dinuclear surgery with compound Betamethasone (130 cases). All the patients were followed up for one year. SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical processing and analysis, and GraphPad inspection method for inspection., Results: The effective rate was 54.55% (12/ 22) in surgery group and 55.88% (19/34)in injection group. The recurrence was obvious in injection group during the follow-up period. The effective rate was as high as 96.92% (126/130) in combined group with recurrence in 4 cases, which was significantly higher than that in other 2 groups (P < 0. 01)., Conclusion: Combined dinuclear surgery and compound Betamethasone injection has a good therapeutic effect on auricular keloids.
