Objective To explore the correlation between the expression levels of serum Klotho and uromodulin （UMOD） and immunoglobulin A （IgA） nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods From January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2022, 97 hospitalized IgA nephropathy were selected as study subjects. Based upon blood uric acid level before renal puncture, they were assigned into two groups of IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia （n=42） and normal blood uric acid （n=55）. Additionally, 97 healthy individuals during the same period were designated as control group. Serum levels of Klotho and UMOD and basic profiles of three groups were compared. Pearson’s method was applied for examining the correlation between serum levels of Klotho and UMOD, estimated glomerular filtration rate （eGFR）, uric acid and creatinine levels in patients with IgA nephropathy complicated by hyperuricemia. Multivariate Logistic regression was utilized for analyzing the influencing factors of IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia. Receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was employed for examining the diagnostic value of serum levels of Klotho and UMOD for IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia. Results Serum Klotho was （151.66±27.29） ng/L and serum UMOD （39.65±8.67） g/L in IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia group; serum Klotho was （185.34±38.17） ng/L and serum UMOD （51.13±12.32） g/L in normal blood uric acid group; serum Klotho was （211.53±50.63） ng/L and serum UMOD （62.39±16.86） g/L in control group. Statistically significant differences existed in serum levels of Klotho and UMOD among three groups （P＜0.05）. Systolic blood pressure was （152.62±18.82） mmHg（1mmHg=0.133 kPa）, diastolic blood pressure （98.37±13.65）mmHg, proportion of hypertension 27（64.29）, 24-hour urine protein quantification （2.55±0.69）g, blood uric acid （435.26±113.25）μmol/L, creatinine （352.55±58.62） μmol/L and eGFR （72.28±13.53）mL·min−1·（1.73m2）−1 in IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia group; systolic blood pressure was （112.58±15.97）mmHg, diastolic blood pressure （72.43±10.34）mmHg, proportion of hypertension 21（38.18）, 4-hour urine protein quantification （1.62±0.31）g, blood uric acid （342.59±84.64）μmol/L, creatinine （103.11±27.47）μmol/L and eGFR （102.96±35.68）mL·min−1·（1.73m2）−1 in normal blood uric acid group. The inter-group differences of the above parameters were statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Pearson’s correlation analysis results indicated that serum levels of Klotho and UMOD in patients with IgA nephropathy complicated by hyperuricemia were correlated negatively with blood uric acid and creatinine and positively with eGFR（P＜0.05）; hypertension, 24-hour urine protein quantification, eGFR, blood uric acid and serum levels of Klotho and UMOD were independent influencing factors for IgA nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia （P＜0.05）. ROC curve showed that area under the curve （AUC） of serum Klotho and UMOD for diagnosing IgA nephropathy complicated by hyperuricemia alone and in combination was 0.947, 0.882 and 0.961 respectively and combined diagnostic value of the two was higher than that of single diagnosis（Zcombination-Klotho=0.887,P=0.375; Zcombination-UMOD=2.423, P=0.015）. Conclusion Serum levels of Klotho and UMOD are down-regulated in patients with IgA nephropathy complicated by hyperuricemia. Correlation exists between IgA nephropathy and hyperuricemia and a combined diagnosis has an excellent effect. Close monitoring of serum levels of Klotho and UMOD has some reference value for diagnosing IgA nephropathy complicated by hyperuricemia.

Salmonella is an important cause of foodborne diseases worldwide, with a high detection rate in fresh meat. Rapid, accurate and sensitive detection of Salmonella is crucial in safeguarding food safety and people’s health. Electrochemical aptamer-based sensors, integrating the advantages of both aptamers and electrochemical sensors in terms of recognition specificity and sensitivity, attract much attention, thus having the potential for application in qualitative and quantitative detection of Salmonella. However, most existing reviews focus on the preparation process of sensors, while little information is available regarding the correlation between the structure and properties of Salmonella, leading to the lack of a direct theoretical basis for the design and improvement of sensors. Therefore, based on the structure and properties of Salmonella, this article establishes its internal connection with aptamer-based sensors, and summarizes the electrode modification materials, aptamer fixation on the working electrode, the signal sensing strategies and the signal amplification strategies, in order to provide a reference for the rapid detection of Salmonella and other foodborne pathogenic bacteria.

Compared with fresh cream, recombined dairy cream has the advantages of low cost, high consistency between production batches, and good foam stability after whipping. It is widely used in industries such as coffee and tea beverages. However, due to the numerous ingredients and complex processes involved in its production, as well as the high requirements for static stability and whipping properties, the current market has heavily relied on imports, which leads to posing significant challenges to domestic dairy companies. The review first elucidated the mechanism of static instability occurring in recombined dairy cream during storage, including initial stable phase, phase separation, and creaming of fat globules, and discussed the factors influencing the rate and extent of instability at each stage. It elaborated on the interactions among fat globules, emulsifiers, and other components during storage and their impacts on the stability of recombined dairy cream. Furthermore, it delved into the process of partial coalescence and foaming during agitation of recombined dairy cream and the subsequent stabilization mechanism. It explicated the influence of solid fat content, fat crystallization characteristics, and emulsifier components on the partial coalescence of fat globules, which will provide technical support for the development and production process of recombined dairy cream products for domestic enterprises.

To study the chemical constituents of Ludwigia octovalvis, the 80% ethanol extract from L. octovalvis was isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, Flash C18 and semi-preparative liquid chromatography, and the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The cytotoxic activity of the isolates were evaluated by MTS method. The results were as follows: (1) Twenty compounds were isolated from L. octovalvis, and their structures were identified as (-)-lyoniresinol (1), 8,8′-bisdihydrosiringenin (2), 5-methoxy-(-)-isolariciresinol (3), (-)-isolariciresinol (4), 3,4′-di-O-methylellagic acid (5), 3,3′,4′-tri-O-methylellagic acid (6), 1,3,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-glucospyranose (7), corilagin (8), methyl gallate (9), ethyl gallate (10), terminaliate A (11), syringic acid (12), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone (13), luteolin (14), kaempferol (15), 5,8-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (16), nobiletin (17), tangeretin (18), α-tocopherolquinone (19), 5-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl quinic acid ethyl ester (20). Compounds 1-5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 16-20 were isolated from Ludwigia for the first time. Compounds 6, 9, 10, 12, 15 were isolated from this plant for the first time. (2) Compound 19 showed inhibitory activity against the leukemia HL-60 with the IC50 value of 10.31 μmol·L-1. Compounds 6-8, 19 showed inhibitory activity against the lung cancer cells A549 with the IC50 values of 25.82, 42.05, 36.94, 17.54 μmol·L-1, respectively. Compounds 6, 7, 11, 14, 19 showed inhibitory activity against the liver cancer SMMC-7721 with the IC50 values of 24.24, 26.35, 26.51, 33.34, 20.44 μmol·L-1, respectively. Compounds 6, 19 showed inhibitory activity against the breast cancer MDA-MB-231 with the IC50 values of 34.91, 21.13 μmol·L-1, respectively. Compounds 6, 7, 19 showed inhibitory activity against the colon cancer SW480 with the IC50 values of 36.03, 39.97, 5.52 μmol·L-1, respectively. The results of this study enrich the chemical constituents of L. octovalvis and provide a basis for the development of anti-tumor activity.

Objective To analyze the factors related to the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients, with the aim of providing a reference for the risk assessment of them. Methods Clinical data of 322 T2DM patients combined with CAD admitted to Jinan City People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the mild group (Gensini score≤54, n=177) and the moderate to severe group (Gensini score＞54, n=145) based on the Gensini score. The clinical data of age, gender, and blood indexes between the two groups were compared. Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) and logistic regression analysis were used to screen for factors correlated with the severity of CAD in T2DM patients. The prediction model was established, the model calibration curve and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) were drawn, and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated to evaluate its accuracy. Results Age, total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, remnant cholesterol and lipoprotein (a) levels were higher in the moderate to severe CAD in the mild group (P＜0.05).For patients with moderate to severe coronary artery lesions in T2DM, the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, residual cholesterol and serum lipoprotein (a) levels were independent risk factors (P＜0.05). LASSO regression showed age (Z=3.251, P=0.001), residual cholesterol (Z=2.565, P=0.010) and serum lipoprotein (a) levels (Z=7.989, P＜0.001) were independent predictor of T2MD patients with moderate to serve CAD, 〖JP+1〗and the column chart prediction model constructed from the above factors had good accuracy (AUC=0.826). Conclusion Age, remnant cholesterol and lipoprotein (a) levels can effectively predict the severity of CAD in T2DM patients, and have good accuracy.

Objective To explore the relationship of cognitive flexibility with perceived stress and life satisfaction in new recruits, construct a mindfulness-based cognitive intervention program, and investigate the impact of this program on cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction in the participants. Methods Cluster sampling was applied to select new recruits from a unit, and 965 participants were surveyed with questionnaires. The assessment instruments included Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS), Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), and Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). Among them, 61 new recruits were divided into a training group (n=31) and a control group (n=30). The training group received a mindfulness-based cognitive intervention for 6 weeks, and the control group only received mental health education every week. The training efficacy were evaluated with questionnaires and behavioral experiment (cued task-switching paradigm). Results ① Perceived stress was significantly negatively correlated with cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction (r=-0.78, P < 0.01; r=-0.64, P < 0.01), and cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction were positively correlated (r=0.59, P < 0.01); ② The mediating effect was observed in cognitive flexibility between recruits' perceived stress affecting life satisfaction, with a mediating effect size of -0.12, accounting for 29.27% of the total effect; ③ After intervention, there were significant differences between the 2 groups of new recruits in terms of cognitive flexibility, life satisfaction, accuracy and reaction time in the cued task-switching paradigm, with those of the training group obviously better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The training group obtained notably improvements in above scores after intervention (P < 0.05), but no such changes were observed in the control group. Conclusion Mindfulness-based cognitive intervention can effectively improve cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction for new recruits.

Objective To summarize the research trends and hotspots of patient reported outcome measurement information system (PROMIS). Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and PubMed databases were systematically searched, Bicomb 2.0 software was used for data sorting and cleaning, keywords were extracted, word frequency analysis was performed on high-frequency fields, and co-word matrix was constructed. SPSS 24.0 was used for co-word clustering analysis to summarize and explore research trends and hotspots. Results The hot topic clusters of the PROMIS were patient reported outcome measures, quality of life, symptoms and psychological variables assessment. Conclusion PROMIS has become a hot issue in the field of patient health level and care quality. Future studies tend to use consensus-based health measurement tools to conduct the measurement test of PROMIS, build a systematic clinical interpretation system, and then promote its transformation and application in clinical practice.

A new type of Ni-free cryogenic steel has been developed by replacing the more expensive Ni with low-cost Mn， which has become a new hot spot in the current research of steel for liquefied natural gas （LNG） storage tanks. The concept and characteristics of cryogenic steel are introduced in the beginning and then the research of high manganese austenitic cryogenic steel at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. In addition， the requirements on composition and properties of high manganese austenitic cryogenic steel in national and group standards are listed in detail. By comprehensive analysing the effects of different elements on the mechanical properties of high manganese austenitic cryogenic steel， it is concluded that Fe-24Mn-0.45C-3Cr-0.5Cu series high manganese austenitic cryogenic steel has excellent comprehensive properties， and can be used as a reference for the optimization of composition of high manganese austenitic cryogenic steel design. For the welding process， heat treatment can effectively improve the low temperature toughness of high manganese steel. And the research shows that considering the low temperature toughness， shielded metal are welding has better effect than that of submerged arc welding， although there is no big difference between yield strength and tensile strength

ObjectiveTo conduct a bibliometric visual analysis of studies on Enterococcus faecium， Staphylococcus aureus， Klebsiella pneumoniae， Acinetobacter baumannii， Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter species （ESKAPE） in the past 10 years at home and abroad， and to analyze current research status and future research directions in this field based on the concept of “One health”.MethodsRelated literature on ESKAPE drug resistant bacteria from 2013 to 2022 was searched on CNKI and WoS， respectively. Furthermore， a metrological visualization analysis of authors， source of agencies， countries， and keywords was conducted by the CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software.ResultsA total of 2 991 pieces of Chinese-language and 24 497 pieces of English-language literature were included in this study. Although the number and growth rate of English-language publications were higher than those of Chinese-language publications， the number of English-language papers authored by Chinese scholars showed a significant upward trend. The level of collaboration between authors and institutions in Chinese-language publications was weaker than that in English-language publications. Overall， the country with the highest number of publications was the United States （6 623）， followed by China （3 776）. However， China’s annual publication volume （851） exceeded that of the United States （600） in 2022. China had collaborations with 25 countries， indicating good global cooperation， but its level of international cooperation was still slightly weaker than that of the United States. High-frequency keywords in Chinese-language literature mainly included drug resistance， nosocomial infection， and antibiotics， while high-frequency keywords in English-language literature included Staphylococcus aureus， Klebsiella pneumoniae， and methicillin-resistant.ConclusionCarbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae， carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae， and "One health" are research hotspots. In the future， cross-sectoral and multi-regional collaboration should be deepened to strengthen the control of infections of important drug-resistant bacteria， and infection treatment strategies should be optimized as well.

【Objective】The key target genes related to late pregnancy, lactation and fecundity in muscle tissue of Holstein cattle were screened, with a view to providing a theoretical basis for further study of gene function.【Method】The dataset GSE62159 from the GEO database on gene expression and fecundity in the muscle of Holstein cattles during late pregnancy, early lactation, and mid lactation were selected. The weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) method was used for gene co- expression analysis, and the obtained modules were associated with late pregnancy, mid lactation and fecundity traits. The genes with connectivity in the top 30 of each module were selected as the Hub genes. The module was analyzed by protein-protein interaction (PPI) network with String website. The gene with the top 30 node connection degree value in PPI network was selected as the core gene, and intersected with Hub gene to obtain the key target genes related to different physiological periods and fecundity in the muscle.【Result】A total of 13 modules were obtained, of which the Green and Blue modules were related to late pregnancy and mid-lactation periods respectively, and the Magenta module was related to fecundity. The functional enrichment analysis of genes in each target module showed that the main functions of genes related to the late pregnancy were substance metabolism, energy metabolism, protein synthesis and secretion, body response to oxidative stress and neurodegeneration; the functions of genes related to mid-lactation included maintenance of stem cell population, protein synthesis and secretion, antigen processing and presentation and occurrence of many diseases; while those related to fecundity included angiogenesis, intrauterine embryonic development and actin filament binding, etc. Three key genes related to late pregnancy, one key gene related to mid-lactation and eight key genes related to fecundity were screened in the muscle of Holstein cattle.【Conclusion】The genes related to and late pregnancy in the muscle of Holstein cattle were identified as EIF5A, ACO2 and EEF1G, and the gene related to mid-lactation as EIF4A2, and the genes related to fecundity as ITGB1, MYH9, TLN1, CAV1, COL4A1, COL4A2, FLNA and HSPG2.

Heat pipe cooled reactor has the advantages of simple structure, passive heat transfer and high reliability, owning to the design of solid reactor core and heat transfer using high-temperature heat pipe. In order to study the transient and safety characteristic of space heat pipe cooled reactor with thermoelectric conversion, the detailed mathematical and physical models were established for the most key system of the reactor including the reactor, high temperature heat pipe, thermoelectric conversion system. The reactor model was developed by coupling point-kinetic model, reactivity feedback model and power distribution model based on OpenFOAM, in which three different interface heat transfer models were developed to couple different regions in solid reactor. The reactor model overcome modeling difficulty of some typical accident scenarios such as heat pipe failure accident, the actual distribution and variation of temperature can be accurately obtained. The two-dimensional transient heat pipe model was present which was suitable for transient simulation of high-temperature heat pipe after startup. The transient working condition of a sodium heat pipe was simulated, the result fits quite well with the thermal resistance network model and two-dimensional model. For the thermoelectric generator, the one-dimensional transient model was established, in which the effect of Peltier heat, Fourier's heat conduction, Joule heat and Thomson heat was considered, the dynamic behaviors of thermoelectric generator under different thermal conditions can be simulated. In order to testify the thermoelectric generator model, a BiTe-based thermoelectric module was built and verified with the experiment data under two different working conditions. The output electric power deviation compared with experiment data is 2.47% and 2.75% under two working conditions. The transient system analysis program for thermoelectric space heat pipe cooled reactor was developed and fully verified with the experimental data of the KRUSTY prototype reactor. The detailed KRUSTY reactor model was established in the program, the accident conditions of the KRUSTY were calculated including reactivity control, thermoelectric conversion module failure, loading following and active heat removal accident. The results show that the simulation results of program are in good agreement with test data, the max deviation of surface fuel temperature is less than 4.1 K under these accident conditions and the accuracy of the model is proved. The program will provide effective analysis and research tool for the transient characteristic study of space heat pipe cooled reactor with thermoelectric conversion.

Nitrite has been used widely in meat products because of its unique properties, especially its role in promoting the color development of meat products and its bacteriostatic effect. Searching for nitrite alternatives has become an urgent topic for the meat industry due to consumers’ concerns about the potential health risk associated with nitrite and consumers’ demand for natural products with a clean label. As a natural pigment substance, zinc protoporphyrin (ZnPP) has a significant advantage in promoting the color development of meat products. This paper introduces the properties, formation mechanism, quantitative analysis and distribution in meat products of ZnPP, with a focus on the factors influencing ZnPP formation. Finally, future prospects for the application of ZnPP are discussed in order to provide new ways for the development of the low-nitrate meat processing industry.

Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Jianpi prescription on serum osteoclast, osteogenesis related factors and intestinal flora in postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP). Methods Eighty patients with PMOP admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into combined group and control group by simple randomization method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with calcium carbonate vitamin D3 tablets, while the combined group was supplemented with Bushen Jianpi prescription on the basis of the control group. The treatment of both groups lasted for 8 weeks. The changes of serum osteoclast and osteogenesis-related factors ［β-isomer of C-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen（β-CTX）, procollagen type Ⅰ Nterminal propeptide (P1NP)］in the two groups before and after treatment were detected, and the changes of Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment were evaluated, and the changes of intestinal flora were compared. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, β-CTX and P1NP in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and in the combined group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of symptoms of low back pain, weakness of waist and knees, lower limb cramps, difficulty in walking and difficulty in carrying weight in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and in the combined group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was 92.50%, which was higher than that of the control group (75.00%) (P＜0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in feces in both groups increased compared with that before treatment, while the number of Escherichia coli decreased compared with that before treatment. After 8 weeks of treatment, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in feces of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the number of Escherichia coli was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment. Conclusion For patients with PMOP, Bushen Jianpi prescription on the basis of calcium supplementation is helpful to regulate the levels of serum osteoclast, osteogenesis-related factors and intestinal flora, improve the clinical symptoms of patients and further improve the therapeutic effect, and it is safe.

Biliary stent displacement is a common stent related complication after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. If not diagnosed and treated early, it may lead to serious consequences. This article summarizes recent domestic and international articles on biliary stent displacement after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, reviews the diagnosis, risk factors, and treatment of biliary stent displacement after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, and provides assistance in guiding patients to achieve better prognosis.

ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the association between eating out frequency and taste preferences among urban Chinese adults.MethodsA convenient sampling method was employed to select 1 957 adult residents aged 18 to 65 from four urban areas with complete survey data on eating out frequency and taste preferences. The study analyzed the current patterns of eating out and taste preferences and used a multifactor logistic regression model to assess the correlation between eating out frequency and taste preferences.ResultsThe study found that 35.8% of participants ate out less than once a week， 33.5% ate out 1-3 times a week， 18.3% ate out 4-6 times a week， and 12.4% ate out seven or more times a week. Gender differences were observed in taste preferences， with men having significantly higher rates of salty and oily taste preferences compared to women， while women had a higher preference rate of sweet taste. After controlling for relevant confounding factors， urban female residents who ate out 1-3 times a week had a 59% increased risk of salty taste preference （OR = 1.59） compared to those who ate out less than once a week. Similarly， urban female residents who ate out 1-3 times a week， 4-6 times a week， and seven or more times a week had an increased risk of sweet taste preference by 51% （OR = 1.51）， 71% （OR = 1.71）， and 77% （OR = 1.77）， respectively. Moreover， urban female residents who ate out 1-3 times a week and seven or more times a week had an increased risk of spicy taste preference by 54% （OR = 1.54） and 78% （OR = 1.78）， respectively. Compared with urban male residents who ate out less than one time a week， urban male residents who ate out 4-6 times a week have an increased risk of oily and spicy tastes by 61% （OR=1.61） and 85% （OR=1.85）， respectively.ConclusionThe study suggests that the frequency of eating out among urban residents may be associated with their taste preferences. Therefore， there is a need to enhance nutrition education and awareness to encourage the development of healthier eating habits.

[Objective] The term “carbon curse” outlines a situation where regions with abundant fossil fuel resources are more likely to pursue a carbon-intensive growth path than regions with scarce fossil fuel resources. This study examined the existence and variations of the “carbon curse” effect in China in order to extend the “carbon curse” theory to the city level. [Methods] By identifying Chinese fossil fuel cities, categorizing their energy types and development stages, and employing a variable coefficient fixed-effects model with panel data from prefecture-level cities from 2012 to 2017, this study aims to investigate the existence of the “carbon curse” effect at the urban level in China, as well as the varying degrees to which different fossil fuel cities are affected by the “carbon curse.” [Results] Compared to Chinese cities that relied on non-fossil energy sources, those that depended on fossil fuels were more likely to adopt carbon-intensive development strategies. Oil-gas cities, coal-oil-gas cities, and coal cities were in decreasing order of “carbon curse” severity according to the energy source of fossil fuel cities. Mature cities, regeneration cities, growing cities, and declining cities were ranked in decreasing order of "carbon curse"severity according to the development stages of fossil fuel cities. Taking control variables into account, high population density and government intervention in fossil fuel cities increased carbon intensity, and environmental regulations and foreign direct investment had no appreciable impact on lowering it. [Conclusion] The “carbon curse” phenomenon does in fact exist at the city level in China. Different energy sources and developmental stages of cities caused variations in this phenomenon, and it is necessary to further investigate the underlying mechanisms that caused these discrepancies.

Objective To establish a cell model of Burkholderia thailandensis (B. thailandensis, our isolated strain was named as BPM) infecting RAW264.7 cells in order to lay a foundation for further study on its pathogenic mechanism. Methods The bacterial solution containing same concentration of BPM was prepared to infect RAW264.7 cells with different diluted concentrations. The bacterial entry rate and intracellular survival status were analyzed by the bacterial uptake rate of BPM in RAW264.7 cells at different infection phases. The intracellular infection of bacteria and the ultra-structural pathological changes of host cells were dynamically observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Giemsa staining. The apoptosis induced by different phase points was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of inflammatory factors in cell supernatant was detected by LEGENDplexTM reagent. Results TEM displayed that some bacteria invaded into the cells 12 h after infection. The formation of typical multinucleate giant cells (MNGC) was observed at the earliest 8 h after BPM infection by Giemsa staining. With the elapse of infection time, MNGC formation rate and inflammatory factor expression were gradually increased. Conclusion The intracellular infection model of BPM is successfully constructed, and the inflammatory response of B. thailandensis infection in host cells is clarified, laying the experimental foundation for further study of the mechanism of B. thailandensis infection.

In order to study the corrosion resistance and mechanism of a new type of acid resistant steel (LGNS-P) in sulfuric acid containing environments, Q345B carbon steel was used as a comparative material, and the corrosion behavior of two types of steels before and after the full immersion test was observed and tested through sulfuric acid accelerated corrosion test, corrosion weight loss analysis, SEM observation of corrosion morphology, and electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization tests. Results showed that the corrosion degree of LGNS-P was obviously less than Q345B, and the corrosion rate was gradually decreased during the test cycles. By contrast, the corrosion rate of Q345B increased first and then decreased, reaching its maximum after 240 h of testing. Compared to Q345B, the corrosion product layer of LGNS-P was more uniform and denser, which blocked the direct contact between corrosive ions and the substrate to some extent. In addition, there were some Fe oxides on the surface of both steels, but Sb oxides were also found on the surface of LGNS-P, which had certain acid resistance and could enhance the bonding ability of the corrosion product layer and the substrate. Overall, the above differences caused the significant improvement of acid corrosion resistance of LGNS-P

Painful neuropathy is present in 13% to 35% of diabetic patients, and the reasons for the differential clinical manifestations of painful and painless diabetic neuropathy (DNP) in diabetic patients are unclear. This review focuses on the latest clinical advances. It is observed that gender, diabetes type, glycosylated hemoglobin, and blood lipid levels have certain predictive effects on painful DNP. Clinical attention should be paid to pain and paresthesia caused by small fiber neuropathy. Existing diagnostic Methods have limited differential effect, and active drug treatment is required after the diagnosis of painful DNP is confirmed. Further research on the pathogenesis of painful DNP is required in order to find new therapeutic target.

Objective To investigate the effects of mindfulness-based intervention on cognitive reappraisal, positive attentional bias and depression in army aviation maintenance personnel. Methods A total of 44 officers and soldiers of an army aviation brigade were selected by cluster sampling and then divided into intervention group (n=22) and control group (n=22).The intervention group received 2 hours'mindfulness intervention course once a week for 8 consecutive weeks, while the control group were given mental health education at same frequency and duration.Then the participants were assessed with self-compiled demographic scales, Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), Attention to Positive and Negative Information Scale (APNIS), and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) before intervention (T1), at the end of the intervention (T2), and 1 month after the intervention (T3), respectively. Results There were no significant differences in the demographic data and psychological indicators between the 2 groups before training.After intervention, the scores of mindfulness level, cognitive reappraisal, positive attention bias and depression were significantly different between the 2 groups in terms of measurement time and group interaction (P < 0.05).The scores of mindfulness level and the cognitive reappraisal scores were greatly higher at T2 and T3 than T1(P < 0.01, P < 0.05), and the positive attention bias score at T2 was also notably higher than that of T1(P < 0.05) in the intervention group.In addition, no significant difference was observed in the depression score at the 3 time points in the intervention group, while in the control group, the score was obviously higher at T3 than T2 and T1(P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion Mindfulness-based intervention significantly improves the level of mindfulness, cognitive reappraisal and positive attentional bias, and relieves the impact of military training and management on depression of the army aviation officers and soldiers to a certain extent.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the upper limit and technical parameters of black tea brewing with suitable taste and establish the relative brewing method system of daily drinking. Methods: The black tea soup was prepared by sensory evaluation method and diluted in a gradient with one bud and two leaves and then was tasted and scored by 50 volunteers to determine the appropriate taste consistency. On the basis of determining the suitable taste concentration, the quality concentrations of water extract, theaflavin and theaflavin under the suitable taste were used as the indexes to optimize and screen the technical parameters of black tea brewing each time and the brewing times under the appropriate taste. Results: When the mass concentrations of aqueous extract, theaflavin and thearubin in black tea soup were 1.40, 0.04 and 0.60 mg/mL respectively, and it had a suitable taste. The first brewing was made with a tea-water ratio (mtea∶Vwater) of 1∶100 (g/mL) and pure water at 82 ℃ for 4.5 min, and the second brewing was made with a tea-water ratio (mtea∶Vwater) of 1∶50 (g/mL) and pure water at 86.0 ℃ for 3.5 min.The tea broth obtained in both times had a suitable taste and reached the mass concentration of water extract, theaflavin and theaflavin of suitable taste. However, after the third brewing with tea-water ratio (mtea∶Vwater) of 1∶50 (g/mL) and 97.3 ℃ pure water for 6.4 min, the resulting tea broth was too light in taste, and the water extracts and theaflavins also failed to reach the quality concentration requirement under suitable taste. Conclusion: It is appropriate to brew black tea for two times with appropriate taste kept.

Diabetic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes, but the mechanism remains unclear. Recent studies have shown that inflammation may play a critical role in the development and progression of diabetic neuropathy. In the chronic low-grade inflammatory state of diabetes, the inflammatory signaling pathways in neurons and their surrounding cells are activated and interact with the released inflammatory factors to promote the occurrence of diabetic neuropathy. Advances in the understanding of inflammatory mechanism will facilitate the discovery of the potential therapeutic targets for the development of diabetic neuropathy.

Studies of environmental chemistry and its related life science are essential to understand the exposure of environmental pollution to living species and the resulted health problems. During this process, mass spectrometry is an indispensably powerful tool thanks to its qualitative and quantitative abilities and remarkable mass resolution. In this review, the state-of-the art mass spectrometric methods were introduced, including inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), electron capture negative ionization mass spectrometry (ECNI-MS), electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS), high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry (HR-MS) and native mass spectrometry (nMS) as well as mass spectrometry imaging (MSI), which have been applied in environmental chemistry and the related life science research, with an emphasis on their role in the determination, characterization, discovery and biological impacts research of environmental pollutants in the environmental media, and the related metabolites during life process. Furthermore, the trend of MS methods from fundamental to applied perspectives was outlooked, in order to solve the emerging issues, such as the ambiguous interaction mechanisms of the environmental pollutants and/or their metabolites with biomolecules. It is very much expected that novel MS-based strategy like reactive proteomics approach together with the design of new molecular ruler will help to solve the “mystery” of the environmental pollutants and/or their biological metabolites impacted on a normal physiological process, deepening our understanding on the influence of environmental pollution on health.

The mechanism of neuropathic pain (NP) is extremely complicated, and current pharmacological treatments for NP are still unsatisfactory. The gut microbiota plays important roles in inducing NP. The changes of gut microbiota and gut microbiota-dependent metabolite could promote the immune cells and glial cells releasing pro-inflammatory cytokines, initiating the innate immune response and inflammation by activating Toll-like receptors (TLRs), which is believed to be a potential candidate to alleviate NP.

With the increasing globalization of football,the global player transfer market is becoming more and more prosperous.However,as the most important factor affecting player transfer transaction,the player’s transfer value lacks in-depth model and application research.In this paper,the FIFA’s official player database is taken as the research object.Firstly,on the premise of distinguishing different player positions,Box-Cox transformation,F-Score feature selection,etc.are used to perform feature processing on the original data set.Secondly,the player value prediction model is constructed by XGBoost,and compared with the main machine learning algorithms such as random forest,AdaBoost,GBDT and SVR for 10-fold cross validation experiments.Experimental results prove that the XGBoost model has a performance advantage over the existing models on the indicators of R2,MAE and RMSE.Finally,on the basis of constructing the value prediction model,this paper integrates the SHAP framework to analyze the important factors affecting the players’ value score in different positions,and provides decision support for some scenarios,such as player’s value score evaluation,comparative analysis,and training strategy formulation,etc.

Sharding technology is one of the core technologies to solve the scalability problem of blockchain.When transactions in the P2P network are aggregated into established shards according to the rules,and the verification nodes are randomly and evenly distributed to each shard,the transactions in this shard may be congested because the transaction verification load of individual shard may far exceed the average load.In order to solve the load imbalance between shards,a shard load balancing method using state reduction is proposed.Firstly,the state reduction model is given,which allows high-performance nodes to store more adjacent states,and the node performance is roughly classified according to this model.Secondly,according to the transaction verification situation in each timeslot,unverified transactions are taken as the remaining load,which is used as the basis for adjusting the verification ability in the next timeslot.Finally,the nodes are scored and graded,and the node selection strategy is given based on the remaining load and the average score of the consensus verification node set.Nodes are allocated reasonably and randomly,and the remaining loads of high load fragments are reduced upward.Experimental verification shows that the shard load balancing method using state reduction effectively balances the unusual load of one shard without reducing the transaction verification rate of a single shard.

Objective: To summarize the ultrasonographic characteristics of testicular adrenal tumor (TART) in male patients with congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia (CAH) due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency, and to improve the understanding of sonographers on TART. Methods: Twenty-one CAH patients due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency were collected. All patients were found to have abnormal echoes in the testis by scrotal high-frequency ultrasound examination and were diagnosed as TART. The ultrasonic images of TART lesions were observed, and the number and growth mode of the lesions involving the testis were evaluated. The morphology, boundary, echogenicity and blood supply characteristics, and epididymis involvement were observed. Results: Among the 21 patients, 14 patients had bilateral testicular lesions with the same ultrasound features, and seven patients were unilateral. Two patients were epididymal involvement. Among the total 35 testicular lesions, 82.9% (29/35) grew along the testicular mediastinum, 17.1% (6/35) grew diffusely. Hypoechoic lesions accounted for 51.4% (18/35), heterogeneous hyperechoic lesions accounted for 28.6% (10/35), and heterogeneous hyperechoic lesions with coarse calcification accounted for 20%(7/35). The lesion morphology mainly showed irregular lobular shape and round shape, accounting for 85.7% (30/35) and 14.3% (7/35), respectively. The rich blood supply lesions accounted for 62.8% (22/35), and 22.9% (8/35) and 14.3% (5/35) of the lesions were hypovascular or anvascular. Conclusions: Sonographic appearance of TART is variable but still characteristic. The lesions present as bilateral testis with rich blood supply and irregular hypoechoic growth along the mediastinum. The ultrasonic features of the bilateral lesions are the same. With the history of CAH, it might provide clues for diagnosis of TART.

In order to improve the friction and wear properties of 20CrNiMo carburized steel, the cryogenic treatment was carried out on it for different durations and different cycles. The changes of microstructure, hardness and impact toughness before and after cryogenic treatment were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and Rockwell hardness tester. The friction and wear properties of samples before and after cryogenic treatment were compared and investigated by friction and wear testing machine. Results showed that the cryogenic treatment had a limited effect on the surface hardness of 20CrNiMo carburized steel. The impact toughnesses of the samples were significantly improved after cryogenic treatment, and the impact toughness was the highest when the sample was treated with a single cycle of 6 h cryogenic treatment, which was increased by 10.9% compared with the un - cryogenic sample (QT). The average friction coefficient and relative wear rate of cryogenic samples were significantly reduced. The samples treated with a single cycle of 6 h cryogenic treatment and 3 cycles of 3 h cryogenic treatment had better friction and wear properties, and the average friction coefficient were 0.50 and 0.52 respectively. Compared with the QT samples, the wear rates were reduced by 25.9% and 23.3% respectively.

Objective To investigate the role of ferritinophagy-mediated ferroptosis in renal tubular epithelial cytotoxicity induced by cadmium (Cd) exposure. Methods HK-2 cells were used to construct Cd exposed cell model, and the effects of Cd on ferroptosis, autophagy, ferritinophagy and cytotoxicity were observed. Meanwhile, the effects of inhibition of ferroptosis, autophagy and ferritinophagy on Cd cytotoxicity were evaluated. Results Cd induced ferroptosis in renal tubular epithelial cells in a dose-dependent manner, and the level of acyl-CoA synthetase long chain family member 4 (ACSL4) was increased and that of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) was decreased. Treatment of lipid peroxidation inhibitor ferrastatin-1 (Fer-1) and iron chelating agent deferroamine (DFO) attenuated Cd-induced death in renal tubular epithelial cells. Cd induced renal tubular epithelial cell autophagy, increased the number of autophagosomes, and enhanced the expression of autophagy marker LC3B-Ⅱ. Inhibition of autophagy alleviated Cd-induced ferroptosis in renal tubular epithelial cells. In addition, Cd induced ferritinophagy in renal tubular epithelial cells, and the expression of ferritinophagy marker nuclear receptor coactivator 4 (NCOA4) was elevated, while the expression of ferritin heavy chain 1(FTH), substrate of ferritinophagy, was decreased. NCOA4 knockdown inhibited Cd-induced ferritin degradation and cell death. Conclusion Ferritinophagy-mediated ferroptosis is involved in Cd-induced renal tubular epithelial cell death.

Objective To explore the effect of perceived stress on insomnia severity among male soldiers, and examine the mediating effect of depression and the moderating effect of mindfulness. Methods A sample of 1 321 male soldiers from a unit of the army were investigated with Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) during March 2021. Pearson correlation analysis was employed to analyze the correlation of perceived stress, insomnia severity, depression and mindfulness. PROCESS program was adopted to investigate the mediating role of depression and moderating role of mindfulness. Results ① The incidence rate of insomnia was 11.36% among the male soldiers. The prevalence rate of subthreshold insomnia was 8.86%, of clinical insomnia (moderate severity) was 2.12%, and of clinical insomnia (severe) was 0.38%. The prevalence rate of depression was 15.52% among them. And the prevalence rate of mild depression was 9.16%, of moderate depression was 6.13%, and of major depression was 0.23%. ②PSS score had significant positive correlation with ISI score (r=0.43, P < 0.01), and SDS score was positively correlated with both PSS and ISI scores (r=0.70, 0.42, P < 0.01). FFMQ score was negatively correlated with PSS, SDS and ISI scores (r=-0.39, -0.39, -0.17, P < 0.01). ③The relationship between perceived stress and insomnia severity was partially mediated by depression, accounting for 37.21% of the total effect. ④The effect of perceived stress on depression (β=-0.11, P < 0.01) and effect of perceived stress on insomnia severity (β=-0.05, P < 0.05) were both moderated by mindfulness. Compared with low level of mindfulness, high level of mindfulness could alleviate the adverse impacts of perceived stress on both depression and insomnia severity. Conclusion Perceived stress affects insomnia severity through depression, and mindfulness can mitigate the effects of perceived stress on both depression and insomnia severity. Mindfulness training may help to reduce depression and improve sleep quality of male soldiers.

ObjectiveA high-throughput method for simultaneous determination of 67 herbicide residues in oilseeds and oils by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry combined with dispersive solid phase extraction was established.MethodsPeanut， soybean， rapeseed and their oil were extracted with 1% formic acid-acetonitrile， and then purified by ethylenediamine-N-propyl and anhydrous MgSO4 dispersed solid phase extraction. Methanol and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate （containing 0.1% formic acid） were used as mobile phases for gradient elution. C18 column was used for separation， positive and negative ion mode of ESI ion source was used for simultaneous multi-reaction monitoring （MRM）. And matrix standard curve external standard method was used for quantification.ResultsUnder different substrates， the linear range of 67 herbicides was from 0.000 5 to 0.08 mg/L， the correlation coefficients （R2） were all above 0.992， and the limits of detection （LODs） were 0.005~0.02 mg/kg. The recoveries of three spiked levels （LOD， 2LOD and 10LOD） were between 62.3% and 118.1% with RSD （n=6） less than 15%.ConclusionThis method is stable， specific， sensitive and accurate， and can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of herbicides in oilseeds and oils.

The Guided Acoustic Wave Brillouin Scattering (GAWBS) in fibers will be excited at a low optical power level, which can cause large impairments on high-capacity spatial division multiplexing optical fiber communication, digital coherent transmission and optical quantum transmission. For spatial division multiplexing optical fiber communication system, we theoretically and experimentally investigate the characteristics of GAWBS in the self-made uncoupled seven-core four-mode fiber. The results indicate that, the cores exhibit the significant differences of GAWBS characteristics depending on their distances from the fiber center. In future, the disparate GAWBS noise compensation method for each core can be utilized to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio for spatial division multiplexing transmission with low error rate.

In this paper, changes in the curriculum system of Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering(OGSTE)in China over the past 70 years were reviewed and analyzed. It is found that the focus of OGSTE education has gradually shifted from the cultivation of engineering practice ability at the beginning to the cultivation of scientific research ability, which is different from the development direction of international engineering education. Therefore, the main problems of OGSTE education at present were pointed out based on the status of teachers of the colleges and universities, with consideration to the OGSTE requirements for talents in the era of national energy transformation and artificial intelligence, including inadequate engineering practice ability of the young teachers, inconsistency of talent cultivation objective with the development of international engineering education, lack of systematic training of students in knowledge application, failure of the curriculum system to meet the requirements of the new era, and failure of the teaching methods to mobilize the learning initiative of students. Therefore, strategies were proposed in a targeted manner as follows: to establish the teacher engineering ability training system, set the OGSTE training goal of cultivating interdisciplinary talents, adopt the integrated curriculum structure of theory and practice, build an "engineering + intelligence" curriculum system, and apply the projectbased teaching methods. Conclusively, the research results could provide reference for returning the OGSTE undergraduate education in the new era to the cultivation of engineering practice ability.

Background Delayed onset of lactogenesis (DOL) is an important cause of failed lactation. Excessive gestational weight gain and postpartum depression will increase the risk of DOL, but appropriate physical activity (PA) during pregnancy may effectively prevent excessive gestational weight gain, improve postpartum negative mood, benefiting breastfeeding. However, the relationship between PA during pregnancy and DOL is still unclear. Objective To investigate the PA level in the third trimester and its association with DOL, providing a basis for early prevention of DOL and ensuring breastfeeding success. Methods A prospective study design was adopted. Participants were women in their third trimester who underwent prenatal examination and later delivery in the 901 Hospital, Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, from December 2020 to August 2021. General information (including demographic and obstetric data) , PA and sedentary behaviour time (evaluated by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form) , postpartum depression (evaluated by the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) , and DOL were investigated and collected. Unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between PA level in the third trimester and DOL. Results A total of 261 cases were selected, and 247 of them (94.7%) who returned responsive questionnaires were finally enrolled. The prevalence of DOL was 27.9% (69/247) . Objective To explore the mechanism of career adaptability on life satisfaction in cadets and investigate the mediating role of self-efficacy and hope. Methods From January to February 2021, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 759 cadets in a military university using the convenient sampling method. Evaluation tools include Chinese Career Adaptability Scale (CCAS), General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES), Herth Hope Inventory (HHI), and the with Life Scale (SWLS). Results ① Career adaptability, self-efficacy, hope and life satisfaction are positively correlated (r=0.48~0.71, P < 0.01); ② Career adaptability affected life satisfaction mainly through 3 mediation ways. The mediation effect of self-efficacy accounted for 15.25%, the mediation effect of hope for 12.34%, and the chain mediation effect of self-efficacy and hope for 12.30%. Conclusion The career adaptability of cadets can not only directly affect life satisfaction, but also indirectly affect life satisfaction through self-efficacy and hope.

Objective To explore the effects of benefit finding training on emotion, resilience and post-traumatic growth for college freshmen. Methods A total of 126 freshmen sampled from a university in Chongqing were surveyed by Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI). After all valid questionnaire were collected, they were randomly divided into experimental group (receiving benefit finding training, n=63) and control group (without training, n=63). The changes in depression, state and strait anxiety, resilience and post-traumatic growth were compared after training. Results There were no statistical differences in the total scores of depression, state anxiety, trait anxiety, resilience and post-traumatic growth between the experimental group and the control group before training (P>0.05). After training, significant differences were seen in above scores between the 2 group, with the experimental group having obviously lower levels of state anxiety and trait anxiety, and higher levels of post-traumatic growth than the control group (P < 0.05). But there was no statistical differences in depression and resilience between the 2 group (P>0.05). Benefit finding training resulted in greatly improved post-traumatic growth (P < 0.01) and decreased state anxiety level (P < 0.05) in the experimental group. But no such changes were seen in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Benefit finding training effectively improves the post-traumatic growth of college freshmen, and reduces their anxiety, and thus helps them better adapt to college life.

The purpose of this work was to reveal the effect of phosphating pre-treatment on the protective performance of water-based epoxy varnish coating on surface of aluminum alloy(AA).A phosphating film was firstly prepared on the surface of 2024 aluminum alloy by chemical conversion method for phosphating pre-treatment, and then the surface of aluminum alloy without and after phosphating pre-treatment was coated with water-based epoxy varnish.After the varnish was completely cured into a coating, the protective effect of water-based epoxy coating on aluminum alloy without and after phosphating pre-treatment was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Finally, the effect of phosphating pre-treatment on the protective performance of water-based epoxy varnish coating and its mechanism were revealed.Results showed that the phosphating coating on surface of aluminum alloy had a uniform and dense columnar crystal structure, which was mainly composed of Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O.In 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution, both the protective layer resistance(Rc)and the impedance module at low frequency(|Z|0.01)of the epoxy/AA(E/A)system and the epoxy/phosphating coating/AA(E/P/A)system decreased gradually with the extension of immersion time; however, both Rc and|Z|0.01 of the E/P/A system were always greater than those of the E/A system.On the other hand, due to the phosphating pre-treatment, the average adhesive force(Fa)of water-based epoxy coating on the surface of AA increased from 10.47 MPa to 15.58 MPa.Compared with the direct coating of water-based epoxy varnish without phosphating pretreatment on the surface of AA, the coating with phosphating pre-treatment before water-based epoxy varnish treatment changed the whole protective layer on the surface of AA from a single epoxy layer to a composite epoxy layer/phosphating coating, resulting in a significant increase in Rc and|Z|0.01.More importantly, the existence of phosphating film improved the adhesion of water-based epoxy coating on the surface of AA, and even fundamentally changed the fracture form of the whole protective layer.The combined effects of the above two aspects improved the protective effect of water-based epoxy varnish coating on AA substrate.Also, the mechanism of phosphating pre-treatment on improving the protective performance of water-based epoxy varnish coating was revealed.

By collecting the hard points data of an independent brand electric vehicle, EPS dynamic model was established and the assistance characteristic parameters of the model were designed. The steering simulation test was carried out by using ADAMS software. The accuracy of the model was verified. Relationship between steering wheel input torque and EPS output torque were compared and analyzed under different conditions with and without assistance. Finally, the real vehicle road test and Adams vehicle simulation were used. The steering wheel middle position handling stability test was carried out. The test results show that the EPS system is reasonably designed and has good handling and stability under high-speed driving conditions.

The article reviews the latest research progress of modified cellulose filled polylactic acid composites, aiming to promote further research and application of this composites. By introducing the application of different modification methods to improve the performance of polylactic acid, such as surface modification of cellulose, functionalization research, grafting copolymerization modification, etc, the performance improvement effect of modified cellulose filled polylactic acid composites was summarized, including mechanical properties, thermal stability, degradation properties, antimicrobial properties, oxygen permeability, UV shielding, crystalline morphology, slow release behavior, etc. Finally, further research in this field was discussed, such as exploring the nucleation mechanism and composite properties of modified cellulose filled polylactic acid, as well as the synergistic mechanism of multiple modification methods and the microstructure of composites. Future research should focus on optimizing modification methods, studying filling mechanisms, and improving the microstructure of composites to achieve better modification effects and performance enhancement. At the same time, further explore more suitable modification methods and composites preparation processes, promote the development of this field and expand its application areas. Microbial phospholipase D (PLD) showed a more competent potential for phospholipids production due to its higher catalytic activity and broader substrate specificity. In this study, the PLD from Acinetobacter sp. DUT-2 (ADPLD) was used as the research object. Firstly, bioinformatics was used to examine the protein sequence characteristics. Then, the recombinant plasmid was generated and heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli. The enzyme protein was purified further, and the substrate selectivity of ADPLD to phosphatidylcholine (PC) with various acyl chains was investigated. Finally, the substrate recognition mechanism of ADPLD was investigated using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation. Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis of ADPLD and other microbial-derived PLDs revealed that the sequence similarity between ADPLD and Streptomyces-derived PLDs was less than 30%, and there was only one conserved HKD motif, indicating that the catalytic mechanism of ADPLD might differ from the reaction mechanism in traditional cognition, which required two HKD motifs to complete the PLD catalytic process. ADPLD was mostly produced as a soluble protein, and a relatively uniform protein could be purified using Ni2+ affinity chromatography at a low concentration of 50 mmol/L imidazole. When soybean PC was utilized as a substrate, the specific activity of ADPLD was about 4.09 U/mg. ADPLD showed relatively high activity in neutralizing short-chain PC (C6-C14), with a specific activity of 13.2 U/mg for 8:0/8:0-PC, which was higher than that of other PC substrates with long acyl chains. The activity of ADPLD on PC reduced dramatically when the acyl chain length of PC grew from C14 to C16. Molecular dynamics simulation and molecular docking experiments revealed that the ADPLD amino acid residues Thr205, Pro209, Phe293, Ala324, Lys329, and Phe453 might form hydrophobic interactions with PC. Arg383 and Gly326 could form hydrogen bonds with PC when the distance between Arg383 (N), Gly326 (N), and PC (P) was <3 Å. These results indicate that ADPLD can form a stable enzyme substrate intermediate with phospholipid molecules. Mitochondrial injury and metabolic disorder are the most important pathophysiological manifestations of T2DM. So it is essential to maintain mitochondrial function and cell metabolic homeostasis. Mitochondrial deacetylase silence information regulator 3 (SIRT3) is crucial for the regulation of respiratory enzymes, for antagonizing oxidative stress and promoting mitochondrial autophagy as well as glucose uptake.

Quantitative and accurate assessment of code readability is an important way to ensure software quality,reduce communication and maintenance costs,and improve the efficiency of software development and evolution.However,existing code readability studies depend mainly on the manual feature engineering method,which is likely to limit the model performance due to factors such as code representation strategies and technical means.Unlike prior studies,we propose a novel code readability assessment method based on multidimensional features and hybrid neural networks by using the technique of deep learning.Specifi-cally,we first propose a representation strategy with different granularity levels to transform source codes into matrices and vectors as the input to deep neural networks.We then build a CNN-BiGRU hybrid neural network that can automatically learn structural and semantic features from the source code.The experimental results show that our method is able to achieve an accuracy of 84.6%,which is 9.2% higher than CNN alone and 6.5% higher than BiGRU alone.Moreover,our method can outperform five state-of-the-art code readability models,which confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of multidimensional features and hybrid neural networks proposed in this study.

Objective To find the regulatory effect of miR-125a-5p on the growth and invasion of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines. Methods The expression of miR-125a-5p and TRIM71 in bone marrow specimens of AML patients, AML cell lines (U937 and HL60) and PBMC were examined by RT-qPCR. The U937 and HL60 cells were divided into control group (control), miR-125a-5p mimic group (miR-125a-5p mimic), miRNA negative control group (miR-NC), TRIM71 over-expression plasmid group (pcDNA3.1-TRIM71) and control plasmid group(pcDNA3.1-NC). U937 and HL60 cells were transfected with miR-125a-5p mimic, pcDNA3.1-TRIM71 and negative control using Lipofectamine 2000. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay; Cell invasion was measured by Matrigel invasion assay; And cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of TRIM71, Bax, Bcl-2, NF-κB p65 was detected by RT-qPCR or Western blot. The targeted regulation relationship between miR-125a-5p and TRIM71 was verified by luciferase reporter gene assay. Results Compared with healthy controls or PBMC, miR-125a-5p expression levels in bone marrow samples of AML patients and AML cell lines were significantly reduced (P＜0.05). The proliferation and invasion of U937 and HL60 cells in miR-125a-5p mimic group were significantly reduced, while the apoptosis rate was significantly increased (P＜0.05). Compared with control group, the proliferation and invasion of U937 and HL60 cells in pcDNA3.1-TRIM71 group significantly were increased(P＜0.05). Luciferase reporter gene assay detection showed that miR-125a-5p mimic effectively inhibited the luciferase activity of pGL3-TRIM71-WT. Compared with miR-125a-5p mimic group, the cell viability and cell invasion rate of (miR-125a-5p mimic+pcDNA3.1-TRIM71) group were increased significantly, while the apoptosis rate was decreased significantly(P＜0.05). The expression level of nucleus NF-κB p65 protein in (miR-125a-5p mimic+pcDNA3.1-TRIM71) group was significantly increased(P＜0.05). Conclusions Up-regulation of miR-125a-5p may inhibit proliferation and invasion of AML cell lines and induce apoptosis by targeting at TRIM71. In addition, miR-125a-5p can inhibit the proliferation of AML cells by inhibiting the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway.

In the middle and late production stages of natural gas condensate pipelines, the problems of increased liquid accumulation and friction usually occur in the pipelines. Therefore, regular pigging operations are essential to ensure the safety and efficiency of the oil and gas pipelines. However, the traditional pigs often go out of control as a result of their same velocity with the driving gas during the operation, which brings about a series of problems. Thereby, a new type of bypass pig was designed and developed, and a matching experimental system of horizontal-vertical pipelines was built to analyze the movement characteristics of the bypass pigs in different structures. Herein, air and water were used as the flow media, and the data of flow, pressure and terminal liquid level during pigging were collected by the LabView data collection system in real time. By changing the parameters such as the bypass rate, the driving gas velocity, the liquid velocity, etc., the movement characteristics of the bypass pig were explored, and the abnormal movement process of the pig and the internal mechanism of eliminating pig slug were analyzed. As shown in the results, the movement velocity of pigs can be slowed, the pressure fluctuation in the pipelines can be mitigated and the liquid holdup in the slugs before the pigs can be reduced with the bypass pigs for the purpose of effectively controlling the volume of slugs. The research results could provide references for in-depth understanding of mechanism of bypass pigging technology and promoting its engineering application.

Objective To investigate the effect of circular RNA 0038467 (circ_0038467) targeting at miR-182 on apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum stress of alveolar epithelial cell line(HPAEpiC) induced by S. pneumoniae (Sp). Methods HPAEpiC cells were divided into control (NC) group (without any treatment), Sp group (Sp infection), Sp+si-NC group (Sp infection after transfection by si-NC), Sp+si-circ_0038467 group (Sp infection after transfection by si-circ_0038467), Sp+miR-NC group (Sp infection after transfection of miR-NC), and Sp+miR-182 group (Sp infection after transfection of miR-182 mimics), Sp+si-circ_0038467+anti-miR-NC group (Sp infection after transfection by si-circ_0038467 and anti-miR-NC), Sp+si-circ_0038467+anti-miR-182 group (Sp infection after transfection by si-circ_0038467 and anti-miR-182). The expressions of circ_0038467 and miR-182 were detected by RT-qPCR. Flow cytometry detected cell apoptosis; Western blot analyzed the expression level of B-cell lymphoma (Bcl-2), heavy chain binding protein (BIP), Bcl associated X protein (Bax) and CCAAT enhancer binding protein homologous protein (CHOP), cysteine protease 3 (caspase-3), and cleaved-caspase-3 proteins. The effects of circ_0038467 and miR-182 expression on HPAEpiC cell apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum stress induced by S. pneumoniae were analyzed. Results The apoptosis rate of HPAEpiC cells, the expression of circ_0038467, Bax, caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-3, BIP and CHOP were significantly increased after Sp infection (P＜0.05), whereas the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly decreased(P＜0.05). After circ_0038467 inhibition or miR-182 over-expression, the apoptosis rate, expression of circ_0038467, Bax, caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-3, BIP and CHOP were significantly reduced (P＜0.05), whereas Bcl-2 expression was significantly increased(P＜0.05). miR-182 inhibition can attenuate the effect of circ_0038467 inhibition on Sp induced HPAEpiC apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum stress (P＜0.05). Conclusions Inhibition of circ_0038467 can attenuate Sp induced alveolar epithelial cell apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum stress, and its mechanism is related to the targeted regulation of miR-182 expression.
