Objective To explore the influence of different bone quality around the implant on the implantation accuracy, the computer-aided design of implant guide plate was used for patients with poor bone quality to evaluate its accuracy. Methods Retrospective analysis of relevant clinical data from 29 single-tooth implant patients with relatively poor bone quality meeting inclusion criteria was conducted. Using 3Shape Implant Studio software, implant plans were designed and fully guided digital templates were fabricated before surgery. Implantation was guided by the templates throughout, with torque and ISQ values recorded to evaluate the initial stability of the implant. Postoperative implant positions were reconstructed using CBCT images, and the three-dimensional deviation of implant placement was evaluated in conjunction with the preoperative design. Bone quality around the implants was also recorded and analyzed before and after surgery. Results In this study, digital guide plates were used in patients with poor bone quality, and the initial stability of implants was ≥ 20 N·cm except for three cases. In cases of poor bone quality, the accuracy of the fully guided digital templates was as follows: cervix deviation (0.94±0.59)mm, apex deviation (1.40±0.81)mm and angle deviation 4.10°±2.99°. Polysaccharides are the main active ingredients of edible fungi, which have been widely utilized in the food industry. As a member of the truffle family, Tuber are rich in polysaccharides. Previous studies mainly focused on solvent, ultrasound-assisted, microwave-assisted, enzyme-assisted and pressurized liquid extractions regarding the extraction methods of Tuber polysaccharides. The molecular weight, monosaccharide composition and content, configuration, and ligation mechanism of sugar residues, along with the polysaccharide types of Tuber polysaccharides, have all been studied in relation to the characterization of chemical structures. Additionally, the antioxidant, antitumor, hypoglycemia, anti-fatigue, and immunomodulatory activities have been evaluated as well. In food processing, polysaccharides have been currently applied in the production of pastries and lozenges. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to discuss the most current developments in extraction techniques, including chemical structures, functional properties, and applications of Tuber polysaccharides. This provides a theoretical foundation for future growth in their food applications.

Stator current loop control is crucial in vector-controlled induction motors, due to its direct impact on system stability. In high-power traction systems, operating at a low switching frequency is a common practice to reduce inverter losses. This operational condition imposes limitations on the controller bandwidth and introduces significant digital delay, thereby exacerbating the cross-coupling between the d-axis and q-axis of the induction motors. This leads to increased current jitter in the dynamic process and significantly slower dynamic response, thus negatively affecting the control performance of the current loop. In order to overcome these challenges, a comprehensive analysis of the cross-coupling effect was first conducted in this study, using a mathematical model of induction motors based on the complex vector concept. Then ideas on how to overcome the delay were derived through analyzing the effect of delay on the digital vector control of asynchronous motors. At last, a complex vector controller considering the delay was designed, employing the zero-pole cancellation principle. In the discrete domain, the designed controller can eliminate the coupling terms in the controller transfer function, enabling effective current decoupling of the d-axis and q-axis. Moreover, the controller system exhibits a high dynamic response speed, as the system bandwidth can be easily adjusted to a high level, taking advantage of the typical second-order system in the transfer function of the whole control system. The results of simulation and experiment reveal the good control performance of the complex vector controller proposed in this paper. Across the entire speed range, the cross-coupling error is reduced by more than 80 percentage points, while the dynamic response speed is improved by more than 45%.

To solve the problem of large deformation of roadway with deep composite roof, based on the material roadway of 3205 working face in Xin’an Coal Mine as the engineering background, the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway with composite roof and its influencing factors were analyzed by combining field analysis and UDEC numerical simulation. Based on the principle of thick layer anchoring of roadway roof, a technical scheme of graded continuous cross-boundary anchoring was proposed. The feasibility of the new scheme is verified by field monitoring and simulation results. The results show that the initial support strength is very important for roadway maintenance. The optimized support scheme can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock, and the deformation of roof and two sides is reduced by 64% and 63% respectively. The maximumcrack depth decreased from 9.56 m to 3.26 m. The new support scheme constructs the anchor rock beam structure with thick and stable roof, which can maintain the long-term stable bearing capacity of the roadway.

Biogenic amines are small molecules with many biological activities. These substances may cause adverse reactions in the human body by excessive ingestion. This study detected biogenic amines in fermented foods including edible paste, sauerkraut, cheese, and sufu using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and assessed their potential toxicity. Phenethylamine, humutine, histamine, and tyramine were the main bioamines in edible paste, and the total contents of biogenic amines ranged from 331.40~624.42 mg/kg. Among sufu products, the bioamine content in a few samples was higher (up to 2 355.32 mg/kg and 1 091.05 mg/kg, respectively). The bioamine content in sauerkraut and cheese was lower compared with edible pastes and sufu. The highest bioamine content in sauerkraut was sour bean with 126.65 mg/kg and the lowest was pickled lotus root with 22.32 mg/kg. Finally, the safety of biogenic amines caused by edible paste, sauerkraut, cheese, and sufu was analyzed in combination with the consumption scenario and hazard risk assessment based on the edible characteristics of fermented food and the toxicological properties of histamine and tyramine. The toxicity risk of bioamines caused by ingesting these foods was low. Polyester-ether glycol was synthesized with poly(polyol adipate) as starting agent, epoxy alkane as the polymerization monomer, and alkali metal as catalyst. The effects of catalyst dosage on the polymerization was discussed, and its structure was characterized by FTIR and GPC. The self-made polyester-ether glycol was used to prepare polyurethane high-resilience foam and polyurethane elastomer, and the effects of polyester-ether glycol on their mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the optimum catalyst concentration was 0.6%. When polyester-ether glycol was applied to polyurethane high resilience foam with the addition amount of 15%, it had a significant effect on improving the mechanical properties of the products. In infants with severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (sBPD), severe pulmonary lobar emphysema may occur as a complication, contributing to significant impairment in ventilation. Clinical management of these infants is extremely challenging and some may require lobectomy to improve ventilation. However, prior to the lobectomy, it is very difficult to assess whether the remaining lung parenchyma would be able to sustain adequate ventilation postoperatively. In addition, preoperative planning and perioperative management are also quite challenging in these patients. This paper reports the utility of selective bronchial occlusion in assessing the safety and efficacy of lobectomy in a case of sBPD complicated by severe right upper lobar emphysema. Since infants with sBPD already have poor lung development and significant lung injury, lobectomy should be viewed as a non-traditional therapy and be carried out with extreme caution. Selective bronchial occlusion test can be an effective tool in assessing the risks and benefits of lobectomy in cases with sBPD and lobar emphysema. Objective To understand the new HIV-1 infection in MSM (men who have sex with men) sentinel population in Haikou and explore the influencing factors of HIV/AIDS epidemic, so as to provide a basis for AIDS prevention and control. Methods A continuous cross-sectional study was used to detect HIV-1 infection in the MSM sentinel surveillance population in Haikou City from 2019 to 2023, excluding those with known past positive results and those who had been on antiretroviral therapy for more than six months. The positive cases suitable for new infection testing were examined by HIV-1 restriction antigen affinity enzyme immunization method, and binary non-conditional logistic regression model conducted multivariate analysis of new infections. Results A total of 2 001 MSM were recruited, with a median age M(P25, P75) of 28 (23, 33) years, 89.8% were recruited from the Internet, 90.8% were single; 79.7% resided in the local area for >2 years, 72.6% were educated to college level or above, and the proportion of household registration in the province was 78.0%. From 2019 to 2023, the HIV-1 positive rate among MSM in Haikou from 2019 to 2023 was 6.85% (137/2 001), with a new infection rate of 2.95% (59/2 001). The estimated new infection rate was 8.61% (95%CI: 6.41-10.81), with no significant trend changes in HIV-1 positivity and new infection rates over the years (P>0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed that, compared to those who lived locally for ≤2 years, those residing locally for >2 years had a lower probability of recent HIV-1 infection (OR=0.473, 95%CI: 0.273-0.821). Compared to those who had never received intervention services, those who had received such services had a lower risk of recent HIV-1 infection (OR=0.347, 95%CI: 0.197-0.613). Conclusions In recent years, the Haikou MSM population has shown characteristics of higher education and younger age, and the rate of new HIV-1 infections has not changed significantly. Receiving intervention services is the protection factor to prevent HIV-1 new infections, whereas the mobile MSM population has a higher risk of HIV-1 new infection. Polypropylene (PP), as one of the three universal plastics, has been widely used in fields such as medical, automotive, and packaging, etc. The article reviewed the research progress of in-situ microfibrillar technology in PP foaming material, conductive material, and reinforcing and toughing PP in recent years. The results showed that by forming in-situ microfibrils in PP, the melt strength of PP can be improved, the merging of bubbles during the foaming process was reduced, the size of bubbles decreased and the density of bubbles increased, the foaming performance of PP was improved. By forming a conductive microfibrillar network structure in PP, the percolation threshold of PP composites can be effectively reduced. The in-situ formation of microfibrils can significantly improve the crystallization ability of PP, and some polymer microfibrils can induce the formation of shish kebab structure in PP, achieving reinforcement and toughening of PP, meawhile, under the synergistic effect of compatibilizers, its reinforcement and toughening effect on PP was more obvious. Selective laser sintering technology is not limited by the shape of the parts, and can form parts with complex structures. Selective laser sintering technology is widely used in rapid prototyping manufacturing and new product design and development. It is particularly important to explore the dimensional accuracy of its forming. Aiming at the problem of low dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of thin-walled shell parts, this paper proposes a method of preprocessing and precompensation based on part features to improve printing accuracy. Taking polystyrene as raw material, under the combination of simulation and experiment, in order to compensate the deformation, the method of adding support and offset margin is used to correct the feature size, which is easy to warp and deform, and the laser parameters are adjusted to improve the heat accumulation in the printing process. By verifying the printing results, the results show that under the same process conditions, the change of the geometric features of the part directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the part. After adding support settings and predeformation compensation to the part features, the printed parts are compared with the 3D model with good detection results, and the actual error can basically be controlled within 0.3 mm. To address transmission failures in traditional Ad Hoc networks, which was caused by highly dynamic topologies, short-lived connections characteristics, a reliable forwarding strategy based on link stability and content accessibility forwarding (RF-LSCA) based on the named data networking (NDN) architecture was designed. A multi-attribute decision-making method was utilized as the foundation for this strategy, with consideration given to link duration, distances between nodes, and content accessibility. This enabled a more precise selection of the optimal forwarding node, thereby enhancing the content transmission performance. Furthermore, given the potential instability of a single optimal path, the decision model was combined with probabilistic forwarding to design a low-overhead yet highly reliable redundant forwarding mechanism. The full exploitation of NDN's multipath characteristics was achieved through this design, thereby ensuring content delivery efficiency in mobile scenarios. Through simulation experiments, the proposed RFLSCA is demonstrated to outperform existing strategies in key performance metrics, including average content retrieval delay, average hop counts, and content satisfaction rate. Objective To study the medical malpractice cases involving death, and discuss the identification ideas and methods of medical malpractice cases. Methods A total of 291 medical malpractice cases involving death accepted and settled from January 2012 to December 2017 at the Judicial Appraisal Center of Southern Medical University were collected. Based on the age, gender, hospital level, clinical department, whether or not autopsy was performed, cause of death, cause of medical mistakes, causality and causative potency of the appraised person, statistical analysis was made. Results There were more males than females in medical malpractice cases involving death. Mostly young adults or children were involved in these cases. The number of cases involving tertiary hospitals was the highest; among the clinical departments, the internal medicine department had the largest number of cases, followed by surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, etc. Autopsy rate has a trend of increasing year by year. Most patients die from the natural outcomes of their disease or ineffective treatment. Most hospitals have certain medical mistakes, and have an indirect correlation with the patient’s death, mainly slight factors. Conclusion Judicial appraisal of medical malpractice should follow the principle of “one-effect and multi-cause”, and comprehensively consider various factors such as, the diseases and constitution of the patient, natural outcomes of the diseases, the current medical technology and the level of diagnosis and treatment of the hospital, etc.

In order to explore the effect of antibacterial agent on the performance of polycarbonate (PC) materials, the self-made antibacterial agent ZH001 was added to the PC by double screw extrusion granulation method, and the PC antibacterial material with high transparency antibacterial effect was obtained. The melt flow rate, the notch impact strength, tensile strength, bending properties, light transmittance, fog degree, and antibacterial properties of PC materials were tested respectively, and the performance of the PC material was compared with that of the PC materials added with commercially available antibacterial agents. The results show that the toughness of PC increases more when the amount of ZH001 is 0.6%, the notched impact strength of simply supported beam increases from 71.000 kJ/m² to 73.259 kJ/m², and the elongation at break of material increased from 75.000% to 78.425%. The antibacterial agent has little effect on the transparency and fog of PC, the light transmittancethe of PC material with 0.6% ZH001 is 90.2%, and the fog is 9.4%. The PC material with 0.6% ZH001 has excellent antimicrobial effect, with 99.99% antimicrobial rate against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To efficiently enhance the bonding performance of aluminum lithium alloy, the surface morphology characteristics of the samples were constructed by copper chloride rapid etching method. The microstructure, roughness characteristics, wetting performance, and bonding joint strength performance of different modified surfaces were compared and analyzed. The results show that compared to the original surface and sandpaper grinding method, rapid etching can effectively enhance the surface wettability and adhesive strength of the sample. When the etching time is 5,10, and 15s, the strength of the adhesive joint of the untreated sample is increased by 217. 6%,245. 9%, and 270. 3 %, respectively. The Increase of etching time contributes to the construction of concave convex stepped morphology and the increase of surface roughness, thereby improving the actual contact area and mechanical interlocking of the bonding interface, promoting the penetration and adhesion of the adhesive on the substrate surface, and thereby improving the strength performance of the bonding joint. The fresh latex was preserved using the composite preservative HY/NH3 for 1 ~ 5 d, regular sampling and solidification to prepare raw rubber. A sample with a latex maturation time of 1 d was used as a control sample to investigate the effect of maturation time of fresh latex on the composition and prop-erties of natural rubber. The natural rubber was characterised using instruments such as infrared spectros-copy, nuclear magnetic resonance crosslink density and tensile testing machines, respectively. The results showed that the maturation of fresh latex could reduce the content of impurities, ash and volatiles in raw rubber sheets, and improve the plasticity retention index and cross-link density. The scorch time, positive vulcanization time, torque difference of compounded rubber and tensile strength, tear strength, constant tensile stress of vulcanized rubber were all improved. The natural rubber prepared from the fresh latex for 3 d of maturation had the best overall performance, and the tensile strength and tear strength of vulcanized rubber reached were up to 20.47 MPa and 30.38 kN/m, respectively, an increase of 3.5% and 7.0% compared to the control sample. In response to the problems of complex oil and water distribution pattern, poor understanding of sand bodv depositional characteristics and depositional control factors in the second member of the Sangonghe Formation in the Moxizhuang area, the depositional characteristics of the area were analvzed, the depositional control factors were determined, and depositional modes were established in different periods to clarifv the spatial location of sand-stone reservoirs on the basis of the logging, coring, physical properties and seismic data and in combination with the fault activity. The study shows that in the Moxizhuang area, the braided river delta front sedimentary system is de-veloped, which is divided into 8 kinds of lithofacies such as granularly supported conglomerate facies, sandy conglomerate facies, pebbly sandstone facies massive sandstone facies, cross-laminated sandstone facies, parallel-lam-inated sandstone facies, horizontal-laminated sandstone facies, mudstone facies and 6 kinds of sedimentary micro-facies, such as braided watercourse, interdistributary bay, channel sand bar, mouth bar, distal bar, and shore-shallow lake microfacies according to the sedimentary characteristics; during the depositional period of the lower subsection of the second member of the Sangonghe Formation, the north fault activity was strong, so the slope -break geomorphology was formed in the study area, resulting in hydrodynamic conversion depositional features between the north and south parts of the studv area; in the context of the lake level rising and hvdrodvnamic wweake-ning, the activitv of the south fault intensified during the depositional period of the upper subsection, which togeth-er wwith the graben tectonics formed bv the north faults controlled the conversion of the deposition direction of the sand bodv in the southeastern part of the studv area, and favored a shift in the depositional direction of the sand bodv to a nearlv east-west direction. Polymers as friction pair materials have broad application prospects in water-related engineering equipment. However, polymer materials have inherent defects such as low strength, creep, aging, and water absorption compared to metal materials. And it is difficult to form a complete lubricating water film under low-speed and heavy-load conditions, resulting in severe wear and vibration. In addition, the complex and diverse friction environments faced by water-related engineering equipment sports pairs greatly limit the application of polymer materials as friction pair components in water-related engineering equipment. The main tribological issues and challenges polymer materials face in extreme water environments were analyzed. Starting from four aspects, the irradiation and plasma surface modification technology, the filler blending composite modification technology, the textured surface control technology, and the functional water lubrication surface control technology, the current domestic and foreign research progress on modification technology of polymer friction pair materials for water-related engineering equipment was reviewed. This paper examines the enrichment conditions of deep natural gas reservoirs in the Qaidam Basin and delineates the exploration potential utilizing seismic, geological, geochemical, well-logging, and drilling data. The findings indicate the presence of two high-quality gas source formations, namely the Jurassic and Paleogene formations, along the northern margin and the western part of the basin, respectively. The formations both exhibit advanced evolution and robust gas-generating capacity. The deep layers along the northern margin consist of bedrocks and Paleogene clastic reservoirs, while the western deep layers feature Paleogene lacustrine carbonate reservoirs. The reservoirs west of Qaidam Basin are widely distributed on the plane and vertically form multiple reservoir cap combinations. The primary pores, dissolution pores, fractures, and other pore types developed in the reservoirs are considered as the storage space for deep gas accumulation. The continuous active deep faults serve as high-quality channels for deep gas sources; furthermore, the formation of deep structures is well-matched with natural gas generation. The deep hydrocarbon source rocks in the western Qaidam Basin are characterized by early and continuous hydrocarbon generation. Early-generated liquid hydrocarbons undergo high-temperature cracking into gas during later burial, resulting in a robust gas-generating capacity and significant potential for deep resources. The widely developed salt rocks, argillaceous rock, and abnormally high-pressure layers in the deep Qaidam Basin contribute to preserving deep natural gas. In conclusion, it is believed that deep gas reservoirs in the Qaidam Basin are enriched in the traps around hydrocarbon-generating sags with developed faults. Key favorable areas for deep-seated natural gas exploration include the basement rocks of the ancient piedmont uplift in the northern margin of Qaidam, the Paleogene clastic rocks in the central structural belt, and the carbonate rocks along the Yingxiongling structural belt in the western part of the basin. Ulan citrine is the rare earth elements (REEs) bearing niineral.lt is of great significance to accurately determine REEs in Ulan citrine for its application in the ceramic industry. In this paper, through 15 groups of digestion reagent condition experiments and optimization of the working parameters of the super microwave digestion, the HNO3, HBF4 and H3PO4 were finally selected to dissolve the Ulan citrine samples during super microwave digestion process (heating at 260 °C for 30 min), and 2% HNO3 was added after acid-drying. This paper established a method for the determination of REEs in Ulan citrine by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), the whole process was efficient, easy to operate, no loss and no pollution. Rare earth waster has become a strategic material and non-renewable. Its recycling has become an important research direction. It is very important to develop a rapid and accurate quantitative method for rare earth elements in rare earth waster. Ultra-microwave digestion method solves the problems of element loss and easy to introduce pollution in electrothermal plate digestion. In this study, the electrothermal plate digestion using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide digestion system and the ultra-microwave digestion using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide and nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide-fluoboric acid digestion system were compared to treat rare earth waster with different mixed acid systems, and then were detected by the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Compared with the digestion effect, detection limit, precision and recovery of standard addition, the ultra-microwave digestion method was determined to use nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide-fluoboric acid digestion system, and the digestion conditions were optimized (4. 5 mL HC1, 1. 5 mL HNO3, 0. 5 mL H2O2, and 4 mL HBF4). The results showed that the use of ultra-microwave digestion using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide-fluoroboric acid digestion system better completed the treatment of rare earth waster. The detection limits of fifteen rare earth elements were in the range of 0. 12--6. 62 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD, w = 7) for fifteen elements were all less than 1. 7%. The recoveries were between 97.4% and 102% . Besides, the accuracy and precision met the requirements of multi-element analysis. Objective To investigate the fundus arteriosclerosis and its influencing factors in HIV/AIDS patients after long-term highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Methods The clinical basic data and fundus examination data of 203 HIV/AIDS patients before and after HAART in the Fourth People 's Hospital of Nanning from January 2020 to June 2022 were collected to evaluate the occurrence of fundus arteriosclerosis and analyze its influencing factors. Results Of the 203 HIV/AIDS patients, 159 patients developed fundus arteriosclerosis, with an incidence of 78.33%, including 33 patients with grade (20.75%), 87 patients with grade (54.72%), 28 patients with grade (17.61%), and 11 patients (6.92%) with Grade . Before HAART, there was no significant difference in CD4+T lymphocyte count, CD8+T lymphocyte count, viral load, white blood cell count, platelet count, hemoglobin, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and serum total bilirubin between the atherosclerosis group and normal group (P>0.05). After 6 months of HAART, CD8+T lymphocyte count, triacylglycerol and fasting blood glucose in atherosclerosis group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P<0.05). In the stratified comparison of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte counts after 6 months of HAART, the proportion of patients with CD4+ lymphocyte count (CD4+)<200 (cells/ µL) in the atherosclerosis group was significantly higher than that in the normal group; the proportion of patients with CD4+ lymphocyte count (CD4+)≥500 (cells/µL) was significantly lower than that in the normal group; the proportion of patients with CD8+ lymphocyte count CD8+≥ 800/µL was significantly higher than that in the normal group (all P<0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that opportunistic infection, HIV course, CD4+ T, CD8+ T lymphocyte count after HAART and triglyceride were independent risk factors for ocular fundus atherosclerosis in HIV / AIDS patients (all P<0.05). Conclusions The incidence of ocular fundus arteriosclerosis is high in HIV/AIDS patients. More than 4 years of HIV course, combined opportunistic infection, Low CD4+T lymphocyte count after 6 months of HAART, high CD8+T lymphocyte count and high triglyceride level are independent risk factors for ocular fundus arteriosclerosis in HIV/AIDS patients. Fundus screening should be performed before and after HAART in such population, HAART program should be formulated for the risk of cardiovascular disease, and risk management of cardiovascular disease should be strengthened during treatment to improve patient outcomes. The study was to investigate the effects of dietary Chinese herbal medicine residue on growth performance, visceral organ development, meat quality and fatty acid of Xiangdong black goats. A total of 24 healthy Xiangdong black goats were randomly assigned to four groups with three replicates per group and two goats per replicate. The control group (group I) was basal diet, and the basal diet supplemented with 3% (group II), 6% (group III) and 9% (group IV) Chinese herbal residue was used as the experimental group. The per-experimental period lasted for 10 days, and the experimental period was 84 days. The results showed that the feed intake in experimental group was significantly higher than group I (P<0.05), the average daily gain of groups II and III were significantly higher than group I (P<0.05). Tthe rumen and spleen indexes of group IV were significantly lower than group I (P<0.05), the gastric index in IV was significantly higher than group I (P<0.05). All experimental group a* value and group IV b* value were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that Chinese herbal medicine residue can improve the performance, and no adverse effect on muscle quality of Xiangdong black goats. Objective To investigate the value of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) histogram combined with Ephrin type-A receptor 2 (EphA2) in the evaluation of glioma grading. Methods A total of 183 patients with diffuse glioma [including 63 cases of low-grade glioma (LGG) and 120 cases of high-grade glioma (HGG)] who underwent neurosurgical resection and were confirmed by pathology at General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from December 2015 to December 2019 were enrolled. All patients underwent conventional MRI and DKI examination [including fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), kurtosis fractional anisotropy (KFA), mean kurtosis (MK), mean kurtosis tensor (MKT)], and DKI histogram parameters (including mean, variance, median, 25% quantile, 75% quantile, skewness, kurtosis) were obtained. Immunohistochemical staining of EphA2 was performed. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the predictive factors of glioma grading, and based on these factors, the DKI histogram and the DKI histogram combined with EphA2 grading diagnostic prediction model were constructed, and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was drawn to evaluate its diagnostic efficiency. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the DKI histogram parameters and the EphA2 grading. Results For HGG, the variance (t = - 2.050, P = 0.042) and 75% quantile (t = - 2.130, P = 0.035) of FA value, the variance (t = - 6.052, P = 0.000) and skewness (Z = - 3.326, P = 0.001) of MD value, the mean (t = - 3.094, P = 0.002), variance (t = - 2.228, P = 0.027), median (Z = - 3.444, P = 0.001), 25% quantile (t = - 3.022, P = 0.003) and 75% quantile (t = - 3.438, P = 0.001) of MK value, the mean (t = - 3.096, P = 0.002), variance (t = - 2.140, P = 0.028), median (t = - 3.701, P = 0.000), 25% quantile (t = - 3.033, P = 0.003) and 75% quantile (t = - 3.441, P = 0.000) of MKT value were higher than those of LGG. The FA value (Z = 4.489, P = 0.000), MK value (Z = 4.528, P = 0.000) and MKT value (Z = 4.528, P = 0.000) were significantly lower than those of LGG. Logistic regression analysis showed the skewness of FA value (OR = 0.484, 95%CI: 0.278-0.842; P = 0.010), variance of MD value (OR = 2.821, 95%CI: 1.231-6.466; P = 0.014) and 75% quantile of MKT value (OR = 2.581, 95%CI: 1.148-5.806; P = 0.022) were the predictive factors for glioma grading. The ROC curve showed the area under the curve (AUC) of DKI histogram parameters combined with EphA2 grading was 0.90 ± 0.02 (95%CI: 0.676-0.922, P = 0.000), which was better than DKI histogram (0.86 ± 0.02; 95%CI: 0.809-0.916, P = 0.000; Z = 1.114, P = 0.041). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed only MD kurtosis was negatively correlated with EphA2 grading (rs = - 0.267, P = 0.002). Accurately identifying the error transfor path of the meta-action unit was the premise of error analysis. A new method was proposed to judge the error transmission path of the meta-action units based on the concept of DOF constraints in mechanical systems. Firstly, the DOF constraint requirements of the precision output parts and the initial error transfer path were determined by analyzing the functions and the structures of the meta-action units. Secondly, the constraint properties of the joint surfaces were analyzed, and the DOF constraint properties of the precision output parts were calculated along the error transfer path. The error transfer path was determined by comparing the obtained constraint property with the designed constraint property. In order to obtain corundum refractories with good thermal shock resistance and long service life, the samples were prepared using white corundum (5-3,3-1, ≤1, and ≤0.044 mm) as the main raw material, and chromium (≤0.074 mm) as the additive. Effects of the chromium addition (0,1%,3%, and 5%, by mass) on the physical properties, the thermal shock resistance and the slag corrosion resistance were studied. The results show that: (1) with the chromium addition increasing, the bulk density, the compressive strength and the thermal shock resistance of the samples increase and reach the maximum with 3% chromium addition; (2) the oxidation of chromium at high temperatures produces Cr2O3, causing volume expansion, filling partial pores among corundum particles in the sample, and increasing the bulk density; the generated Cr2O3 reacts with Al2O3 to form alumina chromia solid solution, improving the bonding strength between the matrix and the corundum particles; (3) the addition of chromium can also effectively inhibit the immersion of slag into the refractories and reduce the corrosion depth; when the addition increases from 0 to 3%, the corrosion depth decreases from 6.4 mm to 4.1 mm. In order to understand the differences in the structural characteristics of natural, semi-natural and artificial plant communities, three typical plant communities in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen were selected to comparatively study the structure and diversity of plant communities by using the random combined with typical community investigation method. The results showed that the evenness and richness of natural plant community were higher than those of semi-natural and artificial plant communities, and the α-diversity index character was natural community > semi-natural community > artificial community. There was a significant positive correlation between plant height and coverage of tree layer in the natural and semi-natural plant communities (P<0.01). The ecological dominance of the artificial plant community was high, and the dominant species were prominent. The plant evenness of the natural plant community was high, the important value gap between plants was narrowed, and the status of the dominant species was decreased. The species in the vertical structure (aboveground part) of natural plant community were abundant and evenly distributed, and the vertical space was fully utilized for plant growth. In the natural plant community, Aquilaria sinensis, Tainia hongkongensis, Poly podium barometz, and Pholidota chinensis were recorded as the national secondary protected plants, while in the artificial plant community, the invasive plant Wedelia trilobata was recorded. Through the comparative study, it could be seen that the structure of natural plant community was stable and the diversity was high. Functional neurological disorder (FND) was first described by ancient Egyptians. Meanwhile, traditional Chinese medicine has long recognized this kind of disease, and it was classified into the categories of depression syndrome, hysteria, lily disease, mania, epilepsy, and so on. Throughout the understanding and research process of FND, we have experienced the iteration of terms such as "hysteria", "conversion/dissociative disorder", "psychogenic neurological disease", and "functional neurological disorder", which reflected the tight development of the cross connection between neurology and psychiatry. Since Pierre Briquet described hysteria as somatization disorder in 1859, FND have developed for nearly 150 years, representing the history of modern neuropsychology and psychology combined exploration. Nitrogen and phosphorus are limiting and essential macronutrients to maintain the growth of phytoplankton, and monitoring their changes are fundamental to lake management. The relationship of TN and phytoplankton chlorophyll a (Chl. a) was reported in some research; however, TN may be underestimated in some research due to measurement errors in bloom-occurring water bodies. The alkaline potassium persulfate digestion-UV spectrophotometry method is widely used for water quality determination for TN. The organic nitrogen in cyanobacterial cells may be difficult to be completely degraded, which should result in the underestimation of TN. However, there is no detailed study on TN determination of bloom water containing high-density algal cells. 　　The TN was underestimated by directly measuring the samples from Taihu Lake, although the TN was within the allowable concentration range of the standard method (<7.0 mg/L, HJ636-2012). In order to explore the effect of cell densities on TN determination, the lab-cultured cyanobacterium and green algae was measured. The results showed that TN of high-density cells was significantly underestimated. The density of cells must be less than 108 /L to meet the requirements of accurate TN determination. We measured several samples from natural blooms to estimate the TN in the Microcystis blooms. The TN value obtained from the original water sample was underestimated by 26.59%—40.42% compared to the measured value of the water sample diluted 10—30 times. Our results demonstrated that sufficient dilution is necessary for the TN measuring of cyanobacterial blooms. 　　In order to estimate the contribution of Microcystis biomass to TN, the TN and Chl. a in four bloom samples collected from Taihu Lake were measured. The mean value was 0.15 mg N/μg Chl. a (spiked recovery rate was 98.84%—109.39%). The average nitrogen content of dry Microcystis blooms from Taihu Lake was about 16%.
