Electron backscatter diffraction， five parameter analysis， overlap-pole-figure analysis and near coincident site analysis were used to investigate the interface character distributions of WC/WC grain boundaries and WC/Co phase boundaries in WC/Co cemented carbides under different heat treatment states. The results show that the WC/WC Σ2 grain boundaries with a fraction of 4.5% are generated in the oil-quenched sample after high temperature sintering. The fraction of Σ2 boundaries with interface matching features of ｛101¯0｝/｛101¯0｝ is 2.6%.The cobalt in this sample is basically face-centered-cubic structure， and the interface with the interface inter-connection features of ｛101¯0｝WC/｛001｝Co，｛101¯0｝WC/｛110｝Co and ｛112¯0｝WC/｛110｝Co is the main part of the WC/Co phase boundary. After tempering at 800 ℃， the samples with atmosphere protection and slow cooling in the furnace have the proportion and characteristics of WC/WC Σ2 grain boundaries， which are very close to those of oil-quenched samples.The cobalt in this sample is primarily hexagonal structure， and the interface with the interface inter-connection features of ｛101¯0｝WC/｛101¯0｝Co and ｛112¯0｝WC/｛112¯0｝Co is the main part of the WC/Co phase boundary.

Background Thyroid hormones are very important for normal growth and development of fetus. Hypothyroidism during pregnancy and Graves' hyperthyroidism in pregnancy are well-known risk factors for small for gestational age (SGA). However, the influence of isolated maternal hypothyroxinemia (IMH) in the first trimester during pregnancy on birthweight is less analyzed and controversial. Objective To examine the correlation of IMH in the first trimester during pregnancy with birthweight. Methods This was a retrospective cohort study involving singleton pregnant women with medical files and receiving prenatal examination, delivery or termination of pregnancy in the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2016 to October 2020. According to the 2.5th and 97.5th percentiles of free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), participants were assigned into IMH group (n=344) and control group (n=19 426). Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation of IMH in the first trimester during pregnancy with birthweight. Then according to the pre-pregnancy body mass index (PPBMI), participants were assigned into the overweight/obesity group (PPBMI≥24.0 kg/m2, 69 cases in IMH group and 3 376 cases in control group) and non-overweight/obesity group (PPBMI0.05). Among participants with PPBMI0.05) . Conclusion IMH in the first trimester increases the risks of macrosomia and LGA during pregnancy, especially in pre-pregnancy non-overweight/obese women. Among pre-pregnancy overweight /obese women, IMH in the first trimester does not increase the risks of macrosomia and LGA. However, the incidences of LBW and SGA are comparable in the total cohort, women with pre-pregnancy overweight/obese or those without pre-pregnancy overweight/obese.

Background Given the increased risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with type 2 diabetes, in addition to glycemic control, it is crucial to understand the relationship between gestational weight gain and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Objective To investigate the gestational weight gain in pregnant women with type 2 diabetes and its relationship with pregnancy outcomes. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 691 cases of pregnant women with type 2 diabetes who underwent prenatal care and delivery at Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University, from 2012 to 2020. According to the Chinese "Standard of Recommendation for Weight Gain during Pregnancy Period", the participants were categorized into the inadequate weight gain group (n=143), appropriate weight gain group (n=289), and excessive weight gain group (n=259). The gestational weight gain characteristics, maternal outcomes, and neonatal outcomes were compared among the three groups. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the impact of gestational weight gain on pregnancy outcomes. Results The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that compared to the appropriate weight gain group, the excessive weight gain group had increased risks of cesarean section (aOR=1.626, 95%CI=1.110-2.382), preeclampsia (aOR=1.997, 95%CI=1.071-3.677), macrosomia (aOR=1.948, 95%CI=1.175-3.230), and large for gestational age (LGA) (aOR=2.090, 95%CI=1.321-3.306), while reducing the rate of vaginal delivery (aOR=0.617, 95%CI=0.415-0.918). The inadequate weight gain group was associated with a reduced risk of delivering LGA (aOR=0.497, 95%CI=0.255-0.970), with no impact on small for gestational age (SGA) (P>0.05). Further stratified analysis revealed that excessive weight gain group with pre-pregnancy BMI≥24.0 kg/m2 increased the risks of cesarean section, preeclampsia, LGA [aOR and 95%CI were 1.673 (1.082-2.587), 1.961 (1.022-3.761), 2.031 (1.221-3.379), respectively], while reducing the rate of vaginal delivery (aOR=0.589, 95%CI=0.372-0.933). The inadequate weight gain group with pre-pregnancy BMI≥24.0 kg/m2 showed a decreased risk of delivering LGA (aOR=0.487, 95%CI=0.237-0.999). Excessive weight gain during early, middle, and late pregnancy was identified as a risk factor for macrosomia [aOR and 95%CI were 1.07 (1.00-1.15), 1.16 (1.03-1.31), and 1.16 (1.06-1.27), respectively] and LGA [aOR and 95%CI were 1.08 (1.01-1.16), 1.13 (1.02-1.26), and 1.16 (1.07-1.26), respectively]. Excessive weight gain during late pregnancy was associated with gestational hypertension and preeclampsia (aOR=1.13, 95%CI=1.02-1.24; aOR=1.14, 95%CI=1.03-1.26), while excessive weight gain during middle and late pregnancy was a risk factor for cesarean section (aOR=1.11, 95%CI=1.02-1.21; aOR=1.09, 95%CI=1.02-1.17) . Conclusion Excessive gestational weight gain increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as LGA, macrosomia, preeclampsia, and cesarean section in women with type 2 diabetes during pregnancy. Inadequate gestational weight gain reduces the risk of LGA, but does not increase the risk of SGA. There is a clear correlation between gestational weight gain during different stages of pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, optimizing blood glucose levels during pregnancy in patients with type 2 diabetes should be accompanied by enhanced education and interventions on weight gain management from preconception and early pregnancy stages.

Background Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is closely related to the short-term and long-term health outcomes of the mothers and offspring. Pre-pregnancy BMI is strongly associated with GDM, nevertheless, it does not distinguish between body fat content and fat distribution. Only using it to assess obesity is flawed. Normal weight obesity (normal BMI but body fat percentage above 30%) and normal weight with central obesity (normal BMI but visceral fat area above 80 cm2) show different degree of metabolic dysregulation. However, those population are usually overlooked in clinical practice and there is a paucity of research on those population and GDM. Objective To explore the correlation between body composition in early pregnancy and GDM in a population of normal pre-pregnancy BMI, and to investigate the relationship between fat distribution and GDM. Methods We performed a study that included 1 938 singleton pregnant women registered in the obstetric out-patient clinic of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2018 to October 2022. They voluntarily underwent nutritional assessment in early pregnancy and had regular pregnancy check-ups until 24-28 weeks of gestation, who underwent body composition testing in early pregnancy (6-16 weeks) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 24-28 weeks. According to the OGTT results, the study population were divided into the GDM group (n=382) and the normal group (n=1 556). We estimated the relationship between body composition and fat distribution with GDM in early pregnancy with binary Logistic regression. In this study, the stability of cow’s milk with fat replacement by soybean oil bodies (SOB) was investigated under different environmental conditions. Moreover, the effect of replacing milk fat with SOB or anhydrous milk fat (AMF) on the stability of milk stability and yogurt quality was evaluated. The results showed that the particle sizes of milk with fat replacement and raw milk were larger at pH 2.0 and 4.0 than at other pH values. The particle size of SOB milk was significantly higher than those of AMF milk and raw milk at pH 2.0–10.0 (P < 0.05). At NaCl concentrations ranging from 0 to 500 mmol/L except for 200 mmol/L, significantly higher particle sizes were observed for SOB milk than AMF milk (P < 0.05). However, all three milks were stable without droplet aggregation. Under different heat treatments, they were very stable. After 6 h of fermentation, SOB milk reached the ideal pH (about 4.5) of yogurt, while a longer fermentation period was required for AMF milk and raw milk. The viscosity of fermented SOB milk was significantly higher than those of fermented AMF and raw milk (P < 0.05), but they had similar good sensory and texture properties. This study can provide a reference for the application of soybean oil bodies as a substitute for milk fat in dairy product processing.

Background Elevated dyslipidemia during pregnancy can adversely affect maternal and child health. It not only increases the risk of preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) , hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis, late abortion, premature delivery and macrosomia, but also significantly increases the risk of postnatal cardiovascular disease. Objective To analyze the distributional characteristics of dyslipidemia in the first, second and third trimesters of pregnancy and the predictive value of early lipid levels for dyslipidemia in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Methods This was a single-center retrospective study, which included singleton pregnant women who were enrolled in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2018 to June 2019 for obstetrics checkups until delivery. Clinical data and lipid data [total cholesterol (TC) , triacylglycerol (TG) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) , and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ] were collected in the first, second and third trimesters of pregnancy. The reference range of lipids in department of obstetrics, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University was used as the diagnostic standard for dyslipidemia, including high total cholesterolemia, high triacylglycerolemia, low HDL-cholesterolemia and high LDL-cholesterolemia. The correlation between lipid levels in the first trimester of pregnancy and dyslipidemia in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy was analyzed by using binary Logistic regression, and the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curves of the subjects were plotted to obtain the area under ROC curve (AUC) , to evaluate the predictive value of the lipid levels in the first trimester of pregnancy for dyslipidemia in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, and to determine the optimal cut-off value according to the sensitivity and specificity. Results A total of 8 511 singleton pregnant women were included in the study, with an average age of (31.7±3.9) years and an average pre-pregnancy BMI of (21.7±3.2) kg/m2. Among them, 988 (11.6%) were of low pre-pregnancy body mass, 5 568 (65.4%) were of normal pre-pregnancy body mass, 1 271 (14.9%) were overweight, 366 (4.3%) were obese, 1 415 (16.7%) were with GDM, and 650 (7.6%) were with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) . The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy were higher than those in the first trimester of pregnancy (P0.05) . Objective To analyze the association between blood lipid levels and macrosomia in pregnant women with different pre-pregnancy (BMI) . Methods A total of 5 287 singleton pregnant women who were registered at department of obstetrics of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University until delivery from January 2018 to June 2019 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the single-center retrospective study, and divided into low-body-mass pregnant women with a non-macrosomia group (group A, n=731) and with a macrosomia group (group B, n=27) , normal-body-mass pregnant women with a non-macrosomia group (group C, n=3 539) and with a macrosomia group (group D, n=243) , overweight and obese pregnant women with a non-macrosomia group (group E, n=675) and with a macrosomia group (group F, n=72) according to maternal pre-pregnancy BMI and neonatal birth weight. Background Adequate gestational weight gain (GWG) is critical for maternal and child health. The Institute of Medicine (IOM) standard has long been adopted in clinical practice to guide GWG in China. Since October 2022, China has officially promulgated and adopted the Standard of Recommendation for Weight Gain during Pregnancy Period (WS/T 801-2022) (herein after referred to as SRWGPP) to guide GWG. Objective To compare the distribution of GWG recommended by the SRWGPP and IOM used for Chinese singleton pregnant women and associated adverse pregnancy outcomes, providing clinical evidence for further application of the SRWGPP. Methods The data of this study were from a prospective cohort study involving singleton pregnant women who gave birth in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from May 2020 to September 2021 and participated in the Beijing Birth Cohort Study (registration number: ChiCTR220058395) . Baseline information was collected from the participants, and the incidence of pregnancy complications and outcomes was obtained from the clinical health record system. We compared the distribution of GWG of the participants based on the criteria by the SRWGPP and the IOM guidelines. Then we divided the participants into five groups: insufficient weight gain (IOM+IW) , insufficient weight gain+appropriate weight gain (IOM+IW+AW) , appropriate weight gain (IOM+AW) , appropriate weight gain+ excessive weight gain (IOM+AW+EW) , and excessive weight gain (IOM+EW) . The risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes〔large for gestational age (LGA) , small for gestational age (SGA) , macrosomia, low birth weight, and preterm birth〕 was analyzed after adjusting for confounding factors. Results A total of 11 839 singleton pregnant women were included. The proportions of women with insufficient, appropriate, and excessive GWG were 36.7% (4 339/11 839) , 38.9% (4 601/11 839) , and 24.5% (2 899/11 839) , respectively, according to the IOM standard, and were 16.2% (1 913/11 839) , 45.0% (5 332/11 839) , and 38.8% (4 594/11 839) , respectively, according to the SRWGPP. The proportions of pregnant women in groups of IOM+IW, IOM+IW+AW, IOM+AW, IOM+AW+EW and IOM+EW were 16.2% (1 913/11 839) , 20.5% (2 426/11 839) , 24.6% (2 907/11 839) , 14.3% (1 694/11 839) and 24.5% (2 899/11 839) , respectively. Traffic predicting is a critical component of modern intelligent transportation systems for traffic management and control. However, the traffic flow is complex. On one hand, the urban road structure is highly correlative, and there often exists a nonlinear structural dependence between different roads. On the other hand, traffic flow data often change dynamically over time. In recent years, many studies have tried to use deep learning methods to extract complex structural features in traffic flow. However, the process of local feature extraction still lacks flexibility, and ignores the dynamic variability as well as the correlation of spatio-temporal features. To this end, this paper proposes a new traffic prediction method integrating graph wavelet and attention mechanism. This method uses wavelet transform and an adaptive matrix to extract local and global spatial features of traffic flow respectively, and combines the improved recurrent neural network to extract local temporal characteristic information. Meanwhile, the attention mechanism is adopted in this method to capture the temporal and spatial dynamic variability. Then this method applies a spatio-temporal feature fusion mechanism to fusing local and global temporal and spatial features. Experimental results show that this method can extract spatial and temporal features of real traffic datasets well, and it outperforms the existing methods.

On Sep. 5, 2022, an MS 6.8 earthquake struck Luding County. The earthquake triggered large amounts of co-seismic landslides, which blocked the Wandong River for nearly 24 hours. Field surveys, image interpretation, spatial statistics, and hydro-logical calculations were used to investigate the characteristics of co-seismic landslides and the risk of debris flow following the earthquake. According to the findings, co-seismic landslides are primarily found in areas of earthquake intensity IX, and their sizes are typically small and medium. They are distributed along both sides of the channel, particularly on both sides of the thin ridge facing the air. The distance from the fault and slope controls the distribution of co-seismic landslides. The volume of debris flow runout in the Wandong catchment may be twice that of the debris flow prior to the earthquake. On this basis, the following disaster prevention and mitigation suggestions were put forward. The risk of runout debris flow in the catchment should be strengthened; The value of triggering rainfall of debris flow should be obtained as soon as possible through comprehensive monitoring and early warning; The scale amplification factor of debris flow should be fully considered in the design of debris flow prevention and control projects. This research can be used as a scientific reference for disaster prevention and mitigation of post-earthquake debris flows.

Multi-period debris flows have been developed in the last glacial period of the late Pleistocene-Holocene near the Grand Bend of the Yarlung Zangbo River in southeast Tibet, which combined to form a modern large-scale fan-shaped accumulation. The debris flows in the Bangga gully, Pai Town, were explored by ground survey, borehole, and 14C dating methods to investigate the chronological sequence of formation, accumulation depth, and outrush range. The analysis results show that there are still small-scale debris flows in the tributaries of the Bengga gully, and they are widely accumulated in the channel, but no debris flow accumulation has been found in the existing accumulation fan area. The Holocene debris flows in the Bunga gully were active around 8500 years ago, and the cumulative accumulation depth of a single period is about 10.9 m. The two carbon samples in the light gray silt sand formed by the shallow lake facies (fluvial facies) show that the modern riverbed of the Yarlung Zangbo River was deposited at a depth of about 0.4 m in 40 to 100 years, and the annual average deposition rate was about 4~10 mm. The boreholes at 2906.1~2896.7 m and 2849.4~2848.2 m above sea level reveal a thickness of 9.4 m and 1.2 m cake-like bluish-gray clay in turn. It is assumed that two river-blocking events occurred. The above results could provide a reference for the study of the debris flow activity characteristics since the Holocene in this region.

To study the effect of static pressure on the surface integrity of beryllium copper alloy during the ultrasonic rolling process, scanning electron microscope, stylus roughness tester, rockwell hardness tester, X-ray diffraction analyzer and metallographic microscope were used to measure and analyze the surface morphology, roughness, surface hardness, residual stress and microstructure of the before and after ultrasonic rolling specimens. The results indicate that the static pressure and the surface roughness show a nonlinear relationship in the range of test parameters. With the increase of static pressure, the surface roughness decreases first and then increases. Moreover, we can obtain better surface quality when the static pressure is 0.2 MPa～0.4 MPa. Work hardening and grain refinement of the material surface caused by the plastic strain generated during the ultrasonic rolling process are the main reasons for the increase in hardness. The surface hardness of the treated specimen can reach 43.3 HRC, which is 18.6% higher than that of the untreated specimen.The ultrasonic rolling treatment can transform the residual tensile stress on the surface of the material into residual compressive stress, which is of great significance for improving the surface mechanical properties of the material.

Concept drift in data streams can cause significant performance degradation of existing classification models. Most current data stream algorithms for concept drift only aim at a certain type of concept drift (such as abrupt, gradual, or recurring drift), which is difficult to adapt to different scenarios. Therefore, this paper proposes a new data stream algorithm suitable for different types of concept drift. The proposed algorithm saves the latest classification results through a two-layer window, assigns weights to it based on the membership function and calculates the weighted error rate. Then the McDiarmid bound is used to analyze the difference [δ] between the error rates of current window and the past window, and the concept drift is detected according to the significance of[δ]. After detecting drift, the semi-parametric log-likelihood algorithm is used to check whether the current new concept is a recurrence of the past concept, and then whether to reuse the old classifier is decided. Experimental results show that, the proposed algorithm outperforms the similar existing algorithms in terms of average detecting delay, false positive rate, classification accuracy and running time.

The degradation of organic pollutants by transition metal activated peroxymonosulfate (PMS) has important application value in the field of advanced oxidation. MnO2/SiC composite catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method on the surface of silicon carbide (SiC), which was used to activate PMS to degrade and remove methylene blue (MB) from water. The results show that MnO2 is uniformly attached to the surface of SiC in the form of particles, and the removal rate of MB by MnO2/SiC-PMS system reaches 99% within 40 min. The MnO2/SiC-PMS system can achieve high degradation efficiency of MB over a wide pH range (5.0~9.0), while 5 mmol/L Cl- and NO3- had no significant effect on the MnO2/SiC-PMS system. Phosphate and bicarbonate have quenching effect on oxidative free radicals, leading to a decrease in the degradation efficiency of MB in the MnO2/SiC PMS system. The results of free radical quenching experiments indicate that plays a major role in the MnO2/SiC-PMS system. In addition, MnO2/SiC has good recyclability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To assess the brain functions and explore the neurobiological mechanism of emotional and cognitive changes in male patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Forty-one untreated male patients with hyperuricemia and 41 healthy control subjects were recraited through communities during, and all of them underwent examinations of fasting serum uric acid (SUA), neuropsychological test and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI). The amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF) was analyzed to determine the seed points, and the functional connections between the abnormal seed points and the voxels of the whole brain were analyzed. Results The patients with hyperuricemia showed significantly decreased ALFF in the left inferior temporal gyrus (ITG.L) and increased ALFF in the bilateral inferior frontal gyrus (IFG.B) compared with the control subjects. The FC intensity of the bilateral cuneus (CUN.B) was enhanced when the extreme point of ITG.L was chosen as the seed point; the intensity of functional connection between the left thalamus (THA.L) and the right caudate nucleus (CAU.R) was enhanced when the extreme point of the IFG.L was the seed point. The results of SUA analysis and neuropsychological and behavioral tests showed that SUA levels were inversely correlated with the working memory reaction time (r=0.320, P=0.041), and the ALFF in the ITG.L was positively correlated with the working memory accuracy (r=0.535, P < 0.001). The ALFF in IFG.L and IFG.R was positively correlated with the accuracy of the executive function (r=0.461, P=0.002; r=0.566, P < 0.001, respectively); the strength of functional connection of the IFG.L with the THA.L and with the CAU.R was inversely correlated with sleep quality (r=-0.361, P=0.020) and depressive state (r=-0.343, P=0.028) of the patients, respectively. Conclusion Brain abnormalities at regional and network levels are present in male patients with hyperuricemia, and these findings provide new insights into the mechanisms underlying the cognitive and emotional changes in patients with hyperuricemia.

To explore the effects of heat-moisture treatment on the physicochemical and structural properties of sweet potato starch, five types of sweet potato starch were used as the raw material, and their solubility, swelling power, water holding capacity, transmittance, and sedimentation were determined. Furthermore, the influence of heat-moisture treatment on the water absorption characteristics and crystal structure of sweet potato starch with different initial water contents was explored. The results showed that the solubility, swelling power, sedimentation, and transmittance of the five sweet potato starches treated with heat-moisture were all decreased when compared with the original starch, but their water holding capacity was increased, indicating that both sweet potato varieties and heat-moisture treatment had no significant effect on starch properties. There was no new diffraction characteristic peaks were found in sweet potato starch after heat-moisture treatment, the crystal type of those treated starch remained a C-type structure, but the diffraction intensity and crystallinity were decreased. The time required for the heat-moisture treated starch to reach equilibrium in water absorption was shorter than that of the original starch, and the saturated water absorption tended to decrease compared to the original starch. The soaking kinetic constants K1 and K2 from the Peleg model equation were calculated, and the water absorption kinetics equation of sweet potato starch after heat-moisture treatment was confirmed, achieving accurate prediction of its water content during the soaking process. Objective To investigate the expression of LITAF in human glioblastoma tissues and the effect of LITAF silence on the proliferation, apoptosis and radiosensitivity of glioblastoma U251 cells. Methods The expression of LITAF in glioblastoma was analyzed in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. The proliferation and apoptosis of U251 cells were detected with EDU kit and flow cytometry after the expression of LITAF was silenced. Clonogenic assay and flow cytometry were performed to assess the radiosensitivity of U251 cells with LITAF RNAi. Results The expression of LITAF was increased significantly in human glioblastoma tissues, compared with normal brain tissues. The proliferation and apoptosis of U251 cells weren' t interfered in U251 cells after LITAF knockdown by RNAi. After irradiation, the apoptosis was decreased remarkably and the clone formation was increased markedly in U251 cells with LITAF RNAi, compared with the control cells. Conclusion LITAF is highly expressed in human glioblastoma tissues. Knockdown of LITAF expression has no effect on the proliferation or apoptosis but decreases the radiosensitivity of U251 cells.

Nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide (N-TiO2) photocatalyst was synthesized by mechanochemical, hydrolysis precipitation and sol-gel method respectively. With the application of Methylene blue (MB) and tetraccycline hydrochloride (TTC) as the target pollutants, N-TiO2-H synthesized by hydrolysis precipitation method has high photocatalysis activity under blue LED irradiation, uniform particle distribution and no agglomeration. Therefore, N-TiO2-H was selected to study the effects of calcination temperature, catalyst dosage, pH and initial concentration of organic pollutants by photocatalysis. The results showed that N-TiO2-H calcined at 400 X. had the best photocatalytic activity under blue LED light irradiation. Under the dosage of 0.5 g/L N-TiO2-H, the photocatalytic degradation of MB with initial concentration of 5 mg/L, pH=7, MB removal was 89.7% after 2 h, and the photocatalytic degradation of TTC with initial concentration of 50 mg/L, pH=5, TTC removal was 75.2% after 1.5 h. Based on cyclic activated sludge technology (CAST) and moving-bed biofilm reactor (MBBR), mathematical modeling and simulation of CAST-MBBR process for a real wastewater treatment plant in Zhejiang Province was carried out. Based on the process mechanism, a semi-empirical biofilm model was embedded into the activated sludge model No.1 to describe the biochemical process of carbon and nitrogen removal in CAST-MBBR. It is then combined with a double exponential model describing particle sedimentation to form a complete CAST-MBBR process model, and a conversion method between inlet and outlet water quality and model components was established. The key parameters that have a significant impact on effluent indicators were screened through sensitivity analysis and adjusted. The calibrated model was verified by using the influent and effluent water data of the wastewater treatment plant throughout the year. The result shows that the simulated effluent data can agree well with the measured data, indicating that the modeling method can be effectively applied to the simulation of CAST-MBBR process. To solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the difficult degradation of antibiotics, Ce-TiO2/SiC foam was prepared, levofloxacin (Levofloxacin, LEV) was chosen as the target pollutant, and a photocatalytic ozonation coupling system (Ce-TiO2/SiC + LED + O3) was studied. The results show that the coupling system can effectively degrade LEV, the LEV removal was 99% and the chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal was as high as 85.9%. The coupling system showed a good synergistic effect, and its first-order reaction kinetic rate constant was greater than the sum of ozonation (O3) and photocatalysis (Ce-TiO2/SiC + LED). With the increasing permeability of distributed generation,the grid becomes weaker and weaker. It is very important to help the system achieve low voltage ride through(LVRT)when the grid voltage drops under weak grid. Aiming at a series of problems such as over-current, voltage collapse and system oscillation caused by the drop of grid voltage under weak grid,a control strategy of LVRT dual-mode switching for grid-connected inverter was proposed. When the grid voltage was in the range of 0.7-1.0(per unit),the constant AC voltage control mode was adopted, when the grid voltage was in the range of 0-0.7(per unit), the constant reactive current control mode was adopted. In addition,to solve the problem of system oscillation during voltage recovery,the active current ramp control was proposed during voltage recovery. On Sep. 5, 2022, an Ms6.8 earthquake struck Luding County. The earthquake triggered large amounts of co-seismic landslides, which blocked the Wandong River for nearly 24 hours. Field surveys, image interpretation, spatial statistics, and hydro-logical calculations were used to investigate the characteristics of coseismic landslides and the risk of debris flow following the earthquake. According to the findings, co-seismic landslides are primarily found in areas of earthquake intensity IX, and their sizes are typically small and medium. They are distributed along both sides of the channel, particularly on both sides of the thin ridge facing the air. The distance from the fault and slope controls the distribution of co-seismic landslides. The volume of debris flow runout in the Wandong catchment may be twice that of the debris flow prior to the earthquake. On this basis, the following disaster prevention and mitigation suggestions were put forward. The risk of runout debris flow in the catchment should be strengthened; The value of triggering rainfall of debris flow should be obtained as soon as possible through comprehensive monitoring and early warning; The scale amplification factor of debris flow should be fully considered in the design of debris flow prevention and control projects. Objective A study was conducted to investigate the value of preoperative peripheral blood inflammatory indicators in the prediction of tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) prognosis. Methods This retrospective analysis included 210 patients who underwent radical resection for TSCC in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2010 to December 2017. Receiver operating characteristic curve was conducted to determine the best cut-off values of platelet/lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR). The Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test were conducted for univariate analysis, and the Cox proportional hazard regression model was conducted for multivariate analysis. A Nomogram model was established based on the independent risk factors, which were screened by Cox regression model. Results The univariate analysis showed that PLR, NLR, tumor differentiation, and T, N, and TNM stages were TSCC's prognostic factors (P< 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that PLR and N and TNM stages were TSCC's independent risk factors (P< 0.05). The C-index of the Nomogram was 0.701 (95%CI: 0.651-0.752). The calibration curve shows that the predicted survival rate of the nomogram was in good agreement with the relative survival rate. In order to solve the problem of high water injection pressure in Linpan low permeability reservoirs, lab experiments of low interfacial tension surfactants displacement with low permeability cores were carried out. The value of interfacial tension between alkanolamide(6501)/carboxyl betaineall(CBET) combination systems and Linpan oil can reach the order of 10-3 mN/ m. A certain amount of crude oil was injected into cores to simulate pore jams by the residual oil and oil droplets in injection water. After pressure balance of water flooding, surfactant solutions were injected to investigate the depressurization ability, the results showed that 0. 01 % 6501 - 0. 01 % system had the best depressurization effect, and the depressurization rate was 19. 56%. Objectives: To investigate the delivery mode and perinatal outcomes of low birth weight infants in mainland China, and to explore the appropriate delivery mode and timing of delivery., Methods: Clinical data of 103 678 babies delivered from Jan 1(st) to Dec 31(th), 2011 in 39 hospitals in mainland China were analyzed retrospectively. The 39 hospitals located in 7 administrative regions, including Northeast, Northwest, North, Central, East, South and Southwest China., Result: (1) The average birth weight of the newborns was (3 263 ± 540) g. Among them, 7 474 cases were diagnosed low birth weight infants, with the incidence of 7.209% (7 474/103 678). There were 2.328% (2 214/95 116) full-term low birth weight infants and 61.434% (5 260/8 562) preterm low birth weight infants. (2) From week 28 to week 36, the cesarean section rate of low birth weight infants increased with the increasing of gestational weeks. The cesarean section rate of full-term low birth weight infants were 61.14% (1 139/1 863), which was higher than that of normal birth weight infants (52.947%, 45 108/85 195). The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). (3) The constitution of the indication of cesarean section showed that social factor and maternal factor were 10.73% (443/4 128) and 48.91% (2 019/4 128) for low birth weight infants, respectively. While for the normal birth weight infants, they were 27.70% (12 495/45 108) and 38.60% (17 412/45 108), respectively. There was statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). (4) The emergency cesarean section rate of full-term low birth weight infants was 41.09% (468/1 139), which was higher than that of normal birth weight infants (31.09%, 14 024/45 108). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). (5) The rates of stillbirth, neonatal asphyxia and the mortality of full-term low birth weight infants were 2.36% (44/1 863), 6.12% (114/1 863), and 3.17% (59/1 863), respectively. Those of normal birth weight infants were 0.11% (94/85 195), 1.41% (1 201/85 195), and 0.14% (119/85 195), respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). (6) The stillbirth rate and mortality of low birth weight infants born by cesarean delivery were significantly lower than those born by vaginal delivery. The rate of neonatal asphyxia (17.95%) and other morbidity (3.61%) among low birth weight infants born by cesarean section in week 28 to week 33(+6) were significantly lower than those born by vaginal delivery (30.09%, 6.62%, respectively). (7) With the increase of gestational age, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and stillbirth decreased. The incidence of neonatal asphyxia (39.22%) and stillbirth (23.28%) was most seen in 28 to 29 gestational weeks, which decreased to 9.08% and 2.88% in 34 gestation weeks., Conclusions: Low birth weight is one of the leading causes of adverse perinatal outcomes and cesarean section. To decrease the incidence of low birth weight, individualized management should be performed according to the gestational age and fetal condition. Extending the gestational age to at least 34 weeks may avoid iatrogenic preterm labor and improve the neonatal survival rate.

Objective: To estimate cesarean delivery rates and indications by region in mainland China., Methods: A cross sectional survey of all deliveries in 39 hospitals in 14 provinces of mainland China from January 1 to December 31, 2011 was evaluated for mode of delivery, cesarean delivery rates and indications for delivery., Results: (1) A survey of a total of 112 138 women at delivery with gestations greater than 24 weeks was analyzed. 79 631 and 32 507 deliveries were obtained from the tertiary and secondary hospitals respectively. 90 971 were primipara, 21 167 were multipara. Of these pregnancies, 61 084, 49 734 and 1 320 cases resulted in cesarean delivery, vaginal delivery and operative vaginal delivery respectively, the cesarean delivery rate was 54.472% (61 084/112 138). Among 61 084 women who had cesarean delivery, 14 998 cases of the cesarean deliveries were performed without medical indications, 46 086 cases of the cesarean deliveries had medical indications. The cesarean delivery rate of the tertiary hospitals was 55.927% (44 535/79 631), and was significant higher than that in the secondary hospitals (50.909%, 16 549/32 507; P < 0.01). (2) Overall 24.553 % (14 998/61 084) of cesarean deliveries were performed without medical indications. 19.744% (8 793/44 535) of the cesarean deliveries without medical indications were performed in the tertiary hospitals, and was significant lower than in the secondary hospitals (37.495%, 6 205/16 549;P < 0.01). (3) Maternal request was the most common indication (24.553% of all cesarean deliveries), followed by fetal distress (12.507% , 7 640/61 084), cephalopelvic disproportion (11.787%, 7 200/61 084), previous uterine surgery (10.374%, 6 337/61 084), malpresentation (5.815%, 3 552/61 084), failure to progress (5.710%, 3 488/61 084) and suspected macrosomia (5.594%, 3 417/61 084)., Conclusions: The increasing caesarean section rate in mainland China is explained mainly by the high non-indicated caesarean section rate. The main medical indications of the cesarean deliveries included fetal distress, cephalopelvic disproportion, previous uterine surgery, malpresentation and failure to progress.

Objective: To study the expression of cellular inhibitor of apoptosis protein-2 (C-IAP2) mRNA and protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its relationship with the clinical outcomes., Methods: Quantitative PCR and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression of C-IAP2 mRNA and protein in the tumor tissues and corresponding adjacent non-cancerous tissues from HCC patients., Results: The expression of C-IAP2 mRNA in HCC tissues was 2.70 folds higher than that in the non-cancerous tissues (P<0.001). The expression rate of C-IAP2 protein in HCC tissues was 70.8%, significantly higher than that in the non-cancerous tissues (27.8%, P=0.001). The expression of C-IAP2 mRNA and protein was associated with the tumor emboli, lymph node metastasis, AFP level, histological differentiation, TNM stage, postoperative recurrence and metastasis (P<0.05), but not with the patients' gender, age, HbsAg positivity, number of tumors, cirrhosis or the presence of tumor encapsulation (P>0.05)., Conclusion: The expression of C-IAP2 in HCC is associated with tumor recurrence and metastasis, and can be a biological marker for prognostic evaluation of HCC.

Objective: To study the expression of special AT-rich sequence binding protein 1 (SATB1) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines with different invasive capacities., Methods: SATB1 expression was detected using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, RT-PCR, Western blotting and immunofluorescence in immortalized liver cell line HL-7702, noninvasive HCC cell lines HepG2 and SMMC-7721, MHCC97L cells with low invasiveness, and highly invasive cell lines MHCC97H and HCCLM3., Results: In comparison with HL-7702 cells, all the 5 HCC cell lines showed overexpression of SATB1 mRNA, which was the highest in the highly invasive HCCLM3 and MHCC97H cells, followed by MHCC97L cell line, and then by SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cell lines (P<0.001). The relative expression quantity of SATB1 protein in HepG2, SMMC-7721, MHCC97L, MHCC97H, and HCCLM3 cell lines was 0.271±0.002, 0.351±0.023, 0.621±0.026, 0.878±0.026, and 1.236±0.006, respectively. SATB1 expression level in HCCLM3 cell line was 4.6-fold higher than that in HepG2 cell line (P<0.001). SATB1 was found to localize in the cytoplasm and cell nuclei of the 5 HCC cell lines, and the highly invasive HCCLM3 and MHCC97H cell lines showed a strong positive staining for SATB1 in immunofluorescence assay., Conclusion: SATB1 expression levels differ distinctly between the HCC cell lines with different invasive capacities and are possibly associated with the metastatic potentials of the cells.
