With the progress of urbanization and the refining of research content, it is more urgent to study the integration of urban and rural public services. In this paper, with the papers on the main journals containing urban and rural public service integration research results as research object, bibliometric method and the visualization method of CiteSpace and CNKI were adopted to carry out fundamental reviewing from the number of papers, authors and institutions, and knowledge background, and then to conduct comprehensive analysis on hot research topics, theme connotation, and the law of development, and finally to get the objective results from the view of result evaluation and research extension, so as to provide the necessary basis and enlightenment for further study of urban and rural public service integration in China in the future.

The current mobility problems and feasible solutions were analyzed,and the existing service continuity capabilities and key features on the network-side which were defined by 3GPP were studied,including SSC mode,uRLLC,traffic routing and so on.A network-side and application-side collaboration mechanism was proposed to satisfy the low latency services involving cross-MEC handover for fast mobility at the edge scenarios.The general idea of the follow-up study on mobility management and the path of phased implementation were also proposed.

In order to improve the corrosion resisting property of ferrous metals in molten zinc, siliconizing, molybdenumizing and silicon-molybdenumizing are carried out on the Q235 steel surface by solid powder method. The infiltration layers’ morphology, compactness degree, microhardness, component and phase structure are analyzed. Moreover, the samples are soaked in the molten zinc bath at 470 ℃ for 26 h, and their corrosion rate is measured. The results show that the intermetallic compounds (Fe3Si, Fe3Mo, MoSi2 and Mo5Si3) with good corrosion resisting property are produced in infiltration layers. The addition of Mo element can promote the penetration of Si element in the infiltration agents, thus increasing the compact density of infiltration layers. The comparative results also prove that the silicon-molybdenumizing layers are more compact, especially for the sample with m(Si)∶m(Mo)=2∶1. Its corrosion rate decreases almost two orders of magnitude compared with that of the substrate, showing better corrosion resisting property. However, the existence of defects (such as holes) in the infiltration layers leads to the decrease of compact density, and the corrosion resisting property in molten zinc is also affected. Therefore, in the future studies much attention should be paid to the improvement of the compact density of solid infiltration layers, so as to further increase the corrosion resisting property.

Formation strain can directly affect the generation of structural fractures. According to the magnitude of structural strain, the location and intensity of structural fracture development can be predicted, and the chief fracture development areas in the study area can be divided. This paper takes the fourth member of the Yingcheng formation (referred to as the YING-4 section) in the Xuzhong area of the Xujiaweizi rift in the Songliao basin as the research object. Based on establishing a detailed 3D structural model of the study area, we used the “structural restoration” method to restore the paleo-structure of the study area and calculated finite strain values to predict the planar distribution of structural fractures. The research shows that the YING-4 section in the study area mainly includes three fracture-making periods, namely the end of the Yingcheng formation, the Quantou–to–Qingshankou formation, and the Nenjiang formation. Among them, the tectonic deformation at the end of the Yingcheng formation and the Quantou–to–Qingshankou formation is relatively strong, which is the main formation period of the fracture. The study area is divided into three types of fracture development zones according to the relationship between strain size and test gas production. Type I fracture development zone has been verified by well-drilling, indicating that the prediction results of fractures using structural strain are reliable. Type Ⅱ fracture development zone can be used as an important direction for the next step of deep natural gas exploration. Type Ⅲ fracture development zone has low productivity, and the fractures have limited effect on reservoir reconstruction.

Objective To observe the effect of liver transplantation in the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and prognosis. Methods The clinical data of PBC patients treated with liver transplantation from January 2001 to December 2020 in Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and Shanghai Changzheng Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. A total of 10 preoperative parameters for immunoinflammatory response including systematic immunoinflammatory index, fibrinogen, the ratio among neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, platelet, aspartic aminotransferase, CD4 and CD8 were used to reflect immunoinflammatory response. Score was calculated with monocyte-lymphocyte ratio and fibrinogen. There were higher risk group according to the score ≥-0.12 and lower risk group according to the score

Objective: To study the apoptosis and chemosensitive effect of As(2)O(3) on human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549., Methods: MTT colorimetric assay, immunohistochemical method, flow cytometry and RT-PCR were applied to observe the different effects induced by As(2)O(3) with different concentrations on A549 cells., Results: 1, 2 micro mol/L As(2)O(3) increased Fas expression and inhibited the expression of bcl-2, MRP and LRP; G(1) arrest was observed and the cells were more sensitive to cisplatin. A549 cells in the presence of 5 micro mol/L As(2)O(3) showed growth inhibition and up-regulation of bcl-2, MRP and LRP expressions; but their chemosensitivity to cisplatin did not change., Conclusion: As(2)O(3) in low concentrations can increase the chemosensitivity of A549 cells by regulating the expression of apoptosis genes, anti-apoptosis genes and drug-resistant genes and affecting the cell cycle progress.
