Background: Approximately 30% of patients experience postoperative complications after surgery for early-stage lung cancer. However, the relationships among meridian energy during lung cancer surgery, changes in quality of life, and prognosis have not been investigated. Purpose: This study was designed to explore the associations among meridian energy, changes in quality of life, and prognosis in patients with newly diagnosed lung cancer undergoing surgery. Methods: A longitudinal, repeated-measures design was used. Basic data forms, meridian energy measurements, and a concise 12-item health status questionnaire were administered to the participants at the time of diagnosis, 2 weeks post-surgery, and 12 weeks post-surgery. During this period, changes were analyzed, and their association with postoperative risks was explored. Results: Forty-eight cases were investigated. Both meridian energy and quality of life were found to be significantly decreased 2 weeks after surgery. The high/low ratio of meridian energy, the physical component score of the Short Form 12-Item Health Survey Questionnaire, gender, cancer stage, and body mass index were identified as significantly associated with prognosis. Conclusion/Implications for Practice: The declining trends in meridian energy and quality of life during the 2 weeks after surgery in patients with lung cancer are associated with poor postoperative prognoses. Background and objective Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a rare subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), which is featured by low incidence, high malignancy rate, robust aggressive behavior and inferior prognosis. To date, there is no standardized treatment. The aim of this study is to better understand and accumulate more clinical experience of the disease by summarizing the clinicopathological features, diagnosis methods, therapeutic regimen and prognostic factors of PSC. Methods A total of 39 patients with PSC who diagnosed and received treatment in Beijing Chest Hospital from December 2013 to December 2023 were retrospectively recruited, and information including demographic characteristics, clinicopathological features, tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage, diagnosis method and therapeutic regimen were carefully collected. Meanwhile, follow-up was conducted. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the prognostic factors of the disease. Results The PSC patients in this study ranged in age from 45 to 76 years old, including 35 males and 4 females. There were no specific clinical manifestations of PSC at initial diagnosis. Among the 39 patients, 20 underwent surgical resection and 19 received palliative chemoradiation or symptomatic supportive treatment. The 1-year and 5-year survival rates were 61.90% and 35.20% respectively. Univariate analysis indicated that family history of carcinoma, primary tumor site, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, whether or not received surgical resection, surgical method, treatment regimens, tumor tissue programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression ≥1% and mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET) pathway abnormalities were correlated with the overall survival (OS) of patients (P<0.05). In the subsequent multivariate analysis, lymph node metastasis emerged as the only independent prognosticator in predicting inferior OS (P=0.037). Conclusion PSC is rarely seen in clinical practice and commonly occurs in elder men with smoking history. Tumor tissue PD-L1 expression ≥1% and MET abnormalities may predict inferior prognosis of PSC and lymph node metastasis was determined as the independent prognosticator of PSC. Surgical resection along with adjuvant medical treatment is the cornerstone for early and locally advanced patients, and the clinical utility of molecular targeting therapy and immunotherapy in PSC needs to be further investigated. Objective: To screen the key genes affecting the prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer (GC) patients and to analyze the value of the key gene microfibrillar-associated protein 2 (MFAP2) in suggesting the prognosis and the sensitivity of immunotherapy of GC patients. Methods: The expression profile data and clinical information of gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues were downloaded from the TCGA database. Genes significantly associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer were screened by weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and univariate Cox regression analysis. Multiple patient cohorts were used to assess the prognostic value of the key gene MFAP2 and analyze its efficacy and clinicopathological correlation. Multiple online databases and algorithms were used to analyze the correlation between MFAP2 and the tumor immune microenvironment. Immunophenotyping score (IPS) combined with immunotherapy patient cohort was used to analyze the value of MFAP2 in predicting the responsiveness of immunotherapy. Differential expression of MFAP2 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues was verified with multiple datasets. Results: The blue module showed the highest correlation with survival outcomes of GC patients (R=0.17, P<0.001). Further intersections were taken with prognosis-related genes, and a total of 20 key genes were screened. High expression of the key gene MFAP2 suggested poor prognosis and pathological progression of GC (HR>1, P<0.05). MFAP2 was closely associated with cancer-associated fibroblasts, and GC patients with high expression of MFAP2 were more insensitive to immunotherapy. The high expression of MFAP2 mRNA in GC was verified by multiple datasets (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: High expression of MFAP2 is a predictive factor for poor prognosis and response to immunotherapy in GC patients. Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of PD-1 antibody versus high-dose interferon in the adjuvant treatment of stage IIB-IIID melanoma patients after surgery. Methods: Clinical data of patients with stage IIB-IIID cutaneous and acral melanoma admitted into Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, the affiliated hospital of Nanjing University Medical School between September 2013 and September 2022 were retrospectively collected. All patients received high-dose interferon (HDI) or PD-1 antibody as adjuvant therapy after surgery. Univariate survival analysis was performed and survival curves were plotted by the Kaplan-Meier method; Log-Rank method was used to analyze and assess whether the differences in RFS, DMFS, and OS between the groups were statistically significant, and prognostic factors were evaluated by univariate and multivariate Cox regression. Results: A total of 91 patients were enrolled in this study with a median follow-up of 31.0 months. The median RFS was 29.2 and 32.3 months in the HDI group and the PD-1 antibody group, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (HR=0.90, 95%CI [0.50, 1.64]; P=0.736). The median DMFS and the median OS in the HDI group were 36.0 and 109.2 months respectively, and neither was reached in the PD-1 antibody group (both P>0.05). The most common site of first distant metastasis in both groups was the lung, and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of distant metastasis at any site (P>0.05). By univariate Cox analysis, compared with PD-1, antibody HDI reduced the risk of distant metastasis in patients with BRAFV600E/K mutations (HR=10.03, 95% CI [1.10, 91.35]; P=0.041). Subgroup analyses showed that in patients with cutaneous and acral melanoma, the difference in RFS between the HDI group and the PD-1 antibody group was not statistically significant (both P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the HDI group and the PD-1 antibody group was 83.3% and 79.1%, respectively, most of which were grade 1 or 2. No deaths related to adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: In this study, there was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy and safety between PD-1 antibody and HDI adjuvant therapy for malignant melanoma patients. Patients with BRAFV600E/K mutations may benefit more from HDI. Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of peripheral nerve hyperexcitability syndrome (PNHS). Methods and Results Ten patients with PNHS were admitted to He'nan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2018 to April 2022, with the clinical phenotypes of Morvan syndrome in 5 cases, Issacs syndrome in 4 cases, and cramp-fasciculation syndrome (CFS) in one case. There were 10 cases with clinical manifestations of muscle twitching, 8 of dysautonomia, 7 of central nervous system symptoms, 7 of limb weakness, 6 of sensory deficits, and 2 of cramping and muscle stiffness. Five cases were positive for autoimmune antibodies. Two cases had MRI abnormalities located in the brainstem, left occipital lobe and right thalamus. Ten cases had EMG abnormalities, including afterdischarges of F-wave in 10 cases, unit potential of spontaneous motion abnormalities in 10 cases, fasciculation potentials in 10 cases, myokymic discharges in 8 cases, and neuromyotonic and myokymic discharges in 3 cases. Three cases underwent only symptomatic therapy, and 7 cases underwent symptomatic therapy and immunomodulatory treatments. Except for one case who lost of follow-up, 5 cases had a good prognosis, 2 cases with poor prognosis, and 2 cases died. Conclusions PNHS is a heterogeneous group of clinical manifestations. To improve the stability and tracking accuracy of intelligent driving vehicle tracking controller, a lateral tracking control strategy based on LQR control algorithm and driver preview model is proposed, and combined with the longitudinal PID control algorithm to achieve lateral and longitudinal control. Firstly, a LQR controller with feed-forward is established, and the weight parameters of the LQR controller are optimized by gradient descent optimization algorithm. On this basis, the preview model of the driver is introduced, and an adaptive controller for preview distance based on experience is designed. Secondly, dual PID longitudinal controllers are established for velocity control. Finally, the test verification is carried out through Carsim and Matlab/Simulink joint simulation and real vehicle. The results show that the maximum lateral deviation of simulation is less than 0.035 m, the maximum heading deviation is less than 0. 09 rad, the overall trend of the planned trajectory can also be well followed under real vehicle test conditions, and the front wheel rotation angle and yaw rate change smoothly. Objective To explore the correlation between visceral fat index(CVAI) and the incidence of diabetes in Chinese elderly population. Methods The data were obtained from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey (CHARLS) 2011 and 2015 waves. A total of 2 295 elderly people aged M60 years were included. Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between CVAI and the incidence of diabetes. The restricted cubic spline(RCS) method was used to test the dose 一 response relationship. Subgroup analysis was performed according to BML Results 333 (14. 50%) of the 2295 elderly participants developed diabetes during the 4 - year follow 一 up period. CVAI were divided by quartiles. There were statistically significant differences in baseline FBG, HBAlc, SBP, DBP, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL - C, UA, gender, smoking status, drinking status, hypertension history and follow 一 up incident diabetes among groups (P < 0, 05). Compared with the group with lowest quartile of CVAI QI, the OR (95% C7) in the group the highest quartile of CVAI Q4 was 1. 96 (1. 37 - 2. 83). The restricted cubic splines model results showed that the higher CVAI accompanied by higher risk of incident diabetes in the elderly. Subgroup analysis showed that CVAI was independently associated with incident diabetes in both non 一 overweight and overweight/obese groups. Condusion There is a positive association between CVAI the risk of diabetes mellitus in the elderly population. Objective To investigate the correlations of triglyceride glucose index(TyG) levels at different baselines with the risk of new-onset acute pancreatitis (AP) among the workers at Kailuan Group. Methods A total of 124 516 subjects were enrolled from 2006 to 2009 and followed up by health examinations of the workers in the group. The subjects with a history of AP or incomplete information on TG and FPG data were excluded. The cumulative incidence rate was determined by Log-Rank method. Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to calculate hazard ratios (HR) for AP related to baseline TyG level after adjusting for the effects of multiple confunding factors. Results The subjects were divided into four groups (TyG ≤ 6.59, 6.59 < TyG ≤ 6.98, 6.98 < TyG4 ≤ 7.46, TyG > 7.46) according to the TyG levels, and the incidence of new-onset AP was observed in all the groups. For a follow-up of (12.59 ± 0.98 )years, 399 cases of AP were observed. The corresponding incidence of AP in each tertile was 1.67, 2.32, 2.53, and 3.65 events per 10,000 person-years, respectively. After Cox analysis and correction of multiple confounding factors, the risk of AP incidence was increased in the TyG > 7.46 group, with an HR of 1.94 [(95%CI(1.42, 2.65), P < 0.01]. To analyze the effect of asymptomatic carotid atherosclerosis on the progression of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) in Shunyi cohort community population. Methods A total of 658 residents aged ≥ 35 years old from Shunyi cohort population (from June 2013 to April 2016) were selected as study subjects. Carotid ultrasound was used to assess the presence of baseline carotid plaque, and CSVD progression was assessed by baseline and follow - up MRI, which included lacunes, cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) and white matter hyperintensity (WMH). Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the effect of carotid plaque on incident lacunes or CMBs, and linear regression was used to analyze the linear correlation between baseline carotid plaque and WMH progression. Results Among 658 people 250 people (37.99%) had carotid plaque at baseline. After (5.57 ± 0.49) years of follow - up, 70 people (10.64%) developed incident lacunes and 56 people (8.51%) had incident CMBs. The annual WMH progression was 0.28 (0.14, 0.55) cm³/year. Logistic regression analysis showed the presence of baseline carotid plaque significantly predicted incident CMBs (OR = 2.411, 95%CI: 1.240- 4.687; P = 0.009). Conclusions Prensence of carotid plaque increased CMBs progression during five-year follow-up, but the influence on lacunes and WMH progression requires a longer cumulative effect. Objective: To compare the efficacy of ultrasound-guided mini-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPCNL) and standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy (sPCNL) in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods: 127 patients with renal calculi who were admitted to Air Force 986 Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected, and the patients were divided into sPCNL group (63 cases) and mPCNL group (64 cases) according to random number table method. The clinical indexes, calculi clearance rate, pain condition, renal function, stress condition, inflammatory factors levels and incidence rate of complications were compared in the two groups. Results: The clearance rates of renal pelvis calculus and caliceal calculus in the mPCNL group were higher than those in the sPCNL group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the clearance rates of renal cast stone and staghorn calculus in the two groups (P>0.05). The operative time in the mPCNL group was longer than that in the sPCNL group, the intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative infusion volume were less than those in the sPCNL group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the sPCNL group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) between and within two groups before operation and 3 d after operation (P>0.05). The cortisol (Cor) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in the mPCNL group at 3 d after operation were lower than those in the sPCNL group(P<0.05). The interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and procalcitonin (PCT) in the mPCNL group at 3 d after operation were lower than those in the sPCNL group (P<0.05). The visual pain simulation score (VAS) and substance P (SP) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels in the mPCNL group at 3 d after operation were lower than those in the sPCNL group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compared with sPCNL, although ultrasound-guided mPCNL in the treatment of renal calculi can prolong the operation time, it can reduce intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative infusion volume, shorten length of hospital stay, reduce patients' pain response, stress response and inflammatory response, and it has little influence on patients' renal function. Aim To explore the association between cardiometabolic index and hyperuricemia risk in people over 45 years of age in China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study. Methods Data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2011 and 2015 were included in this prospective cohort study. The 2011 data were used as the baseline and the outcomes of hyperuricemia were followed up in 2015. The Cox proportional hazard model was used to analyze the association between cardiometabolic index and the risk of hyperuricemia. ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of cardiometabolic index for the risk of hyperuricemia. Results Among 3 002 subjects, after adjusting for relevant confounders, the risk of hyperuricemia in the highest cardiometabolic index group was 3. 12 times (P<0. 001) that in the lowest cardiometabolic index group in males, and HR was 3. 120, 95%CI was 1. 606 ~6. 062; in females was 2. 128 times (P<0. 05) that in the lowest cardiometabolic index group, respectively, and HR was 2. 128, 95%CI was 1. 060 ~4. 272; the risk of hyperuricemia increased with the increase of cardiometabolic index. ROC curve analysis showed that the curve of cardiometabolic index for predicting the risk of hyperuricemia was 0. 618 (95% CI: 0. 580 ~0. 656), the best cutoff value was 0. 433, the sensitivity was 46. 97%, and the specificity was 72. 94%. Conclusions The cardiometabolic index is positively correlated with the risk of hyperuricemia. Maintaining a low cardiometabolic index is beneficial to prevent hyperuricemia. Background and objective Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) combined with platinum containing dual drug chemotherapy is a new adjuvant treatment option for operable stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and the quality assurance of clinical trials of related drugs plays a crucial role in the results of the clinical trials. This study aims to explore the impact of adverse events (AEs) supervision on reducing treatment-related AEs in patients. Methods 66 NSCLC patients admitted to Shanghai Chest Hospital from July 2020 to October 2021 were prospectively collected. All the patients received 3 cycles of neoadjuvant treatment of Camrelizumab in combination with Docetaxel and Cisplatin. 4 weeks-6 weeks after neoadjuvant therapy, the patients accepted surgical treatment. One cycle of postoperative adjuvant treatment was given within 30 days after surgery, and 3 weeks after the completion of postoperative adjuvant treatment, Camrelizumab consolidation treatment was intiated, with a total of 13 cycles. The quality of life-C30 (QoL-C30) was used to measure patients' quality of life and the occurrence of AEs was monitored. Results The overall safety is good, with a total of 300 AEs occurring in 66 patients, including 282 cases of grade 1-2 AEs and 18 cases of grades 3-4 AEs. The most common grades 3-4 AEs associated with PD-1 antibodies occurred in 6 cases (9.1%). Neoadjuvant therapy supervision can lead to a decrease in patients' QOL-C30 scores (P<0.05) and an improvement in their quality of life. Conclusion Camrelizumab combined with Docetaxel and Cisplatin can be used as a new adjuvant treatment for operable stage III NSCLC. Through the observation and control of AEs, treatment measures can be taken in time to reduce further complications, ensure patient' safety, and ensure the authenticity, scientificity and reliability of clinical trial data. Background and objective With the aging of the population and the increased importance of lung cancer screening, the number of early-stage lung cancer patients has been on the rise in recent years, which can be classified into operable early-stage lung cancer and inoperable early-stage lung cancer. The most common pathological type is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) is the optimal treatment for inoperable early-stage NSCLC. The aim of this study was to investigate the prognosis of early-stage NSCLC patients treated with SBRT and its influencing factors in order to reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and improve the survival and quality of life. Methods Clinical data and follow-up outcomes of early-stage NSCLC patients treated with SBRT in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2020 were collected. Kaplan-Meier method was used to assess the prognosis, and the Cox proportional risk model was used for multivariate prognostic analysis. Results A total of 165 patients were included with a median follow-up time of 43.2 (range: 4.8-132.1) mon. The local control (LC) rates at 1-yr, 2-yr and 5-yr were 98.1%, 94.8% and 86.5% respectively. Karnof- sky performance status (KPS) score greater than 80 was an independent prognostic factor for LC (P=0.02). The overall survival (OS) rates at 1-yr, 2-yr and 5-yr were 97.6%, 93.0% and 68.9% respectively. A biological equivalent dose when a/^=10 (BED10) greater than 132 Gy was an independent prognostic factor for OS (P=0.04). Progression-free survival (PFS) rates at 1-yr, 2-yr and 5-yr were 93.3%, 79.5% and 55.3% respectively. The distance metastasis free survival (DMFS) rates at 1-yr, 2-yr and 5-yr were 94.5%, 83.2% and 58.4% respectively. BED10 greater than 150 Gy was an independent prognostic factor for DMFS (P=0.02). The regional control (RC) rates at 1-yr, 2-yr and 5-yr were 98.8%, 95.4% and 87.9% respectively. Conclusion SBRT is effective in treating early-stage NSCLC. KPS greater than 80 is an independent prognostic factor for LC; BED10 greater than 132 Gy is an independent prognostic factor for OS; BED10 greater than 150 Gy is an independent prognostic factor for DMFS. Background and objective Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) are commonly occurred in patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. However, evidence of irAEs derived from the Chinese population is relatively lacking. The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence and outcomes of irAEs in Chinese patients with lung cancer after receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Methods Clinical and follow-up data from lung cancer patients who received at least one time of ICIs from January 2018 to September 2021 at Huadong Hospital, Fudan University were included. Statistical descriptions and Kaplan-Meier method were used to analyze the overall incidence of irAEs, as well as the incidence and outcomes of each type of irAEs. Results 135 patients were included in the study. 106 patients (78.5%) presented at least one type of irAEs, and the median time to first irAEs onset was 28 d. Most irAEs occurred at early time after treatment, and most irAEs were mild-moderate and reversible. 57 patients (42.2%) died at the study cutoff. The mortality rate of severe irAEs was 12.6% (n=17), and among them 7 patients (41.2%) died of pneumonitis. The median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) time of the total population was 505 d (95%CI: 352-658) and 625 d (95%CI: 491-759), respectively. Patients who presented any irAEs achieved a longer PFS than those who did not (median PFS: 533 d vs 179 d, P=0.037, HR=0.57), while patients who presented skin toxicities achieved a longer OS than patients who did not (median OS: 797 d vs 469 d, P=0.006, HR=0.70). Conclusion In real-world settings, irAEs in lung cancer patients were commonly observed, with pneumonitis as the most common fatal irAEs. Background: Fatigue in patients on hemodialysis varies based on disease and treatment situations. Most studies have assessed the effectiveness of interventions based on average fatigue during the past week. However, two different types of fatigue are identified: post-dialysis fatigue and continuous fatigue. Identifying different types of fatigue and related factors may facilitate the development of more-effective, type-specific measures to reduce patient fatigue. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore fatigue patterns and predictors in patients on hemodialysis during their eight-day dialysis cycle. Methods: A perspective, observational research design was adopted. One hundred and two patients were recruited from three hospitals and one hemodialysis clinic in New Taipei City. During the dialysis, patients answered a structured questionnaire that included a demographic datasheet, Taiwanese depression questionnaire, hemodialysis social support scale, trait anxiety inventory, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, and fatigue visual analogy scale. After dialysis on each day, patients completed the fatigue visual analogy scale for a period of eight consecutive days every morning, noon, and night. Biochemical data and inter-dialysis weight gain were collected from medical charts. Results: This study found three distinct fatigue status groups: fatigue adaptation, rapid change and continuous fatigue. After the day of dialysis, fatigue level was the lowest in the fatigue adaptation group, followed by the continuous fatigue group. The rapid change group reported the highest level of fatigue. With regard to the degree of increase in fatigue after dialysis (fatigue score after dialysis minus fatigue score before dialysis), the rapid change group had the highest average increase in score after dialysis, while the continuous fatigue group had the lowest. Sleep quality, trait anxiety, and health caregiver support were also found to be predictors of group affiliation. Conclusions: Nurses can provide individual social support interventions and methods to improve sleep quality and alleviate anxiety to reduce fatigue in patients on hemodialysis. Aimed at the problem that the high harmonics generated by high frequency components in wind power system will affect the operation of substation main transformer protection, a method of transformer longitudinal impedance virtual phase protection is proposed. This method calculated the phase difference of the virtual longitudinal impedance on both sides of the fault component after the voltage translation, and then built a model on the power system computer aided design（PSCAD) platform for simulation and verification. By comparing the voltage data link, it can be seen that when an internal fault occurs, the virtual phase difference is greater than 90°; when an external fault occurs, the virtual phase difference is less than 90°.Finally, the simulation results show that the virtual phase difference changes from 0°to 180°, which is much greater than 90°; when the fault occurs in the area, the protection acts. In case of external fault and other factors that may affect the reliability of protection, the variation range of virtual phase difference is only 0°～20°, far less than 90°, and the protection does not act. Therefore, the following conclusions can be drawn from theoretical analysis: internal faults can operate reliably; In case of external fault, current transformer（CT) saturation and excitation inrush current, the protection does not act even under the influence of harmonics. At the same time, the error accuracy of existing CT can meet this protection method. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, and verify the correctness and reliability of the protection under the existing CT accuracy and the better anti CT attenuation capability. How to realize and how to assess sustainable development have traditionally been the core issues of sustainable development research and practice. Looking back at China’s sustainable development research in the past three decades, with core journals listed in Peking University’s ‘Core Journals of China’ and the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) as the main sources of literature, this study tracked and analyzed the hotspots of sustainable development research in China from 1992 to 2022 with the bibliographic method and the literature research method by CiteSpace. The results showed that: ① China’s sustainable development research had a long time span, with rich research results of sustainable development. Inter-agency cooperation was relatively close, and some of the research results of the research institutions were outstanding. ② The research hotspots were multi-dimensional and multi-scale, mainly focusing on social, economic, and ecological aspects concerning sustainable development capacity evaluation; economic growth; environment and resources; the three issues of agriculture, the countryside, and farmers; regional development; knowledge economy; low-carbon economy; and circular economy. ③ From the perspective of the overall development context and knowledge evolution, the evolution of sustainable development research in China could be divided into three stages of development: the introduction of sustainable development concepts and their integration with local theories; a horizontal expansion through clear advocacy of national policies; and interdisciplinary research and longitudinal in-depth research stages in interdisciplinary fields. For more than 30 years, China has completely implemented the strategy of sustainable development, adhered to the echo of theory and practice, and accumulated rich research results and practical experience in the discourse system, content system, and method system of sustainable development research. In the future, China’s sustainable development research will further contribute Chinese solutions and Chinese wisdom to global sustainable development research with the enrichment and development of China ’s ecological civilization theory and practice. Background: The continuous monitoring of body surface temperature has been proven to help detect potential fever events in hospitalized patients. However, the efficacy of using body surface temperature to detect fever in older adults remains unclear due to the relatively low and slower-to-change body surface temperature in this population. Purpose: This study was designed to investigate 1) the relationship between changes in body surface and routine tympanic temperatures, 2) the correlation between body surface temperature measurement frequency and detection of fever, and 3) the factors related to the incidence of fever in hospitalized older adults. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 33 hospitalized older adults aged 65 years or older who were suspected to have or diagnosed with an infection in an infectious disease and medical ward at a medical center in southern Taiwan from March to November 2020. Demographic, routine tympanic temperature, and heart rate data were collected by reviewing the participants' medical records. Body surface temperatures were monitored continuously using HEARThermo every 10 seconds until one of the following conditions were met: hospital discharge, no fever for three continuous days, and HEARThermo was removed. Descriptive analysis was used to compare the variations in body surface temperature and routine tympanic temperature measurements. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between different measurement frequencies and fever events. Finally, mixed effects logistic regression was used to analyze the factors significantly related to fever events. Results: Seven hundred and twenty routine body temperature measurements were taken, with 209 (29.0%) fever events detected in 23 (69.7%) of the participants. The body surface temperatures were more closely correlated with tympanic temperatures during fever events than non-fever events (r = .260, p < .001). More fever events were detected using body surface temperature monitoring frequencies of every 10 seconds and every 1 minute. After controlling for demographic factors, the results of the mixed effect model indicate that body surface temperature and heart rate are significant factors related to fever events in hospitalized older adults (odds ratio, OR: 1.74, p < .001; OR: 1.11, p < .001). Conclusions/ Implications for Practice: The continuous monitoring of body surface temperature may improve the detection of fever events in hospitalized older adults. The application of wearable devices and cloud platforms may further facilitate the real-time assessment and care capabilities of nurses, thus reducing their workload and improving care quality. Objective: To explore the impact of liver metastasis on immunotherapy efficacy in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: From February 2019 to January 2022, clinical data of patients with advanced gastric cancer who received immunotherapy in the Cancer Center of Changzhou No.2 People's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were collected for this retrospective analysis. The baseline characteristics were compared by Chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method. Chi-square test and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were used to compare the therapeutic efficacy and survival time between gastric cancer patients with and without liver metastasis. Results: A total of 48 patients with advanced gastric cancer were included in the analysis, and the patients were divided into a liver metastasis cohort (n=20) and a non-liver metastasis cohort (n=28). The physical condition of patients with liver metastasis was worse than those without liver metastasis. The objective response rates (ORR) in metastasis cohort and non-metastasis cohort were 15.0% and 35.7% (P>0.05), respectively; and the disease control rates (DCR) in these two cohorts were 65.0% and 82.1% (P>0.05), respectively. The median progression-free survival (PFS) was 5.0 and 11.2 months in the two groups (HR=0.40, P<0.05), and the median overall survival (OS) was 12.0 and 19.0 months (P>0.05), respectively. Background and objective Patients with pulmonary nodules are treated by minimally invasive surgery, and postoperative symptoms have become the main factors affecting patients' emotion and quality of life. This study aimed to analyze the changes of postoperative symptoms in lung cancer patients with pulmonary nodules. Methods The clinical data of eighty-eight lung cancer patients admitted to the same medical group of Department of Thoracic Surgery, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June 2021 to September 2021 were prospectively collected and analyzed. The types and severity of clinical symptoms before operation, on discharge day, 30-day and 90-day after operation were analyzed. Results The incidence of postoperative symptoms in lung cancer patients was 79.5%, and most patients suffered from mild (54.3%) and moderate (32.9%) symptoms. The main postoperative symptoms of lung cancer patients were pain (55.7%) and cough (37.2%). The incidence of pain at discharge (55.7%) was significantly higher than that at 30-day (23.7%, P=0.01) and 90-day (12.0%, P=0.01) after discharge. The incidence of cough was significantly higher at 30-day (66.1%) and 90-day (66.0%) than that at discharge (37.2%) (P=0.01, P=0.04). Conclusion The main postoperative symptoms of lung cancer patients with pulmonary nodules are pain and cough. Objective To study the biological processes and functions of serum exosomes in children in the acute stage of Kawasaki disease (KD), so as to provide new biomarkers for the early diagnosis of KD. Methods In this prospective study, 13 children with KD who were treated in Children's Hospital of Soochow University from June 2019 to August 2020 were enrolled as the KD group, and 13 children who were hospitalized due to bacterial infection during the same period were enrolled as the control group. Whole blood was collected on the next morning after admission, serum samples were obtained by centrifugation, and exosomes were extracted through ultracentrifugation. Serum exosomes were analyzed by label-free quantitative proteomics, and differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were screened out for functional enrichment analysis. A protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was plotted, and unique proteins were validated by targeted proteomics. Results A total of 131 DEPs were screened out for the two groups, among which 27 proteins were detected in both groups. There were 48 unique DEPs in the KD group, among which 23 were upregulated and 25 were downregulated, and these proteins acted on "complement and coagulation cascades" and "the MAPK signaling pathway". Validation by targeted proteomics showed that FGG, SERPING1, C1R, C1QA, IGHG4, and C1QC proteins were quantifiable in the KD group. A total of 29 proteins were only expressed in the control group, among which 12 were upregulated and 17 were downregulated. Four proteins were quantifiable based on targeted proteomics, i.e., VWF, ECM1, F13A1, and TTR. A PPI network was plotted for each group. In the KD group, FGG and C1QC had close interaction with other proteins, while in the control group, VWF had close interaction with other proteins. Conclusions The serum exosomes FGG and C1QC in children in the acute stage of KD are expected to become the biomarkers for the early diagnosis of KD. Background: Osteoarthritis is a common cause of inactivity and reduced quality of life in the elderly. Total knee replacement (TKR) surgery, a last-stage treatment option for osteoarthritis, often results in postoperative pain that influences knee flexion and the ability to perform prescribed rehabilitation exercises. Purpose: This study was designed to examine the effectiveness of single femoral nerve block (FNB) on pain level and knee mobility in patients with TKR. Method: A quasi-experimental, two-group, longitudinal study was designed. The participants were distributed into the FNB group (n = 86) and non-FNB group (n = 86). The outcome measurements included pain scale (Numerical Rating Scale) score and knee continuous passive motion knee flexion angle. The five assessments and followed-up times were as follows: admission day (T0) and post-surgery day 1, 2, 3, and 4. Results: The results of the generalized estimating equations model showed that the pain level in the FNB group was significantly lower than in the non-FNB group, (p < .001). In terms of analgesics demand from post-surgery day 1 to day 4, the FNB group exhibited a significantly lower demand than the non-FNB group (p < .01). In addition, significant differences in the continuous passive motion rehabilitation exercise angle were found between the two groups from post-surgery day 1 through day 4 (p < .05). Finally, significant differences in knee flexion angles between the two groups were observed between hospital admission and discharge (p < .001). Conclusion/ Implications for Practice: The findings of this study support the positive effects of the femoral nerve block intervention on patients who receive total knee replacement surgery. Background and objective Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) affects 45%-63% of lung cancer patients worldwide. Lung cancer patients complicated with COPD have decreased cardiopulmonary function and increased perioperative risk, and their postoperative exercise endurance and lung function are significantly lower than those with conventional lung cancer. Previous studies have shown that postoperative exercise training can improve the exercise endurance of unselected lung cancer patients, but it is unclear whether lung cancer patients with COPD can also benefit from postoperative exercise training. This study intends to explore the effects of postoperative exercise training on exercise endurance, daily activity and lung function of lung cancer patients with COPD. Methods Seventy-four patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) complicated with COPD who underwent pneumonectomy in the lung cancer center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from August 5, 2020 to August 25, 2021 were prospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into exercise group and control group; The patients in the two groups received routine postoperative rehabilitation in the first week after operation, and the control group was given routine nursing from the second week. On this basis, the exercise group received postoperative exercise rehabilitation training for two weeks. Baseline evaluation was performed 3 days before operation and endpoint evaluation was performed 3 weeks after operation. Results The exercise endurance, daily activity and pulmonary function test results of the two groups decreased from baseline to the end point. However, after the operation and intervention program, the maximum oxygen consumption of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test and the walking distance of 6-Minute Walking Test in the exercise group were significantly better than those in the control group [(13.09±1.46) mL/kg/min vs (11.89±1.38) mL/kg/min, P=0.033; (297±46) m vs (243±43) m, P=0.041]. The average number of we-chat steps in the exercise group was also significantly better than that in the control group (4,381±397 vs 3,478±342, P=0.035). Forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) in the exercise group were better than those in the control group, but the difference did not reach a statistically significant level [(1.76±0.19) L vs (1.60±0.28) L, P=0.084; (1.01±0.17) L vs (0.96±0.21) L, P=0.467]. Conclusion Postoperative exercise rehabilitation training can improve exercise endurance and daily activity ability of patients with lung cancer complicated with COPD and promote postoperative rehabilitation. Background: Hospice shared care is a model of care widely used in patients with terminal cancer. Appropriate interventions to improve related symptoms should be provided during disease progression through the end of life. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the related symptoms and to compare symptom severity before and after the implementation of hospice shared care and medical care interventions. Methods: Fifty patients with terminal cancer were enrolled in this longitudinal, quasi-experimental research. Inclusion criteria included having an expected life span of < 6 months and agreeing to enter hospice shared care. Result: The three most-frequently noted physical symptoms were, in rank order: "pain", "weakness", and "dyspnea". In terms of severity, "pain" was the most severe, followed by "weakness" and "disturbance of sleep". The three most-frequently noted psychological symptoms were, in rank order: "depression", "worry about the disease", and "afraid of dragging others down". In terms of severity, "depression" was the most severe, followed by "anxiety" and "worry about the disease". The frequency and severity of the top-3 social and spiritual distress symptoms were, in rank order: "unfinished wish", "economic difficulties", and "painlessness". During the study period, the severity of physical symptoms improved gradually, while the severity of psychological symptoms improved significantly. The top- 3 items in the original medical team's hospice-care interventions were, in rank order: "tube care", "laboratory test", and "wound care" in the non-pharmacological category; "symptom control medication", "antibiotic injection", and "intravenous fluid infusion" in the pharmacological category; and "cognitive clarification of the prognosis condition", "do not conduct resuscitation discussions and signing", and "emotional stress consoling" in the problem-coordination and interview categories. The interventions implemented by the hospice specialist team included "emotional stress interview", "team communication", and "cognitive clarification of prognosis condition" in the problem coordination and interview categories, and "massage", "consultation", and "nursing advice" in the non-pharmacological category. Conclusions / Implications for Practice: The symptoms identified in this study provide clinical staff with a reference for the rapid assessment of patients with terminal-stage cancer. Manpower from various professional fields are committed to providing diversified services in the care teams, which positively affect the control of related symptoms. Background and objective With the wide application of computed tomography (CT) in the screening of early lung cancer, more and more ground glass nodules (GGNs) have been found. Early intervention is helpful to improve the survival rate of lung cancer patients. Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is an alternative option to manage primary or metastatic lung malignancies. The purpose of this study is to review the safety and clinical efficacy for lung GGN treated by RFA. Methods From June 2016 to March 2021, 24 patients with a total of 28 lung GGNs in our hospital underwent 28 sessions of RFA. There were 13 males and 11 females with an average age of (69.4±11.1) years. The size of GGN receiving RFA was (1.30±0.56) cm; The ablation range was (2.50±0.63) cm and ablation time was (15.00±8.68) min. Results The procedure of all RFAs went smoothly, no perioperative deaths occurred and no serious complications during the operation. The median follow-up was 25 months. One case died of myocardial infarction 2 months after operation. All 28 GGNs showed no evidence of local progression and the local control rate was 100.0%. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the 1-year and 2-year overall survival rates were 95.8% and 95.8%; the tumor specific survival rates were 100.0% and 100.0%, respectively. Background and objective Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death, of which non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have now become one of the main treatments for advanced NSCLC. This paper retrospectively investigated the effect of peripheral blood inflammatory indexes on the efficacy of immunotherapy and survival of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, in order to find strategies to guide immunotherapy in NSCLC. Methods Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were hospitalized in The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from October 2018 to August 2019 were selected to receive anti-PD-1 (pembrolizumab, sintilimab or toripalimab) monotherapy or combination regimens. And were followed up until 10 December 2020, and the efficacy was evaluated according to RECIST1.1 criteria. Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were followed up for survival analysis. A clinical prediction model was constructed to analyze the predictive value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) based on NLR data at three different time points: before treatment, 6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment (0w, 6w and 12w), and the accuracy of the model was verified. Results 173 patients were finally included, all of whom received the above treat-ment regimen, were followed up for a median of 19.7 months. The objective response rate (ORR) was 27.7% (48/173), the disease control rate (DCR) was 89.6% (155/173), the median PFS was 8.3 months (7.491-9.109) and the median OS was 15.5 months (14.087-16.913). The chi-square test and logistic multi-factor analysis showed that NLR6w was associated with ORR and NLR12w was associated with ORR and DCR. Further Cox regression analysis showed that NLR6w and NLR12w affected PFS and NLR0w, NLR6w and NLR12w were associated with OS. Conclusion In patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, NLR values at different time points are valid predictors of response to immunotherapy, and NLR <3 is often associated with a good prognosis.
