The evaporation of LNG is one of the important factors that influence the transportation safety of tank containers, but the characteristics of dynamic evaporation during shipping have not been clarified yet. The prototype test is the research method that can best reveal the characteristics of dynamic evaporation. However, the loading capacity of existing test methods and equipment cannot meet the requirements of prototype test. Hence, a prototype test system of dynamic evaporation was designed based on the 40 ft (1 ft = 0.304 8 m) LNG tank containers, and a large-tonnage motion simulator platform with single degree of freedom was built. Then, the prototype loading on the physical substructure was realized by motion loading, and the boil-off gas velocity, which served as the indicator to characterize the intensity of evaporation, was measured by an intelligent gas measurement system in real time. As shown by the actual measurement with this system, the proposed prototype test system can be used for the systematic research on the characteristics of dynamic evaporation of tank containers, and ship motion can facilitate the LNG evaporation in tank containers. Generally, the research on the characteristics of dynamic evaporation is of great significance to the safety evaluation of LNG transportation by tank containers.

The paper proposes a low-complexity detection algorithm for spatial modulation. The proposed algorithm reduces the total complexity by reordering the receiving antennas. The algorithm combines the existing A-Star algorithm to layer and sort the receiving antennas, change the tree search structure and eliminate the wrong nodes, so that the selected branches include the optimal path as much as possible, which greatly reduces the number of required access nodes. The algorithm has approximately optimal BER performance and lower computational complexity. Compared with the maximum likelihood detection algorithm, the complexity is reduced by about 80%.

Combined with the characteristics of natural resources endowment and ecological environment in Hancheng City, multiple types of basic data are used to progressively construct an evaluation system of ecological protection importance based on the ecosystem service function and ecological sensitivity indexes as well as their secondary indexes, which provides theoretical basis for the territorial spatial planning and scientific delineation of ecological protection redline in Hancheng City. The results show that the high-level area of ecosystem service function is 442.00 km², dominated by biodiversity conservation function. The high-level area of ecological sensitivity accounts for 45.46% of the total area of Hancheng City, with land sandification and rock desertification playing the leading role. The high-level area of ecological protection accounts for 52.51% of the total area the city, showing an expanding trend to east and south from the Huanglong Mountain Nature Reserve. High-end optical elements determine the performance of high-end equipment. Researching the ultra-precision machining technology and equipment for high-end optical elements is crucial for strengthening China's manufacturing industry and satisfying the requirements of the high-end equipment industry. In this study, the ultra-precision machining methods and equipment for optical elements, high-performance basic components, and measurement methods and equipment used in ultra-precision optical machining are analyzed. Five development trends are summarized including extremalization of precision and size, integration of shape and performance, compounding of machining technologies, integration of machining and measurement, and intellectualization of equipment and processes. Through extensive survey and discussions, a technology roadmap for ultra-precision manufacturing of high-end optical elements by 2035 is proposed from the aspects of demand, goals, products, key technologies, application demonstrations, and guarantees. Furthermore, several development suggestions are proposed, including (1) optimizing the innovation system and establishing technical alliances by organizing superior resources, (2) increasing resource guarantees and laying out plans on basic and technical research,(3) strengthening talent cultivation to expand the scale of the multi-level talent team, and (4) building a solid foundation for industrial development and cultivating small-sized leading enterprises.

Transcription factor AP-2γ regulates not only the genetic procedures that control the proliferation and differentiation of trophoblast cells during early embryonic development, but also is the key target in the development of breast cancer, lung cancer, testicular cancer, melanoma and pancreatic cancer, thus affecting the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, paying attention to the regulatory mechanisms of AP-2γ in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.

Purpose: To evaluation the effect of modified triangular flap-secondary healing (MTF-S) on the treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth with full or partial bone impaction., Methods: A total of 207 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were selected in Shaoxing Stomatological Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023. Among them, 86 patients had completely impacted wisdom teeth (group A), and 121 patients had partially impacted wisdom teeth (group B). All patients had bilateral impacted wisdom teeth. One of the wisdom teeth was removed first and was sutured with triangular flap-primary healing (TF-P). The other wisdom tooth was removed two weeks later and was sutured with MTF-S. Patients in groups A and B were divided into two subgroups based on suture methods, with TF-P used for group A1 and B1, and MTF-S used for groups A2 and B2. Perioperative indicators, including surgical time, root loss rate, and completeness of extraction sockets were recorded; Postoperative complications of four groups, including pain, swelling, and limited mouth opening were compared. SPSS 22.0 software package was used for statistical analysis., Results: The surgical time of group A1, A2, B1 and B2 was (17.69±3.28), (18.22±3.06), (12.37±3.72) and (12.64±4.13) minutes, respectively. The surgical time of group A1 and A2 was significantly longer than that of group B1 and B2 (P＜0.05). Seven days after surgery, the VAS scores of group A1, A2, B1 and B2 were (1.17±0.34), (0.93±0.29), (0.48±0.15) and (0.76±0.21), respectively. The VAS scores of group B1 and B2 were lower than those of group A1 and A2, and group A2 was lower than group A1 and B2 was higher than group B1 group(P＜0.05). On the 1st day, 3rd day, and 7th day after surgery, the swelling degree in group A1 was greater than that in group B1, and the swelling degree in group B1 was greater than that in group A2 and B2(P＜0.05); while the limitation of mouth opening mouth in group A2 and B2 was lower than that in group A1 and B1, and the limitation of opening mouth in group B2 was lower than that in group A2(P＜0.05)., Conclusions: Compared with partially impacted wisdom teeth, the extraction of completely impacted wisdom teeth has a longer surgical time. For completely impacted wisdom teeth, MTF-S is beneficial for reducing postoperative pain, swelling and mouth opening limitations. For partially impacted wisdom teeth, MTF-S is beneficial for reducing postoperative swelling and mouth opening limitations, but the effect is not significant in reducing patient pain.

Objective: To analyze the clinical features of juvenile ossifying fibroma in nasal root and to compare different surgical methods. Methods: Seven cases of juvenile ossifying fibroma occurring in the nasal root were treated via surgery, 5 cases were resected under nasal endoscopy guided by Image Guidance System-based electromagnetic navigation, and 2 cases were resected by lateral nasal butterfly incision. Postoperative follow-up included endoscopy and CT scan of the sinuses. Results: The pathological results of 7 patients were consistent with juvenile ossifying fibroma. Follow-up period ranged from 6 to 45 months, and there were no recurrence or surgical complications. Conclusion: Surgery is the only effective treatment. Endoscopic sinus surgery with image navigation and lateral nasal butterfly incision resection has been deemed available. Objective: To investigate the effects of microRNA-519b-3p (miR-519b-3p) on laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cell growth, and to analyze the underlying molecular mechanisms., Methods: The effects of miR-519b-3p on the growth and cell cycle of Hep-2 cells transfected with miR-519b-3p mimic were tested by MTT assay and flow cytometry, respectively. The mRNA and protein expressions of the related genes were tested by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot, respectively. The expressions of miR-519b-3p were tested by real-time RT-PCR in 48 pairs of laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissue samples., Results: The expression of miR-519b-3p in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significant lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (S(ΔCt) = 2.989, t = 2.693, P < 0.01) . Increasing the level of miR-519b-3p inhibited significantly Hep-2 cell proliferation, arrested the cell cycle in the G2/M phase (10.29% ± 4.63%, t = 4.395, P < 0.05) , and decreased significantly the percentage of cells in the S phase (7.56% ± 2.05%, t = 3.555, P < 0.05) , with the increase in the expression of cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) 1 and the decrease in the expressions of CDK 2 and Cyclin A. RT-PCR and Western blot showed that miR-519b-3p down-regulated the protein but not mRNA expressions of HuR and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) genes., Conclusions: The expression of MiR-519b-3p as carcinoma suppressor gene is low in laryngeal carcinoma. The cell cycle of Hep-2 cells was arrested in the G2/M phase by MiR-519b-3p.

The basement membrane (BM) is crucial in regulating the physical and biological activities of esophageal epithelial cells which attach to the underlying BM. In order to simulate the natural construction of BM, we prepared the fibrous scaffolds using biodegradable polylactide (PLA) and silk fibroin (SF) as the materials via electrospinning technology. BM's proteins containing collagen (IV), laminin, entactin and proteoglycan were extracted from porcine esophagus and coated on the eletrospun fibers. Morphology, mechanical strength, biodegradability and cytocompatibility of the coated and uncoated scaffolds were tested and evaluated using scanning electron micrography, mechanical test system, immunofluorescence assay and western blotting with CK14 as the primary antibody. The fibrous scaffold PLA or PLA/SF, generated from the present protocol had good formation and mechanical and biodegradable properties. After coating with BM's proteins, the scaffold could enhance the growth and differentiation of esophageal epithelial cells, which would contribute to remodel and regenerate the tissue engineered epithelium and further contribute to engineer the whole esophagus in future.

Time-resolved spectra of six kinds of ruthenium polypyridyl complexes [Ru(L)2 (R)]2+ (L = bpy, phen, bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, R = 7-CH3-dppz, 7-F-dppz, dpbpd(NH2)2) bonding to calf thymus DNA in aqueous solution were compared and analyzed by using the three energy level kinetic model. And the effects of the substituent groups on the interaction ways for the ruthenium complexes bonding to DNA were discussed. The result shows that first, the six complexes all show two binding modes on bonding to DNA, i.e. the side-on binding mode and the perpendicular binding mode, and the later one is considered as a main binding way. Second, the properties of substituent groups have an important impact on the relative weight of the two binding modes. The conclusion offers a dynamics argument to study the interaction mechanism for the complex bonding to DNA further.

Objective: To study the stress changes of maxillary central incisor restored with or without fiber post using three dimensional finite element method, and analysis the role of fiber post in determining the stress distribution in dentin., Methods: Three dimensional finite element models of maxillary central incisor with various remaining tooth structure were established by spiral CT, Mimics software and ANSYS software. Test samples were restored with all-ceramic crown and fiber post all-ceramic crown, respectively. The von Mises stress and maximal tensile stress of dentin were recorded., Results: The stress level in dentin of maxillary central incisor restored with fiber post all-ceramic crown was smaller than that restored with all-ceramic crown, the stress distribution of both were similar., Conclusion: The apply of fiber post can reduce the stress level in dentin of maxillary central incisor and decrease the risk of tooth breakage, but not change the stress pattern.

The unfolding of 23kD (P23k) protein isolated from spinach photosystem II particle was studied by high pressure and fluorescence spectroscopy. The thermal equilibrium study indicated that the protein could be totally unfolded by 180 or 160 MPa at 20 degrees C and 3 degrees C, respectively. The standard free energy and standard volume change of the protein for unfolding at 20 degrees C is 23.45 kJ/mol and -150.3 ml/mol, respectively. Kinetics study indicated that at 20 degrees C the activation volume for unfolding, delta V(u)(++), was negative (-66.2 ml/mol), meanwhile the activation volume for folding, deltaV(f)(++), was positive (84.1 ml/mol). The rate constants for folding and unfolding (K(0f), K(0u)) were 1.87 s(-1) and 1.3x10(-4) s(-1), respectively, these results provide some clues to explain why the protein is so sensitive to pressure.

As an eminent representation of nanotechnology, quantum dot (semiconductor nanocrystal) has caught great interests of scientists in physics, chemistry, material science, and biology extensively. Although its application to life science has just been explored, valuable progresses have been achieved in both biomacromolecule labeling and coding recently. The progress in quantum dot synthesis, its spectroscopic and photoelectronic properties, and its potential application to life science are reviewed.
