Quinolone antibiotic residues present a high risk for food safety and have gained widespread attention. Nanomaterials based sensors have the advantages of on-site application, sensitivity, and small sample volume requirement and has attracted significant interest in on-site detection technology research for quinolone antibiotics. This paper introduces the application of optical sensors including fluorescence, colorimetry, SERS, ICA and electrochemical sensors based on diverse nanomaterials in quinolone antibiotics detection and summarizes the characteristics of diverse sensors. The application of nanomaterials including quantum dots and upconversion in optical sensors, as well as those of carbon and metal nanomaterials and redox media in electrochemical sensors are reviewed and evaluated. The objective of this work is to provide new concepts for antibiotics detection in food and the development of sensors.

Objective To investigate the viability of rapamycin-treated rapamycin-treated dendritic cells (DCs) in intervening transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) after infection. Methods 1)The TRALI mouse model was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) combined with anti-H2Kd antibody. The mice anal temperature and the wet/dry ratio of lung, kidney, spleen and brain tissues were measured. 2) Mouse bone marrow-derived DC cells were induced in vitro and treated with rapamycin (10nM) for 24h. 3) Mice were injected with or without rapamycin or rapamycin-treated DC, then injected with LPS intraperitoneally one hour later, finally injected with anti-H2Kd antibody 24 hours later to induce the onset of TRALI. The death situation of the mice was observed and recorded. The condition of mice after the onset of TRALI was analyzed by mouse body temperature, lung wet-dry ratio, and pleural effusion weight and lung histopathological sections. Results By comparing the induction effects of anti-H2Kd antibody solutions with different concentrations and volumes, the mouse model induced by 0.1mg/kg LPS combined with 4.5 mg/kg anti-H2Kd antibody (infusion volume of 100μL) was selected as the TRALI mouse model for this study. After the onset of TRALI, the wet/dry ratio of the lungs could be significantly increased and the body temperature could be significantly reduced in the model mice. After the intervention of TRALI mice with DCs treated with rapamycin, the mortality rate was significantly reduced, and the lung tissue lesions of the mice were significantly improved, whose protection effect was better than that of the rapamycin-treated group. Based on the data from the mobile wind profile radar (MWPR) at Baoshan of Shanghai from July 2018 to June 2019, we have evaluated and analyzed the performance of MWPR in terms of acquisition rate, horizontal wind error and the reliability of wind data under six typical weather conditions. The main results are as follow. (1) The acquisition rate is most affected by turbulence intensity, followed by atmospheric temperature and humidity. It is obviously characterized by diurnal and seasonal variations. In the boundary layer, the acquisition rate in summer and autumn is higher than that in winter and spring. It also features high acquisition rate in afternoon and low acquisition rate in late night and early morning. In free atmosphere, the acquisition rate in winter and spring is higher than that in summer and autumn. Taking the acquisition rate of 80% as the operation admittance standards, the acquisition rate of MWPR within boundary layer reaches the standard. (2) Comparing with L-band radiosonde, the horizontal wind speeds detected by MWPR in all layers are relatively low. In low mode, 34.4% of the horizontal wind speed data are in the range of 2.0 m·s-1 to 6.0 m·s-1 lower. The wind direction deviation data which exceeds ±15åccounts for 48.9% of all the horizontal wind direction data. (3) Qualitative analysis shows that the directivity of vertical velocity detected by MWPR is reasonable. During heavy rainfall, the vertical velocity detected by MWPR is actually the sum of the falling velocity of precipitation particles and atmospheric turbulence velocity. The reliability of horizontal wind data from MWPR is highin typhoon, snowy and other weather days with the characteristic of strong atmospheric homogeneity. On the whole, MWPR can basically meet the needs of daily meteorological monitoring and services in terms of detection performance, but there still lies a certain gap between its wind measurement accuracy and operation admittance standards.

Background Locally advanced gastric cancer mainly includes stage Ⅲ gastric cancer, which is mainly treated with comprehensive therapy. Postoperative recurrence is a key factor affecting the prognosis of patients. Objective To explore the influencing factors of long-term prognosis in patients with stage Ⅲ gastric cancer undergoing D2 radical surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods Gastric cancer patients who underwent D2 radical surgery and adjuvant chemoradiotherapy were collected from the Department of Radiotherapy at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from 2009 to 2014. They were pathologically diagnosed with stage Ⅲ gastric cancer according to the International Union of Cancer (UICC) and American Cancer Federation (AJCC) 8th edition TNM staging system for gastric cancer. All postoperative patients were followed up every 3 months in the first year, every 6 months for the following 2 years, and once a year thereafter. The deadline for follow-up is December 15, 2021. Survival rates of subgroups were compared using Log-rank tests.The influencing factors of overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were compared using Cox proportional hazards regression analysis, and the prediction of clinicopathological features were analyzed by Nomogram. Comparison of survival differences among patients with different pTNM stagings, age, metastatic lymph node radios (LNR), and gastrectomy methods using Kaplan-Meier method. Results A total of 135 qualified patients were included, with a median follow-up time of 10.48 years. Within 5 years, there were 70 cases of recurrence and 62 deaths. The 5-year DFS rate and OS rate were 48.1% (65/135) and 54.1% (73/135), respectively; Within 10 years, there were 74 cases of recurrence and 74 deaths. The 10-year DFS rate nd OS rate were both 45.2% (61/135). The Log-rank test results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in 5-year survival rates among patients with different pTNM stagings, pT stagings, LNRs, cancer nodules, tumor locations, and gastrectomy methods (P50%, OS: HR=1.74, 95%CI=1.03-2.94; DFS: HR=1.73, 95%CI=1.02-2.94), and gastrectomy method (total gastrectomy, OS: HR=2.07, 95%CI=1.22-3.50; DFS: HR=2.02, 95%CI=1.20-3.41) were independent influencing factors for OS and DFS in patients with stageⅢ gastric cancer undergoing D2 radical surgery with adjuvant chemotherapy (P

Duplex stainless steel (DSS) has been widely used in some harsh environments, such as flue gas shedding and seawater desalination, because of its high strength and corrosion resistance. These excellent properties rely on a high alloy content (Cr, Mo, N, etc.) and perfect dual-phase equilibrium. The dual-phase equilibrium mainly includes dual-phase proportion balance, properties balance, and absence of clear secondary phase in the solid solution structure. As one of the main developmental directions of DSS, hyper-duplex stainless steel (HDSS) has attracted much attention in recent years. In this paper, the effects of solution treatment on precipitates, microstructure, and properties of S32707 HDSS were studied by Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation, OM and FE-SEM observation, mechanical properties, and corrosion property tests. The results showed that σ phase and non-equilibrium nitrides were the main precipitates of solution-treated HDSS. When the solution temperature was lower than 1050 ℃, the σ phase precipitated preferentially along the dual-phase boundaries, which significantly reduced the impact toughness of HDSS. When the solution temperature was higher than 1100 ℃, non-equilibrium nitrides precipitated in ferrite grains, and the number of non-equilibrium nitrides increased with an increase in solution temperature. The reason for the non-equilibrium nitride precipitation was that the nitrogen content in the ferrite increased with an increase in temperature. This led to the supersaturation of nitrogen in the ferrite grains during the rapid cooling process. Under such conditions, the finely dispersed non-equilibrium nitrides precipitated in the ferrite grains. With increasing solution temperature, the content of the ferrite increased, the content of austenite decreased, the strength increased, and the impact toughness decreased. The optimal solution temperature of HDSS was 1080‒1120 ℃. Under this condition, the ratio of duplex was close to 1∶1, and the S32707 hyper duplex stainless steel presented excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance.

Objective To investigate the effect of Notch1 gene on the proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy and Akt/mTOR signaling pathway of HepG2 liver cancer cells. Methods Thirty-two cases of liver cancer tissues from patients undergoing liver cancer surgery in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College were selected, and the expression of Notch1 mRNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Notch1 siRNA eukaryotic expression vector was constructed, transfected into HepG2 cells by liposome, RT-qPCR and Western blot were applied to check the interference effect of Notch1, MTT method was used to detect cell proliferation and flow cyto- metry was used to detect cell apoptosis, Western blot was also applied in the detection of apoptosis-related proteins BCL-2, BAX, cleared-caspase-3, autophagy-related proteins LC3B, Beelinl, ATG7, ATG5 and Akt/mTOR signaling pathway related proteins Akt, p-Akt, p-mTOR, p-P70S6K. Results The relative expression of Notch1 gene in primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (1.865±0.791 vs 0.709±0.414) (P＜0.001). After Notch1 siRNA was transfected into HepG2 cells, the expression of Notch1 mRNA and protein in Notch1 siRNA group was significantly lower than that in NC siRNA group and in control group (P＜0.001). The cell proliferation rate of Notch1 siRNA group at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h was significantly lower than that of NC siRNA group and control group (P＜0.001). Forty-eight hours after transfection, the apoptosis rate and Bax level of Notch1 shRNA group were significantly higher than that of NC siRNA and control group, and the expression of Bcl-2 and cleaved caspase-3 were significantly lower than that of NC siRNA group and control group (P＜0.001). The expression of autophagy-related proteins LC3B, Beelinl, ATG7 and ATG5 in Notch1 siRNA group was significantly higher than that of NC siRNA group and control group (P＜0.001). The expression level of p-Akt, p-mTOR, and p-P70S6K in Notch1 siRNA group was significantly lower than those in NC siRNA group and control group (P＜0.001). Conclusions Down-regulation of expression of Notch1 gene can significantly inhibit the proliferation of liver cancer HepG2 cells, induce cell apoptosis, and increase cell autophagy. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.

Objective: To analyze the etiology, triggering factors, clinical characteristics and therapeutic outcomes of erythroderma. Methods: The clinical data of 165 inpatients with erythroderma treated in our department from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: These patients included 116 males and 49 females, with mean age of (53.46±18.58) years. Erythroderma secondary to skin disorders, drug allergy and tumors accounted 93.33%, 3.03%, and 1.21%, respectively. The etiologies of the rest cases were unknown. The most common triggering factor was non-standardized use of glucocorticoids. Etiology-based treatment regimens yielded effective rate of 72.73%. Conclusions: Erythroderma occurs mainly in aged males. Psoriasis is the most common cause of erythroderma, followed by eczema. The treatment and prognosis of erythroderma are associated with the primary disease. Etiology-based therapy and symptomatic support can improve the survival rate.

For the inevitable uncertainty and random uncertainty in the process of measuring water quality data with the sensor network,a multi-sensor data fusion method for water quality evaluation based on interval evidence theory was proposed.Considering the precision error of sensor and the abnormalities of measured data,every water quality data measured by sensor was represented by interval number.By calculating the distance between the water quality data and the features of each water quality class,the interval evidence of water quality class was acquired.According to the interval evidence combining rule,a comprehensive interval evidence was obtained by combining the interval evidence of each sensor.Finally,the water quality class was determined based on the comprehensive interval evidence by the decision rule.Experiments show that the proposed method can evaluate water quality class more accurately from the uncertain water quality data.
