Shannxi earthquake network undertakes functions such as earthquake data collection and forwarding, earthquake rapid reporting and cataloging, public information services, and earthquake emergency response. After years of construction and operation, it has developed to a certain level of security and defense capabilities. However, with the continuous development of the public network security industry, problems of different levels in the network structure, security defense, equipment configuration, computer room environment and institutional construction of the Shaanxi earthquake industry network have been discovered. Based on classified security protection evaluation and password application evaluation, we optimized and upgraded Shaanxi earthquake network through reshaping network structure, optimizing equipment configuration, improving institutional mechanisms, upgrading computer room environment etc. It provides a good foundation for the network optimization, technology upgrade, maintenance guarantee, safe operation, and effective management of Shaanxi earthquake network. At the same time, it can provide references for network optimization and upgrading in other industries or units.

Objective To investigate short-term clinical efficacy of autologous leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma(LP-PRP) treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 85 cases of patients with Keligren Lawrence grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ knee osteoarthritis in Peking University First Hospital Taiyuan Hospital (Taiyuan Central Hospital) from 2022 to 2023 were collected for autologous LP-PRP collection and quality assessment using a blood component separator, and all patients were treated with autologous LP-PRP. The degree and function of knee pain were assessed by visual analog scale(VAS) and knee arthritis index scale(WOMAC) at 1, 3 and 6 months after injection. Knee MRI was performed after 6 months of treatment, and the MRI imaging changes before and after treatment were compared. Different influencing factors in the treatment results were grouped and analyzed, mainly including platelet concentration in LP-PRP and K-L grading of knee joint. According to the platelet concentration in LP-PRP, it was divided into three grades, which are low concentration[(1 000)×109/L]; According to the K-L grade of the knee joint, the severity of knee osteoarthritis was divided into three grades: Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ. Osteosarcoma is a malignant tumor with extreme invasiveness and metastasis as well as dismal prognosis. It is critical to rapidly find a unique therapy strategy capable of significantly improving the prognosis of osteosarcoma. Tumor immunotherapy has the potential to reawaken the immune system, restart and sustain the tumor-immune cycle in the body, resulting in the death of tumor cells. CD8+ CTL, CD4+ T cells, NK cells and NKT cells all play critical roles in tumor immunity, while humoral immunity may not only inhibit tumor growth but also enhance it. Researchers have devised various strategies to boost the immune system in recent years based on tumor immune response studies. This paper highlights and examines osteosarcoma immunotherapy from two perspectives: (1) boosting the response of patient's own immune system to the tumor; (2) exogenously improving the patient's immunological function.

Objective: To discuss the replantation of fingertip amputation in lack of availability of intravenous anastomosis., Methods: From November 2009 to November 2010, 86 patients (104 fingers) with fingertip amputation were treated with replantatioin, including 64 males and 22 females, with an average age of 26 years ranging from 2 to 64 years. The time from injury to therapy was from 30 min to 12 h, time of broken finger ischemia was from 2.5 to 12 h. Preoperative examination showed no obvious abnormalities. Four different replantation methods were selectively applied to these 104 amputated fingertips of 86 cases: (1) replantation with anastomosis of single or bilateral proper digital artery in 37 fingers; (2) replantation with arteriovenous bypass in 27 fingers; (3) replantation with exclusive anastomosis of digital artery in 24 fingers; (4) replantation with removing the palmar pocket method in 16 fingers., Results: One hundred and two of 104 amputated fingertips were survived. Among these survived fingers,75 cases (92 fingers) were followed-up for 6 to 24 months. According to the assessment standard of Chinese Medical Association of Hand Surgery, the results were excellent in 52 cases, good in 19, poor in 4., Conclusion: It benefits to expand the indications and improve the survival rate of replantation of fingertip amputation with the correct choice of different replantation methods according to the injury situation of the broken fingertip artery after debridement under the microscope.
