In-bore real-time fuze setting via primer is needed to increase the ammunition first round hitting probability of current large or middle caliber gun. The energy isolation system is designed for isolating the setting energy from the primer firing circuit and the firing energy from the setting circuit by establishing the boundary conditions of the isolation system and giving a set of functions that meets the boundary conditions. An energy isolation system for a specific kind of firing energy is designed by setting the parameter values of the functions. The isolation system has been experimentally proved to successfully isolate the firing energy and the setting energy. The firing energy loss on isolation system is very small. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to evaluate the isolation efficiency of shock isolation system using energy method, two degrees of freedom mechanical model of shock isolation system consisting of human body and protective structure was introduced. The energy responses of the model due to the excitation of explosion and shock wave were solved. A new evaluation method of shock isolation efficiency was proposed based on the energy transferred to body, which was named the energy transfer ratio. By inputting the half-sine impulse acceleration composed of different peak values and duration time, the energy responses, acceleration transfer ratio and energy transfer ratio of the two degrees of freedom shock isolation system were simulated. According to the results of many numerical examples, the relationship of input and output was studied. The influence rules of the input total energy on the isolation efficiency were obtained. Numerical results illustrate that energy analysis method can reflect the inherent characteristic of the shock isolation system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Young leaves of Kabuli chickpea as well as soybean Xiangdou No.3, which are the current plants that studied in our laboratory were selected as materials. Effects on protoplasts yield and survival rate of different enzyme combination, concentration of D-Mannitol in enzyme combinations, pH of enzyme combinations and enzymolysis time are detected. The results showed that, the best condition for Xiangdou No.3 leaf protoplasts isolation is to rotate the cut materials for 6 hours in enyzme solution under temperature of 27 ℃ and rotate speed of 45 r/min for 6 h. Onozuka R-10 (0.5%), Hemicellulase (0.8%), Macerozyme R-10 (0.8%) in combination with Pectolyase Y-23 (0.4%) dissolving in CPW solution with MES (0.1%) and Mannitol (10%), pH 6.0 was found best for protoplasts isolation of Xiangdou No.3 leaves.The best condition for protoplasts isolation of Kabuli chickpea is to put the cut materials into enzymatic hydrolysate enzymolyse for 7 to 8 hours under temperature of 27 ℃ and rotate speed of 45 r/min on water bath shaker, the optimum combination of enzyme consists of Onozuka R-10 (0.5%), Hemicellulase (0.8%), Macerozyme R-10 (0.8%), MES (0.1%) and Mannitol (10%) dissolved in CPW solution with pH 4.8. The protoplasts prepared with the methods above are used in subcellular location and the effects show well.
