With the increase of new energy penetration, the power balance and frequency stability problems brought by its randomness, intermittency and volatility has become increasingly serious. It is difficult to cope with these problems only by traditional centralized power plants. Flexible resources in the power systems should also bear a part of the responsibility for the balance of power and energy. Virtual power plant (VPP) can aggregate a large number of distributed flexible resources with different characteristics, participate in the electricity markets as a whole and accept the dispatch of the grid, and provide important support for the real-time power balance of the power systems. The development of VPPs should be based on a large number of flexible resources, advanced communication and dispatching/control technologies, and efficient business models and good market policies. The operation of VPPs can be attributed to the energy flow of the energy network, the information interaction of the information network and the value transfer of the value network. Therefore, based on the three-layer network architeciture of “energy-information-value”, the operation modes and control schemes of different types of VPPs were analyzed, and the idea of “three flow separation-convergence” for VPP architecture design was proposed. The findings provide useful guidance for the design, construction and operation of VPPs.

This research used the newly developed tool of ICEEMDAN (improved complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise) to decompose the Baidu index among 336 prefectural-level administrative units in China. Then this paper constructed directed networks to compare with undirected networks by analyzing the evolutionary characteristics of urban hierarchy structure, node asymmetry, spatial organization, and structural complexity in information networks between 2014 and 2019. The results show that: ① A large amount of noise interference exits in intercity Baidu search data, and noise reduction processing is necessary. After noise decomposition, the long-term trend data can better reveal the evolution characteristics of nodes. ② Considering the significant asymmetry of the information network, directed network analysis is a more effective method than undirected network analysis to identify the difference between node characteristics and their trends. ③ Node degree centrality shows a disproportional growth path, demonstrating growth dominance shifting from in-degree to out-degree at different stages. ④ Dominant flow analysis sheds light on two spatial organization patterns in the information network. One pattern is on the national scale, with disassortative network and scale-free network features. The other is on urban agglomerations and provincial scales and features assortative network and small-world network properties. The information network organization is a complex process, especially with the differences in long distance and geographic proximity interactions as two patterns indicate. This illustrates the characteristics of the spatial organization of two models, the Center Place Model and the Network Model, as well as the interaction between cyberspace and physical space. Based on the methods of Fourier decomposition, correlation analysis and Liang-Kleeman information flow, the interaction between intensity and rainfall of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) is studied using the best track data of Shanghai Typhoon Institute (STI) of China Meteorological Administration (CMA), Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) satellite 3B42 rainfall estimation data of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and ERA5 reanalysis data of European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) with 0.25°×0.25° grids. The results show that the rainfall of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) has obvious characteristics of asymmetry, and it is mainly located in the west side of the typhoon center. The rainfall of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) increases significantly twice during the whole life cycle, which corresponds to the intensification period. The information flow analysis shows that the rainfall of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) is affected by the intensity of typhoon itself, whereas the rainfall can also feedback on the latter. Compared with the influence of typhoon intensity on rainfall, the information flow from rainfall to typhoon intensity decreases by nearly an order of magnitude, indicating that the typhoon intensity plays a dominant role in the interaction relationship. The possible mechanism by which the typhoon intensity affects rainfall are analyzed by diagnosing the water vapor and dynamic conditions respectively. In terms of water vapor conditions, the convergence area of vertical integral of moisture flux corresponds well to the rainfall. The intensification (reduction) of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) partly results in the enhanced convergence (divergence) of vertical integral of moisture flux in the southwest of the typhoon center, which brings more (less) rainfall in this region. In addition, the South China Sea and the Western Pacific water vapor transport channel have obvious response to the changes of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) intensity. In terms of dynamic conditions, the strong center of vertical helicity in the middle and lower layers is mainly located in the west side of the typhoon center, indicating the rainfall area. The intensification (reduction) of Typhoon Rammasun (1409) leads to the increase (decrease) of absolute vertical helicity on the west side of the typhoon center, thus promotes (inhibits) the development of upward movement to a certain extent, resulting in more (less) water vapor condensation and rainfall.

Aiming at the problem of complex and discrete parallel relationships among flexible units in the scheduling process of flexible production lines, a Petri net model applicable to the scheduling study of flexible production lines was proposed, taking the flexible production lines of machine tool holders as an example. Firstly, the composition structure of Petri net was analyzed, and the delay function of flexible unit variation was designed. Then, the production scheduling relationship of each flexible unit in the production line was analyzed, and the modular Petri net model of flexible unit was established. With the rise of the fifth-generation communication technology and the advent of the smart media era, the main front for international communication has shifted from traditional media to the Internet. Statistics show that China has the largest number of Internet users in the world, but the amount of information traffic on the Internet in Chinese is relatively small, and the gap with the amount of information traffic in English is particularly wide. The history of the development of the Internet in China is reviewed and divided into four eras, namely the Internet information traffic 1.0 era (1987-2001), the Internet information traffic 2.0 era (2001-2008), the Internet information traffic 3.0 era (2008-2017), and the new era of Internet information traffic (2017-present). The reasons for the lack of Chinese information flow in different eras include the pivotal position of English in the global language network, the Matthew effect formed by Internet giants, the high threshold and cost for individuals to build independent websites, and the decline of traditional websites in the era of mobile Internet, etc. It is thus recommended to soundly build an international communication system for all media, increase support for Internet enterprises going abroad, focus on the young generation abroad, cultivate key opinion leaders, and vigorously strengthen international Chinese education. With the situation that the content of the communication between the nodes in the network is unknown,an instruction flow mining algorithm based on the communication sequence was proposed.Firstly,by modelling the relativity of the communication actions and proposing the node communication actions model,the background communication and instruction communication actions was modelled.Moreover,FlowMine algorithm was proposed to solve such models and the convergence of the algorithm was analyzed.The algorithm estimated parameters by sampling and iteration which obtained a near optimal solution.Finally,the validity of the approach was verified by synthetic data and empirical data analysis.Experiment results show the convergence and reliable performance of FlowMine algorithm.

In order to avert the drawback of traditional information flow integrity analysis on ignoring the specific system architecture and associated attack events, an integrity threat tree to quantify the integrity of the system information flow, and the conditional trigger gate to model the associated attack events were proposed. The attack cost was used to quantify the degree of difficulty on attacking each channel. According to the architecture-related integrity threat tree, the minimum attack cost and corresponding target channel set required to achieve the attack target were solved by using the satisfiability modulo theories. The practicality of our approach was demonstrated by the modeling and analysis of the actual flight control system models, and the influence of the conditional trigger gate parameters on the system integrity was discussed.

In order to improve the target performance and improve the number of targets that can be optimized simultaneously in the network, a virtual network mapping algorithm in the network information flow is established. In the underlying information network, physical sorting is performed according to the mapping capability of the resource information nodes, the allocation criteria of the information flow are established, and the mapping resource allocation processing in the network information flow is completed. The PSO mapping operator is defined by describing the virtual network, and it serves as a standard to analyze the global mapping capabilities of virtual networks and implement the virtual network mapping algorithms in network information flows. The experimental results show that the maximum target performance parameter of the network exceeds 1.40 after applying the virtual mapping algorithm, and the target number of optimization processing per unit time is close to 9.80×1013T. System runtime environment and multiple external factors together with internal multi-entity information flow mutual interference can break system credibility, and result in unexpected outputs. Existing research mainly aims at the integrity measurement of entities under the initialized trusted hardware environment, failing to consider the trusted influence brought by the confidentiality, and the frequency of the trusted measurement of entities cannot be synchronized with the progress. We propose a multilevel dynamic trusted measurement model based on information flow theory. By using the basic idea of intransitive noninterference theory of information flow as reference and introducing a trusted proxy module, we design a multilevel security access control policy, hence the trusted measurement of entities can be measured dynamically from aspects of entity integrity and confidentiality. We describe the formal description and trusted proof of the model and verify the model through an abstract system example. The cause of the communication network overload in the intelligent substation is analyzed. Based on the analysis, several typical information flows are classified according to the transmission mechanism and with the real-time requirement. In view of the shortcomings of the existing information flow queue scheduling strategy in the intelligent substation, combined with the scheduling strategy of weighted fair queuing ( WFQ) , an integrated scheduling strategy (ISS) is proposed for information flow of substation communication network. Taking the communication network topology of typical D2-1 type substation as the research object, simulation and comparative analyses are made on the integrated scheduling strategy (ISS) and the strict priority strategy (SPQ) proposed by using the OPNET simulation platform. Current study on trusted release policies of confidential information focused on WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and WHO dimensions. Each of them tends to address only one aspect of information release and has some limitations. Hence, it is desirable to combine defense along different dimensions. A trusted release policy combining WHAT, WHERE and WHO dimensions is proposed. The key idea of WHAT dimension of the policy is that attacker is not allowed to increase observations about confidential information by causing misuse of the declassification mechanism. WHERE dimension of the policy controls confidential information is declassified only through the declassification statement, and WHO dimension of the policy prevents the attacker from influencing whether confidential information is released. This release policy has finer granularity of controlling the release of confidential information and can resist the information laundering attack better.
