First, a router selecting based algorithm on location diversity and RTT was proposed; then a hierarchical location-diversity-based low-delay anonymous communication framework was presented.The framework’s security was analyzed and an evaluation algorithm for security was presented. In the end, a simulation experiment and result analysis was given. The theoretic analysis and simulation experiment indicate that the HLLACF based on the mechanism can prevent AS-level passive attack and other familiar attacks well while decreasing commnunicaton delay, and HLLACF also scales well.

A group-based semantic search method-GBSS was presented.With regard to architecture,GBSS introduced a hybrid architecture in which the storage and search of raw data was based on DHT network,but the storage and search of meta-data was based on unstructured P2P network.With regard to search algorithm,GBSS presented a file grouping method without users’ description and constructs friend relations between nodes based on search interests and sharing files.The design idea came from some conclusions of P2P researches and complex network researches.The forwarding of user requests came use of friend relations in search process,which integrated effective caching strategy.The simulation tests prove that the GBSS algorithm is efficient,stable,and the performance improved times compared with traditional algorithms.

It is widely believed that diversity in network systems and software will decrease the virulence of malicious codes and the domino effect of singlrrepeat attacks. Proposes a survivability based nodeweight diversity deploy algorithm. Starting from node importance, the algorithm assigns distinct software to all nodes. The algorithm can guarantee the minimal impact of a single node on the network systems as well as achieve high survivability of the core nodes. Sequence stratigraphic framework and coal accumulation in a barrier coast system were analyzed for the Permo-Carboniferous of Benxi-Taiyuan Formation in SW Shandong Province of China. A total of 5 types of key interface, i. e. regional unconformity, shifting surface of transgression, bottom of paleosol, flooding surfaces and surface of regional forced regression were recognized. Consequently, the studied coal measures were delineated into 17 parasequences (2 types of parasequences), and 2 third-order sequences. The sequence stratigraphic results suggest that coal accumulation is largely controlled by the high-frequent base level (relative sealevel) fluctuations, and the coals deposited are generally thin with multistoried pattern. The coal accumulation is mainly focused on the transitional zones between barrier island and tidal-fiat, then decreases towards lagoon. It is suggested that the peat deposition is dominantly controlled by the residual accommodation and the rate of the accommodation increase (rate of the base level rise). The accommodation change was analyzed considering various aspects such as absolute sea-level change, basin subsidence and diagenesis of underlying sequences. The coal accumulation model for the barrier coast under sequence stratigraphic framework was also proposed based on the residual accommodation changes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The effects of polyether sulfone (PES) microplastics and 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) on the loosely-bound extracellular polymeric substances (LB-EPS) and tightly-bound EPS (TB-EPS) of anaerobic granular sludge were investigated. In addition, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the changes in the microbial community and gene functions in the anaerobic granular sludge. The results revealed that the chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal rates of the 2,4-DCP and PES+2,4-DCP experimental groups were 35% and 37%, which were 57% and 55% lower than that of the blank control group, while the COD removal rates of the PES experimental group remained around 90%. After the addition of the PES microplastics and 2,4-DCP, the protein and polysaccharide contents in the LB-EPS decreased compared with the control group, and the polysaccharide content in TB-EPS increased the least. In presence of the PES microplastics and 2,4-DCP, the activity of coenzyme F 420 was inhibited. Through high-throughput sequencing, the microbial richness and diversity of the anaerobic granular sludge in the experimental group were reduced with the addition of the PES microplastics or 2,4-DCP. In the control group and the experimental group, the dominant bacteria at the phylum level were Proteobacteria (13.45%-44.47%), Firmicutes (6.86%-21.67%), and Actinobacteria (3.16%-18.11%). The abundance of β -Proteobacteria in the PES+2,4-DCP experimental group was reduced by 15.28%, while the abundance of γ -Proteobacteria increased by 28.44% compared with the control group. Based on the phylogenetic investigation of the communities using the reconstruction of unobserved states (PICRUSt) analysis, it was found that in the experimental group with the PES microplastics or 2,4-DCP, the genes related to the sludge energy metabolism function were 0.25%-0.72% more than the control group; therefore, the abundance of genes related to the transport function group decreased significantly.
