Phospholipids, a class of polar lipids with complex structure and multiple functions, are composed of glycerophospholipids and sphingomyelins. As an important component of cell membranes, phospholipids are involved in many physiological activities, such as cell signal transduction, lipid droplet formation and cell apoptosis. The transformation, hydrolysis and oxidation of phospholipids impart meat and meat products with unique texture, flavor and nutritional quality. The functional properties of phospholipids vary with their polar groups and the type of fatty acids at the sn-1/sn-2 positions, and lipidomics provides powerful technical support for the structural confirmation and characterization of phospholipids. In this article, the structures and functions of phospholipids and the methods for their detection and analysis are reviewed with a focus on recent progress in research on how phospholipids are involved in intramuscular fat deposition in farm animals and regulate the quality of fresh meat and processed meat products, in order to provide references for precise regulation of the quality of livestock and poultry meat.

In this work, black sesame melanin was used as template and reducing agent to prepare a melanin-nanoselenium complex. The preparation process was optimized, and its structure and morphology were characterized. Also, its antioxidant capacity in vitro was tested, and its protective effect on oxidative damage of red blood cells and EAhy926 endothelial cells was evaluated. Its anticancer activity and biocompatibility were investigated by using lung cancer cell line A549 and shrimp killing experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of melanin-nanoselenium complex were as follows: volume ratio of melanin solution (0.3 mg/mL) to selenium dioxide solution (0.555 mg/mL) 9:5, pH 7, and reaction time 5 h with magnetic stirring (400 r/min). The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed that Se4+ was completely reduced. The results of infrared (IR) spectroscopy indicated that the carboxyl and conjugate structures of melanin might be involved in the reaction. According to the results of characterization by synchronous light scattering, the particle size of the melanin-nanoselenium complex was approximately 200 nm, and it was stable and could be well distributed in water dispersion system. The complex remained stable for 2 h in simulated gastric juice, and was pH tolerant. It could be released slowly in simulated intestinal juice, thus having the potential for long-term sustained release. In vitro antioxidant results showed that the scavenging capacity against 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical cation and total reducing power of the complex were significantly better than those of selenium dioxide. The complex significantly inhibited hemolysis of red blood cells and oxidative damage of EAhy926 endothelial cells induced by hydrogen peroxide, and had inhibitory activity on lung cancer cells. The toxicity of this complex was weaker than that of selenium dioxide, whose semi-lethal concentration (LC50) values were 347.393 and 19.781 µg/mL, respectively. This study is meaningful for guiding further research on melanin resources and the preparation of melanin-nanoselenium complex, and also provides a theoretical basis for the use of melanin-nanoselenium complex as a dietary selenium supplement.

Objective: Analyzed the workspace of 6-DOF food handling robot and planed the motion trajectory, so as to provide basis for the layout of food handling platform in workstation and the motion control of robot. Methods: Composition and structure of the robot were analyzed, the kinematics model was established, and the kinematics model was verified by MATLAB. Based on this, the workspace of the robot was modeled and solved, the working area of the robot was obtained, and the reasonable layout position of the food handling table was given; combined with the requirements of food handling task, a three-stage quintic polynomial interpolation method was proposed for robot end trajectory planning. The effectiveness of this method was verified by MATLAB simulation and experiment. Results: The reasonable layout space of the food handling table was the area of z＞0 mm and 200 mm＜r＜500 mm. The method of three-stage quintic polynomial trajectory planning can make the robot perform the food handling task smoothly, and increase the accurate control of the point position, speed and acceleration of the robot. Conclusion: The method of three-stage quintic polynomial trajectory planning is effective for the robot to perform the food handling task.

A brief introduction to the composition of the bath solution for electroplating hard chromium was given.Besides, the requirements for quality control of chromium plating bath solution were put forward from three aspects of bath solution preparation, analysis and daily management to ensure the stability and reliability of bath solution, which would guarantee the quality of hard chromium plating for parts.

In order to remove tannin from fruit juice efficiently and improve the quality of fruit juice, the deastringency process of the Aronia melanocarpa juice was optimized by ultra-high pressure collaborative enzymolysis method. The effects of tannase addition, enzymolysis pressure and enzymolysis time on deastringency rate and anthocyanin retention rate were studied by single factor test. The deastringency process was further optimized by response surface test. The results show that the best parameters of deastringency process are as follows: tannase addition 0.1%, enzymolysis pressure 260 MPa,and enzymolysis time 10 min. Under these conditions, the deastringency rate of the juice is 89.08%, and the retention rate of anthocyanin is 99.91%. The ultra-high pressure collaborative enzymolysis method can not only remove most tannins, but also retain anthocyanins to the maximum extent. [Objectives] During the discharging of ship-used steam power,steam jet condensation was a common physical process. In order to fully grasp the fundamental physical phenomena within steam submerged jet and condensation under open space,CFD simulation with Mixture multiphase model was carried out.[Methods] With the experimental results,heat transfer model was modified. Vapor volume fraction 0.95 was regarded as the critical value to measure the length of plume. Spatial distribution of plume,velocity,temperature and pressure fields for steam submerged jet and condensation under different inlet pressure and condensed water temperature conditions were studied.[Results] Simulation results show that different initial state would affect the plume shapes. Within stable steam submerged jet and condensation,a relatively lower temperature area is appeared in the core of plume. Pressure distribution along the axial direction is present in a fluctuating form,verifies the existence of the expand-compress wave inside the plume,amplitude and spatial wavelength of the pressure fluctuation are increased with increasing inlet pressure.[Conclusions] Study in this paper could provide guidance for the optimal design of steam submerged jet and condensation.

In order to explore the effect and mechanism of polyphenol of Penthorum chinense Pursh. on improving insulin resistance, the ethyl acetate phase of the stem of Penthorum chinense Pursh. (PSE) was used as the research material, and the 3T3-L1 adipocyte differentiation model was established. The accumulation of lipid droplets and the expression of key enzymes of fatty acid synthesis in adipocytes were observed by measuring the content of triglyceride and total cholesterol. Oil red O and Nile red staining results showed that the lipid droplets in the differentiated adipocytes were significantly increased compared with the control preadipocytes, and the treatment of PSE could significantly inhibit lipid accumulation. Western Blot results showed that PSE could improve insulin resistance by activating the PI3K- Akt/GSK-3β signaling pathway and up-regulating the expression of p-ACC, CPTla, PGC-1α and PPARa, which control lipolysis and fatty acid oxidation. PSE also downregulated CD36, FASn, and SREBPlc proteins that regulate lipid synthesis. In summary, PSE can improve insulin resistance by activating the PI3K-Akt/GSK-3p signaling pathway, and at the same time, promote lipid decomposition, and inhibit fat synthesis. Objective To explore the method of apically positioned flap technique (APFT) on buccal keratinized gingiva reconstruction around dental implants and evaluate its clinical outcomes and technical characters. Methods 13 patients, who were insufficient of buccal keratinized gingiva around dental implants but sufficient with alveolar ridge crest tissue or palatal tissue at posterior maxillar, were enrolled in this study. APFT was operated during the phase Ⅱ surgery, by which some tissues were transferred from the alveolar ridge crest or palatal side to the original site of kera⁃ tinized gingiva. Before APFT surgery and 1, 6 and 12 months after crown restoration, the width and thickness of trans⁃ ferred tissues were measured, gingival index (GI) and bleeding on probing (BOP) were also detected. The results were applied to comparative t⁃test statistical analysis. Results Transferred tissues by APFT showed healthy one month after crown restoration and exhibited characters of keratinized gingiva compared with the adjacent teeth at 6 and 12 months after restoration. Mean value of width of transferred tissue were respectively (3.25 ± 0.40) mm, (3.04 ± 0.34) mm and (2.97 ± 0.32) mm, meanwhile the thickness were respectively (2.05 ± 0.20) mm, (1.91 ± 0.23) mm and (1.84 ± 0.25) mm. The value of width and thickness of the adjacent teeth gingiva were (3.19 ± 0.42) mm and (1.96 ± 0.23) mm respec⁃ tively. No significant differences were found between transferred tissue and adjacent teeth gingiva on width and thick⁃ness (P＞0.05). Observation results of GI and positive rate of BOP of transferred tissue were also similar to which of gin⁃ giva of the adjacent teeth. Conclusion Technique of apically positioned flap is an effective measure on buccal keratin⁃ ized gingiva reconstruction.

In order to select oil displacement agents with stronger adaptability for different formations and reduce the adsorption loss of clay minerals on surfactants taking fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene surfactants as an example the static adsorption method was used to study the adsorption law of nonionic surfactants on different clay mineral surfaces and the effects of different EO addition numbers different carbon chain numbers critical micelle concentration and Zeta potential on nonionic surfactants and their adsorption mechanism were discussed. The results show that there is always a positive feedback effect between carbon chain length-hydrophobicity-adsorption amounts during the adsorption procees; the relationship between EO addition number-hydrogen bondandhydrophobicity-adsorption amounts depends on the relationship between hydrogen bond strength and hydrophobicity strength. Which is concluded that lauryl polyoxyethylene ether-- is a nonionic surfactant with good anti adsorption property and it also provides a basis for the selection of chemical agents in the tertiary oil recovery process. The MEMS piezoelectric vibratory platforms, as the new candidate for recalibration platforms, could provide the on-chip physical impulse environment to recalibrate the accelerometers by providing a continuous and stable acceleration signals. However, the piezoelectric material used for actuation exhibited clear hysteresis characteristics which seriously affected the stability and the continuity of the harmonic vibration signals. According to the vibratory platform vibration performance, a piezoelectric hysteresis model was established based on polynomial fitting, and the control of platform and compensation of acceleration were realized by combining the feedforward controller and feedback controller. The experimental results show that the maximum acceleration error is reduced from 1.3g to 0.05g under the driving conditions of 10 V (317 Hz) sinusoidal voltage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Optical microscope was used to explore fiber morphology both in the upper and lower sides of one year-old branches among four upright and pendulous varieties by the H2 O2-CH2 COOH maceration.The results were as fol-lowed:the length of fiber in the lower side of the upright branches at the bottom was longer than the upper side sig-nificantly,the length of fiber in the upper side of the pendulous branches at the bottom was longer than the lower side significantly.There were no significant differences in other positions;the fiber diameter at different positions among four varieties indicated no significant differences separately.The results showed that the diferences of fiber size effects shoot development of Prunus mume. To improve the scientific management level and effluent quality of a municipal wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) , the relationship between the phosphorus removal approach and operating parameters of the A/A/O technology was analyzed by sampling and analyzing samples from the treatment technology process of a WWTP in Beijing, and also the phosphorus material balance was assessed for the sewage treatment system. The results showed that the denitrifying phosphorus removal played remarkably a role for phosphorus removal in the anoxic zone of A/A/O process. The absorption of phosphorus in anoxic zone had exceeded the quantity in the oxic zone. The nitrate concentration in the returned nitrifying liquid had an influence on the denitrifying phosphorus removal. The relationship between phosphorus removal and sludge load, sludge retain time (SRT) showed negative correlation. When the sludge load was about 0. 15 kg/( kg ⋅ d)and the SRT was about 10 - 12 d in A/A/O process, the phosphorus removal rate was up to 88%. There was also a negative correlation relationship between the phosphorus accumulation and the sludge emission capacities in the wastewater treatment system. When the sludge emission capacities were controlled to 2.0 - 2.5 percent inflow of the treatment plant, the phosphorus removal efficiency could be kept on stable and economic status. Magnetic fluid seal is one of the most mature applications of magnetic fluid. It is found that the anti-pressure capacity of the static or dynamic magnetic fluid seal may rise over time. If it is a dynamic seal, the starting torque will increase. These phenomena are investigated through experiment. Then the concept of yield stress of magnetic fluid is introduced to explain qualitatively the phenomena. And the formulas of anti-pressure capacity and torque are improved. The results show that the yield stress of magnetic fluid is the main factor inducing the increase in the anti-pressure capacity and torque of magnetic fluid seal. The greater the yield stress is, the higher the anti-pressure capacity is, and the larger the starting torque is. The results provide a design basis to reduce the starting torque and improve the anti-pressure capacity of magnetic fluid seal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study used Caco-2 cells and normal rats to investigate the in vitro absorption characteristics and in vivo pharmacokinetic characteristics of cannabidiol(CBD) and explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of CBD. The safe concentration range of CBD was determined by the CCK-8 assay, and then the effects of time, concentration, temperature, endocytosis inhibitors, and transport inhibitors on the transepithelial absorption and transport of CBD were assessed. The blood drug concentration was measured at different time points after oral administration in rats for pharmacokinetic profiling, and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated. The Caco-2 cell model of inflammation injury was established with lipopolysaccharide(LPS). The effects of CBD on lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity, transendothelial electrical resistance(TEER), and levels of inflammatory cytokines of the modeled cells were exami-ned, on the basis of which the anti-inflammatory mechanism of CBD was deciphered. The results showed that within the concentration range tested in this study, the CBD uptake by Caco-2 cells reached saturation at the time point of 2 h. Moreover, the CBD uptake was positively correlated with concentration and temperature and CBD could be endocytosed into the cells. CBD could penetrate Caco-2 cells through active transport pathways involving multidrug resistance-associate protein 2(MRP2) and breast cancer resistance protein(BCRP), while the addition of P-gp inhibitors had no effect on CBD transport. Rats exhibited rapid absorption of CBD, with the peak time(t_(max)) of(1.00±0.11) h, and fast elimination of CBD, with a half-life(t_(1/2)) of only(1.86±0.16) h. In addition, CBD significantly ameliorated the increased LDH activity and decreased TEER that were caused by inflammatory response. It maintained the intestinal barrier by down-regulating the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-8(IL-8), interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), thus exerting anti-inflammatory effects.

Carbon emissions from land use changes have become one of the main sources of regional carbon emissions. In order to explore its changes, based on the MCD12Q-LUCC data of MODIS from 2001 to 2019 using the carbon emission coefficient method, clustering, and outlier analysis method, the spatial characteristics of land use carbon emissions in various provinces in China in the past 19 years were discussed from the perspectives of carbon emission economy contributive coefficient, carbon ecological support coefficient, and their coupling and coordination relationship. The results showed that:① from 2000 to 2019, the national land use carbon emissions increased significantly; however, after 2011, the growth rate of carbon emissions became flat, whereas the growth of carbon sinks was relatively slow, and the gap between the two was still large. ② Clustering and outlier analysis showed that during the study period, the high-value agglomeration centers of land use carbon emissions in various provinces and cities across the country shifted from Guangdong, Jiangsu, and other provinces to Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, and other provinces, and the agglomeration status became increasingly obvious. ③ The economy contributive coefficient of carbon emissions in all provinces and cities across the country had the spatial characteristics of being high in the south and low in the north, and the ecological support coefficient gradually developed from high in the west to low in the east, followed by that in the north, and the coupling coordination between the two showed a downward trend. ④ Based on the economy contributive of carbon emissions and carbon ecological support, this study divided the provinces into four categories:low-carbon maintenance area, economic development area, carbon sink development area, and comprehensive optimization area. We also put forward our own development suggestions, striving to achieve carbon neutrality and low-carbon sustainable development.

Objective: To establish an intestinal organoid model that mimic acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) caused intestinal injuries by using aGVHD murine model serum and organoid culture system, and explore the changes of aGVHD intestine in vitro by advantage of organoid technology., Methods: 20-22 g female C57BL/6 mice and 20-22 g female BALB/c mice were used as donors and recipients for bone marrow transplantation, respectively. Within 4-6 h after receiving a lethal dose (8.0 Gy) of γ ray total body irradiation, a total of 0.25 ml of murine derived bone marrow cells (1×10 7 /mice, n =20) and spleen nucleated cells (5×10 6 /mice, n =20) was infused to establish a mouse model of aGVHD ( n =20). The aGVHD mice were anesthetized at the 7th day after transplantation, and the veinal blood was harvested by removing the eyeballs, and the serum was collected by centrifugation. The small intestinal crypts of healthy C57BL/6 mice were harvested and cultivated in 3D culture system that maintaining the growth and proliferation of intestinal stem cells in vitro. In our experiment, 5%, 10%, 20% proportions of aGVHD serum were respectively added into the organoid culture system for 3 days. The formation of small intestinal organoids were observed under an inverted microscope and the morphological characteristics of intestinal organoids in each groups were analyzed. For further evaluation, the aGVHD intestinal organoids were harvested and their pathological changes were observed. Combined with HE staining, intestinal organ morphology evaluation was performed. Combined with Alcian Blue staining, the secretion function of aGVHD intestinal organoids was observed. The distribution and changes of Lgr5 + and Clu + intestinal stem cells in intestinal organoids were analyzed under the conditions of 5%, 10% and 20% serum concentrations by immunohistochemical stainings., Results: The results of HE staining showed that the integrity of intestinal organoids in the 5% concentration serum group was better than that in the 10% and 20% groups. The 5% concentration serum group showed the highest number of organoids, the highest germination rate and the lowest pathological score among experimental groups, while the 20% group exhibited severe morphological destruction and almost no germination was observed, and the pathological score was the highest among all groups( t =3.668, 4.334,5.309, P <0.05). The results of Alican blue staining showed that the secretion function of intestinal organoids in serum culture of aGVHD in the 20% group was weaker than that of the 5% group and 10% of the organoids, and there was almost no goblet cells, and mucus was stainned in the 20% aGVHD serum group. The immunohistochemical results showed that the number of Lgr5 + cells of intestinal organoids in the 5% group was more than that of the intestinal organoids in the 10% aGVHD serum group and 20% aGVHD serum group. Almost no Clu + cells were observed in the 5% group. The Lgr5 + cells in the 20% group were seriously injuried and can not be observed. The proportion of Clu + cells in the 20% group significantly increased., Conclusion: The concentration of aGVHD serum in the culture system can affect the number and secretion function of intestinal organoids as well as the number of intestinal stem cells in organoids. The higher the serum concentration, the greater the risk of organoid injury, which reveal the characteristics of the formation and functional change of aGVHD intestinal organoids, and provide a novel tool for the study of intestinal injury in aGVHD.

The adverse effects of global climate change on human production and life are becoming increasingly prominent. Responding to climate change has become a severe challenge faced by human society, and the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions has gradually become a common action by all countries. Therefore, analyzing carbon emissions through scientific methods has become an important foundation for responding to the national "dual carbon" strategy. This study used provincial-level carbon emission statistics, combined with nighttime light data and population data, and assigned carbon emissions to the grid scale. It also analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics and evolution characteristics of carbon emissions in China in 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2018, as well as the correlation between carbon emissions and the economy. The results showed that:① from 2000 to 2018, the total CO 2 emissions in China continued to grow, but the growth rate slowed over time. The average annual growth rate of carbon emissions dropped from 9.9% in 2000-2010 to 7.4% in 2010-2018. From the perspective of spatial distribution, carbon-free areas were mainly distributed in the northwest uninhabited area and northeast forest and mountainous areas, low-carbon emissions were mainly distributed in the vast small and medium-sized cities and towns, and high-carbon emissions were concentrated in northern, central, eastern coastal, and western provincial capitals and urban agglomerations. ② Carbon emissions had high-value or low-value agglomerations at prefecture-level cities; this agglomeration tended to stabilize as a whole and had strengthened after 2005. Low-low agglomeration areas were mainly distributed in the western contiguous areas and Hainan Island. With economic and social development, low-low agglomeration areas began to fragment and reduce in size; high-high agglomeration areas were mainly distributed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, Taiyuan urban agglomeration, Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations, and Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations, and the scale was gradually strengthened and consolidated; high-low and low-high agglomeration areas mainly appeared in neighboring cities with large differences in economic development levels. ③ Carbon emissions in most parts of China were relatively stable. The areas where carbon emissions had changed were mainly distributed in the peripheral areas of provincial capitals and key cities, and there was a circle structure with no changes in the central urban area and changes in carbon emissions in the peripheral areas. ④ The overall process of urban development in China from 2000 to 2018 followed a shift from "low emission-low income" to "high emission-low income" to "high emission-high income" and finally to "low emission-high income." The growth rate of carbon emissions in China is slowing down. Under the background of the "dual carbon" strategy, different regions face different carbon emission reduction tasks and pressures due to different carbon emission situations. Therefore, the differentiated carbon emissions policy should be implemented by regions and industries.

Cohort study has been greatly considered and widely used in clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in China, but it is seldom applied in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion. This paper introduces the development background, basic concepts, advantages and limitations of cohort study, analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation of acupuncture and moxibustion curative effect and development status of cohort study in the cycle of acupuncture and moxibustion, explores the feasibility and value of such method in clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion and proposes the methodological suggestions on rigorous design, control of selective bias, control of cohort migration and reduction of loss to follow - up, aiming at broadening the new ideas andmethods for clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion.

Objective: To determine the significance of morphology of bone marrow smear for diagnosis of bone marrow involvement in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and to study the morphological characteristics of DLBCL cells involved in bone marrow., Methods: Four hundred and twenty cases of DLBCL diagnosed at Peking Union Hospital from 2006 to 2016 were analyzed and identified., Results: Blinded analysis of bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy data showed involvement in 42 cases on smears (S), in 47cases by biopsy (B) and the in 49 cases by (S+B). There was an excellent correlation between 2 methods diagnosing the bone marrow infiltration of DLBCL independently (κ=0.889). The morphological features of DLBCL cells involved in bone marrow were of medium sizes, round or irregular nuclear. The chromatin presented dark purple rea and coarse granular, and most of them had 1-5 nucleoli. The amount of cytoplasm was moderate with the color of dark blue or greyish blue. Vacuoles and pseudopodia were common., Conclusion: The morphological examination of bone marrow cells has a certain role in the diagnosing bone marrow involvement in patients with DLBCL, and the atypical lymphoid cells making up ≥1% of the total nucleated cells highly suggests the bone marrow involvement in the patients with DLBCL.

To explore famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) doctors' medication rules in treating spermatorrhea based on the medical cases about spermatorrhea collected from Hundred TCM Clinical Doctors of Hundred Years in China and Proven Cases and National Medical Master Test Case. Researchers extracted such data as medicinal and therapies from these cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then,Excle 2010,SPSS Clementine 12. 0 and SPSS 22. 0 were adopted respectively for frequency analysis,association rules analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis. Cluster analysis was carried out by Ochiai algorithm of binary variable data,one of the systematic clustering methods. And principal component analysis was used for factor analysis. Finally,27 medical cases and 41 prescriptions were included in total. The frequency analysis showed that the most common therapy was the astringent therapy( n = 28),which was followed by the tonifying method,tranquilizing method,heat-clearing method,damp-dispelling method and Qiregulating method. The top three kinds of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were Poria,Ostreae Concha and Dioscoreae Rhizoma. The association rules analysis found out 11 association rules of medicine pairs,23 association rules of medicine combinations of the three kinds of herbs and 6 association rules of medicine combinations of five kinds of herbs. Among them,the representatives were Rubi Fructus→Fossilia Ossis Mastodi,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata + Corni Fructus→Dioscoreae Rhizoma,and Pinelliae Rhizoma→Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,which showed the therapeutic characteristics of astringing,tonifying the kidney and replenishing essence,fortifying the spleen and dispelling dampness. Moreover,7 medicine groups with relevance were extracted from the tree map generated by cluster analysis,including " Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma" and " Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmanniae Radix,Bupleuri Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma",which demonstrated the effects of nourishing Yin and purging fire,tonifying and soothing the liver. Besides,totally 12 common factors were obtained according to factor analysis,including 14 drug combinations,like " Amomi Fructus,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex" and " Nelumbinis Stamen,Moutan Cortex,Poria and Scrophulariae Radix",which indicated the compatibility characteristics of tonifying the spleen and purging fire,dispelling dampness and clearing heat. In conclusion,data mining techniques( including frequency analysis,association rules analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis) were used to comprehensively analyze the famous veteran TCM doctors' medication rules in treating spermatorrhea,which was helpful for guiding the clinical practice of treating spermatorrhea in TCM.

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of erythrocyte life span in the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma patients with anemia., Methods: The clinical data of 45 patients with lymphoma diagnosed by Department of Hematology in Beijing Union Hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were collected. The life of erythrocytes was detected by alveolar gas CO test., Results: The incidence of anemia in patients with malignant lymphoma was 46.7%, 40.0% of patients displayed the shorting of blood cell life and the hemolytic status existed in 15.56% of patients. The incidence of anemia was 47.1% in patients with DLBCL. Patients with B symptoms, bone marrow involvement, splenomegaly or LDH increase often accompanied with anemia, but only the splenomegaly and LDH level were significantly negatively correlated with red blood cell life; there was a significant difference in the effects of CHOP ± R regimen and other chemotherapy regimens (R+MINE/FC/SMILE/GDP) on patients with anemia and erythrocyte life span., Conclusion: The incidence of anemia in patients with lymphoma is high, red cell damage or shortened life may be involved in the mechanism of anemia, the use of a strong chemotherapy regimen can significantly shorten the red blood cell life of patients and aggravates anemia.

Promyelocytic leukemia (PML) protein, a tumor suppressor, plays an important role in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) receiving arsenic trioxide (As 2 O 3 ) therapy. APL is a M3 subtype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), which is characterized by expression of PML-RARα (P/R) fusion protein, leading to the oncogenesis. As 2 O 3 is currently used as the first-line drug for patients with APL, and the mechanism may be:As 2 O 3 directly binds to PML part of P/R protein and induces multimerization of related proteins, which further recruits different functional proteins to reform PML nuclear bodies (PML-NBs), and finally it degraded by SUMOylation and ubiquitination proteasomal pathway. Gene mutations may lead to relapse and drug resistance after As 2 O 3 treatment. In this review, we discuss the structure and function of PML proteins; the pathogenesis of APL induced by P/R fusion protein; the involvement of PML protein in treatment of APL patient with As 2 O 3 ; and explain how PML protein mutations could cause resistance to As 2 O 3 therapy.

To improve the quality of the tailings water from a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), a denitrification biofilter (DNBF) with a composite filler composed of a new slow-release organic-carbon source (SOC-F), sponge iron, and activated carbon was tested. Studies were conducted in the combined process of DNBF-O 3 -GAC to explore the efficiency of the advanced removal of nitrogen, phosphorus, and microbial metabolite by using synthetic effluent made from running water and chemicals. Corresponding comparative studies were conducted by using the secondary effluent from the WWTP. The microbial population structure in the biofilm of the denitrification biofilter was analyzed by adopting MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technologies. The results indicated that the combination process achieved high efficiency removal of nitrogen, phosphorus, and microbial metabolite. The average removal rate of NO 3 - -N in the simulated and actual water period reached 88.87% and 79.99%, respectively; the average removal rate of TP reached 87.67% and 65.51%, respectively; and the average removal rate of UV 254 reached 45.51% and 49.23%, respectively. Each processing unit had different functions. The changes in NO 3 - -N, TN, TP, and TFe mainly occurred in the denitrification biofilter, and the removal of UV 254 and the change in the three-dimensional fluorescence intensity mainly occurred in the ozone-activated carbon reactor. The cluster analysis at the genus level indicated that the denitrification system had sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria and heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria. Sulfur autotrophic denitrification increased obviously in the actual water period when relatively lack of carbon sources, and the proportion of Thiobacillus increased from 7.44% to 29.62%. The complementary effect of sulfur autotrophic denitrification and heterotrophic denitrification had extended the use of the new slow-release carbon source.

In order to improve the ability of denitrification and phosphorus removal from reclaimed water, a novel composite filler was prepared using sulfur powder and sponge iron powder, and a comparative experiment was constructed at different HRT(hydraulic retention time) and C/N(carbon-nitrogen ratio) conditions between the novel filler and the composite filler. The results showed that the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal on the novel filler was higher than that on the grain filler (more than 30% higher at HRT=4 h and C/N=1). Moreover, based on the 16S rRNA gene clone library, the denitrification system in the two reactors included sulfur autotrophic denitrification bacteria and heterotrophic denitrification bacteria, while the proportion of sulfur autotrophic denitrification bacteria in the novel filler system was higher. The dominant bacteria in the novel filler and composite filler were Sulfurimonas and Acinetobacter , respectively.

Objective: To investigate whether the trigger effect of human menopausal gonadotropins (hMG) and human chorionic gonadotropins (hCG) attributes to the treatment of unexplainable non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA)., Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data about 282 cases of unexplainable NOA treated in the Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Guizhou Province from January 2010 to May 2017. All the patients underwent trigger treatment by intramuscular injection of hMG at 75 IU 3 times a week for 2 weeks, followed by hCG at 2 000 IU twice a week for another 2 weeks, and meanwhile took vitamin E, Levocarnitine and Tamoxifen as an adjunctive therapy. The treatment lasted 3－12 months., Results: Fifty-eight of the 255 patients that completed the treatment were found with sperm in the semen after treatment, all with severe oligoasthenospermia. Forty-seven of the 58 cases received assisted reproductive technology (ART), of which 18 achieved clinical pregnancy. Semen centrifugation revealed no sperm in the other cases, of which 6 were found with epididymal sperm at epididymal and testicular biopsy after treatment and 3 of them achieved clinical pregnancy after ART. Sperm was found in the semen or at epididymal or testicular biopsy in 64 of the patients after treatment, with an effectiveness rate of 25.1%., Conclusions: Trigger treatment by injection of hMG and hCG combined with adjunctive oral medication has a certain effect on unexplainable NOA.

In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the cellulose-degrading bacteria and denitrifying bacteria, the denitrification and phosphorus removal of solid carbon source of cellulose corncob+sulfur/sponge iron nitrogen and phosphorus removal composite system, abbreviated as SCSC-S/Fe, was analyzed under different temperature conditions, and the surface structure and microbial properties of corncob before and after reaction were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technologies. The results indicated that when temperature increased from 15, 20, 25 to 30℃, the average TN removal rate of the system increased from 78.88% to 92.70%, the average removal rate of TP increased from 82.58% to 89.15%;microbial properties showed that the surface reaction after corncob was dominated by spherical and rod-shaped microorganisms; the proportion of cellulose-degrading bacteria was 11.01% higher at 30℃ than 20℃, and the proportion of denitrifying bacteria decreased by 21.26%. It can be seen that the cellulose -degrading bacteria were more sensitive to the temperature than the denitrification bacteria, and more obviously affected by the temperature.

Aiming at the problem of phosphorus removal in water, Mg/Al-layered double hydroxides (Mg/Al-LDHs) were synthesized via optimized constant pH co-precipitation method, and highly efficient phosphorus adsorbent Mg/Al-layered double oxide(Mg/Al-LDO) was obtained when it was calcined at high temperature. Based on the adsorption characteristics of phosphorus removal, the study combined Zeta potential, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to analyze the changes of isoelectric point, crystal structure and functional group before and after adsorption. In addition, Mg/Al-LDO of phosphorus adsorption mechanism was discussed. The results indicated that using the optimized co-precipitation method in the conditions of Mg/Al=2:1, calcination temperature 450℃, and calcination time 2 h, the Mg/Al-LDO adsorption capacity of phosphate was the best, and the maximum adsorption capacity could reach 176.94 mg·g -1 , which was basically consistent with the theoretical adsorption capacity of 191.57 mg·g -1 , far higher than those of Mg/Al-LDHs and other phosphorus adsorbents. The results showed that the experimental data has the best fitting result with pseudo-second-order kinetics model. The adsorption process was consistent with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. The results of Zeta potential, XRD and FTIR showed that phosphorus adsorption of Mg/Al-LDO was accomplished co-operatively by electrostatic attraction, anion in layer, ions exchange, and surface co-ordination.

In order to improve the phosphorus removal effect in the denitrification and phosphorus synchronous removal process by sulfur/sponge iron composite fillers, the phosphorus removal effect by different fillers with the coupling microorganisms was studied to analyze the denitrifying phosphorus removal mechanism of the microbial coupling sulfur/sponge iron composite fillers. The research result showed that the phosphorus removal ratio of sponge iron/sulfur composite fillers was over 95%, which was increased by 30% as compared to only sponge iron filler. In addition, the effluent TP concentration was reduced to less than 0.1 mg·L -1 . The analysis of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and total iron concentration indicated that the main phosphorus removal system products which were produced in the corrosion and phosphorus removal process of sponge iron were FeOOH, FeS and Fe 4 (PO 4 ) 3 (OH) 3 deposits and dissolved iron ions; FeS and FeOOH which were the hydrolysis products of Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ converted PO 4 3- to Fe 4 (PO 4 ) 3 (OH) 3 by adsorption and deposition so that phosphorus removal could be achieved. After the reactor of microbial coupling sulfur/sponge iron carbon composite fillers became stable, the removal efficiency of TN and TP could reach 90% and more than 83%, respectively; Corrosion of sponge iron and phosphorus removal process could also be promoted by biological iron and H + that was produced in the sulfur autotrophic denitrification process, the system could realize the combination of "heterotrophic synergy autotrophic" composite denitrification and chemical phosphorus removal, and efficient denitrifying denitrification synchronous phosphorus removal process could be achieved in the urban sewage treatment plant.

In order to explore the technological characteristics of the simultaneous removal of phthalate esters (PAEs) as well as nitrogen and phosphorus by the novel technology of three-dimensional biofilm-electrode coupled with iron/sulfur reactor (3DBER-S-Fe), the changes of the total nitrogen (TN),total phosphorus (TP),DBP,DEHP,NO 3 - -N, SO 4 2- and pH value were analyzed under the hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 8 h, 6 h and 4 h respectively. The results showed that 3DBER-S-Fe could remove nitrogen, phosphorus and PAEs effectively. Under the HRT of 8 h, 6 h and 4 h, the removal rates of TN were 80.99%, 78.85% and 64.76%; TP were 65.18%, 67.17% and 43.44%; DBP were 96.72%, 97.32% and 96.53%; DEHP were 91.89%, 81.57% and 74.30%, respectively. There were heterotrophic denitrification, hydrogen autotrophic denitrification and sulfur autotrophic denitrification processes in the 3DBER-S-Fe, the elemental sulfur could compensate for the relative shortage of denitrification electron donor caused by the increase of NO 3 - -N load in the influent as a result of maintaining a high efficiency of the denitrification system when the HRT was shortened from 8h to 4h; the iron ions produced by the corrosion of the sponge iron filler in the system had a sustainable and efficient function of removing phosphorus by precipitation; the 3DBER-S-Fe process combined the interactions of physical adsorption, biological degradation and electrochemical processes which supported its high removal rates of DBP and DEHP under the different HRT conditions.

The antagonistic effect of Bacillus spp. against Fusarium solani was evaluated by living body dual culture and Oxford cup method. The plant growth promoting properties of those strains that had obvious and stable antifungal activity were then tested. The results showed that the living body and bacteria-free fermentation filtrate of strain G10 both had obvious and stable antifungal effect to F. solani. Besides, the strain possessed such growth promoting properties as phosphate solubilization, nitrogen fixation, and production of IAA, amylase and HCN. Strain G10 was classified and identified as B. subtilis by a combination of morphological, physiological and biochemical tests, 16 SrDNA gene sequence analysis and the BBL CrystalTM bacteria identification. To study the effects of sulfur/sponge iron ratio on denitrification and phosphorus removal, a series of static experiments were conducted using different ratios of sulfur and sponge iron. The results showed that the denitrification and phosphorus removal effect of sulfur/sponge iron composite fillers was significantly higher than that of single filler, and sulfur/sponge iron ratio was one of the key factors influencing nitrogen and phosphorus removal by composite fillers. When the volume ratio was equal to or greater than 1:1, the removal efficiency of TN and TP reached 85% and 97%, respectively. The denitrification and phosphorus removal process of the composite fillers both fitted second-order kinetic equation, the denitrification was dependent on heterotrophic denitrification and sulfur autotrophic denitrification; the phosphorus removal was mainly chemical phosphorus removal caused by sponge iron corrosion.

In order to investigate the feasibility of deep denitrification and simultaneous removing phthalate esters (PAEs) in the process of reclaimed water treatment uses three-dimensional biofilm-electrode reactor coupled with sulfur autotrophic deep denitrification technology (3BER-S), the technological characteristics and mechanisms were analyzed based on determining the static adsorption capacity of biofilm cultured active carbon fillers in 3BER-S reactor together with the operation results of dynamic denitrification and simultaneous PAEs removing. The results showed that the average adsorption rates of DBP, DEHP were 85.84% and 97.12% in the biofilm cultured active carbon fillers, the equilibrium adsorption capacities were 0.1426 mg x g(-1) and 0.162 mg(-1) and the time spans of reaching adsorption saturation were 120 min and 60 min, respectively; The existence of PAEs had no obvious effect on denitrification, the reactor effluent concentration of TN was in range of 1-2 mg x L(-1) before and after the addition of PAEs, and the average removal rate of TN reached above 94%; 3BER-S denitrification system showed significant ability in removing PAEs, leading to effluent concentrations of DBP and DEHP of no more than 6 microg x L(-1) with removal rates of above 96%; this was due to the synergistic effect of absorption, biodegradation and electrochemistry. After treatment with 3BER-S technology, DBP and DEHP in simulative municipal secondary effluent met the regulated limitation of The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water Quality Standard for Groundwater Recharge (GB/T 19772-2005).

Objective: To explore the effect of Compound Tongtu Granule (CTG) on intestinal permeability in elderly sepsis patients., Methods: Eighty elderly sepsis patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group by randomized double blinded method, 40 in each group. On the basis of conventional antiseptic treatment program, patients in the experimental group took CTG, while those in the control group took placebos. The dosage for CTG or placebos was 14.3 g each package, one package each time, twice daily for 14 successive days. Patients' abdominal symptoms and signs, levels of serum inflammatory factors (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and procalcitonin), levels of plasma endotoxin, and the intestinal permeability (IP, represented by urinary lactulose/mannitol excretion rate) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment., Results: After 14-day treatment, patients in the experimental group had improved abdominal symptoms, increased frequency of defecation, significantly decreased levels of plasma endotoxin and IP, when compared with the control group (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: CTG could improve the intestinal barrier function in elderly sepsis patients.

Objective: Uur aim was to investigate the association between OSAHS and mean platelet volume (MPV) value., Method: This study included 70 cases with OSAHS in our ward between Jan. 2012 and Jan. 2014, and the OSAHS patients were divided two groups: mild- to moderate group and severe group; 30 age-and sex-matched healthy subjects was in control group. The correlation among the levels of the number of platelets (PLT), MPV, platelet distribution width (PDW) were evaluated in the two groups., Result: PLT count was significantly lower in the severe group than the control group [(202. 8 ± 68. 9] × 10(9)/L, (235. 9 ± 65. 2) × 10(9)/L]; MPV and PDW were significantly higher in the severe group [(10. 9 ± 0. 9), (10. 4±0. 8) fL; (12. 9 ± 1. 9) %, (12. 0 ± 1. 4) %]. There was not significantly difference of MPV between the mild to moderate group and the control group [(10. 7 ± 0. 7), (10. 4 ± 0. 8)fL]., Conclusion: MPV levels are elevated in patients with the severe OSAHS.

Objective: High mean platelet volume (MPV) values are a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Our aim was to investigate the association between nasal obstructive disease and MPV value., Method: This study included 40 patients with nasal obstructive disease and 30 age-and sex-matched healthy subjects as controls. The levels of the number of platelets, MPV, platelet distribution width (PDW) were evaluated and compared in the two groups. Then the MPV was compared in the patients before and after operation in the study group., Result: Platelet count is significantly lower in the study group than the control group [(215.0 ± 47.5) x 10(9)/L versus (237.8 ± 46.2) x 10(9)/L]; MPV and PDW is significantly higher in the study group [(10.7 ± 0.7) fL versus (10.3 ± 0.8) fL]; [(12.9 ± 2.0) % versus (12.0 ± 1.3) %]. Comparing to preoperation, MPV values of the study group is significantly decreased after nasal obstructive operations [(10.7 ± 0.7) fL versus (10.4 ± 0.6) fL]., Conclusion: MPV levels are elevated in patients with nasal obstructive disease, and can be decreased by nasal obstructive operation.

The corncob was pretreated by 1.5% NaOH, 1% H2SO4, 1.5% H2O2 and alkaline hydrogen peroxide (caustic soda solution with 1.5% H2O2) combined with ultraviolet radiation. And the characteristics of carbon released, denitrification and bio-attachment capability of using pretreated corncob as carbon source for denitrification were studied in carbon release and denitrification experiments in laboratory scale. The results showed that the denitrification efficiency and the utilizability of the carbon released by the corncob pretreated by alkali or alkaline hydrogen peroxide were significantly enhanced. Especially, for the alkali pretreatment method, the nitrate removal rate could still maintain higher than 90% after 41 days of denitrification experiments. Therefore, the alkali pretreatment method could improve the carbon release performance of the corncob and is beneficial for microbial adsorption and carbon source utilization.

The quantity and quality of carbon released by four agriculture wastes included of cotton, rice hull, rice straw and corncob was analyzed for selecting a suitable cellulose filter medium as well as the carbon source in advanced denitrification of the reclaimed water. And the long-term denitrification efficiency and bio-attachment capability of four agriculture wastes was contrastively estimated by running denitrification experiments in laboratory scale. The results showed that DOM amount released by corncob was the highest at the beginning, and the DOM quality was also beneficial for microorganism growth and biofilm formation. The running denitrification experiments showed that corncob had better denitrification efficiency than that of other three carbon sources, and 284.544 g nitrate was removed by 2.5 g corncob within 46 days. Cotton and rice hull had better denitrification efficiency than corncob in the early time, but the long-term denitrification efficiency was lower than that of corncob. Rice straw can hardly be used by microorganism so as to have the lowest denitrification. Therefore, corncob was more suitable to be the denitrification biofilter filter medium and the carbon source in advanced denitrification of the reclaimed water.

This study was aimed to investigate the radioprotective effects of recombinant human interleukin-12 (rhIL-12) on monkey hematopoietic system, and to provide experimental evidence for future clinical prophylaxis and treatment for patients who suffered from acute radiation syndrome. In in vitro study, the effect of rhIL-12 in different concentrations (0, 1, 5, 25, 125 and 625 ng/ml) on colony forming capacity of human or monkey bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells was examined in methylcellulose H4434 medium. In in vivo study, the acute radiation syndrome model was established in 11 Rhesus monkeys which received lethal total body irradiation by 6 Gy (60)Co γ in single time irradiation. The irradiated monkeys were randomly divided into 3 subgroups: control group (n = 4) which received subcutaneous PBS injection, rhIL-12 single-dose group (n = 3) which received subcutaneous single injection of rhIL-12 (4 µg/kg) at 2 h after irradiation, and multiple-dose group (n = 4) which received subcutaneous injection of rhIL-12 (1 µg/kg per injection) at 2 h, day 3, 6 and 9 after irradiation respectively. Peripheral blood cells were counted before and after irradiation every other day. The survival status of animals were observed daily. In vitro test results showed that different concentrations of rhIL-12 obviously promoted human and healthy monkeys' bone marrow mononuclear cells to form various hematopoietic progenitor cell colonies, especial CFU-E and CFU-GM. All animals in control group died within 22 d after lethal total body irradiation, average survival time was (20.3 ± 1.2) d. Only one monkey in multiple-dose group died due to anemia on day 17. All monkeys in single-dose group survived. Compared with control group, rhIL-12-administrated monkeys' white blood cell count, hemoglobin level, platelet and reticulocyte counts showed faster recovery from high dose radiation. It is concluded that the rhIL-12 treatment can promote the bone marrow hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell colony formation in vitro and protect lethally-irradiated monkeys. There is an obvious therapeutic effect of rhIL-12 on monkeys suffered from bone marrow failure caused by severe acute radiation exposure.

Near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology based on a portable NIR analyzer, combined with PC-OSC algorithm, EOSC algorithm and generalized regression neural network (GRNN) has been applied to establishing quantitative models for prediction of acidity in 112 orange samples. The obtained results demonstrated that the fitting and the predictive accuracy of the models with EOSC algorithm were satisfactory and the EOSC algorithm was not as susceptible to overfitting the data as PC-OSC algorithm. The correlation between actual and predicted values of calibration samples (Rc) obtained by the EOSC acidity model was 0.888 0, and prediction samples (Rp) was 0.885 6. The RMSEP was 0.081 65. The results proved that the portable NIR analyzer combined with EOSC algorithm and GRNN can be a feasible tool for the determination of acidity in oranges.

The interactions between three proteins (BSA, lysozyme and myoglobin) and three flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol and rutin) were analyzed, using three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry in combination with UV-Vis spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The stabilities of unbound flavonoids and protein-bound flavonoids were compared. The correlation between the interaction and stability was analyzed. The results showed that the hydrophobic interaction was the main binding code in all proteins and flavonoids systems. However, the hydrogen bond has been involved merely in the BSA system. The stability of all three flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol and rutin) was improved by BSA. There was a great correlation between the hydrogen bonding and the stability of the flavonoids in the presence of BSA. It suggested that the protection of BSA on the flavonoids was due to the intermolecular hydrogen bonding between BSA and flavonoid, and the stronger hydrogen bonding resulted in more protection.

The resistivity, complex resistivity and complex permittivity of the chrome-contaminated soil were studied. Under the different pollution concentration and water content in the soil samples conditions, the relations between the resistivity, complex resistivity and complex permittivity of the chrome-contaminated soil and water content and the concentration of pollution were analyzed. When adding chrome pollution with different concentrations and water content, the experimental results show that the resistivity and complex resistivity of all the soil samples decreased with the pollution concentration and water content increased; but the phase of complex resistivity, which reflects the soil's capacitance, decreased below the 20 kHz and increase above the 20 kHz frequency. The real part and imaginary part of complex resostivity increased with the increase of pollution concentration and water content. The concentration of chrome pollutions and water content were the two main factor to determine the soil electrical characteristics.

Objective: This study aimed to inspect the hypothesis that obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) was commonly worse in REM sleep than in NREM sleep stage, and also to analyze the relevance with the risk factors of OSAHS., Method: One hundred eighteen patients diagnosed as OSAHS by overnight polysomnography (PSG) were studied retrospectively. The severity of OSAHS in REM versus NREM sleep was compared. Then the patients were divided into two groups: AHI(REM) > or = AHI(NREM) group, and AHI(REM) < AHI(NREM) group, and the two groups were compared in age, sex, BMI, AHI, AHI supine, oxygen desaturation and duration of apnea., Result: There was no significant difference between AHI(REM) and AHI(NREM). AHI(REM)/AHI(NREM) was 1.0 +/- 0.5. A higher AHI NREM than AHI REM group was found in 55.9% of the 118 patients with OSAHS. There were no differences between the clinical and PSG founding of two groups., Conclusion: The severity of OSAHS is not greatly influenced by sleep stage.

Objective: To observe the change of expression in quantity of AMPA receptor subunit GluR2 and mEPSCs from monocular derivated rats. The preparative work was conducted for the further study on mechanism involved in regulation and control of the visual development plasticity., Methods: It was an experimental study. Forty 14 d healthy Wistar rats were divided into two groups randomly; twenty in each group which were divided into two groups (I, II) and derivated monocular in experiment group (group I), and then were killed at a week later. ForIA and IIA 5 microm thick section was cut from tissue of visual cortex in coronary side, then the expression of GluR2 was observed by microscope and image analyze of GluR2 was conducted after immunohistochemical staining; for IB and IIB, mEPSCs was investigated which was used Voltage-clamp technique with whole-cell mode., Result: The level of GluR2 in visual cortex of normal rats was higher than experiment group. The mean amplitude and frequency of mEPSCs increased in the derivated monocular group., Conclusions: The level of GluR2 has changed association with the visual stimulation, which suggests that GluR2 should have the important physiological function on the postnatal development of visual system of rats.

With incubation tests in laboratory, the mineralization of organic carbon in various size aggregates of paddy soil was investigated under aerobic and submerged conditions. The results showed that the organic carbon mineralization in various size aggregates decreased quickly at the beginning of the incubation, but remained stable during the late period of incubation. The mineralization rate varied significantly with the size of the aggregates. Through the incubation time, the organic carbon in 1-2 mm aggregates had the highest mineralization rate, while that in < 0.053 mm aggregates had the lowest one. Statistic analyses indicated that the mineralization rate of organic carbon in various size aggregates was significantly and linearly correlated with the contents of organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon in the aggregates. 0.25-1 mm aggregates had the highest contribution to the cumulative mineralization of soil organic carbon, accounting for 41.77% under aerobic condition and 34.11% under submerged condition, while < 0.053 mm and 1-2 mm aggregates had the lowest contribution under aerobic and submerged conditions, accounting for 7.8% and 6.6%, respectively.

In order to discuss the nonylphenol (NP) biodegradability effect in the wastewater treatment process, the primary metabolites and route of NP had been analyzed in the molecular level by the interpretation of gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the two experimental methods. A method was that activated sludge degraded two types of simulating sewage comparatively. Type-1 wastewater was made up of water, glucose, peptone and inorganic salts, and type-2 sewage was mixed up of NP and type-1 as comparison wastewater. The other experiment was that dominant bacteria group metabolized the culture medium contained NP as only organic carbon source. The results show that the NP primary metabolites from the activated sludge experiments are a series of short chain alkyl phenols with butyl, amyl or hexyls. There are different methyl branch structures correlated with isomerous nonyl of NP in the alkyls. The primary metabolites from the dominant bacteria experiment have alkyl phenols and benzene acetic. The bio-degradation pathways of NP would be that the long branches in nonyl of NP are firstly degraded into short methyl branches, which come into being a series of short chain alkyl phenols with different branch structures. The middle products should be further metabolized into simpler compounds, such as benzene acetic. Based on the endocrine disrupter characteristic of alkyl phenol compounds, the short chain alkyl phenol compounds still have estrogen hormone effect, and their environmental effect must be pay attention in the pollutant control of NP.

An efficient system of genetic transformation and plant regeneration was established in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. f. hueichingensis (Chao et Schih) Hsiao by infecting the segments of leaves, stems and petioles of young regenerated plantlets with Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain 15834. Hairy roots were produced directly from the wounded surface of the explants on hormone-free Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium after infection by A. rhizogenes. Transformed roots grew rapidly either on solid or on liquid 1/2 MS medium, and exhibited typical hairy root phenotypes. The highest transformation frequency of 46.7% was achieved by pre-treating the A. rhizogenes with 100 micromol/L acetosyringone at logarithmic phase (OD600 = 1.8). The calluses with 100% induction frequency were induced from hairy roots on 1/2 MS medium containing 0.2 mg/L KT and 3.0 mg/L 6-BA, from which the shoots with 51.49% differentiation frequency was produced. These shoots could take root at a percentage of 100% and develope into four transformed plantlets when transferred on 1/2 MS medium, which had differences in morphological characters such as dwarfing, shortened nodals and abundant literal branching roots, and which survived vigorously after transplantation. The content of catalpol in an transformed hairy root clone was 0.557 mg/g. FW by means of HPLC, 48.5% and 18% of that in fresh and dried Rehmannia root, respectively. PCR and Southern blot analyses confirmed that rolB gene (564 bp) of TL-DNA was inserted in the genome of transformed hairy roots and their regenerated plantlets. RT-PCR analysis and opine paper electrophoresis detection revealed that TR-DNA containing opine synthetase gene was integrated and expressed in the genome of transformed hairy roots and their regenerated plantlets.
