Objective To study the factors influencing serum reversal in HIV-exposed children.Methods The general information, clinical data, and serum results of 49 cases of HIV-infected pregnant women and their children exposed to HIV were collected from the Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021.Results All 49 HIV-exposed children were tested negative for HIV nucleic acid at 48 h, 6 weeks, and 3 months of age. The serum reversal rates at 12, 18 and 21 months were 59.18%, 93.87% and 100%, respectively. Whether the serum of HIV-exposed children was reversed at 12 months of age was not related to the maternal delivery, anti-retroviral therapy initiation time, nucleic acid test results, CD4+T lymphocyte count (P>0.05). It was not related to children’s sex, gestational age, birth weight, and the type of blocking drug used (P>0.05).Conclusion No clear influencing factors were found for serum reversal in HIV-exposed 12-month-old children. The consistency between nucleic acid detection and final serum reversal was 100%. In order to exclude the possibility of HIV infection as soon as possible and reduce family concerns, three times of negative nucleic acid results before 3 months of age in HIV-exposed children may be considered as a substitute for serum reversal.

Tuberculosis （TB） and human immunodeficiency virus infection / acquired immune deficiency syndrome （HIV/AIDS） are both serious global public health threats. Early detection of infected persons and/or patients through TB/HIV bi-directional screening is crucial for prevention and control strategy in China and globally. In recent years， with the promotion and application of new TB and HIV detection technologies worldwide， TB/HIV bi-directional screening technologies and strategies have made remarkable changes. This expert consensus introduces the significance and challenges of TB/HIV bi-directional screening， summarizes important progress of research and applications， and makes recommendations on screening measures and procedures to further strengthen TB/HIV bi-directional screening in China.

Objective To explore the effect of omeprazole combined with different probiotics on regulating intestinal flora in reducing functional dyspepsia (FD) in children. Methods Two hundreds children with FD admitted to the Pediatric Department of Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into omeprazde(omep) group, groups of omeprazole +yeast(yeast group), +clostridium butyricum(clos group), and +bifidobacterium(bifi group) respectively. Results After treatment, serum level of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β, hs-CRP, VIP, SS, Enterobacter and Enterococcus in all groups significantly decreased as compared with the finding before treatment (P＜0.05). Those targets in the three combined treatment groups were significantly lower compared to the ome group; After treatment, the serum MOT level,bifidobacteria, and lactobacilli in each group were significantly increased (P＜0.05), and the results from three combined treatment groups demonstrated notably higher levels compared to the omep group(P＜0.05); The scores of symptoms in all groups showed a significant alleviation after the treatment(P＜0.05). Additionally, the three combined treatment groups exhibited significantly lower symptom scores than the group treated with omeprazole alone (P＜0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment among the groups. Conclusions Omeprazole combined with different probiotics have achieved good results in the treatment of FD in children.

Objective To explore the effect of hypoxia on cell migration and fusion of urine-derived stem cells (USCs) in vitro, and observe the changes in cytoskeleton and cell polarity during the process. Methods After USCs were cultured under normoxia (20%) or hypoxia (3%) for 48 h, cell migration were detected by cell scratch test and Transwell assay, USCs' fusion with hepatic HP14-19 and HepG2 cells were observed and determined using confocal microscopy and flow cytometry, and structure of cytoskeleton was observed with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and phalloidin fluorescence probe. The expression of cell polarity related proteins, RhoA, Cdc42 and Rac1 was measured with immunofluorescence staining, flow cytometry and real-time PCR. Results The USCs from the hypoxia group showed stronger migration capacity and cell fusion with hepatocytes when compared with the cells from the normoxia group. The results of TEM and phalloidin fluorescence staining revealed that hypoxia induced remodeling of cytoskeleton, and regularly and well-arranged microfilament and microtubule. The results of immunofluorescence staining, flow cytometry and real-time PCR indicated that the expression levels of cell polarity related proteins RhoA, Cdc42 and Rac1 were much higher in the hypoxia group than in the normoxia group. Conclusion Hypoxia preconditioning promotes cell migration and fusion in USCs, which may be associated with cytoskeleton remodeling and up-regulation of cell polarity.

Objective To summarize the clinical features and the outcome of surgical treatment of refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) after dialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods A study was conducted on 102 CKD patients with refractory SHPT after dialysis who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019. The clinical characteristics including hematological indicators were analyzed. The treatment outcome and postoperative complications were summarized. Results The decrement of parathyroid hormone (PTH) level on postoperative day 1 was higher than 80% of preoperative PTH level. On postoperative day 1 and day 7 and month 3, the serum levels of calcium, phosphorus and PTH were significantly decreased when compared with the preoperative values. There were 4 cases having thyroidectomy, 20 cases experincing central lymph node dissection, and 10 cases undergoing thymus resection. During the perioperative period, 15 patients had numbness on hands, feet and perioral area, and 2 of them had distal upper extremity convulsion. The systemic symptoms were greatly relieved in 99 patients within 1 week after surgery. There were 5 cases of permanent hypoparathyroidism and 2 cases of recurrent SHPT after operation. Conclusion Surgery is the most effective treatment for refractory SHPT. Multiple imaging examinations should be used to locate parathyroid gland, and detailed evaluation should be conducted preoperatively. During postoperative period, hematological indicators should be closely monitored and timely treatment of complications is necessary.

Along with the gradual normalization of coordinated cross-mining of multiple mineral resources, the safety situation of natural gas wells has become increasingly serious. Taking coal-gas cross-mining in the Ordos Basin as the research object, this paper proposed an anti-collision early warning method based on vibration wave monitoring prevent the occurrence of collision accidents between roadheader and gas well. Through the steel pipe percussion vibration test and coal mine excavation vibration test, the attenuation law of vibration waves in the steel pipe and coal rock is studied, and the formula for calculating the distance from the roadheader to the natural gas well is deduced according to the vibration attenuation law. The results show that the attenuation coefficients of vibration waves in steel pipes and coal rocks are different, but the attenuation laws are basically the same, both conforming to the exponential attenuation law, with the vibration waves first decaying rapidly and then slowly. It provides a reference for the realization of surface monitoring of the distance from the roadheader to the natural gas well, preventing collision and predicting early warning.

Objective To analyze the feasibility of ultrasound (US) measurement for hip labrum with reference from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) measurement for hip joint. Methods From July 2020 to June 2021, 42 patients with hip pain admitted in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were 20 males and 22 females, and aged between 18 and 69 years old (mean 39.1±12.5 years old). Only the hip labrum of their healthy side were subjected for observation, including 12 left hips and 30 right hips. All patients underwent MRI and US examination for hip joint, and the measurement parameters included the thickness, and lengths and areas of anterior labrum, upper labrum and posterior labrum. Paired t test and rank sum test were used to compare the differences between the 2 measurements, and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was adopt to compare the consistency of the 2 methods. Results The measurements of anterior hip labrum: thickness 3.41±0.62 vs 3.59±0.54 mm, length 7.90 (6.50, 8.75) vs 7.67±1.06 mm, area 0.17 (0.12, 0.19) vs 0.17±0.05 mm2 (US vs MRI). The measurements of upper hip labrum: thickness 4.20 (3.60, 4.75) vs 4.20±0.65 mm, length 6.80 (6.05, 8.10) vs 4.20±0.65 mm, area 0.19 (0.15, 0.22) vs MRI 0.18 (0.15, 0.24) mm2. The measurements of posterior hip labrum: thickness 3.77±0.61 vs 3.71±0.61 mm, length 6.73±1.12 vs 6.71±1.09 mm, area 0.16 (0.13, 0.21) vs 0.16 (0.13, 0.19) mm2. There was significant difference in the thickness of anterior hip labrum between US and MRI measurements (P < 0.05), but no such differences were seen in other measurement parameters. These 2 examination methods showed good agreement (ICC>0.4) in the measurements of hip labrum generally, except for the area of anterior hip labrum and the length and area of posterior hip labrum (ICC < 0.4). Conclusion US and MRI measurements show good agreement for the hip labrum. US examination can be used as an alternative or in addition to the initial imaging of the labrum of hip joint.

Objective To assess the clinical feasibility of the 2017 European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) ultrasound definition and quantification system for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) ultrasound scoring system. Methods A total of 62 RA patients diagnosed in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of our hospital and undergoing complete small joints ultrasonography from January 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. The grey scale ultrasonography (GSUS) and power Doppler ultrasonography (PDUS) of synovitis in the hands, wrist and feet were retrospectively analyzed and semi-quantitatively (grades 0~3) scored twice by a physician with 10-year experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound and a junior physician with 1.5-year experience in this aspect, respectively, according to 2017EULAR. Weighted kappa test was used to evaluate intra and inter-observer consistency. The senior physician assessed the ultrasonographical data again according to the most widely used Szkudlarek scoring. Chi-square test was used to compare the 2 scoring systems. After the 2017 EULAR scores of senior physicians were taken as reference, the scores of GSUS and PDUS were summed up to an total score, and the correlation of the GSUS, PDUS and total scores with clinical parameters were analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis for non-normally distributed variables and Pearson for binormal variable. Results Compared with the results of Szkudlarek method, the distributions of 2017 EULAR GSUS grade 2 in the proximal interphalangeal and metatarsophalangeal joints were of significant differences (P < 0.05), and so were those of GSUS grade 3 in the metacarpophalangeal, proximal interphalangeal and metatarsophalangeal joints (P < 0.05). The PDUS differences of grade 1 and 2 in the wrist, metacarpophalangeal, proximal interphalangeal, and metatarsophalangeal joints were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Both GSUS and PDUS scores were positively correlated with disease activity (DAS)28 score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and IL-6 (P < 0.05). There was a good consistency between different observers in 2017 EULAR GSUS and PDUS scoring, with a weighted kappa value ranging from 0.494 to 1. Conclusion 2017 EULAR scoring system can relatively improve the uneven distribution of the existing semi-quantitative scoring, and the results are positively correlated with clinical indicators, such as DSA28 score, ESR, and levels of CRP and IL-6. It also has a good consistency among different observers. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To explore the risk factors of enterostomy in infants with Hirschsprung' s disease (HSCR) to facilitate timely evaluation of the condition and the clinical decision-making on the timing of intervention. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 201 infants diagnosed with HSCR in our hospital between January, 2013 and January, 2019. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the clinical data and laboratory test results of the patients to identify the risk factors of enterostomy. Results The incidence of enterostomy was 22.4% in these infants. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lowered serum albumin level (OR = 0. 737, 95% CI: 0. 633 - 0. 857, P = 0. 000), abnormal stool routine (OR = 10. 634, 95% CI: 3. 016-37. 502, P = 0. 000), procalcitonin (PCT) level >2 ng /mL (OR = 9. 954, 95% CI: 2. 517-39. 368, P = 0. 001), and right-sided HSCR (OR = 4. 307, 95% CI: 1. 417-13. 092, P = 0. 010) were risk factors for enterostomy in infants. Conclusion A lowed serum albumin level, abnormal stool routine, a PCT level > 2 ng /mL and right-sided HSCR are risk factors for enterostomy in infants with HSCR.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of D-dimer combined with activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) for slow/no-reflow of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods A total of 181 ACS patients undergoing emergency PCI in our department from November 2015 to June 2018 were recruited in this study. Their plasma D-dimer level and APTT were tested before surgery. According to thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI), the patients were divided into slow/no-reflow group and normal blood flow group. The correlations of D-dimer level and APTT were analyzed with the incidence of slow/no-reflow. According to the cutoff values of the 2 indicators, the patients were assigned into high-risk group and non-high-risk group, and the incidence of slow/no-reflow was compared between the 2 groups. Results Logistics multivariate regression analysis showed preoperative D-dimer (OR=2.801, 95% CI=1.399~5.610, P=0.004) was positively, and APTT (OR=0.881, 95%CI=0.810~0.959, P=0.003) was negatively correlated with slow/no-reflow phenomenon. According to ROC curve, D-dimer AUC=0.612 (95% CI=0.537~0.683, P=0.036), APTT AUC=0.653 (95% CI=0.579~0.722, P=0.004), and AUC increased to 0.697 (95% CI=0.624~0.763, P < 0.001) when D-dimer was combined with APTT index. According to the cutoff values of D-dimer and APTT, the incidence of slow/no-reflow in high-risk and non-high-risk groups was 36.17% and 14.92%, respectively (P=0.002). Conclusion Higher preoperative D-dimer indicates higher incidence of slow/no-reflow in ACS patients after emergency PCI, while preoperative APTT is negatively correlated with the incidence. So combined detection of the 2 indicators helps predict the occurrence of slow/no-reflow in the patients.

In the process of designing lightweight of the steering knuckle,because of too many random variables and various factors,it is easy to result in poor optimization results. We consider the effect of the random parameter variable on stress and total volume and put forward the concept of comprehensive sensitivity. Through the dynamic simulation we get the steering knuckle bearing under three typical working conditions. By the finite element analysis,we obtain extreme load condition data and the initial static and reliability indicators. We use comprehensive sensitivity analysis theory to get the final design variables. Finally,we complete the lightweight design by establishing mathematical model. The results show that the lightweight design method based on comprehensive sensitivity can reduce steering knuckle weight and maintain good static and fatigue reliability effectively and can be applied in the engineering field.

The aseismic capability of the water intake tower-traffic bridge, a crucial component of the reservoir's infrastructure, is essential for ensuring the safe operation of the reservoir after an earthquake. Taking the water intake tower-traffic bridge at Shenzhen Beikeng Reservoir as an example, its seismic response was analyzed with finite element method, and its aseismic safety was evaluated. The maximum transverse displacement of the traffic bridge is 3.15 cm, and the minimum distance between adjacent decks is 2.97 cm during the design earthquake. There is no occurrence of beam dropping or collision between adjacent bridge panels. The traffic bridge experiences significant amplification of seismic accelerations in the earthquake. The maximum amplification for the bridge deck's transverse seismic acceleration is 4.01, and for the longitudinal direction, it is 3.36. During the design earthquake, the dynamic shear stress levels in the pier columns of the bridge are not high, indicating that column shear failure is unlikely. However, there are relatively high tensile stress values on the outer vertical side of the bottom of the pier columns. Additionally, the lower beams of the bridge piers exhibit high tensile stress on both the top and bottom surfaces. To ensure the seismic safety of the bridge pier structure, anti-seismic reinforcements are necessary at pier columns and beams. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The experiment was to study the quality and in vitro digestibility of total mixed fermentation diet treated with different proportions of reed grass and corn straw. The concentrate to roughage ratio of the diet was 35:65, and each group has consistent composition of concentrate (corn 13%, soybean meal 7%, flax meal 6%, bran 4%, wolfberry residue 5%). The coarse materials were reed grass and corn straw in different proportions. Reed grass and corn stalk were mixed in fresh weight ratios of 0:10 (group A), 2:8 (group B), 4:6 (group C), 6:4 (group D), 8:2 (group E), and 10:0 (group F), respectively, and combined with 35% concentrate feed. Cellulase and compound probiotics were used to ferment the total mixed diet prepared with different proportions of reed grass and corn straw combined with concentrate. Each group was set with three replicates and fermented for 30 days. The results showed that when the ratio of concentrate to roughage was 35:65, and the daily feed underwent enzymatic complex treatment with a roughage composition of reed grass to corn stalk at a ratio of 2:8, the overall sensory quality of the feed was better, with higher conventional nutritional value, maximum gas production, and the best combined effect. The study indicates that the ratio of reed grass to corn straw in roughage is 2:8, which is helpful to improve the utilization rate of reed grass and straw feed, reduce feed cost, improve economic benefit. Point cloud action recognition methods can provide precise 3D motion monitoring and recognition services, with broad application prospects in fields such as intelligent interaction, intelligent security, and medical health. Existing methods typically use a large amount of annotated point cloud data to train models, but point cloud videos contain a large number of 3D coordinates, precise annotation of point clouds is very expensive, and point cloud videos are highly redundant with uneven distribution of point cloud information in the video, all of which increase the difficulty of annotation. To address the aforementioned issue and achieve superior performance in point cloud action recognition, a novel masked self-supervised action recognition method called MSTD-Transformer is proposed, which can capture the spatiotemporal structure of point cloud videos without the need for manual annotation. Specifically, the point cloud video is divided into point tubes and adaptive video-level masks are generated based on importance, learning the appearance and motion features of point cloud videos through self-supervised learning of point cloud reconstruction and motion prediction dual-stream. To better capture motion information, MSTD-Transformer extracts dynamic attention from the displacement of point cloud keypoints and embeds it into a Transformer, using a dual-branch structure for differential learning to capture motion information and global structure separately. Experimental results on the standard dataset MSRAction-3D show that the proposed method achieves an accuracy of 96.17% for 24-frame point cloud video action recognition, which is 2.09 percentage points higher than the best existing method, confirming the effectiveness of the masking strategy and dynamic attention.

To meet the ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability requirements of users in the future mobile Internet, the wireless caching technology was combined with Cell-Free massive MIMO systems. The caching model was designed based on AP cooperative caching and regional popularity evaluation. The transmission delay expression involving AP clustering, cooperative caching, and regional popularity was derived, and the content placement problem was expressed as total content transmission delay minimization. Through the demonstration of the NP-hard and submodular monotony of the optimization problem, the greedy algorithm-based optimization strategy was proposed. In order to investigate and evaluate the potential of CBM Resources in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, this study conducted 3D seismic exploration in the Hutubi block. The seismic acquisition design tailors to wide azimuth, small receiver distance and high folds, the seismic geometry design includes 16 lines, 6 shots and 160 receivers. Given the serious static problems in mountainous terrain and imaging accuracy of steep dip coal seam in the seismic data processing, a high-resolution 3D seismic data processing flow is therefore established to meet the prediction requirement of coalbed methane enrichment area. The dividing principle of the coalbed methane enrichment area and the classification model of favorable area are proposed in line with the main seismic geological factors affecting coalbed methane enrichment, such as the coal seam depth, the faults characteristics, the coal seam thickness, the coal seam roof lithology and the coal seam gas content. Based on 3D seismic data, this study combined seismic data interpretation and seismic attribute analysis to obtain data on coal seam thickness, coal seam roof lithology, and coal seam gas content by using seismic lithology inversion results. Under the constraints of logging, this study made predictions of the B4 coalbed methane enrichment area in the research area, and put forward suggestions for deploying coal bed gas production borehole.

As the new crown epidemic ravaged the world, China's grain production has been greatly impacted and challenged. Studying the current situation of grain production in Yunnan Province is of great guiding significance for its future grain production structure adjustment and optimization layout. In this study, the spatiotemporal changes in grain production in This paper mainly uses the logarithmic method to calculate the contribution rate of the influencing factors, the decomposition and calculation method of the contributing factors of the change of grain total output, the gravity shift model and the grain yield volatility coefficient to analyze the spatio-temporal changes of grain production in Yunnan Province.Through the analysis of data, the following results were obtained: (1) In the past 30 years, the grain planting area and yield in Yunnan Province have shown a significant upward trend. In particular, the total output growth rate has reached 97% and the increase in the single yield of each crop and adjustment of the planting structure are the main contributors to the increase in the total grain output of the province. The planting area of rice and wheat has decreased by 16% and 36%, respectively, over 30 years, and the total and single yields have not changed substantially. The growth rate of the planting area, total yield, and single yield of maize is most obvious. The changes in the total yield of potatoes during the study period were all caused by changes in planting area, with contribution rates of 85%, 78%, and 206%, respectively, in the three periods. (2) The grain planting area and output in Yunnan Province generally show the distribution law of more east and less west. The most abundant area is Qujing City and the least is the Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The center of gravity of grain production has a tendency to migrate to the northeast. Rice production is decreasing from southeast to northwest, and the high-value areas of wheat yield are gathered from all sides to the middle. Corn production is the fastest, and potato high-yield areas are mainly distributed in northeast Yunnan. (3) In the past 30 years, the per capita grain in Yunnan Province has increased by 111.56 kg/person, and the grain production capacity has improved and is currently of the self-sufficient type. However, the fluctuation coefficient of more than 70% of the years exceeds the national average, grain supply is relatively unstable, and contradiction between grain supply and demand remains prominent. It is concluded that the grain planting area and yield in Yunnan Province have gradually increased, the current situation of grain production is mainly self-sufficient, and the differences between the main grain crop-producing areas are quite large, and it is extremely important to pay attention to the optimization of the grain planting structure and promote the stable increase of grain production. At the same time, according to the analysis results, this study proposes that the main problems of grain production in Yunnan Province are (1) the decline in the amount of cultivated land; (2) the high number of medium and low yield fields; and (3) the phenomenon of "non-grainization" is more serious. In the face of the development status of grain production in Yunnan Province, relevant departments still need to pay attention to the quantity and quality of cultivated land, adjust the agricultural planting structure, and comprehensively improve grain production capacity in the future. It is necessary to (1) increase subsidy policies and adhere to the red line of cultivated land; (2) invest in relevant technologies to increase grain yields; and (3) coordinate the process of urbanization development and adjust the planting structure according to local conditions. This study investigated the spatiotemporal changes in major crop production in Yunnan Province over the past 30 years; obtained corresponding conclusions on timing changes, spatial distribution, and contributing factors; analyzed the current grain production security situation in Yunnan Province; summarized the main problems in its development process; and put forward targeted suggestions, so as to further develop a deeper understanding of the current situation of grain production in Yunnan Province to play a certain guiding and reference role in its future development and planning direction.

Objective. To investigate the association between the blood lipid levels in early pregnancy and the risk of preeclampsia (PE). Methods. Pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examination and delivered in the International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2015 to December 2017 were recruited as the study participants. After screening, 26 230 pregnant women were selected, including 680 pregnant women with PE (PE group) and 25 550 pregnant women without PE (control group). The general clinical data and the blood lipid index during 10 - 14 weeks of pregnancy were obtained from the electronic medical record system. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between blood lipid levels at different categorical (by quartile) in early pregnancy and the risk of PE. Results. Compared with the control group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TAG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and lipoprotein B (ApoB) in the early pregnancy of the PE group were higher (all P<0.05), while the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) was lower (P=0.000). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that TAG (>1.45 mmol/L), LDL (>3.26 mmol/L) and ApoB (>0.86 g/L) were the independent risk factors for PE (all P<0.05), and HDL (>1.99 mmol/L) was the independent protective factor for PE (P=0.002). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, the risk of PE increased successively with the increase of the TAG, LDL and ApoB levels, HDL did the opposite (all P for trend<0.05). With the lowest quartile as a reference, the adjusted OR values and 95% CIs for the highest quartiles of TAG, LDL, ApoB and HDL were 1.90 (1.47-2.45), 1.39 (1.08-1.78), 1.51 (1.13-2.04) and 0.66 (0.50-0.86), respectively. Conclusion. Dyslipidemia in early pregnancy indicates an increased risk of PE during pregnancy. Examination of blood lipid level during early pregnancy is helpful for early prediction of PE. Restoration of teeth after removal of previous restorations is a common problem in the dental clinic. The situation of teeth after removal of previous restoration is complex and often requires multidisciplinary cooperation. However, there is a lack of systematic and concise guidelines for determining the treatment plan for those teeth. Through a combination of restorative clinical experience and the opinions of endodontic specialists, the author systematically described the problems that may exist after the removal of previous restorations in the teeth that have not undergone or have undergone root canal treatment (RCT) and those with post and core restorations. And summarized the corresponding treatment recommendations according to their pulpal and periapical status, the quality of RCT and the presence or absence of post and core restorations. ①For teeth without RCT, the vitality of the pulp, the occurrence of pulpal/periapical disease and the amount of re-preparation need to be assessed to determine whether RCT is necessary. ②For teeth with RCT, if the quality of RCT is good and no periradicular lesion exists, direct restorative treatment can be considered. If the quality of the RCT is unsatisfactory but no periradicular lesion exists, root canal retreatent (re-RCT), follow up or direct restorative treatment should be performed as appropriate and treatment plan can be developed in conjunction with the endodontist if necessary. If the quality of the RCT is unsatisfactory and periradicular lesion exists, re-RCT is necessary before restorative treatment.③For teeth with post and core restorations, if the quality of RCT is good and no periradicular lesion exists, direct restorative treatment can be considered. If the quality of the RCT is unsatisfactory but no periradicular lesion exists, follow up or direct restorative treatment should be performed as appropriate and treatment plan can be developed in conjunction with the endodontist if necessary. If the quality of RCT is unsatisfactory and periradicular lesion exists, for teeth with thin post and thick root canal walls, re-RCT after removal of the post can be attempted. For teeth with thick post and thin root canal walls, preservation of the post and apical surgery can be considered. For the teeth with excessively large defects or extremely poor periodontal conditions, extraction is recommended. The author refined the above recommendations into a set of treatment procedures, aiming to provide a reference for the selection of treatment options for teeth after removal of previous restorations.

In order to further improve the flame retardancy of the material, the flame retardants melamine and polyphosphate (APP) were introduced into the material in an "additive" manner, and the limiting oxygen index, horizontal and vertical combustion, smoke density and smoke toxicity were used. The analysis method has studied the combustion behavior and thermal performance of the test specimens. The results show that adding APP and Melamine to the phosphorus -containing rigid polyurethane thermal insulation material can form a chemical -physical combined nitrogen -phosphorus synergistic flame retardant system. The material's flame retardant properties have been significantly improved. Among them, the oxygen index reaches 34.43%, the horizontal combustion level reaches FH-1, and the vertical combustion reaches FV-0. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Overdenture supported by two to four implants located in the mandibular mental foramen area has been widely used in edentulous patients. However, in patients with severe mandibular resorption, it is a challenging to insert conventional implants. Mini-implants are a better choice in these cases. OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the biomechanical characteristics of conventional and mini-implants supported mandibular complete overdenture and to reveal the influence of different implant repair methods on implants and its surrounding tissues. METHODS: The cone beam CT data of a healthy patient scheduled to receive complete edentulous implant supported overdenture was obtained. CT data of the patient, implant and attachment data were imported into the software to create four models: 2 normal implants, 4 normal implants, 4 mini implants, and 5 mini implants supported mandibular overdentures respectively. The overdenture was bilaterally subjected to a vertical load of 150 N. The displacement and stress of implants and the stress of bone were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: For all models, the lowest and highest maximum values of stress in bone were obtained from 4 normal implant model (2.71 MPa) and 4 mini implant model (7.93 MPa). The lowest and highest maximum values of displacement in implant were obtained from 4 normal implant model (1.37 μm) and 2 normal implant model (1.57 μm). Moreover, the lowest and highest maximum values of stress in implant were demonstrated from 4 normal implant model (12.90 MPa) and 4 mini implant model (22.17 MPa). The biomechanical values of mini implant models were higher than those of conventional models. The biomechanical values of all models were below the critical limits. The distribution was more homogenous and the maximum values of displacement in the implant, stress in implant and stress in bone were reduced as the number of implants increased. Three-dimensional finite element analysis revealed that mandibular overdenture supported by four or five mini implants is a reliable treatment option. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ceramsite foam concrete has good thermal insulation performance and high strength. Based on the research status at home and abroad, ceramsite foam concrete mixed with calcium chloride was prepared by physical foaming process, and the influencing factors of mechanical properties of concrete were studied by laboratory experiments. The results of laboratory experiments show that the main factors affecting the performance of ceramsite foam concrete are ceramsite content, ceramsite size and calcium chloride content. When the ceramsite content is 45%, the 28 d compressive strength of concrete reaches the peak value, when the ceramsite size is less than 10 mm, the water absorption and uniformity of the samples are better, when the calcium chloride dosage is 3%, the compressive strength of the samples reaches the peak value. In order to solve the problem that the existing obstacle space clustering algorithm needs to select the clustering center and set the threshold value manually, OBRK-means (obstacle based on nearest K-means) clus-tering algorithm based on Voronoi diagram is proposed. The algorithm is discussed and analyzed from three aspects: the selection of cluster center, the selection of outliers and the generalized coverage circle. Firstly, Voronoi diagram is introduced to calculate the reverse nearest neighbor number to determine the cluster center. Secondly, Voronoi diagram and density of sample points are used to screen and prune outliers in the dataset. Finally, the generalized covering circle is introduced to carry out the initial clustering, and the inner and outer boundary points are proposed to solve the problem that the initial clustering results are not accurate. The exclusion points and expansion points are calculated respectively from the inner and outer boundary points to improve the accuracy of clustering. Theoretical research and experimental results show that the algorithm has higher efficiency in processing data in obstacle space and gets better clustering results.

As an important force to promote China's economic and social development, the real estate industry has developed rapidly, and the capability of financial crisis early warning management capability plays an important role in the risk control of business operations. Therefore, based on the high correlation and high dimensionality of financial data of listed companies in China, this paper proposes a crisis early warning method based on principal component analysis and logistic analysis. Before using logistic regression analysis, principal component analysis is used to achieve the purpose of dimension reduction processing while retaining the original financial data information to the utmost. Using logistic regression analysis method, the six principal component comprehensive factors affecting the financial ability of real estate enterprises are obtained, and a scientific and reasonable financial crisis early warning decision model for real estate enterprises is constructed. The empirical results show that the model can achieve multivariate dimensionality reduction processing while minimizing the loss of variable information, and at the same time solve the problem that the variables of the original data are highly correlated with each other, and it is very good for predicting the failure of enterprise operation. The identification, early warning and promotion capabilities provide an effective reference for the formulation of late-stage development strategies for listed real estate companies in China. [Objective] The effects of ridge tillage patterns on soil erosion at sloping croplands in the black soil region of Northeastern China were analyzed in order to provide scientific guidance for soil erosion control in this region. [Methods] The simulated rainfall experiments were conducted at the sloping croplands with the 5° and 10° slope gradients. The simulated rainfall intensities were 50 and 100 mm/h. This study took the traditional up-and downslope ridge tillage as the control treatment. The ridge tillage patterns included contour ridge tillage, ridge-furrow intervals tillage, up and down slope ridge + bottom contour ridge tillage, and contour ridge + drainage ditch tillage. [Results] Under the experimental conditions, the contour ridge tillage, ridge-furrow intervals tillage, up and down slope ridge + bottom contour ridge tillage, and contour ridge + drainage ditch tillage effectively regulated runoff and decreased soil erosion, compared with control treatment. However, the regulation effect of different ridge tillage patterns on runoff and erosion decreased with the increase of rainfall intensity and slope gradient. For the 5° sloping cropland, the regulation effect of contour ridge tillage treatment on runoff and erosion was the best. The runoff rates and soil erosion rates were stable below 15.0 mm/h and 0.2 kg/(m2·h). Under the rainfall intensity of the 50 and 100 mm/h, the runoff was reduced 92.3% and 83.9% respectively, and the soil erosion reduced 96.8% and 94.6% respectively, compared with the control treatments. The runoff reduction and soil erosion reduction benefits of ridge-furrow intervals tillage treatment was slightly greater than those of up and down slope ridge + bottom contour ridge tillage treatment at the 5° sloping cropland. For the 10° sloping cropland, the contour ridge tillage treatment showed better soil water storage and soil conservation capacity in the early stage of rainfall events compared with that of the other ridge tillage patterns. However, the ridges were easy to be damaged in the later stage of rainfall events, caused a rapid increase in soil erosion. In contrast, the contour ridge + drainage ditch tillage treatment could store soil and water in the early stage of rainfall events, and better drained away water in the later stage of rainfall events. [Conclusion] As to gentle sloping croplands, the contour ridge tillage and ridge-furrow intervals tillage patterns should be optimized, in the sloping farmland with steep slope, the contour ridge + drainage ditch tillage pattern should be preferred. Therefore, it is suggested to select suitable ridge tillage patterns according to slope gradients and rainfall characteristics.

Objective To explore the effect of tunneling nanotubes (TNTs) within mesenchymal stem cells (MSC)/human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) co-culture cell spheroids on endothelial cell angiogenesis. Methods Pre-vascular network formation assay was used to compare the angiogenic ability among the MSC/HUVEC cell spheroid co-culture group, adherent co-culture group, HUVEC 3D culture group and MSC 3D culture group. The expression of β-catenin protein was detected by Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining. The cell spheroids were treated with microfilament depolymerization reagent (CytoD) as a control group, and the above parameters were tested again in the untreated and treated groups. The structure of TNTs was verified by fluorescent labeling and field emission scanning electron microscopy, mitochondrial communication was observed by adenovirus infection, and the mitochondrial status was assessed by mitochondrial membrane potential assay. Results Compared with the MSC/HUVEC cell spheroid co-culture group, the numbers of junctions and meshes were significantly lower in the adherent co-culture group, HUVEC 3D culture group and MSC 3D culture group (P < 0.05). Immunofluorescence staining for β-catenin protein suggested that the spheroid co-culture group had stronger expression than the adherent co-culture group. The results of Western blotting also showed that the intracellular β-catenin expression in the spheroid co-culture group was significantly higher than that in the adherent co-culture group (P < 0.05). The presence of TNT (F-actin) between MSC and HUVEC in the co-culture cellular spheroids was shown by phalloidine staining. When the cells were co-cultured as spheroids, the mitochondria derived from HUVEC were observed intracellularly in MSC, and the mitochondria derived from MSC were also observed intracellularly in HUVEC, and the above mitochondrial exchange was diminished in the CytoD-treated group. The mitochondrial membrane potential of the CytoD-treated spheroids was significantly lower than that of the untreated spheroids (P < 0.05), and the proliferation rate and migration range of HUVEC were lower and smaller than those of the untreated spheroids. Compared with the untreated cell spheroid group, the numbers of junctions and meshes were significantly lower in the CytoD-treated cell spheroid group (P < 0.05). The total amount of β-catenin protein was significantly higher in the untreated cell spheroid group compared to the CytoD-treated group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Within the co-culture cell spheroids, there are TNTs and their mediated bidirectional mitochondrial transfer between MSC and HUVEC, and they affect the angiogenic ability of HUVEC within these cellular spheroids probably through β-catenin related pathways.

Objective To compare the efficacy and prognosis of imatinib and sirolimus as second-line treatment for steroid-refractory chronic graft-versus-host disease (SR-cGVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Methods Clinical data of 33 patients diagnosed as SR-cGVHD after allo-HSCT in the Medical Center of Hematology of Army Medical University from September 2017 to December 2020 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 16 patients were treated with imatinib and 17 with sirolimus. The response rate at the time points of 6 months and 1 year after initiation of second-line treatment, 2-year overall survival (OS), 2-year disease free survival (DFS), 1-year failure free survival and drug-related toxicity were compared between the 2 groups. Results For the imatinib and sirolimus patients, their 6-month overall response rate (ORR) was 62.5% and 41.2% (P=0.303), while 1-year ORR was 73.3% and 43.8% (P=0.149), 6-month complete response (CR) rate was 12.5% and 23.5% (P=0.656), while 1-year CR rate was 20.0% and 31.3% (P=0.685), respectively, and no statistical significance was observed between the 2 groups. The patients with imatinib treatment achieved better outcomes than those treated with sirolimus in terms of 2-year OS and 2-year DFS (P=0.041, P=0.043). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of drug-related toxicity between the 2 groups. Conclusion Imatinib and sirolimus shows similar response rate to SR-cGVHD after allo-HSCT, but the former is superior to the latter in terms of short-term OS and DFS.

In restricted topographic conditions,a falling-sill can be set at the end of the discharge chute for the spillway.The length of the dissipation pool is shortened by increasing the flow velocity attenuation along the way of the jet,or increasing the sudden expansion ratio of the stilling pool at the same time.The energy is further dissipated by increasing the internal turbulence of the water body through the plane reverse flow.Based on the existing mechanism of jet diffusion,the flow state conversions of underflow energy dissipation without falling-sill,sudden expansion underflow energy dissipation and energy dissipation of rectangular stilling well are studied.The results show that:①the forced water jump submerged criterion of underflow energy dissipation without falling-sill is between 1.00~1.20,and sudden expansion underflow energy dissipation and energy dissipation of rectangular dissipation well can be distinguished by the critical submerged criterion.②When the angle of the incident water flow remains unchanged,the Froude number (Fr) increases,and the energy dissipation of rectangular stilling well is transformed into sudden expansion underflow energy dissipation under the same depth of falling-sill;when the Froude number remains unchanged,the angle of the incident water flow (θ) increases,and the depth of falling-sill needs to be increased to maintain energy dissipation of rectangular stilling well.In other words,the change in depth of falling-sill can be applied to influence the flow state conversion and effectively reduce the length of the energy dissipater in the direction of water flow.

Objective To investigate the effects of hot compress with Chinese herbs combined with a bundle of care on ventilator-associated abdominal distension. Methods: Totally 60 patients with ventilator-associated abdominal distension were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received a bundle of care during the treatment, and patients in the observation group were given hot compress with Chinese herbs. The improvement of abdominal distension was observed in both groups. Results: The improvement of abdominal distension was superior in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The hot compress with Chinese herbs combined with a bundle of care is effective to relieve the ventilator-associated abdominal distension. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The time complexity of density peak algorithm in selecting the cluster center is very high. It needs to manually select the cutoff distance. When processing the manifold data, there may be multiple density peaks, which leads to the decrease of clustering accuracy. In this paper, a new density peak clustering algorithm is proposed. This paper discusses and analyzes the clustering algorithm from three aspects of clustering center selection, outlier filtering and data point allocation. The clustering algorithm uses the KNN idea to calculate the density of data points in the selection of the cluster center. The screening and pruning of the outliers and the data point allocation are processed by the properties of the Voronoi diagram combined with the distribution characteristics of the data points. Finally, the hierarchical clustering idea is applied to merge similar clusters to improve clustering accuracy. The experimental results show that compared with the experimental comparison algorithms, the proposed algorithm has better clustering effect and accuracy.

[Introduction] The design of transmission pole and tower has a significant impact on the project cost and the surrounding environment. Exploring the design method and economic index of 220 kV single circuit composite tower is of positive significance to the optimization of transmission lines. [Method] Firstly, the recommended scheme was obtained by comparing different tower forms, composite cross-section forms and cross-section arrangement. Then the linear and non-linear analysis of tower was carried out by ANSYS software to understand the difference between the two analysis methods. Then found out the relevant information, calculated the cost of common and composite pole towers, and explored their economy. [Result] Compared with Cathead Tower, Wine Cup Tower and Top Pyramid Tower, it is more reasonable to apply composite crossbars in Top Pyramid Tower; ring section has the advantages of larger moment of inertia, higher bearing capacity and convenient processing and connection; 220 kV straight tower can reasonably choose more economical structural layout form on the premise of satisfying safety, and it is recommended to choose three-pull-one-press layout scheme through ANSYS simulation analysis shows that the linear analysis has enough accuracy and can be designed by linear analysis. When selecting composite crossbar, the related factors such as tower cost, installation cost, relocation compensation and so on should be taken into consideration, and the technical and economic comparison on the engineering quantity should be made, so as to obtain a more reasonable scheme. [Conclusion] The research results are of universal significance and can provide some technical support for the design of composite tower in the future.

In view of the present problems of college laboratory construction that theory teaching outweighs experiment teaching, the experimental classes focus on basic verification and lack of comprehensive operation, laboratory resource allocation is in lack of coordination, the experiment teaching reform consciousness and modern experimental technique applying ability of the experiment technical group cannot keep up with the need of specialized laboratory construction, etc., this paper takes the establishment of corrosion and protection specialized laboratory as an example, the open construction of specialized laboratory are practically discussed and analyzed. This paper also provides some open models at different levels for different practicable laboratory conditions during the elaborated practical teaching process. It contains instructive model for basic experiment, distributed model for professional experiment, free model for innovative program which should properly open up towards enterprises, encourage students' innovation, and it achieves win-win of laboratory and enterprise. FinaUy, these practical problems such as the establishment and improvement of professional experimental teams and the informatization opening platform of laboratory management and so on, are regarded as key issues, and corresponding approaches are given for the construction of specialized laboratory. In order to research the dynamics response of the long-span bridge under the blasting seismic wave, the Suancigou bridge nearby Heidaigou open-cast coal mine was taken as an example and a numerical model was developed for its single pier. Through the finite element method software ANSYS and LS-DYNA, the modal and dynamic time history of the pier were simulated. The results show that while the dominant frequency range of input blasting seismic wave is 2~5 Hz, the response of 2 Hz is the most obvious. The pier damage occurs while the peak velocity reaches the 8.71 cm/s, and the damage area is located on the bottom of the pier wall. The safety ratio distance of the bridge pier is 5.79. Ojectives To research the application value of calcitonin in long-term hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder (CKD-MBD) and hypercalcemia. Methods 64 patients with hypercalcemia and CKD-MBD maintaining hemodialysis for more than 2 years were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group were treated with calcitriol 0-0.5 µg/d, and patients in the experimental group were additionally given intramuscular injection of 20 µg/w of elcatonin. The changes of bone and joint pain score, serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), calcium phosphorus product (Ca x P), parathyroid hormone (PTH), Bone gla-protein (BGP), calcitonin (CT) were observed after 3 and 6 weeks. Results Compared with control group and before treatment, bone and joint pain score, Ca, Ca XP had varying degrees of decrease (P<0.05) and CT had varying degrees of increase (P< 0.05) ; serum levels of PTH and P decreased obviously (P<0.05) . Conclusion Hypercalcemia state of CKD-MBD patients could be improved in short time by using calcitonin, so the advantage would be created for treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism and hyperphosphatemia, at the same time, the bone and joint pain would be alleviated. In view of the difficulties to recognize ECG signal automatically, this paper presented a new clustering algorithm, which was proposed based on the MSE attribute weights genetic simulated annealing to improve K-means clustering algorithm, in order to improve the ECG signal automatic identification technology. It used wavelet transform and multi-resolution and good anti-jamming capability to detect QRS complex, P wave, T wave, improved the accuracy of feature detection. Because of the cluster method had more robust and suitable for large data volume analysis, it classified the ECG signals by using this method to analyze large data volume. It adopted the parts of data from the MIT-BIH standard ECG database to judge the result of the identification. The improved K-means clustering algorithm is more accurate than the traditional K-means clustering algorithm, experiments indicate that this algorithm is effective and accurate to classify ECG signals. As one of the most important and wide distribution community type among terrestrial ecosystems, grassland ecosystem plays a critical role in the global carbon cycles and climate regulation. China has extremely rich grassland resources, which have a huge carbon sequestration potential and are an important part of the global carbon cycle. Drying and rewetting is a common natural phenomenon in soil, which might accelerate soil carbon mineralization process, increase soil respiration and exert profound influence on microbial activity and community structure. Under the background of the global change, the changes in rainfall capacity, strength and frequency would inevitably affect soil drying and wetting cycles, and thus change the microbial activity and community structure as well as soil respiration, and then exert important influence on global carbon budget. In this paper, related references in recent ten years were reviewed. The source of soil released, the trend of soil respiration over time and the relationship between soil respiration and microbial biomass, microbial activity and microbial community structure during the processes of dry-rewetting cycle were analyzed and summarized, in order to better understand the microbial response mechanism for drying and rewetting effecting on soil respiration in grassland ecosystem, and provide a certain theoretical basis for more accurate evaluation and prediction of future global carbon balance of terrestrial ecosystems and climate change. Objective To investigate the in vitro anticancer effects of 4-ethoxy-2-hydroxy-6-methyl benzoic acid (D6B2) and its combinative anticancer effects with clinical anticancer drug cis-DDP. Methods Human cancer cell lines CNE, Hep G2, HeLa, QBC939 and K562 were used for the in vitro anticancer studies. The anticancer effects were detected by cell counting or MTT assay. Results The inhibitory ratios of D6B2 (25 µM, 50 µM, 100 µM, 150 µM, 200 µM) were 24.94%, 42.11%, 65.74%, 70.22%, 73.11% on CNE; 23.15%, 54.56%, 62.95%, 70.14%, 75.18% on Hep G2; 31.34%, 60.76%, 78.43%, 85.78%, 90.75% on HeLa; 5.97%, 12.05%, 28.44%, 35.28%, 51.31% on QBC939; 18.20%, 35.48%, 46.76%, 58.44%, 57.32% on K562. The IC50 value against CNE, HepG2, HeLa, QBC939 and K562 were 66.9 µM, 60.98 µM, 40.7 µM, 197.07 µM and 120.06 µM, respectively. The inhibitory ratios of D6B2 (25 µM, 50 µM, 100 µM, 150 µM, 200 µM) on HeLa were 7.96%, 9.56%, 10.98%, 14.00%, 17.33% at 24 h; 10.62%, 25.96%, 47.63%, 48.24%, 49.03% at 48 h; 18.08%, 53.68%, 85.55%, 87.86%, 82.07% at 72 h. The CDI value of D6B2 at 25 µM, 50 µM and 100 µM was 0.039, 0.019 and 0.014, respectively, when used with 10 µM DDP. Conclusion D6B2 showed significant in vitro anticancer effects on human cancer cells. Its in vitro anticancer activity was dose-dependent and time-dependent. Objective To investigate the relationship between low remodelling osteoporosis and the spinal degenerative diseases, and to explore the damage of osteoporosis on the spine degeneration in the elderly patients. Methods The bone mineral density (BMD) was detected using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. The clinical observation and the collection of the imaging data were performed. Conclusion Along with the increase of age, the incindence of low remodeling osteoporosis increases. Bone loss and osteoporosis can both accelerate the spinal degeneration. Osteoporosis can also accelerate the spinal degenerative diseases, such as the spinal degeneration, the spinal instability, the thoraco-lumbar fractures, the spinal stenosis, the spinal deformity, the cervical spondylosis, and the spondylolisthesis. Coexisting Periodic solutions and their stability of a nonlinear torsional vibration model for a planetary gear train with gear backlashes are studied by using the method of PNF. Some adaptations are made for the PNF method so as to make it suitable for the non smooth and nonlinear planetary gear train. The coexisting periodic solutions of the system under certain dimensionless rotational speed are studied by using the method of modified PNF,with the stability of each periodic solution investigated at the same time. The bifurcation characteristics of the periodic trajectories are studied as well by using PNF at different speeds. The results show that a nonlinear planetary gear train with certain parameters may have several coexisting stable or unstable periodic trajectories Moreover, the motion of the system could also evolve into chaos by way of period doubling bifurcation as the speed increases. For the purpose of transforming a bi-level compensated stochastic programming to a deterministic optimization problem, the experience mean approximation method is used in this paper. A numerical example and its solution analysis show that this method do d not require to understand the distribution of the related random variable, thereby reducing the solving difficulty.
