Direct analysis in real-time mass spectrometry (DART-MS) is an emerging in-situ ionization mass spectrometry analysis technology in recent years. DART is a non-contact surface desorption ionization technique, which is based on the principle of using helium or nitrogen as the working gas and generating excited high-energy particles by electric discharge. The excited state particles are accelerated by rapid heating and electric force, which instantly ionize the volatile compounds on the surface of the sample to be measured under atmospheric pressure, and then detected by mass spectrometry, thus achieving real-time direct analysis of the sample. DART-MS has the characteristics of simple sample preparation, quick and in-situ analysis. Since DART-MS was reported in 2005, it has become one of the most broadly used direct analysis methods and is extensively applied for the direct analysis of the quality, safety, origin and characteristics of food samples. Besides, it has been widely used in biomedicine, environmental monitoring, public safety, and drug analysis as well. Traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have been used for thousands of years in China, which gradually move towards to the world arena. The composition of TCM is very complicated, often containing many different chemical components of different types and properties, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, etc. Therefore, the analysis of the chemical basis of the efficacy and quality evaluation of TCMs are very crucial. In recent years, the development of DART-MS technology has provided many new opportunities for direct and rapid analysis of active ingredients in TCMs. The review was focused on the applications of DART-MS in TCMs, which covered the principle, characteristics, influencing factors and technological progress of DART-MS technology, and systematically summarized the research and application of this technology in TCMs, including qualitative and quantitative analysis. In addition, this review briefly introduced the progress of the application of DART-MS in combination with other techniques, such as thin-layer chromatography, imaging mass spectrometry and solid-phase microextraction in the profiling of TCMs, and provided further perspectives on its application development.

Uranium is one of the important strategic resources. It plays a decisive role in ensuring the stable development of nuclear energy. The shortage of uranium resources on land has aroused widespread concern. The total amount of uranium resources in seawater is more than 1 000 times that of land uranium resources. To ensure a stable supply of uranium, the research on the recovery of uranium from seawater has never stopped since the 1950s. The chelating functional adsorbent containing amidoxime group showed excellent adsorption ability and high selectivity for uranium over other co-existing metallic ions. In view of the important problems in the recovery of uranium, this paper reviewed the research progress in uranium desorption from the loaded uranium amidoxime materials. The desorption behavior, mechanism and characters of the loaded uranium materials with inorganic acidic solutions, alkaline solutions and organic complex solutions were summarized. The effect of co-existing metals on the uranium desorption was evaluated. Some problems were proposed to be investigated and solved further in the future. The possibility and feasibility for application of the advanced desorption technology in large-scale industrial desorption and recovery of uranium from the loaded chelating functional adsorbent containing amidoxime group were evaluated.

Objective To evaluate the protective effect and inflammation inhibition mechanism of icariin (ICA) on lung injury in rat model with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (sham group), model group (SAP group, 5% sodium taurocholate was retrograde pumped into bile duct according to 0.1 mL/kg through micropump) and experimental group (ICA group, icariin 80 mg/kg intervention was given 2 hours before modeling). There were 6 rats in each group. Twenty-four hours after the establishment of the model, the inferior vena cava blood, pancreatic tissue and lung tissue were collected. The pathological injury of pancreas and lung was observed by HE staining; The activity of amylase, serum IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α were measured by ELISA; The expression of inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in lung tissue was determined by immunohistochemical staining; And the ratio of phosphorylated JNK/JNK to phosphorylated NF-κB/NF-κB in lung tissue was measured by Western blot. Results The pathological scores of pancreas and lung in SAP group were significantly higher than those in sham group; And the pathological scores of pancreas and lung in ICA group were significantly lower than those in SAP group. Serum amylase activity, serum IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α content and the expression of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in lung tissue in SAP group were significantly higher than those in sham group; While serum amylase activity, serum IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α content and the expression of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in lung tissue in ICA group were significantly lower than those in SAP group. The level of phosphorylated JNK and phosphorylated NF-κB in lung tissue of SAP group were significantly higher than those of sham group; While icariin might significantly reduce the level of phosphorylated JNK and phosphorylated NF-κB in lung tissue. Conclusions ICA ameliorates lung injury in SAP rat model by inhibiting acute inflammation response,which is potentially mediated by JNK/NF-κB signal pathway.

Objective: In this study, the finite element simulation was integrated into random vibration experiment to provide a new way of thinking about transportation packaging. Methods: The red wine inner packaging spacer, made of three different cushioning materials, was used as the research object, and the vibration response was studied through random vibration experiment. Then the finite element simulation was used to analyze the correlation between the experiment and the simulation results. Results: The results of random vibration test were highly consistent with the results of finite element simulation, and the finite element simulation was less material-and time-consuming, compared with the random test. Conclusion: The combination of random experiment and finite element method can improve the efficiency of the experiment. The finite element simulation method can provide effective guidance for the analysis and design of product inner packaging under the vibration environment of transportation.

Based on the analysis of the product design, product structure, production process for the powder metallurgy nuts, the pressing die design of the nut products was optimized and designed from the material selection of pressing die, the application of press tools, and the adjustment of die structure. The powder metallurgy nuts for the high precision self-tightening drill collets were prepared by the optimized pressing die production. The results show that, the nuts produced by the optimized pressing die fully meet the requirements of the product drawing design tested by the testing center and customers. Moreover, the pressing die is not damaged and the service life of the die reaches the expected time. The powder metallurgy nuts installed on the high precision self-tightening drill collets fully meet the requirements of the service performance and service life.

Numerical simulation can establish corresponding models for temperature field, molten pool shape, residential stress, microstructure evolution in the metal SLM process effectively. Meanwhile this model can accurately predict the performance of forming parts, and provide scientific basis for process parameters optimization, consequently boost the metal SLM to industry application. In this paper, the latest research progress of numerical simulation in the process of metal laser additive manufacturing was summarized, including temperature field, molten pool dynamics, residual stress and deformation in the forming part, and microstructure change.The latest progress of numerical simulation in metal SLM process was summarized, and the metal SLM process was analyzed. Finally, the future development trend was put forward that metal SLM process numerical simulation should be combined with big data, artificial intelligence, deep learning and other technologies and numerical simulation accuracy will be further improved,the processing window of metal laser additive manufacturing will be broadened,and guidance will be provided for the development of individual products.

'Mung Bean Rock' or 'Green Bean Rock' is a type of clay-like rock formed by Paleomatization and diagenesis. These rocks are distributed mainly between early and middle Triassic strata in Southwestern China and are good regionally isochronal mark beds. Studying the diagenetic age of 'Mung Bean Rock' is of great significance for further understanding of its diagenetic mechanism and age background. The debris zircon of 'Mung Bean Rock' in Chongqing Tongliang was used for U-Pb dating by LA-ICP-MS in this study. The zircon crystals have almost complete shape and zoning textures with high U and Th content, typical of magma zircon. Weighted average ages of the zircon 206Pb/238U peak at 245.86±0.98 Ma and 277.6±3.8 Ma. 'Mung Bean Rock' is located in the base of the Leikoupo Formation, the age of 245.86 Ma represents the timing of the zircons entering the sedimentary basin with volcanic ash at the base of the Leikoupo Formation in Tongliang, Chongqing. The age is similar to that of the tuff in Guizhou and Guangxi, indicating that regional volcanic eruption occurred at around 246 Ma. The older zircon was brought into the sedimentary basin during weathering of early igneous rocks and deposited with 'Mung Bean Rock'. A peak age at 277 Ma may imply that there was magmatic activity in the middle Permian period.

In order to reduce the pulsation of output angler velocity of the non-coaxial style of two-output impulse generating mechanism,by using rigid body dynamics software ADAMS for parametric modeling,and combining the MATLAB for data analysis,the variation law of the double output rod angular speed and acceleration and the institutional average,pulsation coefficient and abrupt change of angular acceleration with crank length change are obtained.Through the simulation analysis of example,the consistency of output motion and the crank speed adjustability are verified,and the variation law of the mechanism pulsation will be decrease with the increase of crank length.Finally,the impact of long-rod OE and EF change on the double output motion law of mechanism is analyzed,it is shows that,after increasing the length of the rod OE and EF,the mechanism pulsation decreased,a theoretical basis of the dimension synthesis and optimization of the impulse generating mechanism is provided.

The Dazhuyuan bauxite deposit is one of the most important deposits discovered during recent decades, and the Wuchuan-Zheng'an-Daozhen bauxite area (simplified as Wuzhengdao area) has also been listed as one the first uncompartmentalized prospecting areas on the national level. In order to promote prospecting, it is urgent to summarize the characteristics of the Dazhuyuan typical deposit and the regional ore-forming condition and outline the metallogenic regularity for the Wuzhengdao bauxite area. Based on the analysis of ore-bearing strata, structure, paleoclimatology, palaeogeomorphology and palaeogeography, the distribution of ore-bearing strata (the Dazhuyuan Formation, C2d), the existence of ore-source strata (Hanjiadian Formation, S1hj), the dissolution of limestone from the basement (the Huanglong Formation, C2h), and the stable stretching of syncline are identified as the most four most important key-points for the further prospecting of bauxite deposits in this area. The Liyuan-Luchi syncline, the Zhangjiayuan syncline, the Datang syncline, the Xinmo syncline, the Daozhen syncline, the Taoyuan syncline, the Anchang syncline and the Huanxi syncline have also been chosen as the main targets for uncompartmentalized prospecting and ore-genetic models for different kinds of bauxite deposits have been built, clearing the key exploration prospecting direction. Since 2012, three superlarge-scale, four large-scale and three middle-scale bauxite deposits have been discovered and about 470 million ton of bauxite have been confirmed, which show a remarkable result of uncompartmentalized prospecting in the Wuzhengdao area, North Guizhou. The regularity and ore-genetic model for bauxite deposits, based on practice, can provide scientific evidence for uncompartmentalized prospecting and further exploration in the Wuzhengdao area.

A novel sampling method,IDSampling,was developed to solve the performance unbalance problem that IDS could not scale well in G+bit/s link,which was adaptive with the consumption of the memory bottleneck.With the help of the heuristic messages,such as the entropy of the single-packet flow and the flow length,IDSampling applied the simple sampling strategy based on the entropy of the single-packet flow when the large-scale anomaly occurred,or another complicated one instructed by the feedback of the rear detection results by default.In both cases IDSampling tried to guaran-tee the equal security with detection cost as low as it could.The results of experiment show that ①IDSampling keeps IDS effective by cutting off its load significantly when it is overloaded,at the same time it can guarantee the detection accuracy of the large-scale attack;②Comparing with the other two overwhelming sampling methods,the random packet sampling and the random flow sampling,the number of attack packets sampled by IDSampling is higher than that of the former two,the number outweighs the former two one order of magnitude especially in the large-scale anomaly case.

[Aim] To determine how pupal weight and feeding densities affect the reproduction of the black soldier fly, Hermetis illucens. [Methods] H. illucens pupae of various weights were reared in a laboratory and classified according to weight (c. 130 mg = lighter pupal weight, c. 180 mg = heavier pupal weight ) and rearing density (3, 6 and 9 larvae kg/cage). [Results] There was no significant different in the eclosion rate, eclosion period and sex ratio of lighter and heavier pupae (P > 0.05). However, females that emerged from heavier pupae had significantly higher average egg production and laid a greater average number of eggs laid per female than those that emerged from lighter pupae (P < 0.001). Although there was a significant increase in egg production with increased rearing density (P < 0.001), the average number of eggs laid per female also significantly declined (P < 0.001). Pupal weight and larval feeding densities did not significantly affect egg hatchability (P > 0.05). Females that emerged from heavier pupae had significantly higher egg production, egg mass and pupal quantity, compared to those that emerged from lighter pupae (P < 0.05). Although there was a significant increase in egg production with increased rearing density (P < 0.05), egg mass and pupal quantity significantly declined (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] Females that emerged from heavier pupae were significantly more fecund than those that emerged from lighter pupae. Egg production can be increased by producing heavier pupae. Typhoon Lekima (2019), the 9th typhoon in 2019, caused severe rainstorm during its impact on Shanghai from August 9 to 11, 2019. Based on the ERA-5 hourly reanalysis datasets and the ground observational data with high spatial and temporal resolution in Shanghai, the present study analyzed the causes of the severe precipitation by using the ageostrophic Q-vector decomposition method. The results showed that the severe precipitation associated with Lekima (2019) in Shanghai dominantly came from the spiral rainbands on the east side of the typhoon. The relative humidity at each boundary of the severe precipitation area varied significantly with time in the vertical direction. The vertical transport of water vapor and the water vapor flux in the whole atmosphere played an important role in this severe precipitation event. Furthermore, ageostrophic Q-vector decomposition was used to reveal that the large-scale system on the eastern boundary and the mesoscale system on the northern boundary played a major role. The maximum forcing center descended from the upper to the lower atmosphere after the whole atmosphere was uplifted when the typhoon made landfall, and the mesoscale forcing effect was more obvious than that of the large-scale forcing, which was conducive to the occurrence of severe precipitation. The structure of powder metallurgy hand tight nuts used for power tools is complex. The reasonable die structure and size were found out in this paper by the careful analysis of product structure and forming process, combining with 3D design software and actual production practice. In the results, after sintering the pressed products at high temperature, the density and size of the products meet the design requirements, and successfully pass the testing of testing center and customer. Mass production of powder metallurgy hand tight nut dies for power tools are prepared by 30 t mechanical press pressing, the structure of which includes two up and two down. The overall pressed products by up-punching forming are cracked and scrapped when 5000~7000 pieces are produced. Pressing products by the outside and inside punching forming, the dies are worn and need to be repaired after the production of 100000~120000 pieces of hand tight nuts. Using the forming scheme of the outside and inside punching, the die service life is increased, the production cost is reduced, and the produced powder metallurgy hand tight nut dies for power tools fully meet the design requirements.

A method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole / electrostatic field Orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of 16 organophosphate esters (OPEs) in water and sediment samples. The water samples were extracted by solid phase extraction (Oasis HLB column) while the sediment samples were ultrasonically extracted using 0.1% formic acid methanol and then purified using Sep-Pak PSA column. The treated samples were separated on a Hypersil Gold-C18 column (1.9 μmx2.1 mmx50 mm) and eluted with 0.2% aqueous formic acid solution and methanol. The detection and analysis were performed in electrospray ionization and dd-MS2 + confirmation, in positive mode. The analyzed 16 OPEs were quantitated by external standard method. The lowest detection limits were 3.10- 116.70 ng/L and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.940 7-0.999 8. The developed method was used to analyze the target compounds in water samples and sediment samples from Luoma Lake. In 21 water samples, the concentrations of ∑16OPEs were in the range of 2.99-1 113.09 ng/L, with a median concentration of 408.68 ng/L and an average concentration of 420.03 ng/L. In 6 sediment samples, the concentration of ∑16OPEs were in the range of 15.70-41.28 ng/g, with an median concentration of 27.06 ng/g and an average concentrations of 27.49 ng/g. Compared with the data reported from other water bodies in China or other countries, the concentrations of OPEs in Luoma Lake were at a median/low level. Ecological risk assessment showed that triphenyl phosphate (TPhP), tri-o-cresyl phosphate (o-TTP), tri-m-tolyl phosphate (m-TTP) and tri-p-tolyl phosphate (p-TTP) could pose medium or high risks to water and sediments in Luoma Lake at some sites [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The random forest algorithm and whale optimization algorithm were introduced in the construction of the prediction model of concrete dam deformation based on WOA-RFR to improve the prediction accuracy and model performance. The random forest model belonging to the machine learning algorithm has many advantages such as strong generalization ability and fast training speed, and it has a strong mapping capability for nonlinear features. However, because different parameters and corresponding parameter combinations of the primitive random forest algorithm have a great influence on the improvement and stability of the model performance, the effectiveness of the results cannot be guaranteed under the manual empirical method. Therefore, to address the parameter calibration of the random forest model, the whale optimization algorithm with strong global search ability is introduced to conduct combination optimization on key parameters. The aim is to further enhance the model's generalization ability and robustness at the same time as obtaining optimal parameter combinations. The monitoring model of dam deformation is built by using the random forest optimized by whale algorithm for an actual project, and the coefficient of determination, root mean square error (RMSE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) are introduced to evaluate and compare the excellent performance of the proposed models. The prediction results were compared with different intelligent optimization algorithms and multiple control models. The results show that the WOA-RFR prediction model has higher prediction accuracy and stability, and WOA optimization significantly improves the model performance.

ObjectiveTo investigate the pathogenic spectrum and molecular characteristics of infectious diarrhea among children in Putuo District of Shanghai from 2018 to 2023， and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diarrhea in children.MethodsFecal samples from the cases visited sentinel hospitals for children’s diarrheal disease in Putuo District， Shanghai， were collected from January 2018 to December 2023. A total of 11 species of bacteria were isolated and cultured， and 5 species of viruses were detected by real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The molecular typing of some positive strains was analyzed by the standard pulsed-field gel electrophoresis （PFGE） method. The polymerase-capsid protein linkage region of some norovirus-positive samples was amplified by reverse transcription PCR， and was sequenced and analyzed by bioinformatics software. The Chi-square test and Fisher’s exact probability test were used to compare the pathogen-positive rates in 2018‒2019 and 2020‒2023.ResultsOf the 707 cases of children with infectious diarrhea， the total positive rate was 47.67%， with a single bacterial positivity rate of 16.27%， a single viral positivity rate of 22.63%， and a mixed positivity rate of 8.77%， respectively. The dominant pathogens were rotavirus （10.75%）， norovirus （10.33%）， enteropathogenic Escherichia coli （8.06%）， Salmonella （6.36%）， enteroaggregative Escherichia coli （5.52%）， and Campylobacter （5.23%）. Bacterial infections were predominant in summer and fall， and viral infections were predominant in winter and spring. In the process of oil and gas production in salt-gypsum formation, the deposition of NaCl causes problems such as the decrease of oil production in oil wells, the increase of operation and maintenance costs, and the blockage of oil production equipment, as well as the shortcomings of short salt prevention cycle, high labor costs and frequent feeding of liquid salt inhibitors, a new type of sustained-release solid salt inhibitor was developed. Firstly, the salt inhibitor was screened and optimized to form a composite salt inhibitor. Then, the resin, polymer and crosslinking agent were used as carriers to encapsulate and solidify the composite salt inhibitor in a certain proportion to prepare a sustained-release solid salt inhibitor. The results show that the best single agent mass ratio of the composite salt inhibitor is m(ferrous salt) : m(aminocarboxylate complex) = 2:5, and the average salt inhibition rate can reach 95%. Through the test of sustained-release concentration and salt inhibition rate, it is concluded that when the mass ratio of sustained-release solid salt inhibitor is 51.22% composite salt inhibitor + 19.51% resin + 12.20% polymer 1+4.87% polymer 11+12.20% cross-linking agent, the effect of sustained-release and salt inhibition is the best. It can effectively prevent salt for 120 d at 90 °C, and the salt inhibition rate is always maintained between 85. 27%-96.72%. This salt inhibitor not only has good salt inhibition performance, but also can effectively prolong the salt prevention period and overcome the weakness of frequent feeding of liquid salt inhibitor, so as to meet the needs of long-term salt inhibition of oil wells. Cochlear implantation has been a standard rehabilitation for children and adult patients with severe to profound sensorineural deafness. The intracochlear localization of the electrode array is one of the key factors related to the postoperative auditory and speech outcomes. Preservation of the residual hearing is related to the trauma to the inner ear structures caused in the insertion process. Optimal insertion depth and positioning of the electrode array is important for frequency discrimination. The post-operative position of the electrode array is evaluated by using plain X ray or computed tomography (CT). Compared to the plain X ray, CT produces three-dimensional (3D) imaging. With the application of post-operative CT evaluation, the integrity of the electrode array can be verified for surgical safety and improving programming accuracy. Different 3D reconstruction techniques and methods based on the post-operative CT imaging have been proposed to facilitate the precise recognition of position of each electrode, thus helpful to evaluate the possible insertion trauma to inner ear structures and the potential effect on auditory and speech outcomes. The post-operative CT evaluation has helped the electrode array design, brought progress to the soft surgery procedure and promoted new technologies such as robotic surgery and navigation. Therefore, it is getting more and more attention. This article reviews the clinical application values and the progress of techniques in post-operative CT evaluation of cochlear implantation.

Objective The Beishan Range occupies a key position in Central Asia. This study aims to deepen the understanding of the timing, intracontinental deformation processes, and their dynamic mechanisms in the Late Mesozoic on the southern margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt (CAOB). Methods We conducted detailed analyses of the Early Cretaceous extensional and earlier compressional structures in the southeastern Beishan Range through field geological observations, interpretation of 2D reflection seismic profiles, and apatite fission track thermochronology. Conclusion Field observations show that Lower–Middle Jurassic strata have been strongly deformed by numerous thrusts and folds. 2D seismic reflection profiles reveal two NE- to NEE-striking normal faults. The Suosuojing fault is a SE-dipping low-angle listric normal fault, while the Wudaoming fault is a NW-dipping high-angle normal fault. These normal faults cut through the early-formed fold-thrust system, indicating a transition from contraction to extension. The Suosuojing and Wudaoming faults, respectively, define the northwestern and southeastern boundaries of the Early Cretaceous Zongkouzi basin. The Zongkouzi basin exhibits a graben geometry, with Lower Cretaceous strata displaying typical growth-strata relationships, suggesting that the normal faults were active during the late Early Cretaceous. Thermal history modeling results from apatite fission track data indicate that the footwall of the Suosuojing fault experienced rapid cooling between 132 and 110 Ma. This rapid cooling phase was closely related to the footwall exhumation during the normal slip of the Suosuojing fault. We argue that the Late Mesozoic intracontinental contraction–extension transition in the southeastern Beishan Range likely occurred between ~133 Ma and ~129 Ma in the late Early Cretaceous. The collapse of the thickened crust and coupled mantle upwelling triggered the Early Cretaceous extensional deformation in the southern CAOB.

The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau( QTP) is an important ecological barrier in China. In recent years, the large-scale conversion and reclamation of farmland in the QTP are bound to weaken or induce soil erosion. To explore the impact of different land-use change patterns on soil erosion in the QTP, taking the farming area of the QTP as an example, based on the CSLE model, the soil erosion status of the farming area in 2015 is analyzed, and the comprehensive index of soil erosion intensity change and the contribution of erosion reduction is proposed for the first time. The concept and calculation formula is used to quantify the impact of cultivated land changes on soil erosion and analyze the contribution of different cultivated land change patterns to soil erosion reduction. The results show that: ① The average soil erosion module in the farming areas of the QTP in 2015 is 195.6 t/(hm²·a), and the potential annual soil loss is approximately 446.51 × 106 t/a. ② The composite index of variation in soil erosion intensity in returning farmland to forest, back tillage to grass, and unused land-to-farmland are -378.24, -118.54 and -5.44 t/(hm²·a), and the effect of reducing soil erosion decreases in turn, while the composite index of variation in soil erosion intensity in grassland and forest land reclamation as cultivated land, and farmland that degrades into unused land are 16.53, 32.34 and 200.61 t/(hm²·a), the effect of increasing soil erosion increased in turn. ③ Land-use changes in 2000-2015 reduced soil erosion intensity by 245.54 t/(hm²·a) in the agricultural areas of the QTP with a decrease of 55.66% compared to the unchanging land-use scenario. Under the dual influence of soil erosion intensity change comprehensive index and area, the order of contribution of different land-use changes to soil erosion reduction is: returning farmland to grassland > returning farmland to forest > conversion of unused land to cultivated land > conversion of woodland to cultivated land > conversion of cultivated land to unused land > conversion of grassland to cultivated land. The research results provide a reference for the sustainable development and utilization of water and soil resources and ecological environmental protection in the agricultural areas of the QTP. Coal gangue slurry filling and disposal of solid waste is a new coal green mining technology that conforms to the green and sustainable development of coal mines and responds to national environmental protection policies.In order to establish the basic theoretical system of slurry filling, this paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis, simulation experiment and field industrial test to reveal the law of overburden movement in slurry filling space and master the distribution characteristics of voids available for slurry filling, Clarify the function relationship of "gangue slurry goaf gap".The research shows that the "key layer of slurry filling" is the key to control the space range of slurry filling in the mining process, and the spatial evolution process of "arch beam shell" corresponds to the free accumulation area, load influence area and compaction area of slurry filling space, which directly determines the effect of gangue slurry; The porosity of the collapsed rock mass in the goaf varies along the strike and vertical direction, which satisfies the negative logarithmic function relationship.Based on this, the spatial void distribution model of slurry filling is established, and the key areas of slurry filling are pointed out; Through the ground in-situ grouting filling test, the filling characteristics of gangue slurry in goaf space are proved, and the action process of gangue slurry-gob gap has experienced three stages: initial flow, inrush flow and horizontal diffusion.The industrial practice of gangue slurry filling in the free accumulation area and load affected area of slurry filling space in Huangling No.2 well has successfully verified the feasibility of underground gangue slurry filling technology and the correctness of theory, which provides a new basis for gangue solid waste disposal and green mining.

Coal gangue slurry backfilling is an important technical means of harmless large-scale disposal of gangue under low disturbance conditions, and is one of the important ways to achieve green coal mining, in line with the national green development concept. But for the preparation, long-distance transportation, and goaf disposal of the slurry backfilling material and other aspects of the research is still imperfection, part of the problem of research is still blank, seriously restricting the development of slurry backfilling technology in the field of coal gangue solid waste disposal. Through recent years, coal gangue slurry backfilling in the basic theory and key technology has made a lot of results. The article systematically composes a variety of coal gangue backfilling solid waste disposal technology and its development history, summarizes its applicability and advantages and disadvantages, elaborates the technical background and scientific connotation of the birth of slurry backfilling, and clarifies the key technology and process principle of slurry backfilling. From the perspective of large-scale promotion and application, the three key scientific issues of precise preparation and rheological characteristics of slurry backfilling materials, long-distance pipeline transport characteristics of gangue slurry, spatial dynamic evolution of goaf and the law of slurry intervention have been summarized, and research on precise slurry production technology, pipeline transport technology, and multi-position backfilling technology of slurry has been focused around the above key scientific issues. The rheological characteristics of gangue slurry under multi-factor coupling conditions are analyzed, the mechanism of gangue slurry formation is revealed, the precise preparation model of gangue slurry is constructed, the determination method of key parameters of gangue slurry pipeline transportation is proposed, and the flow and diffusion laws of three forms of slurry-high, low and adjacent are summarized, which in turn to guide the slurry backfilling engineering practice. Based on the above research, the shortcomings and the focus of the future research of the current research on slurry backfilling technology are analyzed, and the development trend of coal gangue slurry backfilling technology under the background of Dual Carbon has prospected, and the following three directions are considered to be the focus of future research: ①mineralized CO2 preparation of carbon-negative slurry technology; ②slurry reconstruction rock layer technology based on MICP technology; ③slurry replacement fluidized mining technology for hard-to-mine coal bodies.

This research carries out difficult analysis and practical discussion on the method for exhaust gas analysis of the steam reforming of radioactive organic waste oil. This paper independently designed a detection analysis system suitable for reforming exhaust gas by using buffer tanks, solenoid valves, auxiliary heating equipment, metal sintering filters, vacuum pumps and other devices. The system realizes the stable intake of reforming exhaust gas and online detection and analysis under the condition of negative pressure and high temperature and reduces the influence of moisture and dust in the exhaust gas on detection results and damage to detection instruments. Finally, the result verified the reliability of the exhaust gas analysis method through the experimental data, which provides accurate experimental data and technical input for the next development of engineering prototypes and promotes the transformation from scientific research innovation to engineering practice.

For the flow interaction between the podded engine and the airframe of blended wing body configuration(BWB), taking the 300 seats class BWB civil transport NPU-BWB-300 designed by Northwestern Polytechnical University as the research object, the influence of the podded engines on the BWB airframe at typical high and low speed conditions were investigated by CFD method, and the airframe-nacelle interference mechanism was revealed. The results indicate that the podded engines mainly affect the high speed performance of BWB, but have little effect on the low speed performance. The flow interaction between the airframe and the nacelle at high speed condition is serious when podded the engines, which leads to strong shock wave and flow separation. The flow mechanism of the above-mentioned interaction is as follows: firstly, the large supersonic region and shock wave on the nacelle external surface interferes with airframe surface flow seriously, which induces shock wave and flow separation; secondly, a convergent-divergent channel is formed between the airframe and the nacelle, resulting in the "throat" effect, which produces shock wave and flow separation.

The roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope refers to the roadway which is seriously affected by dynamic pressure and has a high slope. This type of roadway not only experiences disturbances in the excavation process, but also has to experience the disturbance of the adjacent working face and this working face in the later mining process. This makes the deformation and destruction process of the surrounding rock of this kind of roadway different from that of the conventional mining roadway, and the stability of the surrounding rock with high slope is relatively weak. Taking the air intake roadway of a mine's roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope of 15312 working face as the research object, the deformation and damage mechanism of the roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope is studied by using a combination method of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring. And the support parameters of the roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope are optimized accordingly. By analyzing the damage characteristics of the air intake roadway of 15312 working face, it is concluded that the factors affecting the stability of the surrounding rock of the air intake roadway mainly include the strength of the surrounding rock, the size of the roadway section, the stress environment of the surrounding rock and the strength of the surrounding rock support. It is difficult to control the stability of the roadway from the perspective of the low strength of the surrounding rock itself, the large size of the roadway section and the complex stress environment in which the surrounding rock is located. It is proposed to improve the overall stability of the roadway from the perspective of optimizing the roadway support parameters, which is taking measures to increase the support strength and support range of the two sides of the roadway. Numerical simulation results show that the surrounding rock support stress field after the optimization of the support parameters is approximately circular, and the surrounding rock support stress field of the side wall is larger. The result is more suitable for the stability control of the surrounding rock of of the air intake roadway of the 15312 working face. The monitoring results of on-site anchor rods and anchor cables show that after the optimization of the support parameters, the stability control of the surrounding rock of the roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope can be achieved, the deformation of the surrounding rock is smaller, and the control effect is better.

Periodontitis is closely related to many systemic diseases. Cancer of the digestive system is a common malignant tumor. Increasing evidence has shown that periodontitis is related to various digestive system cancers. This review summarizes the current research on the relationship between periodontitis and esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer and analyzes the possible mechanisms, including via microorganisms, immunity, inflammation, and genes. The content of periodontal pathogens and Helicobacter pylori in the mouth of patients with periodontitis is increased, with the secretion of many virulence factors and pathogenic enzymes and inhibition or evasion of the host’s non-specific immune function, making the digestive system organs connected to the oral cavity more vulnerable to cancer cell invasion. The plasma levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) , interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in patients with periodontitis and digestive system cancers are increased. These elevated factors promote the occurrence and development of cancer by activating endothelial cells, increasing the expression of adhesion molecules and inducing the production of matrix metalloproteinases. Additionally, formyl peptide receptors involved in the inflammatory response and NF-κB, as therapeutic targets of periodontitis, are associated with many cancers, but the mechanism is unclear. Periodontal health is considered a breakthrough point to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of patients with these three common cancers of the digestive system.

The existing method of controlling the stability of roadway surrounding rock is to apply the bolt support resistance to the roadway surface uniformly. But there are few research on the equivalent support force of the bolt bearing layer formed by the coupling of the bolt and the surrounding rock. By analyzing the surrounding rock mechanical model, the analytical expression of the equivalent supporting force of the bolt bearing layer and the analytical expression of the stress in the elastic zone and the plastic zone of the roadway surrounding rock under the action of bolt bearing layer, the radius of the plastic zone and the surface displacement of roadway surrounding rock are obtained. The analysis results shows the following three points. ① The bolt bearing layer thickness increases when the bolt length increases. The bolt bearing layer thickness decreases with the increase of the bolt row spacing when the bolt length is fixed. The bolt bearing layer equivalent support force increases when the bolt bearing layer thickness increases. ② In the plastic zone, compared with the Fenner solution that without considering the bolt bearing layer, the tangential stress of the surrounding rock increases significantly with this solution that considering the bolt bearing layer, and the peak stress position is closer to the center of the roadway. In the elastic zone, compared with the Fenner solution, the tangential stress of the surrounding rock decreases and the radial stress increases with this solution. ③ With the increase of the equivalent support force of the bolt bearing layer, the radius of the plastic zone decreases. With the increase of the equivalent support force of the bolt bearing layer, the surface displacement of the roadway surrounding rock with the Fenner solution and this solution decreases, and the displacement change with the Fenner solution is larger than that of this solution. The Flac3D software is used to numerically simulate the stress of the roadway surrounding rock under the action of the bolt bearing layer, the radius of the plastic zone and the roadway surface displacement. The numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the analysis results of the calculation example, and the stability of the roadway surrounding rock under the action of the bolt bearing layer is more reliable.

Objective To study the effects of left ventricular dysfunction induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) on pulmonary vascular remodeling and hemodynamics, and the relationship with bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP7) expression in the lung tissues of rats. Methods Sixteen healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized equally into TAC model group and sham operation group. At the end of 9 weeks after the surgery, cardiac remodeling and the changes of cardiac functions were assessed by cardiac ultrasound. The pulmonary hemodynamic parameters and the right ventricular functions were evaluated by cardiac catheterization. HE and Masson staining was used to observe pulmonary vascular remodeling, left ventricular myocardial cell size and left ventricular myocardial cell fibrosis in the rats. The mRNA and protein levels of BMP7 in the lung tissues of the rats were detected using RT-qPCR and Western blotting. Results Compared with the sham-operated rats, the rats with TAC showed significantly increased left ventricular wall and septal thickness, increased left ventricular end-diastolic volume (P < 0.01), and decreased left ventricular ejection fraction (P < 0.01). Hemodynamic analysis showed significant increases of the mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) and right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) in rats with TAC as compared with the sham-operated rats (P < 0.01). Pathological examination revealed that in rats with TAC, the cross-sectional area of the left ventricular cardiomyocytes increased significantly (P < 0.01) with obvious myocardial fibrosis (P < 0.01) and thickening of the medial layer of the pulmonary arterioles (P < 0.01) in comparison with the sham-operated group. The expression of BMP7 was decreased significantly at both the mRNA and protein levels in the pulmonary tissue in TAC group as compared with the sham-operated group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular remodeling caused by left ventricular remodeling and left ventricular dysfunction might be related to decreased pulmonary BMP7 expression in addition to the direct influence by changes in the hemodynamics, suggesting that the organ crosstalk between the heart and the lung might participate in the occurrence of pulmonary hypertension resulting from left heart diseases.

A method was presented to establish a support vector machine model based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The model is a better mathematical model established by optimizing the parameters of support vector machine. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is a bionic intelligent algorithm, showing a strong capability in global search. In this paper, particle swarm optimization algorithm was taken to optimize the SVM mathematical model parameters, so as to achieve optimal support vector machine model. In order to solve the double helix classification problem, the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the established support vector machine classifier and the traditional support vector machine classifier were simulated respectively. The simulation results were evaluated with an evaluation system established for the simulation. The evaluation results showed that the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on support vector machine classifier is better than that based on traditional SVM classifier. The classification results showed that the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on support vector machine classifier can improve the classification accuracy, and also validated its validity in the data classification. It was difficult to measure the dynamic position for large rotary parts accurately and the cost of measurement was high. However, to avoid these problems, according to the law of actual motion of large rotary parts, this paper presented a novel real-time detection method, which built constant velocity model and "current" statistical model, and then established interacting multiple model (IMM) algorithm based on the two models. Every dynamic position variable detected by multi-grating sensors was computed by the IMM algorithm to get the final fusion value, and the final fusion values were weighted estimated by using filtering error covariance matrix. The method based on IMM algorithm and optimal weighted estimation algorithm had a small position error, which was demonstrated by Monte Carlo simulation. And the method was also used to measure the angular position of the hollow shaft of a rocket fairing horizontal riveting apparatus. In order to solve the optimal matching issue of penetrating bole depth and aperture on fast perforating into a bunk obstacle, a new tandem shaped charge structure is proposed, which uses two same structures of explosively formed projectile (EFP) shaped charge. The effect of explosion-proof structure on the penetration ability of tandem EFP charge is analyzed by using finite element software, and the associated experiment of tandem EFP penetrating into a steel target is conducted. The results show that the shape of explosion-proof body bas an important effect on the penetration ability of postpositive charge of tandem EFP, and the whole penetration depth of optimized tandem EFP and the penetration depth of postpositive charge are increased by 23 % and 35 %, respectively, greatly improving the efficiency of postpositive EFP charge. A junk messages filtering method, based on an algorithm of support vector machine (SVM), is proposed. By means of performance evaluation index universally applied in such fields as text classification and information retrieval, an evaluation system for filtering junk messages is established. On the basis of data obtained in stimulation and by means of evaluation results of the evaluation system for filtering junk messages on experimental data, the proper kernel function and its parameters are selected to construct a classifier of support vector machine; The classifier of support vector machine and the traditional Bayesian classifier are tested and evaluated through stimulation and evaluation system. The comparison results show that the classifier of support vector machine improve the accuracy of filtering messages, and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm of support vector machine in junk messages filtering. Here we describe a new modified overlap extension PCR method for cloning human tau isoforms which can cut and splice gene to make inserts for expression vectors easily. The isoforms could be simply cloned to eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA4 and the tau protein expression be detected by western blot. Our data implicate that this method is much convenience and easier to cut and splice the multiple cloning site without restriction enzyme. To heighten the accuracy and effectiveness of filtering junk mail, this paper presents a mail filtering method based on filtering mail contents. The junk mail filter was constructed using Boosting algorithm. Referring to the evaluation index adopted in such fields as text classification and information retrieval, the evaluation system of presented junk mail filter was also established. The experiment and performance evaluation were implemented. Results show that, compared with traditional Bias algorithm, the performance of filtering method using Boosting algorithm is obviously superior to the method using traditional Bias algorithm. PCR-DGGE method was adopted to study the effects of inoculating exogenous microbial agent on the bacterial community diversity in the process of fresh pig manure high-temperature aerobic composting. Exogenous microbial agent inoculation promoted the composting process, with the high-temperature period being advanced by 2 days than that of non-inoculation. DGGE pattern analysis showed that during composting, the dominant bacteria changed significantly, with the Shannon-Wiener index of bacterial community at different composting periods varied obviously. The sequencing of DGGE-distinguished bands showed that Clostridium stercorarium subsp. thermolacticum sp. was the dominant group in the whole composting process. Uncultured bacteria Bacillus coagulans sp. and Clostridium thermocellum sp. became the main groups on the 10th and 16th day after microbial agent inoculation, while uncultured Firmicutes sp. and delta proteobacterium became the dominant groups on the 5th and 16th days in the treatment non-inoculation, respectively. Un-dominant group Ureibacillus thermosphaericu sp. and uncultured Silvimonas sp. appeared in the late period of well rotted composting, while uncultured soil bacteria mainly appeared in the initial and high-temperature periods. UPGMC cluster analysis showed that exogenous microbial agent inoculation obviously affected the bacterial community structure in different composting periods, and the main component analysis of DGGE patterns in composting process showed that the bacterial community was mainly affected by the exogenous microbial agent inoculation. The fast fluctuation associated with maneuvering a target’s radar cross-section often affects the imaging performance stability of traditional monostatic Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR). To address this problem, in this study, we propose an imaging method based on the fusion of sub-images of frequencydiversity-distributed multiple Input-Multiple Output-Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (MIMO-ISAR). First, we establish the analytic expression of a two-dimensional ISAR sub-image acquired by different channels of distributed MIMO-ISAR. Then, we derive the distance and azimuth distortion factors of the image acquired by the different channels. By compensating for the distortion of the ISAR image, we ultimately realize distributed MIMO-ISAR fusion imaging. Simulations verify the validity of this imaging method using distributed MIMO-ISAR.

This paper analysed the HARN-LIN protocol and the two modifications, and pointed out the essential cause of the bug for security. Also, this paper proposed one modification that not only eradicates the bug of the original protocol, but also obeys the original intention not to use one-way function. At last, it discussed the proposed modification in validity, security and efficiency. Objective To explore the expression of circRNA_23113 in lung adenocarcinoma and its influence on the proliferation/migration of the adenocarcinoma cells. Methods Screening 5 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues by high-throughput sequencing from which screened out the differentially expressed circular RNA circRNA_23113. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of circRNA_23113 in the adenocarcinoma tissues, serum and cells; the over-expression plasmid of circRNA_23113 was constructed, and its effect on cell proliferation and migration was measured by CCK-8 method, clone formation experiment, cell scratching and Transwell chamber method; Western blot was used to detect the expression of β-catenin, cyclin D1 and c-myc protein. Results CircRNA_23113 was significantly less expressed in tissues, serum and cells of patients with lung cancer (P＜0.05); Over-expression of circRNA_23113 inhibited the proliferation and migration of A549 and H1299 cells(P＜0.05); CircRNA_23113 inhibited the expression of β-catenin, cyclin D1 and c-myc(P＜0.05). Conclusions CircRNA_23113 is poorly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma, and over-expression may inhibit the proliferation and migration of lung adenocarcinoma cells.

Objectives: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory Haemophilus influenzae (HI) infection in children in Suzhou, China and its association with climatic factors and air pollutants., Methods: The data on air pollutants and climatic factors in Suzhou from January 2016 to December 2019 were collected. Respiratory secretions were collected from 7 940 children with acute respiratory infection who were hospitalized during this period, and bacterial culture results were analyzed for the detection of HI. A stepwise regression analysis was used to investigate the association of HI detection rate with air pollutants (PM 2.5 , PM 10 , NO 2 , SO 2 , CO, and O 3 ) and climatic factors (monthly mean temperature, monthly mean humidity, monthly total rainfall, monthly total sunshine duration, and monthly mean wind speed)., Results: In 2016-2019, the 4-year overall detection rate of HI was 9.26% (735/7 940) among the children in Suzhou. The children aged <1 year and 1-<3 years had a significantly higher HI detection rate than those aged ≥3 years ( P <0.01). The detection rate of HI in spring was significantly higher than that in the other three seasons, and the detection rate of HI in autumn was significantly lower than that in the other three seasons ( P <0.001). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that PM 10 and monthly mean wind speed were independent risk factors for the detection rate of HI: the detection rate of HI was increased by 0.86% for every 10 µg/m 3 increase in the concentration of PM 10 and was increased by 5.64% for every 1 m/s increase in monthly mean wind speed. Air pollutants and climatic factors had a lag effect on the detection rate of HI., Conclusions: HI is an important pathogen for acute respiratory infection in children in Suzhou and is prevalent in spring. PM 10 and monthly mean wind speed are independent risk factors for the detection rate of HI.

Objective: To explore early efficacy of minimally invasive Chevron Akin(MICA) osteotomy for the treatment of mild to moderate hallux valgus., Methods: From June 2019 to April 2021, a total of 26 patients (29 feet) with mild to moderate hallux valgus, including 1 male and 25 females aged from 19 to 78 years old with an average of(38.3±19.5) years old, were treated with MICA. Preoperative and postoperative hallux valgus angle(HVA), intermetatarsal angle(IMA) and shortening of the first metatarsal were observed and compared. American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) forefoot scoring system and visual analogue scale (VAS) were applied to evaluate clinical outcome at the final follow-up, and complications were also recorded., Results: All patients obtained followed up from 12 to 33 months with an average of(19.6±5.1) months. HVA and IMA was improved from (32.3±6.6)° and (11.7±3.2)° pre-operatively to (13.0±5.3)° and (6.1±3.2)° post-operatively, respectively, which had a significant difference ( P <0.01). The average shortening of the first metatarsal was (2.7±1.1) mm. AOFAS and VAS was improved from (55.7±7.4) and (6.5±1.5) preoperatively and to (88.5±7.9) and (0.7±0.4) respectively at the final follow-up, which also had a significant difference( P <0.01). According to AOFAS score, 15 feet achieved an excellent result, 11 good and 3 moderate., Conclusion: MICA osteotomy is a safe and reliable surgical technique for mild to moderate hallux valgus with advantages of minimally invasive, rapid recovery, low complication rate and an effect improvement of hallux valgus deformity.

Objective: To study the effects of miR-99b-5p (non-coding RNA) in alleviating pathological neuropathic pain after paclitaxel chemotherapy by inhibiting NLRP3 inflammatory vesicle activation and the effects on neuronal cells pyrosis and apoptosis., Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, agomiR-99b-5P treatment group, and agomiR-NC group, 6 rats in each group. The blank group received saline treatment as a control, the model group established a pain model induced by paclitaxel, and the rats in agomiR-99b-5p treatment group and agomiR-NC group were treated with agomiR-99b-5p and agomiR-NC injections, respectively. The expressions of miR-99b-5p in the blank group, model group, and treatment group were detected by RT-qPCR. The mechanical foot retraction threshold (MWT) of the blank group, model group, and treatment group were detected. TUNEL was used to detect the apoptosis of spinal dorsal horn cells. The levels of ROS, MDA, and SOD were detected by ELISA kits. The protein expressions of NLRP3, caspase-1, and IL-1β were detected by immunofluorescence staining., Results: Compared with the model group, the expression level of miR-99b-5p and the MWT were increased significantly in agomiR-99b-5p treatment group ( P ＜0.05), the apoptosis of dorsal horn cells was inhibited ( P ＜0.05), the level of antioxidant stress was increased in rats, the levels of ROS and MDA were decreased ( P ＜0.05), while the level of SOD was increased ( P ＜0.05). Immunofluorescence showed that the expressions of NLRP3, caspase-1, and IL-1β were inhibited by miR-99b-5p., Conclusion: miR-99b-5p can alleviate the apoptosis and pyroptosis of neurons after paclitaxel chemotherapy by inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 and improving oxidative stress in vivo.

The lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-indused RAW264.7 cells inflammation model was used as a carrier to investigated the effects of the preparation quality markers of Yulian Tang with anti-inflammatory activity in vitro. RAW264.7 cells were treated with LPS(50 ng·mL~(-1)) or/and different concentrations(low dose 0.1 μmol·L~(-1); medium dose 1 μmol·L~(-1); high dose 10 μmol·L~(-1)) of 18 chemical components in Yulian Tang for 24 h. Then the activity of RAW264.7 cell was detected using Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8) and the concentrations of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6 in the supernatant of RAW264.7 cell were detected by ELISA assay. As the concentrations of chemical components in Yulian Tang increased, berberine, coptisine, magnoflorine, epiberberine, columbamine and costunolide had stronger inhibitory effects on TNF-α, whereas limonin, dehydroevodiamine, chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, groenlandicine, evodiamine, rutaecarpine and phellodendrine showed weakened inhibitory effects on TNF-α. The concentrations of palmatine, jatrorrhizine, dehydrocostus lactone and cryptochlorogenic acid had no significant effect on their inhibitory effect on TNF-α. Furthermore, dehydrorutaecarpine, chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, evodiamine, rutaecarpine, costunolide, phellodendrine and cryptochlorogenic acid showed stronger inhibitory effect on IL-6 as their concentrations increased; berberine, coptisine, magnoflorine, epiberberine, limonin, columbamine, groenlandicine and dehydrocostus lactone had no changes in their inhibitory effects on IL-6 as the concentrations increased. Palmatine and jatrorrhizine had the best inhibitory effect on IL-6. Combining the previous analysis of qualitative and quantitative preparation quality markers of Yulian Tang with the above result of dose-response relationship, we finally identified 15 preparation quality markers of Yulian Tang with anti-inflammatory activity, namely berberine, coptisine, palmatine, magnoflorine, epiberberine, limonin, columbamine, jatrorrhizine, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, groenlandicine, evodiamine, rutaecarpine, dehydrocostus lactone and costunolide. In conclusion, our study provides a quick strategy for screening the qualitative preparation quality markers of Yulian Tang with anti-inflammatory activity. Moreover, it also provides an explicit route for the determination of preparation quality markers of Yulian Tang with other activities.

Objective: To investigate the surgical skills and clinical curative results of arthroscopic treatment of ankle instability combined with anteromedial impingement syndrome., Methods: From February 2019 to August 2020, 13 patients with ankle instability combined with anteromedial impingement were retrospectively analyzed. There were 10 males and 3 females with age of (40.0±15.1) years old. The course of disease was(44.1±33.2) months. All patients had history of ankle sprain. MRI showed the injury of anterior talofibular ligament. All patients had anteromedial pain and pressing pain when ankle dorsiflexion. All patients were treated with ankle debridement and Brostr?m-Gould surgery under ankle arthroscopic. Postoperative results were evaluated by VAS(visual analogue scale) and AOFAS-AH(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot scale, AOFAS-AH)., Results: All 13 patients completed the surgery successfully with an operative time of 60 to 90 minutes. All the surgical incisions healed by first intention, and no complications such as incision infection, skin necrosis and neurovascular injury. Follow-up time was (18.1±4.7) months. At the latest follow-up, the VAS score was 1.2±1.1, which was significantly lower than the preoperative score 4.8±1.5 ( P <0.05);the AOFAS-AH score 94.2±5.1 was significantly higher than the preoperative score 65.5±11.5 ( P <0.05). The AOFAS-AH score at the final follow-up ranged from 84 to 100. All patients walked with normal gait without ankle instability or impingement recurrence., Conclusion: Ankle anteromedial impingement syndrome combined with ankle instability is easy to be ignored clinically. Such kind of anteromedial impingement syndrome is mostly related to osteophyte at dorsal medial talar neck. Arthroscopic treatment of ankle instability combined with anteromedial impingement syndrome has satisfactory curative effect with safety and minimal injury.
