CoxBy alloy with high hardness and high melting point has wide range of applications in many fields because of its stable chemical property, high strength, and good thermal stability. In this work, the thermodynamic and electrical properties of five CoxBy alloys (CoB, Co2B, Co3B, Co23B6 and Co5B16), were studied and compared based on a first-principles approach. The elastic constant and related mechanical property of the binary alloys were calculated by using the energy-strain method, and the thermodynamic properties such as the Debye temperature (ΘD) and the coefficient of thermal expansion (α) within a finite temperature were calculated based on the quasi-simple harmonic Debye model. By comparing the mechanical parameters of the binary alloys, it is found that the comprehensive mechanical property of the CoB alloy is the best among the studied alloys; the state density mapping indicates that all five CoxB y alloys have good metallicity and electrical conductivity, and have some potential applications in the field of electrode materials. In Co3B and Co23B6 alloys, there is a resonance peak between the d electron orbital of Co atom and the p electron orbital of B atom, indicating that there is a significant chemical bond between Co—B.The study complements the gap of thermomechanical property parameters of CoxBy binary alloys and provides a theoretical reference for the design and application of Co based or Co—B binary alloy materials.

This paper summarized the nursing management for 33 patients with verrucous epidermal nevi. Psychological guidance and health education were carried out before surgery. Nurses had enhanced the intraoperative coordination and monitoring of illness condition. Key issues of postoperative nursing included wound care, body position care, perineal care; nutrition support, medical care and health education before discharge form hospital. The comprehensive perioperative nursing interventions could effectively improve the wound healing, reduce the risk of complications and improve patients’ quality of life. Gastrointestinal (GI) endoscope is one of the instruments used extensively in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract disorders. China is confronted with a great demand for endoscopists working in grassroots healthcare facilities. Furthermore, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) are becoming the prevailing methods of endoscopic treatment of digestive diseases. Therefore, there is a growing demand for senior endoscopists. Currently, an important focus of GI endoscopy training is the acceleration of standardized training for endoscopists working in grassroots health facilities and advanced training for senior endoscopists. Simulation devices based on virtual reality technology exhibit strengths in objectivity, authenticity, and an immersive experience. These devices show advantages in the training method, the number of participants, and assessment over traditional training programs for GI endoscopy. Their application provides a new approach to the training and teaching of GI endoscopy. Herein, we summarized the explorations and practices of using virtual reality technology in the training and teaching of GI endoscopy, analyzed its application status in China, and discussed its prospects for future application. Based on the finite element analysis model of the low speed stage of the MW wind turbine gearbox,the fatigue damage of the low speed gearbox is studied. Based on the analysis of the ANSYS-workbench and the ANSYS classic,the stress condition of the low speed level planet carrier of the wind turbine is obtained.The S-N curve of planet carrier is got based on the design specification of GL2010. The fatigue load spectrum of the planet carrier is calculated by the rain flow cycle counting method. Finally,based on the combination of presents a rain flow counting method with Palmagren-Miner damage theory and safety factor to calculate the fatigue damage method by using the n Code/design life software,the fatigue damage and minimum safety factor of the low speed level planet carrier of the wind power gearbox is obtained. The analysis results show that the proposed method is reliable and practical,a more accurate analysis method for the fatigue analysis on planet carrier in MW level wind turbine gearbox is provided and it also has a certain practical significance.

xiǎojiě ( 小姐, miss) is a popular form of address in contemporary Chinese; generally speaking, it is defined as a title for “unmarried girl”. This form has multiple connotations,. Given recent changes in society, some think that, xiǎojiě (小姐) will become a widely-used form of address, while others think that young females will come to consider the title repulsive. None can have the final say, this is because the synchronic language differences are not only the result of the synchronic change but also possibly its sign. Since synchronic differences could not only be a result of diachronic change but also could herald further change, it is not clear what direction xiǎojiě ( 小姐) will take. In the language conflicts, When two language varieties conflict, the more common variety usually influences the less common. A field investigation in large cities throughout China thus allows us not only to draw A Distributional Map of Pragmatic Features of the Title xiǎojiě (小姐), but also enables us to see its diachronic possibilities.

Objective To analyze the clinical,CT and MRI characteristics of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) to raise awareness of multiple organ damage in this disease. Methods The clinical, CT and MRI characteristics of 12 cases of clinically confirmed TSC in Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from September 2015 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results TSC involved multiple organs and showed different changes in clinical imaging (the count of cases may overlap). In central nervous system, there were 9 cases of typical subependymal nodule, including 7 calcified nodules and 2 non-calcified nodules; 5 cases of cortical and subcortical nodule, 3 cases of white matter signal change, 1 case of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma. In abdomen,there were 8 cases of angiomyolipoma of different sizes in both kidneys (of which 2 cases were accompanied by intratumoral hemorrhage) and 1 case of multiple hepatic angiomyolipoma. In chest, there were 2 cases of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis and 1 case of cardiac rhabdomyoma. In bone, there was 1 case of multiple nodular and patchy osteosclerosis. Conclusion The analysis of clinical imaging features of TSC multi-system tumor is helpful for the diagnosis of TSC.

Attention deficit and hyperactive disorder (ADHD) is a chronic neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention, hyperactivity-impulsivity, and working memory deficits. Social dysfunction is one of the major challenges faced by children with ADHD. It has been found that children with ADHD can't perform as well as typically developing children on facial expression recognition (FER) tasks. Generally, children with ADHD have some difficulties in FER, while some studies suggest that they have no significant differences in accuracy of specific emotion recognition compared with typically developing children. The neuropsychological mechanisms underlying these difficulties are as follows. First, neuroanatomically. Compared to typically developing children, children with ADHD show smaller gray matter volume and surface area in the amygdala and medial prefrontal cortex regions, as well as reduced density and volume of axons/cells in certain frontal white matter fiber tracts. Second, neurophysiologically. Children with ADHD exhibit increased slow-wave activity in their electroencephalogram, and event-related potential studies reveal abnormalities in emotional regulation and responses to angry faces when facing facial stimuli. Third, psychologically. Psychosocial stressors may influence FER abilities in children with ADHD, and sleep deprivation in ADHD children may significantly increase their recognition threshold for negative expressions such as sadness and anger. This article reviews research progress over the past three years on FER abilities of children with ADHD, analyzing the FER deficit in children with ADHD from three dimensions: neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and psychology, aiming to provide new perspectives for further research and clinical treatment of ADHD.

Objective: To examine the influencing factors and prognostic features of poor response to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) treatment in primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) patients with dyslipidemia., Methods: A retrospective study was conducted, covering 512 patients who had a confirmed diagnosis of PBC, and who received treatment at West China Hospital, Sichuan University between January 2009 and March 2022. According to their actual response to UDCA treatment, patients were divided into two groups, UDCA full-response group ( n =305) and UDCA non-responding group ( n =207). The data from the two groups were compared to predict the adverse factors influencing patient response and the area under the curve ( AUC ) of the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, identify the cut-off value of total cholesterol (TC), and analyze the differences in baseline laboratory test findings and the rate of responses to treatment. According to the TC cut-off value, patients were divided into a group with TC≥5.415 mmol/L and another group with TC<5.415 mmol/L. In addition, differences in the prognosis of the two groups were assessed by comparing the UK-PBC and GLOBE scores., Results: The baseline data, including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TB), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), triglycerides (TG), TC, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), were significantly increased in the UDCA non-responding group compared to those in the full-response group (all P <0.005), while the albumin level of the UDCA non-responding group was decreased compared to that of the full-response group ( P =0.012). Findings of multi-factor logistic regression analysis suggested that TC (odds ratio [ OR ]=1.501, 95% confidence interval [ CI ]: 1.275-1.767, P <0.01) and ALP ( OR =1.005, 95% CI : 1.003-1.006, P <0.01) were independent risk factors influencing patient response. The ROC curve analysis suggested worse prognosis for patients with TC≥5.415 mmol/L ( AUC : 0.727, 95% CI : 0.680-0.775, 63.8% sensitivity, 76.4% specificity). In addition, the UK-PBC risk score at 1 year of treatment was higher in the high-TC group (TC≥5.415 mmol/L) than that in the low-TC group (TC<5.415 mmol/L) ( P <0.05)., Conclusions: Hypercholesterolemia is an independent risk factor for poor response to UDCA in PBC patients. The electroencephalographic characteristics of mental fatigue, which was induced by long-term working memory task of 2-back, were studied by event-related potential (ERP) technology in order to obtain objective evaluation indicators for mental fatigue. Thirty-two healthy male subjects, 22-28 years old, were divided into two groups evenly, one is un-fatigue group and the other is fatigue group. The fatigue group performed a 2-back task for 100 min continuously, while the un-fatigue group just performed a 2-back task at the first and last 10 min respectively, and rested during the middle 80 min. The subjective levels of fatigue, task performance and electroencephalogram were recorded. The impaired thought and attention states, enhanced sleepy and fatigue feeling were found in the fatigue group, meanwhile their reaction time to 2-back task extended, and the accuracy decreased significantly. These results verified the validity of mental fatigue model induced by 2-back task, and then the ERP characteristic parameters were compared and analyzed between fatigue group and un-fatigue group. The results showed that the fatigue group's amplitudes of P300 ( F = 2.539, P < 0.05) and error-related negativity (ERN) ( F = 10.040, P < 0.05) decreased significantly along with the increase of fatigue comparing with the un-fatigue group, however, there were no significant change in other parameters (all P > 0.05). These results demonstrate that P300 and ERN can be considered as potential evaluation indictors for mental fatigue induced by long-term working memory task, which will provide basis for the future exploring of countermeasure for mental fatigue.

Objective: To investigate the changes in the afferent discharge activities of the sensory nerve endings in muscle spindles of rats with hindlimb immobilization., Methods: Plaster cast was used immobilize the hindllimbs of rats. Using air-gap technique, the spontaneous discharge of the muscle spindles and its responses to perfusion with succinylcholine (0.05 mg/ml) and suspension in an extended position were observed in isolated muscle spindles from rats with hindlimb immobilization for 3, 7, and 14 days., Results: The muscle spindles of rat soleus showed a sharp decrease in spontaneous discharge frequency (P<0.01) and response to succinylcholine perfusion after 3 days of hindlimb immobilization (P<0.05). Significant changes of the firing rate in an extended position was observed in rats after a 14-day immobilization (P<0.01). The duration of individual spikes was significantly prolonged following hindlimb immobilization (P<0.01)., Conclusion: Muscle spindle discharges decrease significantly in rats following hindlimb immobilization, which might be related to reduced contractile properties of the muscle spindle.
