Autonomic nerve dysfunction is a common non-motor symptom of Parkinson's disease (PD). It has a high incidence and involves multiple organ system disorders with various manifestations, seriously affecting the quality of life. Autonomic nerve dysfunction can be a major symptom of advanced PD and a major cause of disability. Subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation (STN-DBS) is an effective treatment for advanced PD, and its improvement of motor symptoms in PD patients has been widely recognized. However, the effect of STN - DBS on the symptoms of autonomic nerve dysfunction in PD patients is still unclear. Here, the efficacy of STN - DBS on PD autonomic nerve dysfunction is briefly reviewed. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the symptoms of autonomic nerve dysfunction in PD patients, and conduct preoperative evaluation of DBS in PD patients, so as to comprehensively consider the postoperative efficacy, target selection, stimulus parameter setting, drug adjustment, develop an individualized treatment plan.

Deep brain stimulation (DBS) has been widely used for Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, drug - resistant epilepsy and other diseases. The operation procedure of this surgical method is complicated, and it also has certain complications in clinical application, including surgical complications such as intracranial hemorrhage and infection, hardware complications such as lead fracture and displacement, and stimulation complications such as paresthesia and muscle spasm, in which lead fracture and erosion and infection of the skin behind the ear are common and troublesome complications. In clinical practice, we found that lead fracture and erosion and infection of the skin were mainly located behind the ear. Since 2012, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University had applied the retroauricular bone grinding groove technology in DBS, which significantly reduced the incidence of lead fracture and erosion and infection of the skin. Therefore, the retroauricular bone grinding groove technology can effectively solve the above problems. This paper mainly introduces the retroauricular bone grinding groove technology and the clinical application attention matters, providing references for colleagues.

Stroke can lead to long - term motor disorders and reduced quality of life. Despite advances in conventional rehabilitation, many patients are still faced with limited efficacy of rehabilitation. Neuromodulation techniques have shown breakthrough therapeutic potential. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the mechanism of poststroke neuroplasticity, to explore the mechanism of dentate nucleus deep brain stimulation (DN - DBS) to improve poststroke motor function, and to summarize the progress of the study, in order to provide a scientific basis and a new therapeutic perspective for clinical practice of DN-DBS.

Identification of odor compounds in fresh sea buckthorn juice (FSBJ) and pulp (SBP) was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-olfactometry (GC-MS-O). A total of 39 and 36 odor compounds were identified in FSBJ and SBP, respectively. Further findings revealed that ethyl hexanoate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl 3-methylbutyrate, and 3-methylbutyl 3-methylbutanoate had high flavor dilution (FD) factors and were identified as the key odor compounds in FSBJ. In addition, the contents of ester compounds contributing to the fruity odor were significantly reduced in SBP after pasteurization. Sensory evaluation and electronic tongue analysis revealed that the sweetness and overall taste of SBP were superior to those of FSBJ. The contents of vitamin C and total flavonoids were significantly lower in SBP than in FSBJ, indicating that pasteurization reduces the nutritional quality of FSBJ. The results of the study can provide theoretical references for the flavor and nutritional quality optimization of sea buckthorn products.

Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is one of the most effective treatment methods for movement disorders, but there are still limitations in efficacy and adverse reactions, which may be due to the existing stimulation mode is too fixed to adjust according to the individual situation of patients. Adaptive deep brain stimulation (aDBS) based on the level of brain electrophysiological activity can adjust the stimulation mode with the change of clinical symptoms, which is more effective. The preliminary study of aDBS confirms its effectiveness. This article describes the electrophysiological signals involved in aDBS and its application progress in movement disorders.

Objective To explore the pathophysiologic mechanism of SNCA gene in the early⁃stage of Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods Wild type (WT group, n=10) and SNCA Ala53Thr base substitution mice (TG group, n=10) were selected for further experiments. Endogenous metabolites in olfactory bulb (OB) of transgenic and wild type mice were detected and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography⁃tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC⁃MS/MS). Then the endogenous metabolites were identified through mzCloud and determined by molecular formula and molecular weight. The differential endogenous metabolites were obtained by principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares discrimination analysis (PLS⁃DA), orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS⁃DA) and cluster analysis. Finally, the pathway and interaction network between the differential endogenous metabolites and corresponding pathways were constructed. Results Finally 29 variations were identified as differential metabolites. Among them, the relative expressions of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), vitamin C, sphingomyelin (SM), phosphatidylglycerol (PG) and glutamic acid were elevated in TG group (P＜0.05, for all) and the negative relationship was shown between elevated metabolite and decreased metabolite in relative expression, while the relative expressions of phosphalipids, taurine, ceramide valine and γ⁃aminobutyric acid (GABA) were decreased in TG group (P＜0.05, for all) and the relationship of relative expression among them was positive. The related metabolic pathways were mainly associated with the taurine and hypotaurine metabolism, glutamine and glutamate metabolism, ascorbate and aldarate metabolism, glycerophospholipid metabolism and alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism, included taurine, D⁃glutamate, vitamine C, phospholipid, LysoPC [18: 2 (9Z, 12Z)] and GABA all 6 significant metabolites. Conclusions The experiment verified pathological changes of OB in the early stage of PD. Meanwhile the differences in phosphatides could be a direct result of SNCA Ala53Thr mutation. Furthermore, malfunction of neurons in OB is also observed and may be contributed to the abnormal phosphatides' metabolism.

BACKGROUND Before analyzing the carbon isotopes of n-alkanes by gas chromatography-gas isotope mass spectrometry (GC-IRMS), it is necessary to pre-separate and enrich n-alkanes and isoparaffins in saturated hydrocarbon samples. Whether the carbon isotope fractionation of n-alkanes occurs is the key for the high-precision analysis of the carbon isotope ratio. OBJECTIVES To determine isotopic fractionation characteristics for n-alkanes during column chromatography and molecular sieve separation. METHODS Saturated hydrocarbon components were extracted with a 500mg/3mL SPE silica gel column using 2mL n-pentane. After separating by a 5Å molecular sieve and extracting by a mixture solvent of cyclohexane and n-pentane, n-alkanes were concentrated and analyzed by gas chromatography-combustion-isotope ratio mass spectrometry (GC-C-IRMS). RESULTS During column chromatographic separation, the carbon isotope ratio of most n-alkanes differed from -0.2‰ to 0.2‰. When n-alkanes was not completely complexed by 5Å molecular sieve, the uncomplexed alkane carbon isotope was about 0.7‰ heavier, and weak carbon isotope fractionation occured, but it did not affect the eluted n-alkanes carbon isotope ratio. Eluted with cyclohexane-n-pentane mixed solvent, the carbon isotope values before and after the elution differed from-0.2‰ to 0.5‰, and eluted in the same way for the second time, the difference between the eluted n-alkanes carbon isotope and simulate sample was between -0.3‰ and 0.2‰. Analyzing the carbon isotope ratios of n-alkanes with different recoveries (>20%), the difference between carbon isotopes of n-alkanes before and after pretreatment was within 0.3‰. It was found that when the recovery was as low as 20%, the carbon isotope ratios did not undergo significant fractionation. CONCLUSIONS The column chromatography-5Å molecular sieve adsorption and mixed solvent elution method is suitable for the analysis of carbon isotope ratios of normal alkanes, which yields a recovery greater than 20%.

Silencing nucleostemin (NS) can activate the p53 pathway and p53 inhibit proliferation of the tumor cell through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/ protein kinase B (PKB or AKT)/ mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signal pathway. Low expression of NS also inhibits the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway through a non-p53 pathway. Inhibition of p53 activates the Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway. High expression of NS also activates the Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway. Over-expression of c-Myc increases NS expression and inhibits p53 expression,which may promote cell proliferation.

Background Deep brain stimulation (DBS) offers a very promising therapy for medically intractable dystonia. Among different dystonia subtypes, the surgical outcome of primary dystonia is most convincing, while that of post-traumatic dystonia is uncertain. This paper aims to evaluate the effect of DBS on post-traumatic dystonia. Methods Four patients of post-traumatic dystonia treated with DBS on globus pallidus internus (GPi) or subthalamic nucleus (STN) were reviewed and their surgical effect was evaluated. Outcome assessments were based on Burke-Fahn-Marsden Dystonia Rating Scale (BFMDRS) movement and disability scores preoperatively and one month, 6 months, one year and 2 years after surgery. Improvement rate was counted to evaluate the curative effect. Results BFMDRS movement scores were improved by 38.35%, 47.28%, 62.74% and 68.69% respectively, and disability scores were improved by 35.36% , 46.83% , 59.60% and 67.01% respectively. Imaging features of these patients were reviewed. Although the location and size of encephalomalacia differed among these patients, the anatomical features of basal ganglia remained intact. Conclusions With strict selection, DBS may be a promising treatment to ameliorate the symptoms of post-traumatic dystonia. The surgical effect may be sustainable in long term. Anatomical integrity of basal ganglia may be an important factor to predict good outcome. DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2015.10.006

There are abundant moraine soil sources distributed in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China, with complex historical causes, changeable material structure, and large differences in mechanical properties. Moraine landslide often occurs under the action of rainfall and ice and snow melting. The debris of landslide enters the gully and mixes with water flow, which is very easy to produce the moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake disaster chain, which is the key and difficult point of disaster prevention and reduction in the plateau. In recent years, the Sichuan--Tibet railway project and major hydropower development in Tibet have faced a great threat from the moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake disaster chain. It is a major national demand to improve the capacity of disaster prevention, reduction and relief. Moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake--dam-breaking flood is a chain disaster process of cascade amplification, which involves complex dynamic evolution mechanisms such as landslide initiation, movement behavior transformation, erosion amplification along the process, multi-stage river blocking superposition, and dam break water-sediment coupling. Especially under complex meteorological conditions, there are some problems such as unclear mechanism, inaccurate model, and lack of simulation technology. It is urgent to carry out the research on the complex dynamic mechanism, control theoretical model, and whole process numerical simulation of moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake disaster chain process. Combined with the research status at home and abroad, five research contents are further proposed: 1) Evolution of mechanical properties of moraine soil under complex meteorological conditions. 2) Dynamic disaster process and migration model of moraine landslide--debris flow. 3) Formation mechanism and simulation of moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake. 4) Mechanism of erosion and outburst of moraine dam and the process of flow channel expansion. 5) Mechanism of water-sediment interaction in the downstream channel and the simulation of flood evolution. Many preliminary explorations and research work have been carried out to preliminarily reveal the migration of moraine landslide debris flow and multi-stage river blocking mechanism, a dam break evolution model that can consider water erosion and intermittent collapse of the broken slope has been built, and the simulation method of moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake disaster chain evolution process has been discussed. The results lay a foundation for further understanding of the complex dynamic mechanism of the moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake disaster chain process, constructing the control theoretical model and developing the whole process numerical simulation system. And the results are expected to provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of moraine landslide--debris flow--dammed lake disaster chain and technical support for non-engineering risk reduction and emergency disposal decision-making. Aiming at the low efficiency and reliability of the ultra-high voltage circuit breaker transmission mechanism, the kinematic differential equations of the mechanism was built based on analyzing the mechanism's composition principle, and the efficiency calculation model of the mechanism was built according to the conservation of energy. By solving this model, efficiency curves changing with stroke were obtained. Meanwhile, a new optimal scheme was designed according to the efficiency calculation model by changing the articulated point position and length of the connecting rod, considering the certain needs of the transmission mechanism were met. Better was the transmission performance that the transmission angle was close to 90 degree and the transmission efficiency was improved more than 6%. The results indicate that the transmission efficiency and performance of the mechanism could be effectively improved and optimized by adopting the model, which calculates the organization efficiency and optimizes the design method of high voltage circuit breaker transmission mechanism. This paper attempts to develop a real options-based approach to investigate the important implication of authoritarian mechanisms for economic development under uncertain environments, from the respective perspectives of central and local governments. By defining the concepts of transferrable costs and authoritarian rents, our model can shed new light on why authoritarian mechanisms can accelerate the economic growth, and provide new insights on the incentive problem of "collusion" or side contracts between local governments and enterprises. In order to maximize the social welfare, from the perspective of the central government we also allow for the optimal design of contract mechanisms between central and local governments. Our model results show that when the negative social costs caused by transferred costs are relatively little and if the "collusion" or side contracts between local governments and enterprises are allowed, authoritarian mechanisms can play important roles in accelerating economic growth and making macroeconomic policies should therefore take full account of the significant effect. Furthermore, our paper also provides constructive proposals concerning the future economic development in mainland China and facilitate improving the scientific conception of economic development in this country. Focusing on the phenomenon of "de-acupoints" of the needle insertion sites in Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN), the authors allocated the evolution and characteristics of the needle insertion sites of FSN. From six aspects, named morphology and structure, location, nomenclature, numbers and meridian tropism, indications and acupuncture manipulations, the comparison was made between the insertion sites of FSN and traditional acupoints. It is believed: ①The needle insertion sites of FSN has the basic attributes of acupoint, which not only refers to the operation site, but also indicates the reaction of disease; moreover, it is the treatment site with significant therapeutic effect. ②The optimized sites of insertion in FSN should be named differently and their locations and numbers should be specified relatively. ③The insertion sites of FSN should be further intersected and integrated with traditional acupoints, and a part of traditional acupoints should become the insertion sites of FSN. ④Accepting and integrating the insertion sites of FSN, and expanding the scope of traditional acupoints may be the new project in the research of traditional acupoints.

Objective: To observe the effect of horizontal penetration needling at vertigo auditory area and balance area on residual dizziness after successful repositioning maneuver in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)., Methods: Sixty-six patients with residual dizziness after successful repositioning maneuver for BPPV were randomly divided into an observation group (34 cases, 1 case dropped off) and a control group (32 cases, 2 cases dropped off). The patients in the observation group were treated with horizontal penetration needling at vertigo auditory area and balance area, once every other day; three times were taken as a course of treatment, and two courses of treatment were given. The patients in the control group received no acupuncture and medication. The dizziness handicap inventory (DHI) and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were observed before treatment and after 1 and 2 courses of treatment., Results: Except for the emotional score of DHI in the control group after 1 course of treatment, the sub item scores and total scores of DHI and VAS scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment ( P <0.01, P <0.05). After 1 and 2 courses of treatment, the function scores, emotion scores, total scores of DHI and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.01)., Conclusion: Whether acupuncture or not, residual dizziness after repositioning maneuver for BPPV can be relieved within 2 weeks; horizontal penetration needling at vertigo auditory area and balance area could improve dizziness symptoms and shorten the course of disease.

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of horizontal penetration needling combined with rizatriptan monobenzoate tablets, simple horizontal penetration needling and simple rizatriptan monobenzoate tablets for migraine without aura in acute stage., Methods: A total of 99 patients with migraine without aura in acute stage were randomized into an acupuncture plus medication group, an acupuncture group and a western medication group, 33 cases in each one. In the acupuncture group, horizontal penetration needling was applied once at Hanyan (GB 4) to Xuanli(GB 6), Shenting (GV 24) to Yintang (GV 29), Baihui (GV 20) to Qianding (GV 21), etc. for 2 h. In the western medication group, oral rizatriptan monobenzoate tablets for 10 mg were given once. In the acupuncture plus medication group, treatment of acupuncture combined with rizatriptan monobenzoate tablets were given, the application was the same as the acupuncture group and the western medication group. Before treatment and 0.5, 2, 24 h after treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was observed, the remission rate and the disappearance rate of migraine of 2, 24 h after treatment were compared in the 3 groups., Results: Compared before treatment, the VAS scores of each time point after treatment were decreased in the 3 groups ( P <0.05), and the changes in the acupuncture plus medication group were greater than those in the acupuncture group and the western medication group ( P <0.05). The remission rates of 24 h after treatment and the disappearance rates of migraine of 2, 24 h after treatment in the acupuncture plus medication group were higher than those in the acupuncture group and the western medication group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: Horizontal penetration needling combined with rizatriptan monobenzoate tablets have significant therapeutic effect on rapid analgesia and continuous analgesia for migraine without aura in acute stage, its effect is superior to simple horizontal penetration needling and simple rizatriptan monobenzoate tablets.

We examined the effects of phosphorus (P) levels on photosynthetic and P/Fe traits of soybean under the stress of low Fe and their genotypic differences, to provide a theoretical basis for rational application of P and Fe fertilizer. Six P-efficient and six P-inefficient soybean varieties screened in the early stage were used as experimental materials. Four treatments of P:Fe ratio were set, including 0:30, 30:30, 150:30 and 300:30 (μmol·L -1 ). We measured chlorophyll fluorescence traits and P-Fe utilization efficiency in soybean. A stepwise regression equation was established with seed weight per plant. Pathway analysis was performed, with the response of P-efficient and P-inefficient soybean genotypes to different P:Fe treatments being comprehensively evaluated by factor scores. The results showed significant main and interactive effects of genotype and P:Fe on the relative electron transfer rate of photosystem Ⅱ (ETR) at beginning of flowering stage (R1), the proportion of the energy absorbed by photosystem Ⅱ dissipated into heat (NPQ) at R1 stage, and proportion of energy absorbed by photosystem Ⅱ devoted to the photochemical reaction ( q L) at R1 stage. Results of canonical correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between P utilization efficiency of seed at full maturity stage (R8) and photosynthetic rate at R1 stage of P-efficient genotypes. Seed Fe utilization efficiency of P-inefficient genotypes at R8 stage was positively correlated with NPQ at R1 stage, but negatively correlated with q L at R1 stage. The actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ ( Φ PSⅡ ) at R1 stage was negatively correlated with P-efficient genotypes, but positively correlated with P-inefficient genotypes, which indicated that Φ PSⅡ at R1 stage was an important indicator for identifying soybean genotypes with different P efficiency under stress of low Fe. The comprehensive performance of P-efficient soybean genotypes decreased first and then increased with P level, while P-inefficient soybean genotypes increased first and then decreased. The inflection point of both genotypes appeared in P:Fe of 30:30. Thus, P:Fe ratio of 30:30 could be used as a threshold to identify soybean genotypes with different P efficiency under stress of low Fe. In conclusion, P fertilizer application should be equal to or greater than 1:1 (P:Fe) when planting P-efficient soybean genotypes in low Fe area, while P fertilizer application should not exceed 1:1 (P:Fe) when planting P-inefficient soybean genotypes.

The manipulation and key points of professor FAN Gang - qi 's horizontal penetration needling method for headache were introduced. This acupuncture method selects local acupoints of head, including occipital acupoint group, temporal acupoint group, frontal acupoint group and vertex acupoint group. The needles are shallowly and horizontally inserted at acupoints, with needle end towards the focus or headache site. The needle retaining time is long (6 h). This method is commonly used in the treatment of migraine, cervicogenic headache and tension-type headache. The manipulation is standard with better repeatability.

By analyzing Fu 's subcutaneous needling phenomenon, the attribute of Fu 's subcutaneous needling therapy in traditional acupuncture, the innovation and the role in the development of traditional acupuncture were demonstrated. The authors believe that the de-meridian in Fu 's subcutaneous needling therapy is similar to the connotation of meridian before the Han dynasty, the de-acupoint phenomenon in Fu 's subcutaneous needling therapy reproduces the acupoint evolution, and the sites of needle insertion of this therapy are partially overlapped with the location of traditional acupoints. In manipulation, the technique of Fu 's subcutaneous needling therapy is derived from the traditional acupuncture technique and it is also in reference to the theory and the method of modern medicine, such as muscle energy technology and fasciology. The needle device and the sweeping technique are the most essential innovation of Fu 's subcutaneous needling therapy. Fu 's subcutaneous needling therapy has the distinct attribute of traditional acupuncture.

The problems of the syndrome differentiation of migraine in acupuncture treatment were collected, e.g. inconsistency of syndrome differentiation, unclear staging of syndrome differentiation, lack of standardization in comparison between syndrome differentiation and non-differentiation, insufficient research on the factors of syndrome differentiation. In view of the exiting problems, focusing on two aspects of migraine, namely syndrome differentiation and acupuncture effect, the clinical treatment and research are conducted in migraine treated with acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation. It is believed that the comprehensive observation of the relationship between syndrome differentiation and acupuncture effect, as well as the analysis of the relevant factors of syndrome differentiation of migraine should be the focus in future research.

To elucidate the absorption and metabolism of alkaloids in Berberis kansuensis in vivo, a high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(HPLC-QqQ-MS) method was developed to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the absorption components in rat serum in multiple-reaction monitoring mode. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile with a gradient elution mode. In addition, to investigate the effects of gut microbiota on five absorbed components of B. kansuensis in rat serum, diabetic rat and pseudo germ-free diabetic rat models were established, and partial least squares discriminant analysis and One-way ANOVA were used to study the content differences of five components among different groups. In this study, a HPLC-QqQ-MS method for quantitative analysis of five components in rat serum after oral administration of B. kansuensis was established for the first time. It was found that there were differences in the five constituents in rat serum between different groups. By comparing the normal group with the diabetic model group, we found that the absorption and metabolism capacities of berberine and magnoflorine were different under the health and pathological conditions. It was also found that the serum levels of berberine, magnoflorine and jatrorrhizine in pseudo germ-free diabetic rats were significantly lower than those in diabetic rats, indicating that gut microbiota plays an important role in the metabolism of alkaloids of B. kansuensis in vivo. These results provide a good reference for clarifying the active ingredients of B. kansuensis in the treatment of diabetes.

Objective: To explore roles of expressions of EHD2 and E-cadherin in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
 Methods: Four couples of fresh ccRCC tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were collected to evaluate the expression of EHD2 and E-cadherin protein by Western blotting. A total of 65 paraffin-embedded renal ccRCC tissues were collected, and immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of EHD2 and E-cadherin in the samples. The correlation between their expression and clinical and pathological indicators of ccRCC was analyzed, and the relationship between EHD2 and E-cadherin proteins and prognosis for patients with ccRCC was also explored.
 Results: The results of Western blotting showed that the expression levels of EHD2 and E-cadherin were low in 4 ccRCC tissues compared with the adjacent noncancerous tissues. Immunohistochemical results revealed that the expressions of EHD2 and E-cadherin were higher in the localized ccRCC tissues than those in the metastatic ccRCC tissues; the expression levels of EHD2 and E-cadherin were decreased, while the TNM staging and Fuhrman grade were increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was positive correlation between the expressions of EHD2 and E-cadherin in ccRCC (r=0.390, P<0.01). The progression-free survival in ccRCC patients with lower expression of both EHD2 and E-cadherin was better than that in ccRCC patients with higher expressions of EHD2 and E-cadherin (P<0.05). 
 Conclusion: The low expressions of EHD2 and E-cadherin are the potential indicators for the ccRCC patients with poor prognosis.

To summarize the status quo of acupoint optimization for prophylactic treatment of migraine from acupoint selection based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, acupoints selection based on modern medical theory, and the relative specificity of acupoints. It is found that at present, there are many gaps in the research of preventive treatment of migraine, while the initial optimization scheme of acupoints is formed, and there is controversy in the relative specificity of acupoints. It is believed that through the systematic analysis of the disease characteristics of acupuncture, manipulation, acupuncture tools and other factors that affect the selection of acupoints, the relative specificity of acupoints can be further clarified, and the advantages of acupoint selection based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medical theory can be further optimized for the preventive treatment of migraine and improve the curative effect.

"Qi medicinal herbs" in China refers to a kind of regional national folk herbs related to the treatment of five labors and seven injuries,the last word of which is "Qi". Our study is to sort out and standardize the name and basic confused varieties through the establishment of " Qi medicinal herbs" VFP information database. " Qi medicinal herbs" variety sorting model of " literature research-variety survey-data mining-spatial distribution" was developed by means of literature analysis which the names and varieties of " Qi medicinal herbs" in the literature were summarized and sorted out. The relationship between the distribution of " Qi medicinal herbs" resources and the use of ethnic groups were visualized by Cytoscape 2. 8. 0 software. The information database of " Qi medicinal herbs" involved in 230 kinds of medicinal materials which including 211 species of plants( including varieties) from 66 families. Medicinal materials standard in China have 9 kinds of " Qi medicinal herbs". Among them,there are 31 kinds of " Qi medicinal herbs" with the confusion of " the different names of the same" and " the different substance of the same names". The most used ethnic groups are Tujia,Qiang and Miao. The main efficacy is clearing heat and detoxification,dispelling wind and removing dampness,etc.,and the main treatment is for injury,rheumatic arthralgia and so on. Names and varieties of " Qi medicinal herbs" among Chinese ethnic groups and folk are standardized and sorted out,which is served to promotethe " Qi medicinal herbs" reasonable protection and utilization of resources,and provide effective reference for exploring the information technology and geographical distribution of ethnic medicine and standardizing clinical medication.

In order to clarify the characteristic components of Berberidis Cortex,the preparative liquid chromatography and spectral analysis methods were used to separate and identify the unknown components in the water extract of Berberidis Cortex. Two compounds were isolated and identified as bufotenidine and ferulic acid 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. They were both isolated for the first time from Berberidis Cortex and Berberis. In addition,an HPLC method was successfully established for simultaneously determination of six compounds in Berberidis Cortex,and chemometric methods were used to study the chemical differences among three main species of Berberidis Cortex. The results suggested that jatrorrhizine and bufotenidine are the main difference compounds among the three species.Compared with B. kansuensis and B. diaphana,B. vernae contains significantly more jatrorrhizine(P<0. 01),and the content of bufotenidine in B. vernae was significantly higher than that in B. kansuensis(P<0. 05). Considering these results,further research is necessary to reveal the pharmacological activities of bufotenidine and the pharmacodynamic differences between the three species. The results could provide a reference for quality control,the basic research on effective substances,and development of Berberidis Cortex.

This study is aimed to explore the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium combined application on the active components of Rhodiola crenulata. R. crenulata was used as the research object, "3414" fertilization experiment were conducted with regular fertilization of NPK(N 60 kg·hm⁻², P₂O₅ 100 kg·hm⁻²,KCl 160 kg·hm⁻²) to study the effect of different rates of NPK fertilization on the total amount of 4 phenolic constituents of gallic acid, salidroside, tyrol and ethyl gallate through field test. The results show that the content of salidroside was higher in the treatment of N₁P₂K₁ and N₁P₂K₂, andthe total amount of four phenols was higher in the treatment of N₁P₂K₂ and N₂P₂K₂. The suitable level of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium promoted the accumulation of the 4 kinds of phenols.The amount of fertilizer recommended by the three factor fertilizer effect equation,(N 0 kg·hm⁻²,P₂O₅ 150 kg·hm⁻²,KCl 31.71 kg·hm⁻²) obtained the highest content of salidroside, and it was 1.54%.（N 35.54 kg·hm⁻²,P₂O₅ 150 kg·hm⁻²,KCl 237.73 kg·hm⁻²）obtained the highest content of 4 kinds of phenolic compounds, and it was 1.93%. Fecal Tibetan medicines have a long history of application in China, with a good clinical efficacy. In order to promote the development and modernization of these medicines, we consulted ancient and modern Tibetan medicine literatures to collect and summarize the names, original species, natures, flavor, functions and processing methods of fecal Tibetan medicines. A total of 35 fecal Tibetan medicines were collected, such as Jiufen, Heibingpian, Langfen, Mafen, Goufen, Gezifen. The most commonly used medicines were Jiufen and Heibingpian. Both were mainly used for the treatment of indigestion, food abdominal distension, gastric ulcer, and other gastrointestinal diseases. At present, there are only a few studies on the active ingredients, pharmacodynamics and mechanism of action of these medicines. Therefore, further study shall be conducted. This study is to develop an UPLC-PDA method for determination of 10 major components in Pterocephalus. The UPLC-PDA assay was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLCR BEH C₁₈（2.1 mm ×100 mm,1.7 μm）, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. The mobile phase consists of water containing 0.2% phosphoric acid (A) and acetonitrile (B) in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL•min⁻¹. The detection wave length was set at 237 and 325 nm, and the injection volume was 1 μL in the UPLC system. The linear range of 10 detected compounds were good (r≥0.999 7), and the overall recoveries ranged from 96.30% to 103.0%, with the RSD ranging from 0.72% to 2.9%. The accurate identification of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) which collected from different producing areas is important for its quality control and clinical effects. In the present study, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with second derivative spectra were used to identify and analyze H. rhamnoides subsp. sinensis from different producing areas. The characteristic absorption peaks, including 2 925, 2 854, 1 743, 1 541 and 1 173 cm-1 belonging to fatty acids, flavonoids and saccharides appear in all 20 samples. But the absorption peak intensities and locations varied due to the different geographical regions. The results also showed that the absorption peaks at the range of 3 429～3 336 and 1 744 cm-1 were important characteristic absorption peaks which can identify H. rhamnoides subsp. sinensis from different producing areas. Also, absorption peaks at 1 030 and 1 516 cm-1 further confirmed the existence of flavonoids in all samples by comparing the second derivative infrared spectra in the range of 1 800～1 000 cm-1. However, the samples’ differences can be intuitively found around peaks 1 711, 1 476 cm-1 and ranges from 1 689～1 515 and 1 400～1 175 cm-1. The results demonstrated that FTIR was a simple, convenient, fast and intuitive approach to identify and analyze H. rhamnoides subsp. sinensis from different producing areas. This method provides foundations for the analysis of chemical compositions and quality control for the TCM.

In order to establish the quality standard of Berberidis Cortex and improve its quality control level, water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract were determined according to procedures recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). The qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods. The results showed that TLC identification had a good resolution with clear spots. The water content was 8.39%-12.23%; total ash was 4.50%-9.96%; acid-insoluble ash was 0.10%-0.69%, and the alcohol-soluble extraction was 20.62%-37.13%. The average contents of magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine, and berberine in Berberidis Cortex were 5.98%, 0.63%, 0.30%, 2.50%, respectively. To evaluate the efficacy and safety associated with anti-hypoxia effect and establish the quality standard for Brassicea Radix extract, the investigations of acute toxicity and subacute toxicity were carried out to preliminarily appraise the toxicity, and the models of normal pressure hypoxia, acute cerebral ischemia and sodium nitrite poisoning in mice were used to evaluate the effect of enhancing anoxia endurance. Then according to the methods described in the Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), the sulfuric acid-phenol method was applied to determine the content of polysaccharide, and the water, ash and insoluble matter in water inspections were carried out and the control medicinal herb was identified with the samples by qualitative TLC. The results indicated that ① the toxic effects (LD₅₀) of mice was 56.73 g•kg⁻¹ by oral administration of Brassicea Radix extract, while Dm and Dn were respective 86.80 g•kg•d⁻¹ and 35.55 g•kg•d⁻¹;②the determined effective dosage of Brassicea Radix extract which could enhance anoxia endurance was 0.388 g•kg⁻¹•d⁻¹; ③ the methods of TLC and the content of polysaccharide were established. The method of quality control has been recorded in Sichuan Province Standard for Tibetan Medicine, which is reliable, accurate and simple, with good reproducibility. The ITS2 barcode was used toidentify Tibetan medicine "Dida", and tosecure its quality and safety in medication. A total of 13 species, 151 experimental samples for the study from the Tibetan Plateau, including Gentianaceae Swertia, Halenia, Gentianopsis, Comastoma, Lomatogonium ITS2 sequences were amplified, and purified PCR products were sequenced. Sequence assembly and consensus sequence generation were performed using the CodonCode Aligner V3.7.1. The Kimura 2-Parameter (K2P) distances were calculated using MEGA 6.0. The neighbor-joining (NJ) phylogenetic trees were constructed. There are 31 haplotypes among 231 bp after alignment of all ITS2 sequence haplotypes, and the average G±C content of 61.40%. The NJ tree strongly supported that every species clustered into their own clade and high identification success rate, except that Swertia bifolia and Swertia wolfangiana could not be distinguished from each other based on the sequence divergences. DNA barcoding technique in combination with UFLC analysis technology was used to evaluate the quality of Tibetan medicine Pterocephalus hookeri from species identification and chemical qualitative and other aspects. Hybrid identification was established by DNA barcoding; UFLC-PDA was adopted to analyse fingerprint of different parts of Pterocephali Herba, and SPSS and Grey relation software were used for data analysis. The result showed that DNA barcoding is an accurate and reliable method in origin identification of Pterocephalus hookeri. The compounds in overground is more than underground by analysis of the different part fingerprint by UFLC. The genetic gene may be involved in the secondary metabolites of iridoid glycosides. Tibetan medicine "Dida" isoccasionally misused due to its complex origins, which ultimately affects its clinical efficacy. The accurate name, origin, property, and efficacy of "Dida"are highly important for its further research and development. In the present study, by viewing the classic Tibetan medicine and modern literature, and combining the clinical practice of Tibetan medicine, the origins, properties and the clinic effects of "Dida" were defined. "Dida" originated from multiple plant species of Swertia, Gentianopsis, Halenia, Lomatogonium, Comastoma(Gentianaceae), Hedyotis (Saxifragaceae) and Erysimum (Cruciferae). The medicinal properties of "Dida" is mainly bitter and cold. It has been commonly used to treat febrile diseases and hepatic and gall diseases. This study suggested that the relevant herbalogical study, species identification and pharmacological effects of "Dida" should be taken based on the Tibetan medicine theories and clinical practice. To differentiate three medicinal Hippopahe species of seabuckthorn, a combined genetic and chemical identification method was established in this study. ITS2 and psbA-trnH were tested for identification of 3 species of seabuckthorn. Detection of the kimura 2-parameter (K2P) distance, the neighbor-joining (NJ) tree and the barcoding gap were used to assess the identification efficiency. ¹H-NMR based metabolic method was applied to acquire the profile of metabolites. PCA was used to analysis the metabolite data. The results indicated that DNA barcode combined ¹H-NMR based metabolic method is a powerful tool for the identification of 3 medicinal Hippopahe species of seabuckthorn. The finding demonstrated that different genetic variation and chemical constituents existed among 3 medicinal Hippopahe species of seabuckthorn. This study established an HPLC fingerprint of Tibetan medicine Shaji Gao from different habitats and lay a foundation for Shaji Gao varieties identification and preparation process. The chromatographic condition was as follow: Agilent zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) eluted with the mobile phases of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid water in gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL x min(-1), and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. The fingerprints of 15 batches Shaji Gao were carried out by similarity comparation, 7 chromatographic peaks were extracted as the common peaks of fingerprint, 3 peaks were identified, which were quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin. The similarity degrees of 14 batches of samples were above 0.9 and 1 batch of samples was below 0.9. This is the first established fingerprint of Shaji Gao by using HPLC. This method has good precision, stability and repeatability that it could provide basis for quality control and evaluation of Shaji Gao.

In order to optimize acupuncture protocol for stephenipodia after stroke, related papers of the recent 20 years are retrieved. Interrelated factors which may influence the therapeutic effect of acupuncture are analyzed through the aspects such as acupoints, needling methods and opportunities of acupuncture. It is held that importance should be attached on relation between acupoints and anatomy during acupoint selection. Different acupuncture protocol can be adopted in different phases of stephenipodia according to its time of occurrence. And it is found that the combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation can reinforce the therapeutic effect. Relationship between effect of acupuncture and patient's condition, acupoint selection and prescription, acupuncture manipulations (including directions, angles, reinforcing and reducing, quantity of stimulus) are worth to be further studied. On the base of the above all mentioned studies, optimization can be carried out on selection of acupoints and acupuncture manipulations. And therapeutic effect can be enhanced when the optimized acupuncture protocol is combined with rehabilitation therapies.

The establishing and improving of quality standards for ethnic medicine have close relation with the safety and efficacy of clinical medicine. It is significant to promote the modernization and industrialization of ethnic medicine. This paper summarized the present status of quality standards for ethnic medicine, and pointed out the deficiency of ethnic medicine; the origin of medicinal materials was not clear and varieties were confused; the safety research of mineral drug was weak and so on. Based on these, firstly, the research of quality standards for ethnic medicine should be under the guidance of ethnic traditional medical theory and clinical experience and strengthen the quality control and evaluation of safety and effectiveness for ethnic medicine. Further, much attention should be payed to protection of natural medicinal resources and sustainable utilization. Lastly, modern chemical analysis technology shouled be used during the research process on the basis of ethnic characteristics. It will promote the establishment and improvement of quality standards for ethnic medicine and will be benificial to modernization and industrialization development of ethnic medicine.

The literature on acupuncture-moxibustion and acupuncture-moxibustion combined with other therapies for all kinds of pain as well as organized medicine of pain in recent ten years are analyzed. It is found out that application of single acupuncture-moxibustion has positive effect on most of pain, while acupuncture-moxibustion combined with other therapies could improve the efficacy in a certain extent. The organized medical model of pain, by integration of clinical paths and optimization of medical methods, could achieve best effect on pain. With acupuncture-moxibustion joining in the organized medical model of pain, the analgesia effect could be enhanced, medical cost decreased and patient's life quality improved. The suitable disease, clinical path, action function and mechanism need further evidence-based research.

Objective: To evaluate effects of Tongnao Huoluo acupuncture therapy (THAT) on Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 rats with acute cerebral infarction (ACI)., Methods: Totally 264 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, i.e. the THAT group (n =72), the thrombolysis group (n =72), the body acupuncture group (n =72), the ischemia control group (n =24), and the sham-operation group (n =24). Successfully modeled rats were recruited in all groups except the sham-operation group. Rats in the THAT group, the thrombolysis group, and the body acupuncture group were divided into 3 subgroups according to the disease occurrence time, i.e., < or = 1.5 h THAT group, 1.5+ -2 h THAT group, and 2+ -3 h THAT group. The neuroethological scores were assessed at 6, 24, and 72 h after treatment. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were detected using immunohistochemical staining at 24 and 72 h respectively., Results: In aspect of improving scores of neurological functions: At 6 h after treatment within 2 h after the disease occurrence, the neuroethological scores were lowered more obviously in the thrombolysis group than in the THAT group (P <0.05). There was statistical difference at 24 and 72 h within 2 - 3 h after the,disease occurrence between the THAT group and the thrombolysis group (P <0.05). Compared with before treatment, there was statistical difference at 24 and 72 h within 3 h after the disease occurrence (P <0. 05, P <0.01). In aspect of lowering the expression of Caspase-3 and elevating the expression of Bcl-2: There was statistical difference in lowering the expression of Caspase-3 and elevating the expression of Bcl-2 between the THAT group and the thrombolysis group at 72 h within 2 -3 after the disease occurrence (P <0.05, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: THAT showed favorable effects in lowering neuroethological scores, lowering expression of Caspase-3, and elevating the expression of Bcl-2 of ACI rats.

Objective: To explore the changes of extracellular glutamate (Glu) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in hippocampus during the high-frequency stimulation of anterior nucleus thalamus (ANT) in epileptic rats., Methods: A total of 30 rats were divided equally into 2 groups:epilepsy model and normal control (n = 15 each). Concentric bipolar electrodes were stereotaxically implanted in bilateral ANT. A high-frequency stimulation of 130 Hz was applied in the epilepsy group. Microdialysis probes were unilaterally lowered into hippocampus. The concentrations of Glu and GABA in dialysate samples were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)., Results: Electrical stimulation of ANT induced an increase of GABA and a decrease of Glu in hippocampus., Conclusion: An increase of GABA and a decrease of Glu during the electrical stimulation of ANT play an important role in the therapy of epilepsy.

Through the collection of the literatures published in recent years on the opportunity of acupuncture therapy for post-stroke dysphagia, the therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion combined with the rehabilitation training is regardes as the optimal program in the paper. In this program, the timing of acupuncture intervention is a key factor to impact the efficacy on post-stroke dysphagia. It is vitally significant to grasp the intervention timing of acupuncture-moxibustion in the recovery of swallowing function as well as articulation function with dysphagia involved.

Objective: To explore the surgical techniques and efficacies of deep brain stimulation (DBS) in the treatment of the patients with essential tremor (ET)., Methods: A total of 6 ET patients from January 2004 to June 2011 at Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Tiantan Hospital were recruited to receive DBS at ventral intermediate nucleus of thalamus (Vim-DBS) (n = 5) and subthalamic nucleus (STN-DBS) (n = 1). All underwent stereotactically guided DBS procedures utilizing atlas of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology, pre-operative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), microelectrode recording and intra-operative testing for target-locating. Postoperative computed tomography (CT) and/or MRI scan were performed after implantation. Such stimulation parameters as stimulus voltage, frequency, pulse width and polarity configuration were adjusted postoperatively to optimize tremor control and maximize battery life. The patients were followed by further consultations or telephone for a comprehensive evaluation of their therapeutic efficacies., Results: All patients showed typical electrical signal and relief of tremor symptoms with significant tremor control. No severe adverse events, such as infection, hemorrhage, paresthesia, dysarthria, cognitive deficits, imbalance and diplopia, appeared after the implantation of DBS electrodes., Conclusion: Vim-DBS and STN-DBS are both safe and effective for the controls of unilateral and bilateral tremors.

Objective: To analyze the relationship between HLA-Cw polymorphism and susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB), and therefore to explore the susceptible or resistant genes of PTB., Methods: A hundred and twelve patients who were confirmed to have secondary PTB in Shandong Chest Hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were selected as the PTB group, including 62 males and 50 females aged 19 - 69 years (mean 41.7). According to the acid-fast staining results, PTB patients were divided into a smear-negative group (SN group, 77 cases) and a smear-positive group (SP group, 35 cases). A hundred and ten subjects who underwent physical examination in Shandong Chest Hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, including 59 males and 51 females aged 21 - 67 years (mean 38.3). After genomic DNA was extracted, genotyping of HLA-Cw was conducted by sequence specific primer polymerase chain reaction (PCR-SSP) method. Then Hardy-Weinberg (H-W) equilibrium was tested, and gene frequencies(%) were estimated = 1-(1-phenotype frequencies)(1/2). Gene frequencies were compared between the PTB group and the control group, and between the SN group and SP group by χ(2) test. According to Bonferroni's principle, α was divided by the number of alleles (n = 8), and P < 0.006 25 was regarded as statistically significant., Results: The frequency of HLA-Cw08 was significantly higher in PTB patients (43.6%, 75/112) compared with the controls (27.4%, 52/110), χ(2) = 8.790, P < 0.006 25. Among PTB patients, HLA-Cw04 had a significantly higher frequency in the SP group (20.7%, 13/35) than in the SN group (4.7%, 7/77), while HLA-Cw08 had a significantly lower frequency in the SP group (22.5%, 14/35) than in the SN group (54.4%, 61/77), χ(2) = 12.909, 16.732, both P < 0.006 25., Conclusions: HLA-Cw polymorphism is related to susceptibility to PTB. HLA-Cw08 may be one of the susceptible genes for PTB, and HLA-Cw04 and 08 may be related to MTB infectious status and clinical outcomes.

Objective: To optimize primarily acupuncture program for dysphagia after cerebral infarction., Methods: Sixty-three patients with pseudobulbar palsy dysphasia after cerebral infarction were selected as the subjects. Water swallow test was adopted for observation index. Orthogonal design was used to study the different combinations of treatment programs among four factors and three levels, named acupuncture opportunity (factor A: A1: 1-10 d, A2: 11-20 d, A3: 21-40 d), point combination (factor B: B1: points in the neck, B2: points in the neck + points in the glossopharyngeal part, B3: points in the neck + points in the glossopharyngeal part + differentiating point), needling depth (factor C: C1: shallow puncture, C2: moderate puncture, C3: deep puncture), and treatment session (factor D: D1: 2 sessions, D2: 4 sessions, D3: 6 sessions); as well as the influences on pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia after cerebral infarction so as to determine primarily the optimized acupuncture program for dysphagia after cerebral infarction., Results: The direct analysis of orthogonal design indicated that the best level and the combination of four factors and three levels were A1 (or A2), B3, C3 and D3. It meant that for the patients less than 20 days for sickness, the points in the neck, points in the glossopharyngeal part and points selected according to syndrome differentiation were selected for deep puncture and the treatment lasted for 6 sessions. This program achieved the best improvement in water swallow test. The comparison between the primary effect and secondary effect among four factors (variance analysis) showed that factor A and C were the significant factors (P < 0.05), factor B and D were not significant (P > 0.05). It was suggested that acupuncture opportunity and needling depth played the significant roles in clinical efficacy. The comparison among different levels in terms of the significant factors A and C (multiple comparison) presented that A1 and A2 were superiorly significant than A3 (P < 0.001), A1 was not different in significance from A2 (P > 0.05). C3 was superiorly significant than C2 and C1 (P < 0.001, P < 0.01) and C2 was superiorly significant than C1 (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: By the comprehensive summarization of direct analysis, variance analysis and multiple comparison combined with actual clinical situation, the optimal program of acupuncture treatment for pseudobulbar palsy dysphasia after cerebral infarction is that in terms of the four factors and three levels, for the patients within 1 to 20 days for sickness, acupuncture is applied to the points in the neck or combined with points in the glossopbaryngeal part or the points se-i lected according to syndrome differentiation, with deep puncture, for 4 to 6 sessions of treatment.

Objective: To explore the application of intracranial electrodes (IE) for temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) surgery and assess the clinical utility of intracranial video electroencephalography (IVEEG)., Methods: The clinical data of 60 TLE patients undergoing implantation of IE were reviewed retrospectively. Cortical subdural strip, grids and depth electrodes were implanted by sphenotresia, bone disc craniotomy or stereotactic technology., Results: The implanted electrodes were as follows: frontal-temporal lobe cortical strip (n = 34), frontal-anterior temporal-occipitotemporal lobe cortical strip (n = 7), bilateral temporal lobe cortical strip (n = 7), combined temporal lobe strip & depth (n = 7), anterior temporal-occipitotemporal junction cortical strip (n = 3) and combined strip & grid (n = 2). The following procedures were performed: anterior temporal lobectomy (ATL) (n = 50), combined ATL & frontal focal cortical resection (n = 7), combined ATL & callosotomy (n = 1) and combined neocortex epileptogenic focus resection & amygdalohippocampectomy (n = 2)., Conclusion: IVEEG is effective and important for the localization of epileptogenic focus in patients with intractable temporal lobe epilepsy.

Literatures on acupuncture analgesia of the recent 30 years are analyzed through the target pain syndromes, points and tools selected for needling as well as the chosen direction, angle and depth of insertion. The relationship between effect of acupuncture analgesia and needling direction, angle as well as depth is initially optimized to enhance the analgesic effect. The result shows that the 3 factors are the key influences. However, studies on the above mentioned relation are still far from enough. Aiming at enhancing the effect of acupuncture analgesia and exploring the relative mechanism, it is held that multivariate analysis should be adopted to do systematic analysis on relationship between effect and mechanism of acupuncture analgesia and direction, angle and depth of the needle insertion.
