The purpose of this experiment was to study the substitution and application effects of Clostridium butyricum on commercial broilers. A total of 720 healthy 1-day-old Ross 308 commercial broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatments of 8 replicates with 30 broilers each. Pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet, the antibiotics group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 75 g/t broad-spectrum antibiotic (aureomycin), and the Clostridium butyricum group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 g/t clostridium butyricum. The experiment was divided into two stages, from 1 to 21 days of age and from 22 to 42 days of age. The results showed that: ① compared with the control group, the body weight on 21 and 42 day, the average daily weight gain (ADG) at each stage and the European benefit index (EPI) of broilers in the antibiotic and Clostridium butyricum groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). While the average daily feed intake on 22-42 days and the feed weight ratio (F/G) at each stage were significantly reduced (P< 0.05). ② The semi-clean bore rate on the 21st day, the slaughter rate, semi-clean bore rate and full clean bore rate on the 42nd day of commercial broilers in the antibiotic and Clostridium butyricum groups were significantly increased (P<0.05); while the abdominal fat rate at 21 days of age significantly decreased (P<0.05). At the same time, the abdominal fat rate of Clostridium butyricum group on the 21st day was significantly lower than that of the control group and the antibiotic group (P<0.05). ③ The spleen index, thymus index and bursa of Fabricius index on 42-day-old of broilers in antibiotic group and Clostridium butyricum group were significantly increased (P<0.05); The spleen index and thymus index of Clostridium butyricum group on 42-day-old broilers were significantly higher than those of antibiotic group (P<0.05). ④ Antibiotic group and Clostridium butyricum group can improve the feed conversion efficiency of commercial broilers, reduce feed consumption and feed cost, and increase the body weight, which can increase the economic benefits by 0.75 yuan/chicken and 0.64 yuan/chicken respectively. It can be seen that Clostridium butyricum can improve the production performance and slaughter performance of commercial broilers, improve immune organ index and other immune functions, obtain better breeding benefits, and reach the level of antibiotics to a certain extent, with good replacement effect. [Introduction] There is no study on the integration of the seawater pump-storage and offshore PV at present time in Guangdong Province. The basic conditions are available for the development of offshore PV and seawater pump-storage near sea shore while the sea can be used as the lower reservoir. So it is necessary to study and explore the integration of offshore PV and seawater pump-storage given that studies are done for the difficulties of seawater pump-storage and the development on the key technologies. [Method] The technical configuration was presented for the independent PV power station based on the past experience from PV projects. Software was used to simulate the PV power station. And an evaluation on economic performance was done for the independent PV power station. The technical configuration was presented for the independent seawater pump-storage power station based on the past experience from pump-storage projects. And an evaluation on economic performance was done for the seawater pump-storage power station. After consideration of the integration of offshore PV and seawater pump storage, the evaluation on economic performance for the integration of pump-storage & PV project was also made. [Result] The principle technical configuration is provided for the PV & pump-storage integration project. The economic performance with different capacity percentage for the pump-storage & PV integration project is evaluated. [Conclusion] The integration of PV & pump-storage in Guangdong Province area is a relatively feasible choice based on the actual conditions. This method can solve the unbalance and instability of PV power source with a certain capacity of pump-storage. And it also has a certain economic feasibility. This will be conducive to the "3060 Dual Carbon Goals", and provide market players access to invest in, build and operate power source projects. When the integration project reaches a positive income and a certain investment return rate, it will greatly promote the implementation and scale up of other integration projects.

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Clostridium butyricum on production performance, serum biochemical indexes and economic benefits of laying hens. Four thousand 38-week-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and 200 laying hens in each replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed with basal diet, and the laying hens in experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 250, 500 and 1 000 mg/kg Clostrium butyric, respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 d and the formal test period lasted for 60 d. The results showed that the qualified egg rate of 1 000 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05), and the feed to egg ratio was significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.05). The Haugh unit of eggs in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05). The intestinal Lactobacillus in 500 mg/kg group and 1 000 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05), and the number of Escherichia coli in 500 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05). The T-AOC, GSH-Px and SOD activity in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P<0.05), and the MDA content was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05). The content of IgG in serum of laying hens in 1 000 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05), and the content of IgM in serum of laying hens in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05). The profit per layer of the experimental groups was 8.36%, 17.72% and 19.40% higher than that of control group, respectively. The experiment indicates that dietary supplementation of Clostridium butyricum can improve the production performance and egg quality, and effectively improve the body health level. In order to solve the problem of low hierarchical scheduling capability of the current energy system scheduling optimization model, a two-layer and two-stage scheduling optimization model of distributed capacity system under active distribution network was constructed under the premise of controlling the operating cost of distributed energy system. The hierarchical scheduling function of the scheduling model was optimized, and the scheduling constraints of the energy system were set. The imperial competition optimization algorithm was used to solve the energy system scheduling optimization model to obtain the best scheduling scheme. An example analysis link was constructed, and the IEEE-33 bus distribution network test system was introduced to complete the analysis process. The test results of the example show that this model can improve the energy utilization rate and ensure the economy of the energy system in both the day-ahead stage and the day-ahead stage. The experiment was to study the effect of extract of Astragalus on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and breeding economic benefits of mutton sheep. A total of 72 Boer goats were selected, and randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and six goats in each replicate. Boer goats in group A (control group), group B, group C, and group D were added with 0, 500, 1 000, and 2 000 mg/kg extract of Astragalus in basic diet (forage to concentrate ratio was about 47∶53). The test period was 80 d. The results showed that compared with control group, ADG and ADFI of mutton sheep in group D were significantly increased (P<0.05), while F/G was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the content of crude protein in muscle of group B, group C and group D increased by 2.38%, 6.10% and 5.93% respectively (P<0.05). The pH24 h value and L* value of mutton sheep in group D were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the shear force was significantly decreased (P<0.05). With the increase of the use of extract of Astragalus, the serum T-AOC of mutton sheep showed a significant upward trend (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the activity of serum IHFRC, SOD, GSH-Px in test groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the content of serum MDA was significantly decreased (P<0.05), serum CAT activity of mutton sheep in group C and group D was significantly increased (P<0.05). The serum GSH-Px activity in group C and group D were significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the content of serum IgG and IgA in each test group increased significantly (P<0.05). The serum content of IFN-γ of mutton sheep in test group were significantly increased (P<0.05), and showed an upward trend with the increase of the amount of crude extract of Astragalus. The breeding profits of group B, group C and group D were 8.39%, 15.90% and 25.78% higher than those of control group, respectively. The study indicates that 2 000 mg/kg is the optimal addition amount of extract of Astragalus in the diet of mutton sheep. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system is one of the ideal avenues of power generation from low-grade heat. The low-temperature heat source of solar thermal power generation can be perfectly combined with the ORC system. In order to ensure the thermal performance and economic performance of the solar ORC system， it is necessary to compare and analyze the key design parameters and operation parameters. The Parabolic trough solar ORC system is instanced to establish a heat balance model and an economic model of the system. Through simulation analysis, the effects of different design and operation parameters, such as solar collector area, heat transfer oil inlet temperature and evaporator superheating temperature， on the thermal performance and economic performance of the ORC system are analyzed. It is proved that the first two factors have a positive impact on the thermal performance and economic performance of the system.

The economic performance of single pedal matched regenerative braking system for pure electric vehicle under CLTC condition is studied. Firstly， the differences between the two working conditions of CLTC and NEDC are compared， and a virtual simulation model is built on AVL_CURISE platform based on a certain vehicle， a pure electric vehicle model equipped with a single pedal braking energy recovery control system is established. The economic performance differences between the single pedal system and the original parallel braking regenerative system are compared under different working conditions. The simulation results show that， the single pedal braking system is better than the former parallel braking system， the replacement of NEDC with CLTC have limited impact on driving range.

Distiller's grains is rich in nutrients and contain β-Natural immune activators and active factors such as dextran and mannan oligosaccharide can not only be used directly and dryly, but also be fermented with probiotics and yeast or silaged with other feed materials. Based on the panel data of 6 metropolitan circles/areas of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration from 2004 to 2018, this study empirically examined the impact of the polycentric spatial structure on economic performance, using the Spatial Durbin Mod⁃ el at the city⁃region scale. The results showed that: ① Although the morphological polycentric spatial structure could not significantly improve the economic performance at the city⁃region scale, functional polycentric spatial structure could promote the regional economic development. ② The local direct effect of the functional polycentric spatial structure of different metropolitan circles/areas was signifi⁃ cantly different from the intercity indirect effect. The functional polycentric spatial structure of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, Qingdao Met⁃ ropolitan Circle, and Yantai⁃Weihai Metropolitan Area could boost the economic performance of both the local areas and the neighbor⁃ ing cities within the urban areas. The increase in functional polycentricity of Dongying⁃Binzhou Metropolitan Area was only conducive to local economic growth, but the intercity spillover effect did not appear yet. The functional polycentric spatial structure of Jining⁃Zao⁃ zhuang⁃Heze and Linyi⁃Rizhao Metropolitan Areas had a significantly negative indirect effect, indicating that the increase in its functional polycentricity could drag down the economic development of surrounding cities, thereby leading to a siphon effect. ③ From the perspective of the heterogeneity of the spatial spillover effect in cities of different sizes, only medium⁃sized cities could drive the development of surrounding cities of the same size. Therefore, in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration, continuous opti⁃ mization of the polycentric urban network layout at the city⁃region scale such as central cities and their metropolitan circles or areas should be coordinated, and a polycentric spatial structure system that is highly efficient with complementary functions and synergy should be established in order to boost the performance and quality of the regional economy. [Introduction] The coal dust pollution mainly occurs at transfer point, and have not been effectively controlled by the traditional equipments and dust removal technologies. This paper aims to study several new clean transport technologies to fundamentally control coal dust pollution and meet environmental standards. [Method] On the basis of summarizing the origin of coal dust pollution and current technical defects, combined with typical examples, the principles and characteristics of new technologies, which were dry mist dust suppression, IFT(3-DEM), non-power dust removal groove and so on, were analyzed and carried out technical and economic comparisons. [Result] Research shows that the new technologies have high reliability and wide application range, and can effectively control coal dust pollution during coal transportation. The actual effect meets environmental protection standards and has good social and economic benefits. [Conclusion] New clean transport technologies can solve the environmental problems faced by coal dust pollution, it is recommended to apply in projects.

In order to explore the impact of technological innovation on economic performance all regions in China is studied from different environmental regulation. The panel data of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2017 are collected, and variables reflecting environmental regulation and technological innovation are designed. Multivariate linear regression analysis is used to verify how technological innovation affects economic performance before and after environmental regulation is added. The results show that technological innovation has a significant positive impact on economic performance, and technological innovation has still a positive impact on economic performance after addingenvironmental regulation.The eastern region is superior to the central and western regions in terms of environmental regulation policy, technological innovation and economic performance, and in dealing with the relationship among those three. Therefore, on the basis of implementing appropriate environmental regulations, the government encourages technological innovation and increases D expenditure appropriately, which is conducive to improving sales revenue of new products and increasing economic performance. Maintenance of rotating machinery has significant practical implications for preserving the service condition and quality of products. Moreover, it directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. Although frequent maintenance can preserve the condition and quality of products, it can increase the cost of enterprises. Conversely, long intervals in maintenance can prove to be economical but would not ensure the desired condition and quality. This study presented a real-time maintenance strategy which was based on condition assessment using the fuzzy C-means method and the kurtosis index. Changes in the kurtosis index can be monitored to successfully capture the features of early faults. The performance condition was assessed using the fuzzy C-means method, and the result was considered as the reliability of the equipment. Enterprise-efficiency optimization was regarded as a proposed criterion to make a real-time maintenance recommendation. The result of analyzing data from a steel enterprise shows that this real-time maintenance strategy is more suitable for the management of on-site equipments. Moreover, it reduces the monitoring cost, thereby obtaining increased enterprise benefit.

With the heated development of range- extended electric vehicle,a new kind of transmission with biaxial transmission is proposed,the study of parameter matching is carried out based on the national standard stipulation of dynamic and economic performance,and the parameter result is imported into MATLAB software to simulate. The simulation results show that proposed kind of transmission perfectly satisfy the national stipulation,and has a significant improvement of performance by comparing with the original vehicle transmission.
