ObjectiveTo explore the association between psychological stress and body mass index (BMI) among the persons with fertility intention. MethodsThe 625 010 (307 002 male and 318 008 female) participants of the study were 20 – 49 years old individuals having pre-parental eugenic health examinations free of charge during the period from January 2013 to December 2019 in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province. Questionnaire interview was conducted among the participants to collect information on demographics and psychological condition. According to the Guidelines of Overweight and Obesity Prevention and Control for Chinese Adults, the BMI is less than 18.5 for underweight, 18.5 – 23.9 for normal weight, 24.0 – 27.9 for overweight, and more than 28.0 for obesity. Unconditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the association of psychological stress with BMI. ResultsAmong all the participants, 384 963 (61.59%) were with normal weight and the number (proportion) of underweight, overweight, and obesity were 77 692 (12.43%) , 130 086 (20.81%), and 32 269 (5.16%), respectively. There were 80 892 (12.94%) of the participants were assessed as having psychological stress. Logistic regression analysis showed that the participants with psychological stress were at increased risks of underweight (odds ratio [OR] = 1.04, 95% confidence interval [95%CI]: 1.01 – 1.07), overweight (OR = 1.07, 95%CI: 1.05 – 1.10), and obesity (OR = 1.18, 95%CI: 1.14 – 1.23) compared to those without the stress. In age- and gender-specific subgroup analysis, the psychological stress-related risk increment of overweight and obesity were not significant for the participants aged 40 – 49 years; the female participants were at higher increased risks of psychological stress-related overweight and obesity than the male participants; but the male participants were at higher increased risks of psychological stress-related obesity and underweight than the female participants. ConclusionPsychological stress is associated with increased risk of abnormal BMI and there are age and gender differences for the psychological stress-related BMI abnormality among 20 – 49 years old people with fertility intention.

This study was conducted in order to explore the effect of lead (Pb) stress on the nutritional value and flavor of barley seedling powder. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and targeted metabolomics based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) were used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of protein secondary structure and amino acid contents in barley seedling powders with and without Pb stress during growth. The results showed that Pb stress led to the transformation of protein secondary structure in barley seedlings from disordered (β-turn and random coil) to ordered (α-helix) structure. Through high-throughput targeted metabolomic analysis, a total of 25 amino acids were identified and quantified in barley seedling powder. Pb stress decreased the contents of Arg, Pro and His, but increased the content of Val, which proves that Pb could reduce the nutritional value and sweetness, and increase the bitterness of barley seedling powder. These results provide some basic data for the development of barley-based health foods.

To explore the dietary intake risk of deoxicallenol (DON) from barley subjected to different storage conditions or processing methods, barley was stored for different periods (180, 270 and 360 days) at different temperature (5, 15, 25 and 35 ℃) and relative humidities (55%, 65%, 75% and 85%). Another part of samples were processed by boiling, steaming or fermentation. DON content in all samples was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the risk of chronic and acute dietary intake of DON was explored by point and probability assessment. The results showed that the estimated daily intake (EDI) of DON from fresh barley was 0.000 30 to 0.001 30 mg/kg, and the chronic risk index was 0.30 to 1.31, which increased by up to 0.63 after 360 days of storage. The risk of dietary exposure to DON was 32.7%, the national estimated short-term intake (NESTI) was 0.002 6 to 0.005 5 mg/kg and the hazard quotient (HQ) for acute risk assessment was 0.33 to 0.69, indicating no acute exposure risk. After processing, the risk of chronic exposure decreased from 0.60–2.60 to 0.17–2.34, and the risk of acute exposure decreased by up to 0.64. After long-term storage, the level of exposure to DON from barley was high, causing a high health risk, which was effectively reduced after processing, and the exposure risk for children was more serious than that in adults, to which much attention should be paid.

BackgroundSince the outbreak of COVID-19, primary health care workers have been facing unprecedented work pressure, and their occupational stress should be taken seriously. ObjectiveTo analyze the occupational stress situation and its influencing factors of primary health care workers in Guangdong Province, and to propose targeted interventions. MethodsUsing a multi-stage stratified random sampling method, each prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province was classified into "good", "medium", or "poor" category based on its gross domestic product (GDP) in 2019 released by the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Statistics. In September 2021, four primary health care institutions were randomly selected from each stratum, and a total of 1327 staff members were selected for the study. The Core Occupational Stress Scale (COSS) and a basic information questionnaire designed by the authors were used. Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the means between two groups, and Kruskal-Walis H test was used to compare the means among multiple groups. The comparison of categorical data was performed by trend χ2 test or Pearson χ2 test; the analysis of factors influencing occupational stress was performed by dichotomous multiple logistic regression analysis. ResultsThere were 365 health care workers reporting occupational stress in this survey, and the positive rate of occupational stress was 27.5%. The total occupational stress score in M (P25, P75) and the scores of social support, organization and reward, demand and effort, and control were 45.0 (40.0, 50.0), 20.0 (17.0, 21.0), 14.0 (12.0, 17.0), 12.0 (10.0, 15.0), and 5.0 (4.0, 6.0), respectively. Background Chronic heart failure is a syndrome occurring at the end-stage of multiple cardiovascular diseases. In the condition, nutritional and metabolic problems such as loss of appetite, diarrhea, abdominal distension, and constipation are highly prevalent, which in turn affect the prognosis of heart failure. The relationship of nutritional assessment results with prognosis in chronic heart failure has been studied extensively, while nutritional assessment for older adults with chronic heart failure has been rarely studied, and there is no clinically recognized assessment method. Objective To perform a comparative analysis of four nutritional assessment methods in terms of clinical prognosis prediction in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Eligible older inpatients with chronic heart failure (n=199) were recruited from Department of Cardiology, ICU, and Department of Geriatrics, Linyi People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020. Data were collected via reviewing the medical records and telephone-based follow-ups, including sex, age, height, weight, serum albumin (ALB) level, BMI, Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index (GNRI) , and result of Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) , as well as prognosis〔containing three classifications: in-hospital deaths (n=43) and in-hospital survivors (n=156) ; one-year deaths (n=51) and one-year survivors (n=148) ; readmission within half a year (n=69) and readmission after half a year (n=130) 〕. In order to improve the dissolution properties of albendazole and solve the problem of dysphagia caused by conventional tablets in patients,the prescription and preparation process of albendazole dispersible tablets were explored based on the solubilization effect.The effects of adding surfactants and preparing inclusion compounds on dissolution were investigated to screen the method of increasing the solubility of albendazole.Adhesives,disintegrants,solubilizers,and lubricants were screened by single factor experiment with compressibility,hardness,disintegrating time,and dissolution as indicators.The formulation and preparation process of albendazole dispersible tablets were optimized by orthogonal test.Three batches of albendazole dispersible tablets were prepared by the optimal prescription and process,the qualities were evaluated in vitro,and the content and dissolution were measured by UV-spectrophotometry.The results show that adding mixed surfactants of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and Tween 80 can assist dissolution of albendazole in water.The optimal prescription is as follows:3% of SDS,16% of PVPP (with an internal and external ratio of 1∶1),3% of Tween 80,3% of HPMC and 1% of Magnesium Stearate.The albendazole dispersible tablets were prepared with wet granulation.Different batches of albendazole dispersible tablets completely disintegrated within 122 s,the accumulated dissolution of albendazole dispersible tablets within 45 minutes was more than 80%,which met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2020).The formulation of albendazole dispersible tablets is reasonable,the preparation process is feasible and the quality is good in vitro,which provides research ideas and a theoretical basis for improving the bioavailability of oral dosage forms of biopharmaceutical classification system (BCS) class Ⅱ compounds.

The existence of large fractures and caves and frequent working system adjustments have resulted in the diverse characteristics of water cut in the fractured-vuggy reservoir, which makes it difficult to early warn the water flooding.Aiming at the problem of time delay of traditional early warning methods, this paper uses K-line theory to describe the change trend of water cut production indicators, and summarizes the pre-flooding abnormal patterns such as abundant type, breakthrough type and reversal type.Since the recurrent neural network can memorize the long-term correlation between production data, LSTM is used to automatically identify the features of abnormal pattern to realize early warning of water flooding.The experimental results show that by transforming the data scale, the proposed abnormal pattern recognition model based on LSTM can successfully extract the overall trend of data before water flooding.The recognition accuracy of the proposed model is significantly higher than that of support vector machine and naïve Bayes and other models.Various kinds of abnormal patterns described by K-line can effectively solve the traditional problem of prediction delay.The proposed model realizes early warning of water flooding one to three weeks in advance, and provides new ideas for early warning of water flooding.

The efficiency of hydrocarbon expulsion acts as a key geological factor for the study of hydrocarbon expulsion of conventional oil and gas, also, it indicates the enrichment degree of unconventional oil and/or gas. Based on the method of recovering the original hydrocarbon generation potential, a method according to pyrolysis chart was proposed in this paper. A classic diagram for classifying organic matter types based on hydrogen index (IH) and maximum pyrolysis peak temperature (Tmax) was introduced in this study. The dividing line of organic matter type and the maturity trend line were evenly interpolated and gridded. The IH and Tmax data were plotted into the chart, and then traced to the left along the type line to the intersection point of maturity line Ro=0.2% as the original value of hydrocarbon generation index, thus, the hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency can be calculated. Based on the results of 66 source rock samples from the well BYHF1 of Biyang Sag, the relationship between hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency and characteristics of organic matter (ATM) was studied. In addition, the correlation between hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency and shale oil enrichment degree was studied. The results indicated that the hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency and ATM characteristics of organic matter obtained by the pyrolysis chart method were more regular than those obtained by the artificial assignment method, and it had a higher consistency with the enrichment degree of shale oil (OSI). The calculation process and results will not to be negative value or hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency greater than 100%. Therefore, it is reasonable and feasible to calculate hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency by the pyrolysis chart method, which is a complement to the original hydrocarbon generation potential recovery method.

In order to avoid the irritation of metformin hydrochloride to the stomach and realize its release in the intestine, with metformin hydrochloride as the main drug and chitosan/sodium alginate as the composite support, the optimal formulation and preparation technology of metformin hydrochloride loaded pH-sensitive hydrogel microspheres were selected, and the pH-sensitivity and in vitro drug release characteristics were investigated. The formulation and process were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. The morphology was characterized by SEM. The entrapment efficiency and drug-loaded amount were determined by UV. The release degree was studied by rotating basket method. The results show that the optimized prescription is as following: chitosan and sodium alginate with a total concentration of 2%(mass-volume ratio), mass ratio of sodium alginate to chitosan =1∶1, mass ratio of drug to sodium alginate=2∶5, and 3.5% CaCl2(mass-volume ratio). The cumulative release rate is less than 4% in artificial gastric juice within 6 h, and up to 96.4% in artificial intestinal juice within 6 h. The formulation and process are stable and reliable, and the hydrogel microspheres have high mechanical strength, good biodegradability and stability. So it is a new metformin hydrochloride delivery system.

Propolis has been widely used in foods and health care products to prevent diseases due to its various and prominent biological activities. Caffeic acid phenethyl ester(CAPE) is the main active component of propolis, which has been widely studied for its various pharmacological effects such as antioxidation, anti-inflammation, antitumor, antibacterial activities, immunovegularion, and so on. The content of CAPE is very low in nature, and the traditional extraction method of CAPE is time-consuming and costly, so efficient and mass preparation for CAPE has become a research hotspot. The CAPE with high purity can be obtained by ultrasonic extraction. Knoevenagel condensation reaction can be applied to its industrial production with high yield. Based on the analysis of the latest progress in extraction and separation, synthetic methods, pharmacological activity, and other aspects of CAPE, the research status of CAPE was reviewed, and the development prospect and the research trend of CAPE were provided, which are to explore the preparation method with high practicability and generality and relatively simple operation, and to conduct in-depth and detailed research on the mechanism of CAPE.

Based on the idea of cooperated and converged transmission for the heterogeneous network，a designing architecture of transmission testbench for cooperated and converged ubiquitous network was proposed. Two main kinds of function entities of integrated access gateway and service contro1 server were elaborated. Under the existing heterogeneous wireless network environment，the multi-path para11e1 transmission testbench used to transmit the high speed video media service was constructed. The key technologies were explained，and the result of test was described.
