For solving the waste and pollution problem of cured urea-formaldehyde resin caused by multi¬ple reasons such as inappropriately operation, the industrial solid waste urea-formaldehyde resin was adopted and its degradation was analyzed under various treated factors based on reversible reaction characteristics of urea-formaldehyde resin. The result showed that the degradation rate of treated resin can reach 99 with a condition of strong acid ( pH*3 ) treatment environment, the maas ratio of formalde¬hyde solution to solid waste urea-formaldehyde resin 4:1,the treated temperature (70 -85) °C and 3 ratio penetrant. And it was continued to be used as part raw material for urea-formaldehyde resin synthesis with a content of 5 maas ratio, with which seven-layer plywood was produced according to industrial test, the results of bonding strength,formaldehyde release could meet the requirements of the standard in China.
