As the control module for later investment and profit output, the operation and maintenance(O & M) cost of wind power accounts for about 25% of the total cost of offshore wind power construction. However, the research on wind power O & M, especially the intelligent O & M is scarce. This paper put forward the development trend of offshore wind power and the pain points of traditional O & M, and summarized the great significance of intelligent O & M of offshore wind power. Then the paper presented the definition and key technologies of intelligent O & M of offshore wind power through summarizing the current research hotspots, and pointed out the achievements and shortcomings of related research by fully integrating engineering experience and literature. On this basis,a "collective management and control" integrated maritime intelligent O & M platform that integrated data fusion, self-adaptation, real-time monitoring, and unrestricted deployment was advanced and its economic value was verified by the measured data of wind field. Finally, this paper maked clear the development trend of intelligent O & M of wind power from four directions and gave development suggestions for leaping forward to improve the level of that in China.

In order to improve the bonding and drying effect of corrugated cardboard in the production process, improve the temperature uniformity in the heating process of cardboard and optimize the structure of the existing corrugated thin hot plate, through the structural theoretical analysis and Fluent fluid finite element analysis of the existing corrugated thin hot plate and according to the structural defects obtained by analysis, the vapor inlet position, the water return position and the number of vapor inlets were optimized. The surface temperature difference and flow field characteristics in the heating process when the number of vapor inlets increased from 1 to 8 were analyzed and compared, and finally the appropriate number of 4 vapor inlets was selected as the initial optimization scheme. According to the flow field optimization method, the structure was further optimized and baffles between vapor inlets were added. The optimized structure was verified by fluid finite element analysis in Fluent, product trial production and on-site test. The finite element analysis results show that the number of vortex in flow field is significantly reduced compared with that without baffles, and the maximum temperature difference in on-site test results is improved by 81.8%, the minimum temperature difference is improved by 90%, indicating that the optimized structure can effectively improve the heating uniformity and the quality of cardboard on the basis of improving the heating efficiency and reducing the product cost. This research provides reference for improving adhesive drying in corrugated cardboard production. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The sizing of hybrid energy storage system (HESS) for smoothing wind power fluctuations was studied in this paper. The goal of the proposed method is to find the optimal sizing of the battery and supercapacitor, and its meet the constraints of the power ramp rate constraint and the economic cost. Therefore, a power allocation strategy which based on the operating period of battery and the cutoff frequency of battery absorption power was proposed. The sizing optimization model, which considered the cost structure of HESS, the ESS characteristics and cycle life in different operating modes, is established by using minimum daily cost as objective function. The results of numerical example shows that the cycle life of ESS can be effectively extended with reasonable operating period of battery and the cutoff frequency of battery absorption power, the cost of HESS can be reduced.

A multi-echelon inventory allocation technique with maintenance ratio for civil aircraft spare parts was proposed in this paper. Multi-echelon inventory allocation model was established, which integrates maintenance rate into METRIC (Multi-echelon technique for recoverable item control) model, and then marginal analysis method was applied to solve this model and accomplish multi-echelon inventory allocation of spare parts. Firstly, the theory of multi-echelon inventory allocation model with maintenance ratio was elaborated, and the mathematical model was established with the fleet availability as the optimization objective, the cost and the safeguard probability as the constraints. Secondly, the procedure of solving multi-echelon inventory allocation model considering the influence of maintenance ratio is discussed based on the marginal analysis method. Thirdly, landing gear LRU (Line repairable units) of a typical civil aircraft were selected as the research object, multi-echelon inventory allocation was investigated by considering maintenance ratio. The analysis results show that the minimum safeguard cost and fleet availability are respectively 2759833 dollars and 0.9806, and the number of LRU of multi echelon inventory allocation are obtained under the condition of satisfying the constrained optimization. The feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method are verified by comparing the traditional analysis method. This paper provides guidance for the accurate allocation of multi echelon inventory optimization for maintenance resources on the premise of reasonable cost reduction.

In order to enhance the capability of tracking targets autonomously of UAV, a model for UAV on-line path planning is established based on the theoretical framework of partially observable markov decision process(POMDP). The elements of the POMDP model are analyzed and described. According to the diversity of the target motion in real world, the law of state transition in POMDP model is described by the method of Interactive Multiple Model(IMM) To adapt to the target maneuvering changes. The action strategy of the UAV is calculated through nominal belief-state optimization(NBO) algorithm which is designed to search optimal action policy to minimize the cumulative cost of action. The generated action strategy controls the UAV flight. The simulation results show that the established POMDP model can achieve autonomous planning for UAV route, and it can control the UAV to effectively track target. The planning path is more reasonable and efficient than the result of using single state transition law.

- Abstract
Daniudi Gas Field is a typical low-porosity, low pressure and low permeability gas filed. To improve the output of single well, shorten the construction period of single well, and reduce the costs of single well drilling, reconstruction of reservoir, and management of oil & gas production, the exploration and application of "well plant" development mode was performed in 2012. The research was carried out in the overall deployment method of geology and engineering. The well group is located in favorable areas with wide area of horizontal expansion of sand body and relatively thick sand body in geological prediction. The well group is completely composed of horizontal wells, which can be divided into double-well type, four-well type and six-well type. For the well bore trajectory, threedimensional trajectory shall not be designed as much as possible. The synchronous reservoir fracturing improvement shall be performed for the well group. The on-site application shows that the average construction period of horizontal single well in "well plant" mode is shortened by 20.11%, the average completion period is reduced by 23.85%, the average rate of penetration is increased by 29.08%; and the average relocation period of well group is shortened by 50.46%. Application of "well plant" mode for 2012 saved the area of acquired land of 381 mu and saved directly the investment of RMB 33.03 million. The development of "well plant" mode further promoted and applied in Daniudi Gas Field can provide guidance and draw on the experience. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
