Color staining is an ordinary phenomena in dyeing process of tartan coat production. In order to solve the problem, two improvements have been made. First, through dyeing experiments, the most suitable dyes for nylon and wool were selected, which were Argacid and Unisol series dyes. After dyeing tests and color fastness analysis, Argacid SNB series dyes and Unisol CQ and BL series dyes were selected. Second, the process of flock dyeing for nylon and wool was improved, such as the polyester dyeing temperature was adjusted, the holding time was extended, the pH value was controlled at 6, environmental auxiliaries was added, etc. The dyeing temperature of wool was adjusted and homogenized B was added, soaping was added in post-treatment. In this paper, in order to optimize the capability of heat preservation of the winter coat padded wool, the weather of winter in the areas of Inner Mongolia, northeast, northwest, north China region had been analyzed. The characteristic of low temperature in these areas and the overall needs of clothing heat-preservation capability were discussed. Combining with the CLO values of usual fabric and wool padding within the winter coat, the design of the weight per square meter of wool padding in different low temperatures and body poses was pointed out. According to the results, the main influence factors of heat-preservation capability of winter coat padded wool were the surroundings low temperature, new effective temperature and the quantity of wool padding. In this paper, In order to optimize the performance of the woolen cold protective clothing, the influence of wool padding to the anti-penetration capability in winter coat had been discussed, The textile fabrics-testing method for penetration resistance to feather and down (GB/T 12705-2009) was referred to, the contrast experiments with different kinds, weights and machining methods in the condition of same fabric and stitch density were made out. The result showed that changing the machining method of wool padding was the effective way to enhance the anti-penetration capability in winter coat. According to the experimental results, the anti-drilling performance optimization design on winter clothes had been carried out. This article is a study of the yellow riding jacket (magua) as a political tool and a symbol. The jackets were special items bestowed by Qing emperors; an example can be seen in "Illustrations of Qianlong’s Southern Tour." Previous scholars have criticized the yellow riding jacket as a non-Han costume. Focusing on the close relationship between politics and dress code, the author utilizes the study of the yellow riding jacket as a focus on Qing-dynasty political culture. The first section describes the origins of the yellow riding jacket, its typology, and imperial power. The second section discusses whether the jacket’s origin is Han or non-Han, and traces its evolution in the Qing dynasty.
